Today is Tuesday, October twentieth. All day, Todd is out. He's getting ready for the Grizz's first game tomorrow night. You have me, Frank Calvet, loyal and great Memphian, with Kristen, the flamethrower. New.

Well, hello. Good morning. We are fully caffeinated and we are ready to talk politics because we are in the middle of early voting and it is election season, people. It is election season. Helen and the rest of the Out of Control crew is managing the board.

So anytime you want to give us a call, two six zero fifty nine twenty six. Look, as you get your first cup of coffee, as always, you really don't need it. You have Kristen and Frank. Oh, but I need it.

Well, I've been here for 20 minutes, and I no, we're already in fifth gear. But before we get started, we want to say a special shout out to my sister-in-law, Amy Sadler, and my friend. Yeah, I know Amy, long-time loyal KWM listener. Amy Sadler turns 29 today. That's right.

That's right. She's a youngin. Yep. Happy birthday, Amy. Would that make her millennial?

Oh my lord. Close enough, as far as my, as my mother would say, that's the way it should be. You are in the principal Toyota studio. We are October twentieth, two weeks, fourteen days to victory and election day. But most important, it's early voting.

You have twenty six locations to choose from. You have until October twenty ninth to vote. And let me tell you guys, our hours at early voting are very convenient. It's from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

during the week, and we even have it open on Saturdays from 10 to 4.

So get out there and vote, people. We need your vote. The numbers are showing that the Democrats are ruling us again, and. I don't like that. I'm I'm a little miffed by it.

I don't like it at all. I don't like it. Early voting is now what sixty five, seventy five percent of turnout. It is is during early voting, and the Democrats are obviously angry still about the redistricting because they're about to get Congressman Brent Taylor in the ninth district. But I'm told Todd Starnes is taking a break from trying out for the Grizzlies and their season opener.

Todd, you online? Yeah, I am indeed, guys. You sound great this morning, and I'm actually on my way to Memphis International Airport to help our good friends down in Texas once again pull their fat out of the fire by trying to help get Tim Panks get elected to the Senate. All right, well, that sounds like a good job to do because we've got uphill battle in Texas.

Well, we really do, and it's just really a matter of getting out the vote. I was so happy to see Kristen, you, and many others out Manning the Manning the outside of the the polling station there in Germantown. Waited about thirty five minutes in line to vote, so that was exciting to see so many people out. But yeah, we're meeting with all of our great listeners in the Houston area. Patriot Talk nine twenty.

We're doing a big book event tonight. A lot of the well, the Harris County GOP will be there. A lot of the candidates, and I'm excited to be able to help our good friends out in Texas. And I'll be back on Thursday.

So you guys are doing a great job.

Well, Todd, thank you so much, and thank you for all that you do, Texas. You know they're trying hard to flip that seat, and that's been a reliably red state, very conservative. What's your feeling on the ground out there? I mean, how are voters energized? I think voters are energized.

I was in Southern California over the weekend, speaking to about a thousand Republicans. They are incredibly fired up, and I really was inspired by their enthusiasm.

So, my advice to all of us here in the mid South: don't listen to the polling data. Don't listen to all the negative stories. Just get out and cast your vote. Bring somebody with you. And and I just heard David Kustoff's ads.

If every Republican were to be running ads like that. I think we would have a landslide victory in in November. You couldn't have hit the nail more perfectly on the on the with the head of the hammer. You know, David Kustoff has been a phenomenal congressman, a phenomenal conservative, and you know to know the guy is to know that he calls you back. That is the ultimate in representation of the people.

Todd, thank you so much for joining us. Keep doing the great work, and we'll see you Thursday morning. All right, great show, guys. All right, thanks, Todd. Take care.

All right, ladies and gentlemen. If you fell asleep Monday night football, the Forty Niners prevailed over the Washington Commanders. But most importantly, locally, the Grizzlies are starting their season tomorrow night against the Utah Jazz. Oh, Grizzlies! We are a basketball town.

The Tigers are getting ready for their third toughest schedule in the country. We're going to be playing some marquee teams. That's getting cranked up October twenty third, and and we need to get everybody get downtown again. We have. A safer downtown.

