I'm going to tell you about the Indianapolis Colts. And then we are an hour away. Concluding this week of the NFL season, we got Monday Night Football. Thank God. It's not a double header.
We got the commanders. And we got the Chiefs. Tyree McLaurin, Debo Samuel, they're both back. The quarterback, Jaden Daniels, he is. And he's not back.
Let's see what Marcus Mariota can do. We'll get into the games. in a second. We got Russell Baxter joining us from Pro Football Guru. He'll be here with us in about twenty minutes.

You know, we've talked about a few of these miserable-ass teams in the NFL. the Jets, the Giants, the Dolphins. I got to show love to a team that's that's one of the best. The Indianapolis Colts. actually have a record right now.
of seven and one, and I get it. Yesterday they embarrassed the Tennessee Titans of all teams, thirty eight. to fourteen. They got the Steelers up next. The Steelers, well, we saw what they did last night, kind of choked away an opportunity.
To go out there and beat the Packers. We'll get to that in a bit. But the Colts are seven and one. I don't care who they have to play against, all right? They could play against five Tennessee Titans.
They are 7-1. Daniel Jones looks like one of the best QBs in the entire NFL. And Jonathan Taylor looks like and he is right now as it stands the best running back. In the entire league. And then the Colts offense.
Man, they're dropping 25 points in six of their last seven games. They lead the league with 270 points scored. They are just barreling through squads. Daniel Jones, thirteen touchdown passes. It's only three interceptions.
Like, if you ever needed a case of what happens when you leave the New York Jets or Giants. Just take a look at Daniel Jones. Take a look at Sam Darnold. These guys left the cesspool that is New York City, New Jersey, And they're having success.
Now you got Jonathan Taylor. Leads the NFL in rushing yards 850. leads the NFL in carries, one hundred and forty three. leads the NFL in rushing touchdowns. Twelve.
Like what can't? Jonathan Taylor Dew. Bunch of the Colts a 7? Who thought they were going 7-1? Did you think they'd be 7-1?
I thought they'd be 1-7, if we're being completely honest. Because of Daniel Jones, huh? I actually. They could have got a couple wins with D. Daniel Jones.
I thought in the preseason. that Anthony Richardson Would outplay Daniel Jones just because who in their right mind thought that Daniel Jones would win that quarterback job? But the potential?
Well, Anthony Richardson, well, he likes to give the ball to the other team, so that's not out of that. It's not out of the range of possibility that the guy got taken from him, you know? Yeah, also he's made of glass.
So he takes one wrong step and he sprains his ankle, so I think that is why Jones won it, not the fact that, well, That was coming to everything. He wasn't good. He was injured. And it seems that he's getting the playbook better and then you can see it now seven and one.
Well, he's not running for his life. That's certainly one benefit. And someone who understands that as well, because it helps him too. Is Jonathan Taylor? Jonathan Taylor, who's leading the NFL in every rushing category worth a damn.
He basically said our offensive line here with the Colts is amazing. Man, those guys up front, Bort, those guys just coming around, sealing off the edge. I mean, they've been playing lights out all year, and when you can have an offensive line and tight ends. play at that level, it makes it easy.
Well let's hear from Daniel Jones. I just told you about their defeat. Of the Tennessee Titans. Hey, Daniel, man, y'all are just lighting up the scoreboard right now. What's up with you and Coach Steakin?
Y'all are hitting a jackpot. Yeah, I think as far as it goes with with Shane. Just the communication's been been really good. I th you know, I've talked about that before, but just throughout the week and understanding how he wants to see the game played, how he sees it unfolding, gives me a you know, a good idea of how to you know, how to handle certain situations and make decisions. You know, it's crazy.
The Indianapolis Colts got to be maybe the first seven in one team. In a very long time? That nobody's talking about. Like it and it goes to Bach's point, who believes in Daniel Jones? This is almost like what we saw last year with Sam Darnold.
