Jay Sekulow live the Presidential debate commission changes the rules again in the middle of the game.

How to be the final Presidential debate before election day will talk about that more today Jay Sekulow live live from Washington DC.

Phone lines are open for your questions right now. 1-800-684-3110 one 800-6841 10, your host will Jay Sekulow why we are to your phone calls 167 as early voting continues across the country in preparation for the next what would be the final Presidential debate specially because there's only been one so far. Usually there are three others be the final debate this Thursday in Nashville at Belmont University and the commission on Presidential debates is changing the rules that the campaigns agreed to much earlier before the debates began. Obviously the changing roles in the middle of the base for the final debate to go. I said you not not good during present selection to test new new voting to test new rules to test do is mail about work and states have never done it before. This is not the election you do it simply goes for the commission Presidential debates try to change the rules in the middle of the present selection for the final debate you don't have a chance to correct if the rules didn't really work if it actually made things worse. It's what they want to do now is there to be able to mute the present United States and the leading candidate for the other major party's candidate present United States. Think about that a moderator, a member of the media can mute the present United States and the other person who is the likely to become the express United States one of the two to be muted by by media and by debate commissioners meeting the present United States, yet the former vice President for that right. Why not let people see the person if you like per size as part of it.

Let them go.

So this is again the then you add to it. The topics they want to cover is a rehash they were to go back to Cova to get a check. I get why that's always good to be discussed different ways but they want to go back to the same ideas. Cova did climate change, raising violent cities which I think obviously I there's anything new since the last debate on Ashley Pacific exhibit Kolber sub not sure why they need to readdress that I want you to why the because they don't want him to address one address the situation with Hunter buying in China and Hunter bind with Ukraine yet so there would be. I think there to make those off limits subject to mute because of that, because the Twitter censored article correct so that you could be viewed.

He could even during the time where he can should be muted say that's off-topic of you continue to go that'll be the next look differently multiple changes over the thing the beginning of her right now.

The question is this what you think God trumps Eve ago. I'm so sick of the mainstream media about about their disgusting all the first two of these moderators Chris Rall Wallace which is horrendous doesn't ever live up to his own hype and he made to look like a fool. The second debate moderators lying about his twitter account being hacked. Said he never got a chance. Think of this, by the way, the C-SPAN got tied up in a bill to handle the personalities of Donald Trump and and that Joe Biden is the third Krista Walker is a weekend reporter and see it in BC and eight a very liberal reporter for a liberal news outlet. Since most of her time on MSNBC during the week called NBC report that's reaching about the process while they went through this.

I don't make sense what that was similar to the pet the past debates where remember the media kind of liked present throughout because he brought in giant ratings right so even though an and also people that love Hillary Clinton.

It was really about policies was more like working to get huge raise the entertainment factor. Now they don't like they want to see him defeated like they want to see all Republicans defeated because he lived up conservative that he promised to be.

And because of that, it's now about partisan politics and the question is do you even go even go with this or this or change the rules peeps or change the rules.

The answers no, sorry.

Announcing the gun and also doing. I don't think you're done changing the rules.

I think this will take is just now we just stated I think is me more, this is while polls are tightly it's all the liberal polls showing alternative even the national polls noisily don't like to pay they would have to debate it would have commuting challenges facing Americans for substantial time and or value freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms event remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side you're already a member. Thank you.

Not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ God where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life.

We created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold mission will show you how you personally. Publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means many ways your membership is empowering the right question free copy mission in life today online/Jay Sekulow.

Second, we are to your phone calls at 100 and that's what hundred 63110 and were talking about the one change the commission on Presidential debates is try to put forth is the first change we know about is that that the commuting now. The music is supposed to be limited to only the time. Where they had their two-minute's to respond to the initial question that's and it's not supposed be any muting going on during the discussion. Like 15 minutes for each topic that this was to be able let the cat a go at it. But the question is that we brought up is what if you go off topic. What if is present. Trump's said I don't care if they're knocking to talk about Hunter bind to make Joe Biden address Hunter bind him to do it directly. Is that could be something they can then mute it because it's not one of the five topics covered now you look at these topics. National security is on there. I would imagine you could you could talk about Hunter bind under that because of how that could have impacted national security. The annexation of Crimea, but again, this was supposed to be a foreign policy focused debate is clearly not. It is going to be a get more domestic issues, mores, racial politics nor blaming God coded covert fear, politics.

