The Supreme Court's decision on affirmative action and religious freedom sparks debate on racial justice, government schools, and parental rights. Meanwhile, concerns about transgenderism, human trafficking, and intellectual prostitution arise, while the censorship industrial complex and viewpoint discrimination continue to be major issues.

Thank you. Thank you, Dana. Dana herself made commentary on the Supreme Court on Twitter as she's on break. And this is how you know that Dana's heart is with the movement. Not just an entertainer, not just a media personality.

When you're on vacation doing commentary like this, it speaks to who you are as a human being. A woman named Erica Marsh decided to display who she is as a human being professionally. She touts herself as having been an organizer for Figurehead Biden. And she decided to go to Twitter of her own accord and write the following statement. Today's, and she's talking about the affirmative action case, today's Supreme Court decision.

It was a direct attack on black people. For some reason, she's capitalizing the B in black because black is a race. It's not, but that's what people do. She continues: No black person will be able to succeed in a merit-based system. Which is exactly why affirmative action-based programs were needed.

Today's decision is an all-caps travesty three exclamation points. Dana responded on Twitter writing, Promoting the idea that black, and reasonably because she's a smart woman and a former journalist, well, she's still a journalist, did not capitalize the B in black. Dana writes, promoting the idea that black Americans are incapable of competing based on merit is the very definition of racism. It absolutely is. To my knowledge, Erica Marsh has yet to take down that tweet.

We also have this, the Supreme Court has ruled. And it's being cast as this is how Newsmax wrote it up, and Newsmax is almost right. Supreme Court, Christian web designer can refuse to work for same-sex couples. No, that's not what the decision is. The decision states this: that a web designer or someone in the business of publishing or writing cannot be forced to write language with which they disagree.

They cannot be forced to create art that celebrates something that goes against their religious beliefs. That's what it says. It does not say that a web designer can put up a sign that says, I will not do any work for anybody who's same-sex attracted. That is absolutely not what it says. It is confined to the religious celebrations that counteract or go against the beliefs of someone's sincerely held political, pardon me, religious beliefs.

And this this nonsense. in the minds of these justices is so thick That it runs throughout the entire affair of many, many cases. Judge Sotamayar, the wise Latina. Talking about that decision. This is what the wise Latinas said.

Today is a sad day in America, constitutional on the lives of LGBT so-called T people. The Supreme Court declared that a particular kind of business, though open to the public, has a constitutional right to refuse to serve members of a protected class. That's not what it says. It says that people cannot be forced to write words or create art that violates their religious principles. which are protected in the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

protected classes do not get. Privilege to rewrite the Constitution of the United States. And the wise Latina should know this because of course she's a wise Latina. The figurehead. Biden said that this is not a normal presidency.

Indeed? A court commentator for another than NBC, or pardon me, ABC News points out. That in this court, 50% of the outcomes have been unanimous. In 89% of cases, at least one liberal justice was in the majority. Only in 8% of cases, Where there's six to three with the so-called Republican appointees on one side, 3% 5-4 with Democrat appointees all on one side, in that case in the dissent.

Sounds like a normal court. And what the leftists are saying. is yeah, but it's the important cases. It's the controversial cases. It's the cases that set us back from our wish and dream to have an egalitarian democracy.

We're not a democracy. We're a republic. We're ruled by the Constitution of the United States. Which recognizes inalienable rights which exist because we're created by God. Justice Jackson And we talked a lot about her yesterday.

She had a temper tantrum on this. In her in her descent. She stated something that was debunked, oh gosh, a year and a half ago? Maybe longer. In her dissent, she writes, For high risk black.

capitalize because in her fantastical mind She's decided that black is a race. Meaning that Ethiopians are the same as Africans, are the same as Egyptians. For high-risk black newborns, having a black physician more than doubles the likelihood that the baby will live and not die. That's in a Supreme Court dissent.

Now, a gentleman named Ted Frank, who is a really good commentator on law, himself a lawyer, director of litigation at Hamlin Glaw. He points out that he's already debunked this and he did it in classic form. But let's start with this: Justice Jackson believed that. She believed that white doctors are twice as likely to kill Newborn black babies, that there are white doctors who get into the business of doctoring and say, you know what, I can't wait to do is to kill me some black babies. This is the same Justice Jackson.

Who promotes abortion at all costs, at all times, at any time? Which, in fact, is the number one cause of death for black children. The second being young black men killing young black men. No commentary on that. There is a study that people in the Mockingbird media tried to make seem That white doctors kill black babies, or that black doctors are twice as likely to see a black baby survive.

But the math doesn't even say that. The study doesn't get near to saying that. What it says Is that in the case of doctors and black infants, the infants, black infants being seen by a black doctor, have a 99.8% survival rate versus ready for this with white doctors? 99.6 So 99.8 versus 99.6, that's not double. As Ted points out in his analysis of this study, the fact is the white doctors were more often specialists seeing kids in the ICU.

Black doctors were more often generalists seeing kids for general maladies or even well child checkups.

So she believes this, which is one of the reasons that she is so upset about this, is that she has a not a gosh, I want to be careful here. Justice Jackson is not a smart person. I'm sure that the Lord has gifted her something because God gifts all of us, but it is not in the area of intellect. if she truly believes this. And why would she put it in writing if she didn't?

'Cause she knows it's gonna be it's gonna be sight-checked. It wasn't side-checked, it was put in, and her staff should have done that. Her clerk should have side-checked that.

