Nakita Kolov, the Russian nightmare.

No, the devil's nightmare here. From it's time to man up. Challenging men to step into their true manhood. Your chosen Truth Network Podcast is starting in just a few seconds. Enjoy it.

Share it. But most of all, thank you for listening to the Truth Podcast Network. This is the Truth Network. Kingdom Pursuits, where you hear from ordinary people instilled with an extraordinary passion. Together we explore the stories of men and women who take what they love and let God turn their passion into Kingdom Pursuits.

Now, live from the Truth Booth, your host, Robbie Dilmore. Oh, we have a Christmas treat for you today on Kingdom Pursuits, because I just love Christmas and everything about Christmas, and so we get to enjoy a little bit of that now in Kingdom Pursuits as we've got, really, Stu Epperson had this idea, which I thought was genius, of giving everybody a Christmas present right here on the Truth Network that wanted to call in today and share, you know, what's their birthday. And because we have the birthday expert himself, Dr. Dwayne Carson, who's with Date the Word, right, he's going to give you a birthday verse for your Christmas present that's going to be just spectacular. All you got to do in to give us your birthday is call us at 866-348-7884, and immediately we will provide you, wait till you hear this story about what happened with my birthday versus week, but also today we have Judy Palmer and her husband, and Judy is the author of Hope in Hard Times, and so welcome Judy. Thank you, it's glad to be here, and this is my husband George. Yeah, if you pull the mic right up in front of you that'd be good, so yeah, if you could actually just, well, George could do it. Good morning. Good morning. So Judy, you had an experience where you went through some hard times.

Oh, definitely, definitely. I woke up one day and just wanted to brush my teeth, it sounds simple, but I could not, I couldn't get the toothbrush out of the toothbrush carrier. My hand was frozen in the shape of a C and red like an apple. Unfortunately, it was that way for two bloody years, and it hurt. I did eventually get a diagnosis, it was called psoriatic arthritis, and I had the best medicine and the best doctors.

Nothing worked. So we are going to share how, right? God came in, and he is the great physician, and I guess we all need some great physicianing going on with all this COVID, RSV, you name it, stuff that's going on, the flu, whatever it may be. So, you know, I got to tell you that Dr. Carson, he does date the Word, and so he gave me my Bible verse this year for this year, you know, and he did it in a beautiful wooden plaque, right, that actually sits out front of my office, and he sits out front of my office, and he gave it to me, Mark chapter 10, verse 30, which, you know, loosely translated, Robbie's translation is, you know, he who gives up his life for my sake and the sake of the gospel will not fail to receive a hundred times as many mothers, sisters, brothers, and lands, and persecutions. So that's always been especially spectacular to me, because I do a devotion at actually Somerset in Mocksville, and I've done it for well over 20 years, and this week when I went over there, I was telling them about my birthday verse plaque, like how exciting is it, and how cool is it, because I really have a hundred mothers.

I mean, because over the years, all these ladies that I have had praying for me and saying amazing things over me, I can tell you, that it's been amazing. And so as I was sharing all this, there's a guy that comes, he's in a wheelchair, I've loved him forever, his name is Tim, and he told me after, you know, I did the devotion, he said, you have no idea how you blessed me this morning, and I said, really? And he said, yeah, when you talked about a hundred mothers, because one of those mothers was my mother. So when you started doing this in 1998, my mother was here, and I said, was she? And I said, did she have the most incredible smile? Because I recognized immediately that I bet you, I know who his mother was, and he said, yeah, she had this incredible smile, and I'll never, I said, I'll never ever forget, I said, your mother had a stroke, didn't she? And she lost half of her face, and so one day I came to do the devotion, I was, you know, it was 20 whatever years ago, and when I saw her, I began to weep, because here was this beautiful woman, and her face was just drooped down like it would be with a stroke, and she said, Robbie, don't cry for me, this is, this is my season of life, it just means I'm that closer to heaven.

