Election Day in America. President Trump issued limited strikes on Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz Monday evening. The NYT published a list of what was alleged to be over 500 Michigan “Jewish leaders” supporting El-Sayed, some of whom were fake and didn’t exist. White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary, Anna Kelly, joins us to reveal some of things she has heard ahead of the vote count tonight, how President Trump has delivered for young people, what we stand to lose if Republicans don’t turn out and more.Thank you for supporting our sponsors that make The Dana Show possible…Alliance Defending Freedomhttps://JoinADF.com/DanaDon’t let schools put ideology over the safety of our girls in sports. So you can go there, chapter and verse over at Substack. Check that out. I'll be bopping around a couple of different places tonight as.

Well, and so I'll be on social media, and I'll also be providing updates there.

So this is a really We got to break it all. I mean, it's just election day, totally everywhere. And the FMF that he announced—that was pretty. The end of that FMF. I'm going to break down what that entails, the concerns that people have about it, and also the FMF, the the foreign military financing agreements that we have with other countries.

It's just interesting to me that the only objection is to Israel's. Nobody says anything about Jordan's. No one says anything about anybody else's. It's just very interesting. But then we.

Also had. Wait a minute. We also had strikes on Keshtim Island yesterday for Iran. This is cut four. Podus was talking about what happened.

Now he was clear to say that this was a continuation of an op that was previously ongoing, not an escalation or expansion of any kind of activity in Iran. Listen. They have no anti-aircraft. We took some out last night. It's just a minor attack.

It wasn't war. We they had a they built a anti-aircraft facility. It took them about two months. We watched it get built. As soon as it was completed, we hit it last night.

Very nicely. Not not big war. And you know when you talk about war, this isn't. Interesting.

So very interesting.

So he's saying that they don't have any anti aircraft. We were able to go in. We were able to neutralize this. There's been. Remember what you were hearing from the Tucker Carlson's was that Tucker Carlson was saying, "Oh my gosh, they're going to drop a nuke." Does that sound like they dropped a nuke?

Doesn't sound like they dropped a nuke. Doesn't. That's what Tucker was telling everyone. Tucker and his Tucker toadies were telling everybody this for like the past two days. They've been they've been railing on this for forever.

No nuke was dropped, right? Nobody saw that. That was just a continuation of what was already ongoing.

So this is all. This is some pretty crazy stuff that's going down right now.

Now, a couple of other things. The latest with.

So the races, there's several House races that we're gonna that I'm watching. I'm gonna get into that later. The Senate races that I'm currently watching. I think you have to look at Michigan because Trump has to pierce through, and Republicans have to pierce through. And Michigan's a swing state.

Used to not be a swing state. Trump made it a swing state. I think they they we've got to make sure that we're maintaining Michigan. These are all races: the Michigan race, the Texas race, all of that. These are these are races that we have to win, and we're going to go through the House races and the Senate races, and then we have some gubernatorial races as well.

Now here in Texas, we got Governor Greg Abbott, who's scheduled to join us at the bottom of this first hour.

So the Gubernatorial races as well, incredibly important. Texas is a lot closer than I am comfortable with.

However, I think that Abbott is in pretty safe territory. I think everybody would think that that's pretty safe, safe territory.

So the. Michigan race, the ongoing, the OPPO is still dropping. I don't know if you're seeing this. The OPPO is still dropping in the Michigan race. There's all kinds of stuff coming out now about which I'm like, why are we waiting for election day to drop some of this stuff?

This the million dollar question that I have because the New York Times they published so yesterday they published this huge. Thing about Jewish leaders supporting El Saeed, and they were trying to paint this narrative that he has strong Jewish support in Michigan. But you know what happened to the list? They didn't vet the names on the list, and so some of the signatories didn't even use their full names.

Some of the names were not even real; they literally used fake names on their list. That was it, and the whole point was narrative. Was all narrative. That was the entire point of it.

So the tactics are crazy right now. And then it came out that AOC was desperately trying to stop Haley Stevens from doing what she did—the defection before the Michigan, before everything went total chaos. It there was apparently a 25 minute phone call that Politico revealed, showing Democrats were scrambling to prevent the split in the party. And she apparently called her. She said that that she was concerned, and they could not.