There's no reason not to go now. Support those restaurants and businesses down there. Get your family out. Go to a tiger game. Go to a grizzly game.

Let's support Memphis and let's let's get this basketball season rolling. I love basketball season. I love March Madness. I love all of that.

So I am I am here for it, ladies and gentlemen. This is the best season of sports. You've got baseball, football, basketball trifecta. Yeah, man. What.

What more could you? What more could you? Voting red. Actually, that's what I want for Christmas. I want for Christmas is is.

Is people to get out and vote red all the way down that ballot, light it up like a Christmas tree. We don't need any blue up in there.

Well, and and to that point, ladies and gentlemen, again, as I've always said, you don't need your coffee. You have us because let's let's talk about what's happening in the world as we get to our little corner of it. Emmanuel Macron, Macron. You have to say with an accent. You cannot say it.

You have to say with a French accent. Macron. Macron. I'm Memphis. You know, no, no, no, no, no.

I slang too many things already. Macron. Well, you country. Macron. Well, see, he he he valiantly valiantly overcame his hangover from attending this poor baby, ladies and gentlemen.

You can't make this up. He valiantly overcame his hangover from the Celine Dion concert. I believe it was Thursday night in Paris to denounce. He strongly denounced the riots, ladies and gentlemen. Strongly worded letter.

Oh, yeah, yes, a strongly word. Uh huh, ladies and gentlemen, a thousand police officers have been injured in France. Fifteen hundred businesses damaged, while Macron was. Denouncing and writing his letters, the cops did their job because they are the thin blue line, and they got this dispersed. Don't let the liberals fool you.

Don't let them tell you that oh, it was a peaceful demonstration. Fifteen hundred businesses. Were damaged. Your whole life was in that shop, and it is now gone. But I have good news, Christine.

Like the summer of love, anything but. But I have good news. What's your good news? No mosque, unbelievable, was damaged or destroyed, and no Palestinian flags were burned. Oh, amazing, amazing.

So you know how did we get there? You think how did France get there? It got there piece by piece, right?

So just little promises that the government's going to take care of this. For you, just one more program, one more entitlement that the government is going to promise for the people, one more handout, and now look where they are. And that is what we're trying to get the message out to the people: is do not believe the lies that the government needs to be your daddy. Yeah, it's yeah we're talking about France, thirty five hour work weeks, six weeks of vacation a year, and it all began. I'm sure because as we saw it in local government, you give a little bit, and eventually it's not enough.

Yeah, ladies and gentlemen, it begins with just give us a little bit of Sharia law in Detroit, Michigan. Which is what they're doing, and eventually is going to become in your neighborhood.

Now, under the local, under the local, the MS CS, that's the school board, has appealed using your tax dollars. They've gone to court, and you know, look, ladies and gentlemen, game respects game. They spent your tax dollars to create an appeal that was so complicated that a judge couldn't possibly rule from the bench yesterday.

So the state takeover is once again delayed; it's on hold. And no matter where you are on on on this issue, bottom line, this the kids lose because at the bottom line to all of this. The school boards been seated for since September. They haven't done anything. If anything, they've been more than happy to enjoy the status quo.

This takeover has immediately begun and signaled they're ready to go to work. They've signaled that they are ready to do what they have to do to get our school system and the ship righted. And the new board is sitting there waiting to go in. They have all the powers that they need to do the job, and like you said, they're just waiting in the wings. And these are fully capable people who are ready to right the ship on this and to help these families and to help these children.

And the same people that ruin the system—they just raining into the ground—are the same people holding back. The fully capable people from coming in and helping this system, and it's a really sad situation. And normally, I am not one for state takeovers because I believe in local control. But we have exhausted every single opportunity. There is nothing left.

It has to be done. It has to be done. You cannot confidently send your children to a school. With this board, with what has happened in the past, and say that the status quo is somehow acceptable. And if you just look, any of the resumes of the takeover board, any of their resumes, they're all gold plated.

They should be seated and allowed to do their jobs, and do the tough job that our duly elected folks aren't doing.