Right? And so we really do, in this present life, right, we get a hundred mothers, we get a hundred sisters, and if that isn't the Christmas present, I don't know where you're going to get them, but for you, you need to know your birthday verse, and so this is one of the coolest things you can do, is actually call it in, right now, we have Dr. Karst himself right here, 866-348-7884, 866-34-TRUTH, and right now, of course, speaking of Christmas, right, we got to do some, yeah. Aha, you've been waiting, it's been a few weeks since we played some shenanigans, but ah, nothing like Christmas time to bring on the shenanigans. So, my favorite joke I tell every year at this time, okay, is most people are not aware that there were actually ten reindeer, right, so count them out, you got, right, you remember? On Dasher, on Dancer, count them, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen, everybody always forgets Rudolph, that's nine, okay, who was the tenth reindeer? It was, do you know, Grayson? You don't know about the tenth reindeer? It was Olive, Olive the other reindeer. All right, Grayson, we got more for you. What did snowmen call their offspring? I bet you wondered about that. Dr. Carson, what did snowmen call their offspring?

Grayson, you got an idea? Ah, they call them children, children, yeah. So you may have heard they had a big election this year, a big election, and you know, do you know where the elves went to vote? Have you wondered about that? To the North Pole? Good idea, yeah, they went to the North Pole. I got it!

Yay! That's why he's a doctor, he's so smart. He is a doctor, there you go, and so with coronavirus, RSV, and flu, you know, how do you know when Santa comes down the chimney that he isn't spreading some virus? I mean, how do you know? I mean, he's been in all these houses, who knows what he's bringing in when he comes? I guess you're wondering about that. Have you wondered about it, Dr. Carson?

Yeah, a lot of people do. Well, he uses Santa-tizer. Thank you, Santa. I do love this, and so actually, when I went to the boot camp here a couple weeks ago, I had an avid listener by the name of Kenny, he gave me this riddle, which is really very, very difficult, okay? But if you can guess this, we are going to give you a free, hard times, hoping the hard times, from Judy Dunn Palmer, right?

This very book is for you. All you have to do is tell us, and this is hard, okay? How do you know that King David's football team would win the Super Bowl, all right? This year, by the way, how do you know that King David's football team would win the Super Bowl this year? Eight, six, six, three, four, eight, seven, eight, eight, four, eight, six, six, three, four, truth.

How would you know that? So how cool. We got William has got his birthday that he's wanting to know, his birthday verse. So William, you're on Kingdom Pursuits.

I got my shows mixed up. So William, you're on Kingdom Pursuits. Good morning, William.

Good morning, good morning. And so what have you got for us? My birthday, is that right? Yeah.

Okay, well, my birthday is April 24th. 4-24. All right, so the wizard is putting it into his wizardly computer for 4-24. Excellent. Oh, oh, you gotta break, Dr. Carson, because Proverbs 4-24, put away from your deceitful male, put perverse lips far from you. Proverbs 4-24. Proverbs 4-24. There you go, William.

Proverbs 4-24. Thank you. Have a blessed day. You too. Thank you, William.

We got much more. Need your birthday verse. 866-348-7884.

You're listening to the Truth Network and truthnetwork.com. Welcome back to Kingdom Pursuits, where we hear how God takes your passion and uses it to build the kingdom, and we're so blessed to have with us today Judy Palmer, and she is the author of Hope in the Hard Times, and Dr. Duane Carson, of course, with his radio show, Date the Word, and so many other things. And I should point out that if you go to kingdompursuits.com, you're going to see where you can order Judy's book if you didn't have a chance to call in and win it today, or if you want to subscribe to Date the Word, which he does every single day, and he'd be more than happy to get you your birthday verse if you didn't want to call in today. But by the way, we need you to call in because it's a lot more fun when you do that. So 866-348-7884 is the number to call in and do that. 866-304-TRUTH.

We have Anne Ault in Huntersville, North Carolina. Anne, you're on Kingdom Pursuits. Good morning.

Oh, goody gumdrops. I'll tell you something. I was listening to Krishna Kargai and my sister-in-law called right when you were getting into all that great stuff that you do, just that study. And so I went up to listen to the podcast and I just got back on and I heard verses being created out of your birthdays.

