I thought Caleb did a great job just throughout the game. Touchdown, Swifty. He's got a hat trick, baby. Live from the Rich Eisen show studio in Los Angeles. Earlier on the show, ESPN college football analyst Josh Payte coming up.

Steelers defensive tackle Kim Hayward, plus actor Rex Lynch, and now it's. Rich Eisen. Right, everybody. Our number two of the Rich Eisen show is on the air. Cam Hayward of the Steelers, now six and two, atop the AFC North, will be in his usual Tuesday spot.

Top of hour number three. One of our longtime friends of this program, Rex Lynn, diehard Texas Longhorn fan. He was part of our. Miami Super Bowl open when I played David Caruso and he played himself and we were all in. Remember that?

It was amazing. The two of us stole the trophy and Rex was telling stories for all. Oh my gosh, it was amazing. He's here in hour three. It's going to be a blast.

It's going to be blast. He's in season two of Stick. We talked about it with Ray Sehorn on last week. Rex and Ray go back to the The famed Mesa Verde caper of Better Call Saul, as well. Overreaction Monday on a Tuesday coming up.

I I was focused on the Bears end of things to kick off this program because it was so impressive, and the Bears looked so good, and they did to Seattle in a way what Seattle did to Kansas City, which was not only beat them emphatically. But also leave us wondering if the team that had just lost had been exposed in any way. Listen, Seattle plays defense a certain way, and it's very successful, as we saw just the previous week against Kansas City, and last year in winning it all, and in many of their wins this year, they're really good at it. And Mike McDonald is great at coordinating it and great at dialing it up. And last night was either at best an off night or at worst a problem moving forward for this team to make the playoffs.

Let alone have a chance to repeat, which is nuts. Because at this point last week, I thought this team has a great chance to repeat, and they might. They might week to week league. It is a week to week league. It's crazy.

It's nuts. But it's a fair thing to sit here and say that was so not even close. Even though they got within three points, and then un championship type moments occurred. Fifteen yard penalties, pushing and shoving. Silly.

Fouls. It happened on the kickoff after the Seahawks got within three. Nick Emenyari got popped for one. Towards the end of this game, that really was a crippler. You know, that's losing composure.

The other team's supposed to lose composure in that building. And even the one time where the twelves did their job to get them in a delay of game, it helped give the Bears another shot at a third down. And the defense watched Khalif Raymond go for half the field almost. Defensively, they could not get to Caleb Williams. They couldn't get through this offensive line.

They couldn't confuse Caleb. They couldn't get anything except one sack of Caleb on the night, and he carved him up. Like I mentioned at the top of the program, Caleb Williams became the first quarterback with two hundred passing yards this season against Chicago. I mean, against Seattle, because when you don't rush him, when you are not pressuring him. He's now an eighty-six percent completion passer when he's not pressured.

In last night, Seattle couldn't get to him. They could not get to him. They allowed a season high thirty-four points. That's the third game in the first eight in which they've given up at least thirty. They only had two such ones last season.

So. You just chalk it up and say that's the way it is, because the Bears made it look like if Jackson Smith and Jigba is not catching the ball, this team is not moving it. I know Cooper Cup caught one for a score to make it twenty to seventeen, and Torrey Horton would make it twenty to fifteen, and Torrey Horton caught the one to make it twenty to seventeen. Yeah, but those guys aren't really involved. Yeah, they're only getting a couple of targets in the run game.

Charbonne and Price returned last night. They combined for 52 yards rushing. Sam Darnold had 20, which is three fewer than Charbonne and nine fewer than Price.

So you're sitting here and you have to wonder how will this sit with John Schneider and Mike McDonald, two brilliant guys who know how to win in this league. Clearly. And you're hearing Jonathan Taylor. The Sea the Seahawks are in on Jonathan Taylor. I know Rashid Shaheed was out last night.

