Speaking of hangry, we got something going on at the Truth Network that's going to help the world not be so hangry. Yeah, he's talking about just needing God's Word. He said, please help the Truth Network send Bibles to Africa.
And we know that they need God's Word. We have until the end of the month, just $5 gets a Bible in the hands of a poor, impoverished believer all over the African continent with the help of the Bible League. Just $5.
Just think about that, Robby. Just $5. So please give. If you can give more than $5, man, we'd love for you to do it. And the number to call is 1-800-YES-WORD. 1-800-YES-WORD.
The 1-800-YES-WORD. This is the Truth Network. Welcome, fellow adventurers, to the Masculine Journey Joyride Podcast. This is a brand new show from the guys you know.
I'm talking, of course, about the Band of Brothers. My name is Keith and I'm the producer for Masculine Journey and Masculine Journey After Hours. In this podcast, you will hear funny stories, exchanges and thought provoking moments that will amuse you, make you smile and draw you closer to Jesus Christ in your journey of life. OK, so when you have a Christian car guy on your show, you're bound to hear a car related joke from time to time, right? Like it's going to happen. Oh, you know what?
That reminds me. OK, so Sam was talking to Robby and he asked him a question. Robby, this is a topic that seems like it shouldn't be that hard to kind of deal with. I mean, it's God after all. You know, we should be able to be vulnerable with him, shouldn't we? But it's almost like are we vulnerable with ourselves?
Like, are we really willing to check the dipstick, you know? Just being the Christian car guy, am I willing to take a look to see how I'm actually feeling? Am I really doing OK or am I just, you know, manning my way through my life without actually getting vulnerable with myself? And yeah, I'm fine. Everybody's fine.
Everything's fine. But you've got to, you know, check the dipstick to find out if you're actually... How about gauges? Can we check the gauges instead? I don't know. I just feel more comfortable checking the gauges. I understand. So from the guys at Masculine Journey, I'm Keith, and we'll see you down the road.
