You know, I was looking at DJ equipment one time, okay, a couple times, and I was looking at some hair loss medication. Then suddenly, it says, "Hey, are you having a midlife crisis?" And all these new ads come up for me.

What happened to privacy on the internet? I mean, Firefox manages the messy things you don't even know about the internet without you having to do a thing. It blocks trackers automatically, doesn't know what sites you visit, and comes with a free built-in VPN when you're on public Wi-Fi. Visit www.firefox.com. Welcome back to the program, Dana Lash. With you, and we are at the top of this second hour, going through everything that happened last night. We're all, as I said before, the last hour ended. We're all Sisyphus now.

But if you missed anything in the past hour, you can go to the podcast and download it. We'll also have stuff up at YouTube and Facebook. I have a post that I came out with last night, just kind of giving you a thirty thousand foot view as to what happened and what's expected, what's to come. That's up at Chapter and Verse over at Substack right now.

So, to recap really quickly, keep it under thirty seconds. House and Senate. We are not going to. I am predicting we will not recapture the Senate until twenty thirty two. I just gave Cain a list of all of the senators that are going to be and the House members that are going to be coming up going into twenty eight.

They're all of that. I have another list as well. It's going to be tough. We are not. We will probably not.

We won't recapture it in twenty eight either for the House.

So this gets tough. It gets very tough.

Now we have to. It's very important that we understand what happened. And one of the big things that I said, and I've been looking at exit polling data. The organized narrative on Iran worked, and as I said before, we went to break, and this is a hill I am immovable on. The reason that Iran even has a seat at the table, ladies and gentlemen.

Is because we put them there. We started it in the '70s with Carter, and then we allowed Democrats to kneecap this country and restrict our energy capacity, our our potential, and we have this diminished ability to even process anything. No new refinery since 1977. This has kept Iran in power. Democrats' burdensome regulations on the energy sector, restricting us from becoming the net exporter of energy, which assures our long-term survival, our success as a nation, our national security, because.

Instead of ingratiating ourselves and making us a part of everybody else's energy sector, we made ourselves a minor player. For Democrats here domestically, that empowered Iran. That empowered Iran more than any other country. That empowered Iran more than China. It empowered Iran more than Russia.

Our refusal. To address the energy sector and the artificial restrictions that we have placed on ourselves, us the leader in clean extraction, that is what made Iran have a seat at the table. It's not Trump's prosecution of a conflict. Which, by the way, had he not listened to JD Vance and Tulsi Gabbard about pulling his punches, this would not be an issue in the first place. This is why JD Vance is trying to desperately distance himself from Trump today, and he threw him under the bus.

You knew that was coming. You're going to have the purity police that would that once try to police you.

Now they're going to try to do this, but it's true. I read the statement. There's no other way to look at it. He gets into and blames all the narratives that Tucker Carlson promoted. No, it's incorrect.

But the the Iran issue. It is. We made them have a seat at the table, and I am telling you, if Trump would have just stuck to his guns and not pulled his punches, not listened to Vance or Tulsi, then we would not. I think this would look very differently. We, through Democrat burden regulations, created a monster.

Iran is America's Frankenstein, but well, the monster anyway. We're the Frankenstein. That's the monster, but we created them. It was not Trump's prosecution of this conflict, and you all know I have gone round and round with Trump people on a number of his the Trump accounts, for instance, paying women nine thousand dollars. I did not like tariffs.

This is I call balls and strikes, and I always will do so. His immediate and first prosecution of Iran was correct. It was not a problem he created. It was a problem Democrats created. Democrats are easing themselves off the hook by allowing Trump to take the blame, and the post-constitutionalist in the Republican Party want Trump to take the blame.

Now I have conspiracy theories on this. Would you like to hear one?

Now this is not this is more fun analysis. I think one of the reasons why you see people like Tucker and everything else they're going to increase the heat on Trump. They would like to see him impeached so Vance can have ten years instead of eight. That's the goal.