I like to call it, and I if I were its present truck right now, I'd say goodbye and rewrite what I would do is block out as much TV times I could buy an air everything about but Joe Biden how he takes 10% of all the all of the sketchy buddy that is that is problematic. Hunter bind makes contract with with horrible people from Ukraine to Moscow to Beijing and help the big guy Joe gets 10 to 50% of cut and I spend that on every network, every suicide, repeat as much money as it cost for hours for the people learn the truth about the Bidens because instead of showing up in the debate to be muted is present United States and should never be muted yet but that but the muting thing is is problematic for two reasons. Number one, it's during the two minutes.

Let sounds like it's easy right you don't engage but the problem is the your entire debating technique and style will change knowing that that's the rule. For instance, if you remember Jordan we sent this very room and argued a Supreme Court case Bramble argued we had two minutes to make a statement you went over to Minister Chief Justice cut gave you the Chief Justice just cut you off what I did was time that my statement to be one hour and 50 seconds of one minute 50 seconds because I saw what was happening to the others. Here's the problem. This potential stifle real conversation. That's the problem with all this is the potential stifle real conversation. I'm more concerned were as concerned about the hushing the microphones as I am about the topics being discussed, because it's gonna be another focus is mostly foreign policy.

Yet if you look at it as you said three. The topics were exactly covered by Chris Wallace one month ago and to me what this is is rinse wash and repeat. Wash, rinse and repeat.

And the same sum seems to me that this is the first rule change I would do it makes obsolete optimism that the lawyer in charge of that.

But it's whatever they can put forward next what's up in the reaction, not they, on Capitol Hill on this if any, are they been muted to tell Outlook. I mean, I think there I think the reaction from congressional campaigns would be that when you get dealing with debates whether Presidential or congressional level.

It's the campaigns themselves that are supposed to negotiate these rules because like Jordan said the voters need to hear from the campaigns, not just their policy positions but also their personalities so no yielding any of this authority to a narrator III think is problematic in the first place but then go back to another George but it's all subjective.

J.

I mean look at it in the foreign policy or the national security section. What one candidate deems as national security. The other candidate may not, and then finally I think one of the reactions will be the dispensing with a debate that is typically allocated to foreign-policy. I do think that's very dangerous and NJ for someone who spent so many decades as either chairman or ranking member of the Foreign Relations Committee for him to run away from foreign affairs issues in and of itself.

I think that's pretty telling you it's interesting. I am looking at the calls are coming in were technicals, 800 684 30 went to stake out my forks.

I want to get your view on the start of a medicaments sure to come to the CTed welcome to Jay Sekulow live your on the air. Thank you all want out there is probable that first rule changes lead to changes lead to fertile change, thereby in trying to force out and say not accept any changes and I just won't come to keep a lid because on the on the Biden's story if it if he has open air may not be a good work toward if he has the opportunity to bring it up in some open discussion. He probably will. And they know it in the way that the media has has worked so feverishly to this control. Note, there is no story. If you listen to the three major channels plus story Russian collusion at the Hoechst it's no false information on their back. That cannot take on a not very probable that that that their intention is to help solicit their gear to be. I could see how after last debate in the second debate that doesn't happen in the third debate. Can you get the presents pullouts that he doesn't bring a previous topics in the Joe Biden have to confront them. I think after. Even with all the street unless the rules go further present, probably present truck will show up and present truck is get rid Joe Biden's head off about this topic.

Singular. I think that's probably all who focus on so that the American people have at least heard it because it can get for the mainstream media. And I think you'll pivot everything to that. And if they were to keep muting a meeting in muting.

He's pretty loud he's pretty intense take his time. He's a pro and Job. I discussed it is going to have to respond to Joe is Joe Biden the big guy that he take 10% of the cut from Brisbane. The take 10% of the cuff and the Chinese businessmen to disappear in 2018. The take 10% of the cut from out the Moscow mayor's wife was lead to sex trafficking. That is what we need to know and and now that we see these computers and their signed by Hunter bind the signatures of their and you know all they want to say it. We got the director of national television said that there is no absolute no Intel at all.