He was that 50 million dollar guy over a three year contract that they did sign. And letting Kenneth Walker walk, him being part of this offense is a must moving forward. We got to see it. He's got to stay healthy, and then they got to use him as a another receiver, not just a guy in the special teams. Got to see it.

Another receiver can also run it. He can do a lot. We got to see it. And then there were times when this game was a ten point game, and Brian Flores dialing up the run plays. It looked like they were burning clock.

You heard boos from the fans. Insane. It was eight minutes to go, and you're down two scores. And they're just running the ball, and it's like, all right, cool. You just wasted a minute and a half.

What are you doing?

Well, because I guess if it's an obvious passing situation, they were having trouble protecting Donald, so they had to give a different look. I'm again. I'm just trying to come up with, yeah. Ideas here about. Proud for booing because that was really head scratching.

It's it was so unlike the previous week that we're sitting here wondering if the Seahawks just got exposed. If you have an offense like Chicago, you can beat Seattle's defense. If you have an offensive line like Chicago, you can beat Seattle's defense in the same way. If you've got a defense like Seattle, you can beat Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs. And wonder if they need more weapons.

Chicago just did to Seattle what Seattle did to Kansas City in terms of a national narrative, I guess. Which doesn't matter when you're winning and losing because, you know, Seattle's next up. You look at their schedule, and in comes Arizona. And AT and T Stadium is not walking through that door.

Sorry, TJ. You know, okay, Gardner Minshew, Minshew Mania is coming to Seattle. All right, suddenly a half game.

Sounds good. Who knows? They have a week. They're at Vegas, where they're going to see their old offensive coordinator. Then there's a bye, after which their second game against San Francisco is hitting, and they've got to win that one to have a shot at the division.

Okay, because while they're playing Arizona and Vegas, and then having a buy, San Francisco comes off their buy. They're this week home for Las Vegas. They're at Dallas, and then that big game against Minnesota in Mexico City, Week Eleven. Those are the next three weeks while Seattle plays and has a buy.

So the division. I mean, they're four and four, having already lost to San Francisco. It's a two and a half game deficit. It's really three, two winnable home games for the Niners and the Seahawks. The Rams still lurk.

They haven't played Seattle yet, and have the same record as Seattle.

So the division's not lost. But what is lost is the momentum from last week, and me sitting here and saying the world champs have re-entered the chat. Here was Mike McDonald's take after the loss. Tip of the cap to to the Bears. They they won the game.

They won it fair and square. They won it in all three phases, and then we just we got beat and. Not, no other way to sugarcoat it. I think when you look at the things that it takes to win in our league, we didn't do those things, and they did. It's a simple assessment.

Kudos to him for just coming up there and saying what we're all thinking. Yep. Which was that was a, an absolute beatdown in all three phases. He's not going to use beatdown, but Darnold talking about the offense. Last night as well.

You know the theme is you know we can always be better and do better. You know it just wasn't good enough today. And you know I think our our preparation, you know, and and how we went about the week and with you know Jadarian and you know Sharbs, even Quentin up front, you know Gray going to right. Like I feel like our prep was really good, and those guys had a great week of practice. You know, unfortunately, it's about going and and doing it, and you know that starts with me.

I got to be better in certain situations, and we got to be better as a whole on offense. It would be interesting if they go and get Jonathan Taylor. I mean, would Charbonnet coming back, and they went and use their last, the last pick of the first round on Price? Should they be in on a receiver too?

Well, who's the receiver? I don't know. You've heard Calvin Ridley thrown about George Pickens. It's seemingly for sale. I would imagine, but Shahid can take the top of the defense off.

Man, he's not out there. I understand he's not out there, but you paid him, and you didn't pay Kenneth Walker, so you're going to pay Jonathan Taylor. Interesting strategy. Yeah, or you're just like, yeah, that was the plan during the spring, coming into the season, but. But everyone has a plan until you're hitting the mouth.

Is that what it is? Hitting the mouth, yeah.

