This is the Truth Network. Welcome to Truth Talk Live. All right, let's talk the truth news. I can't hide it. A daily program powered by the Truth Network.
This is kind of a great thing, and I'll tell you what. Where pop culture, current events, and theology all come together. Seek your mind. And now, here's today's Truth Talk Live host. Good day, Truth Talk Nation.
It is May 7, 2026, the National Day of Prayer. What are you going to pray about? Were you thinking about praying? Did you even remember it was the National Day of Prayer? But it is the National Day of Prayer.
Hopefully, you will be doing something to remember this day. It's not going to be something where you have to have a whole lot of festivities, anything formal. You can just stay at home, pray. You can go to church and pray, get in a small group. Pray online.
This is a day about prayer, and that's what we're going to do today on Truth Talk Live. We are going to Flood the air waves airwaves with with prayer. It's not gonna be anything to where you gotta pull out your Theology book. To where you have to go to your YouTube channel and bring out all kinds of points on how to debate and um, coming up with all kind of, um, thoughts and angles on On being deep into the text and theology, we're just going to make it simple. We're going to be about prayer on the National Day of Prayer.
And with that being said. I have a heavy weight. That's going to call in. And he knows all about prayer. He knows all about theology.
It's going to be Dr. Shaw. He is the head pastor out of uh Clearview. Clearview Church. And I'm going to do my best John Galantis impersonation because he is the guy that usually Introduces Dr.
Shaw. So here goes. Dr. Shaw is the Um Professor At Carolina University. And he's also A He has a background in the New Testament.
Text rule. CONTEXTAL CRITICISM And he also has a podcast on Truth Network called Clearview Today. and he is with me today, so welcome to the show, doctor Shaw. Are you with the mall this is This is Robert Barr from Forsai County School Board and from Agape Faith Church. We might have the wrong names there.
Oh, okay. All right. No problem. You just hang on one second. Pastor Barr, we'll get to you, because we want to definitely hear what you have to say.
Are you on with us, Doctor Shaw? Oh, no, no, I'm glad to be on the show, and it's a joy to spend time with you today. Thank you for having me. Thank you for inviting me. Yes, sir.
Oh, the pleasure is all mine, sir. Pleasure is all mine. I'm just glad that we can hear you, and we get to talk about the National Day of Prayer, the history of the background, and also just again, further airwaves with prayer. Because whether people might realize it or not, There is power in prayer. When we are talking directly to the Lord God Almighty, Creator of all, and we have a direct line to Him.
That's a powerful setup right there, and we do have access to Him.
So if you want to change a situation, you want to change people, you want to change yourself. You have to start off with talking to him since he is the controller, he has all power. Don't leave him as a last resort, as a spare tire in the back of your trunk. That needs to be your go-to before anything.
So we just want to have that to be our major theme today. And to have us to recognize the power of prayer. But did I get your background right? Uh let's see what was that um the New Testament contextual criticism. Yes, sir.
You did very well. And John can do it in his sleep now because he does it every show.
So I don't even know if he thinks about it, but he does. But you did phenomenal, and I'm humbled to hear that.
Well, I had to practice.
Well, thank you. I'm new to this, and I'm pretty sure other people are new to that as well. Can you tell us a little bit about what that means? Absolutely. Is Um The, they said, the art and science, more the science of getting back to the original text of the Bible.
New Testament textual criticism is getting back to the original text of the New Testament. Uh we believe that uh God inspired Uh those who wrote the Gospels Paul, his letters, Peter's letters, John's. The apocalypse, I mean, everything was inspired. God breathed. By the Holy Spirit inern.
given to them. But we don't have the original copies on which they wrote. The actual parchment on which they wrote the words. And so How do we then get back to the original?
Well, we have copies of the copies of the copies.
Okay. And maybe add a few more copies to it. we have those copies. And when you compare them, You see that the text is mostly intact. There may be some changes because scribes make mistakes.
And they made mistakes here and there. But overall, overall. I would say at least 94% of the text is completely intact. There may be few. But most of those things are um are just simple transpositional errors like a word has been switched or a sentence has been dropped but sort of accidentally.
But comparing manuscripts, and there is there's a science to it, uh understanding which manuscripts we're looking at and the importance of those manuscripts. comparing all of that, we can very I'll confidently say That essentially we have the entire Bible in our hands. Amen. And that is. Textual criticism.
In a nutshell.