That's with all 17 intelligence agencies and indicates this is linked to become Russian disinformation.

It was just Hunter Bidens business and he was doing, is that you know Joe Biden didn't deny that the deal with the Lankenau snow denials except for when they said they did meet with the Ukrainian Brisbane guy and then they had to come back and say well not officially probably I was officially on like his counter. It's possible he met with him but again I think it's I think you will see a debate and less you say that they if they keep coming with more morning changes. I think at some point you say this is not going to do anything of me could only hurt me so why go with this is what's so interesting and that is the polls and will get to that in the second half broadcasting over the polls are really tightening up so you look at the battleground states everything every state in the margin of error with the empty talk about like within a couple points which means if the polling is off like it was last time.

This is a Donald Trump electoral landslide from the electoral college. Now you will know election day or shortly thereafter. Having said that though. Would you just said is do they come up with more changes. Are there more restrictions put in place with.

I think the President wants to do this debate. He wants to bring the issues up including the fact that unit would you talk about China that Joe Biden was the dissenting voice in taking out Osama bin Laden. I think people need to know that I think they need to know why he said that I think they want to know why on by generals of said Joe Biden's foreign policy choices have always been wrong right every position examine this is coming from your career military people, but I like to know why you thought the taken but bin Laden was a mistake. Yeah I died I don't mean these questions are what would've come up to the four policies wishes.

This probably your weakest area for vice President by this guide foreign-policy were even your post decisions by Pres. Obama.

You also and you and your advisor said that your recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital would be would lead to Leslie's isolation and war in the Middle East and said we have these two peace deal. So, at what he was, how you respond to that at issues like that, why, what, why was the Obama restriction so we can its response to Russia when he moved it on the Ukraine and annexed Crimea. Why didn't you provide lethal lethal aid to the Ukrainian say can fight back is pressuring the red line was cross engineering and Mr. Kim adolescent that is what chemical weapons used on children by Saad redline cross.

You did nothing for the rest. That's all. Doesn't none of what they would present Obama. We all know foreign-policy was disastrous. The wars continued in a new, new wars opened up in Libya and of course in Syria with the rise of the Islamic state and so you had Iraq, Afghanistan, Islamic state that you had Libya and you also had a nuclear deal to allow Iran to continue on its path to a nuclear weapon that a peaceful time world very dangerous time actually throughout the world including the Western world, terrorist attacks happening here in our own country. Inspired by ISIS, directed by ISIS in Europe. Remember all of that that was all of the Obama years. Obama five years so they don't want him to have to address that will remind that living through that will take you because we come back 100-684-3110 on Jay Sekulow live only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. Jay Sekulow, this is Jordan secular. We are take your phone calls now 164, 31, two, that's what hundred 684-3110. Now we talked a lot about the debate rules I wouldn't want to get to some of those calls first. But there aren't some new polling out national polling showing this race within two points. This is from again. The independent is it that the IBD pole and disappointment. Yet yes of this polls got it within two to I like to because they say that the issues with all these other polls have and they're not even including, like the other two parties which typically get like 1%-ish, which is like the Green party the constitutional party.

Things like that in course you get one or 2% in one state or one area gold. They know that we could easily come away with a cut landslide victory in that state. Because of that, so that you start breaking down state-by-state she could look at the polls. You go through nearly I like looking at Staples, particularly about voter registration very interesting to that in Florida, for instance, the Florida Secretary of State's office. Republicans have narrowed the registration With Democrats to just hundred 30,000 registrations at a 14.4 billion fellow voters at fewer than 1% in 2016 Hillary Clinton lost the six states present throughout Democrats had a 330,000 voter advantage so that is a big change North Carolina Republicans bear the gap registrations that the Democrats have lost 136,000 voter since 2016 at Republicans of Gade hundred thousand so that you hold. I post this. This is by the way did this going on to states of Pennsylvania, where Republicans of gated additional hundred 70,000 voters Democrats have lost 30,000 voters but to go into the actual polls. I think that's where it's key. Obviously, you will look at states you will look at the state polls. I believe that when you actually look at these are surrogacy very very tight race. This is what happens every single time it all comes down to enthusiasm and turnout doubt is there's a lot of work tribal early voting going on right now.

