But our focus on this segment today is really going to be on the Ukraine. And I want to welcome Darren Gertes to the program. Darren, welcome. Good to have you, sir. Hey, thanks for having me.

It's Professor Gertes, we should add that it is truly Professor Gertes, thus all the books in the background. But you actually have those there because you've read probably most of them and commented on them. I got nerdy over time.

It's an addiction, but it's probably a reasonably healthy one. There you go. There you go.

Thank you. Absolutely. Absolutely. Ukraine, it's interesting, I didn't get a chance to in the first time that I thought we were going to go there, but my guest wasn't able to make it. But to talk about Putin's trip to Iran, and you and I talked a bit about that yesterday evening, just about the implications of that, and how it might potentially reflect on what's really happening with this war.

Yeah. So you have to back up from that meeting just to realize that since Putin has now pantsed himself in front of the world and is no longer allowed to play in the European sandbox, he now has to sell his energy somewhere else, right? A third of the Russian economy is based on his energy.

A third of Russia's state budget is from the sale of energy. So he's looking for some alternative. So if he can't play nice with the Europeans, which he didn't expect, right, like he miscalculated and then miscalculated and miscalculated, he expected the war to be over within a week, or actually to achieve, you know, capture Zelensky or topple the government in a week and then control the state within two weeks, didn't work out. He didn't expect that the Europeans and Americans would actually do what they did, that they would bind together and oppose him. He was looking at our weakness. And I don't fault him for looking at our weakness after our terrible leaving of Afghanistan. Exit from Afghanistan a year ago, right. We sent the wrong messages. We were like broadcasting weakness. But it turned out that Zelensky's, you know, I need ammunition, not a ride, strengthened the backbone, the resolve of his people when it looked like certain death. Right. I mean, think about this.

I mean, when the first couple of days we thought, man, it's got to be over. He's going to roll. They're going to roll through. He doesn't have a chance.

Yeah. And so he miscalculated there and the West is completely against him. Now the West is against him. So he has to go find new trading partners. So he's looking with the BRICS, right?

The BRICS are Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. And he's looking to expand that to Argentina and Iran. Now Iran and Russia have gotten along pretty swimmingly. Dictators tend to like each other for whatever reason.

And they've gotten together over time. Iran's nuclear program is pretty well Russian sponsored, right? Iran and Syria get along. Now, now the interesting thing about this conference was it was Turkey and Iran and Russia. And so there was like this love fest between Putin and the United States. But let me interject this professor, because a lot of people don't remember that it was Putin, Turkey, Iran, and China who met just over two years ago during the summer of the riots in the United States to discuss how they could overthrow Trump. And a lot of people don't realize that that meeting took place, but they were looking at the unrest in the streets in America. And a lot of the funding and the money and so on came from foreign sources to assist in that unraveling and all of that that took place, which many believe was also a part, in addition to the steal of the election, which is another topic for another day, but is also a part of the reason why there was this increased and intense behavior against the Trump administration, because he was thwarting Russia and Turkey and China and Iran. So I plead ignorance where I'm ignorant, and you know more about this than I do.

So I'm not arguing against you. I just, I don't have anything to contribute to that particular conference. What I know about this conference, though, is that, so a couple of weeks ago, there was this article, and this was in our news as well, that the Russians were looking for drones from Iran. There was an article on RT that I saw, because I read RT and Pravda, Moscow Times, whatever, as I'm trying to triangulate and understand what's going on.

And Iran was like, no, we're neutral, we're not selling anything to Russia, we just want peace, while they had Russians on the ground, and Biden mentioned this as, like, he revealed this before a conference, like, look, we got satellite images, they were, you had Russians on the ground, they were showing them drones, we know what's going on. Okay, so Russia is trying to do that, but the Turkish president wasn't exactly in the same space. Now, you got to understand, Turkey hates the Kurds, okay, and they wanted to invade part of Syria here, and they're talking about this, like, Iran was chastising them, because Iran and Syria are really chummy, and we think about the Middle East like it's all monolithic, like these just, all these, they're all Islamic, and they all think the same way.