So it makes you really wonder what they're afraid of. What are they hiding? What is it that we don't know? Is it even worse than we can possibly imagine? Let me tell you something.

When I see several million dollars being wasted, fraud and abuse, I guarantee you that is a fiefdom they don't want to give up. And what are they hiding? But it gets even better, ladies and gentlemen. While you are asleep. Yolanda Cooper Sutton, city councilwoman, has been basically yes, it's a wrist slap, but city council chair Jana Swereng in Washington has barred her from chairing her committees.

So Yolanda cannot chair her committees for a month now. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I get that that is a slap on the wrist, but as a former elected official, I can tell you. That's actually very important because if it goes on, the the punishment will get worse. You have to start somewhere, yeah. You have to start somewhere, but you know, bottom line, you cannot come into a city council meeting with your bullhorn.

No, but equally important as elected officials, we cannot get into shouting matches with the public. Nobody wins, and more importantly, the public loses. The citizens lose their confidence in you.

So, well, like Justin Pearson, they're chaos creators, right? That's all they're doing. They're not there to really persuade anybody. They're there to cause chaos. Yeah, and to what end?

You don't see people causing chaos to seat the school board, the school takeover. You don't see people chaos. The chaos comes from one side. It comes from one side. And unfortunately for you, my dear listener, you are not voting.

They're voting in larger numbers.

So, my salute to Janice Swearingen Washington, chairman of the council, for suspending for at least a month. Oh Lord, ladies and gentlemen, we've already run up. But when you come back, we're going to talk about the governor's race. Mister Hatley's been in town. Yes, he's been here to talk.

So we're going to take a obscene profit break, and we'll come right back. This is Jenny Garth from I Choose Me with Jenny Garth. We spend a lot of time talking about our health, but sexual health should be part of that conversation too. I know because I've experienced low libido myself, and it can leave you feeling frustrated and wondering what happened to that part of me. That's why I started taking Addy.

Non-hormonal Addy is the only FDA-approved treatment for both pre- and post-menopausal women under 65. Clinically proven to increase Increase sexual desire. dot com. That's A D D Y I. dot com to learn more, including important warnings. All right, that's the way to start. A little journey, a little coffee for your morning.

It's Frank and Kristen taking over for Todd Starnes for this morning. Wake up, people! Wake up! You don't need coffee. You got us.

Look, today is October twentieth. We are two weeks. From victory two weeks to election day, and stick around. Coming up in about ten minutes, Representative John Gillespie is going to be on the phone. We're going to talk about his race, but first, let's talk about the governor's race.

You know, I think Marcia is going to win, but Mr. Hatley has been coming to Memphis, hitting it hard.

Now, some things I don't agree with, but he has really tried to make an impact on this race, Chris. That's right. So he's had several events here in Memphis, and they've all been at capacity, sold out. And he's sending out texts for free tickets. And in these events, he's offering to pay for lunch if you come hear him speak, pay for dinner.

So it's kind of hard to gauge whether or not that that's genuine. Interest in Hatley, or people just want to go for the free dinner. It's kind of like when my parents went and listened to the timeshare speech; they could get free Disney tickets.

So I don't know if it's at that same thing or not. But but he is speaking, and he's getting a room full of people. It's a way to get into a lot of people in front of a lot of people and spread your message.

Now I hear that he is having some problems with his message in our area because he doesn't really understand the dire. Needs of Memphis.

So, some of his messaging is a little off. He's not really a big fan of the Memphis Safe Task Force. He believes that all of our policing problems are the fact that the policemen are underfunded, which they are. But that is not our, you know, that doesn't take care of everything. You can't just throw money at a problem and expect solutions.

And he's also not really big on this school takeover. And he doesn't really understand where we are at in our education here in in the problems that we have with the Memphis Shelby County Schools.

So he, I think he's getting fed some bad information, honestly, or he's he's thinking like an independent and not like a conservative. I don't know, ladies and gentlemen. Our number is two six zero fifty nine twenty six. Give us a call. Look, I, anybody can run.

Anybody can. Everybody should vote. A lot of people have fought and died over the several centuries now for your right to vote and for your right to speak your mind. Obviously, I completely disagree. That our school system needs to be taken over.

