And this Protect Marriage Bill, the language of that bill, when I read the language of that bill to you and what it actually says. Wow. All right. Well, here to help us navigate constitutional issues as he is each and every Wednesday. And it's always my joy to bring him on the program.

Thanks so much. It's great to be with you again every Wednesday. Now, you're getting me up earlier than I normally would be. And then I get to hear the introduction that you have for the show. And you make me want to stick around, even if I have to go to court or something.

I want to stick around and see and hear all the knowledge and information that you guys are going to impart. But hopefully I can just make my small contribution and then get back to some of the legal projects we got going on. It's been a very interesting week. I actually did a trial on Monday.

My client was found mad and guilty in a bench trial in DuPage County, which was great. And just yesterday, we were in the third jurisdiction of our discovery recount in the first congressional district of the Illinois primary in Illinois. And just, Greg, it's mind boggling what goes on in elections in terms of, I've been in three jurisdictions now in Kankakee County, Will County, Suburban, Cook. Seven different kinds of voting machines are employed in three different jurisdictions. It's not just one machine here.

It's three different machines, different stuff for early voting, different stuff for the males. You have to be a technology expert to just even conduct a recount, things that involve QR codes. It's mind boggling to think that there's any possibility of getting an outcome correct, given all the different technologies that are employed and all the education that is required for people to properly run those. Even aside from the idea that there's vulnerabilities, just the complexity that it requires, it makes it very, very difficult to comprehend that they can possibly get the outcome right. Well, I'll tell you, it's really quite scary.

And I want to get into this. Obviously, we want to talk about what you just spoke about. We want to talk about law and disorder at the highest levels in our nation.

The Ninth and Tenth Amendments, the powers versus the rights, the Article One limiting federal powers. And then I just sent you an article. This is out of the New York Post, August 11th, 2022.

Mark Moore is the writer. FBI subpoenas, Pennsylvania GOP lawmakers in 2020 fake electors plot. Yeah, I've seen something about the subpoenas and I've seen some things regarding the list of folks who are on electors and actually, I don't know, I may be given one soon.

Hey, well, anybody that apparently was involved in that, you know, I mean, you've got to imagine, you know, they're going to go back after Rudy, he's got a big giant target on his back. And you were there testifying and you were in Allegheny County, as somebody who witnessed election fraud. When an election, I don't know, okay, I don't know if we want to go so far as to say fraud, you're the legal guy, but at least election irregularities that were outside of the boundaries of what should have been going on.

Oh, absolutely. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court usurped authority from the United States Constitution rests with the state legislatures. And actually, Allegheny County, I was there, one of the fellows that subpoenaed and one of the guys named as one of the Trump electors, Sam DeMarco, the chairman of the Allegheny Republican Committee, is someone I worked with closely while I was out in Pennsylvania. But then, from what they're talking about regarding these electors, I was with the mayor and Jenna Ellis, not only testifying, but prior to the testimony, we were discussing with the Pennsylvania senators, their legal authority under Article Two of the Constitution, to in fact, have what they call plenary authority over the appointment of electors.

And their ability to correct things that were improper, if in fact, that was something they determined. So I was among the folks providing legal counsel and advice to the Pennsylvania legislature during this time, the day before Thanksgiving. Oh, no, no. I'm gonna look out the front door all day for a black sedan or black SUV to see if the FBI shows up here. Well, you might want to set your door, unless you want your door splintered, you might want to set your door so they don't kick it in.

Little lemonade or something on a hot summer day. It's about a legitimate legal interpretation of the United States Constitution that the legislatures have plenary legal authority to determine the electors that the states send to the Electoral College for voting. And to say that there's false, it's interesting, the articles they write, they call false electors. Nobody was involved in these meetings of Trump people who were denominated Trump electors on the ballots.

They don't have the subpoena, it's all public record. It's crazy, you or I could look up who these people are. So it's just utter nonsense. They're now on a public relations campaign to undermine the understanding of what the Constitution is.

This is just horrible. They're literally undermining and attacking Article II, Section II, if I believe, Clause II, the Electors' Clause, and that gives the state legislatures the authority to appoint the electors. They're using the law to attack the law. It's horrendous because they don't want the American people to understand the actual Constitution. They want their ideas imposed. Well, they stopped teaching it.