Now, this is all happening at a time that I think God is truly, truly revealing for everybody. Look at what your broken system is doing. Look at what the sin problems have caused. Look at this false temple called Washington, D.C. Do you really want to count on these guys?

This is where you really, really want to put all your money. You want to build up treasures on earth with these guys guarding it, or maybe you'll turn to me. There is this is an Asian American student And he goes through and rebuts This entire SCOTUS affirmative action ruling here in audio clip number one. when we're deciding based on race at least as a factor that sort of assumes that all people of a certain race are sort of monolithic that minorities are monolithic and i know at least for asian americans sort of the way that we're perceived is hardworking no charisma no character and and you see that in those in in the harvard case you'll see that um that's how they view asian american students they see us sort of as bland and sort of lacking character and i think that that's sort of what happens to all minority groups when you view us first and foremost as a certain race and then just look at individual characteristics that we have later i think we should flip that around and view our individual characteristics regardless of what race we are first and foremost and i think that's that's the most appropriate way to do this um because there again you can look at recommendation letters you can look at um there's so many other things that you can look at and i know that boomi was mentioning sort of this holistic admissions process in that process you have so much data you have access to your parents income for instance if you might need financial aid you have access to information about the school district that you Grew up in. And I think that information actually gives you knowledge of the student situation and sort of what advantages or disadvantages that you might have in life.

If you look at the tactics, if you look at what's being done, you look at how this is being merchandised, consider some words: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. That's what we call in the evangelical world, and in fact, biblically, the fruit of the Spirit.

Now, what are we seeing from the other side? I see them creating hate, bitterness, discord, intolerance, wickedness, cheating, brutality, and self-indulgence. I see that's what they want for our culture. Listen here to the mayor of New York attack a woman who is living in a rent controlled apartment. She doesn't have the money for a nice apartment.

Listen to how he goes off on her in audio clip number two. Why in New York City? Yeah. We'll change that. You This is the mayor.

Why are we having these horrible ready people right here at this place?

Okay, first, if you're going to ask a question, don't point at me and don't be disrespectful to me. I'm the mayor of this city, and treat me with the respect I would deserve to be treated. I'm speaking to you as an adult. Don't stand in front like you treated someone that's on the plantation that you own. Give me the respect I deserve and engage in a conversation.

How about if you earn the respect, Mayor? Why don't you try that? That'd be a different take on this. living on the plantation. You know how much coin you're pulling down as the mayor of that city versus that woman and you're on the plantation?

That's hatred in your heart, Mayor. There was an event at Campus Drive and Manache Street, Montgomery County, Maryland, just up the street from Washington, D.C. It's a series of people who got together from an intersectional, well, pardon me, from a diverse background to talk about where intersectionality came to die. We're going to get to those clips as we go on. I want you to hear that people are continuing to have their eyes open.

We'll come back and get up into the quick five, including a state senator. From Wisconsin, had something to say about the suburbs. We'll get to that. It's Todd Herman in for Dana on the Dana Show. Hey, it's Todd Herman filling in for Dana on the Dana Show, and let's roll in to the quick five.

Now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five. This is a pretty solid job of clickbaiting from MSN. Give them credits. It writes: A mom offered lemonade stand jobs.

Alabama's labor department stepped in. What actually happened, and it does say so in the article, is a woman runs a business, it's a lemonade business, and she prepares lemonade in a business and delivers it via car.

So it's a professional thing. And she just decided to give kids an opportunity to get involved in this six-year-old kids. And ask them to submit a resume, and then she would hire them to be a smiler or a greeter and give them twenty bucks. Really, she's just saying, look, I just want kids to see what the job market is like, I want them to see what work is like, have a time, you know, opportunity to put some money in their pockets, and to do that in a way that honors work. It wasn't about creating a business based upon children.

And it was one day, and in fact, the authorities in Alabama said, Hey, look, no one got fined. No one's in trouble. We just got in touch with her and said, Hey, by the way, you could run afoul of the regulations here. What I'm curious about is the person who looked at that and said, Oh, I got to call the authorities on this. I've got to get, well, maybe it's a parent.

Sandra, you're trying to make profit off my kid. Can I point something out? The teachers' unions do this every single day. By taking kids and turning them into angry, drug addicted little sex bots who incidentally are being taught to be racist and then sending them out to protest and divide their families, they're doing the same thing. They're not paying them though.

The parents are paying the unions to do this through the rake that the union takes off of tax dollars. Right, but maybe that's just my way of thinking because I live not really even in the suburbs, I live up in the hills. which means that a Wisconsin State Senator Named Latania Johnson. I'd gotta imagine that this is aimed at silly people like me who've seen the war on the cities wash over into the suburbs. In fact, I'll tell you something about Idaho in a second and our sheriff over here, which I loved.

So, this is this state senator, LaTanya Jackson, speaking on the Senate floor on a debate about crime from the cities, which are purposely being destroyed, heading over into the suburbs here in audio clip number four. F the suburbs. Because they don't know a goddamn thing. about how life is in the city. Interesting.

So, once again, if I were to go back and consult what we talked about earlier and consult the fruits of the Spirit, the love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, versus the opposites of that. Bitterness or hate, bitterness, discord, intolerance, wickedness, cheating, brutality, and self-indulgence. Where exactly does the good senator sit? On that equilibrium. I think it's quite clear at the suburbs.