So, the energy thing, though, only explains one part of it. The disconnect with all of the factions on the right only explain one part of it. What we haven't addressed yet are all the people that live in Iowa, and Kansas, and Oklahoma. And out in southern Texas, the situation with Iran does not explain that totally. Especially when you look at manufacturing sector, I think I we all agree.

Yes, I think POTUS absolutely did inherit an economy that was in shambles. He was building it up to be something pretty spectacular. You have Biden take office. You have COVID. All this stuff nonsense.

Nobody, when we have tariffs that are proposed and then imposed and then paused and then reimposed, that is complete chaos for the manufacturing sector. No one is going to sit here and build a whole production line or another factory or another revenue stream based on something they have no idea what's coming. It's chaotic and it's unpredictable. That is not the way you do it. People voted on that.

This was one of the biggest things that came up. Just from, and I'm still going through exits, but just from looking at all the surveys and the polling from people leaving the polls, exit polling. Because tariffs already they made it made things more expensive. This is Desantis, cut seven. This was a very interesting statement that he said.

This was yesterday. Listen, and some of these Republicans are saying, "Oh well, the gas. Don't worry, you know, it's not a big deal." Like they're trying to blame Biden for it. No, no, listen, we just got to be honest. Gas is higher.

It hurts people, working class people, and it's higher because of this conflict. That's just a fact. If you can't admit that to voters, then you're gaslighting them, and they're not going to listen to you on other things. Remember when I said Biden did this, and Biden, even moderate Democrats, were questioning Democrat leadership because you cannot fake people out with what they're paying at the pump. And the Republicans did not explain, at all.

At all, the return on the investment of the pain people have been feeling. I heard I've heard statements from everywhere.

Well, it's going to be tough for a little bit, and then it's going to get better.

Well, you need to do more than say that. You can't just assume people will get it, or that people will go along with blind loyalty. That's already on the way out because that stopped that stopped being a thing in in in 24.

So, this is a real, real, real feeling, a real sentiment.

Now, how do we fix that?

Well, I guarantee you, you don't fix it with more tariffs. And you don't fix it by keeping us limited. And now here's the other thing with Iran. Who knows what Trump's going to do with Iran? The op worked.

You had the Carlson faction convince everyone to let them off the hook, and blame Trump for responding to provocation, and. For going in and limiting their ability to reach a certain level, which I thought Rubio explained very well, with the deterrence of missiles that would have insulated them to fully achieve nuclear capacity, that was the impetus for the action in the first place. But what was left out of that from the White House is explaining why they're even empowered in the first place. Democrats empowered them with regulations. Republicans never touched that.

When did you hear? When did you hear anybody from the White House speak on that? You didn't. That's a real thing. That's got to change.

That has to change. I also think it's cowardice and ridiculous for everything to be laid at Trump's feet, especially by the people who try to be the purity police. With those of us who are calling balls and strikes, you're not getting away with that.

Now they want to lay everything at Trump's feet because they're positioning for 2028. There are certain things he absolutely does have the the full accountability for. That's without argument. But also, I think other people do too, and the party does as well. The RNC was not helpful to Trump.

I lay that at the feet of Joe Grewers. He was a Florida guy who was kind of an embarrassment in Florida, and no one knows what the hell he's doing at the RNC. There was no. Cohesive messaging. There was no cohesive defense, and it was almost like every man for themselves.

So, this this is a very we're in a very tough position now because now the Democrats are emboldened. If you think that this is that this is the craziest they have, you just wait. You just wait. If you think that this is the craziest, it's going to be, folks. They have other crazy characters, and what's more, is used to everyone would say, "Oh, well, you can't have somebody like AOC or you know some of these other people win such a high office, such a you can't have they can't win a general.

