The Real Life Network celebrates our one-year anniversary. Real Life Network's goal is to fast forward your faith. And fast forward is exactly what we've experienced during an explosive first year. We've seen more than a quarter of a million users. Nearly 100 programmers have come on board to add their content to a platform that's free from the influence of government, media, and secular agendas.

Praise God for how he's been using this new tool to bring the hope of the gospel and the truth of God's word to the world. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee. It's America's conservative blowtorch. Sam That's right. I love this American ride.

Todd starts. Wow. Oh, yeah. Hello, everybody. Wow, what a crazy weekend.

It's like, I don't know, 180 degrees outside here in Memphis, Tennessee. It's nowhere near as hot as it is in some places around the fruited plain. But anyway, we've got the air conditioner cranking, and we're going to have a great time today, everybody.

So look, before we get started, I have to say a huge, huge thank you to the incredible people in Murray County, Tennessee. The big Reagan dinner Friday at Puckett's, which is a great music hall, had almost 400 people stuffed into that music hall. And Della, I'll tell you, we're in the middle of a heat wave here in the South. And the only reason we're able to survive as Southerners is because God created air conditioning. That's it.

Uh and iced tea and front porches with a little uh Anyway, God created all of that so southerners could live in the south. Otherwise, it would just be like living in Jersey or something. And no offense to our friends in Jersey. But anyway, we get down there and the air conditioning goes out. And the problem is this was like an old industrial building from the 19th century with the wood floors and these massive windows all facing west.

So as the sun was slowly setting, it was like burning hot. It was like a furnace in that room. But I will tell you, it didn't matter. People were having a great time. They were drinking copious amounts of adult beverages and libations.

And they rolled out this big, huge cake for President Trump. It was a beautiful, custom-made cake. But it was so hot that the cake, when it finally rolled out, sort of looked like, I don't know, Tammy Faye Baker's face after she's been weeping. It was very hot in that room. But we had a great time, and I came away from this gathering.

Of Republicans, so encouraged about what's going to happen in the fall. People are fired up, they're angry for all the right reasons, they're motivated, they're getting their friends out to vote, and had a wonderful time. Congressman Tim Burchett was there, also Congressman Andy Ogles, and we had the best time. Burchett is a hoot, dad gummet, and this guy he actually asked me. And we're going to make this happen, but we may have to open this up to the phones here and tell them.

Congressman Burchett wants to host the show. He wants to come in full three hours, and I said, only if you can talk about you got to give us the scoop on the UFOs. And he said he would do it. He said he would do it.

So, ladies and gentlemen, what do you think? Over the summer, we're going to be out and about doing book events. Do you think we ought to let Congressman Burchett do the show, three-hour show? He said he'd had everybody on. He'd bring in Matt Gates.

It's going to be a free-for-all.

So, anyway, we're working on it, and we'll let you know. Also, Those of you calling in today. Grace Baker's birthday, so you got to make sure to wish Grace Baker a happy birthday. I think hundreds of you have already done it on the social medias. Grace is going to be here in a little while to talk about the latest involving the WNBA.

It's just bizarre what's going on. And we're going to get to that. But I want to start. Uh with what happened over the weekend in uh Hollywood.

So, a couple of interesting observations about the weekend. President Trump was in Detroit, and he was speaking at two events. One of them was a town hall. in the hood. As a matter of fact, there were um It was a black church.

I will say this: that it was a lot of white people were there.

So it wasn't like it was just a black church. I mean, it was there were black. I mean, it was a black part of town, but there were a lot of whites in the, maybe there were visitors. Anyway, Trump sat down with the regular folk, right? Trump is in the hood talking to the regular folk.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden is in Hollywood talking to the rich and the famous and the people who make millions of dollars playing make-believe for a living.

Now something happened. At this gathering in Hollywood, and it's got everybody talking. And everybody's, I think people are missing the big picture here. Actually, I know they are.

Now, there have been rumblings for well over a year and a half among Democrats that Joe Biden is off his rocker and that there's no way he can do what he's doing. Everybody knows it. They're trying to hide it, but you can't hide it anymore. It's out there. And we we almost had to issue a silver alert when he was over there at the G seven Summit when he just started started wandering off chasing after a squirrel or some sort of a creature in the woodlands.

So There was a moment on the stage when Obama was up there, as was Joe Biden, and the crowd was applauding. The The White House is saying everything, and we've got the video up on our website. And the reason why I had this video is because now the White House is saying that there's this never happened.

So their idea is hear no evil, see no evil, and they're going to think that you guys are not smart enough to actually and have enough time to look and see what happened.

So when you look at the video Biden is up there and he freezes again. He does that freeze, and we've all seen it, right? Where he doesn't know what to do. He doesn't remember where he is. And we don't know what is clinking around in that decrepit head of his.

But it's not good. And so it was so bad that Obama had to physically grab his arm. And you can see this. It wasn't like a gentle nudge. It was like he jerked the arm of the president.

And then had to literally guide him off the stage. With the hand, the reassuring hand on the back. It's okay, Joe. Come along this way, John. Come along.

You sorry, blankety blank, blank. He's probably saying that under his breath.

Okay. That was a shocking moment. We all saw it. Everybody saw what happened there. But what was that really all about?

Well, I want to sh I want to posit a theory with you about that. There have been people talking to the Bidens. There have been people behind the scenes trying to convince Mrs. Dr. First Lady Joe Biden that it's time to go home.

Time to go home to Delaware. Time to get the nursemaids. Time to get Joe his 24 hours of ice cream cones. It's time to go. But Mrs.

Dr. First Lady Joel Biddy doesn't want to go. And I don't think they can go. And I think the reason why is because so many members of the Biden family are earning money, millions and millions of dollars off of these These sham government contracts with foreign Countries that they cannot, they cannot just end it all.

So I. And it's one of two things. Either Jill Biden is so consumed with power and the idea of being First Lady of these great United States that she refuses to leave and she's just shoving her husband out there that that, ladies and gentlemen, would be a case of elder abuse. Or Or the other issue is that they are compromised and that they are staying in place because they've been told that if you do leave. Then we're going to spill the beans.

That could be two theories of what's going on here, but that's not what happened over the weekend in Hollywood. Yeah.

So Obama has been running the show. We've seen this. And over the weekend, it was pretty evident that this is the guy that's pulling the strings, right? This is the third term of the Barack Hussein Obama and Big Mike administration. That's where all of this is.

Maybe just maybe. The whole point was that What happened over the weekend was slightly exaggerated, but Obama knew that he could take advantage, he could exploit the situation by demonstrating to the millionaires, the Hollywood celebrities, that Joe Biden, it was time to go to the farm. And that's why you saw Obama go over dramatically and jerk the hand and carefully walk the decrepit Commander-in-Chief off of the stage. They're trying to now shame Joe Biden. into leaving.

Yeah.

And if that doesn't work, you could see a movement to invoke the 25th. But here's the problem. Kamala Harris is less popular among Democrats than Joe Biden is.

So it could be that they're stuck. And that brings me to this. I I've been suggesting for a while that um That it could be that Mrs. Mrs. Obama Okay.

A.K.A. That Mrs. Obama. Could be the nominee. But I'm thinking something else.

Hillary Clinton has been getting into shape. Hillary Clinton has been out there making the rounds. And it could be very possible that as a latch last ditch effort, the Democrats could could let Hillary give it one last go. And maybe Hillary Clinton is going to be the nominee with someone like a Mrs. B.

M. Obama or someone else. I There are a lot of moving parts here. But after what we saw over the weekend, and really for the past couple of weeks now. With Joe Biden getting lost, literally lost on the world stage.

And again, our hat is off to the Italian prime minister. Maybe we can send her, I don't know. A couple of tanks or something as a way of saying thank you for rescuing our president. But I'm just telling you that something is up on the Democrat side. There's no way they're going to let Biden do this.

And it could be the final breaking point, could be the debates next week. Don't be surprised if Hillary Clinton becomes the nominee, folks. That's what I'm trying to say. 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926.

But, Tom, what about no, no, no, I know where you're going with that. It cannot be Gavin Newsome. David Usum is a heterosexual. Wealthy white man. And those are all negative.

Those are disqualifiers if you are running for office on the Democrat side of the aisle. By the way, there is a new survey out there.

Now they've whittled it down to four possible VP contenders, and I don't know who came up with this list. Trump is keeping it close to the vest, but now they're saying it could either be Marco Rubio, Byron Donalds, Ben Carson or Sarah Huckabee Sanders. Any of those folks, do that does that move the needle for you?

Now I like Byron Donalds. My question is, does he have the does he have is he ready to be president should that need arise? I do like Ben Carson though. But does Ben Carson have the political? You know, he is a moral and righteous man.

But does he have the The oof does he have the Bam! Does he have it that out on the campaign trail? I mean, it's a fair question to ask.

So, we're going to open up the phone lines this morning. 901-260-5926. Want to thank the great ladies from Unfiltered Radio down in Alabama. They did a great job filling in Friday, and I was listening as I was driving across the volunteer state. Great to be back in town.

By the way, you folks in WTJS land, you guys have a great radio station. I was driving through, listening on your radio station.

Sounds really good out there in Frankie Lacks country. All right, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Start Show. Thanks to the good people at American Hartford Gold, I'm able to bring you this urgent message: Inflation is on the rise again.

Well, all I can tell you is President Trump, and by the way, President Trump making history. When he showed up at that black church for the first time in modern political history, finally a candidate shows up who does not shuck and jive, who did not drop into this black preacher voice. The Donald Trump that you saw in that church was the same Donald Trump you see out there on the campaign trail. Thank you for that, Mr. President.

Cut 18, or cut number one, please. President Trump, I'm so humbled that you would be here. President Obama never came to the hood, so to speak, right? President Joe Biden, he went to the big NAACP dinner, but he never came to the hood.