There certainly this mail-in voting factor that were not quite sure about how that turns out. On election day, but we also know that for the most part, mail-in ballots, even with their outstanding usually have not been enough outstanding base of percentages to make it. We can't make a determination.

Maybe this year is different's potential list that is different or they were able to count quickly enough if it was a state was doing all bail it but traditionally I think on election night. There's a few states probably see early on Florida were polls close at 7 o'clock Eastern time at 7 o'clock central time. So your dog by by get by 8 o'clock this polls are all Eastern polls are done numbers coming in.

She could see that would very early that to keep her present truck now received Joe Biden was it. It really really hurts present truck is that you know I think Florida is one of those states where if the President doesn't take Florida that the path to victory almost sterile. You have to find other places and you you you have to, but preferred Joe Biden.

It's more of a bit of it would be able momentum thing.

If you took Florida that would be they'll be bigger by the Biden campaign F Donald Trump takes Florida can keep things on track for present truck. They were the look next place like North Carolina where they say it's basically neck and neck. Yet Pennsylvania which again that's your that's Pennsylvania. I was just you and thing that you consider Pennsylvania a must win state for the President no guided George W. Bush did with it either talked either type is very active at a fact they can the bids it since George H. W. Bush, that the Republicans carried Pennsylvania always been close with a two or three points but it was close with present value and that the Pennsylvania yes it state you have to campaign it because it's a huge electoral potential run and it's right on the line. Democrats in the past few cycles been able to take it over the edge, but is an interesting statistic, though, and that is in Pennsylvania, which is Republicans and the hundred and 74,000 voters since 2016 and the Democrats use of this earlier lost 31,000 so I would take it that the early voting may be impacting that is a greater number of Republican voters. The IBI I think all the what we know is it's going to be very close, very close election, and it's good to be turnout based and it's good to be about enthusiasm going into these final right now because people are voting now devoted mail-in ballots. Now people to early voting now and of course up through election day so and all of those like these, the surprises that come late that the site this about it if they're not out now. They don't's that are probably going to move the needle that much because silvery people Artie put Artie have a favorite put my bike voters argument cassock as I go yesterday in person early voting. The line was longer than it's ever been.

But it was still it. Most of that was because of the way they had to move people in and out is that a hard process. It was no longer that certainly that if you waited to ever vote on election day person so short that and so again, what is actually to move the needle has to be coming out right now is people are people are either voting or about to vote is so thin on from your perspective. Just looking at it and you been involved in campaigns to what is the needle moving toward raise the point of what moves the needle. What does move actually the needle at this point, you got the last of eight that may have a factor I don't I don't know how much it will depends on what's discussed now it's discussed yeah I think it's the top of the ticket in their ability to connect with the American people and quite frankly I think that's what's made President from fairly unique to Presidential candidate is not fairly unique.

I would say very unique. He doesn't need the debate to connect with candidate you not. I personally think since Joe Biden won't get asked these questions anywhere else, is probably the best opportunity for him to show up and force the former vice President asked those questions, but J he doesn't need the debate to connect with regular voters like most candidates doing and I would just say that I think one mistake that a lot of people make is looking at the recent polls for their baseline. That's not really the proper baseline as you head into an election.

The proper baseline is what did those states do the last time around, especially if one of these candidates.

I was on the ballot last time, as is the case here. Take every state that you've mentioned that's a state that Donald Trump carried the last time around. So the burden is actually on the former bright vice President to take enough states away that he would win 38 electoral votes.

I agree with Jordan. Is Pennsylvania a must win no. 20 electoral votes, the former vice President needs 38 electoral votes to flip the election looks interesting, which got a text from our friend the email from Bob, the gross overview jailer. He said he's pretty sure that the Obama Biden administration by more countries than any ministration since World War II so you know that I'd like to know the answer to that question.

You know on these kind of skirmishes that they started all around in them why they got to the redline is. And said well will move the redline and why they did not go after Isis and why did vice President buying say you know going after Osama bin Laden all things are really good idea. I like to know the answer to that. I think American people would like to know absolutely no scriptural locker to get that out. I hope so, but who knows no presence cannot rely on himself to get the issues put forward in the trailer make it more difficult for him to do that make it impossible for him to do that by state. We can meet you in and in and is it could be. We also knew if you go off topic.