She she she was objecting and trying to stop her from from endorsing Mike Rogers. Didn't work, but. Man, they're desperate. It's because they're desperate right now, and they want to keep that seat. I sent a little post out yesterday where I was discussing how, in Michigan, if El Sayed wins that race, first off, you have a guy who clearly is absolutely, indisputably associated with the Muslim Brotherhood.

These are facts. There is so much that has come out about this. These are absolute facts. Absolutely associated. You're going to have somebody like that that's going to be able to.

Seriously, to to actually get on and and have security clearances, security clearances. This is, it. I don't even have any words. But this is where we're at right now. This is where we're at.

This is literally. It's going to change the Democrat Party. It's going to change them because this is. I think this is just the final term that they're negotiating. That's really it.

This is the final term that they're negotiating, and they're they're complete and total surrender. But yes, this New York Times piece, that was pretty insane. It has drawn a lot of heat over these fake names, and this was after he had a staffer that was charged in a plot to terrorize their the Jewish community up there. And they're trying to find any Jewish person or Jewish-sounding person that would sign a petition to to to hype him and to to endorse him. But yeah, they published literally the the the this whole list of names.

And so far, what I've seen, I don't think that they've taken any of the names off. I was actually looking at some of the latest. I think that they were they no they they did republish it. This list was a list that they were cobbling together, and they they they were adding more to it, and none of the names were vetted. None of them were vetted.

This is just one of the craziest. It just keeps getting weirder. Then you have in Alaska. Did you guys hear the? There were people who were actually upset because they had been voting for.

They actually realized one guy, for instance, they got him outside of a polling booth. He realized that he apparently had voted for the wrong Dan Sullivan. I, I'm not even making this up. This is all. It's this is it's going to be a chaotic day.

It's going to be an absolutely chaotic day. Just know this. But this is what we need the turnout for. It's why we have to have. The insane amount of voters, Republican voters, coming out to overcome all of these tricks that they have, that Democrats have been pushing.

We have to have an. This is that's the only time. That's the only thing that makes it safe. That's the only thing that makes it safe. So there's going to be a piece that we have that Lorraine's been working on about decoy Dan, who with.

In Alaska, and you're going to be able to go over to Substack, chapter and verse, and get that because it's shown. The New York Times had a piece where they were showing that Mary Peltola's campaign is pretty much there are no questions at this point. You can't say allegedly. There are too many receipts showcasing that she was involved in this scheme to get this second Dan Sullivan. Apparently, I read another story and I was trying to find it where the guy.

He actually had to leave. He like left town.

Well, I say town. It's like a village, like a fishing village that he that you have to have like a boat or air. That's the only way that you can get to it, boat or air. And the guy had to get out of Dodge. He had to leave because it was so bad.

It was so bad. Yeah, we have this video of one of the voters that completely lost his mind in Anchorage because he realizes, oh my gosh. Did I vote for the wrong Dan Sullivan? He literally was like, "I don't remember seeing the other Dan Sullivan." He said, "I totally forgot to look if there were two Dan Sullivans," and he was like, "There, you know, because there were like two of them on the ballot there." And then he's freaking out. This is why they did this on purpose.

They did this on purpose. It was all done. To cause that kind of confusion, and he had said at one point, he's like, I think I'm having a brain freeze. I don't know how many other voters do you have that are like this guy who is freaking out because he thinks he voted for the wrong Dan Sullivan. Watch.

I don't remember seeing the other Dan Sullivan. I was—I totally forgot to look for two Dan Sullivan. The two were together on the ballot. Yeah, didn't notice that. You know, I—I might be just having a brain freeze, but I don't remember the second Dan Sullivan.

And and uh, I yeah I I don't know. Tend to vote for. Oh, I definitely intended to vote for the real Dan Sullivan.

Now see, this is the whole point. This is the whole point. This is why they did what they did. They wanted massive confusion.

So we've got a lot on this coming up. The latest with the red green alliance. We're going to look at. The the psyop to see if it influences America. The big push on Iran and to try to turn people against POTUS and Republicans on that issue.

We're going to dive into that. We have a lot to unpack. It's election day. I hope that everybody voted. I hope everyone went out and voted.

And I, if you haven't, I hope you do. Because you know you can find out if you voted. I mean, not who you voted for, but you know who you voted. You can find out. So, on my new audio series, Love Lately, I'm getting into the conversations we're really having about love, relationships, and our sexual health. Every week, it's me and Dr. Contessa Metcalf, my big sister with a medical degree, breaking down what the culture says versus What the doctor says and helping make sense of it all, get into it. Another thing me and my friends don't really talk about is like how you're having conversations with people about getting tested. I'll be honest, so many women don't feel comfortable talking about it, and they don't feel comfortable advocating for themselves.