So you know, we saw two weeks ago they looked like world champs. Last night, the Bears looked like world champs against them in that building. Eight days apart, it's crazy, man.

So season's not over. Obviously, the Seahawks can make some serious hay. They can still win the division, and then good luck. Having to go in that building. I mean, that's the plan.

That's the way through for their title defense. Can we use the transitive property to to really make judgments about the Chiefs? That the Bears can beat the Chiefs.

Well, you know, if the Seahawks expose the Chiefs, and then the Bears really expose the Seahawks.

Well, who's going to expose the Bears?

Well, who's in trouble? You know, how much trouble are the Chiefs in, or who's next to expose the Bears? In terms of trouble, all right, I get it. It's a week-to-week league. The Chiefs have three winnable games.

Before they take on the Bills, they could be eight and two going into Western New York on Thanksgiving night, and the Bills could be eight and one in that game, and we're all going to be sitting there watching that game. Yeah, and the Bills could win it and go nine and one and say thanks for the memories, Kansas City for your chance to win this conference. It's ours, and maybe Denver's, you know, and then. It's Kansas City who walks into that building in the wild card, a divisional round, and then and then what? What are we going to be talking about then?

Right? They win in the playoffs, exactly. You know what I mean? And and I'm not saying that will happen, but narratives change. Clearly, this is the case in point.

And Seattle, you know, anybody's like, well, that's the Bears exposed them. Bears might be doing that to everyone from here on out. In terms of just a mind's eye. To put a button on this conversation with the Bears, Seattle doesn't blitz a lot, as we know, right? They usually say, "We got four guys; that's our pressure," and it works.

As they also stop the run on the way to the quarterback. Of course, they can blitz; they can change things up. It's not like they do the same thing all the time. But they couldn't get to Caleb Williams last night. And as I mentioned, Caleb, when not pressured, this season, eighty-six percent completion percentage.

Okay.

Next week, the Chicago Bears take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who will blitz coming off the bus.

Okay, Todd Bowles is going to bring the pressure, and Caleb will now have another test. It's not like he can't pass the test, and I'm sure he will start. Chafing as well. He should that anything that is a big time game or a tough defense is viewed as a test for him. You never talk about a test for Allen or Mahomes or Burrow.

They're not tests. Certainly, when you've aced tests over and over again, as Caleb has now done, thanks to a run game. His remarkable accuracy and the added weaponry to the outside for him, but this is the next one after beating the two teams in last year's Super Bowl. Laugh all you want; they're three and five, but they can bring it. We'll see what happens next week.

Fun, it is. I agree. Let's take a break. Jerry Jones has spoken on his live radio show. It's his Tuesday show, TJ.

And where's that coming from? It's coming from the Metroplex. It's one of it's not. No, I know, I know what you. I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll mention it next segment.

Okay.

You know, you only get one mention if you you don't have the Rich Eisen show on your. That's a good point about. And I, I should say, I I don't know if we're on there. I don't, I don't know, but I know Jerry is, and he was asked about why he doesn't pay for coaches. Interested to hear that.

Okay, it's a Tuesday. Tuesday. That means Jerry Jones is spoken in the Metroplex. He speaks every week on one hundred and five through the fans. Yes, we don't even know if they say it like that.

That's how we. You got to say. You got to say. Calling out like that. WKRP.

All right, Cincinnati. Jerry Junk.

Now we were saying yesterday after the Cowboys lost, how you were steaming, TJ. You were you were steaming. Oh yeah, you were. You texted the entire group, which you never do. You don't respond.

You don't. You don't pick up your phone. You are you are out of the mix because people use my text against me. That's why.

Okay, and then you texted fire period. Everybody period. Almost it's so fast that I think it happened between Chad Ryland splitting the uprights and George Pickens running the locker room. Right in that—that's quick nanosecond. I was upset of a void, rightfully.

And then Troy, Mike T, Tony, do it, do it, do it. All right, do it.