So thank you. Thank you, Pastor. Wow. How about that? Let's go to the phone lines, 901-260-5926, Randy, Memphis, Tennessee.

KWA and Randy, no pressure, but you're starting out the entire week of callers here. Great. How are you doing? Randy, I'm doing well. What's on your mind today?

Oh, two things. You mentioned driving through Alabama. I drove through a couple of months ago and The difference between when you cross the state line from Mississippi to Alabama, Am I right, or is it like glass? I mean, it's like a video game, it's just perfect. That's very nice.

The roadway is very nice. Yeah, yeah. Oh, and when you mentioned Ben Carson may not having the political acumen, well, what about Truman? Yes.

Well, look, I thought Harry Truman, I mean, he did a good job, but I'm talking about, you know, in today's modern era, and you go back to the night, I'll give you an example. This is what I'm talking about, Randy. Go back to that 1960 election between Nixon and JFK, the first televised presidential debate. If you were watching the debate, JFK one. But if you were listening on the radio, you would say that Richard Nixon won.

And so a lot of it is communication, how you present yourself out on the campaign trail. I love Ben Carson. I think he would make a great president. The question is, will does he have what it takes out on the campaign trail? I see what you mean.

Image is everything almost.

Well, it shouldn't be, Randy, but it is. And again, Dr. Carson would probably be one of our most morally straight presidents in the history of the country. And but one thing also with surgeons is they they exercise too much control. They have a real issue with control.

Who who has control, Randy? Surgeons surgeons have a a real Bent on having to control everything is because they have to. And it may be hard to delegate.

Well, let me just say this: if I have somebody fiddling around inside my brain, yeah, I want that person to be in complete control. Absolutely. Radio, got to run. Appreciate that call. Thank you for listening.

901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. Coming up. We had a situation over the weekend. Have you heard about this story out in California?

We've got a piece up on it on ToddSterns.com. But there is a neighborhood in Los Angeles, and they have these no U-turn signs. And this is a predominantly gay area of Los Angeles, which is kind of most of Los Angeles. But anyway, this area in particular. And so they've got these no U-turn signs, and they've been up there for years.

And one of the problems back in the day, and I don't know if they still do this, but. Uh if you were looking for um A little um I don't know. action, you would cruise this neighborhood. And you would and the problem, the folks in the neighborhood were like, we don't want this in our neighborhood.

So they put up the no U turn signs.

So you could not you could not you couldn't turn around.

So Apparently, the gay rights community is all upset, and they're saying the no U-turn traffic signs are in fact. Homophobic. And, um They had to come down. And so they did. The LA City Council removed the no U-turn traffic signs in this predominantly gay neighborhood.

So now you just have to plow right through that you can't turn around anymore because the no you turn I'm just reporting the news, ladies and gentlemen. And again, I want to stress because over the weekend, more reports of people leaving skid marks on those gay crosswalks. If you are a heterosexual driver, you just have to drive across them. It's a trap. I'm serious.

And if you're a pedestrian, don't walk across them. It's a trap. We're just trying to be helpful here. Maybe we need to do a Pride Month traffic report. We'll work on that.

901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. Big tech, big government, and the progressives have done everything they can to silence truth and sanity. But there's a secret weapon out there that they can't touch. One year ago, a new digital streaming platform, the Real Life Network, was launched to provide a desperate world with much-needed programming free from the overreach and interference of government and media.

Now, the explosive growth they've seen speaks for itself. In one short year, more than 100 programmers have jumped on board to provide content from podcasts and interviews to sermons and conferences to kid shows and feature-length films. I'm proud to be among them. As you can find, the Todd Starn show and several of my interviews on Real Life Network. And get this: over 30 million minutes of programs that are free from the influence of secular agenda have already been viewed.

Real Life Network can change your life, and it's free.

So sign up now at reallifenetwork.com and receive a free digital download of Count. A book from Real Life Network founder Pastor Jack Hibbs. All right, so look, the Biden administration, or the Biden campaign rather, they're launching a $50 billion ad blitz. All they're talking about, they're hammering this issue home. They want you to know that Trump is a convicted criminal.

That's the whole point: $50 million, this ad blitz.

So you're going to be seeing these ads everywhere.

Now, they're taking a gamble here. Because they believe that ultimately That matters to you. That you The good church-going people of America would not vote for a convicted felon as President of these great United States. I contend that they are wrong. As a matter of fact, when you look at the polling and there is a I was on Newsmax this morning and I was talking about this, and I don't think they understood what I was trying to share with them.

I don't think it's a big deal. I think they could spend one hundred million dollars And I don't think it's going to matter one iota because people understand that Trump is the victim here of a weaponized judicial system. That's it. But there is a new poll out. And you do have to take all of this into consideration.

It's the Politico magazine Ipsos poll. And in that poll, they looked at independent voters, twenty one percent of independent voters Said, you know what? That's going to impact our vote. We're not going to vote for Trump. Because he's um a convicted felon.

Trump needs the independent votes.

So I'm just so their philosophy now on Team Biden is to between now and Election Day, every time you turn on the T V, you will see an ad reminding you that Trump is a is a convicted criminal. Mm-hmm. Is that going to change your vote? Have you changed your opinion about Donald Trump? Based on the conviction.

Our telephone number is 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. I'm going to play some audio. This is from CNN. And The media, the drive-by media, they don't get it.

They are completely clueless about all of this. They're saying, how in the world? Can all of these black people support Donald Trump? What's going on? Cut 19.

CNN, senior data reporter Harry Etten is with us.

So where does the race stand among African American voters right now? I keep looking for this to change, to go back to a historical norm, and it's simply put, has not yet.

So this is the margin or Biden and Trump among black voters compared where we were at this point in 2020, compared where we are now. You know, at this point, look at this. In 2020, Joe Biden was getting 86 percent of the African American vote. Look at where it is now. It's 70 percent.

That's a 16 point drop, John. And more than that, it's not just that Joe Biden is losing ground, it's that Donald Trump is gaining ground. You go from 7 percent single digits at this point in 2020 to now 21 percent. And again, John, I keep looking for signs that this is going to go back to normal, and I don't see it yet in the polling. If anything, right now we're careening towards a historic performance for Republican presidential candidates, the likes of which we have not seen in six decades.

They are soiling themselves over at CNNHQ right now. And people are just flummoxed over this. I'm flummoxed. In all seriousness, it's going to get worse for Biden. And here's the reason why.

Trump is moving the needle for one reason. Oh, yes. It's because that Trump is now a convicted. Fellow, and so now he can relate to black people. No, that's what the liberals want you to believe.

That ain't it. I'm going to explain this to you. It is very simple. Trump is genuine. Trump is authentic.

He's not walking around with a bucket of KFC when he goes to visit black people. Trump is the real deal. And he treats people like they're. Like they're equals. He treats him with respect.

He shows up in their neighborhoods. And he went into some places that Republicans had never even been to. And he said, Hey, what have you got to lose? Look around you. This is what the Democrats have done to you.

This is what the Democrat promises have done. Many neighborhoods in squalor. Crime rampant. Schools, kids are not kids are going to school in Memphis, Tennessee. An overwhelming majority of the kids can't read or do basic math.

Got a new superintendent in. And I don't know if she's a good person or not, but one of the first things she decided to do was cut all the fat. Out of the superintendent's office. announced that she's what eliminating a thousand jobs And if you're not doing your job, then you're gone. And now everybody's freaking out.

But it seems to me That if you've got a failing school, then you better do whatever you can do to get that fixed. Donald Trump's the only person out there addressing these issues. And he's not doing it from Mar-a-Lago. He's not doing it from Bedminster. He's doing it in the hood.

And I hope every Republican listening, I want you to hear me on this. Trump is showing you the path forward, the path to victory. Local Republicans, get out of your damn country clubs and get into the neighborhoods. And don't just go to pick up trash and do your little communities. No.

You've got to be a part of that community. And if we can do that, if we can show this authenticity, if we can. just grow our big tent party even bigger. then we are going to win over folks that normally would not vote For a Republican. I mean, it really is that simple.

And that's what Donald Trump is doing. It has nothing to do. I mean, people can relate to what happened to Trump and the weaponized judicial system, absolutely. But ultimately, that's not the reason that Trump is attracting so many new minority voters. The reason why?

is becau is because Trump cares. And the average black voter sees what the average white voter sees. And what is that? They see Who is listening to them? and is not only making promises, but is delivering on those promises.

901-260-5926. Real quick, let's go to Randy in North Carolina. Randy, what say you? Hey, good to hear you, Todd. How are you doing today?

I'm well. Thank you for asking, Randy. Excellent. Two points. Number one, Um Trump going into the church where he went was one of the best moves that he could have done.

Especially with Crazy Joe off in Hollywood trying to collect millions and couldn't even figure out where he was. I mean, that's a brilliant move. Second one. You made mention about all the commercials coming out that are the DNC is putting out reminding us that Trump is now aquerinal. And everything that went on before that, all the stuff with uh Um COVID and stuff like that.

Why isn't the RNC out there? Throwing something out. Against that.

Well, why aren't they out there countering that? They will. And again, I think when you look at the polling data, there's really not much reason to at this point because most people are not buying what the Democrats are selling here. And most everybody understands what happened in that court case.

So, you know, the RNC is going to be rolling out ads, and it is going to be pretty powerful. There's been a lot of stuff shared on social media. And Randy, I've been very impressed with what I've been seeing coming out of the Trump campaign. Whoever is running their advertising division, they deserve a pay raise because they're crushing it right now and really hitting home runs with these ads.

Okay. Uh it's it's just that one that really frosts me. That they're not coming out with anything. And the same thing, I know we're not talking about local, but the same thing with the ads. Against just what Brain did.

Mark Robinson. Our governor. Yeah, you're your Lieutenant Governor, Mark Robinson. They're coming after him. Look, the one person they hate worse than Donald Trump Is the black man running as a Republican for office?