But let's go ahead and just put you in a position to where you can kind of empower yourself, and it it isn't something. It's not a judgment thing. It brings that peace of mind that y'all can just. Do what y'all do, and have a good time. Yeah, I say get tested together, and that's beautiful.

Brings you closer together. Listen to Love Lately with Lauren La Rosa from iHarts Ruby Studio on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcast. Brought to you by Gilead Sciences. They say everything happens for a reason, but I suspect everything happens for a Reese's. Like this commercial break.

Did you need 15 seconds away from music or 15 seconds to eat a Reese's? Perhaps it's true. Everything happens for a Reese's. And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five.

All right.

So first up. We have energy drinks linked to cardiac risk in young adults. I mean, it's definitely not the vax, says Keen. It's definitely not because we've always had we've had these energy drinks. We've had them.

Cardiologists are calling the research a warning sign. Getting daily jolts from energy drinks could be a dangerous habit for young people. Could be a very dangerous habit. They said. No, of course it doesn't.

Study links regular cold showers to 26 fewer sick days. I think that that's just like part of a behavior. If you are just healthy and you do cold showers, and all that's what I honestly think that it is. I don't think it's anything about that. But they said that they did a survey of Swiss adults who took cold showers.

I really don't care about any of these people. If they live or die tomorrow, it would make no difference to me. Twelve weeks, they reported twenty-six percent fewer sick days. Thirty-one percent. They're Swiss, though.

They live in like I mean, seriously, up in Switzerland. It's just like a different lifestyle, different. Other people here though that do the cold shower thing, they find a lot of health benefits with it. Yeah, but I think that sometimes I think that that's just part of a health, like one variable of a healthy lifestyle, and not like the cold shower alone is going to do that. But what I love about the study is that thirty something percent of people only continued.

Like the rest of them, Martha Stewart addresses backlash over homeless Halloween costumes. She stops short of apologizing. And she dressed up as a homeless person with a sign that says "I am hungry," and everybody knows that the only appropriate way to do any kind of poverty tour is to be like a Sean Pyker and wear a $800 t-shirt and $600 sunglasses while you're going and making kids dance for your viral videos in Cuba. Everybody knows that that's the only acceptable form of any kind of poverty chic. Come on, Martha, you did it wrong.

You were supposed to go to Cuba and wear designer duds and flash it in the face of all the poor people there. Come get it right, Martha. Also, speaking of homeless, Nick Cage says he's currently kind of homeless after a giant sinkhole opened up next to his Malibu mansion. This I think it's in Malibu. He made an appearance at Comic Con, and he was asked about his Halloween plans, and he said he had to adjust.

He goes, "We can't have normal trick or treaters." He said because of the sinkhole that just appeared at the property next to him. He goes, "I'm a little bit homeless." He said something happened to my house in Malibu, so I'm just sort of living in hotels, so I don't have normal trick or treaters that I would like to enjoy tonight.

So he likes trick or treating. He's a He said that he had taken, or he was going to be taking his four-year-old daughter to trick or treat.

So there you go. But yeah, can you imagine a giant sinkhole in Mal? Like, why do people they build right on the coastline in Malibu, right on the coastline? And it just worries me, you know. A madman was arrested for attacking four women over a two-day period.

He walked free both times. It's being called one of the most insane stories ever, according to the New York Post. They say his five-minute reign of terror in Lower Manhattan was the warm-up act for a revolving door justice system. And yeah, he's a very violent guy, but he keeps being released.

Now, remember, if anybody did anything about this guy, like Daniel Penny. Guess what would happen? The guy would have been the hero. Would have been dragged in public, just like they always are. Just like Daniel Penny was dragged in public.

That's how it happens.

So that's I'm just saying. And of course, we told you about the New York Times how they're getting busted for making up, adding fake names to this story where they were trying to say, oh, here's Jewish leaders in Michigan supporting al-Sa'id, and it turned out a number of them were fake.

Some of them were dead too.

Some of the names were people who were dead. Not even making that up. We're all going to need relief factor today. I feel like I actually had a friend of mine. And what kills me is she's a distance runner.