Like, hey guys, let's go and win 13, 14 games. And in the big games, he goes out there and he just he lays an egg. He embarrasses himself. I don't see anything different. With Daniel Jones.
And I'm happy for fans. Of the Indianapolis Cults. Nobody wants to watch a cellar dweller, nobody wants to watch a bottom feeder. year after year after year. And the Indianapolis cults from the minute that that Peyton Manning walked away And then you end up with the lock.
Luck decides to walk away. They beat the living hell out of him. The Colts have been looking for a Q B. And to think long term that Daniel Jones would be or is the answer? I mean, I'm not I'm not banking on that one.
I'm just happy for their fan base. I also would not be overly enthusiastic about anything taking place with this team. Come January. Bacha, you you think they gonna do something? I think they can win a game.
Maybe a game. just because I feel that everyone in the AFC right now is kind of average at best.
So I wouldn't be surprised if they They could probably get the buy at this point. Get the buy. And then maybe you Get a s close win. Bruh. Indianapolis Colts are good.
Are they championship guns? I don't know about that one. As you mentioned, they're going to have a little bit of time off. Before they take on the Pittsburgh Steelers, who certainly, well, they lost yesterday. The Steelers now have a record.
A four and three. And we saw them kind of choke away an opportunity yesterday, allowing the Packers to get back into it. I mean, you had Jordan Love who was just torching them pass after pass after pass after pass. He completed 360 yards passing and three touchdowns. And so Aaron Rodgers loses.
against his former team. Not the result that he wanted. Aaron Rodgers says, you got to tip your hat to Jordan Love. He played a great game. I thought D Love played great.
And uh You super efficient. You know, he didn't get sacked, moved around really well, made some plays outside the pocket. Tell you it outstanding. All week about how they text each other, and Aaron Rodgers was a good teammate. He treats him so good.
Well after the game. You know, everybody gives each other a hug and a five and kind of pat on the backside. And Aaron Rodgers and Jordan Love, they connected as well. Jordan Love was asked Well, what the heck did y'all say after the game? Did Aaron Rodgers say he hates you?
Is he inviting you to the next ayahuasca retreat? Like, what was that conversation? Jordan, tell us. Yeah, man, it was quick. You know, just said good game.
You know, obviously, keep going for the rest of the season. Want him to stay healthy, and I got a lot of love for him.
So it was very fun to go against him and told him that I needed that jersey. We're going to exchange those at a later time. Oh. I got shout outs to F E D. They got nothing but love for you, baby.
Good for them? I'm happy they love each other. Looks like Jordan Love loves. It's like a craft. Target him nine times.
Seven receptions, 143 yards. Hey, the Packers are going to be a problem.
Now, this is a team. that can go to the Super Bowl. I feel like they have the elements, especially the fact that they've now added Micah Parsons in the offseason. I think every good team needs at least one guy on defense who could absolutely terrorize the quarterback. All by him.
Self. I believe in these Packers. I believe in some of the players that they have. And Tucker Craft, I just told you about his two touchdowns yesterday. A big old tight end.
Uh well Jordan Love believes that this guy is is one of the best in the league. He's a big time player, and I think everybody's seen what he's capable of when he gets the ball in his hands. Just making guys miss, running people over, getting those extra yards.
So you know that any time he touches the ball, he's going to try and fight for all those yards. And he's just an explosive playmaker. Yeah, well that's that's good. I'm I'm happy. I like the Packers.
I like Jordan Lot. I like people who show up to work. And they shut the hell up and just go out there and do their job. I mean, and Jordan Love certainly falls into that category. A next up for these Green Bay Packers.

But who the hell are you counting on to get them the ball? Marcus Mariota can be a He'd be a decent backup. to hold things down. But I'm not going to be all that confident. The Chiefs have been playing crazy.
They've been playing out of their mind. They just blanked the Raiders 31-0. Patrick Mahomes having another amazing season. I think 13 touchdowns to only two interceptions. This is one of the games where you pretty much just take a look at and go.