That's what's going on there. And they are trying to destroy every black person running and embracing the Trump agenda, the America First agenda. They're going to go nuclear on those folks. But you're right. We've all got to stand together on this.

Randy, got to run, my friend. Hang tight, folks. We've got to take a quick break. Caroline Levitt from Team Trump coming up next. You might have heard Mike Lindella MyPelo no longer have the support of their box stores or shopping channels the way they used to.

The Daily Mail revealing a secret Democrat plot to replace Joe Biden before the election. Bill Clinton, according to the Daily Mail, Bill Clinton, President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Chucky Schumer will topple the aging president.

The Daily Mail revealed that if Joe loses in the first debate, Or if his polling numbers keep falling, it'll take a united front of the liberal old guard. to make Joe throw in the towel. Mrs. Obama, who has no close personal feelings for the Bidens, according to one source. Flat out ignored the invitation.

This is interesting.

So we're going to keep you updated. on that developing story coming out of the Daily Mail.

Well, let's go to the Patriot Mobile newsmaker line, say hello to President Trump's National Press Secretary, Caroline Levitt. Caroline, I hope you're doing well today. Hey, I'm doing great. Thanks so much for having me.

So look, Caroline, we were talking earlier in the program about really the juxtaposition of Donald Trump and Joe Biden over the weekend. Trump in the hood, meeting with the folks, Joe Biden out in Hollywood in front of a crowd of glitz and glamour, having to be let off the stage by former President Obama. I think it really does illustrate the choice that voters have this fall. That is exactly right, Todd. Once again, we've seen the tale of two campaigns.

We have President Trump, like you said, making outreach to the black community in Detroit, Michigan, a huge swing state, where he is currently leading Joe Biden. He was campaigning at a church, taking questions from attendees. at that church and community leaders. And then you had a f spectacular turnout at the Turning Point USA event, largely a very young crowd, young people, another demographic President Trump is leading with. And then you had Joe Biden, like you said, at this ritzy fundraiser with out of touch elitists in Hollywood, raising a bunch of cash and having to be ushered off of the stage by Obama in an embarrassing clip that the Biden White House and campaign have been running defense on all weekend.

They are very clearly triggered by this video. And they're trying to say it's a fake. I mean, it's unbelievable. People can see with their own eyes what happened. Clearly, Obama grabbed the hand of Biden to lead him off the stage, just like The Prime Minister of Italy had to do the same when Biden was at the G7 summit last week.

I mean, it's very apparent that Biden has these freeze-up moments where he does not know where he is and needs to be helped along. And the Biden campaign is freaking out that people are starting to catch on to just how clearly cognitively declined Joe Biden is. And there's an important thing that people need to understand. I talked about this earlier this morning. I was on Newsmax, and I said this is really not a question of age.

This is a question of mental acuity. This is what we're dealing with here. And I mean, President Biden can't help himself. I mean, this comes with old age. But the reality, Caroline, is that there are a lot of Democrats that are concerned.

I want to get your reaction to this headline out of the Daily Mail today that Democrats are plotting a Biden replacement. Does the campaign believe that Biden is going to be the ultimate nominee in the fall? I think we do. You know, I think It's Evident that the Democrats are going to try and do everything they can to shuffle Joe Biden over the finish line in November. Biden is set to be on a debate stage in 10 days from now with President Trump.

We greatly look forward to that opportunity for President Trump to show his strength versus Biden's weakness, to talk about the policy failures of this administration versus the success that President Trump had in his first four-year term. And so I think the Democrats are going to do everything they can to keep Biden in the game because he's controllable. He is a puppet. The far left has their claws dug into Joe Biden. They're getting everything they want from him.

They're getting a wide open border, an invasion of our country of tens of millions of legals. This week, Joe Biden is pledging to push mass amnesty for hundreds of thousands of illegals. That's exactly what the far left wants. And Joe Biden isn't putting up a fight because he, frankly, doesn't know where he is.

So the establishment is going to do everything they can to keep him at the top of the ticket.

Now, if something happens, Todd, I mean, I don't know. You'll have to ask the Democrats if. that's their plan, that's what we think it is. But even if it's not, even if something happens and Biden isn't at the top of the ticket, we are prepared because ultimately it's Democrat policies that have led our country into the chaos and the destruction that we've seen over the last few years. The entire Democrat Party has supported Joe Biden's open border.

The Democrat Party supports raising taxes on hardworking Americans. It's Democrat tax and spend policies like the Inflation Reduction Act that have led to the worst inflation crisis in a generation.

So Republicans' vision and President Trump's vision to secure our border, return common sense, rebuild the military, bring down inflation, those policies ultimately win every time. Caroline, the President set to be sentenced on july the eleventh. Of course, the convention starts on the 14th. Are there contingency plans being made? I had heard some reporting that that was the case in the event that President Trump could not physically be in Milwaukee.

No, that is actually false reporting from good old NBC, who talks to sources who think they know what's going on in this campaign, but they actually don't. Never has there been any plan other than President Trump attending the convention in Milwaukee in person, accepting the nomination in historic fashion. We very much look forward to that in a few weeks. And our team is working around the clock to plan the convention lineup. It's going to be a very exciting week of speakers, diverse speakers from across the country sharing why they're so excited President Trump is going to be the nominee, and he will be there to accept.

It's going to be one heck of a convention. And I'm telling you, Caroline, people are just, there is an excitement. I was speaking to Republicans near Nashville over the weekend, and people are ready to go vote right now. I mean, that's how excited they are.

Okay. Yes, there is a groundswell of support and enthusiasm for President Trump right now. It really is palpable. We feel it everywhere we go, whether it's Detroit, Michigan, like this past weekend, whether it's Pennsylvania, where President Trump will be next weekend in Philadelphia, holding a rally on Saturday night. He'll be in Wisconsin holding a rally tomorrow.

By the way, if anyone's listening and wants to attend either those events, they can go to Donaldjtrump.com to sign up. But the spirit, it truly is unlike anything that we've ever felt before. It's amazing. And it's because people just remember how much better their lives were under President Trump, and they're sick and tired of living under these terrible policies in Joe Biden, who can hardly talk, walk, or speak and never seems to know where he is. It's an embarrassment to our country.

People are ready for strong leadership again, and that's what President Trump offers. It is. It is. All right, Caroline, we're going to leave it there. I will say this: thank the President for just his authenticity.

For once, we finally had a candidate show up at a black Church that didn't do the whole preacher voice, show up with a bucket of chicken, you know, the pandering. We see that all the time. But what you saw from Donald Trump was the authenticity, and I think that just wins the day. I think so too. And you know what?

It's a huge risk what President Trump is doing right now, going into these traditionally Democrat communities to host rallies in places like the Bronx. We don't have a guarantee, by the way, when our campaign puts this stuff on that it's going to go off flawlessly, but it does every time. And that speaks to the fact that there is a real momentum and a shift in this country right now, even in traditionally Democrat cities and states, for President Trump. And it speaks to his courage and his love for the American people that he's willing to go into these maybe politically inconvenient places, I would say, for Republicans in the past. But he's making sure he's going into the heart of these territories to bring his winning message to every single voter possible.

And he's unafraid to do it. He's truly changed the Republican Party for the better. And he's leading the way. And he's the leader of this party. And we're going to continue to outreach to all voters and make sure this is the big tent party of everyone who believes in common sense and law and order.

And putting America first.

Well said, Caroline Levitt, President Trump's national press secretary. We've got to leave it there. Caroline, thank you. Folks, you heard it. It is the rally cry across this great nation.

Yeah, well, hello, everybody. Welcome to the program.

So I'm looking at this Daily Mail story, and so according to their sources. Democrats are going to be gauging Joe Biden's debate performance next week. To determine whether or not he's going to be able to go the distance. And the problem, and look, he would have already been gone, but the problem is. Kamala Harris.

She's terrible. And they can't risk having her step foot in the White House. But if Biden does poorly in the debate on Thursday, well, all bets are off, and there will be an effort afoot to replace uh Joe Biden on the uh the ticket. All right, 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926.

By the way, not only will I be doing the 5 o'clock show on Newsmax, they've asked me to fill in tonight, 8 o'clock Eastern. That used to be the old Eric Bowling show.

So you'll be able to watch me tonight on Newsmax, the main channel, starting at 8 o'clock tonight. I want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. Good to have with us Will Pierce, a contributor for the Daily Caller, and a former Biden and Sanders advisor. Will, good to have you with us today. Thank you for having me on, Todd.

You know, I'm curious to get your take on this reporting from the from the Daily Mail. There seems to be a lot of angst right now in Democrat circles. Are you hearing that from your former colleagues? Yes, I'm hearing that a little bit from my former colleagues. And one thing I'm actually hearing as well is actually the potential to bring back Hillary Clinton of all people to replace Biden at the top of the ticket as well.

You see, I was mentioning that in the last hour. I know everybody wants Michelle Obama. I'm not too sure she wants it. I think at the end of the day, she would do it if she had to, but Hillary Clinton wants it. Oh, yes.

Like Hillary Clinton, I think she won it since nineteen ninety two, to be honest. But like I think you and I could both agree, the American people and I even think the Democratic Party know that's not going to happen. Right now, the party's just in shambles. That was just one of the many reasons why I left. Um but right now they don't know who their next leader is.

Everyone's trying to figure out, you know, like um what they want to do and and everything like that. But then at the end of the day, the Democratic Party, they just lost touch with everyday American people. Um they don't care about wars going over in Ukraine and this and that and everything. They care about what's going on in their purse and when in their pocketbook as well. What do you make of Donald Trump over in Detroit over the weekend?

That was really a remarkable scene at that church. Absolutely. I think the Trump campaign to understand right now, just looking at the numbers, that Biden, he's You know, he's losing support across the board, but in particular with the African-American community. Right now, I think it was like four years ago, Biden had support upwards in the 80s, 90s in the black community.