No group in the world all thinks the same way, I mean, there's factions within every group. And so, in Iran, it's Iran wanted to support Syria, but Turkey wants to invade the slice of Syria in order to give us a buffer zone between them and the Kurds. And you know, to unless you have the background, you might go, oh, well, so who are the Kurds? The Kurds were America's best friend in Iraq, I mean, did the greatest amount of fighting with the Americans in Iraq, and but there's no Kurdistan, the Kurdish people live over the borders of like five different countries in Syria and Turkey and Iraq and other places. So they're like a people group without an actual homeland that centralized because the map was just not considering them when it was being drawn. And so that conference, they weren't exactly getting along.

Right? I mean, the Ayatollah and Putin were seeing eye to eye on some things, but Turkey was throwing a little bit of a weird something into the mix. But Putin was saying thank you to Turkey for intervening in the export of grain, right? This recent thing just a few days ago, trying to negotiate with Ukraine. Now why would he do that? Because it's going to help Russia on net significantly if they can sell their grain, because they're a big grain producer as well.

Sure. Well, and and and Ukraine historically, again, you know, for those that think that that this is some brand new thing, or that America pushed Putin into this conquest of the Ukraine. That's not a reality. The reality is no reality, but that's what they say in Russian media, which is China is saying echoing Russian media. And there's they keep saying like everybody, but Lukashenko in Belarus or Putin or Putin's talking heads in his foreign ministry spokeswoman or whatever else. They keep saying, well, America keeps causing this or America's behind this. Look, they they keep conveniently forgetting that.

Let me give you an example. So NATO is moving toward the border. And they said that they would not do that in the in the founding documents or what.

OK. So they forget that you invaded Ukraine and that's what's causing a military buildup of NATO. And the other piece to this that is important, Professor, to understand is, is that the Putin has said, going back into the the the late 1990s, that he had every intention of putting Ukraine back into the Soviet Union and rebuilding the Soviet Union. He told his economic advisors, I was on a call with Frank Gaffney and one of his former senior economic advisors not long ago. I've got it recorded and I'll put it out there so people can listen to this. But this man said that in the meetings that he was involved in with Putin, Putin said, I want Ukraine because that's the first one that I've got to make, tuple, topple. I'm going to call them Nazis because that's going to turn the world against them, which is all lies and disinformation and propaganda. And then I'm going after Eastern Europe.

So let's let's talk and speak to that. So Ukraine is the area that is roughly Ukraine was Nova Rocha. OK, Nova Russia is what Catherine the Great seized in 17, just just about the time that we were founding America. Catherine the Great was grabbing that land that Ukraine.

So it's changed hands a number of time. In fact, I talked about this, you know, the claim that Russia has to Crimea, just just focusing on Crimea. A couple of days ago, I put out a explainer on Crimea on I do these daily updates, as you were talking about. It's if I can, you know, a crass commercial.

No, go for it. Absolutely. If you go to YouTube, Professor Gertes daily updates on Ukraine, it's that simple. Professor Gertes, G-E-R-D-E-S, daily updates on Ukraine.

And then I have daily updates. But there's one here, explainer Crimea. And it's why Crimea matters. So that land, Russia says, like they have this historical claim to it. Well, so do the Mongols. So do the Greeks. So do the Turks. Like there's there's so many people groups that have controlled that real estate over time. But Russia seems to think that it has this you know, it has the right to do it. Now, Putin was talking about how, like a month and a half ago, something like that, he was talking about how, you know, lauding Peter the Great, and how he returned land to Russia. And maybe it has fallen to us to return land as well.

And that was spooky to hear him say that. In light of all the propaganda that they have put out that indicates that, oh, no, that's not what we're about. That's not the purpose of this.

That's not really what we're trying to do. Yeah. And, you know, you were talking about this, this called the Nazis thing, even the New York Times put out a piece about a month ago showing that the the content analysis of talking about Nazis in Ukraine, there was nothing until February of 2022. It was like almost nothing. And then it spiked.