I emphatically agree that throwing money at a problem does not necessarily solve it. As as former city councilman, I can tell you, you know, the moment we gave our police a raise, the surrounding areas did too.

So it's it's it's they deserve every bit of it and twice that. Yes, but at the same time, money doesn't solve it. But I'm curious. Call in if you've been to one of these lunches or supper meetings, because I'm curious as to his delivery. Is he a viable candidate?

Do you think he's a viable candidate? I I still think Marsha Blackburn wins. Yeah, but here's the problem with with people like Hatley. He's not taking away Democrat votes. He's taking away votes from the Republicans.

So I think that that having these, and I've actually on the way here, there. Was a clip that they were playing on KWM that was about somebody really pushing the the the independents saying that's the way we get the nation back towards the middle. But I think that's a way to really break the Republican Party. I think that's that's how you elect Democrats. That's exactly right.

It's clear and obvious. Hatley is not going after the Democratic vote, even though his positions are not necessarily Memphis and Shelby County. He's taking votes away from Marsha Blackburn, and again, I still think Marsha wins. But at the same time, the last time we saw a split like this, interestingly enough, Kristen. Was in the seventies, and that elected Winfield Dunn, the first Republican governor since Reconstruction.

I wonder if the flip is happening now two six zero fifty nine twenty six. And what does a Jerry Green administration look like for Tennessee for for Red Tennessee if? Hatley splits enough votes that she actually squeaks in. I'm quite sure now. Obviously, I haven't asked her, but I'm quite sure she doesn't expect to win, and so I'm sure she hasn't thought through what is actually part of the job.

It's at the end of the day, a vote for Hatley is. Oh, we have somebody on the line. Call her too, please, Miss Helen. You've got Frank and Kristen on the phone caller. Who are you?

Well, I guess they passed on it. We'll stay there. Hey, look, we're coming up on a break. Stay with us. Representative John Gillespie will be with us momentarily.

Take care. Enjoy your coffee. Is your home wish list just sitting in your cart?

Well, get ready to hit checkout because Wayday at Wayfair starts October twenty fourth with up to eighty percent off everything home. That new sofa, the rug you've been eyeing, the upgrades you've been putting off. They could all be way less during Wayday. It's Wayfair's biggest sale of the year, so make your list and mark your calendar. Shop Wayday starting October 24th for up to 80 off everything home at Wayfair.com.

Wayfair, every style, every home. All right, we're back. Frank Calvet, Krista Dew, Helen, and Gen Z in the out of control room, managing the boards. It is Tuesday, October twentieth. We are nine, fourteen days, nine days to the end of early voting, but fourteen days to victory.

Great news! We've got our good friend Representative John Gillespie on the line. John, you with us? I am. Thanks so much for having me, Frank.

Oh, good. Always good to talk to you, my friend. Look, your district. You've got a target on your back. Every two years, you know the Dems try to flip your seat, and this year is, of course, no exception.

They're they're coming after you. What are you hearing out there? How are you fighting back?

So you are absolutely right. Every every two years, I face quite the challenge. It's most perilous district in the entire state of Tennessee. We've been we've been busy. We've been knocking on about almost 1,700 doors a week for the last two or three months.

We've got people at all the polling locations that it will allow us. We're on TV, we're on the internet, and we're in your mailbox.

So we are we are fighting, but. We are up against something that we've not been before, and that is, first, my opponent has more money than me, and the majority of it is not from the district, not even from Tennessee. You know, John, I hate to interrupt you on that one. John, is it? It's surprising anymore that on a state representative race, which look everybody understands something of all the seats that flip.

In Tennessee, it's not the council, it's not the Congress, it's the state representatives that the Democrats. But most importantly, John, what it sounds like you're saying, they've got that George Soros type money flooding in, trying to flip this thing. Oh yeah, absolutely. I mean, if you look at the disclosure forms, it's seventy-five cents from Susie in Kentucky and a dollar fifty from Joey in California. I mean, it's it's.

