She's wonderful. But you guys, you all talked about the 25th Amendment and the mental health of the guy sitting in the White House, who I'm going to tell. And I say I don't know how you feel about this, but he's not the president of the United States.
And this is different from the argument about the election fraud and so on, which I also believe. But I mean, who's pulling the strings? I have a source that told me that Klein and Rice meet with Obama every morning before they ever go to the White House to get a briefing on what's supposed to happen that day. I'm not surprised. I mean, you know, I don't know for sure, but I do agree that Joe Biden is just a puppet, you know, and the the string pullers are anywhere from, like you said, Klein and Susan Rice and Barack Obama to the global force. Right.
The World Economic Forum and Davos type people. So I definitely think that Joe Biden was purposely selected by the Democrats for this very reason that he would serve as a puppet and the far left would be able to steamroll their agenda for the White House into America, unlike any other time before in history. And that's exactly what's happening.
It really is, I guess, scary almost to a degree how quickly I mean, we need to stop and think about this and take into account this guy has only been in office. I mean, it won't be two years until January. Right.
Yeah, I mean, January damage. Yeah. Yeah, go ahead. No, thank you for that. Yeah.
For stepping into that, because that's exactly what I was thinking about is, is the amount of damage. I, you know, run off some of the lists that you look at as far as as the as the areas that have been destroyed by this administration in just less than two years. Well, you know, the respect for law and order, of course, the economy. You can't go to the gas pumps without feeling the pain of the economy. And God forbid, if you're a new mother with a baby at home trying to find formula is still a challenge.
And I know this because I just, you know, walk through Wal-Mart and look at the shelves there. And they're still there or they're being rationed at even the grocery stores. But the latest is, of course, the hiring of eighty seven thousand IRS agents and the signing of this bill. That is basically a gift to the radical environmentalists of the world. And if you think that you're not going to feel the pinch come time to pay your electric bill, your gas bill, your further energy bills, then think again, because this puts in place a massive socialist spending bill that is really going to impact middle class America for years to come. Even when Joe Biden is out of the White House, we're going to be feeling the ripple effect of these redistribution of wealth type schemes that are intertwined in this latest bill that he signed. One of the things you mentioned about the agents, I just had Tony Ortiz who founded an online entity called Current Revolt, which focuses on Texas news. But down here in Texas, we're talking about the fact that of the 50 offices that they are opening, Cheryl, twenty five of them are being opened right here in Texas. And with the new direct hire, which expedites the hiring and eliminates a lot of the normal, perfunctory background checks, as well as the requirements that are normally upon a federal agency, like to hire veterans and and, you know, and women.
I mean, all of that is just out the window. It's like we're going to hire. I don't know. There's some some some inferences that down here in Texas, they're looking at hiring antifa types. Yeah. And let's not forget, too, that when we talk about hiring these agencies, we're talking about taxpayer funded positions. Right. These are this is a massive expansion of government. Once again, eighty seven thousand new employees that the taxpayers, first off, are going to have to pick up and pay the salaries for. Right.
So that's the first face slap. And then second off, in many instances, if you're conservative, if you're a patriotic American, as you said, if you stand against antifa type thuggery and so forth, you could very well find yourself in the targets of these people, such as when you go back to Barack Obama days and the use of Lois Lerner at the IRS. And to target target conservatives who wanted to start nonprofits and so forth. And the the the absolute abysmal conditions that those people face will now expand that and picture it to middle class America.
Trump supporting America and see where this leads. And really, in the next year, I think that we're going to see a lot more audits and a lot more targeting of conservatives in America. Well, when you think about this, too, you know, you mentioned, you know, President Trump. I mean, the the politicization of the FBI, the I mean, they're acting like an SS or a Gestapo or at least a certain portion of them are.
Thank God that Jim Jordan and Chuck Grassley have, you know, some individuals that are stepping up that are attempting to blow the whistle on some of this. But the reality is, is that you've got some of these entities that are that are just, you know, politicized. And if we're going to think that doubling an agency that's that actually historically is not even supposed to exist. The IRS was supposed to be a temporary entity, as were as personal income taxes on Americans. This was not something that was supposed to last 80 years.
Well, it's yet another example. Excuse me, that once government creates something, it doesn't go away, right? Once government creates a bureaucracy, there is no rolling it back or there is no such thing as temporary government agencies or temporary use of tax dollars. The government seizes what it seizes and then they keep it in place forever. It's really quite stunning when one thinks about that.