So I thought, oh, I'll do that. You know, I have to tell you before we get there that I tried all week to call you, but something's going on with your phone. Oh, no. Oh, well, it's joining the rest of the list. I seriously, every time I tried to call you, it rang busy, but I'm so glad you called in because I missed you this week. Oh, well, this week. And I know that your brother's family, I've been praying for them.

Yeah, that's who called. That's why I couldn't resist, you know, because my big brother hung with the Lord, but it's such an amazing thing. And I don't want to get off on a track here, but I keep thinking, what are you seeing now? And then your study today on, you know, I just love those studies where you pull apart all those complex words, but it's like, it's such a mystery, but it really takes away, it's a salve for the pain, isn't it? Oh, it's just, you know, where are you Christmas?

That, our hearts just cry. Yes, that was so perfect. Oh my gosh, yes. So I'm dying to know, when is your birthday, Ann? Oh, I'm giving away my, I don't know. You don't have to give the year, just give the day. Oh, just the date. Okay, that's good. It's 531. Oh, okay. You were almost June, but you didn't quite make it.

May day, May day, all right. 531, the wizard has it. How about Acts 531? Acts 531, him, God has exalted to his right hand to be prince and savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins. Acts 531, that's your birthday verse.

Acts 531, it reminds me of a joke. I know you're not shocked, but there was a lady that was being robbed. She was being robbed.

And so, you know, she didn't have anything to defend herself. And so she quotes Acts, right? Yes.

238. And she says Acts 238 to the guy, you know, repent and be baptized, right? And then, and so she just says that to the guy and the guy just freezes, right? And the police come, right? They're trying to figure out what's going on with this guy. So they get him out, you know, and she goes, I don't know why he froze. I just said Acts 238.

And they're taking him out to the car. And he'd go, what is it up with Acts 238? Why would a Bible verse scare you? And he goes, Bible verse?

She said she had an ax in 238. Well, there's help for anybody being robbed. You never know what scripture will do for you. Be ready to quote Acts 238.

It works every time. All right, Ann. Well, thank you for calling in and for sharing. I'm going to, you know, try to get up with you because I got to talk to you. But we got to, and we got to do, we got to get on to Plymouth progress too. I know that's my struggle.

That's my struggle. So thank you for calling. Always great to hear from you. And I will talk to you. Love you too. Well, we got, love you too. We got Ms. J is on in, I believe in Greensboro, North Carolina, Ms. J.

You're on Kingdom Pursuits now. Hey, how are you? Did you hear the lady that heard you saying on the phone? Oh, she just went on. Oh man, you're a hit. You're a hit. We may have to get you a recording deal for this.

One day, maybe I will hope to have that. It was a different Ann, but it was still a Miss Ann. And she's out there right now, right at this minute, making some amazing, amazing sweet potato casserole based on what I heard.

So anyway, moving on. So Ms. J, when is your birthday? January 20th, 1960.

January 20th. That would be 120 just for those of us who could do the math, you know. I like on one hand, Job 120, because then Job arose, tore his robe, shaved his head, and he fell down to the ground and worshiped. So that's one that I use is Job 120, but Philippians 120. We don't want Ms. J shaving her head.

It wouldn't be good. But Philippians 120, Paul says, I want, no matter what happens in my life, to magnify the Lord. So go with Philippians 120 for your birthday verse. And she does magnify the Lord.

If you'd listened to the last show, she sang a Christmas song that just blew everybody away. Well, there you go, Ms. J, you do magnify the Lord. I know that's the case. So God bless you. I do have something to share with you. The reason why he did put Job up in there, because that's what I feel like I'm going through, like the Job experience. It's been like on the one hand, Job, and on the other hand, I'm going to still worship, you know.

And I felt like I shaved my head. I felt like that in the spirit, but that he is really, really good at that. And as soon as he said it, I, you know, I'm not going to have to give God some worship and praise after I get off the phone, but he's right there with that. And then he's also giving me hope in the Philippians because that's exactly what I do.