She was like Dana. She texted me yesterday. Can I swing by and get some relief factor? And I'm like, "This what?" She's like, "I literally walked 11,000 miles yesterday, and I'm so tired." She was block walking. She's like, "I walked so." So I gave her some relief factor.

Look, I'm telling you, there's a reason why people take it because it works, right? My husband uses it for old sports injuries for his knees. I have another friend who uses it. She's a bodybuilder. I think it doesn't matter if you're like 100 years old, if you're 50, if you're 40, 30, 20, whatever.

If you like, for instance, if you Leg day, and you want to be able to move like not a robot the next day. You need relief factor because it's going to help your body's biological response, a healthy response to any kinds of aches and pains, and also deal with your inflammation in a healthy way. In fact, it uses key ingredients: rosemary, trawl, omega threes, curcumin from turmeric, icarlin, which is used for its biological effects on inflammatory pathways and cartilage. All of this stuff that you know, if you you do if you're sore. Stiff in the morning.

This is what Relief Factor deals with. It's a drug-free supplement as well.

So this is not like a pharmaceutical prescription, right? It's a drug-free supplement. Two like millions of people actually take this, and they go back to order more. Everyone that I have spoken to in my house and outside of it, they're like, "This actually really works." You can test it for yourself. Try the three-week quick start.

They have an introductory program that gives you an opportunity to try it and just see if it fits your routine. It's the three-week quick start. It's only seventeen seventy-six. Visit relieffactor.com or call one eight hundred number four relief. Talk with one of their team to learn more.

With people about getting tested, I'll be honest.

So many women don't feel comfortable talking about it, and they don't feel comfortable advocating for themselves. But let's go ahead and just put you in a position to where you can kind of empower yourself, and it it isn't something. It's not a judgment thing. Take noise-canceling headphones. Do they block hearing to heighten taste? That sound seems to show everything happens for Reese's. Welcome back to the program, folks. Dana Lash with you.

We're at the bottom of this third hour. You can listen all around the country, terrestrially. Catch us on Channel Three Forty-Seven Direct TV as well, X YouTube, and of course here, where we are in the Republic of Texas. Please, for the love of all things holy, get out and vote. We will come get you.

We will drive you to vote ourselves.

So long as you're not all the way in Houston, we got to make it happen. Joining us right now, the White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary Anna Kelly, who is not napping. I would be. I don't think any of these people in the White House sleep. I think they all go on POTUS's schedule.

But Anna joins us because one of the things I want to make sure that we are doing, Anna, is spiking the football on all of the wins. I To obliterate this ridiculous, made-up, fake narrative that somehow we aren't doing well and that we are not poised to do even greater, especially if we keep control of the House, the Senate, and we're able to deliver on the rest of POTUS's agenda. Thanks so much for joining us today. Thanks for having me, Dan. I'll add we don't sleep because the president doesn't sleep.

He's literally done between him and the vice president about fifty events since the midterm elections, or sorry, midterm convention.

So we're all just trying to keep up with him around here. He has an insane amount of energy, and he is really fired up and ready to have a good day today. And you know there is a clear distinction, and I know we played some audio earlier. Pod is talking about this. I think he's doing a pretty really good job of like.

This out as well as the team of you all in showing the clear distinction in choices when people go to the ballot box. And I'm just going to use Texas, where we are right now, for an example, and then we'll go out nationally. Because I was looking at the crime rate in Texas overall since POTUS closed the border and secured it. We've seen an almost 25 percent drop in violent crime just in Texas alone. Looking at Houston, looking at Fort Worth, looking at Dallas.

This is all coming from the Texas Department of Public Safety, the uniform. Crime reporting data and Governor Abbott's office for three consecutive years, it's fallen since the border's been closed. It has dropped precipitously. All of these candidates, people like Tala Rico, you know, like El Sayed, all of these candidates are advocating for an open border. They think that this is cruel somehow that we should have, you know, an orderly, legalized entry.

Talk a little bit about this because this is a huge issue for Texans, a huge issue for all border states. And now, I mean, because people can see how this stuff travels to the interior, it's an issue for the nation. Yeah, and I believe Talafrico specifically said that he wants to lay out the welcome mat and let all of the illegals come directly into Texas, come directly into our country. I'll add the DSA also wants to give all of those illegals amnesty, and we saw Dana the disastrous failure of those policies under Biden when we had twenty plus million unvetted illegal aliens enter our border, even including some of the worst of the worst violent criminals. Repeat offenders, resulting in horrific tragedies—the death of beautiful 12-year-old girl Jocelyn Nungaray there in Texas, of course, tragically Lake and Riley in Georgia.