And it was like you never saw it. It's kind of like when did Donald Trump become a racist? He became a racist when he just declared that he was running as a Republican.

And before that, you can find almost nothing about him being a racist. Yep, absolutely. All right. We're not done. We're going to take a quick break.

Let's get back into, there's also a lot of conversation. We're talking about Ukraine and Russia and so on. Russia, they don't bomb railway stations. They don't bomb civilian, you know, outposts. They haven't tried to bomb the capital of Kiev.

You know, I mean, you know, they haven't gone after any of those major sites. Can you speak to that for a minute, please? Yeah. So they tend to bomb civilian targets and then lie about it. And it's just an amazing thing to do it.

And they do it in, there's a particular pattern that I see. I've spent, okay, so when the war kicked off, Zelensky says this, I said, who is Zelensky? I wound up writing an ebook about him shortly thereafter. And I've been updating that ebook.

It's on Amazon. I need ammunition, not a ride. I've been updating it weekly since the war. So I've been focused very heavily on what's going on in Ukraine. So I've read every speech Zelensky has given that's on the presidential website since the war began, like up through today.

So what happens here is that they'll send a missile attack and it'll blow up a residential building or a missile attack will hit a rail station. So last week in Venestia, I can't pronounce anything. I'm not Ukrainian.

I don't claim to be. And I mispronounce things all the time, but that's okay. Venestia, I think it's pronounced, they hit this place that was a cultural center, right? It was just like a performance hall, whatever. It's called the House of Officers because it once was a military center and it's owned by the military still and rented out as this cultural center.

And that's all it is. So in Pravda, they reported, quote, the Russian forces struck the House of Officers in the city of Venestia as the building was used for temporary accommodation of Nazi fighters. The Russian Ministry of Defense told RT and in another place they told in either RT or Pravda, I don't remember which, but they said, yeah, you know, there was the senior officers talking about weapons supplies and we destroyed X number and they like made up some figure of how many people were destroyed. No, it was all civilians.

They hit a cultural center where performances like dance and music or choruses, things along those, that's what they hit. But then they lie about it. And they, so now the way that they view things, I would urge your listeners to read, I think it's the Russian View of War or the Russian Way of War, something like that, the title and Putin's Playbook. Both of these books are excellent in helping us understand how the Russians, disinformation, I watch disinformation, by the way. It's on YouTube.

You can watch the whole, you can watch the whole video on there. That's useful as well. They lie and then they expect that everybody lies, like they don't understand that we're looking at that like, that's a lie. And then we triangulate with Western, like here's a Western news account. Let's go back to Buche, right? Early atrocities in Buche. Western news was all over it, like documenting, like real atrocities. And they're putting this thing out like, oh, they dress people up in military uniform or in civilian outfits and then shot their own people and put them onto the street. And you know, except that that's what Russia does. Pastor Vitaly, I told you this story last night when he was a young person growing up in Russia, believed their propaganda until he watched them actually do that. He watched them strip people down and put them in Russian uniforms and then claim that the enemy had shot people that the Russians had actually killed. I've shared this story before. My good friend, Andrew Osta, whose grandparents live in Kiev, they had friends that were trying to evacuate and they pulled the husband and the nine-year-old daughter out, shot them both in the head in front of the mother and the wife, and then raped her so severely that it took 27 stitches to sew her back up.

And she's now in a sanitarium, okay? The grandparents were talking about just within the last week, bombs dropping, the air defense system in Ukraine blocking some of the bombs that were fired into Kiev, but other bombs blowing up and some of them destroying civilian apartment buildings in Kiev. The Russians are evil, Putin is wicked, and we need to remember that. And every time you hear the opposite of that, push back against it and push hard. Dr. Gurtis, thank you very much for being here. My first gentleman that I'm going to introduce, there was a gentleman named Ilya Feostakov, I believe that's the correct pronunciation of his name and he was with Americans for Peace and we talked a bit about the dangers of the mosques in Boston back then, the terrorism and the activity that was happening back then and I believe also, Charles, that you and I have been on calls together for Save the Persecuted Christians.

