Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite gun-totin, Bible-clanging, deplorable American. Yeah. That's why I love this American ride. Stars and hello, America. Welcome to the Todd Sterns radio program.
It is great to be back with you. And we have got a lot to to talk about and uh I'm going to do my best to help you understand what's really going on in Los Angeles and really around the country. I want to thank our good friend Jeff Stein, radio station KXEL, the blowtorch of the Midwest. And Jeff did a terrific job filling in on Thursday and Friday. I was on the road traveling to Liberty University, and I was honored to speak at the National Association of Christian Lawmakers.
And wow, met just hundreds of great American patriots that are serving in state legislatures all over the country. And I'll tell you a little bit more about that coming up later in the show today.
So look, we've got a big problem on our hands here, ladies and gentlemen. There's no doubt about it. And this is something that I've been warning the nation about since, well, I would say 2017, 2018, back during my Fox News days, when after years of analysis, I had determined, and at the time, I was the very first, this is sort of a claim to fame, the very first national host on radio or TV to declare what was happening at our border to be an invasion. Up until that point, that terminology was not being used. And as a matter of fact, it was that terminology that resulted in me departing Fox News.
People were at the time being instructed on national television to avoid calling what was happening at our border an invasion. But of course, now it is commonplace, and I think just about everybody understands, not only do we have an illegal immigration problem, but we have been invaded by some very dangerous people.
Now You will be hearing that, you'll be hearing a lot of blame, and we've already heard a lot of people blaming President Trump for sending in the National Guard. But I want you to understand what's happening here. The National Guard is very limited in the scope of what it is allowed to do in Los Angeles.
So, when you look at all of the mayhem, when you look at the fires, and the horses being attacked, and the driverless vehicles being set on fire, when you see the fire bombings and all of this stuff. The mayhem in the streets. All of that is being caused by the illegals. And the people that are pushing back are local law enforcement.
So the National Guard has nothing to do with anything that you have seen on T V. Their only job is to protect federal buildings and federal agents. That's it right now.
Okay.
So the idea that And hear me on this.
So, these protests and this violence and the riots. Were already happening before the National Guard got there, and they would still be happening, and they would be attacking the federal buildings.
So the Federal buildings, up until that point, had been left unprotected, and therefore Trump was sending in the Feds to protect the buildings and the people in those buildings. That's the federal nature of what Donald Trump has done here.
Now, it seems to me he should have already called in the U.S. Marines, and I have no doubt that a couple of hundred Marines from Camp Pendleton would be able to go in and would be able to take care of business pretty quickly.
Okay.
But we are watching a full-scale invasion of our nation. That's what's going on. Over the weekend, you may have seen these images, and we have them on our website. I would encourage you to go to ToddSterns.com and look at all of our video, all of our coverage. We had wall to wall coverage over the weekend of what was going down here.
And you saw, by and large, thousands of people marching in the streets, and they were waving Mexican flags. All right. They were burning American flags. And we've got the videos you can see for yourself.
Okay.
There are multiple images of people, and I don't know if they're illegal or not. We can certainly say they're Hispanic. And they were spitting on the flag, spitting on the American flag.
Now these are people who claim to have want they claim that they wanted to come to America to escape the tyranny and the oppression of their home countries.
Well, if that's the case, why are they still flying the Mexican flag?
Okay.
And I'm going to tell you why. And again, this is an unpopular opinion, but I've always believed that the reason why, and oh, by the way, the Mexican president is actually. Calling for the protesters to Conduct even more violence.
So you've got the leader of a foreign country now. Directing all of these mobs to go out there and cause mayhem. My contention is that we are intentionally being invaded, and the whole point of this is to eventually return California and large swaths of the Western United States back into the hands of Mexico. That's ultimately what I think is happening here. And I say that because right now, ladies and gentlemen, 34% of the population of Los Angeles.
34% is foreign born. What does that tell you? That tells me you have a lot of people whose allegiance may not necessarily be To the United States of America. And that's what's happening.
Now, look, these are not organic protests at all. As a matter of fact, these are very well organized, very well coordinated. We had reporting over the weekend that people were finding pallets of bricks and concrete that had been pre-positioned. We have seen this over and over and over again in all of the major cities.
So this is some sort of a coordinated effort. to cause turmoil and chaos In the United States of America. There was an ad that was placed, and someone sent this to me. And this ad was placed on Craigslist. Do people still use Craigslist?
I guess maybe the illegals do, or Antifa. Anyway, on the Craigslist. They said they're looking for the toughest. The toughest people in the city. It's a foul word.
I don't want to use bad language today. They said they're seeking extremely tough, brave men for a new crew. Compensation, $6,500 to $12,500. This unit will be activated only when the situation demands it, but you get paid every week no matter what. High pressure, high risk, no room for hesitation.
We need individuals who do not break, panic, or fold under stress and are basically all-around kickbott dudes. Physical strength, speed, conditioning is important, but mental toughness is everything. If you're not the biggest guy in the room, but you're one of the people who follows when things go bad, that's who we are looking for.
So clearly they're recruiting these mobs, these are renta mobs. And you've got the Democrats who are literally turning a blind eye. You had people out there, I was watching all of this in real time, where they were setting things on fire. They were clashing with the police. They were, and by the way, they were using commercial fireworks.
These things could kill you. That's how bad it is. And now you've got the Democrats out there encouraging the mobs. This is Los Angeles councilwoman Eunice Hernandez, who's been around the Big Mac a time or two. And she's saying that, well, here's what she had to say: cut number one.
They know how quickly we mobilize. That's why they're changing tactics. Because community defense works, and our resistance has slowed them down before. And if they're escalating their tactics, then so are we. When they show up.
Oh, right. When they show up, we gotta show up even stronger. All right, so this woman needs to be in jail. I mean, she is basically. Calling up The citizens to fight back against the law enforcement there.
Again, Eunice Hernandez.
So you've got all of these people out there, including Mayor Karen Bass, Gavin Newsom, who is now daring, daring Tom Holman to come out and arrest him. Here's Governor Newsome, cut seven. Mohammed the Borders are said to me yesterday, he did not rule out, literally arresting you, nor Mayor Bass, if you interfere in his order. You had him yet. He's a tough guy.
Why doesn't he do that? He knows where to find me. But you know what?
Something like. Lay your hands off four-year-old girls. that are trying to get educated. Get your hands off these poor people who are just trying to get live their lives, man. trying to live their lives, paying their taxes, been here 10 years.
The fear. The horror. The hell is this guy? Come after me, arrest me. Let's just get it over with.
Tough guy. You know, I don't give a damn. But I care about my community. I care about this community. The hell are they doing?
These guys need to grow up. They need to stop. And we need to push back. And I'm sorry to be so clear, but that kind of bloviating is exhausting.
So, Tom, arrest me. Let's go.
Okay, so look, the Democrats are throwing down here. And you know why? Because they don't think the Republicans. Have the nerve, have the man parts to follow through here because that's what has to happen.
Now, you've got the governor defying federal law. By the way, the governor's even threatening to withhold all tax money from California to the federal government. If he does that, that is a criminal offense. That is a federal crime. The governor needs to be arrested.
And it's not just the governor, that Democrat councilwoman. Eunice Hernandez. Also, Congresswoman Norma Torres, she ought to be expelled from Congress for what she had to say. She told Ice to get the F word out of LA so that order could be restored. This is a sitting member of Congress, ladies and gentlemen.
Who, by the way, was born in Guatemala. as the locals call it. She has been out there fomenting violence and vitriol against ICE officers over the past week or so now.
So again, the question is, where do we draw the line here? At what point, and by the way, White House Director of Communications Stephen Chung says this woman is an example of demonic possession.
So um At what point do we start to hold the Democrat lawmakers? accountable for all of this. But Tom, it's going to get messy. It's going to get messy. Yeah, it's going to get very messy.
And the reality is, if we do not set an example in California, In Los Angeles. Then everybody else is going to hit the streets. And hear me on this, folks. I want you to just think about this number: 20 million illegals. In the country, all right?
20 million illegals, 2 million of those illegals are very dangerous getaways. We don't know where those people came from. But we do believe most of them are incredibly dangerous. 2 million. You've got thousands of people.
Thousands of people in Los Angeles, but you have 2 million, 2 million that are living all over. They have spread out all over this country. What's happening in Los Angeles could very well happen in other major American cities. More than likely it will. We saw it happen in New York City over the weekend, but the NYPD, they cracked skulls.
The LAPD, they got nothing. And you know why? Because that city is so spread out, they don't have enough police officers to deal with the crisis.
So the question is. Does Trump play hardball here? Is this the line in the sand? Do we send in the Marines? Do we restore law and order?
Do we arrest the the government officials? Who are defying federal law? Do we throw them in jail? Do we st when do we start doing that? Or should we just turn a blind eye and say, you know what?
It's just California. It's Los Angeles, 34% foreign born. It's not even American. Where do you draw the line, ladies and gentlemen? All right, we're going to open up the phone lines today.