I constantly keep praying. Aw, thank you so much. That's wonderful. And that's the meaning of my book.

Yeah, it is. Keep praying because he will answer you in his time. Thank you. Yes! Have a great Saturday. You've blessed me in so many different ways.

God bless. Thanks for calling. So, you know, lines are open so you can call with your birthday.

We need to know. You don't have to give us a date. I mean, you have to give us the date.

You don't have to give us the year. 866-348-7884, 86634-TRUTH. So, Judy, take us further into the story. So your hand looked like a C. It was bright red. You got this horrible arthritis. And I'm guessing you were praying. I was praying every day and nothing happened.

I was miserable. I know some of your listeners are, too. But one thing that I did write was that I just kept praying because God never goes back on his word. And he said, if you reach out to me, I will answer. It takes a long time. And he's going to answer in his way.

But he will answer. So eventually, I went to a Reinhard Bonnke crusade. And I was deep in prayer. And all of a sudden, I heard my husband cry. And he doesn't cry. I mean, I did not want to open my eyes, but it was George. It was my husband. So I opened my eyes, and he's smiling.

And I thought, of course he's not crying. And he saw my hand that had been clenched for years open up and turn from red to pink. Yes, it was a God thing. It was God. And, well, he's here.

He can describe it to you. So, yes, we have, go ahead. I watched that happen. And we heard Daniel Kolenda say he wanted people who had been healed to come down to the stage and give a testimony. And Judy said, I've got to get down there. We looked down, the stage was being mobbed.

There were empty wheelchairs. There were crutches on the floor. And he said, wait a minute, wait, I can't have you all up here.

He took two or three testimonies. And so many people were healed in that crowd. And we found out since then that that was routine for him.

It's still going on. He's in Africa, filling in for Reinhard Bonnke. And Daniel was his evangelist. He's running the whole evangelist program now.

So, George, can you take us into that? Like, you were sitting there, and you were watching her pray. Did it look like she was praying more intensely than normal? Or what were your thoughts while it was going on? Oh, definitely.

Because he said, anyone who doesn't need help, put a hand on somebody who has their hand up because they need help. Of course, she's next to me. I put my left hand on her. And I was just watching her. And she was in a, well, a trance. You know, she was looking up and smiling and happy. And then, as she said, I looked at her hand, and I watched that hand just open up from that tight little fist that she'd had for two years, at least, open up gradually. And then finally, she opened her eyes and looked at it. And she couldn't believe it.

She kept stretching the fingers out and bending them back again. And they're working, they're working. So, it was an awesome, awesome experience. And so, did you go to the doctor afterwards? Yeah. Oh, yeah. And what did the doctor say?

Well, Judy. And I, well, I didn't ask him. I told him. I said, this is a, God healed me. And he says, perhaps. And it's never, he's never changed his point of view.

But that's okay. Well, what was his point of view? He says, well, the medicine finally worked. And I said, yes, the medicine finally worked, but it took two years for it to work. And God made that— At the moment that you were praying at the bar— Exactly. During the ceiling service.

Yeah. And God made that, what, something in me, the chemicals in me just happened to twist around at that moment. And it worked.

I walked into that auditorium, and my hand was clenched tight. And I walked out, and I was high-fiving. What a story. Yeah, it is. It's a God story. It really is. Amen. And so, you know, what a story.

She wrote a book called Hope in the Hard Times. So, there's a lot more to this story, and we're going to get more to that. But we need your, oh, we got some more callers, but we need more. 866-348-7884, we want to give you your birthday verse, and maybe you know about King David's football team. I'm going to share that. You will laugh.

I promise you, this riddle is quite the riddle, and it's got quite the answer. So, 866-348-7884. You're listening to the Truth Network and truthnetwork.com. Welcome back to Kingdom Pursuits, where we hear how God takes your passion and uses it to build the Kingdom. And of course, we've got poster children for that today, as my friend, Dr. Duane Carson, with Date the Word, his passion for the Word. I can share with you that, and I should share with you that when he comes in to record those every month, and we do 30 of them together, that he and I have a complete revival talking about these verses.

