The Republican Party is facing challenges in the upcoming elections, with some members questioning whether they will show up to vote if Donald Trump is not on the ballot. Meanwhile, Elon Musk's company, Tesla, is facing vandalism and attacks from protesters, leading to calls for gun safety and self-defense. The White House Correspondents Association is also under scrutiny for its handling of the press briefing room, and the city of Memphis is sponsoring Trans Day of Visibility, which some see as promoting a controversial agenda. Additionally, the Disney company is facing backlash over its handling of the Snow White remake, which some see as promoting a pro-Palestinian agenda.

Todd starts. Oh yeah.

Well, hello everybody. It is great to be back. No, I'm all. Alive. Don't believe the rumors to the contrary.

Great to be back with you and feeling a lot better. I got to tell you, folks, these sinus allergies are nothing to laugh at, especially if you're in the business of talking for a living.

So I want to thank our good buddy Jeff Stein and Jeff Katz. They did a terrific job filling in on Thursday and Friday. And thank you guys. You were so kind to them and really enjoyed listening to the program. You know, I didn't hear Dieter a lot.

Dieter, did you sneak off? Was that the issue? The boss is away and you're out gallivanting on a farm somewhere. No, I had to get your medicine to you and your Kleenexes. You were a sloppy mess.

That is not true. I had to get the Kleenex, the wipes. I mean, we had to go into your apartment, do a hazmat situation, and you're good. You've come out the other side looking like a fresh new baby. Thank you very much.

Very much. Yeah, so I've been taking care of you. No, you have not. That was Dylan's job. Oh my word.

Folks, we've got a lot. We've got a busy week, and this is going to be a pretty interesting week for. Republicans. And I want to explain why we have two major races here. And the question is: will Republicans show up to vote if Donald Trump is not on the ballot?

That's ultimately the big question here. And we have a Supreme Court race in Wisconsin, which will have massive implications. If the Democrats win, that means they will be in charge of redistricting. And it looks as though Republicans will lose seats in Wisconsin.

So we'll get into more of that a little bit later on. Also, in Florida, there is a big congressional race. This is in Florida's sixth congressional district. Mike Waltz, that's his old seat. Of course, now he is National Security Advisor.

And Democrats are hoping to pull off a big upset here. That's the big question. And there are a lot of nervous people here in the state of Florida who are concerned that the Democrats might be able to pick off this seat. And the reason why is, and this is something we have talked about a lot on this program, will Republicans embrace this new populist party? Will the establishment Republicans embrace this new, you call it a populist party?

It's an America-first populism. It's sort of a hybrid, a fusion. It's not full-blown populism, but this is a very different party than it was during the days of George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush.

And that's really going to be put to the test in the upcoming elections. The midterms are going to be crucial. But this will give us sort of a it'll give us an idea of how the electorate is thinking. And the question is, and we saw this happen in Pennsylvania where Republicans came up short. Republicans would have won a seat there had they only gotten out to vote.

But what we are seeing post-November is that Republican voters are not willing to get up and go vote on Election Day. Mm-hmm. And I'm curious to hear your thoughts as to why that is.

Now, I have a couple of theories, and one of them involves a fight, and we're starting to see this across, for example, the state of Tennessee, where you have conservatives, America first conservatives, that are battling the establishment.

Now, you can call them moderates, but they're really not. They're conservative, but they're just not as conservative as, say, as, say, the Trump crowd. But you're having this civil war happening right now within the Republican Party in places like Tennessee, and it's happening at the local level, so the county Republican groups. And the question is, will these Republicans be able to get along together? Yeah.

Will the losing side be willing to say, you know what, we gave it all we had, but now it's time to now it's time to unite the party because I'm actually seeing a fractured Republican Party here. Do you guys sense that just nationally? I mean, everybody's on board with the Trump agenda, the new CBS poll that came out over the weekend. What 50% of the American people believe Trump's doing a great job, and he is doing a great job. Congress, on the other hand, there's something going on there.

There's not a lot of unity. As a matter of fact, one of the let me give you a great example. Last week, Elise Tefonik, the reason why Trump had to withdraw her name is the Republicans were afraid of losing that congressional seat. Uh Now, if we're having trouble, and just think about this for a moment, right now, we are in the honeymoon period. And if the Republicans are not able to win races handedly in the honeymoon period, what do you think's going to happen in the midterms?

And the Trump administration knows us, and they're not openly talking about this just yet, but I think there is some indication and there is growing concern that the days of Republican majorities, especially in the House of Representatives, are going to be short lived. That's that's the we're getting these sort of like a stress test. And we're getting some warning signs around the nation now that things are not going as well as they should be in the House of Representatives. Speaker Mike Johnson's out there. He is out on the camp.

He told me that he is he is doing more fundraising than anything else these days. But the question is, what about the rank and file? Is everybody going to unite together for For the good. That's the big question here, ladies and gentlemen. By the way, our telephone number, and we would love for you to call in 901-260-5926.

That's 901-260-5926. Our website, ToddSterns.com, we have a lot of great content for you to check out there. A lot of fresh stories were posted over the weekend.

So I hope you go and check that information out. The New York Times, this is the headline. And it's something that we need to pay attention to. A competitive race for Mike Waltz's seat rattles Republicans. Democrats hoping to do better in Florida's sixth congressional district than they did in November.

Now here's the deal. You got to go all the way back to November. President Trump won Florida six by thirty points. 30 points.

So, if we're having trouble in a congressional district where Trump won by 30 points, what does that say? About the Republican Party right now. And I'm just. I want to posit a a theory. And just think about this for a moment.

Okay. Maybe, just maybe, the Republicans in the House need to be laser-focused on codifying Trump's executive orders. That is something that the American people will get behind. That is something that will energize the American people because all of these executive orders go away when Donald Trump leaves office. They go away.

I mean, it really is that simple. Unless Congress codifies these, we've got the votes, so what are we waiting for? You talk about wanting to make sure that girls are kept, or that boys are kept out of the girls' locker rooms. That's fantastic. But that's only because of the executive order, and that goes away when Trump goes away.

So what are the Republicans waiting on? We have got a lot of work to do and not a lot of time. Reading from The New York Times. Frank Kernow, a retired Navy veteran, had a question for the Republican Party volunteers at an early voting site in Daytona Beach. Why, he asked, were some polls suggesting a tight race for the open seat in a conservative congressional district?

That's not good, mister Kernough said. The race, he said, is critical.

Now State Senator Randy Fine is the guy, the party's candidate. and he is carrying the Trump banner. Voters in the district includes the stretch of coast between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. They voted overwhelmingly for Trump, but on Tuesday, they will cast ballots in what seems to be an unusually competitive contest to replace Waltz.

Mr. Fine is facing Josh Wheel, a Democrat and public school employee. He is still widely favored to win. But with Republicans clinging to their House majority by just a few seats, it's clear that this week, voters in the district are thinking about what the outcome of that race and another race, and that's, by the way, for Matt Gates' seat in the Florida panhandle. Could mean to the Trump agenda.

Now, Gates' seat should be rock solid, that should be a lock. Doreen Colby, aged 74, says it's important we keep the seats. She's a registered Republican who lives in Daytona Beach. We want to make sure Trump can keep doing what he's doing.

So here's the deal, folks. I mean, we can pussyfoot around all we want to about this, but the reality is: Trump is in office. The only way to get his agenda through Congress is to have a Republican majority. That being said, I mean, the Republican majority. has to be able to start shoving through and codifying these executive orders.

And if we don't, well, well, you know what, we're going to get what we deserve in the midterms. I mean, it really is that simple. And I will say that we have got to get a handle on the divisions, the fractures that are happening within the Republican Party. I mean, the Democrats, it's full-blown chaos over there. And they may luck out and pick up a seat or two.

Wisconsin could be very dangerous territory for the Republicans. I still think that Republicans are going to come out and vote. But I'm curious if you're starting to feel the sense of melees. Maybe that's the word I'm. Malaise.

Has that enveloped the party? We can't rest on our laurels, ladies and gentlemen. That is the warning here.

Well, look, we've got a great show for you today. We got a lot of topics to cover, including the Tesla takeover or takedown that happened over the weekend. Man, did you see the videos of that? By the way, the protesters were mostly like geriatrics. It's as if the Democrats have had to go to the nursing homes and they're loading up the buses.

I've never seen so many protesters out there with inhalers and oxygen tanks, and some of them were in those motorized scooters. It was, I don't know what it took to get the senior citizens out there. Maybe they were giving them, I don't know, coupons for prunes and cottage cheese. But it it was weird. I mean, normally you see the purple-haired crow out there and the soy boy snowflakes, but this was a pretty, pretty Ancient group of protesters.

What does that tell you? All right, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Starn Show. Are you looking to do something to better your health?

Uh And welcome back to the Tom Stearns Radio Show. Oh, I forgot. Happy Trans Day of Visibility. Oops. I see trans people.

Is that what that means? That we're supposed to be on the lookout for him? I don't know what that means. But anyway, today is apparently. Trans Day of Visibility for what it's worth.

All right, let's go to the phone lines here: 901-260-5926. We'll start today in Houston with Patriot Talk 920. Mike is on the line. Hi, Mike. What's on your mind?