You know what? This is a game where the Chiefs should absolutely dominate. The Chiefs should go out here tonight. And they should have beat the living hell out of the commanders. I mean, the spread, I believe, is like 10 points.
But this is the NFL.
Somehow, some way, this will either be a complete blowout Well the commanders are going to make this as some type of interesting. Possibly. Marcus Mariota Thinking about the commanders, all their injuries, they have fallen to. 3-4. They just got smoked by the Cowboys, 44-22.
Marcus Mariota, yeah, the guy who's going to elicit a ton of confidence throughout the team. He says, Yeah, we can turn things around. Like I said after the game, we have the right guys in the locker room and truly believe in what we're building here and San Fo, you're gonna kinda go through these valleys and at the end of the day we have the guys in there to climb out of it and I'm Fortunate to be a part of it. Yeah, but watching Watching that guy play Marcus Mariota feels not like a peak, it feels like a valley. Like you're taking me down and just kinda beating me the hell on up.
Andy Reid, Looking at Washington, th these are his thoughts. We know they're a good football team, veteran group of players that are good football players. And uh they've got a head coach that I consider right at the top of of his profession at this time he's as good as anybody is. Yeah, I mean, well, you got Dan Quinn, who's amazing. You got Cliff Kingsbury on the offense for Washington.
Of course, Cliff Kingsbury, coach Patrick Mahomes in college.
So there's a little bit of a I don't want to say a homecoming, a little bit of a of a reunion and Patrick Mahomes, he loves Cliff Kingsbury, loves him. He's one of the the first people I would say that truly believed in me in playing in the quarterback position. And so he gave me a ton of advice of of refining me but letting me still be just be me and play to my strengths. And so a great coach, a great person that I still stay in touch with, not as much this week, but throughout my career. And he helped me get to where I'm at today.
Yeah.
Well, that's good. I expect him to light up the opposition. I don't know if. Cliff Kingsbury has enough help, enough offensive help. to keep up with Patrick Mahomes.

So I'm a huge Cults fan. I lived in Indianapolis for about six years. prior to Peyton Manning and Marvin Hampson. Getting drafted.
So I went through some lean years with this team. Yeah.
you know, I will say this, this team has a lot of weapons on offense. It was a little bit to me like a plug and play kind of offense. They needed a good quarterback to kind of inject life into this team. Because I mean, you have Tyler Warren. Josh, right?
You have Michael Pittman junior. And of course, the way Cal is playing right now is incredible. The other thing with this team is their offensive line is solid. Clinton Nelson, the way he's played over the years, but the center Bordolini, the way he has stepped in. He's incredible.
Braden Smith is awesome.
Well, let me ask you this. Hold on. Let me ask you this, Tony. Instead of getting an offensive line, simple question. Do you think this is a Super Bowl caliber team?
I think right now, the way they are playing right now, They could beat anybody. You know, I just feel like. they are good enough right now. The way they're being coached, the way the receivers are playing, Taylor is off the charts. Do are you asking me, can they beat the Chiefs?
Absolutely. Can they beat the Bills? Absolutely. Well, I think the answer is yes on that one. And thank you, Tony, for calling from Orlando.
In order to win a championship, you got to beat a couple of those teams more than once. You're not just beating one of them, you got to go out there on a series. And beat them. We're going to have plenty of time to talk about the Colts. Let's see if they can stand up.

I can't believe we're almost halfway through the NFL season. And we got another Monday Night Football game wrapping up this week. We got the Commanders, we got the Chiefs, and joining us right now. To talk about the good, the bad, the ugly, everything in the middle for the league right now is someone very familiar with the league. He's a historian, he's written, covered the league.
For a very long time. Joining us right now is the pro football guru. Welcome back to the show, Russell Baxter. Russell, we appreciate the time. We can't.