Yes, we do. We thought it'd be cool to record all the discussion that goes on about these verses, because he has a passion for the Word and a great humility in it, that I find in all disciples, that they are so teachable. They're dying to learn more about Jesus, whatever that looks like, and just so spectacular, as you can learn about your birthday verse by calling in at 866-348-7884. And then we have with us Judy Palmer and her husband, George, and she is the author of Hope in the Hard Times. And boy, when you hear her story, when you hear her story, which maybe you just heard about her struggles with her hand, and then how God healed that, and for a lot of us, what she talked about is it's hard to brush your teeth. Well, I have some pain in my thumb sometimes from arthritis.

It hurts, and I can't even imagine what she was going through. So we are anxious to hear your verse. So we got John is in Wake Forest, North Carolina. John? I'm sorry.

Did I? The screen's a little ways from me, so it's not John. It's somebody in Wake Forest. I believe it's Jane. Hello, Wake Forest. Jane! There you go. Hi!

Yeah, they're closer to the screen than me. Thank you for what you're doing. Oh, thank you for calling in. So— I wanted to get the scripture for my sister's birthday. Her birthday is December 13th. Oh, you're— December 13th, 1213, Ecclesiastes 1213. Ecclesiastes 1213, you know, he sees the—he comes to the very end, and he says, I gotta tell you, fear God and keep his commandments.

Ecclesiastes 1213, what a great verse for that date. There you go. Praise the Lord. Thank you, brothers. I love what you all do, and Judy's story is such an inspiring one.

Isn't it? It really is. Thank you, Jane. Thank you for calling in for your sister. That's really sweet.

That's amazing. I appreciate you calling in so much. God bless.

Y'all keep on being the light for the Lord. You too. Thank you. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Bye-bye. So we have Miss Joy, who is in Greensboro, North Carolina. Miss Joy, you're on Kingdom Pursuits.

Good morning! Is it Jane again? Yeah, okay, okay. Y'all are giving me so much joy. I was feeling so much up and down, but I got so much joy. But he was supposed to say I was going to try and do the riddle as well, but I was so excited. I'm excited about the riddle, because, all right, you need this book, so that way you can—and you need hope in the hard times. I'm trying to win it.

I need it. But the only way I can handle a hard riddle like that is to just believe. I just think it's just believe.

Well, I think you're right. That's exactly what David did, because the way that he won the Super Bowl—he's going to win the Super Bowl this year. It hasn't happened yet. So it says here, according to my good friend Kenny, who came to boot camp and lives in High Point and is just a wonderful Christian man, you're going to be excited about this, Dr. Carson, as much as you love football, and I know that you do. You're going to think about this all weekend. You know how King David is going to win the Super Bowl? I can't wait to hear.

Well, after he, you know, he took down the Bears and he took down the Lions, then he had no problem with the Giants. Oh, I love it. I love it. I love it. And he did that all through believing, right, Miss J? And there you go. So you win.

We're going to send you out this book, Hope in the Hard Times. I mean, how wonderful is that? So that's a completely original riddle by Kenny. Isn't that good? It is good.

It really is, yeah. That's good. All right. Have a great Christmas.

Oh my God, I can't stop smiling right now. Thank you so much for calling us back. I know you're going to enjoy this book, so God bless. Thanks. All right, we got Jerry, it looks like it could be Jerry, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Jerry, you're on Kingdom Pursuits. Good morning.

Hey, good morning. And since I just heard December 13th, 12-13, my birthday, I'm on the doorstep of that for 12-14. 12-14.

Well, you got several you can choose from. I would go with Hebrews 12-14, pursue peace with all people and holiness without which no one will see the Lord. That's Hebrews 12-14, but there's also right after Ecclesiastes 12-13 is Ecclesiastes 12-14, and it's a reminder for God will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing, whether good or evil. That's a good reminder. But then the challenge of challenge for your birthday verse, Romans 12-14, bless those who persecute you, bless and do not curse.