So many other innocent Americans who were brutally attacked, others who are victims of other crimes committed by these violent illegal aliens. And President Trump stands on the side of common sense. He was resoundingly elected by Americans in Texas and all across this country to. Close the southern border to stop these reckless practices that were making America less safe. And you're right; we saw as a result the largest drop of violent crime in history.

We've seen zero illegal aliens cross our southern border, and the contrast is clear. We have Democrats still talking about these radical amnesty policies that would essentially usher in all these unvetted illegals, allow them to stay here legally. I'll add they also want to abolish prisons. They also want to abolish Ice, critical law enforcement agencies that are charged with keeping America safe.

So the contrast is clear. President Trump stands on the side of keeping America safe. He stands on the side of common sense, and Democrats stand for these extreme, radical left policies that would make everybody less safe. I want to throw something out there as well for the under thirty crowd, and and for those just joining us, we're diving, we're spiking the football, so to speak. We're we're Spiking the football on all this, talking with Anna Kelly, who's deputy press secretary.

The let me pull this because I one of the big things that POTUS did was to. Protect not also fighting to protect the integrity of sports for women in sports, and also to kind of overdo or sorry remake the college loan situation. Like the administration had introduced restrictions on all these taxpayer backs student loans that are going to this degree these like weird degree programs where people are never paying back their loans, and it's basically they're skating, getting free rides on the backs of the taxpayer. This was one of the great things that. The administration did, and they also reversed the gutting of all of the due process safeguards for Title IX, the right to, you know, face your accuser.

All because we had all of the Me Too stuff that was exploding in college campuses. This has been a huge thing. I have college kids in my house, and they all came back to vote. They everybody came back to vote for POTUS and to vote for Republicans down ballot. This was a major thing that motivated them.

And Anna, I don't mean to sound like naive, but you know when I was Was in college, yeah. I paid attention to all that stuff. They know every detail of everything that the president did to, you know, watch over what what they're doing and have their backs. In college, speak a little bit to that. Totally, I think it speaks to this president's ability to truly resonate with Americans of all backgrounds.

Of course, I was lucky enough to be on the twenty twenty four campaign, where we had historic turnout and support among young voters. I think a lot of it can be attested to his historic social media strategy. I think, even more importantly, to your point, it can be attested to these critical policies: no men in women's sports. Remember, four years ago under the Biden administration, when you had. Literally, trans male male swimmers competing against women.

That's not something the president thinks is common sense, as he says. This is a 99-1 issue that Americans resoundingly don't support. And you spoke to college sports all ad to children, innocent girls across this country competing against boys. It's unsafe. It's a ridiculous practice.

And again, it's totally out of step with mainstream America.

So you have on one side President. Trump standing on the side of women and girls across this country and college and beyond. You have Democrats like Talafrico who believe that women and biological males should be able to compete against each other. He believes that there are six genders. He believes that God is not binary.

I mean, I don't know what's crazy. I know he says this, and I'm like, I true county. I'm like, what? What six? It's insane.

I mean, they're totally, radically out of step, Dana, with mainstream America, and I think it's very important that your listeners remember exactly what the Democrats did over the past four years with all these policies, because we've seen it before. They try to run as moderates, they pretend like they can totally rewrite history, but we've seen exactly what they want to implement alongside these radical gender policies. They want to hike your taxes, they want to open the southern border, they want to allow criminals to run rampant with. These radical cash bail policies. The list goes on and on.

And so, the president wants to keep Americans safe. He wants to put more money back in their pockets. He wants to secure our southern border. He can only do that alongside Republican majorities in Congress. Oh my gosh, yes.

I want and to the other end, like my folks' generation.

So my folks are in the boomer generation. They love what POTUS has done for the social security benefits. Here's the I love the stat ninety. Percent of seniors who get Social Security benefits effectively pay zero federal income tax on those benefits, and that's from the White House. It's like I think over fifty-one million people.

I think is the number, or eighty-eight percent. I think of the senior citizens that get these that are Social Security recipients. No federal income tax. You don't have the tax on Social Security. No tax on tips.