I mean, let's face a fact. They stopped teaching the Constitution of the United States of America in schools. And in fact, and you'll validate this, I know, they stopped teaching the Constitution of the United States of America in law school. They don't teach the Constitution in law school. No, they did not teach the Constitution law school while I was there at all. And that's 35 years ago.

Well, I mean, think about how scary that is. When you have to consider, you would imagine, right, that going back prior to probably, what, 1960, 1958, somewhere in there, that law schools would be the place of all places in the nation, where the Constitution of the United States would be kind of foundational to the curriculum that would be discussed and would be taught within a particular school. If you're going to go to law school, what is the ultimate overarching basis upon which every law should follow? But the Constitution of the United States of America and to suggest that law schools now for the last 35 years, probably more, don't even teach that is just, I mean, no wonder we're in the fix that we're in.

Yeah, no, that's correct. They teach Supreme Court opinions. They teach substantive due diligence, which nobody knows what the heck that was. Well, substantive due process. Oh, there you go.

Sorry, I apologize. Yes, I can say it, but even now, I have no idea what it means. I don't think Justice Thomas has any idea what it means. Except that it doesn't belong. Yeah, Justice Thomas indicated in his Dobbs concurrence that he has no idea what substantive due process means. And so nobody, nobody really knows what it means.

But they try and teach that. And so this is this is the problem. And we're gonna we're gonna take Yeah, we're gonna take a very quick I'm sorry, the clock ran up on we're gonna take a very quick break, folks. We'll be right back.

And there's, there's still some things that are going on with regards to that, that he was talking about as we opened up the program, and we'll keep you abreast of that, as David is with us each and every week.

So I want to get into because we're going to run out of time if I don't throw this back to you. But there's there's a couple of quick things relative to the ninth and 10th amendment. The Ninth Amendment says the enumeration in the constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

That's the Ninth Amendment. And the 10th Amendment reads, the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. We have rights, we have powers, we have states, and we have a federal government.

Can you give us kind of a brief explanation as to this? Because right now, it seems as though we're kind of in a conflict with the federal government over what they think their powers are and what the rights of the people actually are. Yeah, the Ninth Amendment is there because during the course of the debates regarding the Constitution, it was a debate as to whether or not there should even be a Bill of Rights. And that debate centered around the fact that if they listed specific rights, then there would be an assumption that the government would have authority over everything else. If they listed speech, religion, press as protected rights, then the authority of the government would stretch to every other part of life. And so the Ninth Amendment indicates that the people have rights that are not listed in the bill for the protection of those rights. The Tenth Amendment is regarding the limitations of the federal government, and it points out that the federal government only has, has only the powers that are granted within the Constitution.

And I say powers. Governments do not have rights. Governments do not. People have rights. You have rights.

I have rights. The government has no rights. And oh, by the way, groups have no rights.

Just people, individual people have rights. Governments have powers, and they only have the powers that we provide them with, that we grant to them. And so the Tenth Amendment indicates, number one, that the federal government only has the power granted within the Constitution. Primarily Article I, Section 8, if you want to look at that list, it's 25 to 28 different things, depending on how you choose to count them. Coin money, raise armies, declare war, provide for defense of our borders. They only have the authority that's given within that, generally speaking, Article I, Section 8.

The states have retained whatever other powers there are, generally speaking, referred to as police powers, to look after the health, welfare, and safety of the, of the citizens within the state. Which is where the argument that we had week before last, or maybe even last week, regarding a federal police force, the FBI, as it were. I thought about this last night very quickly.

Gosh, we're just going to run out of time again. But I thought about this last night, and that is, is that one of the things that's on the 45 goals of the Communist Party is to get the FBI disbanded. So the FBI has played a role in the domestic defense against communist infiltration. Ironically, at this point, it appears that the FBI is being now used as an arm of the American Communist Party to subjugate constitutional God-fearing Americans.