Now it's around 60, 65 percent of myself. I'm a black American who changed former Democrat to Republican because of just everything that's going on with the party, but also because what President Trump did for the black community. If you look at what the Democrats have done for the black community, they have done nothing. Just look at the cities that are quote-unquote Democratic strongholds, such as Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and LA. You see just like what happens with Democratic policies overall.

So when you when you look at when you look at What Trump said. For me, Will, the takeaway was finally a guy who did not pander. You know, there was not a bucket of chicken brought out. He wasn't, you know, quoting or singing along to spiritual hymns. This was Donald Trump white guy just being authentically Donald Trump white guy.

And that's what the American people want. And like, overall, right now, this is the thing. Like, you know, like, let's go back to the black. like um just like how the Democratic Party has been pandering to black people real quick, okay? You hit the nail on the head, you know, and then even Biden going as far as saying, if you do not support me, you ain't black.

Who is a gov, I'm sorry, a senator from Delaware to say that of all things? And if you just look at his past record with the crime bill and just overall, it's just a terrible thing for him to say. And that just speaks. Volume of who he is and who the party is right now. Oh, look, well, look, I'm from the South, so I've got some street cred from what I'm about to say.

My concern with Joe Biden is he brags about having lunch with all these former KKK guys. I can tell you, as a Southerner, we're not going down to Waffle House and sharing some scattered, covered, and smothered with a guy in a white bed sheet and a pointy hat. That's not what we do here.

So that kind of was off-putting for me. Oh, yeah, absolutely. And then then on top of it, if you just a perfect example is just the city of Chicago. This is a city that has been Democrat since pretty much has been created. But the wondering is this, what has um what has um the city of Chicago, what has the Democratic Party done overall for black people in Chicago?

Nothing. But then then you have these migrants who come in out of nowhere and they're getting handouts, they're getting this and that and everything. And then you just have the Democratic Party saying, oh, no, well you have to support us now because you're black. I'm sorry. That it's just unacceptable.

What I saw was just a level of respect, not just coming from President Trump, but also from the people that were seated there. It was interesting how they called him Mr. Trump or Mr. President. There was just some mutual respect there, and especially, and you could see Trump light up when they would introduce somebody as an entrepreneur or a business owner.

And that is Trump in his element, I think. Absolutely. And Todd, I'm absolutely glad you brought that up because this video I saw this weekend that like the Biden campaign put out as a good video was Biden talking with a small business owner. I think it was actually in Michigan as well. And then he's asking her, he's like, oh, how's it going?

She's like, oh, I'm doing so great. I have so many government grants. I'm sorry, I'm a business owner. I do not care about government grants. I actually want less government grants because I know that's going to mean less taxes for me.

I care about what my business is doing and how it's growing, not government grants. And that's just one thing that the Democratic Party pushes overall. It's they just don't understand just everyday mechanics for everyday people.

So, what is your guidance here for the Republican Party? Because while Trump is being very effective here, I think the Republicans, this is a new concept for them, going into places that they normally would not go. What guidance would you give local Republicans as they want to reach out to other communities? How do they do that? I think their approach right now is just acts and speech louder than words and also just show like the record overall.

Show overall what the the lack of support that the Democratic Party has done over years, if not decades, and then just show what you have done in the community as well. Acts and speech are louder than words overall just in every community, but in particular in the black community, because I'm sorry, just for years, you know, we've been promised, oh, do this, do that, and this will happen. And then we just see what happens with the Democratic Party. We see instead tax dollars going overseas to fight in wars where we don't need to be. We see instead, you know, we see black men and women serving in the military, fighting those wars, getting even more support overseas than having support in their community.

We see like the abysmal school records coming out. We see the the jumping crime. We see this gun, you know, gun rights and gun and gun control effort coming out from the from the Democrats. But then if you look in Chicago, I'm sorry, the city where they're like championing gun control, it is the worst city when it comes to the lack of gun control right now. Fascinating.

Well, Will, appreciate the insight and great stuff. We're going to get you back on. Appreciate all the work you're doing over at the Daily Caller, and we're glad you saw the light and came over to the right side here. Thank you very much, Todd. You have a good day.

All right. Will Pierce, everyone, a contributor for the Daily Caller and a former adviser and staffer for the Biden and Sanders team.

So there you go. I think it's all about authenticity. That's really what it's all about. By the way, I've got to play some audio for you. Um My good friend Pastor Frederick Tappan.

He is the pastor of Eureka True Vine Baptist Church, a great, great congregation. And Pastor Tappan was very upset over the Presbyterians. And I don't know how many Presbyterians we have listening to us. Maybe we have a large Presbyterian audience. I do not know.

Good people, though. But anyway, you Presbyterians, I got a question for you.

So, there is a Presbyterian church in Memphis. It's the first Presbyterian church, it's downtown. And I'll just give you: this is one example of the church and their ideology. There is a massive Black Lives Matter banner that has been unfurled on the side of the church. I don't see much about Jesus, but BLM is very well represented, as are the gay folk.

The the alphabet activist.

So anyway, the Presbyterians have been offering during a Pride Fest something called Glitter Blessings And I'm not quite sure how this works. We did reach out to see if we could figure out what that looks like. Do you just walk up and you say, I want to be blessed, and then they poof, they just poof you with glitter? Yeah.

Pardon me while I'm throwing my microphone around. I was poofing too much. My apologies. Gotta watch those heterosexual poofs. Anyway, uh so they had the glitter they had the glitter I'm not sure what that means, Dylan.

That sounds naughty, but I don't th that Yeah. It's an unforced error.

So anyway, Yeah. Enough of this poofing.

So we've got the uh the Presbyterians, and they're offering the glitter blessings. And then Sunday, they had a full-blown gay pride worship service. I kid you not. We have the receipts. We made poor Ben Dieter listen to this worship service, and it was insane.

So, you know how they have the children's sermon where the little children will come running up to the front and they sit around their preacher and the preacher tells them a little story.

Well, in this case, the story was about a cat who hangs out with a lesbian family. And I. No, I'm not making this up. Frederico was the name of the cat. Then a soloist they you know they had the special music.

Have you noticed you know, the church, you have a special song? And so they had a guy get up there and sing Cindy Lauper's True Colors. And that dude was pitchy. I I'm sure he meant well. His heart was in the right place, but his vocal cords were not.

And so then they invite the Jewish rabbi to speak at the Christian church, and he gave a homily about tolerance. And to wrap things up, the organist did an instrumental rendition of Somewhere Over the Rainbow. Even the gay people are like, Whoa, that's man, that's really out there, pal. Mm-hmm. Rain it in.

Rain it in. So, anyway, they stopped just short, and I was kind of concerned about this. I was just waiting for like a brigade or a delegation of drag queens to come in. I was watching the service online, and they were going to take up the offering. And if you could just imagine all the Presbyterians lining up at the altar, and they're stuffing the tithes and offerings into the thongs of the drag queens.

As they're singing, It's Raining Man. Hallelujah. Anyway, we have some audio from this. Uh this is a um The woman's, this is the female preacher. Do we call them lady preachers, preacherettes?

What do we call them? No, heretics is a good deal.

Okay, that works. Cut 13. Creating God. God, who intentionally made each and every one of us in your divine image. God who doesn't make mistakes.

God who created the first human with no gender. We ask the Holy Spirit to give us an appreciation for the entire diversity of creation. Give us hearts to love all varieties of sexuality, gender identity, and expression. Even when we do not fully understand the differences we encounter. Help us to celebrate those who are different from us.

May we all all creation. as you have loved us.

Okay, Jesus. And it was like an hour-long service, and it felt like two hours. That was terrible. Oh, here's the reading of Frederico and all it's for the children. Cut twelve.

Good morning, friends. The story I'm going to read this morning is called Federico and His Families. And it is.

So let's see what this cat does. Yeah.

Federico is a very special cat. He has white socks. and many families. How is it possible for him to have many families, I wonder? Federico enjoys having breakfast.

Ann and her brother Sam and their two mom. He loved wheat yogurt at their house. And the poor children, all right, we're good with that. And the poor children were like. What the hell is this woman talking about?

I mean, you could see it in their eyes. They're like, what the? What's going on here? Oh, this is the. We have the audio.

This is the actual song.

So the soloist at First Presbyterian singing. A lovely rendition of a Cindy Lauper saw Cut Fourteen. Yeah Woo-hoo! Sweet Lord. Me a smile.

Okay, don't he and I heard somebody actually renounce their gayness after this. Yeah, I don't want to have any part of this, pal. I am laughing. That's Can we can we play that opening note again? Yeah.

What? I Is this church, ladies and gentlemen? You Presbyterians out there, does this reflect your religion? This is unacceptable. That is not the first Presbyterian church.

That's the first church of Sodom and Gomorrah. 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Starn Show. All right, want to give a quick shout out. to a great business in town.

Call. Humpty Stumpty. They finally took care of this tree stump that I've needed removed. Alex is the owner, and it is a great business. And the guy came out and he says he was shocked that I had called.

He was like, wait, are you the Todd Starnes? I'm like, well, I'm just Todd Starnes who needs a stump removed. Are you Stumpty? And he said, well, actually, I'm Alex, but that's the name of the company. And anyway, he's a big fan of K-Wham and the show.

And Alex came out and did it free of charge. Of course, we couldn't let him do that.

So we got him hooked up with about every book I own, a coffee mug, all sorts of great stuff. But Alex, thank you very much, and we appreciate your great work. Let's go to Betty in North Carolina. Hi, Betty. What's going on?

Well, I just wanted to I I am A Christian conservative. And I belong to the Evangelistic Presbyterian Church. I was appalled at what I heard you say just on your eyes. Want to turn your radio down? I couldn't believe it.

I was just totally appalled. There are two. in Henderson disc. We do have the team. Ah, C F Oh shoot.