So the LA police chief last night, man, this guy looked like he looked terrified. Because he understands, he understands something, they're overwhelmed. Uh cut number six, please. As far as people worried about the violence that we're seeing, this violence that I've seen is disgusting. It's escalated now since the beginning of this incident.
What we saw the first night was bad. What we've seen subsequent to that is getting increasingly worse and more violent. Tonight we had individuals out there shooting commercial-grade fireworks at our officers. That can kill you. And we have adapted our tactics to be able to have a chance to be able to take these people into custody and to be able to hold them accountable.
We are overwhelmed as far as the number of people out there engaged in this type of activity and the type of things that they're doing. They'll take backpacks and the backpack will have a cinder block in it. They have a hammer and they'll break up the cinder block and use that, pass it around to throw at officers, to throw at cars and throw at other people. We've seen people with hammers, and you've broadcast it, breaking the bollards behind the federal building and taking the the rocks, if you will, or pieces of concrete and throwing them at officers. We've had liquid of who knows what description thrown at officers.
There there's no limit to what they're doing to our officers. No, because again, the officers are outnumbered and they're overwhelmed. And by the way, They're also not cooperating at all with ICE agents. Period. They are not allowed under city and state law.
The LAPD is not allowed to coordinate. They're not allowed to do anything with any federal officers there, whether it be the National Guard or whether it be immigration customs enforcement agents. I mean, that is, it is a recipe for disaster. that's happening out there. But that's what the Democrats want.
The Democrats thrive in the chaos. And that's why they did not want the National Guard mobilized because they wanted those federal facilities to be attacked. They wanted the Federal facilities to be burned. That's what was happening before Trump Federalized the California National Guard.
So Trump knew where all of this was heading, and he stepped in to try and intervene. But I'm telling you, it will start happening in other cities. Word going out that there will be anti ICE protests in major American cities on tomorrow.
So we'll keep you updated on that as well. Just unbelievable. I want to play some audio here. This is from Mark Brown, a reporter from ABC seven in Los Angeles, describing what's going on. Cut nine large group of people.
It could turn very volatile if you move law enforcement in there in the wrong way and turn what is just a bunch of people having fun watching cars burn into a massive confrontation and altercation between officers and demonstrators. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, in California, when they want to have fun, well, the illegals in Antifa go out and they set cars on fire. That's what they do to have fun, to take back and have a little bit of fun, some RR in Los Angeles. Jeez, hello. All right, 901-260-5926.
That's our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926. Hang tight, everybody. We'll be right back. This is the Todd Stearns Radio Show.

I really did. It was, it was, I love getting out and speaking and talking at these conferences, and we are in. We're in high demand. Coming up, I'll be at the Faith and Freedom Coalition's Road to the Majority Conference. That's going to be in Washington.
Coming up, also, Gun Owners of America, I'll be their keynote speaker in Knoxville.
So we're getting a lot of great speaking engagements, and I love it. But most importantly, I love hanging out with you guys. And I know Stein did a great job, and he's a great American patriot. But it is great to be back behind the microphone.
Okay, 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. Let's go to Charles in Statesville, North Carolina. Wants to weigh in on the protest. Hey, Charles, what's going on? Hey, welcome back, Todd.
Thanks. Hey, this weekend, I was just absolutely like most red blooded patriotic Americans in sense of what I saw. on T V. And the first thing I thought about Imagine The day after Pearl Harbor, or you remember 9/11, imagine. If there had been protesters in the street, wavy Japanese flags.
Or, you know, uh flags of uh Iran or, you know, and in New York City. I mean, the American people would have been absolutely incensed and enraged. I think that's where they are now and why so many people support President Trump. But Todd, you're exactly right. This is an invasion and occupation.
And what I would like to see is President Trump, if not tonight, maybe tomorrow night. Do something like a nationally televised address at 9 p.m. before a joint session of Congress. Ask for a formal declaration of something, declaring a national emergency and invasion. and that the drug cartels and Antifa are a domestic terrorist and suspend habeas corpus for them.
But he needs to be empowered to go after and not only secure the border, but deport these illegals. And uh We've got to do it now while we're strong. And it's going to be ugly, but this is what happens when you open your door and allow an invasion. And we've got to defend our country. Um But I think he also needs to tell American employers that if you're going to continue to hire illegals, There's going to be severe financial penalties for you.
And I think he should also tell Mike Johnson in no uncertain terms and John Thunder. That in this so-called big beautiful bill, you have any money in there for these illegals, either directly or indirectly in the form of health care. Education, food stamps. Free stuff, free housing. That better not be in the bill or I will veto it.
Well, let me just say this, Charles. Let me first of all, about the one big beautiful bill. If there's anything in there that gives money to the illegals or any organizations that are giving money to the illegals, Every person who voted for it ought to be primaried. There is no excuse. And you know what they'll say?
Well, we just didn't have time to read it. I've got to be back home at the Bug Snort. Kum Quat Festival, and I just don't have time to read this. I don't want to hear it any more. We have been down this road far too many times.
Your one job is to read whatever you're voting for. And if you don't do it, that's on you and you got to go.
Well, and Todd, you I agree one hundred percent. And you mentioned something else in your opening. You know, back in 1848, at the end of the Mexican-American War. Mexico lost about one third of its territory. you know, Texas, uh, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Colorado, parts of Wyoming.
And there's organizations today that want it back. And I think that's they're a big part of this as well. But make no mistake, this is an invasion, and there's only one way to repel an invasion. And if he would do that address, I wish he'd asked for one million. Volunteers to be deputized to help put it down, just like President Lincoln did after Fort Sumter.
Charles, I just don't know if the administration is going to have the stomach for that. I think they might. I mean, the fact that they put these 500 Marines over at Camp Pendleton on standby for deployment, that's hopeful. But my concern is this, if we do not nip this in the butt in Los Angeles, and I think you have to go in and you've got to crack skulls, you've got to get in there, you've got to restore law and order no matter what. And if you don't do that, then it is going to be open season on Americans in every other city in the country.
That's what I'm afraid of. Me too. And they're already planning right here in North Carolina and Asheville, I think, tonight or tomorrow. And it's Asheville, Tampa. San Francisco and I think everything's gonna maybe culminate on Saturday, you know, with the parade.
that President Trump's wanting to have. But uh yeah, if they don't nip this thing in the bud now and decisively it's going to spread and we're going to have it's going to make the summer of twenty twenty You know, just look like a picnic.
Well, we're hearing someone sent me a note just a second ago that mentioned the Asheville protest, but apparently there is a protest being planned even in Statesville, North Carolina, this Saturday in front of the Civic Center.
So I'm not sure what that's all about. But, Charles, the point is we got big problems in this country. And if we are really going to address this invading force, we're going to have to play hardball. 100%, Type. Yeah, I may have to check out that protest on Saturday just to pay them a visit.
Yeah. Let me know how that goes, Charles. Thanks for the call. 901-260-5926. Speaker Mike Johnson, just a few minutes ago, writing this on X.
The lawlessness happening in L.A. is another reason why we need to pass the one big, beautiful bill immediately. It provides the essential funding needed to secure our nation's borders. Congress will support the brave ICE agents who are fighting to keep America safe and against illegal aliens and the radical left.
Well, with all due respect, Mr. Speaker, if you were doing your job instead of being on vacation, This would have already been done. That's the reality. And let me say this. It's a bad move to try to pin what's happening in Los Angeles on whether or not the big, beautiful bill moves through Congress.
But that's geez. All right, now let's go back to the phones. Gary in Daytona Beach, Florida. Hi, Gary. What's on your mind?
Yeah. Working a little bit off the last caller, Uh yeah, I I believe they they're ha they have to come up with some formula because. We've seen this a lot of times where especially blue states. When you charge these people, even though some of these cases are attempted murder, They're out within 24 hours. and a lot of the politicians fundraise on it.
And the only thing to do is to try to figure out how to charge a lot of these people federally.
So when they had the video and the audio, of uh the agents in a van And dozens of people throwing rocks at 'em and trying to crash the van and kill them basically. I mean, there has to be federal charges. And I think what has been occurring with all these injunctions. And bringing the Maryland man back, I think these people are more emboldened than ever, and they believe that that the judges that the judicial system is and they're on their side.
So, you think we need to play hardball here, Gary? I'm so thankful that I'm. in the state of Florida because probably sixty four out of the sixty seven counties are The uh sheriffs The state police the state's attorney and to stand this, I mean, They play extremely hard ball. People have rights. They they don't there's they tried to in Daytona one time shut down bridges And it didn't it didn't go very far.
And uh so I I just wish other places But I understand. And I know I was telling your screener one time, At times I've had the wrong attitude. I've thought that people in California the business owners and the the private citizens, why aren't they out of there? And then I realized we're not Miramar. They have a right to have a business in California.
uh and not have it uh destroyed and then beat into a ball. And I had to change my way of thinking because I thought Just flee, just uh leave leave the place. And uh it it's uh it's tough. You know, it's interesting you brought that up, Gary. You know, I thought.