Almost wrapping up. And I, and you know, it's funny, JR, I tell people this all the time. We'll spend the whole spring and summer going over free agency and the draft and predictions. And I literally say every year, in a blink of an eye, it's going to be week seven or eight. And we blinked our eyes.
And we're almost halfway through. We're ready. Season flies because it's such for fans and for media, there's a structure to it. You do certain things on Monday, you do certain things on Tuesday, you get your fantasy lineups. And on Thursday you get your predictions in.
And the before you know it.
Now th the of course the also fun part is watching people across the country who do what we do. uh changed their minds like a windshield wiper on a continuous basis.
Well, let me ask you about this. This is one team that we'll see in about 30, 40 minutes from now. They've been able to change their fortunes. Not much of a shock. That happens to be.
The Kansas City Chiefs. We see what they've done now with Rashi Rice back. They just blanked the Raiders last week. What are your thoughts on how they've been able to turn things around with the additions, the healthy additions?
Well it's super shocking. Um you know, this is still one of the quality organizations in the league You know, their defense was a little up and down early on. Their offense, obviously, some of the shortcomings in terms of the talent. Uh Uh I think Some people forget, JR, that this team won the Super Bowl. two years ago and they were eleven and six.
during the regular season.
So Funny, they were 15 and 2. last year and a couple of went out in the Super Bowl.
So, you know, this this is a league where Streaky play. has become the norm. getting hot at the end of the year. If has led teams to winning titles. Go back to 2020 when the Buccaneers were seven and five after twelve games.
Got hot when the Super Bowl is a wild card, the Rams in 2021. kind of meandered their way through the regular season, wound up winning the West, Um going the long remember they went the long route? to the press, they weren't a top seed. They they had to rally to beat the Buccaneers. Thanks to you know.
Matthew Stafford and Cooper Cupp. and eventually beat the Bengals. In the Super Bowl. Getting hot at the right time, playing your best football at the right time.
So here's something. Just to ponder. when it comes to the Chiefs and just how things have been this year, regardless that they win. Or lose tonight, Jay. Mm-hmm.
Do you realize the Chiefs have not been in first place all year? Oh, yeah, they've been behind the Chargers. They've been trying to climb. They've missed every chance and opportunity.
Well now they're now trailing the Broncos. who are actually the the first place team.
So They haven't played the Broncos. Yet. They already lost to the Chargers in Brazil. in week one.
So We shall see what's going to be interesting is when we if we get down to the tiebreakers and And indeed, you know, the the AFC West sends three teams at the playoffs like they did last year. Um how it all pans out. But as we saw in 2000, There are a lot of people who are very skeptical about the Cheese because they really didn't have to ever play a road playoff game. And lo and behold, they went into Buffalo and they went into Baltimore. and won playhoff games that year.
So Uh as long as they're alive and have a pulse. you have to be wary of them.
Now of course, I'm not doing want to jump ahead, but it's hard not to. Um after this game It's their traditional meeting with the Buffalo Bills. during the regular season up in Buffalo in week nine, where Last year, the Bills handed them their first loss of the season. We certainly were hoping for that. I know we may see these teams again in January.
We'll certainly. Wait and see on that one. We're joined by pro football guru Russell Baxter. Hey, Russell, right before you joined us, we talked about a team that is currently hot. They've been hot.
I know they just beat the Tennessee Titans, but it's the Indianapolis Colts. The offense is amazing. Daniel Jones is not turning the football over, has a great offensive line and a great running game along with him. What are your thoughts on the Colts' possibility of maybe going on a run? Do you feel confident in them?
Well, the style of football they're playing right now in terms of connecting the dots in all three phases, offense, defense, Special teams. I mean, they haven't shown a lot of weaknesses. You know, I think the thing that's most been most impressive about them, along with the fact that you know, they really haven't turned over their football. Uh you know, last year They were an eight and nine team. And people talked about their defense as far as being very opportunistic.
Okay, and they were. You know, they they had twenty-five takeaways last year. I would say that's pretty good. But they turned over the ball 29 times. and that obviously led to their downfall in many regards.