They don't know a blanking taking God's name in vain thing about the city and crime.

Well, no, that's not true because we drive through your cities. We read about your cities. In fact, I've worked in your cities. In fact, I'm broadcasting from a city which has fallen into the Seattle disease. The sheriff over North Idaho, where I'm from, recently put out a statement that's getting a lot of viral attention, and God bless him for it, telling criminals from Washington State, don't bring your drugs into Idaho.

Remember, it is not legal across the border. Look, God is shifting and sifting and saying, choose where you live. Hey, I'm calling my people home. That's how I see it. There's a patriot artist named Scott Labadio, and he's in New York City.

And you know that New York has decided that they want to ban pizza places from having wood-fired pizza, because of course that's killing all the children. Listen to how he approached this in audio clip number five. The world used to respect New Yorkers as tough, thick-skinned, and gritty.

Now we have become shame. You heard of the Boston Tea Party? This is the New York Pizza Party. Give us pizza or give us death. Give us pizza.

He's throwing pizza. And I guess you could say, wait a minute, isn't he displaying hatred? No, I think he's displaying a sense of comedy and irony. A man in, where is he? Albany, just up the street from there, he's pled guilty to smuggling stuff in his trousers.

Um Pythons. in his pants.

Now in fact, what if we find out this is like a T V show? Wouldn't that be interesting? And then there's this: an ex-Ohio speaker named Larry Householder has gotten 20 years in prison for the largest bribery scandal in state history. Why do I point that out? Because it means it can be done.

We can have accountability from elected officials. Wouldn't it be great if it was across the board? It's Todd Herman and for Dana on The Dana Show. And dumb tickle. Walk with the system.

The absolute swindle of giving the executive the ability. To take debt incurred by some people voluntarily and to say, you don't have to pay that, we will make others pay that. and calling it forgiveness is gone.

The $430 billion student loan so-called forgiveness plan, the Supreme Court has said that this is unconstitutional, that the executive does not have this ability. And in in his writing, I think Justice Roberts said something that's going to go down in history as deeply, deeply controversial. I'll quote it. People think that the President of the United States has the power for debt forgiveness. He does not.

He can postpone, he can delay, but he does not have that power. That has to be an act of Congress. He's quoting someone. That's not his original thought. And that's very, very common, as you know, in Supreme Court decisions to quote others, to build a case.

And this is what's been normal, and this is what has been precedential. And in this case, you want to know who he's quoting? He's quoting Nancy Pelosi. From July 28th, 2021. And if I'm not mistaken, I believe the figure had said the same exact thing.

And Elena Kagan. with the former dean of Harvard Law School. Said that this has exceeded its pro, the court has exceeded its proper limited role in our nation's governance. except for the fact that the court didn't instigate this, they didn't decide to do this, they didn't write this legislation. It's not legislation, it's executive diktat, and it's their job to look at things and say if this is contra if it's constitutional or not.

Now Lena Kagan, of course, having been the dean of Harvard Law School, Was that a school with a $39 billion endowment, and anytime they want to, just based off the carried interest on that money, they could provide actual cost-free college to all the students and, in fact, pay their professors and probably keep up the grounds and the infrastructure without drawing down on the balance. just by the carried interest they would earn on the thirty nine billion dollar endowment. But no, they're con going to continue to take taxpayer money because it's a swindle like any other swindle. Let's just refer back. We talked about this yesterday.

that Paul Ryan had said it would be an utter catastrophe if President Trump won and he can win. He said, Paul Ryan, we didn't win anything with President Trump. Are we paying attention to what the Supreme Court has done this week? where the Supreme Court has right sized the relationship between religious liberties and people's desires to force others to speak words with which they disagree, the the Supreme Court's decision that we cannot solve the racism in people's hearts, by making racism the official policy of the United States, that that in fact makes the problem worse, nor do we have the constitutional authority to do that, given the Fourteenth Amendment. We have now the court saying, no, one man Though elected president does not have the ability to go to one group of people and say, I forgive your debt, I'll make those guys pay it.

None of this should be controversial in a sane world. None of it would be. But we don't live in a sane world. In fact, As well, we live in a fallen world, but as Biden has been making more and more bizarre claims. About Afghanistan and oh, oh, Putin's losing the war in Iraq, and we're still at the war in Afghanistan.

He doesn't know where the wars are going on. They dispatched Mayor Pete. They they dispatched Mayor Pete out. To talk about these things, the so-called Transportation Secretary.

Now, in my mind, Mayor Pete has plenty of things that he could be focusing on, like the fact That there have been, what was it, 9,000 canceled flights since Monday? 9,000? And there's another 116,000 that have been delayed. And this is from FlightAware. You have people camped out for three to four days.

I was just reading about this because later this year. I have to get down to Houston. I don't think I'm going to fly. There were people trapped in the Houston airport for three or four days. And United Airlines has been responsible for a large percentage of these, and they say this is because of FAA staffing constraints.

Okay, maybe so. But did it help United when you decided to fire? longtime pilots. And long-time flight attendants because they wouldn't take the mRNA injections? Did that help?

Is that why the industry is pressing to have no co-pilots in planes? This, as we're seeing record numbers, of pilots and co pilots having heart attacks.

Sometimes while landing the plane, often, thank God, be prior to the flights, record numbers. We're seeing this in nurses. We're seeing this in military members. We're seeing it in teachers. And that's why the FAA Right, they they may be right where they come back and say, no, no, no, it's not FAA staffing.