Maybe instead of the The National Guard that Trump should have called out, put out the all-call for the rooftop Koreans. Remember those guys back? Back in 92, they were. You know what I'm talking about, Gary, don't you? There were a lot of markets that didn't get damaged or robbed.
Shocking. Most of the city burned down except for Koreatown. And what I loved about it, and I'll set the story up for our Gen Z listeners. Back in the aftermath of the beating of Rodney King, they had these awful riots. There was all sorts of damage.
This is back in 92. And so a lot of people, again, the LAPD, once again, they were completely overwhelmed. And Gary, I appreciate the call. They were completely overwhelmed. And so the Korean business owners in Koreatown all got together and they just felt like they had been abandoned because the blacks were targeting the Korean businesses.
And it was not a good situation.
So anyway, the Koreans all got together and most of them had guns and they literally got up on the rooftops of their businesses. And there are great photographs of the Koreans sitting. Cigarette dangling out of one side of their mouths as they've got their weapons and they got the ammo. And what was fascinating is that Koreatown did not burn. That I'm just telling you, it says so they called them the rooftop Koreans.
Yeah. So, I good for you guys. But this was all part of a strategy, by the way.
So, the LAPD was more concerned about protecting Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, so they caught off Koreatown. They were expendable. And the Koreans said, forget that.
So, they went on local Korean radio stations. Yet again, ladies and gentlemen, another reason why radio still matters.
So they went on to local Korean radio stations and they put out the all call for help, all these Korean business owners.
So volunteers started showing up in droves. Everybody had guns, and they were guarding the grocery stores, the mom and pop shops, you name it. And they were using rifles, handguns, whatever they could do.
South Korea, by the way, Had a the actual nation had a mandatory 30-month military service for young men.
So many of the Korean immigrants were well experienced with firearms, and they basically created their own local militia. And I say, good for you guys, good for the Koreans. But again, if you're not going to have law enforcement, and clearly, judging from the LAPD chief, they were overwhelmed. And I'm not sure I would have gone on national television and admitted that. Because all the bad guys.
are going to be watching. And they're going to know. They're going to know. But my recommendation to business owners, you got to protect your businesses. And it was heartbreaking last night to see all of the Stores being looted, the pillaging and the plundering, and all of that is going to continue as this lawlessness happens across Los Angeles.
All right, we've got to take a break here.
Well, before we do that, let's go to the phone lines. Debbie in Lee County, Florida. Debbie, good to have you with us today. What's on your mind? Hi, Todd.
I just wanted to share with you and your listeners, instead of us down here in Florida tearing up our businesses and having lawlessness and criminals running around, we're actually going to celebrate Trump's birthday june fourteenth. June fourteenth. We're celebrating Flag Day, and we're celebrating the two hundred fiftieth anniversary of the Army by having a Trump boat parade down here in Lee County, and that's part of Fort Myers, Naples and Cape Coral, Florida.
So you're doing so what what does that mean, a boat parade? If you have a boat, you just get out there and you parade around in it? We have a route that people can go check us out. It's Lee GOP America First Club. They can look at the route, where we're going to meet.
And we all have our boats decorated with Trump flags, and we're just good patriots out celebrating Sun and fun in this great country of America. I love this idea. I love that idea, Debbie. By the way, you know what's interesting is that there have been ICE roundups all over the country. You know where they have not been rioting, Debbie?
That would be in Republican-controlled cities and states. Isn't that interesting? Thank you. Thank you. We love this country and we love our president.
Good for you. Good for you, Debbie. All right. Well, folks, you've got the website address. Go check it out.
Sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun. And Debbie, we certainly appreciate you calling in. And we're going to have a big birthday celebration. On President Trump's birthday, we're going to let folks call in and wish the president a happy birthday. Speaking of Lee County, Lee County, Mississippi, yours truly, will be the big keynote speaker coming up this Saturday.
So it's going to be a lot of fun. And get this: it's the Lee County Republican Party's All-American Trump Dinner. And it's going to be a lot of fun. June 14th, they're in Tupelo, Mississippi, and would love to see you. And we're going to have copies of the book, The Whole Nine Yards.
Speaking of that, before we go to break, On Thursday, this coming Thursday, June 12th, we're having our big Todd Stearns book launch party. Going to be a wonderful night. We've got great food, music. A lot of fun, and you're going to have an opportunity to buy copies of my brand new book, Star Spangled Blessings.
Now, the next two callers, the next two callers, you are going to get VIP tickets to our big event. It's free, but we have a special VIP thing we're doing. And if you would like to get those VIP tickets, the first two callers, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. And you and a guest will get VIP tickets to our big book launch party.
And we want to see all of you there. It is Thursday, the 12th of June, 5:30 at Germantown Baptist Church there in beautiful Memphis suburbs. We'll be right back. All right. We'll work on getting this audio sometime in the next hour.
President Trump. doing a press gaggle and a reporter said Gavin Newsom He's daring Tom Holben. daring Tom Holman to come and arrest him. Should he do it?
So Trump did not shy away. He said, Well, I would do it if I were Tom. I think it's great. Gavin likes the publicity, but I think it would be a great thing. He's done a terrible job.
He says, I like Avan. He's a nice guy. Did he call him Newscomb? But he's grossly incompetent. Everybody knows.
All you have to do is look at the little railroad he's trying to build. It's about 100 times over budget. We're putting a flagpole over there. Under budget, I always do under budget.
So there you go. Trump also says the people causing the problem are professional agitators. They're insurrectionists. They're bad people. They should be in jail.
You know, it's interesting. There was a debate. I was on some sort of an exchange over the weekend, and there was a big debate over whether or not President Trump should invoke the Insurrection Act based on what's happening in Los Angeles. And it's an interesting theory. You can isolate the Insurrectionist Act.
So you could declare an insurrection in Los Angeles or Los Angeles County, and therefore it would be isolated to that one particular region, that one particular area, without having to declare the entire country. But I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this. Do you think that is a good idea for the President to invoke the Insurrection Act? Here in Los Angeles. Interesting.
All right, hang tight, everybody. Got to take a quick break. 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show.
Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. Tell you. That's right. I love this American.
Well, hello, everybody. Welcome to the Todd Sterns Radio Program. An honored to have you with us today. Wow, there's a lot going on here in just really all across the country. I want you to write down our telephone number.
You will need this if you plan on calling in today. 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. So We're going to play some audio here. This is Congress Gal Gomez from Los Angeles explaining what's really going on in Southern California.
Cut number 11. Or even about an hour ago, he said that we have been invaded by criminals and aliens and that he wants to liberate the city of Los Angeles. That kind of language inflames tensions, makes things worse. When he has people that show up, not in normal ICE uniforms that they used to wear to do a raid or do different things, but in kind of militarized uniforms, then that's what kind of sparks the increased tension.
So we know that he's been planning on this for a while. They want this showdown between us, California, because they don't like what we represent. Look, LA County alone is 34% foreign-born, 34%.
So when he says they're going to liberate us, Us, who is he going to liberate us from? Ourselves?
So, one of the things we want to do is to make sure that people know that it's Donald Trump who's actually making this situation worse. But but it's not. As a matter of fact, the congressperson there i is explaining that the issue is you've got such a large percentage of Los Angeles that isn't even born here, so they're not even from here, that Los Angeles has become a de facto, and I don't mean this in a negative way, but it's almost its own foreign country now. I mean, that's the problem.
So and that is a big problem.
So in other words, what the congressman is saying is that they have absolutely no allegiance to America. That's what the congressman is actually admitting to here. And isn't that the bigger issue? Is that we've allowed so many illegals into the country. They have no allegiance to us.
They don't care about us. Whatever money they're making, it goes right back across the border. And let me say this, though, but it seems to me the most egregious, it's not even the illegals, the most egregious people group. Would be the individuals who are hiring these folks. And I saw some video over the weekend.
Why was it in Rotley, North Carolina? It was somewhere in the southern states. And you had an ICE raid, and hundreds of construction workers literally were hauling, you know what? They were getting out of there. I mean, hundreds of them.
And again, if you were a law-abiding American citizen, or if you were here legally and you had a green card or whatever. You would have stayed put. There would be no reason for you to run. The only reason they're running is they were there, all of them were there illegally.
So it seems to me that what we ought to do is throw the book. And every single company In this nation, that's hiring the illegals.
Now, that's where you're going to have a bunch of Republicans standing up and saying, well, now, well, we can't be doing that now. The only reason they're hiring the illegals is because the American people won't work. They're lazy, lazy. You watch. You watch how all that plays out.
But we need to start going after these business owners. All right, let's go to the phone lines: 901-260-5926, Anna in Georgia. All right, Anna, what's on your mind? You told us. No.
These people need to go to jail, they're only jail! That's a problem. Um these are activist people. I mean And what are you trying? Yeah.
What's she got to do with any of this stuff? We've got a bunch of activists in this country that are breaking the law left and right, day after day. And it'd be you know, if the Republicans or the Democrats are a little shy about this, Get rid of them. I mean, you've only got till next year for for the midterms. Just get rid of me.