DC, USA, are the liberals. The evangel, the evangelical. Evangelica. uh Presbyterian Church is where I belong. I was totally appalled at what you were saying.

I I couldn't believe my ears. That's why I had to turn the the radio down because the things that you were saying. Oh my gosh This turret should be Reformation. Hendersonville Church or the Hendersonville Presbyterian Church. They're both EPC churches.

In the Reformation, they bring the little children up. and they sit on their little pads. And he reads. A sermon to him. uh you know a sermon about Jesus, one of the stories out of the Bible.

and they're sitting there with their eyes f glued on him. Then they sing A Church. Uh a special Killed him a song, and they know it. I love Jesus.

So, Betty, you're telling me no drag queens at your church. Oh, good lord, but no, I'm appalled at that. All right. Really? Betty, we got a scared.

I can tell you're appalled, and I would be too. I'm just, did that sound like a church service to you? That's what got me. Anyway, got to take a quick break here: 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show.

All right, welcome back, everybody. Good to have you with us. This story out of Philadelphia. The OCF coffee house, they have three locations, shutting down. The reason why is their staff decided to unionize.

So they've been in business for about thirteen years, and this is a pretty good coffeehouse. They offered great benefits package.

So their baristas got health, dental, a matching four hundred one K. But the workers wanted more. And so they unionized. And now Everybody's unemployed. More than thirty workers.

Many of them, by the way, are demanding the owners reopen the shops that. Who do they think they are? Who do they think they are? They have to open up their shop. I need a paycheck.

The local union accused the coffee shop owners of retaliating against workers by shutting down. You know, I remember a time in this country when a cup of coffee cost what about a quarter? No vintes, no grandes. I didn't care that the coffee beans were sourced from some sort of, I don't know, a third world country. Harvested by the native indigenous people.

I didn't care about that. There was no soy brain. Barista misspelling my name on the cup. No, just a waitress. She knew your name.

She poured you a cup of coffee and it was always good to the last drop. Mm, I miss those days. Want to go to the Patriot Mobile newsmaker line, our good friend Dave Bratt, Vice Provost for Engagement and P R at Liberty University, greatest university in America and the world. Tay, Brad, you remember those days, don't you? God started.

I do. I'm old. I'm older than most people think.

So, yeah, I got a lot of gray hair now. And I remember the good old days where, you know, A man was married to a woman and you had a family and you had a house and you paid the bills and you were happy, you went on vacation. And unfortunately, those days are gone until this country turns it around. We can do it anytime, but we need to turn it around. Not to chase a squirrel here, but I had to go to the dermatologist last week.

The lady who does my hair and makeup for Newsmax is like, you got a big spot on your head. And I'm like, oh, God. I think it might be cancer. What? So I go down there and I'm filling out the form, and it's like they said, we have to know what your gender identity is.

And I told him, I'm like, well, if you can't tell, I'm not sure I want you, you know, fiddling around with whatever's on top of my head. Anyway, but that's not why we have you here. It's just so crazy. These young workers seem to think that these businesses, these coffee houses, have an obligation to pay them $70,000, $80,000 a year. Yes.

Well, I don't know where to start, right? You see, you always start at the top of the hierarchy. The country's falling away from God, right?

So once you lose your values and the idea that you should be working for God every day, And that's what motivates you. And you don't have a sense of entitlement, you have a sense of Wanting to serve your country and your fellow Men and women in the business sphere and do a good job just for the sake of doing a good job. That's gone, right? Religiosity and patriotism, according to Wall Street Journal, fell. thirty percentage points over the past five years.

Right, so that that's a daunting statistic. And then on the economics front, there's guys at Northwestern University. He's the leading economist in the field, he's a liberal. And he's got charts showing productivity down for seventy years in a row.

So that's what you call a trend in economics, right?

So productivity growth down seventy years in a row because we've let it go down. What's one of the reasons we let it go down?

Well, this may shock your audience. Did you know that the United States government sector is bigger than China? Both in real terms and in percentage terms. Our government sector is 18% of our economy. China's totalitarian communist surveillance state is only 14%.

of their economy. And so if you're throwing that much money at the government sector, guess what? Your productivity goes down. And then when you offshore all the jobs, your productivity goes way down and the American workers are left with no jobs. And yet, they keep voting for the same politicians who have done this to them for forty years.

This is the part. Where you got to scratch your head, right? It's like, why do we keep replaying the same movie? And the Republicans are a hair better than the Democrats. All political views are my own.

But they're not that much better, right? They just voted for a $7 trillion budget that funded the administrative state. and the deep state and the CIA and the FBI and all this stuff that's attacking Americans right now. And so it's economics. And by the way, CBO, right, in the Congressional Budget Office.

has productivity growth continuing down for the next thirty years. Right.

So anybody that says our economy is doing great right now, well, The CBO in their forecast, their macroeconomic forecast, says no, it's not doing. The stock market's going through the roof. Right, and that's the major change. All the gains, all the productivity gains from shipping. American jobs overseas has gone to the rich ten percent.

The rich 10% own 90% of the assets, of the stocks and bonds and pensions. And the rest of the country is left with nothing. There is an alignment going on right now, right? A realignment. It's not Republican, Democrat.

Populist versus the elitist. And so we'll see how that turns out in November. Dave Bratt is joining us here, folks. Vice Provost for Engagement and PR at Liberty University, former congressman as well, and a great American patriot. Dave, we were looking out in California where they've just these fast food restaurants have just been decimated, In N Out Burger, now announcing they're going to have to raise their prices.

How do you think the economy is going to impact? The election. Oh, I think huge. California is so far off the wall. I don't know if that's recoverable.

But the I got I got friends out there who tell me about tons of their friends having to shut the doors on their business as they just They can't do it anymore, mainly because what you just said, the input costs and the labor costs are through the roof. Uh but it The the number one variable that has America ticked off is inflation. Right.

And that's why six months ago, Axios and all the mainstream media was writing articles telling the White House. Dear White House, you need to pay attention to this because we want continued leftist governments for some reason. Right.

And so, why inflation?

So, inflation is down to only 3% right now. That's a true statement. But what they don't tell you is that means prices are still going up three.

So, prices have already gone up 20% in the past four years, right? You've lost. 20% of your purchasing power.

So every dollar you have in your wallet. But more importantly, every dollar you have in your retirement account is no longer worth a dollar. It's only worth 80 cents. That's Straight economics, right? There's no exaggeration going on here at all, except the number might be higher.

if you listen to former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, From Obama. He says when inflation was at its peak at 18, at 9%, sorry, it was actually 18% for housing and cars. because we didn't count the interest costs in the inflation calculations. Right, so add food, everybody knows food's up thirty percent. and then throw in housing and cars at twenty.

And that's why the American people are they're not feeling bad. it th it it they're being terribly Affected by the economy. It's tearing the households apart. And there's all sorts of stats that go along with it, right? 50 to 66 percent are living paycheck to paycheck.

Uh if sixty percent don't have five hundred dollars toward an emergency Uh there's just Stat after stat. It's heartbreaking. Because it doesn't have to be this way. But you know, if part of it's easy to blame on China and the elitists, and then part of it, you got to look in the mirror. and say, hey, there's no reason Johnny and Mary can't take charge of their lives, right, spiritually, educationally work hard, study entrepreneurship, come to Liberty University, get your head on straight and you can still do okay in spite of it all.

And then eventually, this country has to learn how to vote right and turn this country around. That's going to take a heavy lift. You know, one of the things, speaking of heavy lifts, is a nice segue. There's a great story on the Liberty University website. You guys have a steel bridge team, and these are students, and they were in a national competition.

They got first place in nationals in Louisiana for designing building a bridge, which is pretty spectacular. And the point of this, Dr. Bratt, is there is a new study out. And they're showing that Gen Z young people are really focusing on the trades. And a lot of kids are really even making money on TikTok and some of the socials by doing these demonstrations on here's how you do this electrical issue or here's how you build a house, for example.

Are you starting to hear that among the young people there at Liberty? Yes, yes. There's a lot more people just getting focused on things that are going to make them more successful over the next decade, right? And that skill set, the trades Is guaranteed. The blue collar pay rates are still going up.

The white collars are getting hurt.

So they're doing what's smart. That's my good buddy in engineering over there, Mark Korstemeyer. Who's just beloved by the students and training in the students on. uh the the bridge building and and engineering, right, and IT information technology, IS, computer science. All of those are also winners.

But there's a lot of students getting involved. I just got off the phone 30 minutes ago. The young football player from Dallas called me up. He's going into construction and he's going to do an MBA here and wants to know the best coursework to prepare for that. And my answer is always.

Go find the firm you would most love to work for right now, right? Go find that firm and give them a call. and say, hey, I'm preparing to go to work for your firm. What should I take during my MBA courses? And can I get an internship with you next summer?

And that firm will go, really? There's young people that foresighted. I want you in in tomorrow. right? Come visit my firm.

And so you young people out there, Find your dream. Pray, see what gifts God's given you. Use your brain. It's a rational process as well. And get prepared, and you will do fine.

Well, I just think this is pretty spectacular. And congratulations to the civil engineering students here at Liberty University, great students and the faculty, and they're just crushing it as is the entire university.

So doctor Bratt, always good to have you on, and appreciate your great insight, as always. Go, John Starnes. I like the disco, the disco. Why are you coming from Memphis, Tennessee, man? I was like, okay.

I was telling Dylan, our audio engineer, we've got to always represent the music on this show, being from Memphis. Got to. Got to. Great. All right.

Dave Bratt, I got some ribs waiting for you. Come on down to Memphis one of these days. I'm coming, baby. I'm coming. All right.

There we go. Dr. Dave Bratt, ladies and gentlemen, Liberty University, Vice Provost, Engagement and PR. Good man, right there. All right.