Oh, hello, hello. Yeah, I just wanted to tell you I got my God bless or God bless America book in the mail Saturday. And I just want to appreciate your signing it for me and you'll Being true to your words, sending them out. Thanking us for listening to you on 9:20 a.m.

Well, we aim to please Mike, and we're mighty excited to be there on Patriot Talk. Great people, great radio station. Oh, they got a great lineup, but I did have a question for you about Signalgate. Yeah. My question is, I I'm I'm confused about the uproar.

My understanding, it is a Government approved CIA directed Chat room. Where People like Pete Hagseth and J.D. Vance and so on are supposed to communicate with each other. Lord knows Lord only knows how the guy from Atlanta got on there. But the controversy to me isn't what was discussed.

It's How the Atlantic City Reporter got on the Cat. You know, it's interesting, Mike. We talked about this last week on the show, and that was my takeaway from the whole thing: the bigger issue for me is: okay, who's got regular contact with the guy from The Atlantic magazine, a far leftist publication? And I want to know why one of the most anti-Trump journalists in America, Jeffrey Goldberg, why that guy's contact information is within the grasp of any of my staff, my cabinet positions. That to me is the bigger issue here.

But, Mike, you are correct. I mean, back during the Biden administration, they used the same messaging system. I will say this: that I've been talking to some friends of mine that are very high up in the military, and they've now retired. And they said, honestly, that a lot of that information that they were discussing should have been taken offline, and that should have been handled in a top secret or class. Classified way.

And that was their concern. But again, Ultimately, this is really nothing. It's just a big nothing burger.

Well, what are they supposed to use? The GetSmart colon silence? No, but there are other mechanisms they use that are very classified that do not have you know, that again, someone like a Jeffrey Goldberg or any other journalist would have access to.

Well, that the thing though gets me about the fake news media is their panties. They're in a twist over what was discussed on the On the chat, but they're not in the least bit concerned about how the guy from the Atlantic got on there. Fair enough. No, because that's ultimately not the story and for them. For me, that's the only story.

I want to know because we have seen, we saw this happen, Mike, in the first Trump term when you had all of these leakers, and it was very clear to me that a lot of deep staters were leaking information to their favorite reporters. Those people should have been targeted. We should have understood who those people are. There needs to be vetting. I got to tell you, a lot of people have problems with Laura Loomer, but she ought to be put in charge of HR at the White House because she has been 1,000% accurate on every single person that has turned out to be a grifter in the Trump world.

Yes. I'm going to let you go, but I also want to give a shout out to Ben Dieter. He answered my call. Light bulb didn't go off. I didn't recognize his voice in time.

Yo, Mike, that was me. Yeah, we wear multiple hats, but typically that's the great Cassie over there. But it was great talking to you and excited that we're down in Houston, Texas.

So appreciate you calling. All right, Mike, thank you for that kind call. 901-260-5926. Let's go to Jan in Memphis, Tennessee, listening to us on KWham. Hi, Jan.

What's on your mind? Well, I have a lot of older friends who are still listening to. They don't know. to uh how very easily how to go online. They don't all they're listening to as far as the news is concerned They're still locked into ABC, NBC, CBS.

And they just don't get enough current news and they They don't know how to use online. It's just uh so they're just still locked into, oh well that's what the news said, oh well that's what CBS said. And and they just don't listen to the as much The young kids Go online, they do everything like they're supposed to, and that's why. They're changing to Republicans. But the older people are still lethargic, they don't know how to use the new technological systems And they're still listening to all the legend media.

Jan, we're going to have to do something about that. And we can at least get them to start listening to this radio program. We're pretty straight shooters around here. Jan, I got to run for a break. God bless you.

I like the way you think, Jen. Give us a holler back. Folks, 901-260-5926, and I'll explain why the elderly are out there when we come back from the break. We'll be right back. Folks, we have some exciting news about my pillow.

So honored to have you with us today. Just a couple of things here. Over the weekend, There was a lot of violence, a lot of violence regarding Tesla, Tesla owners. We're going to get to more of that in just a few moments. But one of the more disturbing incidents happened in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

This was the new Republican Party headquarters of New Mexico. And they were, it looks like firebombed. The building pretty much destroyed. There was vandalism spray-painted on the outside of the building. Here to tell us all about it is Amy Barella, who is the chairwoman of the Republican Party of New Mexico.

Amy, an honor to have you with us today. Thank you for joining us. Thank you for having me today. Take us back into what happened. When did you guys find out that there was a problem at HQ?

Well, we had a notification from our alarm system at one o'clock in the morning, but it was just a motion sensor, which can be pretty typical for any car driving by or anything like that.

So we didn't see any indication of anything happening at that time. But five hours later, a flame did ignite and at the front entryway, the doors and burned up the doors, the entryway, the the up into the ceiling in the complete forum area that you know that the customers or the voters come in to see. And I understand also that there was just a lot of smoke damage to the building as well. Is that right? Yes, there's smoke damage and water damage throughout the entire building.

Everything is going to have to be totally remodeled. Wow, that's it's just unacceptable. And tell us about this vandalism that happened as well. They also painted on the side of the wall ice equals KKK, and they used a stencil and Poorly executed stencil, I would say, so somebody's walking around with some red fingers right now. Unbelievable.

Have you guys been subjected to a lot of threats over the past couple of weeks or months? You know, we have. And I would say go back as far as a few years. We've had vandalism on the building that includes spray painting on the walls, windows being broken and bomb threats in which we found all the perpetrators every single time. The police did charge them, but it's through the judicial system that has failed to prosecute.

And so we feel that this has just perpetuated the situation to now trying to burn down the building. This is just shocking. I'm curious to hear what law enforcement is telling you. Where are they at with finding tracking down the people who did this?

So I'm actually at headquarters right now, and the FBI are here, and they are actually going around collecting all the footage from the surrounding businesses and their cameras. And are they giving you any indication? Was it one person who did this, a group of people who might be responsible? We do not know that it's still under investigation. I'm curious what you're hearing from other Republicans out there.

This has to be I mean, certainly people are enraged over this, but also you have to be concerned for your safety as a Republican, I have to imagine. because of what's been happening across the country, I have been concerned for the staff's safety this entire time. And this is just an example of what can happen. Luckily, nobody was here when this did occur, but we will be addressing further safety measures as we rebuild the headquarters.

So you guys are going to rebuild. Absolutely. Who would you blame for this? I mean, just again, the environment that all of this happened in? You know, I don't want to make any accusations, but it just coincidentally Saturday night, Teresa Ledger had a town hall meeting and told everybody that they were agitators and that they needed to agitate.

And then five hours later, that this happened. I don't want to say that this came from that conference, but certainly that kind of leftist antagonism has to stop now. We have to come together. If we want to fix the crime in New Mexico, we need to represent New Mexicans and come to the table, each one of us, left and right, and fix the problems, not by antagonizing people at town hall meetings. You know, what gets me, I understand the governor of New Mexico, who is a Democrat, put out a statement and talking about how we all have to come together.

You know, only one side is out there firebombing and doing vandalism to the other political party. It's not the Republicans. That is the truth and, you know, that has been Over history, we when we protest, we protest peacefully. You know, we have uh protests going on every single Saturday right here in San Doval County to support our Tesla dealership because they are subjected to the vandalism and everything that's going on as well. But you don't see us going and causing fights with the people that are protesting against the Tesla dealership.

You just push to silence us By threat and violence is not going to work, and it should not be accepted anywhere. No, it should not. And I'm glad to hear that you guys are back at it today, just taking a stand and saying, you know what, you may try to firebomb us, but by college, we're not going away. We're here to stay. Amy Barella, ladies and gentlemen, she is the chairperson of the Republican Party of New Mexico.

Amy, I'm curious about the state of the Republican Party there in New Mexico. How are things going in the early days of the Trump administration? It's definitely busy. And I'm a newly elected chair. This is my fourth month as the newly elected state chair.

So I'm still learning a lot, but I'm communicating with the RNC and the White House on a regular basis, which is a blessing to be able to have that resource. We just President Trump is moving and shaking so fast, it takes every bit of energy Yeah.

Well, it's no doubt about that. And again, so sorry that this happened to you guys, but it's a warning and a reminder for all Republicans that unfortunately, with the language and the rhetoric coming out of many of these Democrats and the legacy media, they've unfortunately placed a giant target, a bullseye, on every Republican in the country, Amy. That is true. And so luckily that our Republicans believe in the Second Amendment and having protection on them. And we will continue to protect ourselves and can fight for that right.

And hopefully, it doesn't ever come to any sort of violence. But at least the other people should know that we are prepared to protect ourselves. All right.

Well, Amy, we know you're busy, and we certainly appreciate your time. Let us know what we can do to help out. And certainly, the thoughts and prayers of the nation are with you guys there in New Mexico. Thank you very much. All right, Amy Barella, ladies and gentlemen, the chairperson of the Republican Party there in New Mexico.

We have photos up on our website of the damage of this firebombing. unbelievable what's going on. But look, the reality of it is this. You've got a bunch of radicals out there, and you've many of them are leaders in the Democrat Party, and they're out there saying, you know what, these are Nazis, they're not human. And they're laying the groundwork for these sorts of attacks.