Now I said Mike T, yeah, that's not going to happen. Obviously, one never knows because I don't know if he's loving what he's doing right now. He's very good at it.

Okay, and he also mentioned how the problem with the Cowboys is it's a room full of blinkers that need to cut their eyelids off because they have to face the crucible of winning games in the National Football League rather than being a blinker when you blink in that face of adversity. That's the way he seemingly assessed the Dallas Cowboys that you would like him to take over. I'm not.

Okay.

I don't know what I don't know why you do these things and put it out there for everybody to see. And we talk about it, and then you moonwalk.

Well, we're backtracking. It's not for everyone to see. When I text a group, it's for a group to see.

Okay.

So oh, I thought that was that's that was a text or that was not. You put that on threads or whatever. I was mad. You are a public figure, sir.

Okay.

I'm. I was upset, and I'm like, listen. The only time, take a look at all the coaches that Jerry Jones has hired, Jimmy Johnson, and then Bill Parcells stand out in terms of, you know, busts in Canton, as well as championship rings, as well as a style of coach, and also a resume that would force.

Some coin to come out of the Jones coffers and into the pockets of coaches. Mike McCarthy was another guy that he hired with a ring, but it's not like McCarthy had many people knocking his door down when he hired him. That's true.

So Jones Jerry has a reputation for potentially not paying coach, similar to our friends down the street here in El Segundo, right? With the Lakers, we skipping Barry Switzer. You know he he was nice in there. Yeah, we're skipping Barry. Wow, won a Super Bowl forty and twenty four.

Okay, ask ask anybody that was on those teams how many more they would have won if Jimmy was their coach.

Okay, but that's for another day. This is a day in which Jerry Jones on one on five three to five was asked about. The reputation that he will not pay for head coaches, like say Mike Tomlin, hit it in the NFL. This is after years of looking at all the teams and all the coaches. There is no, there is zero correlation between how much you pay a coach or how many coaches you have as to winning.

There is no correlation, and that's a random sample of years and all 32 teams involved.

So put that the hopper and smoke it. We got a new bot. We got a new drop there.

So put that the hopper and smoke it. Oh, we do.

Okay, you already got it cut. Jordan was ready with that. Let me hear this one more time.

So put that the hopper and smoke it. All right. Here's the deal. I don't know about that, Jerry. Listen, listen.

Usually, okay. Andy Reid, we don't know how much he's being paid, but I can tell you it's it's it's a top of the line. Yeah. Same with Sean Payton. Was it Bill Bill Belichick?

Right. Tomlin, I'm sure made a lot, and Steeler fans can push back about his last decade as coach. There, I get it. Mike McDonald ain't cheap. Kyle Shanahan, Sean McVay.

So when you win and you've got that certain at some point, Ben Johnson is going to kill it.

Okay, ask for ownership. I mean, he's doing all right right now. I'm sure he is. What What is it? What is it?

List got thirteen.

Okay, see. Do you want to look up what the current head coach of the Dallas Cowboys is apparently making? Got to be and and again seven figures. Again, not thirteen. To go full Don Draper, that's what the money is for.

And and again, you could sit here and say Brian Schottenheimer's on the hot seat. Doesn't sound like it to me. He's the one, Jerry Jones, who after that game told my colleague Jane Slater, "There's many other people, a whole bunch of people, let Brian Schottenheimer down." So. Asked if there's any help coming and the trade deadline. Go ahead and hit that.

Is winning the division worth the lottery ticket of buying at the deadline as opposed to selling and making your team better for the future? Yes, yes, it is. And of course, everything, everything depends upon the deal. At this particular time, I don't see anything.

Okay.

Listen, I don't know how many eighty-four year olds are going to say, "Yeah, let's build for the future." Certainly, when he has done, I think, made the right moves.

Okay, we were talking about Micah Parsons, the Micah Parsons trade being won by Jerry Jones. The guys he has hired, Maca, are definitely the ones that he's referring to as letting down the head coach.