We have. Yes, I thought so, yeah, I thought so, I thought so, okay. Well I want to welcome Charles Jacobs to the program and I'm going to let you introduce the organization and then also introduce our other guest, Avi Goldwasser.

Fine, thank you, thank you for having us very much. Well my name is Charles Jacobs and our new effort, it's a new project of Americans for Peace and Tolerance and it's called the Jewish Leadership Project and briefly, Avi Goldwasser and I have been partners for decades and we have worked against the external enemies of the Jewish people in Israel for the last 25, 30 years and that would include, as your audience knows, the mainstream media, the liberal churches, the left-wing anti-Zionists, the professoriate on campuses, now the high school curricula which is woke, going through all of our public schools, the Islamists and the black anti-Semites. I don't think I've missed anybody, maybe anti-Israel Jews, anti-Semitic Jews, I've missed that.

Yes, yes, yes. We can talk about that and we've spent all of our time building organizations and fighting them off and we've concluded after 25, 30 years of this that the Jewish community now faces a tsunami of anti-Semitism from four ideological camps and we, the left, the right, the black nationalist anti-Semites and the Islamists themselves and they sometimes all join together, strange as that may seem. We believe that it may not be the case that the Jewish community can prevail against this surge of anti-Semitism unless it changes the kind of leadership it has at its establishment level. The establishment Jewish community has simply failed to defend and we'll get into the reasons and how they failed and why they failed but they failed and many Jews know this but many Jews are reticent to criticize their own leaders even though we didn't elect them for many reasons but we have, we are out there ringing the fire alarm. Our house is on fire and our leadership is acting business as usual and that must stop.

Let me turn it over to Avi, he can say a few words more. Yeah I think that if you study history and business you realize that organizations, countries, groups cannot succeed without good leadership. Every successful organizational country succeeded because of good leadership and our concern is that the Jewish community today has very weak leadership and therefore cannot succeed and also as Charles pointed out the community is under assault, the community is under siege and especially under these conditions we need strong leadership and we don't have it. So we decided that we cannot fight the external enemy without having the support of Jewish leaders, establishment Jewish leaders.

So we pivoted our attention to focus on the failed Jewish leadership because unless we fix that problem we will not prevail against the external enemy. Let me just say a few words about the state of the Jewish community because a lot of people don't know about how significant has been the rise of anti-Semitism. Jews are more than ten times likely, a Jewish person is more likely than any other group of people, blacks or Asians or Muslims or gays or transgender to be the object, to be the subject of a hate crime. Forty percent of Jews tell pollsters that in some way they hide their identity either by not wearing religious garb if they do usually or by not attending Jewish events or by not posting online pro-Jewish, pro-Israel things online. Every Jewish, I can't say every, you can never say every, a significant number, the majority of Jewish institutions and buildings now have security.

That never was the case. It now looks to us like we're heading toward a situation that's similar to the European Jewish situation where if you go to synagogue in Madrid or in Paris or in Milan you are going to have to pass through armed security to get there because people are wanting to hurt Jews. And so this is a brand new situation and as Avi said, unless we change the feckless, flaccid, weak Jewish leadership we may not prevail. So that's what our project is. It should be noted too and I introduced the segment earlier in the program about the need to have closed all of the synagogues this past weekend in San Antonio, Texas because of the consideration of viable threats. This is absolutely unacceptable and I had a good friend who unfortunately passed of a heart attack a number of years back whose name also was Avi, but I accompanied him.

He stayed with me and I accompanied him and met the rabbi at the synagogue down in San Antonio and then he spoke and it's the only time that I've actually had the honor of being able to be in a Jewish synagogue and was there for the service which was just absolutely wonderful. But it's an atrocity, gentlemen, for that situation to have arisen and some might say the canary in the coal mine. Yeah, and I think that there are many factors that have led to this situation. We believe a significant factor is the failure of Jewish leaders to anticipate, to understand the threat and to respond effectively against the threat and because they haven't, things only deteriorate. They don't get better when you ignore things. So we certainly lay some of the blame at the feet of the leadership and we're always disappointed when something happens and their response is quite weak, they rarely get outraged, there's no fury in the response to the horrific situation that's happening and these are only increasing.