12-14. So I pitched you three verses there, Jerry. All right, I tell you what, I got plenty to put you on there. Great show, enjoyed it this morning. Oh, and you need to tell us, Jerry, Nikita's coming to your church, right? Nikita Koloff?

Oh, yeah, yep. So I know a lot of the people listening today are listening to the Man Up show with Nikita Koloff, so how fun. Pinedale's got Nikita coming. Yep, coming tomorrow morning, both services, the 9-15 and the 10-45 Pinedale Christian Church.

And Winston-Salem on Peters Creek Parkway. If you've never heard Nikita live and speaking and his passion for Jesus Christ and the lost, man, don't miss this opportunity with them being in the Winston area. I got to say, because, you know, sometimes I have to pinch myself, I'm so lucky that I get to record with Dr. Carson, but I also am the producer of Nikita's show, right? And so he comes in and I get to hear, you know, here's another example of somebody that, I mean, this guy was the world champion wrestler. I mean, he was the Russian nightmare, right? He was all that. And when God gets ahold of us, we never know where he's going to lead us. But he is one of the most humble, would love to hear about you, love to hear about your story. When you hear his story and his passion for Jesus, I'm going to tell you, if you're not got any other plans for tomorrow and you can make it to Pinedale, like, you will not. You may think he's a championship wrestler, but man, he put a string of hold on you, you ain't going to forget. That Russian sick will bring a whole new meaning to it. He can bring down a few giants himself, by the way.

I'm pretty sure of that, as well as the Bears and the Lions. Well, thank you, Jerry. I appreciate you calling in. God bless. God bless you. Thank you. All right, Jerry. Always great to hear from my friend.

He's our Christian Body Shop guy, by the way, at Ray's Body Shop and Wrecker Service, a great supporter of The Truth Network. And so getting back to you, Judy, I'm interested. So you mentioned depression and some things in your book. So was there some part of that that was involved that you're trying to help people in hard times with in the book? In the book, you mean me being depressed? I don't understand your question. Ah, that's good.

I like it when I don't know what I'm saying. But I was just remembering what it said in the intro, talking about, you know, if you're struggling with something, then, and so I was just trying to get to, you know, obviously the story is spectacular, but the book looks like it's about 200 pages or 100 and something. And so I'm thinking there's more than the story in here. So there must be something that God put on your heart to share for people that need hope.

Definitely. I want, my message is, and the message of the book is that you need to persevere in prayer. I've been involved in prayer chains for about 20 years, and I love the people involved in my prayer chain. But over that time, I have seen prayers be incidental here and there.

And we need to continue to continue, continue in those prayers. And mine, as well as everyone else's, because it's only when we persevere in prayer, do we see an answer. Now, I was thinking about that this week, that when we believe supernaturally, he answers supernaturally. Like when it seems to make absolutely no sense at this point, that's when it requires faith and, oh, that's his favorite. And that's what he wants. He wants us to love him more than anything and more than any symptom and more than any depression, whatever we go through. If he is the exalted one, we need to exalt him.

That's right. And so, wow, we got one more segment. Stay tuned. We need your birthday.

You're listening to the Truth Network and truthnetwork.com. Darrell Bock Welcome back to Kingdom Pursuits, where we hear how God takes your passion and uses it to build the Kingdom. And, you know, just like today, we have Judy with us. You know, she wrote this book. Her husband contacted me, and I'm so delighted to have her in.

But, you know, the idea is of the show has always been like when you get a supernatural call to do something that like, man, I can't do that. Well, when you step out in faith, and then God takes you on this adventure you never dreamed that, oh, my goodness, you know, that's what we're hoping that you will contact us and want to come on Kingdom Pursuits. That's what we're all about. And so we would love to have you, right? It's pretty easy to find me at Truth Network or Kingdom Pursuits or Christian Car Guy.

Any of that stuff has my email. And I would love to hear what your project may be. Maybe God put it on your heart to do a movie. Maybe He put it on your heart to teach Sunday school classes by the fact that you're a drug addict or something else that seemed like you were disqualified, but you turned out were uniquely qualified.