They might be technically right. But it was the FAA who helped back up that diktat. From once again the figurehead. that these companies had to do this or face penalties.

So that's the world we're living in, and it has real life concern, real life impact on people. Their passengers are reacting to something that the FAA said on Twitter. I'll get to that in just a second. Let's hear from them. This is audio clip number six.

They respond to these delays. Our flight was canceled. The flight got bumped. Both of us in our 70s, we had to spend the night sleeping on the floor. Our flight got canceled at about two in the morning.

I had a five-hour delay yesterday. Our flight was canceled. We're gonna cancel it. The whole cruise. We're back trying to find our baggage.

They have no record of our bags, and our flight got completely canceled.

So we were headed to memorial for my aunt. All my family's there, and we can't get there. We don't even know who you complain to. I mean, it's like, is it the president's fault because of whatever policy he's got going on? And like he said, the shortage of pilots because of the mandatory.

Vaccinations. I blame The airlines themselves, all of them, not just United. I mean, look at the economy, look at the world, look at everything right now. Look at the transportation crisis, look at the shortage on vehicles. It's all a domino effect.

And we're starting to experience and see, in my personal opinion, this started a few years ago, and I think you had a lot of senior pilots walk out because they're not going to be told what they're going to do. People get it? And you can pretend all day long that people don't get it, but people pay attention unless. Unless they're victims of the mockingbird media, well, and to that degree, I should say the leftist portion of the mockingbird media. Let me say what the FAA did.

So, as this is all going on, and people are trapped, they can't get to their cruises, they can't get to memorials, they can't get to graduations, etc. And people have a thousand reasons for flying. The FAA decided to put out a tweet. You know, some joking around. They took the what's the game with Pat Sajak?

What is that game? The crossword game that they play? They took an image of that game. And they said, there's no mystery what happens if you're rude to flight crew. And they put up the puzzle, and the puzzle was solved, unruly passenger.

That's their idea of being a government agency. Ain't that funny? Oh, by the way, didn't he retire Pat Sajak and that guy Ryan Secress is taking over? I don't know how that even got into my consciousness.

Now you would think, oh Wheel of Fortune, that's what they put up. You would think. That people would be aware now of this and this crumbling society that's been crumbled, in my judgment, quite purposely under the World Economic Forum, et cetera, because Build Back Better. You hear people know this. They know that these senior pilots quit.

They must be Fox or Newsmax viewers, or prefer those networks, because Newsmax tracked this down. Pardon me, Newsbusters tracked this down. They did a study. And they went out with a poll and they asked people, To what degree are they aware of the scandals of the Biden administration? Uh in regard to the whistleblower Alleged preferential treatment in Hunter Biden probe.

If people prefer CNN and MSNBC, only 50% are aware of that. 76% people who view the so-called conservative networks. I do think Newsmax is conservative, not Fox. Whistleblower and the entire team removed from the Hunter Biden probe, 56 to 31. Congress found 10 million from foreign nationals to the Biden family, 64 to 41.

FBI held back documents with bribery allegations against Joe Biden, 61 to 40. No sanctions for Russian oligarchs associated with Hunter Biden. 53% of people who prefer Newsmax and Fox knew about that. Only 35% of people who prefer the liberal networks. What is that?

To me, that is election interference. It is once again changing the playing field psychologically so people are not firmly aware of what's going on in the country.

Some other things that I don't think people are aware of. The United States under the figurehead And has decided to levy sanctions against the Wagner group.

Now, what was the Wagner Group? Remember them? They were the ones who led the so-called coup. Against Putin. Why is the United States Leveling sanctions Against a Russian Mercenary leader who we're told tried to take out Putin.

Maybe not kill him, but remove them. Who said he wanted to take over the Ministry of Defense? We knew this was going to happen. Our intelligence sources knew weeks in advance this is going to happen. Why do you think?

That we're going to sanction someone who is going after our enemy. Isn't it axiomatic that the enemy of our enemy is our friend?

Now, why do you think we're sanctioning them? Probably because we paid them to do this. Tucker Carlson pointed out he thinks we're in a war with Russia. We may well be. We'll come back with some good news that people are waking up to what intersectionality means and how it is affecting their families.

It's Todd Herman and Ferdana on The Dana Show. To catch up on all the headlines in Crazy Wokery, download the Dana Show podcast and get Dana's perspective on the Dana Show. Hey, it's Todd Erman in for Dana on the Dana Show. I do suggest that you get to DanaLash.com and sign up for Dana's Substack newsletter. It's called Chapter and Verse.

And it's just different, I think, when you get an opportunity to consume her thoughts in writing because it gives her a chance to say things in a different form, things you can pass on to others real easily. I just believe that God is awakening so many people, and that we're seeing a tremendous. In evangelical circles, we talk a lot about this: that there's this tremendous awakening, particularly in the Middle East. of people coming to the Christian faith. And I think that some things are connected.

I think that spiritual blindness is connected to people buying the lies that are being sold. And I think that once you are spiritually blind, you are, in fact, materially blind in many ways. And in um In Manakee Street in Montgomery County, Maryland, a group of people of various faiths, Arabs and Ethiopian Christians and Peruvian Catholics. got together to protest. That the local school boards have seen fit to tell these parents: you don't get to opt your kids.

out of taking the perverse pornographic sex ed classes. And these parents begged to differ. And there are about a thousand people On the side of sanity, on the side of being parents. We are told that we are to steward our children, not the state. And they outnumbered the pro pornography.