Under five dollars, but a lot of money adds up across the country, and it's the Democrats. They're they're more organized when it comes to fundraising than we are, and they're more organized. I feel like in a lot of situations, it's it's they they really do have that ground game really under control. They have the money game under control, and they don't deviate as a party.

So, how are you going to go up against what seems like to me is a very organized Democrat Party when we are in a very blue county?

Well, I can only answer that in specifically to my race, and that is, I'm running on my record. I fought for lower crime, better quality of life, lower taxes. Better education, and we're doing that in the General Assembly. I'm doing that in the General Assembly. Crime is down in Memphis.

Our education system, if some judges will let us do our job, will get better. We will be able to invest more money because we have businesses moving to Tennessee at record rates. I'm running on that, and if people don't like that, then it's a pretty obvious choice because the difference between Who I'm running against and me is just night and day. Representative John Gillespie is with us. John, when you're at the polls, and some, and to remind our listeners, you can early vote at any polling.

In other words, you can live in Germantown and vote early downtown if you want to. Yeah, you can vote anywhere. But John, when you're out there, especially because Bethel in Germantown is such, even though I know it's not your district, it's such a gauntlet for lack of better words. But all the candidates, especially. Love to go out there.

What are you hearing from the voters? Because the the Democrats, you know, I get it. They're angry, but at the same time, you have stood strong for schools. You have stood strong in being pro police and anti crime. What are you hearing out there from voters?

I'll be honest. The people that are going out of their way to come up and say something to me is nothing but thanks. Um. It's always good to get a thumbs up or a wave from someone, but it's even better when someone actually comes up to me and thanks me for what I've been doing.

Now, obviously, not many people come up to me and say anything negative to me because I think they keep on, you know, walking, walking. Oh, you should come out to New Bethel, the Gauntlet, if you want to hear some negativity. That's a whole other ball game out there. That's some crazy retail politics out there. I've been sticking mostly to Second Baptist.

It's probably good, just because it's in the heart of my district. Yes, and you know we we can talk about this another day. But all the different polling locations all have different restrictions on what you can and cannot do. I miss the days of uniformity, but. That's a conversation for another time.

Well, when when you're sworn in in the next general assembly after you win, Representative John Gillespie, maybe that's something that you ought to consider as a state law.

Now, there are several amendments on the ballot, and you know, in the time we have, what are your thoughts? Because you know, the one about allowing judges more discretion to deny bail, I I kind of felt like your I felt like your fingerprints. We're all over that. Yeah, so that was something that the Speaker of the House, Cameron Sexton, is the one that originally proposed it. But I got on board and helped with it right off the bat.

If you remember back in 2000 through 2023, when we were having our peak crime crisis, that was one of the biggest things we kept on hearing. Is but the Constitution does not allow us to do that, and we're talking about common sense.

So right now, in Tennessee, the only person that can be denied bail outright is one that's charged for a capital crime.

Okay, murder, for example. Yeah, murder. But that's one of the on the table.

So it's it's we need that expansion, and there are a lot of states around us and throughout the country that can deny bail for certain situations. And so that's all we're asking for is murder. Aggravated rape, aggravated kidnapping, acts of terrorism, uses of weapons of a mass destruction. The judge should be able to hold you a little bit longer.

Okay, so what we're saying is we want to apply common sense and give judges discretion because I can't.

So we're saying under the law right now with the DA we have, but judges can give bail. To aggravated rape charge or a terrorism charge, yeah. I mean, it could be a mass murder terrorism charge, and unless you know it's capital offense, DA is saying it so. You have the absolute right.

Now it could be a high bail, but you have the right to it. We're just simply. That blows my mind. We've got all this money from outside of Tennessee flooding into your race, and you're going to tell me that somebody that they might agree with, you know, fifteen hundred businesses destroyed in France. You're going to tell me this outside money is going to come into Tennessee to try to stop you, stop this amendment, not give judges the discretion.

But even if they did high bails, you know, Soros, they're going to try to get these people out. Jailed, ladies and gentlemen, these folks could be walking the streets now. Help me out because I'm not too familiar. Is it just for certain types of crimes that that they can have this? They are listed.

Okay, it is specific, very specific.