My recommendation to every Republican. Listening to this radio program is go and buy yourself a gun. Yeah. Take a gun safety class, learn how to use that weapon, and be prepared to defend yourself, your home, your business, your family. That's the kind of an environment that unfortunately the Democrats have created.

Mm-hmm. And I say that because Over the weekend in Flagstaff, you had a woman who was 61 years old, 61-year-old lady. And she's out there driving. She was driving down the road. And what these leftists don't understand is all of the Tesla vehicles have cameras.

So if you're out there vandal that if you've wondered why wow, why do all of these vandals, why do they show up on video? It's because the Teslas are equipped with these video cameras. And this woman was minding her own business, driving down the road. All of a sudden, this car, this motorist, swerves in front of her and blocks her off right there on the roadway, and the driver jumps out. And immediately starts attacking the woman.

in the Tesla. the sixty one year old lady, somebody's grandma, He's literally punching the woman with his fist. Finally, she bites his hand. A passenger jumps out from the vehicle that cut her off and pulls the guy off, and they speed away. The police were able to catch this guy.

So get this: Flagstaff, Arizona. The police Give the attacker a citation. I'm sorry, what's up with that? The guy should have been charged with domestic terrorism. The guy should have been charged with a hate crime.

That guy belongs in jail. By the way, another incident in Flagstaff of all places.

Some lady was grocery shopping. When she comes back, somebody leaves a nasty threatening letter on her Tesla. These people are lunatics. There is mental illness out the wazoo in this country. And then over the weekend, you have all of these protesters.

And I want to circle back around because people are wondering: what's up with all the old people?

Well, The media would have you believe that Elon Musk and his team are cutting Social Security benefits, they're cutting Medicaid, they're cutting Medicare. They're not cutting it, ladies and gentlemen. They're just simply not. What they are doing is they're cutting all of the grift, they're cutting out all of the fraud, and as a result of that, you. Old person in America getting Social Security are going to actually get more money.

So, what Elon and his team are doing, they're actually protecting the law-abiding American citizens who should be getting a Social Security check. That's all he's trying to do.

So, that's, but again, and you heard Jan from Memphis, Tennessee, and she was very, very accurate in her description of elderly people in this country. Most of them are still getting their news from ABC, CBS, and NBC. And as a result, they're being fed lies and propaganda. That's all that's going on here. But again, keep in mind the FBI warning Tesla drivers: be vigilant.

There are hundreds of reports of attacks and vandalism. By the way, both of those ladies in the flagstaff attacks, they were telling a local TV station that they actually joined a gun safety class. And I think that's, again, a fine idea. And if you are a law-abiding American citizen, you need to go out and get yourself a firearm, get yourself some ammo, learn how to use that weapon. And then be ready to protect yourself.

That's unfortunately the nation the Democrats have given us. And that's a shame. All right, we've got to take a very quick break here, going to the phone lines: 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. By the way, folks, and hear me on this.

Big media, they're out to stop President Trump at any cost. ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, they're all the same. All of them. They're working off the same talking points. President Trump does not trust big media, even Fox News.

Did you hear that story out of Kentucky, Dieter? All these schools went on a field trip. to the Kentucky Science Center. And it's a cool place in Louisville. And the kids, when they got there, they were given these coloring books and everything.

You know, when you're that age, you're eight years old, you think that's pretty cool to get a coloring book. And it turns out, though, that the coloring books were created by Planned Parenthood and that the coloring book was actually meant for adults. And so instead of children coloring Mickey Mouse or Winnie the Pooh, they were trying to figure out, you know, what color certain body parts should be. Oh, wow. Shaded in.

Where it's like. Paint by number or color by number, and you're what, coloring the inside of a baby killing factory? Instead of Mickey Mouse, they were coloring Nurse Debbie. Oh. Who was giving a patient an examination, apparently.

What are these? Teacher. Teacher, I have a question.

So now Planned Parenthood has issued an apology, and they said, oops, we made a mistake here. And they said the graphic books were not meant for the children. It was inadvertent. But then they circle back and they say that while the coloring books were not age-appropriate, they were in fact medically accurate. And that is the problem.

An eight-year-old doesn't need to be medically accurate.

Okay, so if they weren't for the kids, what are we giving cutlering books to the adults?

Well, you know, something freaky must be going down at the Kentucky Science Center after hours. That's all I can figure out.

So, anyway, the Kentucky Science Center, they have now severed ties with Planned Parenthood, and Planned Parenthood would no longer be allowed to participate in the center events. Which it's a bit of an oxymoron, Todd. Uh Kids Science Center. And an abortion factory doing a collab. Like one is to educate and grow children, the other is to kill children.

So it's an interesting collaboration between these two. Indeed. Oh, can we talk about Jasmine Crockett for just a moment? Yeah, Jasmine Crockett. She's got a new theme song.

You're in trouble before you started, Todd. Do you want to stop? No, I'm not going to stop. Stop him.

So now she's attacking Byron Donalds, our good friend from Florida or Florada. Here's Jasmine Crockett on what is it? The Breakfast Club. And if we continue to put people into office, and that even means some of our skinfolk who definitely are not our kinfolk, such as Byron Donalds, who are going to continue to say that, like, I mean, the fact that you're sitting around talking about life was better under Jim Crow. Like, is this because you don't understand history?

Or literally, it's because you married a white woman and so you think that that whitewashed you. I'm not really sure what it is. But she didn't even be married to a white woman under John. Correct. Correct.

And it took Joy to call him out.

So I'm like, bro, like, what are you talking about? Like, what do you think? Like, he's just out here. You know, I feel like they give him his talking points and he's like, yes, Massa, I got it. Oh, geez.

So that now that she's basically saying he's a slave. That's the MASA reference. But she's upset now because he Byron Donalds is married to a white woman. And that's a big problem. Here's what I want to know, Dieter.

If Byron Donalds is whitewashed, what about Kamala Harris? She married a white dude. Yeah. What about Don Lemon? He's married to a white dude.

God. Oh, what about Barack Obama? His mama was Lily White. And he's married to. Oh, wait, no.

So. You're saying that she needs to do Kamala Harris. Like, if what's good for the goose is good for the gander. Right. Exactly.

But beyond that, this is incredibly racist. I d I look, if any white person had said that about a black person, they would have been. Removed from society. Hey, Todd. That would have been canceled.

You're not my skin folk. That's not it. Skinfolk ain't kinfolk. We ain't kinfolk. Did she learn that at Rhodes College?

That's what I want to know. Can we play the theme song again? I love that. She shucked it and Jasmine B Shuckin' and jab in the snowline. I get it.

Every time I Come around. Oh, I love it. All right, thank you, Dylan. You know, those are white guys. Oh, are they really?

Oh, yeah. The Osman brothers. They're Mormons. Yeah, so I guess.

So I guess he's not black because he married a white woman. Yeah, that's basically it.

So we'll get into more of Jasmine Crockett Only because I want to hear her new theme song played multiple times today. All right.

Hang tight, everybody. Hour two of the big show coming up. By the way, check out our website, ToddSterns.com. If you haven't done so, sign up for our free newsletter. It comes out every morning.

You are going to love it. Stick around, everybody. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. Shats, that's right. I love this American ride and it's taking your grief and your pain.

and your heart and then standing in front of people. Who do you know? may not like you, staying in front of people who you know will disrespect you. path better law, better legislation, and fight for a state where everybody Is able to live more freely. From the pain of gun violence.

that me and my family are experiencing. That's what you need to think about, Jerry Carlson. If you can't take that, Margaret, shut up. Oh, my. Wow.

Hello, everybody. Welcome to hour two of the big show. Was that a Malcolm X special that we were listening to there? What the heck? I understand this was actually audio from the Tennessee State Capitol during a hearing.

And the guy you just heard there, his name is Justin Pearson. He's a state representative. He is a darling of the Democrat Party. And he's basically the male version of Jasmine Crockett with a power fro. I thought they were the same person.

Yeah. So this guy. Just like Jasmine Crockett, this guy educated at a very exclusive college in Maine and moved back home. And we have video of the guy, and we've played this many times on the show, where he talks, you know, he's kind of sounds whiter than me, which is very white. Which is pretty darn white.

And then he comes back to Memphis, and all of a sudden, Sudden, boom. Must be something of the water. It's all that fluoride. It's got to be.

So this guy's really upset about guns. He didn't get his way, essentially, Todd, with a gun. And that's when he freaked out, lunged at the dude. Lunged at a state lawmaker from Sevierville, Tennessee, which is where our next guest she knows all about that part of the country. Congresswoman Diana Harshbarger joins us.

Congresswoman, good to have you with us today. Hey, it's always a pleasure to talk with you, Todd. How you doing? You know, I'm I'm doing well, by the way. Props to you.

I retweeted a photo of you and Mary Miller together, and she's she's good people from up in Illinois. Yes. She is my bestest friend in the hou whole house. And look, we both came in. We're mothers and grandmothers.

She just happens to have twenty two grandchildren, for God's sake. But we are the same age. We never were in politics and we just bonded because of our conservative values and traditional family marriage and You know, it's just I I just love her. She's just my little friend from Illinois. I love this, and I'll tell you, you two are like our favorites on the show.