Talk to me. So let's get into the actual 25th Amendment conversation here for a minute. We've kind of talked around it to a degree and we've kind of set the stage for it, I think. But talk to me about your thoughts on that and what did you extrapolate from your conversation with Dr. Carol Lieberman about, I don't know, how close are we to to that threshold? Well, it was Carol Lieberman's position that it's time to invoke the 25th Amendment because of what she has seen in terms of President Biden's ability to think. And it looks, in her opinion, like he's got some sort of Alzheimer's type mental condition.
And the 25th Amendment, of course, is the Constitution's way of laying out a transition of power between if the president has to leave office, who takes over that seat next. And she thinks that President Biden is so far gone that it's time for the safety and security and national security of American citizens to invoke that. And honestly, I agree with her, but I don't see the political will being there, first and foremost, because Democrats hold control of making such a decision. And second off, because Democrats are the ones who put in this puppet in Joe Biden in the White House.
They did it by design. And why would they want to get rid of him when he's allowing all their visions and strategies and plans for America to go forward? That being said, yeah, this president is crazy, you know, cannot think straight. Now, there is some conversation that perhaps they might invoke something like this because it would seem that there's a larger play at work. You know, I've heard some buzz that Kamala Harris might well step away, I don't know, be offered some kind of position that she says, I'm going to do something else.
I mean, these would be unprecedented moves, obviously, I would think. But then ultimately, we might end up with somebody like Nancy Pelosi. Yeah, I just don't see the political will there. Now, I've heard I've heard whisperings and so forth, same as you, but I just when you look at how it might actually play out on Capitol Hill, I just don't see it taking place. I see Joe Biden finishing out his his term and the Democrats not supporting a second term of Joe Biden. But I think he's too lucrative.
He's too good for Democrats right now. Well, and he certainly seems to be, you know, the puppet they need. And when you consider, you know, that reception that they had at the White House, right, with all the foreign dignitaries and Joe's kind of bumbling around because nobody wants to talk to him. The star of the show was Barack Obama. I mean, if if if any American is paying any form of attention at all, that should have told you everything you need to know about who the world believes is running the country. And it's not Joe Biden, folks.

Mr. David Ward. Hey, man. Welcome. I love that Texas bull behind you, brother.

That is good stuff. Well, welcome. Great to have you with me. Thanks for being here.
Thank you for having me back. Absolutely. Absolutely. Well, the border assault it just I mean, it continues to get more I believe more and more serious.
You know, as as as we go and it's interesting. I was talking with someone about this and I don't remember exactly who but they were talking about northern Mexico and that and that essentially the Mexican government has has more or less abdicated the cartels. Yeah. And and and and that the cartels are moving the the country's border, if you will. They they no longer see the Mexican border as being along the it's the Rio Grande. Right.
Well, it used to be. Right. They've encroached right into the United States.
Yeah. Well, and I remember you and I having this conversation, what, probably eight, nine years ago, at least, Texas border volunteers, I'm trying to remember the gentleman's name who was running Texas border volunteers at the time. But he would come on and we talk as well that, you know, and me living where I do, I live, you know, 65 miles north of San Antonio. And yet when we first got onto this property, we had illegals and drug smugglers running our property and cutting through our fences. That it was, you know, 120 to 140 miles from the border seemed to be about where the cartel believe that they had ownership. How far now are they into Texas, David, into Texas, they're into the entire interior of the United States, you have taken over populations of every major city in the United States. With the drug cartels out of Mexico, they are controlling our north or southern border along California, Arizona, and Texas, they are dictating where all these aliens are coming through because the amount of money they're making now is in the billions on alien smuggling and drug smuggling.
And apparently our drug czar has yet to this day come down and personally witness what is going on. So there's a number of things that have been happening on that southern border, but people need to realize that there are three things they have to keep in mind on that border. It's public safety, national security, and public health.
And all three of those are being subverted by our own federal government. We have had we have an issue with people coming from all over the world, from every corner of the world coming across that southern border and not a one of them is being screened as far as their health. So this opens up a back door and I said this in 2018 on Fox, that we were going to get a pandemic coming from overseas because of our lax immigration policies and a year later it hit us.