Okay, and I want to get back to that and tie that into prayer. But right now, I want to get to Pastor Barr. He's only going to be with us with us for a few minutes.
So I want to have him speak and we'll get back to Dr. Shaw and our other callers. Pastor Barr, are you with us? I am Jamal. Thank you for having me on your show.
Well, thank you for calling. For those that don't know, this is Pastor Ball. He also sits on the school board.
So I don't know of a better combination: somebody that's a man of God, man of Christ, and also works in the school system. Tell us a little bit about what's going on with you, the school board, and with your ministry, sir.
Well, Jamal, first of all, I'm a senior associate pastor at Agape Faith Church. I've been in the community for. forty two years here in Clemens. And prior to becoming an associate pastor, I taught here at the Wincin Center for Sydney County Schools. I taught third grade, fourth grade, fifth grade.
sixth grade, seventh grade, and was a curriculum coordinator Graduated from Woodson State University in 1988. and went on the Wake Forest and got my master's in secondary English education, I think that was 1999, seemed like it was a thousand years ago. and was on a track to going into school administration. But but since uh I guess since I was a teenager, Especially when I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior. At 14, I always sensed this call of God on my life and desired to go into ministry.
So in the year 2002. Pastor Bar, just to jump in real quick. The music is going to come in. I want to get to how we can pray for you and the school board. Can we get to that real quick before the music cuts off?
Sure, I'm sure the the the county knows that we've gone through So financial crisis. And of course it's affected our um our staff, family, and our community. And if people can pray for anything, we just hired a new superintendent and just prayed that God would give him wisdom and also the board wisdom. And the scripture I stand on is James chapter one. That says, if any man lack wisdom, let him ask for God that giveth liberty.
So just I just would like the radio audience to join in. with me to pray for our superintendent. His name is Don Phipps. I think he's the right person for the job, and to pray for all non-school board members that we would. Hear the voice of Christ to make the right decision.
Amen, amen. And one more time, real quick. Do you think that We can run our schools, teach our kids, unless we have some kind of Christian influence, unless we have prayer in there. Because I'm not sure if people know out there, but unfortunately, Um you guys are out voted. and prayer was removed from your building.
So can we have, should we have a Christian influence in our schools? Answer that in like five seconds. But let me just say yes because I am a Christian, absolutely, and I believe that Christ is the way. Amen. Thank you, Pastor Barr.
We'll be right back with Dr. Shaw. We have another guest from Africa. Prayer, National Day of Prayer. Call in with your prayers: 866-348-7884.
Truth Talk Live. Truth Talk Live Welcome back to Truth Talk Live. We are talking about National Day of Prayer. And this is not going to be something to where you need a doctorate degree or you need all kind of experience. to call in Um it's said in the Bible that uh Jesus said, Let the little kids come to him.
We are to pray to Father like a kid prays to their their father talks to their father.
So we don't need Anything deep. It's nice to have. I'm not going against that. We have a doctor on the phone, of course. But There are no barriers.
God didn't want any barriers. between him and us, him and his children. He wanted to knock down barriers. He wanted a direct relationship you want a direct communication with his children.
So we're going to have that connection be made all throughout Truth Talk Live today. on the national day of prayer. We're going to talk to God. um straight from this radio station to to him. We want your calls.
We want your prayers. Anything that's on your heart, anything that's grieving you. If you want to have a situation change, you have something going on in your neighborhood. We just had Pastor Barb with the school board. If you have something going on in the school system, Um With um House.
Some things are not going right in the schools. We've had some unfortunate events happen. I won't get into the gory details, but we have some issues out there. Um One of the things that I have been I guess drawn to is the mission field. It's very tough out there in the mission field, so they need your prayers as well.
But none of this really gets going unless we have our sponsors to. Keep the lights going, the microphones hot. that pays for the for for the equipment.
So I'd like to thank Mighty Muscadine Juice. I'd like to thank Carolina Wood Floors. Open your doors to beautiful whip floors. I'd like to thank Folsom Fences. I'd like to thank.
limitless golf carts? The Mayflower in King. at at the uh at the rural hall exit. La Blue Ultra Pure bottled water. and all of the affiliates, all of the people that support us, We can't do without you.
And I also want to give a special shout out to King's Hot Dogs in the Kingtown area. They helped me out with a situation I had over there. They're not a sponsor yet. Uh hint hint. Um but uh They really came through for me.