You you're gonna they're gonna have to put on their big boy pants. And get going. They have to get these people out of here. I don't care. if they like it or not.
And when they talk about um Uh, they don't have any right. They they need to go to they need to go to court. No, they don't. Get him! American.
Get him out of here. Throw them out. Get him out of here. The same plane that took him in. Send them out.
Yeah, I mean, if they're lucky, but really. I I don't know why the American people have to pay For um For for the federal government, So Anna, yeah.
So let's just say you've got Governor Gavin Newsom, and he's broken the law. He is in clear defiance of federal law. Should President Trump just go in and have him arrested? Should there be some sort of a penalty here? Sure.
He's a person just like everybody else. If I did that stuff, I'd have been long gone. But uh Newsom's alone, I mean, get him out of there. He's hurting his own people and he's breaking the law. More importantly, he is breaking the law.
And I'm sure there's a lot of people in California feel the same way. He's creating.
So many problems. For private owners of businesses I can't even believe. Then that's a question. Got a question. He's breaking the law.
Put him in jail. That's it. You know? You see, Anna, isn't it so simple? I mean, you and I have this already figured out.
Yeah. If you got a p and look. If Nosa has got uh Um if he's got a case, why don't make it? Newscomb. His name is Newscomb.
Whatever his name. Whatever his name is. But I was. Throw him to jail and if you know he's gonna he's breaking federal law, go to federal court. Yeah.
What's the problem? We don't need a bunch of people going out there and pr No. Throw 'em in jail. And, you know, Easy for me to figure it out. Figure it out.
If I did that. Anna, Anna. We got to leave it there. But look, you're making a lot of sense. And it just seems to me we keep talking about what we're going to do.
Just go ahead and do it. If you've got lawmakers out there and they're telling the mobs to step it up, guess what? You need to be arrested. You need to be held accountable. And sooner or later, maybe a couple of years in federal prison, will get these people to think the right way.
Let's go to Memphis, Tennessee. Roberto, listening to us on K-Wham. Hi, Roberto. I understand you work in construction. You got Todd, this is Roberto.
That's my alter ego.
So, my identity will remain unknown. Look here, I worked in construction for a long time, and we had what we call free tool base.
So we're on a big job site, say, in Jonesboro, building a hospital, and ICE would show up, maybe, looking for somebody, maybe two people. Every illegal on the job would run off, not to the parking lot, but to the woods and disappear. And we called it Free Tool Day. Because they would leave all their tools, whatever trade they were in, drywall, glazers, the iron workers, they would just leave their tools and go. And the ones that were left, the citizens like me, we had to do something with the tools.
We couldn't just leave them laying there. And I saw this happen at least three times in my career. Is that right? Like you said, a raise, but this was usually they were coming looking for specific people. And and but they would all get scared and running so Working in construction for those years, I befriended some of these people.
And I'm going to tell you, most of them were really nice, hardworking, good people, right? But they were here illegally. And so I couldn't understand how they were working for a company that got a paycheck, right?
Well, I finally found out there was the maybe one Latino guy in America He would let other people use his name and his social security number or his work authorization, and they might. five guys in America be using that same social security number.
So they should get a paycheck. They had one name on their paycheck, but another name they called each other. Is that right? So, how would you say this is pretty prevalent in the Memphis area in the construction world? Every construction site I worked on in the southeast, mainly I was working like building hospitals.
Taller buildings, things like that, you know, not lower construction sites, but I think it's prevalent everywhere. I think it's true. And, you know, I hear people saying without them, we can't do what we're doing. It would be a hard adjustment if we had E-Verify for every employee in America. It would be a hard adjustment at first.
But I think they can make that adjustment. But literally, we called it Free Tool Day. Free Tool Day. Power Tools just laying everywhere.
Some of them would come back the next day. But some of them would. It was just kind of hit and miss. But it literally, you would just see them just leave the building and, like I say, not go to the parking lot where the trucks were, just leave, walking. Wow.
Roberto, I'm just curious, were they being paid the same amount of like a person like you, for example? Yes. Yes. Their skills were usually on par with Americans. They weren't getting paid less Usually about the same rate, maybe a little less because if their skills weren't up to it.
But after a few years, they were as good as we were. In fact, Why? on Friday when the boss would come around and say, does anybody want to work overtime? The American guys, we kind of hang our heads and kind of go to the back of those lines. But all the Latinos would hold their hand up and say, Can we work Sunday too?
So they're not bad people, but you have to enforce the laws we have or else change them. It's one of the two. No, I'm with you there, and you're right. Those are not bad guys. They're here illegally, and they've got to go back home and they've got to come here the legal way.
But the problem is, all the ones that are incredibly bad and dangerous, and a lot of those guys, you just don't know who's who.
Well done. Uh Honestly, they've all got to go. I think what we need is maybe a guest worker program where maybe $2 million a year can stay. But I just, you know, you're right that they all broke the law coming here, and that's a problem.
So, anyway, thank you, Todd. I'm going to keep listening to your show. I enjoy it. Your book's a great book. Keep doing what you do, okay?
Roberto, thank you for calling in. That's his incognito name. He didn't sound like a Roberto. But that's because he's incognito. There you go.
Let's go to Janice in New Orleans. Miss Janice, I was thinking about you the other day. Oh, really? Mm-hmm. I was.
Good to have you on the show again. Yeah. Well, I had seen something the other night And A Tennessee fugitive. With ties to MS thirteen. Gang.
was arrested. In Kenna. Louisiana.
Now who knows how many criminals We held. In this country, Thanks. that open border. And people, you better pay attention. You know, back in the day, I'd see something happening somewhere, like Occupy Wall Street, New York, or something.
Well, it ended up. where some of those people came to New Orleans. They really did. What you're seeing is not necessarily just there. What's happening in LA Could happen in New Orleans.
It could happen in any State is a very good point. in our country. And Gavin Newsom, yes, he is putting his citizens The American citizens Whether you were born here or applied the proper way, he's putting people in harm's way. And I do stand with Trump on this.
Now I don't know what Newsom would have wanted.
Okay, he didn't want National Guard.
So that leaves, let's see, regular police. And maybe if they have, I don't know, I guess California might have state troopers, I don't know. But you don't. Throw things. bottles or cans or whatever they were throwing.
At the National Guard. And you don't do this. That was not protesting, peaceful protests. But, Janice, they weren't doing that because the National Guard, they weren't anywhere near those violent protests. They were actually guarding the federal buildings.
The people that you saw being attacked were actually California highway patrol officers. They were throwing those things at the local law enforcement and the state law enforcement. Uh-huh.
Well, they shouldn't be throwing anything. at anybody like that. That's wrong. And but this whole thing is really something. But we have these people all over our country, and they are going to have to go and get them.
And as they do, what we're seeing there could erupt all over. It really could. Yes, it could, Janice. Go ahead, your final thought.
Now, the people need to put a stop to this. They really do. It's just not. I'd like to ask these rioters. How would you feel if your mother was murdered or a drunk driver hit your father's car and killed him by somebody that wasn't supposed to be here?
Maybe if you have a daughter, would you like your daughter raped? How would you feel, idiot? I mean, you know, I just don't understand why these people want these people in our country illegally. It's a great question, Miss Janice. It is.
No, let me tell you why I was thinking about you. I went to a place, a restaurant here in Memphis. And they were advertising authentic The authentic New Orleans Po Boys. Oh. And I got to tell you, when I got there, the bread, it was the bread, that was the giveaway.
It was not well, you know, the Gambino food, you know, the Gambino guys back in New Orleans, they're the ones that make that delicious French bread. But it wasn't the French bread. And I thought about you. I thought Miss Fannis would have words with these people. Yeah.
Is he?
Well, I don't know. But yeah, if it wasn't the proper thing. No, you can't just have any bread. It's um you gotta have and you gotta have a Barks Rooper on the menu, too. They didn't even have that.
Or at least a Peter Springs. What's wrong with you people? Coca-Cola. Oh, there you go. All right, Miss Janice, good hearing from you.
They're yelling at we've got to take a break. This is the Todd Stern Show. Yeah. All right, welcome back, everybody. Happy to have you with us today.
Happy Monday. By the way, I went to Bucky's not once, not twice, not three. I went to Bucky's four times. Coming and going to my trip to Liberty University. It was, man, what a beautiful campus.
But I got to tell you, it took me 13 hours. It was a 13-hour drive. I parked. I had to go change at the Buckeys because I knew I was going to be late. I literally got there, gave my speech.
And let me just say this. It was the first opportunity we had to sell the Star Spangled Blessings. It'll be in bookstores on the 17th. But the publisher was kind enough to give us, I think he sent us a... a caseload because we've got a lot for the this the book launch party on thursday we sold out i've two cases of books and we sold out uh at the national association of christian lawmakers so thank you for that and it was a lot of fun but i'm telling you it was it was interesting i got to the buckies right as two baptist church youth groups got there and it was kind of like walmart after hours inside the buckies But it was a lot of fun, and I am telling you, I am telling you, the brisket's pretty darn good.