This year, Um, we talked about Daniel Jones, who you know, for years had a reputation of turnover to football, probably more in the sense. of losing fumbles than interceptions, which sometimes when people talk about quarterbacks, they focus on the touchdowns and interceptions and they forget the fumble part. But the Colts have only turned over the ball. Um Four times. this season.
and they're getting the takeaways And they're getting the running game. And their offense has been very, very balanced. Yeah.
an awful lot of confidence right now. And it's hard not to take them seriously. Uh because even with teams like Tennessee, who they're quote unquote now supposed to beat. they beat them in resounding fashion. And I I I thought that game they played against the Chargers uh not this past week but the week before in Los Angeles.
was a statement game for them.
Well, let me ask you this, Russell. There's another team out here. The Colts may be sticking around later in the season. Looks like the Chicago Bears are just on a roller coaster. of a season.
Yesterday they lose to a backup and and Huntley. You got Caleb Williams, who's still not just consistently driving the ball down the field. What are your thoughts on the Chicago Bears? They look kind of mediocre right now.
Well, I think the reason they're mediocre is their defense is mediocre.
Okay, I mean, you know, going into Sunday's game, they were 28th against the run. See, that's what I looked at. in terms of defense.
Some people just look at SACs, some people just look at takeaways. Uh you know my old colleague and Still close friend Tom Jackson would always talk about defense and say you're not a great defense. unless you can stop the run. And you see some of these teams Who can't stop the run, even though they might be. ranked you know, substantially high in total yards allowed.
Uh you know An example of that would be the falcons yesterday. You know, I know two attacks growth through I'm sorry, two attack low through four touchdown passes. But Miami was able to run the ball on them. And you know, you look at, oh wow, the Falcons had the number one pass defense in the league entering the game.
Well entering the game, they were 20th against the run. And I used to I used to hold this kid around. Why fly when you can drive? Oh, touche. Do you believe in Caleb Williams?
I know this is still the first year with him and Ben. Are you confident that they could turn things around? Um, I I think it's just we have to wait and see. because you have a second year quarterback and you have a first time NFL head coach. And they're playing in the division with two very, very formidable teams.
You remember last year, they were the only. team in that division Uh not only with a losing record but the only team not to go to the playoffs. And the end of the season They started out good. They had a long losing streak. The end of the season went by beating.
the Packers. Uh at Lambo. Green Bay kind of slumped at the end of the year. And right now they kind of I I would say they in some ways they resemble the team from a year ago. I think offensively there's more of a quick strike.
ability But uh on the other hand I think their defense. Is Probably it seems like it's headed in the wrong direction. And You're not going to survive in this league for as much as people want to talk about this as an offensive league and you know, quarterback play matters and et cetera, et cetera. You're not going anywhere in this league unless you can play. pre defense for all of the woes that people talked about with Jalen Hurts and the Eagles, last year and then you know, they finally write it to ship and played steady football.
Who gave up the fewest yards in the league last year? It was the Eagles. You know, go back and look at history. Um Right off the top of my head, I want to say that These are the 13th. are the fourteen highest scoring teams Uh in NFL history.
In terms of points in the season, None of them won a Super Bowl. Hmm. Wow. Hey, no taking. Hey, they say defense wins championships, Russell.
Well, it's the same thing, but it's the same thing. JR wrote all these questions. Quarterbacks that rack up all these passing yards on them. We've had 59 years of the Super Bowl. In one time in fifty nine years has a quarterback led the league in passing yards.
and won the Super Bowl the same year. And it took Patrick Mahomes in 2022. to finally break that streak. NFL historian Russell Baxter is here with us on the JR Sport Brief Show.
Well, let me ask you this: this is certainly not a team trying to compete for a championship, not this year, at least. It's the Browns. We saw Dylan Gabriel yesterday. We saw the Patriots go out there and beat him. We got Shadora Sanders with a busted-up back.