Don't tell Senator Blackburn that, but we love you and Mary Miller.

So, y'all are a lot. No, we love Marcia Blackburn, too.

Well, it takes a bunch of women, so the nest grandmothers in Congress we can fix this blasted place. Wait, can I interrupt here real quick, Diana? This has been. You guys just got your own caucus, right? Like the ladies' caucus.

Did I see that on X, where it's all the lady the GOP ladies are banding together now? Can you hear me okay? You're coming in loud and clear now.

Okay. Yeah, it's a Republican Women's Caucus spin. And we went out, we were invited to the White House as the kickoff, and it also celebrated Women's History Month.

So we've got it going on with the few women we've got on the Republican side.

So we're ready to knock them out of the saddle, those bunch of women like Jasmine Crockett and Presley and Omar and O Cosio Cortez.

So they're no match for a bunch of Southern women. That's all I'm saying. No, y'all know how to wield a cast iron scallop.

Okay. You got that right. We can cook in it, hit you over the head with it, discipline with it. We know exactly what to do with a cast iron skillet. I love it.

Side note here, before we jump into this Justin Piercing controversy, a congresswoman, we commissioned on the Todd Stearns radio show, we commissioned an unscientific poll. And we have determined that not only are the women of the Todd Stearns radio show audience among the most conservative in America, they are also among the most beautiful and intelligent in America.

So I just felt like you should know that. Wow. Oh, well, what a compliment. And you are absolutely correct. If I look and I'm not a mean person, but I smile.

When I look across the aisle at some of those women, I'm like, Lord Jesus, let me help you. We'll do a tutorial. I'll put you on hormone therapy. We can get you straightened out. Oh my gosh.

I didn't have hormone therapy on the bingo card today. She's a pharmacist, Todd. She's got medicine. I can, I can, if I could get everybody up for destroying Todd, we'd have the happy, happy, happy place. I've lost the show.

Oh, my word.

Well, let's talk about Justin Pearson, the state representative, because this is crazy. You had a 61-year-old woman who was viciously attacked in Flagstaff, Arizona. She was driving a Tesla. You've got all of these, I mean, hundreds of attacks around the country. And then you have this sort of rhetoric coming from not only Jasmine Crockett, but now you've got the state representative, Justin Pearson.

What's going on here?

Well, it starts at the top. And when you see elected congressmen and women acting like thugs or the Housewives of DC, that's what you're going to have filtered down to the state level. And that's exactly what Is going on with Justin Pearson, my goodness. If you looked at that picture of that young man before he ever got into politics and listened to him, he is nothing. He was nothing like he is now.

And you're right, he's a wannabe Malcolm Act for Martin Luther King Jr., and he's just not that. And so. When you accept it at the upper levels, it's going to filter down to the lower levels. And that's what happened to poor Andrew Farmer. He was a recipient of all the rage.

And if he'd have had a skillet, I really don't know if he'd known what to do with it, but that's exactly what would have happened. He'd have probably walked him right in the head with it.

Well, I mean, at some point you just have to wonder, all right, what are these people going to do? You know, I was covering a Tesla protest out in Memphis a couple of weekends ago, and the next thing I know, this enraged Karen just jumps up in my face, you know, grabs my arm and slams my phone down. And you're sitting there, you know, you're like, what the heck is wrong with these people?

Well, they're striking out on their own. They don't have a leader and they're look at some of the interviews they're doing with such foul language in front of children or anybody else. It's like they have no moral compass. And the wandering around the wilderness side is just like without a leader and looking for somebody to tell them what to do.

So they're taking it upon themselves to try to be the leader. And when you hear Jasmine Crockett's name, fit up for president, then that party's got a problem. And it shows in the polls when they their favorability is, what, twenty seven, twenty nine percent, the lowest it's been since the nineteen nineties. They have a lot of issues, and it's nothing we can't fix with a little medication and a lot of therapy, but for goodness sake, I'm telling you, it's bad. No, I hear you.

It is bad. I will say this, though. When you look at all the senior citizens out there, we had a caller from Memphis, and she made an excellent point. The problem is, a lot of senior citizens, especially getting their news from ABC, CBS, NBC. And if you're watching any of those channels, you would believe that Elon and Donald Trump are about to cut your Social Security and Medicare.

But that is simply not the case at all. They're just going in and getting rid of the grift and the corruption.

Well, it's all about fraud, waste and abuse. Ben, you're right. You know, growing up, you remember this, Todd. And Ben, this is something you need to know. We only had three channels, and it was ABC, NBC and CBS.

We didn't have all the sexual Table.

So when you go to those channels to get your news, you're going to get propaganda. And that's what these people believe. And you could be brainwashed or you could be reprogrammed just by sitting in front of that TV day after day after day watching that propagandist news organization. That's what they did. in in the World Wars and and in Vietnam, for heaven's sake.

But you would think that and know it is a fallacy that we are cutting Medicaid and social security. There is so much fraud, waste, and abuse in Medicaid you have in expansion states, Todd, and Tennessee's not one of them. But the people that are able-bodied from 18 to 54 or 64. that report zero dollars in income Get more Medicaid dollars than the people it was intended for. That's your elderly, your pregnant women, and your disabled.

And so is that fair? No, it's not. And there's nothing going on about cutting it. What we're looking at is putting caps on it, sending it back to the state, and let them get it to the people who truly need it. You know, I am curious.

Yesterday, Elon Musk was doing a big rally in Wisconsin in advance of tomorrow's election for the Supreme Court there, those judges. And he made this shocking announcement about the level of corruption and fraud that they've found within Social Security. And what was it, over 2 million illegals given Social Security numbers? Are you guys hearing that information up on Capitol Hill?

Well, we we get new information every day and uh I I have no doubt about it. You know, if you are illegal if you're an illegal LN and you walk across that border and say border and say, I fear for my life and get asylum, you get 100% Medicaid.

Now Social Security, they have found such terrible atrocities. I mean, the oldest living American is one hundred fourteen years old. We're finding people who are giving Social Security that are one hundred thirty or what have you. We're finding hundreds of thousands of cases like that.

Now where does this check go to? But you know, the biggest statistic, Todd, was when they said that There's $4.5 trillion that they found in the Treasury that there's no receipt for. Where they don't know where the money came from or where it went. That is Astonishing to me that the U.S. Treasury does not keep better records.

And it ma you know, the people screaming the loudest though, you know who they are? It's the fraudsters and the one perpetrating the fraud. The one that allows it to go on. That's the ones that are going to scream the loudest. And and if you talk to Musk, that's exactly what he says.

That's it. All right.

Congresswoman Dana Harshbarger. I'm not sure what just happened here on the radio, but. Listen, we can have a therapy session. You call me anytime. I'll.

Oh, make sure that we give you a dose of the right medicine. Dieter's taking notes here, and I think you had him at, you know, he just bought himself. You know, he's from Pennsylvania, and we just got him a cast iron scallop. Yeah, and I and I boy, you know, and Diana, I have a scar on my stomach because I thought I was searing a steak and I was searing my stomach. Didn't see that.

Cooking with a cast iron skillet is a totally different animal. It's not an easy thing to do. But you'd be proud of me. I'm not using like the crappy Crisco, I'm using beef tallow because I'm all maha now. Oh, man, you are talking my language, Ben.

You invite me down to Memphis phone, and I'll show you how to use that skillet. You got to make sure you season it, though, okay? Just don't forget that. You got to season the Cancerian Skillet. That's true.

It's true. All right, Dinah Harshbarker, Congresswoman, thanks for coming on. Hey, my pleasure. Y'all have a great day. All right.

She's the best. We have two great congresspeople in our well, we have more than two great ones, but Tim Burchett and Dinah Harshbarger represent eastern Tennessee. I think they do a very good job. There's a perception of what Tennessee is. And when people think of Tennessee, they think all sorts of different things.

They think Dolly Part and they think of Elvis Presley. I just feel like our Tennessee delegation does a great job at representing everybody in this volunteer state. But you know, it is interesting, and she's got a great point here: that the reality is the Democrats have no leader.

Well, they do have a leader. That leader is none other than Jasmine Crockett right now. It's not Hakeem Jeffries. Yeah. Which is Which is remarkable.

And Hakeem, I believe he was doing an interview over the weekend and he was talking about how we get back to the issues that people are talking about. What are the issues? Like their plan for the economy is socialism. It's raising the minimum wage to $22.

So even when they get to the issues, they're out of touch with most Americans. Hugely, hugely out of touch. By the way, did you hear what she's she was talking about using the cast iron skillet? As a weapon, which you can do. Yeah.

It is recommended. And to get the most use out of the cast iron skillet weapon, make sure it's hot. Because not only can you conk someone up the head with this heavy. You can brand them. By the way, oh, you've got to listen to this.

Speaking of Tim Burchett, he went viral over the weekend. You've got to listen to this.

So he's being hounded by these little soy boy reporters. Mr. Burchett, Mr. Burchett. Oh, sir.

And they all look the same, they all sound the same. Here's what happened Friday. Do you trust Trump's national security team to keep our war plans top secret? Do you trust your mother every night to fix your hot pockets and make sure your Game Boy is turned on? The poor kid just started crying.