Dylan, have you had the Bucky's? Have you been to the Buckies? Oh, yes. I frequent Bucky's whenever I can. The one in Gatlin, there's at Severevault, which is like the gateway to the redneck, you know.
Redneck Vegas is what we call Vide and Forge. That thing is massive. Yeah. I mean, they're giant. Giant gas station.
I mean, you get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Whenever you go.
So, I mean, it's got everything. It really does. And then some things you didn't even know you needed. Beaver nuggets. Beaver nuggets.
Who would have thought? Never. Bathrooms are very clean, though. Oh, my gosh. I'll never stop talking about those bathrooms.
Those are great bathrooms. We need them here at the news bunker. Yeah. Who's now hiring? All right, what do they pay?
$70 an hour? We may not be able to afford that. All right, hang tight, everybody. We're going to take a quick break. And if you haven't done so, head over.
And by the way, the audio version of Star Spangled Blessings is now available on Amazon. That's right, the audio version of the book.
So I want you to go pre-order, get yourself a couple of copies or two or three. Star Spangled Blessings, devotions for Patriots. We'll be right back, everybody. Moorhead City, North Carolina. Let's go to Stephen.
On the line. Hi, Steven. What's on your mind? Well, thank you. And your previous call, outstanding calls, and number one, I want to hear from you.
I feel a dispute. And I really enjoyed.
Okay.
I met you many, many years ago, that's good. You know what? Let's put Stephen on hold. I'm having a very difficult time. I think we've got a bad phone connection there.
So we'll try to get Stephen worked out. There's a story out of Mobile, Alabama. Caught my attention. There's a sheriff down there, and he's really upset over the gang violence in Mobile County. His name is Sheriff Paul Birch.
So the other day, there was apparently gunfire in an apartment complex in the middle of the night. A two-year-old was struck in the face. The bullet was intended for the two-year-old's teenage brother. And the sheriff is just enraged over this, and he said, you know what? It's teenagers, it's gangs.
And then he goes on to say Frankly, I wish we could put them all in an arena and let them kill The hell out of each other because that would solve the problem. It's always innocent people who get shot. Yeah. And it makes a lot of sense, right? I mean, why would we not want to put all the gangbangers in an enclosed area and then just let them shoot each other?
I got no problem with that.
Well, the mayor of Pritchard, Alabama, is enraged. And he took to social media. He said this is inappropriate and reckless. Oh, so Mayor Jimmy Gardner is a fan of the gangs. It undermines the seriousness of the crisis we are facing and the dignity of the community he has sworn to serve and protect.
Mm-hmm. To suggest such an inhumane and unrealistic approach to public safety is deeply troubling. It does not reflect leadership, compassion, or duty of care. expected of someone in his position. The Wednesday night shooting of the sleeping toddler comes on the heels of other violent acts that have rocked both Mobile and Pritchard, an apparent gang-related shooting that left an innocent woman dead in another part of the city.
There was a fatal shooting during a skirmish between two men at a children's dance recital inside Mobile's Sanger Theater, which is sort of like the Orpheum Theater, one of these fancy theaters. And on Friday A man was shot a little more than a mile away. This is Bobile, Alabama, we're talking about here. It's a city, but it's not a massive city.
So now all the NAACP, all these other groups are getting upset at the sheriff. How dare you How dare you criticize the Ging Bangas They're law abide citizens. No, they're gangbangers. Rodney Toomer writing, this kind of language perpetuates a cycle of violence.
So now they're trying to blame the sheriff's comments on making it even more dangerous. Not the gangbangers. No, no, no. The sheriff is the problem.
However, I will say this. Under the sheriff's plan There would be no more gang violence. I like that. Statement was released to NBC Fifteen News. In response to Mayor Jimmy Gardner's press conference, I will simply say this.
He has failed the citizens of Pritchard. This is the sheriff talking. Mayor Gardner has failed to provide the most basic and most crucial job of government, public safety for the citizens. Under the mayor's leadership, the Pritchard Police Department has failed the citizens by being unable to control the growing violent crime in the city. Numerous citizens have also expressed frustration that when they attempted to bring their concerns to the mayor's office, the door is locked and the mayor refuses to speak.
You know why? The mayor is scared of the gangbangers. That's why he's locking the door. The sheriff goes on to say, My office receives dozens of calls and complaints each month about the Pritchard Police Department not responding to or performing this most basic service. The city of Pritchard deserves better, better police service, and a better mayor who is engaged with the citizens.
I would agree with that. I still like this idea, though, of just putting all the gangbangers in an arena, make sure it's bulletproof, you know, and then just let them have at it. I think that's a brilliant idea, Sheriff. All right, I think we've got Stephen back. Stephen, go ahead, finish your thoughts.
Yeah, I'm an original despicable American. We met many, many years ago. Uh, you and I met in I believe it was Birmingham. And then I went to Memphis and did some more there. And they told me you gotta come home.
And what's going on and has been going on for years now. In North Carolina. Um And it just happened again yesterday. Ice I support our president, I support everything. that is is going on as far as let's let's get these Is living home?
out because the legals, they're looking at me saying, can't you do something? we we they had to jump to hoops to come and work on the farm. And we had a good farm. We really did. Problem is we were con We were competing against people Mm.
And here's what they did. When Ice Ship did finally, finally, thank God for our present. Present. We have Previous. That I don't want to go there.
Let's just say this. They ran like rabbits from the garden. I kid you not. And what they left behind. were young but these were not young men and young women.
The young book. Young girls and young boys are And you know what they were using it for. And I don't say it on there, but you know exactly what they're doing. And they were. What are we talking about here, Stephen?
I think you may have lost me here.
Well, they were prostituting. No, no, no. I know that. Yeah, I got that part of it. But what are we talking about?
In what context is all of this happening? Because I believe that we need to go ahead and Crack down the letter of the law. And people like Gavin Newsome in California, they can just sail away as far as I'm concerned. LA can burn to the ground. You know, that's not that's That's not right, it's just not right.
And They showed up and I'm gonna tell you something. All those people, they went running like a rabbit from the gun. And yes, just like your previous call, they left their tools on the ground. They just they ran like rabbits from a gun. And we need to round up all up.
I don't want them held here. I don't want to pay for them to be house and clothes and medical and who knows? go to college for that matter. No, send them back to those countries You don't want them in the first place, 'cause they were bad there.
So why should we ask them?
Well, it's a fair question, and it's one we've been grappling with for a long time. And really, now we're at a position. Where we're either going to do something about it or we're not. And that's why the President, I think, has to really send a clear message that this is it. This is what's going to happen.
If you are a sanctuary city, if you are a sanctuary state, here's what's about to happen to you. And just take a look, and use Los Angeles as an example. And if we. If we decide not to do that here, then I think it's going to be not only a lost opportunity, but I don't think we're ever going to be able to get rid of all the illegals. Stephen, thank you for that.
Let me say this. The administration has been very excited about this number. I think around 3,000 illegals a day are now being deported. Look, I think this is great news. But this is nothing to celebrate.
Bill Clinton was deporting between 8,000 and 10,000 a day. And those are the numbers we need to be at.
So, as exciting as it is, and well done, Tom Holman. We need those numbers to be quadrupled. That's really where we're at right now. All right, 901-260-5926, our number. Big news, folks.

Texas City, Texas. John listening to us on Patriot Talk 920. Hi, John. What's going on? Hey, Todd, listen to your show all the time and really enjoy it.
You had a caller that called earlier, and he said that he had an employer or a new employee where they would share the Social Security number. And like I think you said four or five would share the same number. But you know, when I lived in California in the 90s, I worked with a very large Company that made consumer products. And a lot of the employees. Would tell me that they had those security numbers that they had faked those security numbers so that they could work there.
I just thought it was very interesting that he also had heard about the uh uh the co-security issue. And John, once again, that's fraud. And we know that. They're finding it because of the Doge Committee, but nobody's been charged. Not a single person's been arrested or charged for social security fraud.
Yeah. And you know, they're they're great, you know, they're considerate people or whatnot as far as You know, and sometimes when they say, oh, they're good people or not good people, but they were breaking the law, it was fraudulent. And a couple of them, Todd, actually said they had two.
Social Security numbers. And they drew drew welfare on the other Social Security number.
So it must have been very easy for them. to obtain the uh social security numbers. And that that was in the nineties. I have no doubt that there is an entire underground subculture where you're able to get whatever you might need if you're in this country i illegally. I'm curious, John, in in Texas City, are you guys dealing with the illegal immigration surge there?
Not really. You'd be surprised. You know, when we go down to Corpus Christi, we'll see. man, this is a this is a different topic, but my employees Maybe two years ago through their cell phones were being asked if they could drive a bus uh penned to 12 people For $1,000, and you drive it for about five hours, and I told them, no, that's not good. Is that right?
So that's all about trafficking right there. Jeez. It's about trafficking. I you know what, Tyler told them three things that happened. A, one of them, they get in to the van and they start driving and it's kids.