Okay, great. In the Constitution, you don't want ambiguity. You correct. It lists exactly what crimes they are.

So the far left is trying to tell you you're going to get your right taken away and all that stuff. No, I mean, if you go shoot up twenty five people, then sure your right's gonna be taken away. But let me, you you've done something that egregious, aggravated rape, terrorism. You've forfeited your right. Correct.

You get a cell. Period. Representative John Gillespie, you know. You fought so hard for Memphis and Shelby County. You've done a phenomenal job.

You know, crime. There's a lot of credit for the crime drop to be spread around, but I think it also needs to land in your lap. This credit for crime going down because you stood strong and said, "Right is right." In the time we have, about a minute, John. Last thoughts to to our good listeners. Yeah.

So I just want to encourage everyone: if you haven't already gotten out to vote, to please vote. We need it. If you like the quality of life that's happened in the last year, vote for me. I love it. It just doesn't.

It's just really simple, isn't it? Yeah, nice and simple. If you like the way things are going, Representative John Gillespie. Don't want to be France. Yeah, if you don't want to become France, if you don't want your business to get destroyed in riots and then get a serious denunciation from President Macron, we're joking, but we're very very serious also because at the end of the day.

If you are charged with aggravated rape or terrorism, you do not. I don't care how much the bail is. You need to be walking the streets. You do not walk the streets. I'm sorry, you're not allowed to breathe free free air.

Ladies and gentlemen, thank you, John Gillespie. We have to take an obscene profit break here, but thank you so much, and keep up the good fight, John.

Okay, he's got. He was like, "I gotta go. I got stuff to do." He's got voters about to show up. He does. He does.

He needs to get going. But I really appreciate all of his work. I appreciate the work of anybody that runs for office. Honestly, that's running red. That's running for the good reasons.

The reasons to keep us protected, because that is the role of government: is to keep its citizens protected. And he offers himself in service. The one thing I found about John, it's all. All about service. He's not in there to make a buck.

He's not in there to make a super huge name for himself. He's just in there doing the hard work day in and day out. And because of that, I think that's why his district is such a target because. It's the people that do it all for the right reasons that have the biggest target on their backs. They don't want those people in office.

No, no, they they want to be able to demonstrate and destroy businesses. Yes. All right, guys, get another cup of coffee. We're going to take that obscene profit timeout. Come back to you.

Talk about the rest of today and tomorrow, Patty. Pascal is coming in with the election commission to tell us about these amendments and these local ordinances that are being proposed. See what your thoughts are on it. We'll see in just a minute. All right, you got nine minutes to get to work, my friends.

But always don't, don't speed, don't speed. It is Frank. It is, it is Kristen. Yeah, I'm here too, Frank. Yeah, yeah.

It is. You know, I'm thinking about today, October 20th. We are 14 days. From election day, fourteen days from victory. But before we talk about early voting and how easy it is, I want to give a big shout out to St.

Jude Children's Research Hospital. Tonight is their Country Cares event. All across the country, radio stations are having St. Jude thons and raising tremendous amount for these kids. And tonight, this they've been through the hospital.

Now these DJs they've seen the great work of St. Jude. I'm looking forward to that event. That's awesome. Yeah, it is.

But most importantly, let's talk about early voting. You have nine days now. You can go to Shelby Vote. dot org and see any one of the twenty six locations. All you have to do is take your ID, which I hope if you're driving a car, you have your ID with you.

You because in Tennessee we require it. It's amazing. It's amazing. We are not California. Yeah, in Tennessee we trust but verify.

So what I was also thinking, you know, Republicans are not turning out, and if it's because you don't want to run a gauntlet. Of candidates and and all that. If you just want to go in and exercise your vote, I've gone to Tennessee Shakespeare Trinity in Germantown. They don't allow candidates. It's one of the newer locations, so a lot of people don't even know about that one.

So that that is an in and out location. Hey, Tennessee Shakespeare Trinity and Germantown. Typically, I'm in and out, literally car door back to my car in fifteen minutes. Yes, and then Compassion Church. And now that we've talked about this, maybe everybody will go in at.