This has been huge for just working families, average Americans. Anna, it's. Spike that football for us. This is a huge win. Absolutely, and I think the important thing to remember with no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax on social security—that of course came in the Working Families Tax Cut, which also implemented critical border security measures, among other things.

In addition to those historic tax cuts, the largest tax cut in history. Remember, every single Democrat in Congress voted against the largest tax cut in American history. They also voted against the creation of Trump accounts for America's children. Putting a thousand dollars in the hands of American babies, that money is going to grow over time. It's going to be able to translate to a college fund or buying a house or something else.

So it's amazing this president is implementing these common sense policies, putting money literally in Americans' pockets. Democrats have time and time again voted against it, and it's very clear that over the next two years, if President Trump wants to further implement tax cuts, further put money back in Americans' pockets, Democrats have. Basically said they're going to obstruct this president every step of the way. They're going to try to impeach him. They're going to try to impeach his cabinet.

It's a clear contrast between this very forward-looking agenda that this president has and he's implemented, wants to continue to implement, and this total, totally backward, obstructionist view that Democrats have and Democrats want to implement. Last question for you, and you just kind of touched it: the potential. That can I just I don't even like thinking about it. What happens if we lose the House majority? What happens if we lose the Senate?

Everything that we have enjoyed up to this point, clawing back, you know, the money from U.S. aid, enjoying the biggest tax cut that we've ever had in our nation's history, having America's strength and sovereignty sovereignty reasserted on the international stage, all of the the the the expansion of energy, really. Positioning America to be, you know, dominant in the world in terms of energy and getting us on track to be a net exporter, all of this can be completely destroyed by a Democrat-controlled Congress and a Democrat-controlled Senate. Anna, what? I mean, I know you got a plan for worst-case scenario, and I know that nobody wants to see that.

But just tell people what we stand to lose because turnout is the thing that's going to get us. And if they don't turn up, what do we stand to lose? I think it's very clear if you look at, of course, the past four years under Joe Biden, what they want to implement, as you kind of alluded to, opening up the southern border to millions and millions of unvetted illegal criminal illegal aliens, stopping President Trump's mass deportations of the worst of the worst illegal criminals. It's so interesting to compare what President Trump is talking about, this forward-looking agenda again, tax cuts, securing the border, stopping crime. Imposing common sense versus what Democrats are talking about.

What they don't have a forward-looking agenda. They just want to obstruct the president. They talk about impeaching him. They talk about trying to stop everything he's doing. And I think it's of concern to every single American who voted for President Trump in 2024, who voted for these common sense policies.

The fact that Democrats are openly saying they want to walk back everything this president is doing. They have no agenda. They have no vision to make Americans. Life better. President Trump does, and he needs Americans to see that contrast.

And he needs to have Republican majorities in Congress to continue that work. You guys have been doing a really good job in getting the message out. I don't think I've seen an effort like this in an election, but really, like especially in a midterm, to see so many people getting out there and getting the message out to voters because y'all know that you can't rely on the legacy press to do it.

So you're just bypassing all of them, doing digital and going out and. Old fashioned electioneering, Anna Kelly. You can find her on X. White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary. Appreciate your fight for our nation.

Thank you, Anna. God bless. Thanks so much for having me. Of course. Katie, bar the door tomorrow, folks.

It's Lauren La Rosa, and y'all know I always have the latest.

So on my new audio series, Love Lately, I'm getting into the conversations we're really having about love, relationships, and our sexual health. Every week, it's me and Dr. Contessa Metcalf, my big sister with a medical degree, breaking down what the culture says versus what the doctor says, and helping make sense of it all. Get into it.

It brings that peace of mind that y'all can just do what y'all do and have a good time. Yeah.

I say, get tested together, and that's beautiful. Brings you closer together. Listen to Love Lately with Lauren La Rosa from iHarts Ruby Studio on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcasts. Brought to you by Gilead Sciences. It said everything happens for a reason, but maybe everything happens for reasons.

Take noise-canceling headphones. Do they block hearing to heighten taste? That sound seems to show everything happens for Reese's. It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time for Florida Man.

Oh boy. Um, where do we go? Let's do this one. Let's do. Because Cain, you know, he doesn't like old people.

Come on, no.

So, a 69 year old man killed two of his roommates after they fought over ice cream, y'all. Grandpa is angry. Oh, a 69 year old Florida man, Wednesday evening, Mark Robinson. He has been arrested on a charge of second degree murder. Double is a double homicide.