Now, Pickens has been paid, but not, you know, long term. Yeah, just this year. And we're waiting to see him ball out, you know, to the tune of last year.

Now, part of the reason why he balled out to the tune of last year is CD Lamb missed a couple games. We're waiting on Gotti to just keep on crushing it and overcoming this defense. I don't know if that's ever going to happen this year, to the tune of winning the division. But yeah, he's made the moves to win.

Now it's not going to. Who is he going to trade the deadline? And the reason why he doesn't see it, I think, TJ, I'll give you the floor here before we have to move on. Who? Not don't for don't let's not ask who.

What position would you like the Dallas Cowboys to acquire in the next week?

Somewhere in the front defensive four. That's it. That's I mean, where are you going to find that? Said this for months. This should have been done in June.

They should have went and got Crosby. But I don't think he wanted. First of all, his I know he didn't want it, but look, his knee he was coming back from something, and he didn't want to go.

So t here is that.

Now he definitely doesn't want to go. Yeah, he's definitely not.

Now I am just saying that's where the problem is. You see what Jeffrey Simmons did for the Bears last night? The Bears they don't have first to give up anymore. No, I am just saying, like when you put that player in that position. It helps everyone behind him, right?

He got himself Quinn and Williams. After getting Kenny Clark, I mean, that's supposed to fix that. I don't think that Kenny Clark is on the same level as no, but he's not Jeffrey Simmons. But Quinn and Williams is is is in this realm. He's been balling.

Well, and and again, they're paying him a significant amount of money. The question is, do they have the right coordinator? Put these guys in the right spots. Did they do that because they went with a young guy for a coach? That's when you are not winning, we're going to look at and say, Brian Schottenheimer, are you getting what you pay for?

Which is why those questions go to Jerry Jones, and it pisses him off because you take a look at the staff; they got layers on top of layers on top of layers. It's not like he he's like you can't have another assistant. He went out and he hired Mike Pettine. Yeah, he's seemingly making all the right moves, right? Bust the budget.

I mean, that's the point, right there, man. It's just like he goes out after every game. He does these pressers. People don't take a series. Let me tell you something, man.

They are in Indianapolis, which just got smoked. By Jacksonville, no, they should go in there. Right for the plucky, Gaddy should go in there and do what we just saw Jacksonville do. Tooten, I think, hit his head on the goalpost for a nineteenth time two minutes ago. But if this game comes down to the last four minutes again, are you going to be shocked?

No, Chris, because nothing shocked. You know the funny thing? Inexplicably, when we put our our schedule up, I'm looking at that Seattle game and going, "That's going to be the game that we somehow find a way to win, but we'll lose really at Seattle on a Monday night. But we'll lose to the Colts because that's what they do. There's a home game against San Francisco.

Oh, we already know what time that is. We can't beat these. We can't beat the Niners. Gosh, were you all my gushing? We can't.

We don't beat the Niners. I've constantly said that. That is one thing that is held true since you've been talking to me about the Cowboys. We can't beat the Niners. I don't know pass rush is going to be available for him.

That's why he's basically saying you got to. But, but he's right. He's right. What are you going to start pulling this team apart because they're three and five and build for the future? I am out.

You know, no, you're not going to do that. You are going to try and add because you've you've set it up right now.

Someone will take Pickens.

Well, we're not trading Pickens. What they need to do is target them. By the way, that might not that might not be a bad idea. Flournoy had a nice game, and you want to flip Pickens for for a draft choice.

Well, then you're you're basically waving the white flag. No, you're not. Yes, you are. If you give up Pickens, the fan base is going to lose it. Again, we have no idea what's going on in that building anyway.

But that's the latest from the Metroplex. Eight four four two zero four. Rich, number to dial. I don't know how you do it, TJ. It's a you texted that to the group.

How do you do it? How do you do it as a Cowboy fan? You don't. You don't allow it to ruin your life. Water skiing behind all those Brady banners.