That's the big question I have is the entire debate hour and 1/2 hour nap.

Okay, let's do the math here so each of them get two minutes interrupt uninterrupted. Okay, so that's in the six topics right. 12 minutes is 24 minutes so there's 30 minutes of your basically gone yet to leap 60 minutes to actually have a debate) for just talking point spring according also to the American people really seen enough of that for both can elicit with the next changes are in the process you I want you to take your phone call second half hour coming up 100-684-3110 at 2064 3110 will be right back in Jay Sekulow life support the work of ACLJ NACLJ.org it's ACLJ.org for decades. ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow and secular Jay Sekulow hi this Jordan secular, so again as we talked about the commission on Presidential debates is put out this new rules about the debate they're going to say that there for the first for those two minutes to get to each have on each topic in the six topics that you cannot interrupt them, they will actually be muted so there their microphone would be a mute button it will literally be muted. Now the first debate it was. It was extra Joe Biden who interrupted first. During that two minute time. Which led to credit this back-and-forth exchange of constant interruptions. I get why the debate commission doesn't want to see that again.

I understand they want people to really talk field answer questions and not be interrupted with the same petabyte at the same time so -2 minutes. So, toward at basically 1/3 of the debate just going to be speeches if you want people actually be a patent for speeches direct the camera and then you have about an hour left where it's supposed to be uninterrupted debate of questions asked and then nearly got 15 minutes to go back and forth.

The question is in that 15 minutes does the my question would be that debate commission or the debate moderator Kurt Akers Walker should they have the ability commute to still mute, so it's interesting because I don't know the answer to that. I don't know what to say what you want, which is what it should be yet so make whatever allegation you wanted a baby should be elicit with everyone about your public debate. Let the American people decide if they want to put you in office again think or if they were put it was for both of its yeah so the President's was asked this morning on Fox news about his strategy because last time it felt like he was aggressive any kind and let Joe Biden off the hook. In a sense, because what he did was he would cut vice President off just about the time the vice President was about to say something that would been very negative.

Absolutely Sarah strategy is one of the things that I would encourage the President to do is to allow Joe Biden to trap himself so Joe Biden has his distinguished inability to maintain significant coherence over a lengthy period of time.

And so, my own view is Joe Biden can trap Joe Biden. Here is what the President was asked about a strategy here was his answer. When you change your strategy in this last debate from your first debate.

What I may do that actually interesting and they said you let them talk The chain of thought because he's got it out but there is a chain of thought that the other. There are a lot of people that they let them talk because he loses his mind.

Frankly, there's that. And then Lance I think you will sleep change strategy and then an interesting point are our produce will brought up that the vice President sectors to Clint in the polls in Pennsylvania at this very week. The polls were stronger +4+6 buying in the same polls in Pennsylvania right now +4 and +5 also are both training the same direction and, of course, ultimately, the President present from one that state by about point about 44,000 votes that you work that state what you think.

I think that Donald Trump is is the most likely Republican to be able to to carry again, back to back. Why because he he relates well and much better than a Bush or other Republican candidates in the pet like a like Romney or McCain to the blue-collar workers to labor union members who their union may endorse Joe Biden, but they they desert that doesn't mean there to vote for Joe Biden and and so he does very well. There if he increases that it continues that kind of turnout in Pennsylvania then the rest of the state is very conservative. You can you can take out the effects of kind of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. If you got a strong blue-collar boat and then extra then the rest of the state. Turns out he which is which is very conservative state. So again, this is not trending well for Joe Biden because it is like I've always said if it's not eight points Joe Biden that state is in play is not that is not. It is not a state. He held on and I think that those numbers are shrinking. Keep shrinking Joe Biden to be a worse spot than Hillary Clinton was in this campaign, which we still you noticed a couple weeks out here 164 3110 takes particularly because we come back Jay Sekulow life challenges facing Americans or substantial time in our Valley freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you. Not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the worship ministry and what Obama care means to serve the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for you mission life today online ACLJ/secular figure for radiation all polling has either tied at or Trump +2 or Biden +2 it so get very tight.