It's going to happen again. Matter of fact, monkeypox is coming, I know certainly that it's coming across our southern border. We didn't have this in the United States prior to Biden opening up that southern border a year ago. Now we have monkeypox in the United States and it's escalating. But that's not the only pandemic or pathogen that's coming across our border. There's other things we need to be aware of like Ebola coming in from Africa.
These are deadly. It would make COVID look like a cakewalk if these pathogens come into the United States, but they have an open door now. So we have the public health, now public safety. We have prior convicted, deported criminal aliens coming right back into the United States that have been involved in homicides, rapes, murders, and everything else, drug trafficking, and now they're back on our streets again. And David, to add to that too, Victor Avila was on the program just this past week talking about the fact that Maduro is emptying his prisons and exactly what President Trump warned about is exactly what is actually happening, that Maduro's criminal elements are actually being sent to the United States from Venezuela.
It's happened before. I lived through the 1980 boat lift out of Cuba when they dumped out their prisons and their psych wards into the United States and the riots that we had that followed went on for years. I was even at the Atlanta State Penitentiary or Atlanta Federal Penitentiary in November of 1987 when the migrants that were being, Cubans that were being held in Atlanta burned the prison to the ground rioting because President Reagan at the time decided he was going to move them back to Cuba and that didn't sit well.
But these riots have been going on, now it's getting worse. The other thing is the public safety. CBP, when they're allowed to arrest somebody and take them into custody, have arrested over 60 known terrorists coming across that southern border.
That does not include, that does not include the Godaways which are astronomical. Now to give everybody an idea of what's happened in the past year on our border, the entire population of Houston has already come across our borders being farmed out to cities all over the United States illegally. Now the Godaways, and that's over 700,000 people, equates the population of Denver. These are 700,000 people, we have no idea who they are, where they went, what diseases they might be carrying, what their motives are coming into the United States are, or if they are a past criminal or drug trapper, we have no idea. And that's what this government has done, they have subverted our national security by this open border policy. Something else too that was going on and I don't know how, if you can give me any kind of an update with regards to that, but if you remember under Obama, now I think that Trump tried to stop some of this, but under Obama, Abbott opened up Houston to Cuba and we were flying people in from Cuba into Houston.
There was an open pathway for flights to go back and forth. Now I say Abbott, Abbott was allowing this to happen, Obama had gone in and their administration had opened up that door with Cuba and basically taken Cuba off the warning list and we were warning people that Cuba was a landing place for terrorists and that it was a place in which terrorists were training and then infiltrating into our country. But how much, how dangerous is that situation and is that ongoing or a restarted program under O'Biden or do you know? The bad actors in the world are going to exploit and are exploiting our border. They are bringing, now I mentioned that we're about 60 terrorists caught so far, those were the stupid terrorists.
Those were the ones that are probably dumb as a sack of rocks and ended up getting caught by somebody. Now the ones that want to come into the United States to create harm are going to do everything they can to avoid detection by the border patrol or any other law enforcement agency. Those are the ones we really need to be concerned about. Along with the ones involved in public safety, public health, we have to be aware of what's going on, but we're not because our border czar has dropped the ball. She has done absolutely nothing to address this problem.
And people think that Abbott's got some issues. If O'Rourke becomes governor of Texas, there is going to be no DPS down on the border trying to stop these illegal aliens. There's going to be no National Guard.
There's going to be nothing. These aliens are going to be coming across people's private property all along that border at will because the border patrol is not going to be able to do anything. They're busy processing. They're not even doing their jobs except processing.
They're not allowed to do their jobs, I mean, at the end of the day, they're not allowed to do their jobs. And what you said about the private ranches, I've talked to ranchers down there. That's already happening.
I mean, they already are. You go out on your ranch, number one, you know, you better be more armed than you ever had to be before. We've had ranchers murdered on their own property by illegal aliens and drug traffickers. Or their homes surrounded. Or their homes surrounded by cartels, basically armed masked individuals surrounding ranchers' houses down there and threatening them. I mean, there's a war happening at our border at the end of the day. They're not only threatening these ranchers. They are telling these ranchers, you will allow our smuggling loads to come through your property or this is what's going to happen to you. The ranchers live under the intimidation of these violent cartels which control our borders. And that control goes further and further and further into the interior of the United States into our major cities now.