Protesters ten to one, and right, we're supposed to value diversity, we're told.

Well, this was truly diverse. This is Asra Namani. Describing where the woke intersectionalism came to die here in Clip 3A. Here we are. Campus Drive and Manicu Street.

And this is where intersectionalism came to die. This is where the woke army, this unholy alliance between the Muslims and the far left, came to die. What I have behind me is hundreds of Arab Muslims, Ethiopian Christians, Peruvian Catholics, and so many others. Let's go see them. We won't be able to rise.

We want freedom, we want rights, we want freedom, we want rights.

Now, we already have the rights just to say, yeah, our kids aren't going to that class. And we just need to exercise these rights. And if government schools are going to say, well, your kid's not passing, then we're going to say, okay, well, guess what? Then we're going to show up at the schools. And we're going to sit in the classrooms.

And we're going to object with every act of pornography. It really is time that people stop playing this game. that government schools have authority over parents. They don't. There is no constitutional interpretive that can show that government schools have authority over parents.

We have authority over them. And it's time that we do this in a respectful way. In fact, I was talking about this with a friend of mine.

Well, she's actually my CrossFit coach, and I was talking about the poison of the government schools in Washington State. And she said, Hey, can I point something out to you? She goes, I know you guys have been through a lot of trauma, and a lot of people have from those states, and it sounds god-awful, but we've got great teachers here. And often, and she said, every day at our school, every single day, there's parents in every class.

So, we're monitoring this stuff. We have to take control back by just simply demonstrating that we have control. And yes, it helps to run for a school board. And yes, it helps to read this curricula into the record. This is a Middle Eastern man who says something that's very simple, it's elementary to being a parent, and yet this is the line that the sexual left is crossing.

And thank you, Lord, that you're showing people the sexual left's desire to twist children's minds. This is clip 3B. We have our children. We love our children. We will never surrender our children.

No, and we're not going to. And all the confusion of the Bud Light CEO and everyone else. Oh, we don't understand why this is suddenly an issue. You know, we've done Pride for years. We've had rainbow cans for years, and no one cared, and no one cares.

Right? I mean, there are those of us who care that that's an activity of sin. We wish you wouldn't do that, just like we wish our friends wouldn't cheat on their wives or covet. We just wish you wouldn't 'cause it separates you from God. But we don't spend our time thinking about what you do in your private life, and we don't care about a rainbow can particularly.

We might. But no one's going to go protest. It's when you come for kids. And think of a government school saying, you don't have the right to opt your kid out of seeing pornography in the classroom. And if you don't think it's porn, I can show you.

This stuff came out of the sewer of the lab of the separate country of Washington three and a half years ago. I did a video feature where a woman running for the the to run the State Education Commission. She and I looked at it together, and you know what? Maya and I didn't know what some of the terms were.

So we had to look at the pictures. It's it's truly remarkable what they want kids to see. This guy's an evil white man, so clearly his uh his comments should count less, but we'll play them out of out of respect for equity here in Clip 3C. These parents here are asking only for the right to be conscientious objectors to a government policy that forces them to choose between obeying God and obeying the state. And it's very ironic and it's very beautiful, in fact, that it takes immigrants.

It takes immigrants to this beautiful country who came here because they understood what it was stood for. Right. And they are now beginning to understand where they've come is at risk of falling into the places they left. This is a sealman Gutham talking about American values in Clip three D. That's a very good point.

Where we can come together regardless of our differences in religion and culture. If we really voice in once, definitely we can bring a change. It is for the common benefit of America that we are crying loud. This is not American family value we heard. Before I came to this man, the American Harmony value is not this.

Highly respected. God-loving. Even the constitution is based upon biblical values. This is within my uncle. Beautiful.

Beautiful to have a man recognize the country he came to and why he came here. Isn't that the sort of immigrant we want to welcome to this country? Not rich. That's not what I'm saying. Rich in intellect and knowledge.

We'll come back. Senator Kennedy has the question about the Biden crime family. Todd Herman in for Dana on the Dana Show. People think that the President of the United States Is this more on a subject than you ever want to know? Will you let me know?

People think that the President of the United States has the power. for debt forgiveness. He does. Postpone, he can delay. But he does not have that power.

That has to be an act of Congress. Well, today is, in fact, the day the Lord has made. These are the times through which God has decided we shall live. And that was Nancy Pelosi. And it gave Justice Roberts the opportunity to quote her right up top of his decision where he announced that there is not going to be a time where a single dude, even though he gets to call himself president, in this case figurehead Biden, gets to simply say, you don't have to pay this debt back.

Other people will pay it for you. And this was by design. I mean, let's admit that Biden knew this, Pelosi knew this. This is an election ploy. It's their opportunity to go into an election cycle telling young people, well, we tried to give you $10,000.

But then the filthy, rich, literal, blood soaked Nazis on the Supreme Court took it away from you.

Now, notice this: do you see the Republican messaging machine out there saying, How dare Biden lie to kids? How dare Pelosi lie to kids? Do you see them flooding the zone saying they always knew this was unconstitutional? This was a bait and switch. They never intended for this to go through.