What do you think that their quarterback situation is going to look like? When does Shadora get a chance? Do you think ultimately they still take a QB in the draft? What's going on with these Browns?
Well, I think it will depend on Kevin Stavansky status. I mean, these guys are two-time. NFL hit NFL Coach of the Year. Inevitably, I think we're going to see Shador Sanders because that's what the Browns do better than any other team. is changed their quarterback.
Since they came back into the league in 1999 as an expansion team, remember there was no Cleveland Browns for three years because the franchise moved to Baltimore.
So think about this, since 1999. Dylan Gabriel is the forty first different quarterback to start. for the Cleveland Browns. And I have little doubt that by the end of the year, Shadura Sanders will be number 42. Yeah, just a matter of time.
Now, do you think is Deshaun Watson? He's cooked.
Somebody asked me this, and I said, I wouldn't run that guy out there. I know the Browns are crazy. I wouldn't run uh, is he done out there? There doesn't seem to be any indication that he's going to play for the team. Um and I'm not you know, they they they back themselves in with a hellacious guaranteed contract.
So it's a matter of trying to sort that out. But Yeah, i i you hear this a lot. from people, you know, with teams who have who invested a lot of money into a quarterback. and then don't get the results. And for financial reasons, JR, they hang on to them.
Well You know, kudos to Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos. they ridded themselves of Russell Wilson. even though they had to eat the cap number. Um How long ago was it that? Daniel Jones signed a, what, four-year, $160 million deal?
Oh, my goodness. And they cut ties with him.
Now if I find it ironic. when it comes to the giants. Uh that they they wound up giving Damian Jones all that money and cutting him. didn't re-sign Saquon Barkley. Barkley had a historic season last year.
And Daniel Jones is firmly entrenched as the quarterback of the Indianapolis Colts. It is about organizations. You wonder why these teams have long playoff trouts. They don't make moves, they stand pet. Um some of these owners, you know sadly to say.
seem more interested in the bottom line. And I mean that dollar wise. Um but unfortunately teams that rely on the bottom line. usually wind up at the bottom of the standings. Yeah.

They're tied at one win apiece. As game three has now shifted To Los Angeles. We got Max Scherzer on the mound. We got Tyler Glass now on the mound. Both had some good performances.
Both gave you about five innings pitched in the last game. I know Glass now struck out eight. And Max Scherzer goes out there, he gave you five. And he kind of forced his way into it. A stand out there on the mound for the Blue Jays, and I think he was a key reason as to why they went out there.
and advance past the Seattle Mariners. in the American League Championship Series. And so I expect a good game tonight. I'm still believing that these Dodgers are ultimately going to win this series. 888-710-4ISN.

Hey, I'm just calling to hear your take on the Blue Jays because they have a great average against Tyler Glas now, and they have the least amount of strikeouts in MLB throughout the season.
So I think that like with all this, they could like pull off a win here. I just want to hear your take on that. Oh, absolutely. And thank you, Zach, for calling from Toronto. Let's keep in mind, Tyler Glass now, he started his career, the bulk of his career.
Before he got to Los Angeles, he was in the American League East playing with the Tampa Bay Rays. And we know that the Toronto Blue Jays, they are certainly a team that goes out there. and makes plenty of contact. I just think up and down the roster, and especially not just for a game like today, but the series in general. When you think about all the aces, that the d the Dodgers are able to throw out there, I think that certainly gives them In Edge.
And so we'll see what happens. I think the Blue Jays will pick up two wins, maybe here in this series. Let's see if it's tonight. I think it really comes down again to Max Scherzer. I think the Dodgers, as we saw, even in the last game, Yamamoto goes out there, has another complete game.
you know, to kind of put them away. Five to one was a final score. You know, are we going to count on Scherzer to do what he did again? Last time we saw Mac Scherzer in the World Series is with the Rangers. And he had to exit that game a couple of seasons ago, I think 2023.