So now they're in an enormous amount of trouble. But second, they jump in and it's the gangsters who don't like them.
So they kill them or whatever. But the third thing, and I used to hear about this in California, and I've heard about it ha occurring here a couple of times in Texas, but they get into an accident and then You know, six or seven of them die. I've seen them on the 405 where they would get rear-ended and there'd be body. Body bags on the 405 and that's California. But anyway, I told him: you're going to have five or six counts of manslaughter.
So they decided not to do that. And then people stopped calling or contacting them. through their uh cell phone. Wow, John, it sounds like you're all over this and keeping a lot of folks honest and keeping them out of trouble as best you can. Appreciate you calling in today, my friend, and thanks to all of our great listeners over in the Houston area.
Let's go to Kentucky. John is on the line. All right, Pastor John.
So I'm driving back from. Lynchburg, Virginia. and I'm listening to KRAM on the app. Which is a great app, by the way. And guess who I hear calling into the Lars Larson program?
Man. That's right. I'm like, wait a second, that's Pastor John from Kentucky.
Well, that's because I have been influenced by the great Todd Starnes to ask the right questions at the right people. No, you were cheating on us, Pastor John. Forgive me. No, no, no. We're good.
We're good. Anyway, it was a great call. Great call. I got a question for you. I want to ask a question, and I'll hang up a list for your response, okay?
All right, this happened in eighteen sixty five during the draft riots when President Lincoln ordered in federal troops to put down the insurrection. Is not Governor Newsom basically Don't National Guard to it's just state National Guard to leave Stay. And the mayor basically telling the LAPD not to assist the ICE agents. that are literally under attack by these rioters.
So does that not technically put the state of California. In rebellion. i.e., insurrection by not complying with the orders of the President of the United States. Does that not authorize? The President descended federal troops now.
because we are under foreign invasion. put down this rebellion. Because the s the war had already started. They've been firing at our ICE agents for such a long time. You know it's going to happen, but.
I would love to hang up and listen for your response because if they are in rebellion, does that not give the President the authorization? To put down this rebellion and arrest those responsible for encouraging this rebellion. Thanks, Todd. Great show. And forgive me for cheating on you.
No, no, no. Look, Pastor John, thank you for that. Look, the president does have that authority. You have to go back. There was another incident.
The last time this actually happened, it's been a while. 1965, Lyndon Johnson sent in the troops to Alabama, the National Guard. He activated and deployed the National Guard. You had the governor, who was George Wallace at the time, and Wallace refused to intervene.
So Lyndon Johnson had to step in, Democrat governor, Democrat president, and had to intervene.
So, yeah, there are, you know, the president would be well within his rights. I just don't know if they've got enough troops. already on the ground. I think they may need more.
So we'll see how long this unrest continues. But the only reason Trump intervened is he did not want to see the city. Burned down. And he saw what happened in Minneapolis, and the president was saying, We're not going to go down this path again. We're not going to do this again.
By the way, Caroline Lovitt, the White House press secretary, issuing this statement saying that California completely abdicated their responsibility to protect their citizens. Which is absolutely accurate.
So there you go. All right, 901. 260-5926, our number. That's 901-260-5926. Real quick, the story out of Minnesota is getting crazy.
You got the high school girls softball team. The pitcher's a boy named Charlie, goes by Marissa now. And so they won the Class IV A championship. This guy pitched, get this over 21 innings and allowed just two runs. The guy six feet tall.
Huge. And they are now the official state champions. The White House coming in now, they've condemned all of this. They said they're going to investigate, and whoever violated federal law is going to be held accountable. They were already under a Title IX investigation in Minnesota because they refused to comply with President Trump's executive order on men and women sports.
So there you go. Anyway, people are saying. Especially with girls' fast-pitched softball, that this was a cheat because of the genetic makeup of the star pitcher. He's a boy. And clearly Man, he was smoking those girls.
Unbelievable. There you go. Champlain Park High School cheaters, ladies and gentlemen. All right, hang tight. Hour three of the big show coming up.
We'll be right back, everybody. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's conservative blowtorch. That's right. I love this American ride. Stars.
You know what's really fascinating? Even CNN is having to confront. Reality. Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Todd Stearns Show.
Good to have you with us.
So CNN is having to admit that even though, even though, most Democrats are siding with the illegal aliens, the invaders, that most Americans actually stand with President Trump on this. Cut 13, please. Donald Trump, the president, picking a fight on this. And to an extent, you see Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, a Democrat, and the California governor Gavin Newsom pushing back.
So, what do voters see in terms of their perceptions of Republicans? The president or Democrats say Gavin Newsom on this issue? Yeah, the American electorate believed that the Democrats don't have. a clue on the issue of immigration. I mean you could just take it here.
Closer to trust more in immigration, Democrats versus Republicans. Got three different polls for you across the board. They all tell the same story. Republicans lead on the issue of immigration. You see it here CBS plus six.
You see it here CNN plus six. You see it here Ipsos even bigger. Plus 19. No matter what poll you look at, no matter which way you cut it, the American public is with the Republicans. The American public is with Donald Trump.
And to a much greater extent than they were in term number one. And it's not just on the broad issue of immigration. It's on the specifics as well in which the American public is with Donald Trump and the Republicans. And that is why Donald Trump is eager to take on this fight and eager for those scenes out of Los Angeles. You know, it's interesting.
I was doing a show early this morning, American Family Radio, and the host was asking me about this. Look, this is mind-boggling here. I don't get it. The Democrats are so hellbent On On siding with the illegals, even though an overwhelming majority of the American people. are opposed to that.
So what's really going on here?
Well, I have a theory about this. And the theory, and this is pretty nefarious, but just bear with me for a second. And I think you'll understand where I'm coming from. For the Democrats, it's not necessarily about getting the illegals to the polls on Election Day. This is about getting the illegals into towns and communities so they can be counted for the census because the congressional districts are apportioned based on the number of people who live in those towns and those communities.
And by some estimations, as a result of the 20 million illegals that have been relocated to America, that have been allowed to invade our country. Because of that, you've got about 57, as many as 60 congressional seats that actually. should be Republican and not Democrat.
So if you take away the illegals And if you take away the body count of the illegals, the Democrats have been destroyed or would have been destroyed. But that's ultimately why I think they want the illegals here. It's for the bodies. They want to be able to count them in the census. That's what it's about.
All right, let's go to the phones here. Athens, Georgia, home of UGA. John, what's going on? But we have Todd, I just want to say that this situation, there's a silent rebellion going on amongst the Republican governors against Trump over getting these illegal aliens out of these states. DeSantis is the only one that has deputized all of his law enforcement The immigration agent.
Bill Riddy hasn't done it. Brian Kemp hasn't done it. McMaster of South Carolina hasn't done it. Nobody in Alabama, Texas, even Sarah Sanders of Arkansas, she has not deputized all her law enforcement to be immigration agent to get these people out of the country.
So what would you what do you want these what do you want these governors to do? What DeSantis did. DeSantis deputized all of his law enforcement in Florida, and they're rounding them up. Left and right. And then the other governors are stonewalling.
And they're not getting heat for it. And it's if that's one of the reasons why you can't get your 8,000. uh people a day out of this country.
Well, look, I think we're doing a pretty good job of it here in Tennessee. And I'll tell you. Tell you that the ICE agents are here and they are rooting out the illegals. We've got problems with our Democrat mayors. But, you know, again, I hear what you're saying, but you're telling me that all of the Republican governors are in defiance of Donald Trump.
Yes, they are. Because look at this DeFantis is doing. He has deputized all the law enforcement in his state to be immigration agents. And he is the only one. All the others have refused to do it.
They're just not doing it. Why do you think Why do you think that is? Because they don't want to remove these rally.
Well, it could be. Maybe something as simple as that. I don't know, John. I'll tell you what. We'll reach out to Sanders' office and we'll find out.
Tennessee Governor Bill Lee, that guy hates my guts. And I'm not too fond of him either, to be perfectly blunt about it. The guy is a squish Republican, and he gets his feelings hurt, and that's it. If you don't bow down and kiss his feet, you're nothing. He'll cut you out.
And it will be a great joy and a great day in Tennessee when he is no longer our governor. John, we'll work on that for you, and we'll try to get some answers. But man, talk about craziness. I was trying to follow the chaos right now within the, there's a huge fight within the Georgia Republican Party over leadership, and it's hard to figure out who's on the good side and who's it's hard to figure out the good guys and the bad guys, is what I'm trying to say. Also, somebody just sent me this.
You folks in Statesville, North Carolina, apparently there's a no-kings. Protest planned for June 14th in downtown Statesville, North Carolina.
So it sounds like you guys may have some libs coming to town. All right. I'm going to play. Do we have that audio from the school board? All right, good.
So I want to switch gears just for a moment because I've got to get the story out there. There's a lady by the name of Toni Flanagan, and she's from Granby, Connecticut. She's a mom. She's got a kid in the local school district. And she's She's accusing the school board of grooming children.
Hurt th the children. The children were shown a video, and this video Claimed that all straight people are actually. Gay. They just haven't found the right person yet.