We certainly can discuss that. Again, I don't see anywhere in the Constitution that allows for the FBI. And so their basic existence is called into question. I'm not sure, I don't know where the authority is to create a possessory offense that says the federal government can enforce drug laws. There's a lot of things that aren't there. Which again goes back to, to really more or less the apathy and the states, I'm trying, I can't think of the right word right now, but basically what the states have done is abdicated. The states have abdicated their responsibility. And I think a lot of that, we can talk about this maybe next week, just put it in the feather in our hat, is how the 17th amendment might have played a role in that.

Pastor Greg. And welcome back to Chosen Generation Radio where no topic is off limits and everything is filtered through biblical glasses. And well folks, they're after our kids. And if you haven't read, I have a post up that has been up since the 21st of July when this Protect Marriage bill first posted. It's entitled, it has always been about the children and sex.

It's not protecting marriage. I really strongly encourage you to read this. It's got quotations out of the overhauling of straight America. It's got quotations. As a matter of fact, it has the Biden assistant secretary for health, Richard Levine. Yes, his name is Richard. OK, let's just be straight. His name is Richard.

And he runs around in a in a in a Navy dress with long hair. And pretending to be something else. But he says that we want to or we need to empower kids to go on puberty blockers and get sex reassignment surgery. Kids. Kids, not not not young adults, not not people in their mid 20s that have that have had years to think about this and mature and and and. Make a choice and people are going to make choices. No, no, no.

We want four or five, six, seven, eight year old kids to choose to lose body parts. And there's a there was another article. Anyway, let me introduce my guest who is waiting patiently. Peter LaBarbera has been battling this Americans for Truth about homosexuality. Nobody could handle that title, so he had to change the name of the page. Let me just tell you, I had Dr. Syed Hader on here a week before last.

We're going to get him on here real soon again. And he said, quit calling it that. Quit calling it homosexuality. It's sodomy. I'm a doctor.

Let me explain to you how this works. It's called sodomy and they're sodomites and it's unnatural and it causes sickness and it causes disease. And it destroys cultures and societies. And it will lead to we already have a birth rate problem.

And there is no possible way, absolutely no possible way that side of that sodomites can conceive. Period. Peter.

Well, you know. Yeah, I understand that viewpoint and obviously we use the word homosexuality, which was the common word, but you're it's technically right, because the word homosexual itself was a creation. I think back in the 18 the late 1800s, Greg, if you go way back and the fact is we're seeing we're seeing insane demographics, as we talked about last last show, the Gallup poll, which shows that now more than one in five young people, one in five, 20.8 percent, according to Gallup, are identifying as LGBTQ, which is absolutely insane. It's the product of this this new sort of like a New Age religion, only without some of the New Age stuff.

I guess you could say, Greg, it's a widespread cult. You know, I mean, yeah, that we used to we used to say that the gay activists weren't lying and they were lying when they said 10 percent. We're both old enough to remember when they used the exaggeration. And it was barely two, barely two. It was one to two percent.

Yeah. In some big cities, obviously higher. Now we're talking a Gallup, which is I don't trust pollsters, but Gallup is one of the reliable ones. And they're saying one in five are identifying Gen Z, which is the 18, 20 to 25.

And Barna research, let me just throw this in. George Barna, who I believe is a very respectable pollster. Barna's research says that the number in that Gen Z group is 39 percent in the poll that he did.

Thirty nine percent. Right. Yeah, that that was another one. That one came first. And you're right. I couldn't believe that one.

Yeah. And I don't think Barna almost it was, you know, I mean, we've criticized some of Barna's not Barna himself, but a guy who worked with him. I think his name was Zimmerman, who wrote a book called The Unchurch. The Unchurch chapter, they had a chapter on homosexuality, which was basically the party line at the time saying that Christians need to not focus on that issue. You know, I mean, we should both reread that chapter, Greg. It was it was criticizing those of us who were trying to deal with the sin movement.

And so I wonder if Barna himself, what he would say about that chapter today, because this is how it is. The naive Christians or the naive conservatives or the naive people come along and they say, oh, no, you can't you can't do that. And then and then the law of unintended consequences, this stuff spirals out of control.

Well, I mean, if you turn over the media, if you turn over the schools, if you turn over academia, if you turn over corporations to this ideology, what's going to happen? And 10 years ago, you and I were came together. We met about 10, maybe 11 years ago at Value Voters.