Won't be the case, but it's in the Coyleville. It's right at the border, right behind the Huyes in Coyleville. Compassion Church is a great in and out location where they do not have your retail politics. And then, did we want to go to the phones real quick? Do we have time to get a caller in?

It's Kevin. He just wants to do a get out the vote message. Hey, Kevin, you got to be quick though. Gotta be real. Gotta be real quick.

I've been going everywhere, and Republicans are fired up, especially in the rural counties. But we got to do more in Shelby County. Get out and vote. I mean, we've got lunatics running, and if Paris is not a good example of that to get you out and vote, and you don't think it's not coming here, think again. I agree, Kevin.

And here's the thing about people learning the hard way, like the people in Paris had to, is that if you have to learn the hard way here in Shelby County, you're going to take me. With you and I'm not for that. I agree, Kevin. You couldn't. You couldn't be more spot on.

I mean, it's happening. I mean, and if you go out and vote for this Hatley guy, I mean, you all you're doing is giving a vote to Jerry Green, which in effect you're voting for Jerry Green. Get out, get out and vote the ticket, and stop the nonsense. It's time, or it's coming to a neighborhood near you. It is, Kevin.

You couldn't. Thank you, Kevin Snyder, for coming on. You couldn't be more right, Kristen. In the time we have, you know, I was thinking, I get it. You hear all the negative news.

You you hear everybody telling you that Republicans bad and we shouldn't go to vote and endless wars. I hear you, and I hear it from my family. You know, you're just that constant message and drip, drip, drip. But here's the answer: If you don't vote, we're going to be Paris. We're going to be Milan, and they're already trying to drip us.

Slowly but surely, and I'm sure Mr. Hatley's a nice guy. I'm sure he is, but Kevin hit the nail on the head there perfectly, literally. To vote for Hatley is to vote for Jerry Green to deny Marsha Blackburn the Republican nominee, the governor's residence, and continuing. And we hear from John Gillespie, state representative Republican.

We see so many good things coming out to right the ship, straighten things up on school boards and crime. I'll say this: the reason why in Tennessee that we have the rules that we have with the transgenderism, that we protect our girls in sports, the reason why we don't have Sharia law in Tennessee is because of the Republicans and not voting. Because, well, it you know I I've always said people vote their wallets you know against a tax increase against big government or they vote against an actual candidate. Look in this election, you're voting for responsible government. You're voting for people like John Gillespie, Marsha Blackburn, Brent Taylor.

As a mom, I'm voting for my kids. I can't leave them in a world where they will be taken over by the socialist. The communists and the Muslims—that's just not going to happen.

So I have to protect that, and the best way that I can is with my vote. That is the gift that was given to me, and I have to pass that gift on to my kids and say, "This is important. You guys have to vote too." They're already indoctrinating the police in Detroit about accepting certain forms of Sharia law. If you don't think what happened in Paris will happen here, it is. Happening, and it is because we are sitting on our hands.

Early voting doesn't go till like seven o'clock. It goes till seven o'clock. It's from eleven to seven on weekdays, and then on Saturdays it's ten to four.

So there, there is ample time to go out there to to cast your vote. It literally takes minutes. You can do it on a machine. You can do a hand marked paper ballot.

However, you want to do it is fine. They will take your vote, and you. Just do it, but just as in a reminder, good Republican leadership. We trust but verify. Don't forget your ID.

We will send you back home to go get it. Yeah, we'll send you back. But, ladies and gentlemen, you know, and I use that term a lot. And Todd always says, you know, I say that a lot. Look, we are the party of respect.

We don't have riots. We don't trash businesses. We try to build them up. We help groups like St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

We stand against crime, like John Gillespie, Mark White. I think of our Congressman Taylor. David Kustoff, you know they've stood in the breach. We need to re send them to Congress and them back to Congress and them back to the legislature. And I want to send the message that their outside money doesn't matter.

Okay, they can fund all of these people all they want. They can give all the money to Justin Pearson that they want, and we're still going to say no. We don't want that here.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, the hour is already up. I hope you're at work safely. Grab one more cup of coffee. You have a great day tomorrow. As Patty Posse, we're going to talk about the election commission.

Have a great day. Fun day.