He got lucky.

Now he got Drake May. Not going anywhere.

So put that the upward smoking.

Well done. Great new, great new drop. It's Tuesday, so it's time for Overreaction Monday on a Tuesday, presented by our friends at Marriott Bonvoy. Hit it. That was terrible.

That was crap. That was garbage. This place sucks. Overreaction Mondays. Monday on a Tuesday.

What do you have over there, Christopher? Hey guys, good to see you. Happy Tuesday. Watching the game last night, I can only think one thing: with Simmons and Caleb playing top five, the Bears are the best team in the NFL. I don't think that's an overreaction at all.

I don't think that's an overreaction at all. I mean, what else? What? I see. You can't sit here and go, "Well, you had them four last week." I did, I did, and I had Seattle right in front of them.

Guess what? Guess guess what's not going to be part of Wednesday's power rankings? That same pecking order. Interesting. And you know, how can you look at what they did on?

Monday night and say, yeah, that was just a a one off, you know. Yeah, they didn't beat the AFC champions the week before. Wait a minute, they didn't beat last year's Super Bowl winner in their house and stun them with a right cross of a run game and a left cross of a defense. Oh, wait a minute, they did. Pop.

Pop. Pow! Pow! Oh wait a minute! They can't do that to San Francisco.

They can't do that to Buffalo. They can't do that to Kansas City. They can. Yeah, they can.

So, Bears fans should rightfully crow about this. They should. And I, I, I can't sit here and say you're way off on that one. What else you got? We're gonna have number one tomorrow.

I don't know. I'm I'm toying with it.

Okay.

I'm toying with it, but that's a Wednesday show. This is a Tuesday show, and since it's election day, I elect to not answer that question right now. I plead the fifth. What else, Chris? Looking at how the NFC West shakes out now after yesterday's result, either the Seahawks or the Rams are missing the playoffs.

Um, I don't think that's an overreaction either. They're four and four. The rest of the NFC North is above five hundred, and so if three come from the North, then it's entirely possible that only two make it from the West, meaning somebody's going to be left out. What percent chance? Would you give only one team coming from the West?

I don't know what you mean by percent.

Sorry, what of a hundred, Rich? If there's a hundred, how many times would it happen?

Now I'll pull a Peter King here. I'm like, okay, 19.5 percent. All right, I have no idea. Come on, now. There's a whole half of a regular season to go, but if you look at the North the way it is.

Coagulating, and you look at the east and the south. You could make the case that everybody from the north makes it, which you've done a couple times in this segment. If the playoffs started today, that's what would happen, right? Yeah. And if you just say odds are only three will make it, that means only two will make it from another division.

If you think it's not the east or the south, it'll be the west, which means. One of these two teams on the screen is going to miss it. Which, as of right now, with both being four and four, it's it's not an overreaction. What else, Chris? Playoff started today.

Bears in Carolina. Thank you, sir. Fun. Looking at a team that's going to try to maybe save its season. Looking at Baltimore.

The Ravens should trade for Jacoby Brissett to save the day. Interesting. He's now demoted. He's the three. We've heard he's the three.

Yeah, Michael Brady. He's the third quarterback now. Yeah, I don't. I don't think that's a bad idea at all. Look at you.

Look at you throwing that out there.

Okay.

Yeah. Look at you spotting dimes from your overreaction Monday and a Tuesday seat. That's not a bad idea. If they think they're still, I'm sure. I'm.

I'm sure the Cardinals will take whatever the Ravens are willing to cough up. Yeah, I bet he could come pretty cheap. What else you got? The NFC East—we got to talk about your garbage division, TJ. The NFC East winner will be determined in Week Ten on Thursday night.

That is Giants versus Commanders. I'll say that's an overreaction.

So you're saying if the Washington Football Team wins, then they're winning the division. Correct. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

I'm not going there. I'm not going there either. I'm not saying we're going to be there. I'm not saying. No, I don't think so.