So I want you to listen.
So misses Swanigan went to the school board, and here's what she had to say. How do you have a sixteen year old girl stand on a stage saying all straight people are gay, they just haven't found the right person? You're talking to these teenagers who are going through puberty either late or early and are all confused only to add this kind of content to them. You know as well as I do that kids are not thinking straight at this time of their lives. To me, this is psychological warfare on them.
They let them grow and figure out who they are or want to be. When we were growing up, we had kids that were in our class that were. gay, straight, they even cross-dressed back then. We never treated them any differently around us. We were even friends.
In work, I worked with all kinds of different people: gay, straight, trans. Not one of them would ever sit there and push it on anyone. They were with. like you are doing here. I have friends who have kids, well adults, now who say they are gay, and I don't treat them any differently.
They are still the same person they have always been since I have known them. To me, this is borderline grooming by telling kids, like I said before, all straight people are gay, you just haven't found the right person. Seriously, that is grooming. Kids have enough on their plates these days with peer pressure. You're adding to their stress levels.
This is something I don't expect my tax dollars paying for. I will not be responsible what can and could happen to these kids. Stop telling them what to do and how to think. What happened to you, what happens to you if you treat people the way you do, you want them to treat you the same way you treat them. No one should look at anyone different.
I don't care about what color you are, sexual preference. You are people and kids need to learn how to treat others with respect. That starts at home and goes through their lives. We don't need schools teaching them how to be gay. Or it's great to be trans, or I have a vagina.
I'm a woman now.
Sorry. There are only two genders, male and female. If there wasn't, none of us would be sitting here right now. Men don't wake up and say, I have a vagina, I'm a woman, or vice versa. How about the school literally focus on how these kids need to live in the future, like finances, reading, writing, everything that you need to live your life and get through your life?
Get them ready for college, not trying to convince them they're something they're not. Stop looking for these videos that Ellen Gejanaris puts out. She doesn't have kids, has no idea, so how can you expect the kids to follow it? She also is not an educator. This is my Excuse me, my opinion and my beliefs.
That you are not accomplishing anything here. You're just hurting and setting them back. I suggest you let everybody decide on their own who they are, what they are. If you want to treat them, teach them something, teach them you treat people the way you want to be treated. I don't care what you are, who you identify as, what you have here.
is the only thing that matters. You treat people the way you want to be treated. Wow. I mean, she makes a lot of sense. And again, to her point.
She's got a lot of gay friends and colleagues, co-workers, and they would never think to push this kind of content on kids. And I could appreciate that. I believe that is the truth for most gay people in America. They just want to live their lives. But when you've got somebody getting up there and saying all straight people are gay, so that seems to fly in the face of the whole LGBT movement, right?
Weren't you born that way? I mean, that seemed to be the rally cry back in the day. Have things well, I guess things have changed because of the transgender movement. Because now the transgender movement says you may have been born that way, but you're not, or you were mistaken. That way it's this is why the L's and the B's and the G's don't like the T's.
Because if transgenderism is actually a real thing, that means nobody's anything. It's all very confusing, but good for this mom for standing up and speaking out at this school board meeting. And she's right. This is grooming. Why in the world would anybody think it was okay to have that kind of a conversation, to show that kind of a video to children?
And I'll tell you why. It's because they're grooming these kids, and that's unacceptable. 901-260-5926, our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926. I want to remind you folks to head over during the break and get yourself a pre-ordered copy of Star Spangled Blessings.

All right, let's go to the phone lines. Gilbert in Washington, North Carolina. Hi, Gilbert. What's going on? Todd, my pleasure, sir.
Just want to throw some numbers out to you regarding illegal immigrants. The information I'm provided has providing has been gleaned from Google. They've documented it with sources. Right now, the common number for illegal aliens in the U. S.
appears to be around eleven million or more. Based on that number The median income to house a prisoner In per state. is approximately sixty four thousand dollars a year. If we were to all 11 million illegals. That would be a cost of approximately seven hundred four billion dollars a year to the United States.
Additionally. If we were to deport all eleven million, The estimated cost, while there's quite a few variances, I'm using an average is approximately 17,000 $100. That includes housing, arrest. Everything involved in it. This would run to about A low of $150 billion a year.
Yeah. Well, Gilbert, where are you getting your numbers from? Off of Google.
Okay.
Well, I've got some more hardcore numbers to share with you. And the problem is, it's hard figuring out exactly how much because of the actual number of illegals. I've heard anywhere from 14 million to 20 million illegals. National Review did a study and they determined The federal tax money used was north of $451 billion with a B. There's another study done by FAIR, the organization that actually researches the illegals, and they're saying the illegals cost us $116 billion annually.
And, Gilbert, I guess it seems to me. If you are, if it's costing us $100 billion or $400 billion, it doesn't matter. They don't need to be here.
Okay.
All right, Gilbert, thank you for the call. I'm not quite sure what happened there, but anyway, appreciate that, Gilbert. But yeah, so look, if it's costing us $451 billion and we send all the illegals back home, guess what? That's money that can be reallocated back to the American taxpayers. I just want somebody in Memphis to fix my blasted potholes out there for crying out loud.
Is that really too much to ask, ladies and gentlemen? I'm just saying. Is it really that much to ask? Oh, I've got some happy news to share with you. This story from.
Davidson, North Carolina. There was a young man named Christian McGee. He was suspended. We talked about this. I think we had Christian and his attorney on the show.
Christian was suspended from Central Davidson High School. 17 years old, the poor kid got in trouble after the teacher told him to use the word alien in a sentence.
So the kid asked for some clarification. He said, Are you talking about space aliens or illegal aliens with green cards? How dare you? How dare you? You shut your mouth, you xenophobic racist.
Teacher went bonkers. Sent the poor kid to the principal's office, and they determined, they did an investigation on the poor kid, and they determined that. He was being racist when he said illegal aliens with with green without green cards. And they suspended the TID. Three days.
So fortunately, Christian's mom is a mama bear, and she took great offense at all this. And you know what she did? She filed a lawsuit against the school. And the school has now agreed to settle. They've apologized publicly to Christian, and they're also going to turn over $20,000 to cover tuition of a private school.
The only problem I have is that it'll be 200,000 or 2 million. Come on. Good for you, Christian. All right, hang tight, everybody. We'll be right back.
As you know, Congresswoman, the LAPD police chief, Jim McDonnell, says the level of violence he's been seeing across Los Angeles, in his word, and I'm quoting him now, is disgusting. Given that, why shouldn't the National Guard be involved?
Well, I was surprised at the way that the police chief was describing all of this. There had been no violence where anybody that was protesting hit anybody, shot anybody, threatened anybody. Nothing has happened. And so he doesn't know what to do, probably, because this is a sanctuary city and the police don't have the authority. All that he's got to do is call the walk with the governor.
The governor was not even called when he sent in. The National Guard. The mayor was not even called. The President is initiating this. But there you have it, folks.
Maxine Waters announcing there is no violence. They're just out there, Idolo, roasting s'mores on the 101 freeway for crying out loud. Even Corey Booker, the senator from New Jersey, cut number two. The reality is we see peaceful protests launching in Los Angeles. And again, any violence against police officers should not be accepted.
Local authorities can handle that. But remember, a lot of these peaceful protests are being generated because the President of the United States is sowing chaos and confusion by arresting people who are showing up for their immigration hearings, who are trying to abide by the law.
Okay, no, no, no, they're not. And by the way, Donald Trump is not out there setting fire to cars in Los Angeles. Donald Trump isn't doing that. And by the way, the ICE agents are not doing what Corey Booker just said. All of this is based on a fallacy.
The ICE agents are going around picking up very dangerous, very violent people. That's what's going on here. And if the Democrats, if they want to go down this path, more power to you. But I'm telling you, at the end of the day, it's not going to work. The American people, they're done here.
As a matter of fact, the black Americans are especially done. And they see what's going on, they see through all of this. By the way, here's a reporter. Cut number three. We agree that if you're being violent, you should be arrested.
You should be prosecuted. There is no disagreement on that. I think that's an effort that we can all say. But this is not what's happening. We are having an administration that's targeting peaceful protests, people that are there to protest.
The president is sending the National Guard because he doesn't like the scenes. He doesn't like the scenes of people peacefully protesting. And we know that California law enforcement, local law enforcement, they're there to protect the public. They're there to protect and have public safety. And that's what they're there to do.
Now, when people turn on law enforcement is when you get that response.
So while she's talking Behind her, there are images of people. People firing these commercial-grade fireworks at police officers and their horses. Throwing scooters off of the overpass. All of this is happening. This chick is incredibly clueless about what's going on.
Unbelievable. This story out of Indiana. Apparently there's a big, big controversy brewing. One of our great listeners out in Indiana sent this to me. A middle school teacher is facing a national firestorm after she was photographed in front of the White House wearing a T-shirt adorned with the numbers eighty six forty seven.
Yeah. You can't make this stuff up.