And speaking of being a sponsor, if you guys want to have your program on Truth Talk Live, give us a call. Uh if you want to uh advertise, give us a call as well. Uh we take godly business, of course. Because we want to pr promote God's kingdom.
So I will give out the number so you can call. And so you can Um get your your program On the air, God willing.
So the the call-in number for the show today is going to be again 866-348 7884. But the uh call and number is going to be just give me one quick second. having to pull it up here. And This could be a prayer group. This could be a a church.
That number is going to be. I thought I had it right here. I will give that number out here shortly. But yeah, call us up. We love to promote your business.
But getting back to Doctor Shaw. With The National Day of Prayer in the background of this national holiday. And actually, before I get to Dr. Shaw, we have a... missionary.
We just talked about missionaries. His name is Jehoiakim. and I believe he is from Uganda. And are you with us, Jehoiakim? Yes, Jamal, I'm with you.
I hear you loud and clear. Ah, good deal, brother.
So tell us a little bit about your background, what you do, and what brought you over here. Thank you so much for having me, Jamal. My name is Joachim Matende. from Uganda, Kampala. I have the privilege of leading a Christian nonprofit called Benjamin House Ministries in Uganda.
And uh we are serving our vulnerable children and families strengthening them. Ah, through the gospel. We are providing education to children because in Uganda there's not free education, but also uh one of the very uh programme that is on our hearts is We do foster care for children that are living on the streets. We bring them in from the streets. And for eight months to twelve months, they live with us and we rehabilitate them and then teach them trades and then give them tools.
also trace their families and foster reconciliations so that eventually they can live independently. And we have been doing this for ten years now. And it is such a very fulfilling kind of work. to see these lives changed and transformed all by the Power of the gospel and the love of Jesus. Amen.
Amen. And I see Rich from Dayton. We're going to get to you, Rich, just one second. Can you stay with us for a little bit longer, Joe Hookim? Yes, sir.
Okay, good deal. I want to pray for you, real quick. Dr. Shaw, just hold on tight real quick. Heavenly Father, I want to reach out to Jehoiakim, bless his ministry, bless him in every single way.
Have people come aboard with him so they can spread the gospel in Africa and other parts of other parts of the world. He came from Africa, but he's here now, and we want to Not contain it here. We want to have it come from Africa here to the rest of the world.
So bless his ministry and keep him strong, have him to finish strong, and bless him in everything he does. Jehoi Kim, hold tight. Dr. Shaw, hold tight. Rich from Bayton, Ohio.
You're on. Truth Talk Live. Go ahead. How can we pray for you, sir? Thanks.
Yeah, my name's Rich, and uh. You know, a couple of things struck me. I wanna Lift up Pastor Robert Barr. I was one of his students down at Impact University in North Carolina. And uh there's no coincidences in God's world.
So uh you know. Um, anyway, just wanted to shout out and find out how I can support him. Of course, prayer and God does all things.
So, um And then also, I'm a teacher now. We kind of followed in Pastor Barr's steps and my master's in. I got well, God's blessed me and uh I got my master's in theology. Um and biblical studies and uh I am teaching Sixth through twelfth grade boys in maths and science at a at a uh school for troubled boys and um And those boys really need our prayers. You know, this new generation, they're faced with stuff I never would have encountered.
So, Rich, let me ask you this. And anybody that's in education knows these kids are facing some really demonic stuff. Right, right.
So, do you want to lift them up? Yeah, definitely. How would your job Well not how wood, but Would you say that your job would be more difficult if you couldn't involve prayer with these troubled youth? it would be exponentially harder. you know I would still pray.
And, you know, if I was in a public school, I I my kid fired 'cause of it. But um You know, it's a it's a Christian school for trouble boys. And thank God that Um We can help them. And God does the does the work, but you know the laborers We need to pray for God to send out the laborers in the field because they're ripe for harvest. There you go.
We are going to say a prayer for you, real quick, as well, but I found that number for the office. Of course, you can call in with 866-348-788-4 number. But to get to the office, if you want to get your program on the air, or if you just want to advertise, that number is 336-3. 7590363. Again, that's 336.7590363.
And uh Rich from Dayton. Um just gonna lift you up real quick. Heavenly Father, we want to thank you for Rich. That's a tough position that he's in. We need people to reach out to these young boys and girls.
The enemy is trying to confuse them about their role, about what they can do, about what they who their leaders are, who they look up to. Just bless those guys in every single way. Have them to be close to you and have them to be leaders themselves. This is the National Day of Prayer. We're lifting up all kinds of prayers.