That's how you, by the way, congress people, that's how you do it. I mean, it is a master's class in dealing with these reports. We're Game Boy. We got to take a break. 901-260-5926.

That's 901-260-5926. We'll be right back. All right.

Welcome back, everybody. Good to have you with us. Man, I tell you, it's these allergies. You know, we had the big severe storms blow through again. May I just ask a question?

And I'm going to get in trouble here. I'm not a friend of the professional weather guessers, but is it just me? Are they super overhyping the weather? It's like every storm, death and destruction this weekend. And it just never materializes.

It's like every storm is the storm of the century. Every tornado is apocalyptic. And I get it, they are, but it's like: how many warnings have we been through in the Memphis area over the past month, and we're all still here alive and kicking? You're peddling into nihilism. Is that it?

Or conspiracy theory? Because you know the National Weather Service was getting all these cuts. And the argument is: well, if you cut the National Weather Service, people are going to die. They're gonna die, man. Uh We were supposed to have I mean Dod tornadoes all weekend, and it was one of the nicest weekends.

I got a suntan. I'm dark like Ken the Barbie. I mean, I look fantastic with your fro, it looks very, yeah.

So, I just was waiting for the storms to happen. My fear is it's like the boy that cried, Wolf, woof, woof. Woof and no one actually showed up because they realized the woof was just making it up. What if you are constantly always out there saying severe level four out of five, five out of five, and then there actually is a big honey, uh like a big tornado and then Or a hurricane. You know, these hurricanes, have you guys noticed that?

It's like ever since Katrina, it's the storm of the century. There's never been a tropical storm this bad.

Okay. It's a tropical storm. It's going to rain. You're going to get winds. You're going to get woods are five stories high.

And no offense, but those of you building your $3 million condos on the beach and they get flooded or washed away, that's because you built your house on sinking sand. And then I just want to point that out. Your beautiful million dollar cabin that just slid down the mountain. There's a reason why the old mountain timers, the old timers back in the hills and hollers, did not build their homes on the side of mountains. You want to know why?

They built them in a place where they wouldn't flood or fall off the mountain in a landslide. And then we get stuck at paying for it with our insurance going up. I'm just saying. But anyway, have you guys noticed? I think there's just a lot of hyperbole right now in the national weather guessing business.

901-260-5926. We'll be right back. All right, welcome back to the Todd Search Radio Show. By the way, we are huge coffee consumers here on this program. And I'm a huge, I'm not a, I am a coffee snob.

Let's say hello to Patty in Statesville. Hi, Patty. What's going on? It's my birthday today. It's me helping!

Happy birthday to you. Tatty, Vendieter's dancing on the table for you. I'm going crazy. Patty, happy, happy, happy, happy birthday. You know what?

I saw it for my daughter's birthday. Wait, what? I have my daughter Nicole. I had her on my birthday. What are the odds of that happening?

Like, statistically, that's gotta be a very small percentage of that happening. Kathy has. the same thing going on. She was born on her mother's birthday. Is that right?

How do we not know that? What is Cassie's sharing stuff with the listeners that she's not even sharing with us? Oh yeah.

Wow. So, Patty, what are you doing on your birthday? Are you and your daughter going out and getting a cake? What's going on? My daughter's working.

My daughter's a manager. My daughter has to work all the time. But listen, I'm here right now. Dieter, I wish you were with me because we'd be partying like crazy. I'm 65 today and I act like I'm 25.

Wow, because I'm like 25 and I act like I'm 65.

So we're like the inverse of each other, Patty. I act like an old man. Yeah, I know you do. Wait a minute.

Now I love you. What about me? Oh, I'm not invited. What? I'm not invited.

You're inviting Dieter, but you're not inviting me to party?

Well, you you drink out those Baptist things. Oh, oh, I see. We we aren't Southern Baptist, Todd. That's what Patty's trying to politely say. I see.

Yeah. Well, Listen, listen, I turned sixty five today, and I'm telling you, the good Lord is with me all the time. I love you guys, but I want to let me mention something about the signal things. I want to ask you something, Todd. How come there was no uproar with the Benghazi?

How come there was no uproar with the 13 Marines killed? How come there was no uproar when Austin was on life support, like Joe was on life support for four years? Where was the echo of that?

Well, it's a great question, Patty. And again, it goes back to the media covering for the Biden administration. What was it Hillary Clinton said back in the day with Benghazi? You had a U.S. ambassador who was slaughtered, body dragged through the streets, and she said, What difference does it make?

Valley. I mean, that's who these people are.

So, yeah, I mean, if you want to have that conversation, well, let's have this other conversation first. Sure. But again, Patty, the signal thing, it's not that big of a deal. Could they, you know, again, mistakes were made. I just want to know who is close enough to Jeffrey Goldberg in the Trump administration, they got his personal cell phone number.

That's what I want to know. Yeah. Todd, could I ask you a question about that? Do you think that that phone number was already on there?

Well, it could have been. I've heard that it could have been. But then when you go and is it Alex Wong, I think was the guy's name. He was Waltz's guy, and he's the guy that reportedly added everybody to the chat.

So the question is, what is his connection to Goldberg? But again, it could have been there, but I don't know. And maybe we'll find out. I don't think that part of it needs to be figured out because we don't need any leakers, people trying to sabotage Donald Trump's programs and plans. Do you think there's a mold somewhere?

Do you think some molds aren't? I do.

Okay, that's my concern. The only person, the only people that got hurt here. With a hooty. They got killed. They're the only people that got hurt here.

And they got killed pretty dead. I'm just going to say that. Patty, I'm excited for you. Let me ask you, do you feel 65? Time.

I act like Joe Biden. I could do cartrios, man. I could go to the house doing cartwheels. Remember, they said Joe could do cartwheels. I didn't say one.

He could do cartwheels, but not on purpose. That's the problem with Joe. Hey, and you know, Dieter, I love you and thank you. You know what? I wish Peter was here.

Could me and him be parted. I would love to be partying with him. You know, Dieter, we're going to have to go to Statesville. And maybe we would do Statesville and head over to the talk station over Moorhead City. Do the show there.

Do the show there. I throw a wicked party, Patty. We'll have to get Justin, the owner of the station, WSIC, he may need to have some bail money ready just in case. Oh, God, I love you guys. And you know what?

Keep up the good work, Todd. And how do you think the elections in Florida are going to turn out? Hard to say, Patty. I'm pretty optimistic. I mean, you're going to have to have, there will have to be a massive collapse of the party for the Democrats to win.

So I'm pretty hopeful. But I want to pay attention to how close the race is. And if it is a close race, again, I think we've got work to do. The bigger story, though, is what's happening in Wisconsin, and that is going to be very, very close.

Well, I hope they would I hope they would get it. I hope it's you know, because Trump's not on the ballot. You know, everybody likes Donald Trump. I hear you. And that's the thing.

We've got to figure out, and the party has always been in a bad spot. The only reason the party won is because of Donald Trump, right?

So we've got to figure out a way to re - we have to really reimagine the Republican Party, and that is at the state level and the local level. And there's been a lot of tension, and we've actually seen that. I know Dieter and I have had a front-row view of all of that, you know, here in the volunteer state. You know, so something to your continued coverage out of these. State races, and some of them are congressional in this Wisconsin Supreme Court race, an election that's happening right now in Pennsylvania.

I don't even think we got around to talking about that because you were out. They were able to flip a state Senate seat. And I understand people are like, Well, that's just a statewide race in Pennsylvania. It was held by a Republican. It is a GOP-leaning county.

And that was, and then that district is very red. They were able to flip that to a Democrat. And Democrats are feeling very enthusiastic. There's not been a lot to be excited about recently. They were able to get out the vote.

And is that going to be a bellwether for some of these other elections?

Something to think about. It is. All right, Patty, happy birthday to you, and hope you have an incredible celebration today. God God bless you both, okay? Love you.

All right.

Love you too, Patty. Wow. She's the best. What a lot of fun. It's not every day that you've got listeners calling in and saying, can Dieter come over and party with me?

I am a human party favor. Yeah. You know, I'll be a piƱata. You can beat me, whatever. I'll give you candy.

Maybe instead of like raising money for, you know, hungry kids in another country, we can like, you know, do a fundraising effort to bring Ben Dieter to party in your community. Yeah, it would be bad for the brand of this show, Todd. I'll just say that. I can get out of control. After that conversation with Harshbarker and the cast iron skillets and hormone therapy, you believe it.

Yeah. All right, let's go to Houston. Don is listening to us on Patriot Talk 920. Don, are you sure you want to be a part of this show today? I'm absolutely sure.

I have a question for you. Yes, sir. What's your question, Don?

Okay. And I want you to explain this to me if and I know you can, but I don't know it.

So here's the question. If the Democrats Can get elected and they can change and redraw. party lines somewhere so as to get more vote. Why can't the Republicans do the same thing in some of the places? Where they are in the minority I mean majority.

Don, that's an excellent question. And the answer is they can. And the answer is they have, which is why this Wisconsin race is so vitally important, because the Democrats there believe the only way to revisit the Wisconsin congressional districts and the redrawing of those districts is through a liberal Supreme Court majority.

So that's why this race we're watching right now in Wisconsin, which will be tomorrow, is so vitally important. But whoever's in the majority, they get to redraw those congressional maps.