They knew it would be locked down at the Supreme Courts. Why did they lie to kids? Do you see them in unison doing that? No, but you do see in unison. The left already out with talking points, preplanned.

This is one of the big failures of the Republican Party, is that they truly do not understand the turn to offense. One of the things that the Democrats do. Is they constantly produce product, product, product, product, product. They name the products, they name the products, they flood the zone.

So it looks like, to all accounts, wow, they're so active, they're always trying to do things for us. The Republicans have chosen a stance of perpetual defense.

Now, that's difficult in their defense, their defense of the Republicans, because fighting against a cultural revolution is harder than fighting it. Trying to stop it is more difficult than fighting it, because when you're fighting it, you're just in the business of destroying. You're not in the business of building anything up. You're just in the business of knocking down. And anyone who's ever taken something apart knows it's easier than putting it back together.

So the Republicans need to make the turn to understand we're about 50-50 right now in terms of do we ever get this nation back on track. They need to turn to revolutionary things like, hey, look at this. This is a revolution. The revolution is you don't have to take out college debt. You don't have to do this.

You can go to community colleges. You can go to trade schools. That's some things that they could publish as product. And we see the Supreme Court so active this week. Lizzie Warren.

United States Senator who decided to pretend to be a Native American, she popped onto Twitter talking about the decision in affirmative action, and Lizzie Warren, or someone actually someone wrote for Lizzie Warren. An extremist Supreme Court has once again reversed decades of settled law, rolled back the march towards racial justice, and narrowed educational opportunities for all. I won't stop fighting for young people with big dreams who deserve an equal chance to pursue their future. And in this, she included a picture of herself in a teepee. Cutting up a buffalo and eating its femur bone with her bare teeth because that's well, she's a Native American.

She didn't include that. But she may well have, and Dana herself responded: You literally filled out forms by your own hand where you cited American Indian as your race at the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard, the Association of American Law Schools, and your 1986 Texas bar registration card. They falsely advertised you as a minority in faculty directors. Sit down. Beautiful response from Dana on Twitter.

If you don't follow her on Twitter, you should do that.

Now, they had the figureheads go make the rounds to get people riled up and psyched up, because no one gets you psyched up like the figurehead Biden. And so he ambled on over to the MSNBC studios, and Nicole Wallace had him on. And listen to how she greets the figurehead here in clip number eight. Mr. President, we We don't get a lot of presidents through this studio, so consider it your chair.

Consider it an open invitation. There are going to be a lot of things on people's mind, and I hope you'll look at this as a place you can come and talk about anything that's on your mind. I will. We're like poorellos we buy. As we show up and we're invited.

I say that about the show, that we're like the Hotel California. You can check out, but you can never leave. People pop up, you know, at 4 and at 4.50, they're still here.

So your staff and a lot of other people will come get me if I do that to you. It's been an honor to be with you. Thank you so much. Thank you so much, sir. To be continued.

Filled with energy, just and charisma and bright and articulate and forceful. He didn't wait for the segment to end. Before he got up and, and truly, look, it's sad, it's sad, it's sad. And we have to maintain our humanity. Let's not become the people we're critiquing.

It's sad to see the Alzheimer's shuffle, but that's what this is. And I know it's an audio medium, so you can't see it. But if you know the Alzheimer's shuffle, that's what he does. And in defense of Nicole Wallace and MSNBC, she covers well as the figurehead before the interview's over, before they turn off the cameras, before he gets to the directive, stands up and walks away here. Audio clip number nine.

And the ones that didn't vote for your bills but run on them. Mr. President, thank you. Thank you. Thank you very much.

Great to have you. Thank you. Thank you. Don't go anywhere. It's a very exciting day around here.

Her as he walks off in the Alzheimer shuffle. This is a man who said this is not a normal Supreme Court. And it's not a normal presidency. It's not a normal regime, or I should say administration. It is a regime.

So Republicans have got to go on offense. And part of going on offense is asking very simple questions and then publishing other ways to approach things. There should be product published. Around public corruption. They should have a series of bills.

They should be flooding the zone. Here's just one idea. Just one. If you work in government at a director level or at a senior level, then describe what that level means. Your finances are our business.

And we will have complete reporting to any LLC in which you are a cooperating partner or any ownership. Your emails belong to us. They will be stored in the cloud. Any journalist, any citizen can go read them any time they want. If we find out you are dodging this by doing business as everyone does on Proton or Gmail, everybody does this.

In fact, one of the senior guys at the National Institute of Health. We just found out through a records request that he stated: I'm not going to write anything in my official email that I don't want to see in the New York Times. He's dodging FOIA's. That's a felony. Make that a felony.

Publish products around this. And start asking smart questions like Senator Kennedy is so good at doing here talking about the Hunter Biden affair in audio clip number 10. What did Hunter Biden do for the money?

Now, I think it's pretty clear that. He appears to be selling influence. Was he successful? If he wasn't, why did they keep sending him millions and billions of dollars? Those are fair questions.

And President Biden needs to answer them. His Justice Department needs to answer them. And members of the media need to keep asking the questions. Unfortunately, not all of them are.

So that's a brilliant addition to the question we've been asking this week. What did the chairman? Of the Chinese energy company wants. Let's think about some things that he wouldn't want. Let's do a process of elimination.

Would the boss of a Chinese energy company Want America to be energy independent. Yeah. Would the boss of the Chinese and Chinese Communist Party backed? Energy company. Want the United States to invest in nuclear power.