Got to take a break. And I'm curious: do you have Gen Zers in your family? Are they looking at maybe doing the being an electrician, construction worker, doing the welding? These civil engineers, and you heard Dr. Bratt say a football player wants to do construction.

What's going on? Hey, Todd, my friend. Thanks for having me on. Oh, let's put Bill on hold. We got to get the.

Bill, we got a bad phone signal.

So you give us a call back. And we'll try to get that sorted out. In the meantime, can we talk about Chucky Schumer, for just a moment. Dylan, have you seen this photograph that's been circulating around Senator Chuck Schumer, the Senate Majority Leader? working the grill at his daughter's house.

We come from a family of grillers. Oh, yeah. We got the smoked pork butt on every holiday. That's right. Your dad has one of the best.

I don't know what he does, but when he smokes that brisket, sweet mercy. Very good. Very good. And your uncle as well. I'm trying not to name names here.

We don't want people like spamming them. But we know how to smoke a butt in the Stearns family. That's what I'm trying to say here. Anyway, uh Chucky Schumer Was at his daughter's house. I love how he has to make this about it.

He's got to go woke. And he made the point of saying that he was at his lesbian daughter's house.

So the daughter is married to a woman. And here's what he wrote on X. Our family has lived in an apartment building for all our years, but my daughter and her wife. just bought a house with a back yard, and for the first time we're having a barbecue with hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill. And so sure enough, they're like hot dogs and they're these gray looking hamburger patties.

They look nasty. Nasty And so, anyway, he's got the spatula, and he's grinning from ear to ear. And one of the raw hamburger patties, there's a slice of cheese on it. Who does that? Come on, man I mean, take a little bit of pride in your grilling skills here.

Somebody said, Chuck is making E. coli with cheese. It's true. First of all, We're just assuming that that was real beef. I don't think it was.

It looked like. It looked like beef that had been out for a couple of weeks. And it was not there was something growing on that meat. But then again, it may not have been beef at all. As a matter of fact, some people are saying, no, this was actually a veggie burger.

So that and that it may not have been cheese. It could have been a slice of tofu. You know what I would have done? I would have picked up the phone, there would be a pizza coming. For Father's Day.

So anyway, Chuck had to delete it. He got ratioed by all these conservative accounts. And we actually offered, and you know, Memphis, we know how to do the grill. That's what we do around here, all right? And we're happy to help people out.

Even the Democrats deserve a good juicy burger. They don't deserve to eat whatever that was. Anyway, Chuck. Deleted the post. Come on, man.

Really? You're going to do that? That being said, the hot dogs didn't look too terribly bad. But those burgers, yeah, that's uh come on now. Unbelievable.

So, if you have some advice for Chuck Schumer when it comes to grilling, we're happy to share that guidance. 901-260-5926, our number. That's 901-260-5926. By the way, we are launching, well, we have launched. We get a lot of questions about ads.

We've got a packed next hour. Grace Baker is going to drop by. Also, you're not going to believe what is happening in Portland, Maine. The Pride Parade and what they were having the children fondle. It's going to drive you bonkers.

All right, got to take a break here. 901-260-5926. Dr. Drew Pinsky is going to be here. Our good buddy from the wellness company, Grace Baker.

It's going to be a lot of fun. We'll be right back. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. That's right. I love this American.

Well, we've got our hands on the official transcript of Biden's speech of that Hollywood fundraiser. Oh wow, geez Lou, folks. It's bad. It's really bad.

So, by the way, welcome to the Todd Stearns Radio Extravaganza.

So, very happy to have you with us today.

So this is what This is just a snippet. of what of what Biden had to say. And then Obama responded to. This is the official transcript, mind you. This is Joe Biden.

You know, my, you know, my son says you ought to have a, you know, we all have various short-term descriptions for your jobs, for your what you accomplished. And you should say Joe Jobs because it's about jobs, about giving people a shot. You give them a shot, they never let you down. And Obama just simply replied, Well, there you go. What?

It's what what did he say? I don't know what he said. Anyway, it's not looking good there for Joe. And by the way, you got to go to the website and watch that video, if you haven't seen it, of Obama physically grabbing Joe Biden and ushering him off the stage. Otherwise, we would have had to have issued another silver alert.

You know what? Biden ended up in West Hollywood trying to make a, I don't know, a U-turn. That could have been badly for everybody. I want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. It has been a while since we've had.

The Man, the Myth, and the Legend. We're talking about Ray Richardson, the morning host at WLOB, host of the Ray Richardson Show, and the most popular guy in Maine. Ray, how's it going? It's going wonderful, Todd. How are you?

I'm so glad to be part of an extreme Travic Anza, I've never done that before.

Well, you know, I figured we needed to up our game since I knew you were coming on the show today. We just didn't want to have a regular run of the mill like Harry Hurley show or Jeff Cat show. We had to up our game a little bit for you.

Well, I greatly appreciate it. Being part of an extravaganza makes me feel very special. Ray, we got to talk about what's going on here. You guys have some perverts there in Maine. This is pretty shocking.

The family-friendly all-ages gay pride event. And uh there was some pretty freaky stuff happening in Portland. Hmm. Yeah, you know, as you may imagine Which is I don't simply attend the Portland Parade. And I was unaware of this until the amazing Grace Baker got hold of me.

But holy cow. I mean, I've seen some stuff from around the country and my He and I have talked about it. And you know, this is supposed to be about pride, which I don't really understand because if you're born that way, where's the accomplishment? Pride is something you usually take from something you've worked hard to do, but This is insane. And I guess, Todd, my question is.

Where are the indecency laws? Yeah.

I mean, this just seems bizarre. Yeah, this is according to the reporting out there, and the videos and the photographs, there were women walking around topless. Showing off their double mastectomy scars. And then they were actually giving children these plushies that were designed to look like. Male genitalia.

And this is happening in Portland, Maine. at a family friendly Pride event.

Well, to be honest, you know, you sh I love Maine. My wife, you know, Todd, we've talked about it many times. We both grew up in a wonderful little town called Leesburg, Florida, not far from the villages. And we got married and we moved to Maine 39 years ago. And we love Maine.

We love this state with all that we have. We've raised our kids here. Our grandchildren are being raised here. But Portland, Maine is run by the DSA, the Democratic Socialist of America. Wow.

And these folks have some pretty crazy ideas about what normalcy is. And this is one of them. I I say this all the time. You call this Berkeley East. This is the most liberal city on the East Coast.

And you know, I mean, a couple of years ago, we had this topless women's march protesting something. I don't even know what. And you know, Todd whenever they do something like this, You know, it's never really the kind of woman that you might say, Well, I'll go down and watch. It's not those kind of women that show up for. That kind of approach.

I'm being funny here, but my point is. How is this normal? And how can you have pride in this behavior? It's nuts. Yeah, I just don't get it.

And I have to imagine the folks listening to us on WLOB right now are just appalled to know that they're making national headlines because of this insane, profane event. And if this had I suspect if this had happened any other time of year outside of this particular month, that people would be facing charges, criminal charges, sex crime charges, Ray.

Well, and at the very least, they would be outraged by it. I guess because. You name it pride and adopt God's rainbow as your flag. You're allowed to do any dadgum thing you want to do in public, but at any other time, you're absolutely right. People would be outraged by this kind of behavior.

Over the weekend, not in Portland, thank God, but in another town, somebody sent me. Um a video And it was grown men riding bicycles naked down the street. And a couple of little children joined them riding their bikes naked down the street in a pride. And I looked at my wife's TD and I said, Are we in Sodom and Gomorrah? What is going on?

According to the main wire. And they've got a lot of photographs up here. There were also a number of people dressed in. furry costumes, uh these people really kind of creep me out. Um And they had a banner that said.

Furcation land furry pride.

So they had all sorts of stuff going down in downtown Portland over the weekends.

Okay. It is crazy, Todd. There's just no doubt about it. And furries is apparently a big thing up here. I'm a great believer in freedom, but this isn't normal.

And you know what we're really doing? And I hate to say this, but I really do believe this in my heart. This isn't just me and you on the radio, me being prodoc provocative. I think we're we're part of their mental illness. I think these people are struggling with mental illness And because we're allowing all this to happen, we're complicit in it.

These folks need help. This isn't normal behavior. I said on the airwaves on Friday. Where are the normal gay people denouncing this behavior. If I were gay, And I'm not.

But if I were, I wouldn't want to be associated with this I mean, I have gay f folks gay friends. They're not like this. But They go crazy with this pride stuff. I don't know where the normal gay people are of America saying, hey, look, this isn't us. This isn't who we are.

Yeah, no, and I hear you, and I hear that a lot. And I hear from many of them who are really afraid to speak out because they will, you know, the mob will go after them too, and nobody wants the mob coming after them. I get it, but sooner or later, you know, people I know gays against groomers, they've been out there speaking out against all this stuff. But this is just really beyond inappropriate. It is criminal what they were doing in that parade there in Portland, Maine.

Ray, we got to leave it there, my friend. We got a bad phone connection. Terribly sorry, but always good to hear from you, and I'm glad you're doing well. Thank you, Todd. I appreciate it.

All right, Ray Richardson, everybody, host of the Ray Richardson Show on WLOB. Very curious to hear from you folks there in the Portland area. Your reaction to what was happening in your downtown area over the weekend. Jeez Alou. 901-260-5926.

That's 901. two six zero five nine two six. The um Oh, where is that video? I was, we're going to coming up, but oh, here we go. I found it.

I found it. I found it. So. I have a question for you. Let's say that you have an unruly child, and the child continues to misbehave.

What do you do with that child?

So you tell the child, if you do this, I'm going to count to three. And if you don't do what I'm telling you to do by the count of three, you're going to get in trouble. And so one, two, three, and the kid is still doing it. What do you do? And then what happens if you have a child?

Let's say. Oh, let's say that you've got a kid and the kid is out there and he's throwing rocks at the windows. And you tell your child over and over and over again to stop, but the child won't stop. At what point do you discipline your child?