There North Carolina. The latest polls have it tighter Biden with like a water to point your margin within the margin of error lead so very very tight there. This is simply state ferry are much better than where present. Trump was what he was up it's illegal and the liberals don't like talking about that, though I'd never understood, and I still to this day. Don't why MSNBC and liberals love putting out articles and having their time was about how big Joe Biden will win is that they make this mistake every year.

Now let me Job I deftly won't win no. But you don't what ever tell when you're talking to the choir if you will, and on MSNBC there talking to the liberal choir to keep preaching to them that you need to do anything. This is in the bag.

They always do this. It's part of their kind. I think their leaders are like all of course the American people to reject Donald Trump. So we've got this would in the bag were good to go and and so I think again they are the warning, the danger signs are starting to see it. We use this thing yet.

I'm in the Democratic talking point right now is don't take this election for granted. A be concerned that there may be exactly what happened in the Hillary Clinton playbook here and when anything happened all over again with an electoral college landslide and I think that I would get her some of the stupid man. I think you as you look at it naturally from Washington right now. I think that people are very concerned that this could. I think the Democrats are trying to temper expectations, but also encourage the vote is a dual of the reality here a minute should be concerned especially when it's obviously very close in the electoral college like this kind of mindset J is what would motivate a candidate to campaign in California and New York down the stretch. Like, oh by the way Hillary Clinton did look the game was always in a handful of states in 2016 and yet the hubris caused her to to abandon a strategy for winning and tried it go after strategy to run up the tally.

I mean if you look at the states J that are gonna determine the outcome of this election. They look an awful lot like 2016 at is that mean they're all gonna go the same exact weight.

No, but I will tell you that I think I could name you 6 to 8 states that all will be within that 2 to 4 percentage ranges are both can and should be focused on us. Certainly not taking for granted on either side. The rationale at your door and said this I think is right.

The rationale is kind of counterintuitive to be saying how big your leads are and how great things are there certain modulate that now because that contented temper down the boat. Absolutely.

But I also think the elites who run the networks cannot avoid cheerleading and telling the people in the so-called flyover country that their superior analysis. Their superior candidate and the policies that they support are so wonderful that the American people are going to fall in love with them and I think that's the problem for the elites who run the large mainstream news media outlets. The risk of the followers could freak in Florida online three Frank Welker Jay Sekulow live your on their until November.

The line at my question is my policy torts directed toward 2016 title Pres. managed by still calling Joe Biden, former VP talks at you but you want your Pres. or VP or Secretary of State. Remember the cabinet your firm. I believe Rick Grenell on we refer to them sometimes as Britt Amb. Grenell.

We've had on the Atty. Gen. We say Atty. Gen. so-and-so, I mean center even if the retired plan yet. I personally think when the American people going to the polls and elected uterine office like that we should go ahead and continue to use the title. I would tell you that the tendency to drop the title typically is attacked.

The tactic of the left J my own personal view is that we shouldn't get into the gutter with them. I think Pres. Trump has earned his title for the rest of his life. I think the former vice President, hazardous title, I think Sen. Harris and Congressman pants now vice President can certainly have as well.

Like the fact were in that they tend to call the President Trump then called President Trump Jos Trump said yeah. I mean some of that is he's a Canada bigger than life person, so he he is a heat before becoming President. He was already a name so if you are a singular name these other individuals that they were not so, I think, kind of became that, but he was not that before Trump was if you said Trump, everyone in the world and we are talking about. You didn't say anything outside the summit is that there's that familiarity but but yes I do respect level is from the media especially has never been there for him.

They don't treat them the same way and I'm not complaining about anymore because I do. I don't really care. I think that the media has just done it every day. The media is looking less is put this right.

More and more absurd the mainstream media world is is a disaster. See the fact the C-SPAN moderator is now suspended from C-SPAN for his tweeting this just tells you that let them just destroy themselves. You will help destroy themselves. Give another four years. Donald Trump watched their heads explode at an inferior sleep. They thought initially, this would be good for ratings and was good for MSNBC's ratings and it was good for seated at the kind of try to stay in the mix. I don't know if they survive another four years dealing with this because they realize at that point the cultural shift changes occurred that Donald Trump is ushered in this new Republican populist movement is very difficult for the left to figure out how to combat because you have taken away the labor vote and you had taken away the slight blue-collar vote is now joined the Republican Party of the of the used to be big.

