God's primary house was Adam, but after sin, He moved out. The temple was God's pattern house, but it was desecrated and destroyed. Jesus Christ is God's perfect house, and He was willing to become our substitute, taking our sins upon Himself. Now, God's permanent house is in us, and He will never move out. Salvation is getting God out of heaven and into our hearts, and it's not just about going to heaven, but about having a personal relationship with God. We are secure in Jesus Christ, and He will never forsake us. Through sanctification, God works on us day by day to make us more like Jesus Christ, and ultimately, we will be glorified in our bodies.