Well, in Montgomery County, Maryland. They have had a 300% increase in youth crime. The Utes in Montgomery County are Hellions. And so police don't know what to do. They're arresting the kids.

That's not working.

So they've decided to regroup. And now. The police are. Are announcing a new campaign. That if If you are well behaved.

You will receive A delicious ice cold free slushy. Mm-mm. Cut 20. Here in Tacoma Park, if police catch your child this summer in the act, they might get a ticket. The Operation Chill program is now underway, but take a look at the citation closely.

It's a free slurpee. This is an innovative way. The police department here is aiming to reduce crime and build rapport between the youth and cops. Anytime an officer sees a child making a good decision, being kind or doing the right thing, they will issue a ticket locally. There has been a sharp increase in juvenile crime and crime here in Tacoma Park has increased last year due to social issues, drugs, and changes in laws affecting juveniles.

According to Police Chief Antonio Duvall, MCPD data shows since 2022 the number of juveniles arrested for violent crimes has risen in the county by more than 300 percent. From FY22 to 23, the number of juvenile violent crime suspects increased by 170%. 78%, and the number of young victims also rose in the county by more than 200%.

So uh So here's how it works. Say you have little Bubba Earl and his friend Tyrone. And they see somebody driving up in a Dodge charger. And so Bubba Earle and Tyrone decide, you know what? We're going to carjack that guy.

And then Tyrone says to Bubba Earle, But you know what? Maybe, just maybe, we shouldn't do that. Maybe, just maybe we should put our weapons away. And if we do that, maybe the police will give us a delicious slurpee. The Is that is it working?

I I don't know. We have a lot of WCBM listeners in that part of the country. Are you guys is this working? Are the kids have they decided to put down the guns and the ammo and instead they're picking up delicious ice cold slurpees? I I I don't know.

May maybe Yeah. Yeah.

You know what my parents did? They picked up something called a belt, and they weren't afraid to use it. And they would, and I suspect there was a time in this country, and I think Gen, honestly, Gen X. We were the last free generation. I'm telling you, everything that came after us, you folks are screwed up.

And I'm not blaming you. I'm blaming your parents. We can blame society. But I'm telling you, Gen Xers, we are hardy people. We are we came from tough we came from tough backgrounds.

And there was a time in this country where parents would beat the devil out of you. Because honestly, that's the only way to do it. In some cases, that was it. And everybody pretty much turned out okay. We did not have mass shootings, by the way, back when I was growing up.

We didn't have that. I'm just telling you. Anyway, maybe that's the way to go. You know, crime all over the place. Maybe in Memphis, Tennessee, you know, they should be doing the Slurpees over in Hollywood.

They had the big, they had somebody, hundreds of guys just stormed this poor little jewelry store. Maybe they should give the kids Slurpees. Probably wouldn't do a slurpee in West Hollywood, but you know. Hollywood Beverly Hills, okay. 901-260-5926.

That's 901-260-5926. No, I'm just saying. That That Generation X for all of our problems with the music. We gave you people Cindy Lauper and Boy George. I get it.

We It is what it is. And we had some pretty questionable fashion choices. I'm thinking about parachute pants right out of the gate. But otherwise, we had a great generation. And now we've got, and the problem is Gen Xers, we raised the millennials.

Now, millennials are birthing the Gen Zers, and it's we've got to regroup here, folks. We've got to regroup. All right, got to take a break. We'll be right back. Eastern.

Broke my leg And a failure. Lost my wife and a girlfriend Somewhere. I love this song. That's your dreamland. The road's all right.

All right, that was George Straight over in College Station over the weekend, Texas AM. Don't I know you're a big music guy? I mean, this was remarkable, setting an all-time record. This is a brand new record for concerts, 110,905 tickets sold. That's more than Taylor Swift.

Yeah.

Huge. And he can actually sing, right?

So that's. His songs actually mean something. Yeah, no, this is pretty amazing. And he's out this setting the all time attendance record for a ticketed concert. And this does lead to a fun trivia question.

And I'm going to, you know what? We're going to offer a book for anybody who can figure this out. But I want to know who held the previous record. Who held the previous attendance record? For all-time attendance record.

If you know the answer, I'm going to give you a copy of my brand new book, Twilight's Last Gleaming. Can America Be Saved? 901-260-5926. Do you know the answer, Dylan? I don't.

I'm thinking of like big artists now, but it's probably older than like you got to go back to it's I will say this, you got to go back to the seventies. Oh, that's I mean back in the seventies and eighties, that was kind of like the zenith of the big stadium concerts with the the rock bands especially. And then in the 90s and 2000s, you had the country stars doing that. But anyway, 901-260-5926. Who held the previous record Yeah.

Attendance at a concert. It's a it's It's a great, it's a great trivia question. Anyway, this was also a record at Texas AM Stadium. This is Kyle Field, where they had the concert. Oh, there's just something special about just having.

Tens of thousands of people singing along together. And it was very respectful. It was just kind of like you're sitting around a big, you know, a big bar and singing some of the oldies, but goodies. I kinda you kinda miss that. In American life.

This is one of those great American moments. I mean, to be perfectly honest about it. All right, 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926. Coming up, Grace Baker, if you want to give her a birthday shout-out, she's also going to be talking about the Caitlin Clark controversy in the WNBA.

May I just say something about that before we go to break here? They're not going to stop. And by they, I mean the angry black lesbians, they're not going to stop.

So Caitlin Clark. Is out of the game. I mean, they're gonna seriously injure this woman. We got to talk about that. We'll have that conversation with Grace Baker.

Also, Dr. Drew Penske is going to drop by. We'll be right back. I told you, it's a good trivia question, isn't it, Dull? A great one.

I think this is pretty cool. Let's go to Carrie in Memphis, Tennessee, listening to us on KWAM, our flagship station. Hi, Carrie. How are you today? I'm fine.

How are you? Carrie, I'm doing well. I will say we have full lines, and just about everybody has it wrong. But I'm curious to know the answer to this question.

Now, George Strait set an all-time record. For attendance at a ticketed event. Who held the previous record, Carrie? The Grateful Dead. Yeah, Carrie, that's right.

You know your music. That was back in 1977. Raceway Park in New Jersey, and they held that record over 107,000 fans. Were you a Grateful Dead fan back in the day, Carrie?

Well, actually, my husband answered it, but he's driving, so he couldn't call. Oh, so I guess he is then.

Well, congratulations, Mr. Carey. Yeah.

Thank you. My good now, where are you dri are you driving around Memphis, Tennessee, Carrie? Yes, we are. All right, hopefully not on the interstate. No, no, no, no.

We're not on the interstate. They drive like a hundred and fifty miles an hour on that interstate. Right.

Carrie, congratulations. We're going to put you on hold, and I'm going to send you a copy of my brand new book, Twilight's Last Gleaming. Can America Be Saved? And honestly, if you guys are out and about, you should just drive over to our news bunker, and I will personally autograph it for you.

So, congratulations.

Well, let's go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. Great executive producer joins us, Grace Baker. Grace. Wow, you're popular on the uh fan page over the weekends. We have some very kind listeners and also very smart ones, because I definitely would have gotten that trivia question wrong and assumed it was Taylor Swift.

Well, we said musical artist, so that was the clue. You're that's just, oh man, hot throw in the shade today. Oh, my.

So you're old. I am. I am. See, I liked I liked it when I turned twenty five. But turning twenty six Feels like.

I don't know, kind of sad because saying you're in your early to mid-twenties sounds really nice, but when you start to creep towards 30, it doesn't sound as nice. Wait till you hit 50. Yes.

So so you're so you're twenty-six. I am. I'm 26 years young, right? Wow. I celebrated Saturday.

My Mr. Producer surprised me with Justin Timberlake tickets.

So I'm coming back to Memphis to see JT, so that'll be a good time. Oh, is that is that going to be a FedEx forum? Yes, at the FedEx Forum. And, you know, Justin Timberlake is from Memphis, so I figure it'll be a good show, right? Should be sold out.

You know, a lot of people forget that. You know, when you're listing, you've got Elvis and B.B. King.

Well, you know, we got. You got to put Timberlake in there, J.T. Gotta put some respect on his name. I mean, he's pretty popular in his own right.

Well, he brought Sexy back, so I mean, you know, got that going. That's true. Why is it that all the concerts are at FedEx Forum? Why not? And Dylan, if you want to weigh on this as well, it just seems to me we've got this huge Coliseum, you know, the outdoor football field.

You could probably fit 70,000 people in there when you put people on the field itself. To be honest, I think that the FedEx form is just much nicer. I mean, until they renovate the Liberty Bowl Stadium, it's just it's the nicest place in town. Um That's just my opinion. What do you think, Dylan?

I think the echo would be too bad. It's a giant bowl.

So you got to keep that in mind. The audio might. I dislike outdoor concerts. There's something about being outdoors. Nah, I like indoor 'cause I don't have to deal with bugs or frigid weather or extreme heat.

See, it's Gen Z. You guys, you're you're you're weak. I'm weak. Weak. That's why I prefer basketball games over football games 'cause you don't have to worry about the weather and you can wear whatever cute outfit you like.

Dylan, there you go. You can wear a cute outfit. Yeah, yeah. I love my cute outfits, Todd. You know that.

I know. I know you are. Grace. It's all about the picks. Grace.

Clearly. All right. Let's talk basketball. I know you're a big basketball fan. What is going on with the WNBA here?

I just don't understand why. They are wanting to destroy the one brand that's bringing them recognition. Yeah, I mean, I saw Angel Reset after a game yesterday after she absolutely smacked. the heck out of Caitlin Clark. She said, some players, they just get a special whistle.

Well, I agree with her.