No. Would they want us to be a net exporter of energy? No. Would they want us to be dependent upon them? Yes.

What has happened? President Trump had us to a point where we were a net exporter of oil. What's happened since? That's been shut down. Would the Chinese Communist Party want to seize American farmland using eminent domain as they're doing in six states as so-called governors?

Well, she's a governor, but so-called conservatives like Chris Dinome let that happen in her state. She's letting it happen. There's these firms that are backed by South Korean companies and Bono from U2 and Reid Hoffman from LinkedIn and the Chinese Communist Party-oriented funds. Are stealing 100 family farms to install a carbon dioxide pipeline, and Christy Noam can't be bothered to do anything about it. But does the Chinese party, with the Chinese energy company like that?

Yes, they would. Which leads us to more product.

So how about this? How about a bill to reveal any and all foreign ownership of any and all land or water resources in the United States of America? Published product. It doesn't mean that it all has to pass. It means that it gets talked about.

Hunter Biden's former business partner Remember Tony Boblinski? He's the guy who came out and said, oh, yeah, Hunter's deeply dishonest. Oh, yeah, it's paid to play. He wanted to talk to the to the jury. To the grand jury.

He wasn't allowed to. David Weiss, according to Toledo Boblinsky, David Weiss, the so-called prosecutor? would not return his phone calls. A guy with material evidence about Hunter Biden published a product on this. When you are looking into a relative of a public figure, that's our information.

You don't get to block it. You work for us. How about the You Work for Us bill, or how about the Republicans publish a bill called We Work for You?

Now a question that even Senator Kennedy won't ask. But Julie Kelly, the great journalist at American Greatness, who's done so much to keep the January sixth affair in the right context, she points out that Bill Barr had an opportunity to appoint a special prosecutor to look into Hunter Biden. And for some reason, Bill Barr decided not to do that. Great question for Bill Barr. And I don't have any evidence of this.

I certainly don't want to bear false witness.

So I'm just asking: Bill, did you get paid off? I'm just asking, because it seems like a lot of people are getting paid off. It's Todd Herman, and for Dana on the Dana Show, we'll come back with a quick five on Dana's program. Catch the Dana Show noon to 3 p.m. Eastern on DirecTV, channel 347.

Hey, it's Todd Herman in for Dana on the Dana Show. You can get my podcast at the ToddHermanShow.com. And just because I know people that often listen to talk radio in airports, if you are hearing this and you're trapped in these airports, please hear me when I tell you, I have been there. And it it is so maddening. And I just pray for you some peace.

And I mean, I've almost lost my mind. Many, many times in airports. We had a delay once. I'll talk about here as we get into the quick five. And something happened to me in my mind that just about did something very, very bad.

But there's thousands of passengers. The pictures in New York City airports is just ungodly. And the number of bags piled up at LAX, 17,000 flights now delayed. Thousands canceled. I think it's now 9,000 canceled.

I think the actual delay is 116,000 flights delayed. And if you take that and you multiply it by 300, because what is it, about 200, 300 people on each jet? I guess maybe they have smaller jets.

So let's average that out to 100 people, 150 people. All the lives being disrupted here. And the pretense that this isn't related to firing pilots and flight attendants because of the mRNA injection is just simply not believable. And there needs to be a congressional inquiry on every single dime. that anybody in Pharma gave to any company To shoot people up because remember, we paid to develop those drugs, those are our drugs.

And it was our effort and our decision, not ours, but Tony Fauci's conning us to do this. We should be able to look into this. I was once in a delay: don't do what I did. We got the verted on a flight, and we were in St. Louis instead of Detroit, and they couldn't.

Board the plane, they couldn't get us off the plane. Because their equipment didn't fit the door, but I could see the door. It was about a six-inch gap, and I could jump across it. I could look out and see it, and they wouldn't open the door. And I finally told the flight attendant as we sat there parked in the second hour, I said, I am no threat to anybody.

But understand something. If I'm here another 15 minutes, I'm going to open it, I'm going to de-arm the door, disarm it.

So that the the slide doesn't pop out, I'm going to leave. And she alerted the pilot and said, okay, we have to call the FAS and please do that. But I'm not going to stay here any longer. This is absurd. And in defense of that airline, they actually did come and open the door.

And yeah, I got talked to by the FAA, but I said, yeah, I didn't. I didn't do it, but I would have. There's a teen who saw. Two people. In a Jeep stranded in a flooded sinkhole, and he decided to use his drone to help save them.

And we don't get enough attention to stories like this, and it should be something we pay more attention to, particularly as these young people learn how to use technology in ways that can help others. This was in Colorado. Teenager found more than he expected. He set out to investigate recent flooding. His name is Josh League.

This is from People.com. He sent his drone out Saturday morning to capture flood waters from the downfall in the rural areas. And he came across a dark spot over a roadway about two miles away in Brighton, California. He flew the drone down there, was able to report what was going on and get help to the couple.

So thank you to Joshua for that. You've heard about these $300,000 flying cars, right? That the FAA has approved.

Now, a couple things. Number one, there's not been a ton of testing on these.

So I wouldn't rush out and buy one. Number two, I want to. I won't ignore everything I just said out and rush out and buy one. I've had dreams of this since I was a kid, of being able to fly. Probably you have too.

