Children have four deep needs that parents must nurture: wisdom, stature, favor with God, and favor with men. Parents must teach their children to respect authority, provide a recognition of values, and honor their parents. The home is a place where children learn to mature, relate to God, and develop selflessness. A godly home is under attack, and parents must take responsibility for teaching their children the importance of obedience, respect, and reverence for authority.