Charles Etsy 69, Michael Mangus 78. He was booked in Marion County Jail, no bond.

So what happened is that they got the three of these grown men got into a fight over ice cream. I'm not kidding you. And then the police were called, and then officers defused the situation. The two victims left the house to go on a walk. When they got back.

Robinson was inside his house with a shotgun, and Robinson said that the men charged at him. One had a knife, and so he shot one of the men in the house. The other man fled, and Robinson shot him in the back. Which, even if that's still, he's going to get off. He's not.

He's going to get hooked on that. He was described as an angry old man in a dysfunctional living situation, and. I, this is just crazy. The police, the police chief Mike Balkin said that, he said I had a young officer there trying to calm three sixty to seventy year old men, trying to trying to calm them down over ice cream. It is a ridiculous situation to happen anywhere, much less in Florida.

So yeah, the guy, there's no bond for that guy. He does sound like, I feel good about my old people assessment. I mean, you know what? This is just radicalizing Kane more. You know we're trying real hard to get him to not hate on people, but I'm just saying.

Then there's this Florida man, this feller who flipped his truck, and then he asked the deputy for a cigarette. It was a chase happened a couple weeks ago in North Fort Myers, Lee County Sheriff's deputies. They were helping Fort Myers police get this driver, 32-year-old Zachary Murray. He fled a traffic stop, and then he starts running through town. Right, he was running red lights, nearly hit another truck.

He finally, they finally stopped him. He climbed out of his truck, was taken into custody. He he had flipped his card intersection, and then got out try to run away on foot. And then as they're putting him in cuffs, he was trying to get the police to. Can I get a cigarette?

He was telling them, he's like, I think I'm gonna go to jail.

So can I get a cigarette? They did not accommodate. Third hour is on the way, ladies and gentlemen.

Some things that you need to watch so you get a good idea of what's happening tonight. We got headlines coming up. I know we got to move our partners that bring you the program. It's the folks at Burna, Burna Gun. Although it's not a gun, they have a bunch of different models over a Burna, but the one you need to think about really quickly is the CL Compact Launcher.

Now, I carry. I will throw lead downrange all day long. I don't care about using lethal force to protect the life of myself or my loved ones. I trained to do it, so I'm fine. With that, the issue is when you are deprived of being able to exercise your Second Amendment rights due to municipal restrictions or private property restrictions, or maybe you're a college kid that is under the age of 21.

And you know, I know that's the way it is. That's I get, I get you, and I agree. But you have to walk back to campus housing or off-campus housing, whatever, and you don't want to be a statistic. The Beretta CL, about the size of an iPhone, shoots chemical irritant projectiles that can deter threats from up to 60 feet away. There's no recoil, easy target.

Acquisition and no background check, no waiting period, and it doesn't care about gun free zones because it's not a gun. You order it online; it sends right to your front door. Legal in all fifty states. Diversify your options today. The Burna is not a replacement; it is an option for when your options are limited.

I mean, you carry different calibers and you carry blades. Why not diversify to include something like this so you still have some options? Byrna, it's the Burna CL for compact launcher. Burna dot com. Hey y'all!

Did you need 15 seconds away from music, or 15 seconds to eat a Reese's? Perhaps it's true. Everything happens for a Reese's. Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of the United States. If you turn out and vote, and vote your conscience, and vote your interests, and vote for the end of what we've been living through in these last years, we're going to get our country back, and then we can fight about how we do things together, and not how we point fingers and yell and scream and insult each other, which would be so welcome.

Yeah. Well, I just have to. But that's not at all what you did back during the 2016 election when you lost your ever-loving mind. After you were trying to cheat by using a FISA judge, not even having basically a quorum, when you had a FISA judge legit take discredited Oppo, and then you launder that through your press contacts as a way to like necessitate a surveillance warrant on your political opponent simply because you were upset that he won. I mean, you know, if you wanted to have that conversation, why is she?

Why, why is she? Why are we listening to her? Why are we listening to her? Why is she still out there? She lost.

You know what? I retweeted every year. It's the, it's in October, but she had tweeted "Happy Birthday" to this future president. It was a picture of herself as a little girl. That is probably that's one of the reasons why I really like that social media keeps all this stuff because you can go back and retweet it and be like, what former president what, or or future president what like in what future, in what alternate timeline?

Good heavens!