It's only the big business and wealthy party asked Carrie that from a policy standpoint because you have seen what I think Reagan did this to some extent the Trump much greater and that is this kind of shift on the on the profile of who the typical Republican voter watch or typical Republican voter is it seems to me that the increase in labor vote. The increase in the Hispanic community, both the increase in the African-American bumping so obsolete, only getting 6% more than the other candidates that are a percent less election meeting in the demographic seems to be very different now of who the boaters. I think that's precisely correct and I think if you look at average American voters and workers buying a large Day will support the Presidential candidate offered by the Republicans. Why because the Democrats have abandoned the Democrats have abandon them for globalism they've abandoned them to look good on the international stage.

They like to claim that their support for the Paris climate agreement or the Iran nuclear deal. None of those deals. None of those agreements are in the interest of the American worker or the American people.

They are in the interest of global elites who primarily populate both Coast East and West Coast, think again. This is where the big issues come into play in this election will really and I think that the left understands this more so even than the right left understands if they keep they don't win this one is really the shift that's occurred. So they've failed with Hillary Clinton and maybe she wasn't. She was just not likable and you get Joe Biden who was basically about his blahs.

He gets for Democrat and if you try to put that up again. See you don't want any more of this kind of the tweeting and that the personality thing and they lose that again. Then they got it a cultural shift that's occurred. They got along paths try and catch up on and and and that means probably shifted their party to now if if Donald Trump does not win.

I think we get back to. Unfortunately, because I don't think is great for voters just politics as usual and and and and both parties kind of being pretty blah.

Yeah let's say caller six.

I think this married Jennifer think I married Scott from Texas. They welcome Jay Sekulow live early know about changing the role of hot button topics for Democrat and allowing him to be able to be able to get out of it. I think maybe get Townhouse in Lompoc.

I think you really need to take a day and get prepared canceling tonight memorized on what he has done for the climate memorized the stat, Biden, and they were throwing out. He needs to be able to counter banker memorizing all of the right 59 seconds with the statement that segment.

Let me say this, I think I see a different debate style, but it's good to be Donald Trump different debate cells to be present in the United States is not potentially is made change tactics. He's already said that we played that by earlier yeah exactly.

I think again the President understood the for the first debate led Joe Biden talking Joe Biden make gas get lost, show his age look confused, but if you cut them off too early. You don't get any of you get to his gas get his laundry get to his misstatements and even tissue worse and yes you want to punch him. It's gotta be the right time. Joe Biden suffered most Joe Biden talked about much of only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice right to life.

ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ Jay Sekulow life you like your phone calls 164 3110 body New Hampshire online to Bonnie Jay Sekulow good. I am very pleased with the work that you do you represent our President and supporter wonderful country. I read an article from the national review: how Trump changed US foreign policy. Well, how are people going to know anything about what he accomplished. If we don't have 1/3 debate that hath an opportunity for President Trump and I mean President. I'm tired of hearing people just call him Trump.

I know he likes but still anyway. He broke agreements between Israel and Gulf states toward each other is totally grew the body and that the fact is that foreign policy is now domestic policy. We are an interconnected world. Whether you like so if you don't discuss your foreign policy has direct such as about wars anymore.

That's only feeling foreign policy is not whether not to go toward not fix the domestic economy effects force national security effects whether it deliver the threat of terrorism at home, not abroad at home so Harry to me. Yes it foreign policy, but the idea is that these are all issues that directly affect everyday Americans right here in the United States because of the world we live in. In 2020.

Absolutely. Soon a President Trump has a brokered peace agreement between Israel and the Gulf states that is helpful in terms of reducing the level of tensions in the Middle East and it also takes American troops out of harm's way. President Trump has left the Iran nuclear deal which basic we gave away the store to the Iranians he got rid of ISIS. He which he is preparing to withdraw troops from Middle Eastern wars that have gone on for almost 20 years or more, and cost. Lots of blood and treasure. All of these things redound to the benefit of the American people.