And part of the problem is their DNA. These are nice people who want to make nice, they're not willing to fight and it only encourages the other side and that needs to change and that's our mission. So how do we go about that? How does that change occur?

What are the steps that need to be taken in order for us to see a change in engagement? Well, we think the first step is to educate the Jewish community that there is a threat, the leaders are not articulating the nature of the threat correctly because they're politically correct and other sensitivities. So number one, the community needs to understand the real threat. Number two, they need to understand that the leadership in place is failing to deal with the threat effectively.

The community to some extent has been abandoned. Many Jewish leaders pursue social justice and other causes rather than focus on the primary job that they have, which is the safety of the Jewish community. And so we are in the process of forming local groups of activists.

We're going to educate them, they will educate the community. Ultimately, we know the Jewish leaders are not elected. Jewish leaders are unmoted by donors.

That's the power structure. So we need to get to the donors. We need to educate and convince the donors that they're enabling fair leadership, which is hurting the community. And these donors need to step up and do the right thing and appoint leaders who will fight for the Jewish community. Charles, you have led in the past efforts as an example to address the issue of slavery in some countries around the world, and you were very successful in germinating that ground swell of concern and moving that needle.

Talk to me about how this is similar, I suppose, in trying to create the ground swell necessary. And I understand that it's the Jewish community in particular, and we're going to run into a break here in a second. But there are other groups, you know, when I wrote to Sarah and I said, you know, as a Christian, as a pastor, I feel a direct responsibility to be engaged with you and the Jewish community in addressing this issue.

Tease us on that, it's about 30 seconds, and then we'll take a break and come back and talk about it. The bigger picture is there's an assault on the Judeo Christian civilization by radical Islam. The left doesn't want to talk about this at all. And welcome back to Chosen Generation Radio, where no topic is off limits and everything is filtered through biblical glasses. And it is my sincere pleasure to have my guests from the Jewish Leadership Project. I appreciate it. We were talking a little bit about some of the groups outside of Jewish leadership. And I appreciate that during our break in the green room, bringing it back to the significant importance of Jewish leadership in particular, taking a lead role in this issue.

So two things I'd like to ask gentlemen. One is to talk about how this impacts the peripheral, but then also to talk about the infighting that's going on within the Jewish community to identify and recognize the importance of standing up for these Jewish values. Well, I think that the big picture here is that Western civilization is under assault. And it's under assault and who's being assaulted is Judeo-Christian civilization, which is at the foundation of Western Civ. And the easiest target historically has always been the Jews. And in this round of barbarism against civilization, the Jews, the means that the Jews are evil, where you have a conspiracy to subdue the world and to despoil proper civilization, that has emerged in a new form.

And we weren't ready for that. We always thought of anti-Semitism as coming from the right, because we had a recent past with the Nazis. The new anti-Semitism, however, is focused on Israel. Israel has become the new Jew. Israel has become the Jew of nations. And so whatever they said about the Jews before are against our religion or against our race, now it's against our state.

But it's the same pattern. It's whatever is the worst sin of an era, that's what we're accused of. And so in this era, racism is the worst sin. And so our conflict with the Palestinian Arabs is portrayed as racist, and we are portrayed as needlessly occupying and oppressing a darker skinned people, which is an absolute lie on so many counts. But it captures people because it ties into many things that have been said against Jews before, and it ties into the new anti-racism, wokeness, that has taken our institutions by storm. And so when this new anti-Semitism arose, it arose first in the media, the mainstream media, attacked Israel relentlessly day in and day out, they were biased against the Jewish state in ways that they're biased against nothing else except maybe America. Then it passed to the professors on college campuses. And then it passed to all of the left-wing groups who now pick up the banner of Palestinianism. And then it passed to the Islamists, the radical Muslims who have got mosques across America. And there are video clips of imams across America cursing Jews, telling the historically moderate Muslim community in America that we are their enemy. And then you have the black anti-Semites.

