So, but yeah, they finally at the end of the the card got in the ring, and Shiloh got a big win over No Rock. Yeah, it's like dog. You were too big, so now he's not falling hitting the ground as much, which is great because yeah, that's less wear and tear on his body. LeBron is like. A basketball savant, and this is going to have long-reaching effects because what LeBron is going to teach Tyrese Maxey, who is in his bag right now, what he's going to teach VJ about being a professional and a star. These are lessons, man, that you can't pay for, and this is all going to come from LeBron to these guys, and this is going to help them for the rest of their career.

He's in the NCAA tournament. They're on one of those courts that are elevated, lifted, lifted court, and he kind of stepped wrong, and his compound fracture. The thing that saved me there, I was about a minute and a half behind. All right, and I happen to look at my phone, and immediately Twitter is, "Oh my God, no!" Blah blah blah.
So I knew something happened.
So I just took my remote, bro, and I fast forwarded.
So I didn't actually see it. I saw the aftermath, but thankfully I was behind. Kevin Ware was so bad that people cried. Yeah, the the players around him instantly started crying. People threw a towel over his leg.
Yeah, like oh man.
So, man, and I was there for you being a Clipper fan, Sean Livingston. You were there for that. Oh, we could. I could hear him yelling from the suite. That was awful.
That was that was. One of the worst, another one that I'm glad I didn't. I watched the game, but I missed that part when it happened. But Sean Livingston, man, thankfully he was able to come back, won a few wings. And by the way, one of the greatest mid-range jumpers in the history of basketball.
And they got to the playoffs. Sean Livingston from a foul from foul line extended money. Like, bro, if Steph was the greatest at that moment, Sean Livingston, don't let him get near that free throw ring, bro. In there, in there, every time. Also, Gordon Hayward when he I was watching first game of the year.
Now that one I was watching, and that was brutal. And he he was able to come back, but these guys are just you're you're never the same, man. You yeah, bro. And also a mental thing of like making sure my feet are under me, making like yeah. I mean, I don't know if I I talked about I dislocated my kneecap, my right kneecap once, and the mental game of me.
Once I got my cast off, I was on a brace. I had a cast up to my from my crotch to my ankle for two weeks, and then I had a a brace on for eight weeks. Yeah, and I can remember once the brace came off, I'm doing therapy. But like, I would stand at the top of my steps. There's twelve steps to go downstairs, and each one I had to talk to myself for months.
Shout it, we got about like you can do this. You can put.
So and I'm just trying to make it up and down the steps.
So imagine having to go out and play a sport where your livelihood depends on cutting and and and putting and weight dropping down on these joints and these ligaments and these. You're gonna always mentally feel like I felt something, right? Yeah, you know, always. And I asked. This has you know how we get down, but I asked the great Tony Hawk.
Oh, you—you know—he's taking a lot of bumps and bruises in his time. I said, "What's the worst injury you ever had?" He said, "Broken pelvis, by far." Oh, that don't even sound funny, bro. Every cough, every sneeze, every bit of like anything that tightens that diaphragm is your pelvis. And so he was like, "It is the worst thing on earth." So when you said you had that cast. Just made me think of Tony, man.
Luckily, it wasn't that bad, man. Yeah, but I did like have a point where when I had the brace, at first I put it on outside or inside of my pants, so I'd be on the bus and I'd be sitting with my leg out, and people thought I was just being a jerk. I got kicked multiple times, and then I realized I got to put the brace on the outside. That way, people would see I'm not right. Yeah, I'm not just chilling like this.
I can't move it, bro. Yeah, bro. But yeah, man, let's go Sixers. You can go Lakers. Here you go, man.