It was first time we met in person. But we'd had what you'd been on my show. I found you online dealing with it because God told me three things I had to deal with. I had to deal with Islam. I had to deal with the LGBTQ agenda.

And I had to deal with secular humanism. And you were and always have been one of the leading voices in fighting against this. And one of the things that you and I spoke about that we agreed about very, very vehemently is that once you let this in, they said, oh, we're not trying to influence. We're not trying to recruit. We're not we're not trying to convince people baloney. That is exactly what they are doing. That is exactly what is going on.

Grooming is exactly what's going on. I was telling you there's an article in American Thinker from February 23rd, 2020. Interestingly, I believe that's around the time that the whole plandemic was blowing up. And and this is in part what caused parents to suddenly go, holy smokes. What in the world are they teaching my kid?

Because parents and their children were locked in their homes, locked down by medical tyranny. It's a whole nother topic. But nonetheless, parents were faced with having to look now. It's like kind of I'm bored.

You know, I've seen The Price is Right for the 17 millionth time. OK, so now I'm going to find something else to read. Let me let me read what my one of my kids books.

This will be kind of interesting. What they what this is pornographic. This is they're just they're they're telling my kid how to how to take his out of there. They want my kids masturbating together. True story.

Yeah. The this has been going on a long time, Greg. And when you talk about propaganda, I mean, look at the you know, this is GLSEN was formed, I believe, in the early 90s. Listen, the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network, which is the the first homosexual organization to to penetrate the schools and how they get in.

They got it through victim monitoring. They said, oh, the kids are going to commit suicide if we don't affirm their sexual orientation, quote unquote, unquote. And they were also big on gender.

And there would be no big trans today if it wasn't for big gay, the homosexual activist movement. But, Greg, I want your viewers to understand the scope of this. We could do five programs every day for your whole time just on the group GLAAD. It used to be called the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, and they sort of just now just call it GLAAD, G-L-A-A-D. And I was reading their recommendations on transgenderism, and it's incredibly radical. And GLAAD is not just a special interest group, Greg. GLAAD is part of Hollywood. The film, the GLAAD Awards are accepted as one of the big Hollywood show award shows. And this is an activist group which has done some nasty things against Christians.

They're totally, I would say, they're morality-phobic and Christ-phobic because they got the power and they've used it. Let me read this to you. This is from the Daily Skirmish, the institutionalization of transgenderism. A doctor at Boston Children's Hospital put out a video selling gender-affirming hysterectomies for children for gender with gender dysphoria. Related procedures like double mastectomies are available at the hospital to minors as young as 15 without parental consent. Not to be outdone, Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh is putting out videos promoting puberty blockers for kids.

Ka-ching, ka-ching. The institutionalization of transgenderism is occurring not only in children's hospitals, but in federal government and world medical societies. The Biden administration spent one and one half million dollars to develop feel-good programs for transgender inmates. It's also proposing new rules to force private insurers to pay for children's sex change drugs and surgery.

The World Professional Association of Transgender Health, you believe that, lowered its recommended age for transgender drugs to two, by two years of age, from 14 and by one year from surgery down to 15 years of age. It's insanity. It's insanity and we're finding out about it and hopefully this all will end. It will end by legislation if the Republicans win in November. Well, if there's an election, if the Republicans will take a stand, remember that the Republicans have embraced what's called the log cabin Republicans, which are pushing the same exact agenda. Let's not fool ourselves.

Alright, so I'm going to get this article published on our site. I can't even read to you what is being presented to your child. This is what's called FLASH, Family Life and Sexual Health. FLASH curriculum distributed through the comprehensive sex education curriculum to grades 4 through 6. Grades 4 through 6 is ages basically 9 to 12. 9 year olds to 12 year olds.

I can start by saying this. Intercourse is the kind of sexual touch when the blank is in the blank. It is sometimes called blank intercourse or lovemaking.

But lovemaking can mean different things to different people. Hint hint like blank intercourse. Blank is what you call it when semen, the fluid carrying sperm, comes out of the blank.