Well, that was my question. If they can do that in, say, Wisconsin. why couldn't we do that in, say, New Mexico for a check for a change? Yeah, you could. Yeah.

If the Republicans are in control, they can. Right, which they're not in New Mexico, I don't believe. Right. But the state, yeah, and it goes down, it's a little different depending on what state you're in. But in 25 of those states, the state legislature has the responsibility for creating the redistricting plan, and then that has to be approved by the state governor, which again is why it's so vitally important that we elect rock-solid conservatives to the state house.

And, Don, correct me if I'm wrong here, but man, is it a mess right now in the Texas state legislature? Oh, yes, yes, yes. Yes. Okay, well, I'm going to let you go. All right.

That was my question. You answered it. And by the way, you sent me a book. You autographed it. Thank you a lot.

I appreciate it. I'm in the process of reading it, okay? Don, I hope you enjoy it, and thank you for listening to us. And tell your friends to tune in to Patriot Talk 920 in Houston. All right, we've got to take a quick break here, folks.

Phone lines are open, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Starn Show. Uh yeah. I'm over the game.

All right, welcome back, everybody. By the way, this is some audio here. You gotta listen to this. This soy boy dude. Gets caught vandalizing a Tesla and is actually confronted by the owner.

Listen to Cut One, please. Free service. Free service. How about you pay for the repairs? Write a check.

You just bought a Tesla. I can wipe it off the towel. No. It's not a key. It is a hate crime, sir.

It is a hate crime. Did you write a swastika on it? I'm sorry, you're upset. Did you write a swastika? It didn't even work.

Apparently, it doesn't work. Did you write a swastika on the it's a key, sir? We see it on the video. It's not a key. Is it a swastika?

I was probably putting my keys to the side of the city. Is it a swastika? Have you looked at your card? Is there a key mark? Is it a swastika?

It's at the police right now. It's being fingerprinted. What do you mean it's being fingerprinted? Because they were trying to track you down. Thankfully, Facebook tracked you down.

So, your business, your freaking livelihood, everything now, because you chose to write a.

So, to tell Facebook that you're sorry for writing a swastika on a Tesla. Listen. I said, I'm sorry and I apologize. I have nothing against your car and I have nothing against you.

So why did you write a swastika on your own? Obviously I have something against Elon Musk, but that's not the way he owns that car because he owns the car. It was bought and paid for a long time ago. That's why it's misguided and obviously I did not intend to do that. Dude just realized his life is over.

He just made a decision, a life choice, that will impact him for the remainder of his years on planet Earth. And you wonder if these people are actually getting it because the police are able to track down these folks. Thankfully, Tesla has the video apparatus, so they're able to figure out who these people are. You got to love Facebook and X because as soon as the vandalism happens, they're putting the photos up, and these people are being captured. My question is.

What sort of a punishment should these people face? Are we talking about misdemeanors? Are we talking about felonies here? Should they be charged with a hate crime? What should what sort of punishment Do these people deserve?

Mm-hmm. Because a lot of these folks are now losing their jobs. Many of them are ending up in jail. But I got to tell you, my issue here, for example, the lady, the 61-year-old who was driving the Tesla in Flagstaff, Arizona. She gets cut off on the roadway.

It seems to me at that moment that's almost a form of kidnapping. You're blocking somebody in, you're going over to the car, and you're punching the living daylights out of an elderly woman. And you're telling me that guy's just getting a citation and he's got to show up and answer to the charges? I don't I don't buy that. To me that is a felony crime, it is a hate crime.

You go to jail for a long time, and it needs to be publicized so people know if you do this. There is a price to pay. If you go out and you draw a Nazi symbol on somebody's Tesla or Cybertruck, you're going to jail. For a very long time. time.

Oh, by the way, you folks in Wichita, Wichita, Kansas, there was a lady there. She's handicapped. She's in a wheelchair and she drives a Tesla, and her car got was pretty much destroyed. They caught the guy. They caught the thug who did that.

And that guy needs to go away for a very long time. I'm just saying, if you're going to mess around, folks, you got to pay the price. That's all there is to it. Well, wow, it is a good day to be an owner of Newsmax stock. Holy cow. Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Tom Sterns radio show.

So, let me explain what's happening here.

So, Newsmax. Their stock offering went public today, and as a matter of fact, A little bit of inside baseball here, but on Wednesday, I was invited by the owner of Newsmax to come and be a part of a little gathering on Wednesday night. And then Thursday morning, I've been invited to be at the stock market as the owner of Newsmax rings in or rings the bell to get the day going at Wall Street. That's going to be a lot of fun. And so, anyway, The stock went official today.

So today is the first day that you can actually buy Newsmax stock, and it is through the roof. These are some of the headlines: Newsmax soars 667% in a stock market debut. From the desk, Newsmax stuns Wall Street with impressive IPO debut. Wall Street Journal Newsmax stock skyrockets and roaring market debut. CNBC conservative news channel Newsmax spikes more than 500% in first day trading.

I just have a question for you, and There's no right or wrong answer here, but I'm just curious. Why are you now watching Newsmax?

So many of you have made the switch. You were watching Fox, and now you've switched over to Newsmax. And I'm curious as to why.

Now, I know a lot of it is because of, well, you know, I don't mean to boast, but yours truly hosts a show on Newsmax, which is one of the top shows on Newsmax 2, by the way.

So thank you all for that. But in all seriousness, why is it that so many people are making the switch to Newsmax? This is remarkable. When you look at the amount of money. That Newsmax has raised just since this morning, over $75 million.

It's just jaw-dropping.

So, I'm just curious to hear from you on what is it about Newsmax that compels you to make the switch over from Fox News. You know, a lot of people have been disappointed in Fox over the years, and they've seen this. It's really been a slow but gradual move towards the center. There has been an effort by Fox talent to be accepted by the mainstream.

So, back when Roger Ailes was alive and I was at Fox. in those days, and it was really the golden era of Fox News. And it was this us versus them mentality, right? We didn't want we didn't want to be a part of the awards crew. We didn't want to be a part we didn't want to be a part of the inner echelon of New York City media.

Yeah. And we wouldn't you wouldn't see a Fox News anchor on The Tonight Show or hobnobbing with Al Sharpton and all this. But now those days are over, and it's sort of like they have embraced all of the things that Roger Ailes made us shun. And and I think it made us better And it made us It made us better at our jobs. Yeah.

Because so many of the media are either from the Ivy Leagues, they're from the Northeast, they're from the big cities. And for a lot of folks, it was a struggle for them. At Fox, to adjust to a conservative leaning network. And even though our network was fair and balanced, it was really the kinds of stories we would cover that really set us apart from everybody else. And when you see my show, and I get this from a lot of people, they say, you know what, your show reminds me of kind of like what Bill O'Reilly and Hannity used to do.

And that's pretty intentional. Because I bring a lot of my worldview to the TV show, much like I do here on the radio show. Yeah. And I love this radio show. And really, what we do on T V is just a microcosm of what we do every single day on this radio program.

Our telephone number, by the way, 901-260-5926. That's nine oh one two six zero five nine two six. I'm going to play some audio here. Caroline 11.

So they're having some big trouble in the White House press briefing room. And Ben Dieter, you may not know this. There are assigned seats in the White House press briefing room. And you are not allowed to sit in another reporter's seat. And if you do, it's all, you know what breaks loose.

So AP and Fox and ABC and CNN, they all had the front row seats. And you see them there, you see Deucey and all the folks there.

Well, now, so up until today, the White House Correspondents Association has decided who gets to sit where. And of course, Caroline Levitt, the White House press secretary, has been all about inviting new media. into the the room. And so now everybody's upset because she is throwing out The seat assignments. And now the White House is going to decide who sits where.

You know, this White House Correspondents Association, Todd, I don't know who died. and made them king. Like, who died and made these people Jesus? I don't even understand how it all works. I think for a lot of listeners back home, even me sitting here and my job is news, I don't even know who gives them all this power.

So, this goes look at the White House correspondence dinner that is set. You have this comedian, everybody knows. Todd, did you ever go? I mean, you get a comedian. That will come and they will headline and they take shots at the press.

That's their job.

Well, they had hired this chick. They had appointed this comedian who wasn't funny, by the way. She's a radical activist, Democrat comedian. Who said that they are all murderers? Actually, she w and they ended up having to pull the plug on this correspondent and this comedian that was set to speak.

Who gives these people? All this authority. Yeah. On that note, let's listen to Cut Four, please.

Well, maybe you could do that for the White House correspondents. Just change it up this year. Will anyone from the administration be attending? How much do you actually know about who will be? in attendance.

Do you get like the rundown? I'm sure that I will at some point. I c I know the news organizations that will be attending. I don't think the people confirm until quite a bit later. I Don't necessarily like, I'm not 100% interested in being like, ha, you're here.

Look at your stupid head. You're burned. I care. Like, you're kind of a bunch of murderers. I mean So like they were like You need to be equal and make sure that the that you give it to both sides and blah, blah, blah.

It was like There's no way I'm gonna be freaking doing that, dude. Under no circumstances. I'm sorry, that wasn't funny. Yeah. She's the comedian that was supposed to speak.