Well, they just prove they can." The wrong move would be to mirror that on the right. That is what you are going to be encouraged to do, and it will be disastrous. Here is what Republicans should be doing, and I think it starts with examining Texas and Florida. You had two states. That were very competitive in a very friendly way in terms of freedom.

Florida started inching ahead during the COVID lockdown.

Now that used to be a pretty purple state. I'll never forget watching election returns. There was a token for CNN, and I was watching 2012 come in, and I knew just watching the map in Florida and the results come in that it was lost. That was Romney Obama. It was always a purple state until you had DeSantis come in, and through a major network of grassroots conservatives, they flipped that state.

But it is not a permanent flip, and I don't want people to think that it's safe in Florida. It is not. Byron Donalds won by too close to call. He was only two points ahead of David Jolly in Florida. That's insane, especially when you look at the margins that Trump won that state prior.

But what fed into it? There were a lot of things that fed into it. There were also a couple of state state reps that lost some seats. It's not certain. Why is it Florida went that way and Texas went the way that it went?

I think there are several things that factor into it. I think that in Florida they talk more about the economy. I think that they talked more about the regular, average, everyday issues that people face. I think in Texas it became an influencer show off. I think it became a stage of grift.

There were a lot of people. In the state of Texas, that were not talking about these everyday issues. There were a lot of people in the state of Texas that were not watching what the Hispanic bloc was doing and how they were looking at all of the ICE stuff. And yes, there's a significant number of Hispanic voters that agreed with how the administration prosecuted the deportations, but there significantly were also another chunk that thought it went too far. The messaging on that was to not flex.

The messaging on that should have been to persuade, and that was a missed opportunity. The Texas GOP, I'm sorry, but they suck. Don't ask me to speak at another one of your damn dinners again. The answer is no. This was one of the most abysmal results of any state party I've ever seen.

They treated the RNC as a fundraiser instead of a get-out-the-vote. Let that sink in. We have a lot more on the way because part of addressing what to do next is pointing out the people who bear the accountability, so we don't put them in charge anymore. I will have some solutions for you. There is hope.

Our partners bringing you the program. That's the folks at Berne. Berne is, well, they call it a Berne gun, but it's not. They have a model called the CL, the Compact Launcher. They have different models, but this is the only one you need for this purpose.

Why do I present this?

Well, I carry. I have no problem using lead, throwing it downrange. I have no problem using lethal force against a threat. I train to do it. But I also realize you got private property restrictions.

Sometimes you have municipal restrictions. Maybe you're a 20-year-old college student, and now with daylight savings time kicked into effect, it's darker now. When you leave your campus and walk back to your off-campus housing, you don't want to be a statistic just because you're walking back home at night, six o'clock.

So what do you do to protect yourself since you can't you know can't carry concealed? At 20, check out a burner. Burner CL it shoots chemical irritant projectiles that can deter threats from up to sixty feet away. It's the size of an iPhone, and it's not like a Taser or stun gun. Those are great, I suppose.

They got one or two rounds. This is a fifteen-round shot capacity per cartridge. There's no background check. There's no waiting period. There's no tax stamp.

There's no fee, and every all of the Burner CLs, all the launchers are legal in all fifty states. You order it online; they ship discreetly to your door, and they don't care about gun-free zones. Berna is not a replacement; it's an option you'll be glad to have when your options are limited.

I feel like I'm calling shenanigans. On this story, the survey that says politics can be stressful, but voting can help you live longer. I don't think that the act of voting helps you live longer. I'm so tired of these stupid studies where they're like this attribute of a person who makes healthy choices repeatedly and has these sort of this sort of aesthetic in their life. That's that's just a sign of a person who's engaged and.

And locked in. That's the but the way that they put it, they act like the act of voting itself is going to prolong your life. But that's just the way. But I think that the effects of just being engaged in life overall are helpful. This is a dumb study.

Billionaire Wall Street pessimists are predicting an epic stock market crash will wipe out eighty percent of your four hundred one k. A cruise was canceled after the Coast Guard detained a ship in Miami.