If he blanks during intercourse or if he blanks on her blank without ever putting the blank inside, sperm can swim up into her uterus. If I handed this documentation to a child on the street outside of the school on the sidewalk, I would be arrested for distributing pornographic materials. And yet, ladies and gentlemen, wake up. Your children and your grandchildren. Today is Wednesday, August 17th. Within about two weeks, maybe three, your child is going to be in school if they're not already headed to school. Schools are beginning all across the country. And sometime in the next month, under the guise of family life and sexual health, under the auspices of comprehensive sex education, your child is going to be introduced to this if they're in grades 4 through 6.

4 through 6. This is in junior high. This isn't high school. This is grammar school. And this is the indoctrination that we're talking about, Peter.

And Greg, this is this this has been building up for decades or decades. The entire left structure in schools, sexuality, education. So I notice how they use the word health, Greg, just like they use the word for abortion on demand. They call it reproductive health. All of these terms they use, they call it gender affirmation when they want to remove organs, healthy, healthy organs.

A mastectomy on a 16 year old girl, which occurred in Chicago. They call that gender affirmation care. The left has used a bunch of words which are nicer sounding to cover up the evil that they're doing. And this is this has been going there's there's sexuality, SICUS, which is a long time sexuality education umbrella group. They've been pushing these standards. They've been pushing the idea that you teach children masturbation, et cetera. And now now they've hit the transgender thing. And what's happened, I think, in America is we've we've woken up to the fact that, wow, this is this is being pushed everywhere. And the left is not even apologetic anymore. Whereas they used to try to hide that they were pushing this on kids or make excuses for it. Now they're at the point where they say we don't care anymore. I think there is an apology in our politics. Just Biden and the Democrats no longer care that there's obviously a dual standard of justice.

The left no longer cares. They say, look, this is right for children. This is this is.

And so and so to that to that end, Peter, is so the people don't think this couple of white guys sitting here, you know, that are that are out of touch with, you know, the younger age group or what have you. Let me read you. This is testimony from an eighth grade girl, an eighth grade girl. Just just the beginning of what she said in sixth grade. Our school started the flash curriculum. I will never forget the day our male teacher taught us what intercourse was. That was mortifying. We had to hit sit and hear very personal things about boys constantly joking about it.

It made me feel violated, like I was just an object. Since the sex ed curriculum started, those kinds of things go on all year long. Sexual comments are common. Boys will even grab girls butts at school, including mine.

When addressed, they simply move on to someone else. I wanted to stop, but if you say anything, you're made fun of and no one takes you seriously. This is wrong, but everyone seems to just accept it. And girls suffer in silence. Sexual harassment is being tolerated and actually encouraged by the culture that is fueled by sex being in every day at school.

It's just outrageous. As you said, Greg, parents are finding out, but you wonder if it's too late. Before the whole COVID thing happened, people were saying, look, the public schools are gone. If we were to do it all over again, our kids were mostly educated in public schools, we wouldn't do that.

Maybe we should have done it before. Personally, we had ours out for large chunks of time, and my youngest three have all been nothing but homeschooled. Greg, here's something I noticed. I'm on the list of getting stuff from these parents who are just shocked at what happened to their kids. Their kids went transgender. And many of these parents, Greg, were liberal, and they were okay with their kids coming out and saying, I'm gay, I'm lesbian. But then that went from there to the transgender. And so what happened was they opened up the door to sexual perversion, homosexuality, and they were stunned to see that their children would say, hey, Dad, I don't want to be a girl. I'm not really a woman.

I'm going to be the man who I was really meant to be. And what you see is these liberal parents, people on the left who basically have been burned by their own social tolerance, by their own ideology. And it's one after the other after the other. In fact, they come right out and say, well, I was okay with them being gay. Well, a parent shouldn't be okay with a child declaring that they are identifying bisexual sin by what has long been known to be a perversion. That should never be okay with a parent. You don't hate your children. You don't kick your children out of the home.

You love your children, but you are honest enough to tell them the truth. And so it began with gay, but now gay is kind of old fashioned, these guys, and they've moved on. And if you think it's going to end here, you're nuts because now they're pushing pansexuality, which is sort of bisexuality repackaged, pansexuality.

Minor attracted persons is the next big thing, Max. And I have to tell you that it has been a part of the overhauling of straight America. Read the document from 1987. And it says NAMBLA is at the farthest end of acceptability NAMBLA. That's the North American Manboy Love Association, North American Manboy Love Association.