And God took what seemed like an impossible situation and made it possible. And so that's really what the heart of this show has always been. And we would love to have you on because that's what the heart of this show is. And so glad that Judy and her husband came on with us today. But you know what I'm missing right now? I don't have any callers with their birthday. So if you, the Holy Spirit's going, come on. Yeah, Robbie will treat you nice.

866-348-7884, 866-348-7884. We just have a couple more minutes to get these in. And so Judy, I am very curious, you know, when God put this on your heart to write it, you begin to write. Often He gives you a download, wow, I did not see that coming. And so when you began to write your book, what did He download to you that you didn't see coming in the book? Well, there was a man that I encountered and he was telling me that miracles don't happen anymore. They were for the Old Testament times. And I said, no, this is what happened to me. And he says, no, no, no, no. It's for Old Testament times. And I said, whoa, because God had told me I needed to write this book.

And actually I was writing a fictional book. And I said, God, are you sure? And he says, you never talk back to God probably. And he says, hand.

Every morning. Yeah. Really, I understand. And he says, hand, hand. Okay, okay.

So I'm writing it. And then I kind of paused and I met this guy. And I said, okay, God, okay. This is why I have to write it, because people need to understand miracles do happen. And this was my miracle. Well, this was one of them anyway.

They really do need to know it. And I have a seminal miracle story of when I was healed from cancer. And where a pastor heard that somebody needed to be healed within this dealership that I was working at. And he came and laid hands on me and anointed me with oil. And I actually thought he was in that case.

Okay. Because I didn't know anything about oil and anointing. And I'm like, what is up with this guy? But I had tumors. I was like, Job, you know, I had tumors all over me. And I was supposed to start chemotherapy that Monday.

That was on a Friday. Well, Monday morning I woke up. I didn't have tumor one. I mean, those tumors sticking out of my skin. So it wasn't like, well, I wonder if you have any tumors. Cause you could see them and they're like gone. And so same kind of thing that no miracles happen.

And you can, you can say it with whatever medicine you want, but I wasn't on any medicine. Oh, fantastic. That's wonderful.

Robbie. God is so good. Isn't he? He's just awesome. Yeah.

He really, really is. So we have jewel. It looks like Julie in an apex, North Carolina has got a Bible. Uh, hello, Julie. Is it Julie? Did I get it right?

Well, I actually don't know if I have a Bible birthday, but welcome. Um, yeah. 11, two, hold on one second. Sorry. Oh, it's okay. 11, two. Yeah. 11, two.

I mean, that's going to take us. Um, I, I, I like proverbs 11, two, uh, it's just a great challenge. Uh, proverbs 11, two, when pride comes, then come shame, but with the humble is wisdom. What a great teaching verse for your birthday. Um, you could also go with Luke 11, two. This is where the disciples had asked Jesus to teach them how to pray. And he said, when you pray, say our father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

So, uh, two verses there for you proverbs. I'm sorry about that. Hello? Yeah. We can hear you.

Did you not hear, um, what Dr. Carson was saying? Hello? Hello. Apparently there's a phone error of some kind, but can you hear me now? Yes.

Okay. So he give her the verses again real quick. So, so we have proverbs 11, two, when pride comes, then come shame, but with the humblest wisdom. And then there's, uh, Luke 11, two. Uh, so he said to them, when you pray, say our father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

So, um, uh, two verses proverbs 11, two, or Luke 11, two great verses for your birthday. Yeah. Thank you, Julie. God bless. Thank you. Right. Okay.

Um, wow. Let me tell you what a great show. It was so great to have you on Judy, Dr. Carson. Again, you can always hear him on Date the Word and you can get Judy's book at kingdompursuits.com right there. You can just order it, but let me just tell you about your humble verse. There's an encouraging prayer.

I know. Cause I recorded it with my good friend, James Banks. If you missed this one for Christmas, he, he, he got a download yesterday. He, he texted me at seven in the morning, Robbie, I've got something you got. This episode is one of the best encouraging prayers we've ever done. It has everything to do with humility. You don't want to miss it. I can assure you, you got to stay tuned for encouraging prayer. This is the truth network.