Officials say they identified deficiencies with the system on board the vessel. The vessel and were working to fix them.

Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. Dana Lash with you at the bottom of the second hour, having a very clinical. Post mortem of everything that happened yesterday, and like I said, I guarantee something that I say today, every single one of you out there is going to get mad.

Something will make you mad, but we're not here to hold hands. We're here to assess the damage, figure out a solution, very soberingly though. One of those very difficult conversations is one that we had last week, and I had, oh my word, a tantrum tornado on my hands when I said that the last large red urban county. I'm not saying this to spite the football, by the way. I'm telling people you need to pay attention to this stuff when it crops up, so you can do something about it.

Tarrant County, the last red, large red urban county in the United States of America. I think you can say it went blue. It is now a swing county. This is something that Democrats have tried to do in the state. They try to replicate the blueprint that they did in Colorado, sixty-three years of straight Republican governance that was taken away in two election cycles.

It's taken them a bit longer to do Texas, but they are almost done. Joining me right now on all this, he was one of the gentlemen that was on with me last week, and everybody lost their minds over this. But you know what? It was correct. Tim Davis is the Tarrant County Republican Party Chairman, and first off, Tim.

What a night! And is it safe to say that is Tarrant a blue county now? And what are the implications? How much more does that narrow a Republican a future Republican victory in Texas? Yeah, I think it's safe to say that Tarrant and a lot of DFW is a blue county now.

It's hard to deny the numbers that we saw last night across Tarrant and across most of DFW, Collin County, Denton County, for instance. Certainly, Dallas County has been for a while, and that's a concern, of course. But those numbers speak for themselves as to what happened last night and how significant it really was. Incredibly significant. I can't believe, like we we are going the way of Dallas County.

This is crazy. How much of this do you attribute to a suppressed turnout? Because I was reading in some other parts of the country, turnout was incredibly low. In Missouri, it was very low, for instance. How does that play into Terrence?

Yeah, here in Terreant, we saw we saw a big turnout. We had over six hundred thousand voters in this midterm, which is a large midterm for us. As it relates to our side, how did our side turn out? I think we turned out about normal for a midterm election. It was just there was so much turnout on the other side that it overcame any numbers that we may have come out with, and that's that's why we're seeing the importance of this segment and what you're talking about of of what is what is happening in Terreant County and is.

A reflection of what's happening across the state. I think it is. We saw that statewide last night when every one of our statewide elected officials lost to a Democrat. It's a huge concern, and we've got to take a long, hard look at what's happening. That's why this conversation is so important.

What what really really strikes me is that for forty almost forty years, even though at the top of the ticket. I think in 2020 there it narrowly the county narrowly went to Biden. We had the issue as well in 2018 with I think it was Cruz and Beto or work, but at least the county could be depended on for voting straight red down ballot, and it had done so very fiercely for almost 40 years. And that's the other thing. What you just said, talking about all of these other down ballot races, it's hard to.

See that this was just a rejection of Trump. There's a lot more that plays into it. Into this, what do you think the top driver was? Yeah, you're exactly right. It would be easy to say, "Oh, it's national headwinds." You know, we we just nothing we could do.

I think part of the discussion that we'll have to have with ourselves and with voters, especially, is just being honest about candidate quality. You know, Governor DeSantis. I think I saw right before I got on with you. I think he had a very good quote where he said, "This is almost an extinction level." Event that we've got to be real about. We can't.

I don't want to be a doomer. I'm not a doomer at all. It's not my personality. I know it's not yours. But we got to be realists about it, and we've got to realize that candidates matter, and candidates who overstay their office that matters.

We've got to continually be bringing fresh ideas that we stick to, and when we go and advocate for a policy, we've got to stick to that policy. Voters care about that stuff. They look for that stuff, and here in Texas, I think we. Suffered from a little bit of both of that, and we'll we'll have those conversations. We'll see what happens as we go forward, but you know, here just a few hours after the close of the polls and these results, I think that's those are the two things that are obvious that rise to the top.