Rich, thank you for calling in. God bless you, sir. Dr. Shaw, Jehoiakim, stay on the line. 866-348-7884.
Call in. We want to lift up your prayers. And if you lose us in your market, find us on the app, Truth Talk Live. Truth talk Welcome back to Truth Talk Live. We are talking about prayer on the National Day of Prayer.
We have with us Dr. Shaw. We have Jehovah Kim. And we have a packed show. We're going to toss up prayers to the Heavenly Father.
We have a lot going on in our lives, a lot going on in society. And as I said earlier, we need to have that prayer to be our go-to. And not the last resort. Um We call on police for help. We call on our pastor for help.
We call on our big brother, mom and dad, our lawyer for help. Why not call on the creator of all of that? The creator of the universe to help us out. That should be again our first move.
So Going back to you, Doctor Shaw, are you still with us, sir? Yes, sir, I'm here. Oh, good deal. Good deal.
So What kind of prayer Would you like to toss up um on this natural day of prayer. I mean, there are many things that come to mind when it comes to prayer. For me, of course, uh praying for People who are lost, that they will come to know Christ. I think that's one of the big ones on my heart. I have people that I've been praying for for a long time.
I'm praying for them to come to the Lord, but also praying for our nation to come back to the Lord. Praying for an awakening in America. We are desperately. In need of an awakening, and here and there there are awakenings happening, but we need a national awakening. Most, most definitely.
And you are also part of Prey.com. Is that correct, sir? Yes, yes, absolutely. We're on Pray. com and we have a big following and thanks be to God for that.
I mean, we're simply sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and And it's going very well. But Truth Network is our home base. We love the Truth Network. Yeah, that's a great home base to be a part of. I've heard of Pray.com, but I have not navigated through all of that website.
If somebody's going there for the first time, What should they expect? They just have to type in my name, Abaddon Shaw, ABIDAN, and last name, Shaw, S-H-A-H. And then you will have all of the shows. Look clear to be today's show and the messages. The sermons right now we're going through the series on the book of James.
Uh they will they will get them right now and uh be uh up to date on everything. Good deal, good deal.
So listening to your podcast like I do every day on Truth Network. And this is the podcast called Clearview Today. For those that don't know, You all don't shy away from the topics. Um And that is my lead in to say or to ask you. Should we as Christians Should we shy away from the topics?
Should we shy away from current events, from politics? Answer that real quick for me, please. I would say we are in the mess we are is because we shied away. We as Christians have to come back to our foundation. This nation was founded upon.
Judeo-Christian values. It was founded upon biblical values.
So, if we're going to repair the foundation, we have to come back to the Word of God. We have to come back. The gospel of Jesus Christ.
So, no, we can't shy away. We have to be the salt and light. Amen to that. Jehoiakim, hold tight, sir. Uh I was doing that to lead into a clip that I found.
This is a clip from the movie The Great Awakening.
Sorry, A Great Awakening. It's talking about George Whitfield, who was a pastor. During, um, I guess, during the time uh after the Revolutionary War, and has Benjamin Franklin in there as well. And this was, I believe, during the Constitutional Congress, is that right, Doctor Shaw? This is probably, I would say, prerevolutionary period.
Um this is during the first Great Awakening uh the first part of the eighteenth century Yeah that sort of Set the stage for the Revolutionary War.
Okay, all right. That's why he's on the show, folks. He's correcting me. I know. No, that's fine.
I kind of had a ball-filled view, but you hit me right on home plate.
So I saw the movie and It was an amazing movie. But the people in Congress are Congress were out of impasse. They were debating back and forth. And the president at the time, George Washington, he went to Ben Franklin and said, Franklin, you got to get involved in this. And he was kind of waffling a little back and forth.
But he said, To get through this impasse, we have to invoke prayer. And I just want to play about a three-minute clip. It might be a little long, but it's very. important to what we're talking about today.
So if you could play that clip. Being as it were in the dark to find political truth, and scarce able to distinguish it when presented to us. How has it happened, sir, that we have not hitherto once thought of humbly applying to the Father of Lights to illuminate our understandings? In the beginning of the contest with Great Britain. When we were sensible of danger.
We Yeah. Prayer in this room. for the divine protection. Our prayers, sir, were heard, and they were graciously answered. All of us who were engaged in the struggle must have observed frequent instances of a superintending providence in our favor.