You're going to like this. The guy by the name of Timothy Daniel Jeffers. He was a big attorney on Corpus Christi. He got picked up a couple days ago for alien smuggling. And ironically, he was George Floyd's attorney. No way.
Yes way. A couple years ago, he was representing Floyd with his domestic violence case. But this guy got picked up by, as a matter of fact, Texas constables arrested him for alien smuggling in Kinney County.
Let's see if I can get that to come up. Notorious illegal immigration smuggling bust in Texas. No.
What is that about? Timothy Daniel Jeffers, right? Yep. J-A-F-F-E-R-S? No, J-A-P-H-E-R.
Okay. Illegal immigrant smuggling. Let's see if it, oh, it's Jaffet, not Jaff-her, Jaffet. Timothy Jaffet from Texas arrested over illegal entry of immigrants. From the trenches, writes about it, let's see, federally appointed immigration magistrate Timothy Jaffet arrested. Oh my, my, Kinney County police arrested a government, yeah, a government lawyer, a government lawyer. Federal judge.
Wow. Who oversaw immigration cases. This is, and this speaks, folks, directly to the issue that we are, that we're talking about when it comes to our, the current scenario with this administration and what they're doing and what they're supporting, David, I mean, this is 100%, what we're dealing with. So that goes back to the question that I was posing to you before we went into the break, which is, so what steps can we, the people, take relative to defending ourselves? Well, the government is not listening. I mean, people can talk to their representatives, which they should do, they should have representatives that are listening to them. But on the other hand, we need to start putting people in that are electing people that are for the people. So November, it's going to be very, very important for people to go out and vote and vote in droves for people that support our US Constitution and the laws that we have. But if they sit back at home and do absolutely nothing, this is the scenario that happens.
Things go out of control. How do we, you know, you and I have had conversations about Greg Abbott and I am just gonna, I mean, you know where I stand on that. Abbott has been ignoring the grassroots. I have signed at least probably a dozen if not maybe even two dozen letters that Joanne Fleming and others have authored that we have signed and sent to Greg Abbott over the course of the last six years, asking him to resolve specific issues from the border to, you know, the energy issues to what's happening to our schools, the sexualization of our children, the transgender issue, the gentleman whose son was being taken by his ex-wife and forced to take hormones, tried to get a meeting with Greg Abbott and Abbott refused to take the meeting and Abbott was directly responsible for killing the bill that would have made that illegal in Texas. And I do understand as well, the devil you know, and obviously, you know, Rourke is 10 times a hundred times worse. I get that. But how are we going to take Abbott, Patrick, and whoever they make the Speaker of the House because the Speaker of the House in Texas is becoming whoever it is that those guys put there, not the grassroots, not a Freedom Caucus, but who the establishment wants, and they keep killing our agenda even though, I mean, we're losing control in the House and in the Senate in Texas, simply because of the fact that they will not do what we sent them there to do and people are, they're losing, they're losing heart.
How do we fix that? I think people have to take a step back and take a look at what he has done. Okay. I understand that he's failed in a lot of topics, but there are things that he's done positive.
Okay. Abortion for instance. We're anti-abortion. He is also anti-abortion. He is also very proactive on the border. He is moving aliens to draw attention for the country of what's going on in Texas. Or Rourke will open up the gates.
They will stream across the properties. There is going to be zero- David, you don't have, listen, I don't have to be convinced about how bad Robert is and how dangerous Robert is to the United States of America and to Texas. There's no question in my mind. So my question isn't about Robert. My question is, how are we going to influence the Republican party leadership that has been in control? I had this conversation with Harvey Hildebrand years back. I sat for almost three hours with him and the net response was, well, at one point the Democrats are going to take over again and we want to hope that they're going to give us some favor and be nice to us because we're being nice to them. Well, I know it's not going to happen, okay?
I know it's not going to happen. But that same playbook, that compromise playbook that kill Republican bills, that give Democrats powerful committee positions within the house so they can kill Republican conservative bills. I went down there for the pastor protection bill and at the same time we were trying to get our grid, our electric grid. We were trying to get the electric grid resolved 10 years ago and the Democrats killed that in committee. Again, Democrats, who is electing the Democrats? The people are being bought and sold with a bunch of nonsense and they're electing Democrats because that's all they know.