Some players do get a special whistle, and Caitlin Clark is not getting a whistle at all. In fact, when she does, I am shocked they're not throwing players out of the games, but it's like They want Caitlin Clark to get hurt and keep the players in the game and let them smack her. What does it matter to them?

So I don't. Todd, I didn't watch the WNBA before this. I watched Caitlin Clark in college, then she went to the WNBA. I still don't watch the WNBA. But I I'm watching all of this press around her and I All I can say is that I think these women are jealous of her.

And as a woman, I can just say, there is nothing like a woman's jealousy. Women are really good at tearing each other down, probably more than building each other up. And I'm sorry, but that's just the truth. I mean, she seems to be taking it all in stride, but I I'll tell you over the weekend when she got I mean, she was knocked in the back of the head. That was really a cheap shot.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And at what point do you step in and say, this is ridiculous?

Well, and I've seen multiple NBA player one NBA player said this, other commentators have said this, that her team does not have any kind of an enforcer. I mean, in the NBA, you've got players that it's like, if you mess with The star player, they've got the enforcer that comes in and kind of. sets the record straight, but she doesn't have that. And it's really unfortunate. I mean The Chicago sky I live in the Chicago area now.

I haven't been to a single one of their games. And I'm sorry, Angel Reese is okay, I guess. She's a good player in her own right. But I mean, Kaylin Clark alone is driving up the ratings. I don't remember what the stat was exactly, but her any games where she is at, the attendance skyrockets.

Completely.

So I I really think the other girls are just jealous. And unfortunately, they're taking out on taking it out on her in a physical manner, and it's going to end with some kind of a season ending injury, unfortunately. And so the the guys over at Outkick and even at ESPN, they're having this conversation. Do you think The fact that she is white and that she is heterosexual has something to do with it? Does some of that play into this?

I mean in a way she's like. She's she's a different kind of How do I say this? The common woman in the WNBA. Is a lesbian. We've seen the stats.

That There are a lot of women in the WNBA that are lesbians. And Caitlin Clark is not a lesbian. She has. A nice boyfriend, pretty normal life. besides being a superstar now.

C is very You know, nice. She does not tear other players down. Every time she's asked about this, she responds very respectfully. I think she has. She really has done a good job.

I think she has. I mean, if she were to push back or even defend herself, I think that she would be attacked. Yeah.

Exactly. And she's done it. She's done a good job. I could understand the argument that she should be pushing back more, but I think the way she's handled it, you know, she's going to just try to be respectful and avoid some of these quest I mean, obviously the questions these reporters are asking are trying to get certain answers out of her. I mean, one reporter was like, How do you feel about your name being used for homophobic reasons?

I mean, where does that come from? What kind of a question is that? Because what you just said is considered homophobia: is that, well, they're lesbians and she's a straight woman. And so.

Well, they don't like all the attention she's getting. Grace, at what point do we have to remind everybody that, much like in the 1950s when the wife would have to ask the husband for 20 bucks to go to the grocery store, at what point do we have to remind the nation that the WNBA has to do the same thing to the NBA because they can't make it on their own? They have to ask for a handout from the guys. I think somebody made the point with all the money clarks rolling in now. She might be able just to form her own league and pay her own wage.

There you go. She should just do that. Be more profitable at least.

So wow. Yes.

All right. So well, look, Grace, happy birthday.

So you got hundreds, hundreds of people leaving you messages. Yes, just the kindest listeners. I read through so many of the comments and am just so appreciative of everyone. And I miss being in Memphis and being in the studio with you, Todd, but grateful to still be a part of the team even from here. And Godforsaken Chicago.

Tell Mr. Producer we expect y'all to move back very soon.

Okay, I'll tell him. No pressure. Thanks, Dodge. All right, Grace Baker, everybody, executive producer. Old woman, twenty six years old.

Jeez Halo. How old are you, Dylan? Just turned twenty five. Oh, geez, you're the youngster of the bunch. I know.

Wow. All right. Hey, wow.

Well, we got to take a break here, and I'm the grandpa, I guess. 901-260-5926. That sounded weird. 901-260-5926. Dr.

Drew Pinsky coming up next. All right, folks, coming up tonight, 8 o'clock Eastern, I'll be hosting Newsmax for the entire hour.

So hope you join us. Then at 5 o'clock Eastern, the Todd Stern Show on Newsmax 2, and we've got a great, great lineup. In the meantime, we have been following with great urgency these reports that consumers are having a hard time. You go to the drugstore looking for certain prescription drugs. There are some concerns that there might be some shortages.

Well, I want to bring into the conversation a good friend of this program, Dr. Drew Pinsky. He is the chief medical board member for the wellness company. TWC.health slash stearns is the website. That's twc.health slash starnes.

Dr. Drew, good to have you back with us. Oh, it's good to be here. All right. Well, let's start with this report out of Harvard.

There was an epidemiologist who said we may need to start stockpiling certain medications in advance of this potential bird flu outbreak. Is that a good idea?

Well, I think raising awareness about the not just the supply chain issue and the manufacturing issues, but the fact that We have sent most of our drug manufacturing overseas makes us highly dependent and highly vulnerable. I think we, as Americans, we become extremely. Naive about so much. COVID, amongst other things. pulled the curtain back on a lot for us, and I'm hoping this is one of those things.

It's interesting to me how the bird flu is the source of this conversation, and yet the bird flu conversation itself is another layer. to our sort of uh newfound concern about our public health officials and what they are actually telling us and what they actually know and what they're actually involved with.

So there's so many things now in this sort of post COVID world. that are changed. It's just different. And one of them is how we get our medication. And there actually are shortages, not just shortages in infectious disease medication.

I think there's been sort of a more publicly understood Shortage in a medicine called Adderall, which is something we use for psychiatric needs for ADHD. And they these are real problems. And which, again, is one of the reasons why, folks, it's so vitally important to have on hand one of these emergency wellness kits where you've got these medicines that they were hard to come by during the early days of the pandemic. And it's always better to be safe, be prepared. And that's one of the reasons why we are such big fans of the wellness company.

Now, Dr. Drew. There was a report about prescription drug shortages.

So people are talking about stockpiling. Is that a good idea to do to stockpile these meds? Yeah.

Well, I'm not sure I would stockpile yet, though, though I got to admit that I personally stockpiled a bit of. potassium iodide in the aftermath of Fukushima, and then some ziprofloxacin in the aftermath of the anthrax scare back in the more back in the ancient times.

So I I've been guilty of this.

So for me to say, no, no, no, everybody, you shouldn't do that, I might be leading, I might be, I don't know, we'll see. We'll see how this story evolves. But let me shine a light on this. One of the other board members, Dr. Kelly Victory, said something to me that I thought was quite vivid as it pertains to this very topic.

She said, you know, if five years ago, you and I were involved with distributing medication for people to keep on hand, With telehealth backup, we would have thought perhaps that was crazy. And she goes, you know, now it's crazy if you don't. We have seen what they can do. We have seen the overreach. We have seen how they could cut off.

anything they want. Our movement, our ability to breathe fresh air, our ability to walk on the beach, God knows they could easily affect our supply and access to medication that we should have. It's why we put TamaFlu in with our emergency kids. In that, we became concerned when we started seeing stories about the Avian flu, and we immediately amongst ourselves discussed this and said, you know, they may be telegraphing some knowledge about the gain of function they're doing on this virus, because why else? where they have such imminent concerns about this jumping to human beings, so we better be ready.

So I think rather than stockpiling, I think sort of rational read let's call it rational readiness. I've just I've just in just this second develop a new term. I think rational readiness is the way to go about this. And in general, stockpiling kind of sounds like a Hysterical, panicky type thing to me. And that is the one thing I would like to see us avoid.

And in everything we do. We have become hysterical as a country, and it is time we stop this. And we shake out of it and we start to become rational and courageous and thoughtful and reasonable in our actions. I think this is so smart. And you're right.

This is not like prepper USA time here. This is just being practical about making sure that you are prepared in the event something happens. And I know in my car right now, I've got the travel emergency kit, I've got the first aid kit from the wellness company. May not ever need them, but you never know. I'll tell you what, I helped sign that travel kit.

And if you are traveling, you take that care because we prepared for everything, especially if you're leaving the country. But not just if you're leaving the country, as you pointed out, if you moving around and needing dependent on our medical system right now is dicey. And or incurring tremendous costs because you walk through the doors of an urgent care center. Needless, not necessary. You can be prepared.

Or actual readiness. I like that idea. To that point, Dr. Drew, one of our longtime listeners, he and his wife did the big trip to Paris. She got sick, had like strep throat or something.

They actually got. They had ordered the emergency kit, the travel emergency kit, and they took it with them. And everything they needed was right there. And I think they've even ordered another one on top of that.

So, to your point, these are very helpful. And two things about that. One is one of the reasons I designed that was. My son got endotoxigenic E. coli on a cruise ship in Spain and really was critically ill, and we couldn't navigate the system.

It was sick. scary and I vowed never to let that happen again. And whatever my other point was going to be escaped me now. Go ahead. I'm sorry.

It's okay, Dr. Drew. It's Monday. It happens. We do need to leave it there, though, because we are coming up on the top of the hour.

But to your point, this is what is it? Rational readiness? Is that the phrase? Rational readiness. All right.

You got to get a T-shirt. Tell the wellness company we need a T-shirt. One and done. All right. Dr.

Drew Pinsky, Chief Medical Board Member for the Wellness Company, TWC.health/slash Starnes.

Now, look, folks, head over to their website. They make it super simple.

So many different opportunities, so many kits for you to choose from. And it's really important to be prepared.

So, Dr. Drew, I really appreciate you coming on the show today. Thank you. You bet. Thank you so much for having me.

All right. Good man right there, folks. Dr. Drew Pinski. And yeah, it was so our friends, they were over there in Paris and got sick, didn't know what to do.

They had their wellness kit, and they were able to take the meds that were there and go on to enjoy the rest of the. the lovely city there in Paris.