Really? Yeah. Really. With certainty, sitting here right now to say that that's an overreaction. What else you got, Chris?

They might have the best quarterback in the division. Moving on. Listen, we should have like a Brian Gumble moving on drop from his heyday of real sports. I mean, I got a notebook. Susie, because she worked at Real Sports and watched Brian Gumble do that over and over again.

We'll say that in conversations at home with our children, with me. But she won't take her glasses off to do that. With a yellow, she doesn't have a yellow legal pad either. I'm writing notes on the white leads up, Chad. What else you got?

Always first. Got to back my fellow quarterback while I was.

Well, I didn't know what you're. You told me to move on, and then you started talking about.

Okay, moving on. Moving on. Got to back my fellow quarterback who wore number 13's play. A ride with Kurt Warner. The Steelers are a game-breaking receiver away from being a legit AFC threat.

Well, Michael Pittman is going is coming back at some point. Again, the Steelers are a game-breaking receiver away. Like who? What are you talking about? AFC?

What are you talking? You know who they really need is George Pickens. They sent him packing to Dallas for a reason, man.

Well, that guy's gone.

Okay, Mike Tomlin ain't there no more. Ah. Why isn't DK that guy?

Some some weeks it happens and some weeks it doesn't. I think they're already a legit AFC threat. No, come on. Is Cam Hayward on yet? He's not.

Thank God he's not. And I agree with you. It starts more. No, no. Listen, I understand that we're we're waiting to see more game breaking ability from them, chunk plays and things like that, as opposed to the receiver position.

It does seem to be more difficult than it needs to be. And Rogers was not. Pleased at the podium after that win against the Browns, you could see it. He's he's trying to lead by example by saying, "You know, let's not crown us just yet." I don't think that's I don't think that's an overreaction either. Although when you are six, when you are six and two, excuse me, when you are six and two, you can always get better.

I know that. But you're already a legit AFC threat when you're six and two. That's true, and these are better. This is better than the Russell Wilson mirage of being eight and two. You're going to pick the Steelers to win a playoff game?

I would right now. Sure, that offense scares you. It doesn't scare me, but I think the defense does enough, and the offense can do enough. When they play the Bengals coming up, you're going to pick Pittsburgh. It's in.

It's in Cincinnati. Is it not? Moving on. What else you got, Chris? It's time we start talking about TJ's boy Trevor Lawrence as a top five quarterback.

Five, um, sure, okay. You can make an argument. I don't know if he is. You're putting Caleb in there now. Mahomes is still right.

Allen is still. Mahomes is what? Chris is not going to put Mahomes. This is what I told you before. Touchdown game.

This is what I told you ever, Chris. This is what I told you before the season. The top five, as we used to know it, will look very different after 2026. Let's see how it goes. But yeah, he's been superb.

He's been great. What else you got? There are some old heads who are no longer in there. What else you got? All right, last one.

This is just for TJ again.

Well, I was just talking about NBA. All right, Pitt. I don't like this team, but I like this player. Luca is winning MVP this year. He's been great, man.

He is averaging thirty-eight. He's been super. He's been super. He's been dope. Listen, this is what the Lakers want to see after they're like we're we're we're done with LeBron, or he's done with us, and let's move on, and let's go ahead and build around Luca.

This is. This is why, again, the fruit basket from El Segundo needs to be sent in the direction of the former general manager of the Dallas Mavericks. Man, they are a fun team. You imagine if the Mavericks didn't make that move. How vast of a difference the NBA landscape would look like?

Cooper Flag would be somewhere else. Who's also? I would think, unless they would win the lottery, anyway. Who knows? All I know is the guy that left Lucas' team.

His team was seven to one.

Well, I thought you were talking about Yakel Lindabord. He's nice. I'll give you that. He's in it. Like I told y'all.

He would. You keep saying that. Like that's like finding an independent band that you were a fan of. Excuse me. When I saw all of excuse me, excuse me, excuse me, when we were looking at the mock drafts and he was dropping to Oklahoma City or the Warriors, I would turn you saying, "Why in the world is he dropping to twelve?