We've got to be bringing fresh ideas and fresh people. We're talking with Tim Davis, who is the head of the Tarrant County GOP, chairman of the Tarrant County GOP. This you mentioned DeSantis because the tale of two states.

Now we've been comparing for so long. California and Florida, but now we're comparing Texas to Florida, and these are two states that have been. Even though Florida has been, I think until recently has been a swing state.

Now a lot of people are saying it's a reliable, solid red state. I would say that's only going to last for a few more years because those margins were really greatly diminished last night, and maybe that comes with some of the momentum from candidates, as you were talking about. But these were two states that you know we joke about it. They're like you know the last bastions for freedom in the United States. You know, I mean, there's memes about Texas and Florida because of this.

What, in your mind, was the factor that contributed into this difference in results? Texas going pretty blue, and Florida being pretty much the rock against that blue wave. Yeah, actually, it's it's a great contrast to make. I heard a interview that Governor DeSantis gave one time where he asked the audience how many polls did they believe that he had done during his time in office, and you know, some people threw out some numbers, and he said the answer was none. He said that he told everybody what he believed in, and those are the ideas that he took forward, whether they were popular or not.

He wasn't so concerned. I think voters recognize that kind of authenticity in a leader. I think. Voters are looking for that kind of authenticity in a leader, and so when we contrast what happened in Florida and what happened in Texas last night, I think we see that when we bring quality candidates who are going to have ideas that they just believe in because they're the right thing to do, voters are going to resound to that every time. In contrast to if we do something that is just it feels like we've poll tested it, we've focus grouped it, it's something that we're just doing because it it is culturally.

A great fit or whatever that doesn't work. That's not successful, and we've got to just bring our ideas and let them fall where they will. I have to tell you, I do not envy your position today. I mean, I didn't envy it before today, but I really do not envy your position today. What?

How? Because I mean, everyone's like, "Well, we must rebuild," and so it's true we must. But how in this environment, and with a very sharply divided GOP? Yeah, two things I think are critical to that. One is, let's not pretend that this is anything new.

We've been here before. There have been plenty of times where we have suffered. What seemed like massive losses, and in fact, the other side has been here before too. And let's not forget that at all. This used to be a blue county until it was a red one, and now they may say it's back to being blue, and that the numbers seem to indicate that.

All of this is cyclical, so let's not ever. Trick ourselves into thinking that everything is permanent and all is lost, and that's kind of the second thing: is don't ever, ever, ever give up hope. The things that we believe in are true; they are righteous, and they are worthy ideas of leading our society and our culture. If we give up those two things, that just think, "Oh, this is it, and it'll never come back," then that's right; it won't. But the way that we get it back is by continuing to press ahead, continuing to believe the things that we believe, and continuing to advocate.

For those, both in leaders and in our policies, and we'll be successful when we do that. Yeah. Last question for you, and this is where I think the Republicans struggle the most.

Now that you have the Zoomer generation that is coming into its own. There's a very stark difference between that generation and you know my generation Gen X and even I would say millennials. There there's a lot of resentment and there's a lot of anger there, and they think that maybe the Republican Party hasn't been strongman and our strong arm doesn't have a strong arm. Maybe maybe they they need that. That is going to be a very difficult message to counter for Republican leaders like yourself.

How are you going to do that? Yeah, that's right.

So I actually get a lot of firsthand experience with that in talking with that younger generation in my office, and did that had that conversation with a few of those folks this morning. Even you know came in and everybody's a little bit shell shocked, certainly after the results. And that's kind of the reaction that they're having is what life is there for me now. What what is available for me if I work hard? Can I can I just by working hard be able to support my Family, can I be able to get engaged to my girlfriend?