Vote for a blue. The legislators in our state are elected by the people, not by Abbott, not by anybody else but the people. Now, the people need to wake up and realize what these Democrats are doing to our state and they're going to kill Texas with their policies and I get that. But my problem is, David, is that the Republicans are honestly not doing anything to stop it. They're not doing anything in Congress either, they're rhinos.
The Senate, the Congress, the Republicans have done nothing for us and I agree. But we have the same problem here in Texas and I guess my question becomes, how do we wake up? Greg Abbott won't listen.
I tried going through his wife, Cecilia, we were friends on Facebook and I kept messaging her and saying, please talk to your husband, talk to your husband. Our children are being sodomized, sodomized and he is directly responsible for the curriculum that's going into the schools that sodomizes our kids and he won't put a stop to it. He's got to be called on the carpet over, press conferences, directly ask him questions and get him to make responses and also people need to be voting for their representatives that's going to represent their values. Amen. Well, I agree. I agree. And again, folks, Robert is not the choice here.
There is no question relative between Robert and Abbott and that whole situation. My frustration is that the Republican Party leadership in Texas is not acting in accordance with our values and we got to wake up to that. We had an opportunity during the primaries to make a change in that but the people did not get out and vote. Amen. You're right. Now we have two people in the moment. One or the other.

Back with more coming up right after this. I got contacted by attorney Tom Renz over the weekend who represents some whistleblowers within the Department of Defense. So these are whistleblowers that have been extracting data out of the Defense Department database. They have noticed a very alarming increase in instances of certain conditions compared to a five-year average.
They also have evidence that with myocarditis, the data has been doctored already. I'm the one dealing with the medical boards. I'm the one watching the witch hunts. I'm the one fighting them off and I'm the one telling them where to go.
I'm going to keep doing that. 9-28-2021, Project SALIS weekly report. Project SALIS is a Defense Department initiative where they report and they take all this data that doesn't exist supposedly and they give it to the CDC. They're watching these vaccines. On that date and around that date, I have numerous instances where Fauci and that entire crew were saying it's a crisis on Vax. It's 99 percent un-vaxed in the hospital.
In Project SALIS, in the weekly report, the DOD document says specifically 71 percent of new cases are in the fully-vaxed and 60 percent of hospitalizations are in the fully-vaxed. This is corruption at the highest level. We need investigations. The Secretary of Defense needs investigated. The CDC needs to be investigated. You combine now the fact that there's at least suspicions that the Defense Department is doctoring with the data. I would contend, Senator, that there's not just a suspicion. In August, when the report was run on acute myocarditis in the DOD website, there were 1,239 cases and now when you run it, it's down to 307. In January of 2022, there were 176 cases and magically, they are now down to 17. There is a word for that.
It's not suspicious. We have in the military the single best dataset that exists because we have baselines in there. And acute disease across all categories in the preceding years, five years leading up to the vaccination year, was 1.7 million. They introduced and mandated a COVID-19 vaccine for our U.S. military when they had only lost 12 service members total to the disease. And in the 10 months of 2021 after that, it jumped from 1.7 million all diseases to darn near 22 million.
That was a 20 million increase. We need to not be calling this suspicious. With all due respect, we need to be asking hard questions of the DOD. And I will close by saying they are charged, at least in part, with protecting the sanctity and welfare of the brave men and women who are defending this country. And right now, these numbers indicate something is drastically wrong.
And I know of only one reason that databases roll math backward. Who are you? Identify yourself.

These are brave men and women of very high rank in the U.S. military. Because not just do we, Congress, in this building need to hear about it. The world needs to hear about what is going on. I will listen to them. We will take their transcribed interviews. We will gather their data. And again, I put the Defense Department on notice. They must preserve these records so we can investigate. I mean, this isn't to do with this. This is after a couple of years trying to get information out of another agency. And we finally get the information, and it's all redacted.
This is how the federal government, the agencies comply with congressional oversight. We're glad to share with you, Senator, because we have quite a bit of those that aren't blanked out. And we also want to tell you, listen, the side effects, the only one that they're recognizing, that's an outright lie. I've got the Pfizer documents. Pfizer said in their FOIA documents that they released, they said we're looking for these side effects. The FDA said we're looking for these documents. We've got their documents showing what they're looking for. They're not sharing it with the American people because they're covering this up. Corruption was the word of the day, and I think it needs to be reiterated.