And she says, and she's referring to All the guests that are going to show up, she was being interviewed and they said, Hey, do you know who you are going to be making jokes at? Are you going to be making jokes at Fox News personalities? News Max, and she said, Actually, I view them all as all murderers, and I don't even really want to be there.

So, I guess it was a good thing for the White House correspondents dinner. to uninvite this chick, who is allegedly a comedian. But it goes back to your earlier thing. Who even gave the White House Correspondents Association the authority to decide who's sitting in that press briefing room?

So they have assumed that responsibility.

So there's nothing, there's no constitutional obligation at all.

So the White House is blowing that up. Yeah, absolutely. The White House and the White House has always had the right to do that. As a matter of fact, it wasn't until the 1970s during the Nixon administration that there was actually a White House, a room designated for the reporters in the White House. That area used to be the White House swimming pool.

And there were a lot of calls for President Trump to restore that to its original, you know, its original purpose of being a swimming pool during his first term in office.

So before all of that, the reporters would just gather around and they would wait outside the Oval Office, hoping to be able to get a quick question of the president.

So there's absolutely no constitutional authority. For the White House Correspondents Association to do anything. This is all made up. And by the way, it's a 501c3. I'd be investigating.

Yeah. I'd send Doge after that. Exactly. I mean, so who are we thinking? Do we replace like Caitlin Collins with Laura Loomer?

I mean, this could be fun. Send Caitlin to the coffee shop next door and replace her and give that seat over to some of these other conservative true journalists. And I'd like to know who's paying the bills. Are we charging the networks for utilizing the workspace inside the White House? We need to get to the bottom of that.

Because it's no longer a public service. And they stopped doing public service years ago, decades ago. This is the media. And by the way, they created if they want to if you want to know who created Donald Trump, it's the White House Correspondents Association. It was at that dinner Right when Barack Obama got up and cracked jokes, and they were not jokes, they were insults, and direct them at Donald Trump, who was sitting there in the audience.

That was the moment, and you could almost see it on Donald Trump's face. That was the moment when he decided.

Alright, it's on like Donkey Kong Pal. I'm taking you down. And the rest is history, as they say. I guess we should thank them. Send them a treat.

Send them a flower. Send them snacks. Thank you for creating Donald Trump. We'll send him some coffee, wireless to fish coffee. There you go.

All right, we've got to take a break here, folks. 901-260-5926. Our telephone number, that's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Star Show.

Well, some interesting news from Minnesota. Governor Tim Waltz, his daughter. Hope has announced to her followers on TikTok That she was Very disappointed. About How universities are are dealing with the student protest. And she's very upset because universities are not supporting the kids as they protest Israel and they don't defend the anti-Semites.

So she's on TikTok and she's announcing to the nation that as a result, She will be skipping graduate school to protest the university's lack of support for student demonstrations. Yeah. That apparently is more important than whatever she was. Getting a a degree in.

So there you go. Unbelievable. By the way, this is all centering around Columbia University. Columbia, by the way.

Now facing A serious defunding effort by the Trump administration. Columbia has to hire 36 new campus police officers to deal with the violence on their campus. Wow. Unbelievable. All right, let's go to the phone line.

Let's not go to the phone lines here. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926. Yesterday, Elon made a stunning revelation. Yeah.

Elon was in Wisconsin for a big rally. As a matter of fact, there are thousands of people that turned out for this thing in advance of tomorrow's election.

So it turns out that the Department of Government Efficiency discovered a stunning scandal within the Social Security Administration. Last year, at least 2.1 million illegals were issued Social Security numbers.

Now, that's huge. Go back to 2021, 270,000 illegals were granted numbers. The Doge team also discovered that illegals were provided the maximum benefits possible. For example, one point three million illegals already on Medicaid, and at least five point five million people were already enrolled in other benefit programs. But even more disturbing than all of that, Elon and his team have discovered that an untold number of illegals actually voted in elections.

And we understand those reports have now been handed over to the Department of Homeland Security for investigation. In other words, ladies and gentlemen, Elon and his team uncovered clear evidence. That the radicals who ran the Biden administration were overseeing a massive intentional invasion of the United States of America. And now you have to ask yourself: okay, well, why were they doing that? What was the end goal here?

Well, the end goal, ladies and gentlemen. Was to destabilize our country. And it was also to flood the nation with new voters who would support Democrat candidates. That's ultimately what's going on here.

Now this is I mean, it's really a breathtaking discovery that the Democrats were literally. Part of an effort. to steal America from the American people. And they're literally stealing right now from the American people to provide health care, hotel rooms, Visa credit cards, all for the illegals. That's what's going on here.

Now, here's Elon talking about how important. Tomorrow's election is in Wisconsin. Cut 13, please. Just remember, like, the importance of the election on Tuesday is gigantic. It could decide the future of the House of Representatives.

It could decide then the future of America and the future of the world.

So it's absolutely critical that you really, you need to just drag friends and family to vote on Tuesday. uh for Justice Schimmel and for voter ID.

Now, Elon also announced. Oh, before we get to that, I want to go back to Scott Jennings on CNM. And he was weighing in on. On a serious issue, and Republicans really are nervous about this, trying to figure out why you Republicans aren't going out and voting in these other elections. Everybody goes out and they vote for the presidency, but they're not voting in these other important Republican races.

Cut number 10. I do think a couple of things are true. Number one, the Republican Party is grappling with a new reality. We have a lot of voters in the party that do not vote regularly. They're low-propensity voters.

They turned out for Donald Trump. They like to vote when he's on the ballot. But even in the November election, you saw people show up, vote Trump, and then leave the rest of it blank. One of the things the party has to do is condition those people to show up even when Donald Trump is not the person they're voting for. Number two, I think the Elon Musk point that you played earlier about the future of Western civilization, I actually think this is a key issue the Republicans ought to lean in on.

To a significant degree controls the country, which then steers the course of Western civilization.

So it's like. I feel like this is one of those Things that that may not seem that it's going to affect the entire destiny of humanity, but I think it will. Yeah. Yeah. Because it's not just a one-off election when you're voting in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race or some congressional special election in Florida.

These things matter. There are ripple effects. A vote here causes major implications on policy down the line.

So I think Elon is actually onto something with that messaging. And I hope Republicans, especially the new ones who aren't regular voters, take it to heart. Yeah, he and he's right. But but again, the question is why? And what do we need to do?

What does the party need to do to generate more enthusiasm among voters? That's the big question. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926. We're going to be taking your calls on that.

We'll be right back, folks.

Someone sent me a photograph, deeter, our good friend Justin Johnson from Collierville, Tennessee. You know, they have lights on the Mississippi River Bridge, and it's a beautiful, it's a giant elongated M, the letter M, across the Mississippi River, and the beautiful lights. Anyway, I think you'll be able to see them from downtown. I mean, it's right there in downtown. Beautiful.

Tonight the lights are going to shine in pink, white, and blue for trans day of visibility. Sponsored by the City of Memphis.

Now, I just want to say something here. There are, what, a kajillion potholes in Memphis, Tennessee. They don't have their full complement. They're down, what, 600, 700, 800 officers from their full complement of officers. Crime is out the wazoo.

But the city of Memphis is going to find, and they've been raising our taxes all over the place. And yet, the city of Memphis found money to sponsor the Trans Day of Visibility. I still am confused of what this means. What does anybody know what Transvisibility Day means? Are they not already very visible?

These are very visible people. You can kind of pick them out. It's like a freak show. Yeah. So, so, and you've got to think too, to your point, and I see where you're going, Todd.

You have a very nefarious, amoral, sinful. I would say unnatural surgeries that are happening under the guise of trans rights. And we've been living through this for the last, what, four years? I mean, way longer than that. But now it's like a big political thing.

And the city of Memphis is not only endorsing it by putting it on one of the largest bridges in the country, but they are asking that you, the taxpayers, fund. This trans nonsense. And I'm not cool with that. I cut off my penis. Celebrate me, America.

I am visible. See me.

Well, we can't see you 'cause it was chopped off, sir. And whatever. Yeah. I I I just spit out my coffee a little bit. Getting take me a second to recover.

I mean, I'm not sure. And why the bridge? The bridge, the bridge is for the truckers and the semi-truck drivers. What are these guys in the 18-wheelers going to do? All the guys that are carrying our freight and our harbor and all this stuff.

I don't know, Todd. Are they going to slam on the brake, start honking? You know how, as a kid, you would wave your arm and the truckers would honk. Honk for trans? Is there like a transgender?

I don't know. Maybe they should play a. Is there a musical? Do they have like a theme song? We are Family!

No. I got no way to pee. Cause you chopped it off, sir.

So let's celebrate that. Yeah. I don't know. I miss the simpler times when everybody knew their body parts, they knew their sex, and they didn't chop things off. Can you imagine chopping that off?

Mm. No, just Stop. Yes. Sweet Lord. Anyway, thank you, Justin Johnson, for sending that along.

Oh, can we talk about can we talk about Snow White? Or do we call her Snow Hawky? Is that the appropriate Snow Caucasian, Snow Cracker?

So. Snow White, they're having a rough go of it over at Disney.

So they're pretty much, I mean, the company has been jeopardized financially as a result of the star of Snow White. Her name is Rachel Zegler. I would contend this is only part of the problem. I think the bigger problem is the movie itself. The actress, everybody knows she's a Deanbat.