Can I be able to afford a car that I don't have to pay off over sixty months? For instance, simple things like that. And so, our party, we knew going into the election that affordability and the cost of living were going to be key issues to voters. But it's especially key, and that's why your question is so good. It's especially key to that younger generation who is looking around, saying, "Can I build a life in this society?" We've got to answer that question for them, and we've got to show them how.

We've got to show them how the American dream is very alive and well if we work for it, and we've got to provide those solutions at a policy level. Things have to get less expensive. Insurance has to get less expensive. The cost of living, gasoline has to get less expensive. We've got to support policies that make that happen, that give that generation hope and a future that America really is the bright city on a hill.

Yeah, actually, I lied. This is my last question because I just remembered it. The Hispanic vote; it was breaking for Republicans before this last before midterms.

Now it's breaking away. Your just your final thoughts on that. Yeah, we're seeing that as a swing vote in Texas, and so that's probably another reason that all hope isn't lost. That we can't just put our heads down or head head in our hands and retire. You and I talked about this, I think, last week.

Those are our voters, and we've got to do a better job of messaging our values, messaging how important family is to us, how important faith is to us, to those voters, and making sure that our pro-life message resonates with them. We we cannot drift off into Into things that distract us from that, we've got to stay focused on those key issues, and I will see those folks come back. That's a true swing vote in Texas.

Well, I appreciate everything that you've done to fight against this, and we're going to rebuild and we're going to fight another day because we've been here, as you said, we've been here before. Tim Davis, chairman of the Tarrant County Republican Party, always a pleasure. God bless you, Godspeed. Home repairs have a way of happening at the worst possible time. Please drink responsibly. It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time for Florida Man. This is horrible. A shopper was hospitalized because a giant decoration fell inside the Mall of the Millennia.

This is in Orlando Mall. The Mall at Millennia. It was on Saturday. Mall officials had to close off the area while they reviewed the incident. The Orlando PD has since referred the case to OSHA for review.

It was witnessed, and I think it's on video. People heard a loud bang. There was commotion, and then everyone freaked out. The decoration was described as a massive metal star. Apparently, fell and hit a guest, and the injured person in the video is seen lying on the ground as paramedics.

Responded. They were were assisting that person. They transported them to the hospital. Wow! And it was like this big star.

I guess it was suspended in the air above, like a above shoppers. And it just felt that that's kind of terrifying.

So the yeah, they they're they're looking into how that happened. And the shoppers apparently going to make I guess a full recovery. Not much has been released about their condition.

So yeah, that's I can't now. I'm gonna be. I always wonder about that.

Some of these these big giant decorations that you see in some of these. I haven't been to a mall in forever, but I do wonder. I'm like, how in the world is that? I don't know. Let's see here.

Oof, there was. Oh, I got one. A Florida woman was driving 120 miles per hour in a 60, and she says that the passenger was late for court, so she had to speed. Oh gosh, it was on i nInety five. State trooper said you're really ridiculously speeding.

He she was clocked at one hundred and twenty. Although he had to accelerate his patrol car to one hundred thirty one to catch up. The twenty two year old driver pulled over when he activated a siren, and she said, "No, no, no. The reason I'm speeding is because this guy's got a court hearing for one thirty, and it's just you know it's minutes away. We got to get there." And they smelled marijuana, the strong odor of burnt marijuana inside the Rav Forest door, and so they were all detained.

And apparently, they were one was in possession of a weapon, and which you know that's not anything bad unless you are a prohibited possessor. And then, then you're gonna get in trouble because one of the guys had a a warrant. The firearm check came back clear, but apparently, the one of the guys in the car because there were two passengers had several outstanding felony warrants.

So, yeah, that's kind of a not a great thing. A hmm, I got another one. No, that one's bad. Oh no, that's bad too. Not well.