So it's all of these forces now that have swirling against us, and it is tied to the assault on Western civilization. And as Avi and I have said, we're not going to prevail unless we have a Jewish leadership that understands this, and they don't. And Avi, speak to that if you would, because you are articulating that as we were visiting in the green room in our break that we just came out of, you know, the lack of direction by Jewish leadership and how critically important that is. Yeah, look, I think as we discussed, leadership is the key to success of any group.

You cannot win a war with bad generals, no matter what your strategy is. Jews throughout history have had good leaders and bad leaders. Certainly at this point in time, we have weak leadership, and it's best manifested by the results. There's a growing hostility against Jews.

Charles and I have been dealing with the Boston Jewish leadership. We've been telling them for 20 years what's going to happen, and it's happening. And I'll share with you that they recognize that they failed. However, they have no vision what to do with it. What we're saying, and we have a 10-step program as to what they should be doing.

It's not rocket science, but they cannot operate outside a certain comfort zone. These are basically progressive folks, very sympathetic to the left, who operate within that paradigm. Within that paradigm, we've been losing and will continue to lose, because they operate in a denial of Jewish values, in a denial of human nature, in a denial of evolution. They're basically, in our opinion, delusional.

They have a fantasy, a utopian notion of the way people are. Well, people are not like that. It's interesting to note, because I think a lot of people don't realize the violence that's being perpetrated against the Jewish community, and in particular, against Jewish synagogues. The necessity for Jewish synagogues to literally have armed security in order to protect themselves. I noticed that with regards to the service that I went to, that there was armed security there in order to make sure that there wasn't an interruption, and there had actually been some vandalism that had been done the night before, that the rabbi had had to go down and make sure that the synagogue was safe, and that the people were going to be able to meet.

This was in San Antonio, and this was years ago. No, you're absolutely right. This is an outrage, and the fact that Jewish leaders are not outraged, and their response is to get more security, that's not the answer. Physical security is not the answer to dehumanization of Jewish people.

It will result in crazy people doing crazy things, all right? So you have to deal with the source of the problem, which is hostility to Jews, demonization of Jews, demonization of Jews, and as Charles pointed out, that comes from four different sources. Let me give you an example of how bad the Jewish leadership is. Avi and I have lived through this, okay? And you interviewed Ilya Fair-Tistoff about one of these things. So all of a sudden, we're walking down the street one day, and Avi and I see the Boston Herald on the front page. People who are building the largest mosque on the eastern seaboard are radical Muslims connected to the Muslim Brotherhood, and on the board is Yusuf Karadawi, who is the spiritual leader of the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Muslim Brotherhood is the source of most of violence and most of jihad, terrorism, et cetera, et cetera. So we go, Avi and I go to the board, to the Jewish leaders. We called an emergency meeting. What are we going to do?

The mayor is giving these people a piece of land. They're going to be there teaching people to hate us, and by the way, to hate Christians and gays and women and, you know, the first thing on their website was how to beat your wife. We couldn't believe it, you know, how to beat your wife. So we call an emergency meeting, and there's the Jewish Federation and the Anti-Defamation League and the American Jewish Committee and the Jewish Committee Relations Council, and all the heads are there, and we show them the documentation. We didn't make it up.

Here it is. They didn't want to fight. They didn't want to fight, and they had this, like Avi says, delusional idea. If we're nice to them, they'll be nice to us. This is a third grade idea.

This is what happens at the end of the third grade. In Korea and the Quran, the Quran clearly teaches what they're supposed to do to Jews and Christians. I mean, there's no ambiguity in the writings and the teachings of the Quran and the Hadith or the history of it. And you don't even have to, that's true, and you don't even have to go that far. Well, of course.