To that kind of providence, we owe this happy opportunity of consulting in peace. on the means of establishing our future national felicity. And have we now forgotten that powerful friend? I have lived, sir. A long time.
And the longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth, that God governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without his notice, Is it probable that an empire can rise without his aid? We have been assured, sir, in the sacred writings that Except the Lord built the house. They labor in vain that build it. I firmly believe this.
And I also believe that without his concurring aid, we shall succeed in this political building no better than the builders of Babel. We shall be divided by our little partial local interests. Our projects will be confounded. And we ourselves shall become a reproach and a byword down to future ages. And what is worse, mankind may hereafter, from this unfortunate instance, despair of establishing governments by human wisdom.
Leave it to chance. War and conquest. I therefore beg leave to move, that henceforth prayers imploring the assistance of heaven. And its blessings on our deliberations be held in this assembly every morning before we proceed to business, and that one or more of the clergy of the city be requested to officiate. in that service.
That was a bit long and sorry for the volume. We tried to make it work. Also, speaking of the technical difficulties, it seems like calls are not going to be going through, but we have Dr. Shaw and Jehoiakim, so we have plenty of time to go through.
So, through Benjamin Franklin initiating prayer, they were able to get through their impasse. They were able to get through that block. And we were able to. start the foundation of our country. In It's one of the reasons why we're here today because we have Christian Judeo-principles written in our Constitution.
Only document like that on the earth. That has that written in there. And that's one of the reasons, in my belief, that we are so successful.
Now, going back to Jehoiakim. And you've been patient, sir. Thank you for that.
So when you hear that being put into our government What does that do for you? coming from another country, coming from Africa. Would you say that we need this in every single country, not just America? How would you respond to that, sir? But you prairie every country.
Oh yeah. Oh. Oh yes. Uh Jama. Are they for that question?
Prayer is truly at the seda Everything we do has Uh humans uh as as as Christians, as as people of God, And uh, you know, just like scripture tells us it's first thessalonians that believe chapter five verses six and nine is pray all It's We take the breath for life. There is no way we can Uh be alive. and function with God and and to bring his kingdom on earth. without prayer.
So every nation all over the world. God is going to do anything through any man. He is going to set men of prayer first ahead of That's coding. mission ahead of that work. And so for me, even coming from Africa, the work that we do We see this on a daily.
There is nothing We can do. Without prayer, prayer is at the center of everything. We've learned that real transformation. our real work does not come from human effort alone. But prayer gives strength, it gives wisdom, it gives direction and hope.
And so we pray for the children of our nation. We pray for our children that come in our hands. as a ministry. We pray for the struggling families We pray for protection over everyone, even the people that are doing the work, the laborers. Need prayer.
to go do the work of changing lives. There is no there is no running from prayer. Amen to that. There is a powerful prayer group. that um I attend every now and then.
I need to attend more regular. It's with Reverend Spangler out at Renolda Church. They meet every Monday and they have a prayer session and they pray. about everything that goes on. It's a powerful group.
If your church doesn't have a prayer group like that, Then you need to talk to your pastor about that. If you're not a part of something like that, then find a church that is a part of that. It doesn't take much, as it says in the Bible, where two and more are gathered. He is with you. Um go find another person.
Uh if you can't get out of the house for wh whatever reason. We have technology at the tip of your fingers. You can have a prayer group online, text message. I do that as well. But these guys over there at Renolta Church.
I believe it's Pastor Allen Wright. That's the lead pastor over there off of Renalda Road. They not only pray in their church every Monday, but they go out in the city and have prayer walks. And they Don't yell at people. They don't get violent.
They just go out to these areas and and pray. over situations, pray over areas, and it's effective. We had a story a little while ago on Truth Talk Live to where We had an abortion clinic closed in Greensboro. And we were out there just praying, talking to folks, loving folks, and now that place is closed. You can't tell me that there's no power in prayer.
Look at the people that have changed lives. I talked to a guy named Fred. with uh the Honda dealership. He said he was a part of a fraternity and It took the power of prayer to change his life around. What changes your life around?
Call us up, 866-348-7884. National Day of Prayer. We're talking about prayers. We'd like to talk about your prayers. Call us up: 866-348-7884.
Truth Talk Live. Stay with us. Truth Talk Live. Welcome back to Truth Talk Live. We're talking about prayer on the National Day of Prayer.
The real easy topic. Real uh Just a real simple You don't need a theology background. You don't need to go to YouTube, pull up all kinds of points and counterpoints and debates. Just talk to God. Talk to ABBA Father.