Right. She's an actress. She's a dinghy. And so anyway, she's out there and she's making all of this mayhem talking about, you know, Palestine and all this kind of whatnot. Are you ready for this?

Snow White's remake suffered a 66% drop in the second week of showings. It is a complete and utter flop. It received a 1.6 out of a 10 rating among IMDB movies. It's only generated $141 or $143 million, well short of the $250 million it costs to produce the film. And that does not include marketing expenses.

Mm-hmm. And you look at the original 1937 Snow White movie, that was grossing in about $4 billion. And modern money, yeah, and today's money, yeah, $4 billion. $4 billion with inflation adjusted. And this remake, this 2025 remake of this.

Fable, this classic, is losing, what'd you say, the $250 million or more in what has just been a complete flop. You know, I've been seeing Todd these images and videos of, you know, The Wizard of Oz. What's the show that just came out? I don't know. Wicked.

Yeah, that was another remake of The Wizard of Oz. That did very well at the box office. You may not like Ariana Grande and the bald chick that, you know, is a very interesting character, but they at least knew how to sing, they knew how to act, and it did very well at the box office. I mean, it was through the roof. This, on the other hand, This is no one showing up.

So, the son of producer Mark Platt is ripping Rachel Zegler, and he's accusing her of ruining his daddy's film. And this is becoming a bit scandalous.

So, apparently. Um Mark Platt was so frightened. I mean, he he could see this coming. He flew to New York City and begged her To remove a free Palestine comment she had made on X.

So he flew all the way to New York City. It seems to me you could Zoom or, you know, I don't know. Snapchat. Can you Snapchat that? I don't do Snapchat.

You would think that if she is your actress, like you have contracted her talent, her work. that she would be doing everything she could to keep the gig, to keep the princess job, and you wouldn't need to take a trip from America to Europe just to negotiate with her like she is a terrorist. To s to take down, and maybe she is taught, to take down a free, free Palestine logo. I think she is a terrorist to some extent, economic terrorist. She's a Disney terrorist.

Here's what the son wrote: He said, You really want to do this? Yeah, my dad, the producer of an enormous piece of Disney IP with hundreds of millions of dollars on the line, had to leave his family, fly across the country to reprimand his 20-year-old employee for dragging her personal politics into the middle of promoting the movie for which she signed a multi-million dollar contract to get paid and do publicity for. He said, This is called adult responsibility and accountability. Her actions clearly hurt the film's box office. Really?

I kind of think it was those weird, creepy. Dwarfs that were not even dwarfs. That's just me. It would be like doing Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer without having any reindeer. Free speech does not mean you're allowed to say whatever you want in your private employment without repercussions.

And this is actually true.

So my question would be, what does the contract language say? You are not allowed to say or do certain things that would bring harm on the company that you represent. Yeah. He goes on to say, tens of thousands of people worked on that film, and she hijacked the conversation for her own immature desires at the risk of all the colleagues and crew and blue-collar workers who depend on that movie to be successful. Narcissism is not something to be coddled or encouraged.

I d do you think she's ever going to be able to get a job in Hollywood after this? No, because this isn't 2016 to 2020. Mike A couple years ago, Todd, you would have been able to get by with this, saying that Trump supporters. That after the election, this girl, Rachel Ziegler, whatever her name is, wished that they would never know peace or happiness because they just voted for Trump. I mean, that is coming for this actress.

That may have been more acceptable. 10 years ago, that's not cool anymore. And it almost feels like canceled culture has been canceled itself, which is something that we're all thinking God about. But about her future in Hollywood, I do think it's going to be very impossible for her. To get this job.

Now, I will say, I'm wondering if she had ever made prior political comments beforehand. But here's the problem: well, Gal Godot did, and she played the evil queen. And, you know, she was served in the IDF. She was Wonder Woman. Yeah.

People love her. She had never said anything. They were attacking her because of her previous pro-Israel stances.

So much so, they had to hire a bodyguard for this guy because she's pro-Israel. Yeah, it's a whole mess. But I think the lesson here is is Entertainment. has been slacked. And it is not the same media, it is not the same industry that it was 10 years ago.

From schlacked to schlong, can we talk about these gay choirs? For a minute. Happy Trans Visibility Day. Oh, we must. Where is that song?

Dylan, you know the song we've got to have. We're here and we're queer and we're coming for your children. Todd, if it's that song, we're canceling. We're done with the show. Coming for your children.

This is.

Someone's gotta teach them not to hate. We're coming for them. And we're coming for Your chip. Here coming for a time. Or is we?

All right, so that is the San Francisco Gaymen's Choral. Have you noticed they're all tenors? Yeah. That's Wonderful. Throw that out there.

Just an observation. I only hear any bases in that group. Yeah. That was really tied. You have a lot of tenors in the audience.

I'm just making an observation. I'm just saying. That was not a bass singing that there.

Sopranos in there, too. There were some Sopranos. That may have been the trans crowd. Very nice fossetto. Anyway, the San Francisco Gay Men's Choir, they're coming for your kids.

They wrote an anthem about this. But anyway, multiple gay choirs. And I, you know, if you hadn't asked me, I would have guessed there were a lot of gay choirs. Probably most of them. If I was just a a betting man.

Choirs are gay. No, I'm just saying, in that genre. My church has a choir. And they listen. The choir master listens to the show.

And what's your point? I can't say no, I'm just saying, even in some. Even in some church choirs. I'm just saying. I've seen some jazz hens during worship.

I'm just saying. No, I'm not in saying. Anyway, the story. Uh multiple. Multiple gay choirs have performed in protest after the Kennedy Center canceled a performance of the Gay Men's Chorus of Washington, D.C.

and the National Symphony Orchestra.

So the concert was scheduled for May 21st, part of World Pride 2025. And they were collaborating on a piece titled, I Kid You Not. A peacock among pigeons. This Wow. Why?

I bet it would have been beautiful. Very flamboyant. The peacocks.

So, anyway, in a statement shared on social media, the gay men's chorus said it was deeply disappointed by the decision to cancel the event. In response, eight other choirs sang make them hear you from the musical ragtime in a defiant performance which is dubbed the unofficial anthem of the Gay Men's Chorus, Washington, DC.

Now the video was shared by Manchester Proud Chorus, Oxford Proud Voices, and featured clips from the Hong Kong Gay Men's Chorus in China, Out Loud Lincoln, Queer Arts Rainbow Choir, The Pink Singers, London Barber Fellas That's a hairy little group. London. Oxford Proud Voices. Oxfordshire. And Manchester Proud Chorus.

I told you, what did I tell you? There are a lot of gay choruses out there.

So this is their version of protesting. I had never even heard of these choirs before. The choir writing on their social media pages, LGBTQ choirs around the world decided to join together, singing in solidarity with our friends. We will not be silenced. All righty.

Transvisibility Day. Transvisibility Day. This is us giving them shots. This is amazing. I mean, you do love this about the new Kennedy Center, though.

I think maybe this is why people are so upset that the Kennedy Center is getting a whole makeover. And they're like, maybe we could go without this, this choir. Oh, they're homophobic. The Trump administration hate gay people. All right, hold on.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but the guy in charge of like revamping the Kennedy Center is, in fact, a gay man. Richard Grinnell. He's in charge of it.

Sorry. I don't let facts get in the way. Have a good time. Let's just say that. Wow.

Unbelievable. Yeah. Alright, let's go to the f Phone lines here, David in California. David, what's on your mind? Yes, calling you from San Francisco, Todd.

Yes, I gotta disagree with you. The you know America is united, we stand, divided, we fall. And for years now, I've been hearing Trump telling me who I'm supposed to hate. who I'm supposed to hate, who's not going to get services, who's not an American, who's blah, blah, blah, who we're supposed to discriminate against.

So the other day, the Marine Corps band They had a scheduled event with the next generation of young musicians. And Trump canceled it because they had black kids. They had h Indian kids. Wait, wait, wait. How do you you you're telling me that Donald Trump personally picked up the phone and called and said you're not allowed to play?

They called it D E I. And that's uh it was on sixty minutes.

Well, what's wrong? Yeah, well, yeah, I think we would all have a problem with DEI because DEI divides all of us. Diversity? That's everybody, right? Equity, that's everybody, right?

Inclusion, that's everybody, right? United, we stand. Divided, we fall. But where does it say in the Constitution that we have to determine who gets a job based on their skin color or based on their sexual preference?

Well, you know that uh creepy organization, the Heritage Foundation? They have actually taken the position that only the thirteen colonies were covered by the Constitution. That the other 37 states are not covered by the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution because they weren't in existence at the time. Where are you getting this from, David? No, no.

Look, we are, look, it is not about putting people down. It's not about putting people and saying, oh, you're gay, you can't do this. It's about telling people, we're not going to elevate you because you're LGBTQ plus or whatever. We want the best and the brightest. Your sex doesn't have anything to do with that.

David, I hate to do this, but we have got to take a break. I appreciate you calling in. Give us a holler back over and talk a little bit longer. Folks, we'll be right back. All right, we're going to have a lot of fun tonight, 5 o'clock Eastern on the Todd Stern Show on Newsmax.