On what planet?" You you talked them up during the season enough that I enough that's right. I felt like yeah. Okay, it's our weekly check-in with the Eagle fan that loves to give TJ. Crap! But Kenya, I don't know what you need. A hug, man. Hey, good.

Go bird. And to my fellow ball-headed brother, you do not need the hair. Don't follow the crowd. What's up, Shaolin? How you doing, players?

Players, fine. I'm. By the way, I'm not from the north set, the north shore of of Shaolin. I'm from the center of Staten Island. But I understand.

I appreciate the reference. I'm from Tennessee, man. I just felt Staten Island was all the same.

So, by the way, you're not wrong. You're not wrong. Are you okay? Are you doing all right, man? I'm great, man.

I mean, it is what it is. We we we're making the best of the NFC lease right now. We're all the jokes. It's midseason, two and six. I was out of the country for that crappy Sunday night game, but.

I'm tired of Tannehill, man. You know, let's put Milton in. He can't be no worse. He cannot be no worse. And I'm I'm not here thinking that we're going to go to the Super Bowl and then like TJ.

But I would just like the bleeding to stop. Even if we can get a winning season, it's time for Serrani to get up out of here, man. I'm tired of that. I don't know if you're going to get a winning season, Kenny. I I mean, it's it's you've lost six in a row, and again.

It is not. It is not because the offense is so stagnant or ineffective because of injuries. The defense has been intact and is getting run all over, and you know who's coming. and And I'll tell you what, Keny, and thank you for the call. We're up against the end of the hour, and please call back.

Always love checking in with Keny, saying NFC least right. He's right. No, he's not. We stink. You do.

Can confirm, yeah. The whole division, no. No one from that division is winning. No, all are going to the NFC Championship. Excuse me.

Come on. Let me. Come on. Shout. Let Shaolin have a moment here.

You try not to claim Shaolin a minute ago. I. I'm not from the North Shore of Staten Island, which is where. Wu Tang Clan hails from. I think they're.

I'm from the Willowbrook section of Staten Island. That's right in the middle of the island. But for a guy in Tennessee, it's like it's all the same. I get it. Listen, holler at your boy.

Thank you, Method Man would back my play on this, even though he's a Jet fan. The Giants are four two and one, and if Scadaboo didn't fumble, and I hate to throw it on him, they're five and two. And they are a good football team. And if I'm John Harbaugh, I will take all the NFC least talk and Keny in DC. Diehard Eagle fan sitting in the basement at two and six, and his season is essentially over.

And he's like NFC least, and it's like, guess who's coming to town to make your life even more miserable? Off a buy. The Giants are going to win this division. I'm saying it. They're going to win it.

They're going to win some games in the remaining weeks that you don't expect them to. And they're going to get better. And there's going to be a playoff game in New Jersey. And John Harbaugh is going to be the coach on a home team sideline for it. And we're going to see what happens.

And the man who shall deliver is my guy. This is what this was all about. No, it's not all about that. It's got a lot to do with it, though. Kind of, and it's my New York in me, but NFC least.

Don't lump the Giants in with the rest of the garbage, like I did growing up. You know, fresh kill. You know, yeah. Fresh kill's landfill, world's largest garbage dump. I get it, I understand it, but guess what?

That's closed, and and and kids are going to grow up skiing down that garbage hill because it's going to be beautiful, and they have no idea that it was my trash growing up there that they're skiing down. One man's trash, and and this is a great analogy. The Giants are going to ski down the rest of the trash hill, I guess, and they're going to get Jonathan Taylor, and here we go. Oh, jeez, yeah, and then your tune, the NFC lead, is going to change. Breaking news?

No, I'm not. I'm manifesting for my guy JJ.

So put that behind and smoke it. That's right. Who's got it better than us? A lot of people. No.