You could click three little clicks on your laptop, and you could see most of Kiridawi saying kill the Jews, kill the Jews, and these were the guys who were going to have the largest mosque on the eastern seaboard, and here's how it works in the mind of Jewish leaders. There's a syllogism. I don't want to fight. I don't want to believe that you are so malevolent that I have to fight you. Therefore, you're not so bad.

It's back and sinking. Just going to make this up. Yeah. We're just going to make it up in our minds. All right. Excuse me. It's a kind of cowardness, the inability to face reality for what it is.

So you create a fantasy. And that's exactly what we're doing as Americans when we believe that there's not a threat here to both Jews and to Christians as it relates to Islam in particular. But the antisemitism is the beginning.

Back right after this. I got contacted by attorney Tom Renz over the weekend who represents some whistleblowers within the Department of Defense. So these are whistleblowers that have been extracting data out of the Defense Department database. They have noticed a very alarming increase in instances of certain conditions compared to a five-year average.

They also have evidence that with myocarditis, the data has been doctored already. I'm the one dealing with the medical boards. I'm the one watching the witch hunts. I'm the one fighting them off and I'm the one telling them where to go.

I'm going to keep doing that. In 2008, 2021, Project SALIS weekly report. Project SALIS is a Defense Department initiative where they report and contrast. They take all this data that doesn't exist supposedly and they give it to the CDC. They're watching these vaccines. On that date and around that date, I have numerous instances where Fauci and that entire crew were saying it's a crisis unvaxed. It's 99 percent unvaxed in the hospital.

In Project SALIS, in the weekly report, the DOD document says specifically 71 percent of new cases are in the fully vaxed and 60 percent of hospitalizations are in the fully vaxed. This is corruption at the highest level. We need investigations. The Secretary of Defense needs investigated. The CDC needs to be investigated. You can buy now the fact that there's at least suspicions that the Defense Department is doctoring with the data.

I would contend, Senator, that there's not just a suspicion. In August, when the report was run on acute myocarditis in the DOD website, there were 1,239 cases and now when you run it, it's down to 307. In January of 2022, there were 176 cases and magically, they are now down to 17. There is a word for that.

It's not suspicious. We have in the military the single best dataset that exists because we have baselines in there. And acute disease across all categories in the preceding years, five years leading up to the vaccination year, was 1.7 million that introduced and mandated a COVID-19 vaccine for our U.S. military when they had only lost 12 service members total to the disease. And in the 10 months of 2021 after that, it jumped from 1.7 million all diseases to darn near 22 million.

That was a 20 million increase. We need to not be calling this suspicious. With all due respect, we need to be asking hard questions of the DOD and I will close by saying they are charged, at least in part, with protecting the sanctity and welfare of the brave men and women who are defending this country.

And right now, these numbers indicate something is drastically wrong and I know of only one reason that databases roll math backward. So who are you? Identify yourself.

Oh, sorry. My name is Lee Dundas. I'm a human rights attorney that's working with Tom Rents on the whistleblower issue in the military. I would ask that Congress listen to these whistleblowers, put their testimony on record. These are brave men and women of very high rank in the U.S. military because not just do we, Congress, in this building need to hear about it, the world needs to hear about what is going on.

I will listen to them. We will take their transcribed interviews, we will gather their data. And again, I put the Defense Department on notice they must preserve these records so we can investigate. Thank you. By the way, I just got to, I have to show you, this is what we get when I investigate.

I mean, this isn't to do with this. This is after a couple of years trying to get information out of another agency and we finally get the information and it's all redacted. This is how the federal government, the agencies comply with congressional oversight. We're glad to share with you, Senator, because we have quite a bit of those that aren't blanked out. And we also want to tell you, listen, the side effects, the only one that they're recognizing, that's an outright lie. I've got the Pfizer documents. Pfizer said in their FOIA documents that they released, they said we're looking for these side effects. The FDA said we're looking for these documents. We've got their documents showing what they're looking for. They're not sharing it with the American people because they're covering this up. Listen was the word of the day and I think it needs to be reiterated.