So, the teacher was chaperoning a student on a visit to our nation's capital. And by the way, the anti-Trump teacher is now unemployed. This coming from Middlebury, Indiana. The community schools there apparently have a strict policy banning teachers from using their positions. to promote partisan political views.
Once the district was made aware of the t-shirt being worn by the middle school teacher. She was Placed on leave, and then she was, or she announced that she was going to resign. Lieutenant Governor Micah Beckwith had a chance to meet him, by the way, at the Liberty University gathering. Great guy. Lieutenant Governor Micah Beckwith blasted the school district, said it's another reason why parents need choices for educating their children.
He said, Ladies and gentlemen, this is our Indiana public school system. And then he's mocking the people. But, governor, we're not indoctrinating our kids and leftist anti-American world views. Yeah, right, that's exactly what you're doing. This is why we need a robust charter, private and non-public school alternative in Indiana, do better Elkhart County.
Now, ladies and gentlemen, I double-checked on this before coming on the program today. But the US Constitution does afford you the right to have a political opinion and to express that opinion, but it does not afford you the right to call for the assassination of the President of the United States. The Lieutenant Governor is right. Do better. Indiana Dew Batter.
901-260-5926, our number. That's 901-260-5926. Want to tell you about Kaylee Bush? Crowned as Miss North Florida. Lovely lady, by the way.
You know, with a lot of these pageants, you never know when you're going to get a dude. Oh, by the way, yesterday the Tony Awards That's the Broadway Musical Awards people. They had some due dress. At first, you're thinking, oh, this is a beautiful dress. And then you have the see-through top, and the guy.
Look like a a bear, like a black bear. Fur coming out all over the place. It's disgusting. And all I can tell you is, men of America, if you're going to be wearing a dress like that and you're going to show your cleavage, at least shave, please. Nobody wants to see that.
Or at least get a lint brush for crying out loud. Anyway, Kayleigh Bush, lovely young lady. Named Miss North Florida twenty twenty five. She has now been stripped of her title because she refused to sign a Miss America contract. that falsely defines female to include castrated males.
This is nuts. She lost or she was crowned in 2024. Last August she was stripped of the title in November. Ultimately, the contract with the Miss America organization requires female beauty candidates to agree to compete against biological males who have been subjected to medical mutilation surgeries. The contract language states that applicants must be female, and that female means an individual who has fully completed sex reassignment surgery.
Via vaginoplasty from male to female. Oh, this is terrible. I'm not going to read the rest of this. Liberty Council, one of the nation's leading religious liberty law firms, sent a demand letter to the Miss Florida Scholarship Program and the Miss America organization urging them to reconsider. To date, both organizations have refused to reply or budge from the ban.
Not only are the pageants violating the Constitution, they're also violating Florida law. That's according to Liberty Council. A contract which violates a provision of the Florida Constitution. is void and illegal and will not be enforced in Florida courts. Matt Staver, the founder of Liberty Council, said he commends Kayleigh Bush for taking a stand and refusing to sign the Miss America organization's contract.
says it's infused with false gender ideology. He goes on to say a contract that defines female to include boys fourteen to eighteen who have been medically castrated is an abandonment of reality and an endorsement of harming children. He says Kayleigh Bush should have her crown restored and these types of reprehensible contracts. Must be stopped.
Well, I would comp I I completely agree with this. But good for Miss Bush for taking a stand here. Because I have to imagine it would be easy just to go ahead and sign something like this, but clearly this is not what she believes. And good for her. Unbelievable that this is happening.
Just unbelievable. 901-260-5926, our telephone number. That's 901-261. two six zero five nine two six. We've got to get her.
Her crown has to be restored, ladies and gentlemen. This is just unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable. But this is where we are right now, in America, where right is wrong and wrong is right. And now you've got big hairy dudes competing in beauty pageants.
Nobody wants to see that. Unbelievable. All right, we've got to take a quick break here, folks. 901-260-5926, our telephone number. This is the Todd Stern Show.
Wow, people really are losing their minds over um Trump's inning of the National Guard, some of the videos. I wish I could play some of them, but people, they're so profane. Stop cursing. Come on. Let's go to the phone lines here.
Christine in Asheville, North Carolina. Hi, Christine, what's on your mind?
Well, hello, Todd. How are you? I hope you find your old traveling man. I'm doing well. Thank you for asking.
No, I almost took the wrong turn and headed towards Asheville. Oh, gosh.
Well, that might have been the right turn, huh? Could have been. Could have been. Okay, I know that you know all about the news coverage in Los Angeles and San Diego. and you have 6,500 listeners in this area So when I wanted to say there's a protest scheduled in this area.
for tonight and one scheduled for Saturday. and another one scheduled in Hendersonville at ten o'clock Saturday morning, one in Statesville, North Carolina, which a gentleman called in about earlier. And This is just crazy. I mean, Trump won the electoral vote and the popular vote. What what happened to all these people?
These people, other people, are just going crazy.
So I want you I know a lot of people listen to you, so I was wondering if you could mention that maybe some of people on the other side can organize a Trump rally. in protest of these other protesters.
Well, I think that's a terrific idea. When is the rally there in Asheville? There's one on Saturday at ten or eleven, I'm not sure, and there's one tonight. in Asheville. Yeah, I would look, I do think that Trump supporters should get out there, and if you and it's really not even Trump supporters, if you love your country.
Get out there and let people know where you stand. Because right now, Christine, the media is all over this, and they're claiming that all of these are peaceful protests. And that if kids are burning cars, well, you know, they're just working out their aggression. It's summertime, they got nothing to do, so they're just, you know, setting cars on fire. And burning the American flag?
That is totally disgraceful. Yeah, they're spitting on it and then they're burning it. And that has been happening. Totally disgraceful. And Christine, that's been happening multiple times.
It's not a one-off. These people are waving Mexican flags by the hundreds, and they're burning American flags. And I read an article recently about the protesters throwing Um containers. towards the police. Yeah, so they were they found they found pallets of concrete, but one of the other things they're doing is that they're taking these hammers and they're breaking apart the concrete on the sidewalks, and then they're using the shards and they're throwing those at the police officer.
I mean, it's really dangerous, and I'm surprised that more officers have not been injured. But, Christine, are you ready for this? Yesterday, last night, they made an announcement at the press conference. Out of all of that violence, they had only arrested 10 people. Oh, for heaven's sake.
Probably should have been at least a hundred people, huh? At least, at least. This is crazy. I mean, it's absolutely ridiculous. Don't you have anything else to do, you idiot?
Yeah, it's Christine, I tell you, and I'm concerned about I am concerned about towns like Asheville and Hendersonville and Statesville. This is all over. And I'm telling you, if a lot of these folks are parts of sleeper cells, could you imagine the amount of damage they could inflict on this country in a very short amount of time? That's true. That's very true.
All right, Chris. Christine, you hang in there and keep us updated on what happens in Asheville. You are the eyes and ears of the show out there, and all of you are folks.
So if you're seeing these kinds of protests happening in your communities, give us a call. Let us know about it. 901260-5926. That's 901260. five nine two six.
But I think Trump is going to have to play hardball here. I really do. He's gonna have to send a message, otherwise, it's all talk. All right, I want to play some audio. This is the police chief of Los Angeles, cut number six.
As far as people worried about the violence that we're seeing, this violence that I've seen is disgusting. It's escalated now since the beginning of this incident. What we saw the first night was bad. What we've seen subsequent to that is getting increasingly worse and more violent. Tonight, we had individuals out there shooting commercial-grade fireworks at our officers.
We've seen people with hammers, and you've broadcast it, breaking the bollards behind the federal building. and taking the rocks, if you will, or pieces of concrete and throwing them at officers. We've had liquid of who knows what description thrown at officers. There's no limit to what they're doing to our officers. And it's only going to get worse.
You do understand this is really, it's just the beginning. It really is. We are looking at a very well-coordinated, massive effort to destabilize the country, and that is only going to get worse. We understand Flag Day, June 14th, there are going to be massive protests across the entire nation.
So, this is all a very well-coordinated effort to destabilize America. By the way, President Trump. Writing this on Truth Social, We made a great decision in sending the National Guard to deal with the violent instigated riots in California. If we had not done so, Los Angeles would have been completely obliterated. The very incompetent Governor Gavin Newscomb and Mayor Karen Bass should be saying, Thank you, President Trump.
You are so wonderful. We would be nothing without you, sir. Instead, they choose to lie to the people of California and America by saying that we weren't needed and that these are peaceful protests. Just one look at the pictures and videos of the violence and destruction tells you all you have to know. We will always do what is needed to keep our citizens safe so we can together make America great again.
That's a terrific statement. Yeah. But it's true. Again, ladies and gentlemen, this is. This is a difficult time in the country.
And we're going to have to stay focused here. We've got a lot happening, and we're going to do our very best to keep you alert and aware, keep you and your family safe. If you have a firearm, I would suggest learning how to use it. If you don't have one, you need to get one. Because it could be a situation, as they discovered in Los Angeles, where there are just not enough police officers to go around.
