Christ's judgment seat will follow the rapture, where he will render a decision on who is ready, watching, wise, worthy, faithful, and knows him. The parable of the talents illustrates the importance of using spiritual gifts and being faithful, as slothfulness is considered wicked. Jesus will reward the faithful with honor, promotion, joy, and new gifts, while the unfaithful will be disapproved, shamed, demoted, and denied access to his presence.