The American economy and it saves American lives and I agree with the caller, the American people need to hear about this in comparison with Joe Biden's record of failure right associate back to phone calls 100 684 31 two that's what hundred 684-3110 Schilling California line 5 Shelley, welcome to Jay Sekulow live in Leiden and decided note or any people never get any accomplishment on TV on the mainstream media, earning him to clean all his accomplishment debate because that's what you need to do and be Presidential and not worry about arguing with Biden that he can show all the bad things about minor commercial I think this is personality exactly change from from the last four years that he can have a different style debate using knowledge that they decides to let Joe Biden trip alums in his own words more but and I do think you're right that he should talk about his accomplishments absolutely, but also looking forward on how you build on those accomplishments and in this the for only debate they've had so far be it was just it was just a words on top of words so that was hard to cut a get out but then at the end of the day. Yes, you want to let Joe Biden talk his words, but that Donald Trump is gonna punch that there's no way he's lucky to be that because that's again elected being the puncher I he's good to go to the same. The polls look about the same up to go into this final debate, throwing the haymaker's seeing wetlands.

Yeah, I mean, he's never been nor will he ever be the rehearsed candidate is just not who he is during unite the same time where I would agree with both Bonnie and Shelley meet him imagine this Jordan. Just yesterday, officials from the United States, Israel and Bahrain met to discuss implementation of the Abraham court. I don't I don't know how many people out there how many voters out there who care about foreign policy issues, realize that the implementation of those in court is Artie taking place so I would say this even though I don't think the President style is unit changed.

I really do think it would benefit him to bring that up to him on Thursday and I am thinking that he will but there are so many of those issues. Jordan where there are tangible accounts, accomplishments, tangible things to talk about.

I think the other questions are more stylistic, but I do hope that those points come through any luck I go to the callers but representatives from Bob Raine and Israel Jordan met with officials from the United States yesterday that in and of itself is a bigger accomplishment that I think the former vice President would be able to list on Thursday. Absolutely this is this the issue is how do you get that out this is Safeway, the American people.

I can take in in this kind of setting notice garage in Oregon. I think he's right on point about this a Roger Walker to Jay Sekulow life, for taking my call. I believe President should respect the topics they present benefit to play the game and play their game.

However, he cannot go on a rant prevented situations. It will not end well displaced his last opportunity to provide information that has been ignored or twisted by the media and here's what I think is if he died, he can stay focused, detail, extinct in his answers will come across as strong, decisive, knowledgeable, and definitely Presidential. The last image with the American people before the election is whether or not this debate format allows either of them to ever end up looking like that because it is the first was an indication with the mute but I'm not sure how I just don't know.

You think you could do all that and Impreza truck to do all that you just said but you being talked over for 10 minutes and and and even during the time so it's not muted and you gotta punch back and so I get it. That's why I look at it say can you come out of this even for the most prepared like if you said like Lake Lake then was talking about the kind of kid who goes in there totally rehearsed can come out of it looking Presidential or not, because it just the world we live in on either side of the out and it's it's a question final question today. Dennis from Alabama online. What he did show their will be quick and ready to be ready to pounce on the option you present to slam Biden on all his idiocy in its foreign policy debacles and interests that the present. He needs to be ready to slam the mythic they go after them about not condemning the neo-Nazis in the KKK and all yet you step the disc is comes this again I would literally walk up state.

I would almost like a walkoff drop throw the microphone down push the podium over is enough of this enough because that's that's just like I have, when did you stop hitting your wife question.

You know it's it's ridiculous is absurd to say the President is one that criminal justice reform.

You asked him about racism after bite about his friends in the Ku Klux Klan.

Okay and and how his love for all those those old tiny sinners from his party and who he loved putting up with an end and again look at his history there, but I think honestly the truth is Hunter by will be part of it, obviously. But the big thing you want to talk about the American people. Is this your life is better under me because you're going to make more money.

Your kids will make more money in your grandkids will make more money that's good for everybody in our economy will be stronger their country will be stronger because of that is why we don't have to start new wars and why we haven't had to start any new wars under my presidency. The first four years will likely have to in the next four if we continued to show this kind of strength even during a time of pandemic. We stay on top. That's my best be again we have is a couple more days till debate. We like to talk about is always weaker to go to ACLJ.org support the work.

The Americans are flawed justice and ACLJ that article talking about ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member.