He had back issues. And so. I mean, thinking about Max Scherzer, who's Liable to go out there and give you a gem given his age. I consider a gem for him to be five to seven innings. Or he's going to throw a dud.
We have no idea. Max Scherzer says: the last time I was in a World Series, yeah, stunk. Listen to this. I'm here to compete. I'm here to win.
I wouldn't be looking backwards at all for any motivation. I haven't. Plenty of motivation. I'm here to win, and I got a callbox full of guys who want to win too.
So we're a great team, and that's the only thing I need to think about.
Okay, if you're thinking forward, what are you thinking about today? Come on, Max, tell me. It's an ultimate chess game. They're making moves. I'm making moves.
That's just baseball, but it's been like that. For years, from like me for now, I understand how everybody wants to attack me, how I want to attack them. And at the end of the day, you got to go out there and compete, and you got their strikes. Yeah, I can't wait to see who he yells at today or if he gets the chance. And the opportunity.
Shout out to Zach for calling us up from Toronto. He had mentioned Tyler Glass now. This is going to be his first time in a World Series. He's going to be pitching at home. God bless him.
He's not going to have a. Thousands of people yelling at him out in Toronto. He says, Listen, I got to go out there and pitch. I I can't worry about all the attention. Obviously, it's the World Series for my hometown team, and it's awesome.
But I think for me, I guess this whole postseason and like any start this season, I think if you go and you just. Handle what you can. and like simplify it in your workday and simplify it while you're out there on the mound. I think a lot of the other stuff is just kind of Noise. Just noise.
I mean, we heard this uh classically From Bill Belichick. Bill Belichick always just said, Hey, just go out there. And do your job.
Now, Bill Belichick famously not doing his job today. He got so many distractions going on, but I digress. Let's listen to the manager. For the Los Angeles Dodgers, Dave Roberts, he talks about having Glas now out on that mound. He's just fallen in line.
And so he's adjusted his kind of workout regimen throwing program to be ready when called upon. like everyone else is. And um I think he's been uh a big asset for the guys in the pen. Yeah, this is what happens when you get to the World Series. Like you you never know game to game Like we got aces and We got Teams right now.
Glass now could be your number one on a lot of teams. a Scherzer. He he's not what he used to be, but he can still certainly go out there and and give you a game. I'm going to go with the Dodgers, man. I'm going with the Dodgers for the whole damn series, so I I can't I can't deviate or change things up now.
And then ultimately. Teams that win Game Three. Typically go on to win the World Series. Seventy one per cent. of the time.
There's still the other thirty percent. But teams who win Game Three after a 1 1 Series tie. They go on to win the World Series. A seventy one. Of the time.
This is going to be an interesting one. This is going to be the first game back in Los Angeles. The fans in LA are certainly, I don't want to say spoiled. Bacha, they are spoiled. Who am I fooling, right?
They're spoiled. Yes, they get good weather and showy Otani. You can only pick one.
Well, they got both, right? Hit the jackpot. Good weather, Shohei Otani. They got a World Series last year. They're trying to go back-to-back, something we haven't seen in like 25 years.
So. Yeah, let's see what the Dodgers can do at home. I don't know, you know, what I don't want to say funny business, what entertainment we got. Remember last year? The Dodgers brought out Ice Cube and the Yankees brought out Fat Joe.
Remember that? Yes, and then Fat Joe got embarrassed by Ice Cube. Yeah, it was just it was wholly unnecessary. Like, even the last game, what was it? The Jonas brothers were out there standing up for cancer, right?
People were like, why are the Jonas brothers here? I. I don't mind the presentation. I just question the timing. Just why during the game?
If you do before the game, after the game, cool. But it was during an inning. Yeah, we got to have a performance. I don't know about that. And by the way, the Jonas Brothers will be here in Atlanta tomorrow.
Bacha, people are asking me for tickets to the Jonas Brothers game. I can't help. I ain't got no tickets. I can't help them. Wow.