Dr. Shaw helped me out. Was it Peter that got out of the boat and just said, Father, help me? Was it him? Yes, I mean he uh he wanted to walk on the waves.
And um He said, Lord, if it's you, bid me come, which is very important. I mean, he didn't just say, I want to walk. He said, Lord, if it's you, he wanted to verify. That this was their Savior, their Master. uh Jesus and Jesus said, Come on, and he begins to walk on the wave.
So, I mean, in a sense, Um It's prayer, you know, asking God. God, if it's your will.
So that's answering the square. Right, that took about what? 30-45 seconds, God help me.
So, and he didn't go through, oh, dear Father, Lord, thou art in heaven. You know, if you would reach down your hand and get me out of the water, you know, he would have been at the bottom by that point.
So, yeah, you could just be help me, Father. That's all I could take. That's right. Save me. You save me.
So, we have Linda calling in. Linda, thank you for calling in. Truth Talk Live. How can we pray for you, ma'am? Hi, Jamal.
I I wasn't really calling for a prayer for myself, but the interest in prayer is so important, and I just wanted to Share with everyone that God has given us the privilege to pray to Him twenty-four, seven, three hundred sixty-five days out of the year. And our prayers are like incense to him because they're rising to God in his temple. And we have the example of the Jewish people in the tabernacle having the incense rising with their sacrifices.
So I just wanted to. um share that, that our prayers are so important to God and it's like an incense to Him filling His heavenly realm. And I just um we forget that. But these these are very important and very sweet to Him, and I just wanted to share that with everyone. Thank you for that, Linda.
And listening to your voice, I believe this is Miss Linda Iderley. Am I wrong on that one? No, you are correct.
Okay, all right. Okay, I just had Linda up here, so sorry, Miss Idolie, for calling you by your first name. That sounds so weird now.
Okay. But you're exactly right. We do need prayer, and God, He enjoys that prayer. Unfortunately, we're going to have to move on. We're up against the clock, but thank you very much for calling in, Miss Oderly.
Appreciate you, and God bless. Mike, thank you, ma'am. Mike and Dayton, go ahead. How can we pray for you, sir? Well, I would like to have thought about praying for the Truth Network.
It really has changed my life. Um When it first came into the Dayton area, it really has changed my life a lot. And I listen to them all the time. I love the shows. I love the things.
And uh the devil comes against them all the time. I'm sure And we need to pray that the devil doesn't come against them and that the technical difficulties don't happen. You know what I mean? And because we need the word to the people, and that's what this truth network does. I'll let you go, Jamal.
I love your love, love what you've been doing. Love what you've been saying. Love how you've been going through what you've been doing.
Well, thank you, brother. You're an inspiration to the show. And thank you, sir.
Well, that gives me a lot of confirmation, sir. And hold on one quick second. Let me pray for you.
So, Heavenly Father, thank you for Mike. Having him to call up and give Prayers for this network, for this ministry, is major because this is not an easy task. This is a major task. It might seem easy, but we're all across the country, all kinds of programming, all kinds of shows. But that does come with some difficulties.
That does come with some trying times. We had a tower that went down a little while ago, and that was major.
So, when you go against the devil, when you go against the enemy, That's going to be major.
So, thank you for Mike for calling in and remind us to pray for not just the ministries, not just for the churches, but also for any kind of programming that's out there. I want to think, or I like to think about Andy Bauersotz with Energize Ministries, where he has a ministry where we're praying for our pastors.
So, Heavenly Father, I thank you for Mike. Bless him and all of his loved ones in every single way and have him also defended strong. Thank you for your call, Mike. God bless you, sir. Can I pray for you, Jamal?
Yeah, sure. Yeah, just make it real quick. Lord, that he keeps following you and he keeps doing the will of you in Jesus' name. I love you, Mr. Ball.
Hey, love you, man. God bless. Yeah.
So to get back to our guests in just one second. Uh talking to Mike had me think about How he said that Truth Network has changed his life. It's also changed my life as well. And I've heard on one of the many different programmers on Truth Network. I think somebody focused on the family.
I might have been a pastor talking. But they said that When you change your mind, when you change your way of thinking. Then you can also change your actions. You can change your speech. And this was Pastor Alan Wright that said, While you're on the road and you might want to curse somebody out, throw a kind of hand gestures and whatever.
Pray for that person.