Here's about this. Here's this guy. Florida woman or woman was accused of smoking crack in a public park, and when officers came upon her in Fort Myers, her name is Infinity Jones. She was smoking crack cocaine in broad daylight at a public park, and then she was trying to hide the crack rocks in the slats of a picnic table that she was sitting at, and they found out that as they were arresting her, she was actually supposed to be in court at that time. But she was instead in the park smoking crack cocaine.

They removed the drugs from the table, and she spent a month in jail. The first time she was out, she was spent a month in jail already. She was released on condition of showing up for her court date, which she failed to do because she was sitting in a park smoking crack cocaine. And that's the moment that the officers came up to her.

So, I mean, I guess going to court is not a very big deal for those people. I'm not quite sure. I am not getting into this Mickey Mouse impersonator that Florida woman Amber sent. I'm just going to tell you the headline, and that explains why I'm not going to talk about it. A Florida man, a Florida man, former Mickey Mouse impersonator with a diaper fetish was busted in a sex ring, and that's all I'm saying.

I am not reading that.

So you know what? We had a bad night last night. I am not reading this headline on top of it. No, no, no. A let's see.

Oof! No, not doing that one either. We do have this: a Florida man bit a canine, and then threatened to shoot deputies. The man bit the canine.

Now, if I was the canine handler, I would bite the man back. I'd bite you back. You bite my dog, I will bite your face off. This is in Volusia County. Deputies were called to a home in New Smyrna Beach about a suspicious person.

The guy had an active arrest warrant. When they took him into custody, the man told them he had a weapon and he would rather die than get arrested and get out of his truck.

So a struggle ensued. They were trying to convince him to show his hands and surrender, but he thought he was going to flee. He did not flee. He continued to resist. He continued to say he was armed, threatening officers.

And then he struck and bit the K nine in the neck and the ear. The K nine is doing okay. I would have pistol whipped him beyond recognition from even his own family for biting my K nine.

So, President Dana, there's several things I'll do. If you bite a K nine, you get bit back with double the force, the the jaw force. Bit hard, right? And pistol whipped on top of it publicly while live streaming.

So that's one of the things. I'm just going to start making up a presidential platform. Although I I would not want to represent anybody who would vote for me. Partners bringing you the program. It's our friends at Alliance Defending Freedom.

Do you are you familiar with this group? I've had them on my radio show before, tons of times, and I love what they do. They are involved. They've been involved in 88 Supreme Court victories. They've had 20 victories in cases where it where they were directly representing clients since 2011.

They are a nonprofit legal organization that defends religious liberty, free speech, the sanctity of life, and parental rights. Let me tell you about this one case that they're doing right now. It's with Kelly Keeler. She was 15, and she competed against a male athlete in Washington Washington High School Girls Wrestling Tournament without any any no advance notice to her or her mom. And you guys have seen the video.

They you can see her face when she's being wrestled by a man, and apparently his hands went some places that they were not supposed to. And she said it, and it was. I'm sorry, I agree. It's I'm not sorry. It's a sexual assault.

It was during the match. She was so distressed that she allowed herself to be pinned so she could get it over with. Her mom took the video. The school officials waited days to report the incident to law enforcement, even though there was a forty-eight hour reporting requirement. ADF is representing Cali and her mother, and they're advocating for the safety of female athletes, parental rights, and accountability.

They were there to help overturn Roe v. Wade. They were there to help defend the Baker Jack Phillips in Colorado. They were there as well to protect pro-life pregnancy centers from. Impelled speech under California's requirements under Baccara, they have been there making landmark cases a reality and protecting your rights.

Do not let schools put ideology over the safety of girls in sports. Your support today can help Cali, can help other athletes, can help other parents. And they don't do this with USAID money, folks. It's all private donations. Visit joinadf.com/dana or text Dana to eight three eight four eight.

So, a Halloween prank that began last year: two Sinclair dinosaurs were taken from a Bozeman gas station, brought to the top of the M Trail. And now, apparently, it's happened. It happened last year, and apparently now it's happened again.