So anyway, partners, bringing you the program. It's our friends at Alliance Defending Freedom. Do you are you familiar with the script? I've had them on my radio show before, tons of times, and I love what they do. They are involved.

They've been involved in 88 Supreme Court victories. They've had 20 victories in cases where it where they were directly representing clients since 2011. They are a nonprofit legal organization that defends religious liberty, free speech, the sanctity of life, and parental rights. Let me tell you about this one case that they're doing right now. It's with Kelly Keeler.

She was 15, and she competed against a male athlete in Washington, Washington High School Girls Wrestling Tournament, without any any no advance notice to her or her mom. And you guys have seen the video. They, you can see her face when she's being rustled by a man, and apparently his hands went some places that they were not supposed to. And she said it, and it was. I'm sorry, I agree.

It's, I'm not sorry. It's a sexual assault. It was during the match. She was so distressed that she allowed herself to be pinned so she could get it over with. Her mom took the video.

The school officials waited days to report the incident to law enforcement, even though there was a 48-hour reporting requirement. ADF is representing Callie and her mother, and they're advocating for the safety of female. Athletes, parental rights, and accountability. They were there to help overturn Roe v. Wade.

They were there to help defend the Baker, Jack Phillips, in Colorado. They were there as well to protect pro-life pregnancy centers from compelled speech under California's requirements under Becerra. They have been there, making landmark cases a reality and protecting your rights. Do not let schools put ideology over the safety of girls in sports. Your support today can help Cali, can help other athletes, can help other parents.

And they don't do this with USAID money, folks. It's all private donations. Visit joinadf.com/dana or text Dana to eight three eight four eight. That's joinadf.com/dana. Text Dana to eight three eight four eight.

In business, there's the easy way with Staples or the hard way. Hard means Jen. Did you get the weekend specials menus from the printer by any chance? No, they said they'll be done on Monday. But they're weekend specials.

Easy means Staples, same day custom printing. Where same day means same day. Hard means our new brochures are back from the print place.

So how do they look?

Well, our logo is brown. But our logo isn't brown. It is now. Easy means custom prints, perfectly printed. Don't choose hard.

Choose Staples. That was easy. Shop staples online, in store, in the app. They say everything happens for a reason, but I suspect everything happens for Reese's. Like this commercial break.

Did you need fifteen seconds away from music, or fifteen seconds to eat a Reese's? Perhaps it's true. Everything happens for Reese's. And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five.

Oh boy!

So let's see. This is a crazy story. In Japan, an express train derailed after hitting a bear, and services were canceled. Um, what kind of chunk bear was that? Is what I wanted.

I know we're all like, what kind of bear was that? The first car of a four-car Sapporo Betu Limited Express train was derailed after the collision. It was like ten o'clock at night. And it was passengers and crew. They had to spend the night in the train, and then they were transported by taxis from this.

Tell me more about the bear. Like this article from Japan Today, folks. Look, when you're writing for American audiences, we want to know how vicious and fatty fat that bear was. Because if that bear derailed a whole like giant train, just saying. Oh, I hate everything!

Number one on iTunes, an all-Christian rock song by a fake artist called "Tell Me How Is Heaven." It is literally all fake and all AI. Sarah Connor is looking at you, shaking her head right now. Does that mean the public is looking for more Christian rock? That's good. From a robot, I didn't.

You know, I didn't specify one way or the other.

So no, I mean. What a weird way to spend the rocks will cry out, but okay, man alive! Pentagon probes an overnight sabotage of a food supply at 14 military bases as hackers exploit a global loophole. And wasn't this the one because all the fridges were connected to the internet?

Okay, guys, I told you before, your fridge don't need to tweet.

Okay, your fridge don't need to get up on Facebook. Your fridge doesn't. I know Ozark's coming out. Your fridge don't need to be doing none of that stuff, right? It don't need to be tweeting.

It don't need to be on the internet. It doesn't need to be on any of that. Get your fridge off it. If you have to have a smart appliance, you're a dumb person. I'm sorry.

Smart appliances are for dumb people. I just wanted a range where I turned it on and turned it off, and nothing in there. I'm just saying because look what happens now: it can be hacked, and and food can be left to spoil. And supermarkets across Europe they were also hit by these cyber attacks, which took out their fridge and freezers. And wine and spirit sales soar because Brits are ignoring the prime minister's advice to not stockpile booze in case of a national emergency.