You ever have fever dreams? I mean legitimate fever dreams. When I was a kid, I used to get really bad fevers a lot. And when I got a bad fever, I would become delirious. And I had the same exact dream every time, which was if I ran a certain speed into the wind, I could fly, except I would always hit power lines and come down, so I'm tempted to get this.

Would you get one? They're like a helicopter and car combined. It's very tempting. 300 grand, I'll wait till they come down a bit, and I wait till other people do the first crashes. In terms of flying more, the Chinese balloon.

That was used to spy on Americans for our own good, I'm sure, just to protect the children. Hey, by the way, did the figurehead get paid to allow that to happen? The Chinese balloon was using American technology. to do that. You've heard about the grooming and grooming attempts at kids.

There's a woman, an influencer, on YouTube, and she's been accused of grooming kids. This was her response in audio clip number 11. It's been a while since you saw my face. I haven't been doing so great, so I took a little break. A lot of people are saying some things about me that aren't quite true.

Doesn't matter if it's true though, just as long as it's entertaining to you.

Okay, so that's... That's her response. And it's not funny because of the accusations of what she's told to do, but it's truly tragic if you really understand what is actually going on in the theft of kids' bodies. We'll talk about that next. Todd Herman Infraredana on the Dana Show.

YouTube, Facebook, or DirecTV. If you're looking for the number one afternoon host in the country, you've found her. Download the podcast every day to catch up. The Dana Show. It's Todd Herman and for Dana on Dana's program.

You can catch my podcast at the ToddHerman Show.com. About seven years ago, I became aware of the effort to install men into the locker rooms and bathrooms of girls and women. And this came to me through a whistleblower from the YWCA. It cost her her career, her job, many other things. But it she became aware of it when a sobbing woman came to her.

And said, there is a full-grown man in the shower naked, looking at me and my daughter. And it happened that that lady, that customer, or member of the YWCA was a rape survivor. And my friend, who, well, she became my friend, the woman who reported this, was also a survivor of sexual assault.

So I've been following this for a very, very long time. And got exposed to the approach to kids and the effort to groom kids into this. uh about six years ago. When we went through a very scary time with our family in adolescent and family mental health, and in our daughter's case, related to severe eating disorder. And I met a number of families who had been attacked and separated because of this drive to trans kids.

And I became aware of how utterly evil it is. and how profit driven it is and how how much money is set to be made, and it's hundreds of billions of dollars long term. for conning these kids. And in the research around this, I learned how elemental and how base, how much this is based in pedophilia. and that these things are utterly tied together.

Because it's the desire of a lot of people to remake the bodies of children into something that they desire to have. And that they see kids as something that they can mold into something they can play with. And I am using the phrase something on purpose, not someone. For people who understand the background of this, and the perversity involved in this, it's not new information. For people who don't know this, understand that so much of transgenderism is based in so called studies where sex researchers actually paid people to rape kids.

And to take notes as that went on. That's a true fact. to take note of the rapes and what happened. And this is still seen as research. From people who want there to be no, no limits to human sexuality.

As long as it's their desire. long as it's things they want to do. And this is part and parcel with we're neither male nor female, and it's very tied into sexualizing children at a young age. Because their minds are simply not ready to accept this. There's a movie that's coming out.

It is coming out the 4th of July. It's called Sound of Freedom. Jim Caviesel from Passion of the Crisis in this. I got an opportunity to see a pre-release screening of it. It's an extraordinary film that looks at the demand part of this.

Pornography drives this. Transgenderism drives this. The sexualization of kids through Hollywood drives this. It all creates demand. This looks at the part of the $150 billion world.

of human trafficking from the uh the the the supply side. The stealing of kids, the kidnapping of kids. And in this discussion here, this is Tim Ballard. Um he is the guy that Jim Coviesel plays. in the movie.

Tim Ballard quit his job with the Department of Homeland Security to go into the jungles of Colombia. To rescue kids who had been trafficked. And you'll hear these guys talk about this connection here in audio clip number 12. I had to study their literature. This was a political platform.

This is a political party. And what I started recognizing is I named them the, I don't know, I call it the pedophile network doctrines.

Okay. They include things like separate children from parents because parents are a bad influence. The state knows best. Sexualize kids. Let them see pornography.

Two. Carl Mars. Three, take God out of education because that just gets in the wind. And kids consent, consent, consent. Children can consent to anything.

At 12 years old, they should be able to vote. They should be able to do anything.

Now, what am I seeing here? My stomach is getting sick as I'm reading this. I read this every day. It's the woke left agenda. I'm not saying that they're colluding or talking.

It doesn't matter. It's the same dark source. But they are pedophiles are sitting back right now going, we've been pushing this agenda for decades. And now we don't have to push anywhere because the left is taking care of it for us in America. In America.

And in this whole trans voice on children, you know, again, I'm libertarian. Adults, do what you want. I'll fight for your right to do whatever you want, okay, in terms of adults. I'm talking about children. And what they're saying is children can consent to having their bodies filled with a chemical that will destroy the reproductive system.

This is insanity. And it doesn't just destroy the reproductive system. It lowers IQ points if it's given to them pre-puberty. It lowers bone density. It opens them up to a lifetime of follow-up surgeries, if God forbid they have the surgeries.

But it also does something else. And I want to be so, so careful in Dana's program, so, so careful the way I explain this, but it is something that people must know to truly understand the depths of evil in this. The other thing that it does is it removes from these kids the ability to enjoy sexual pleasure.

Okay, it does. And the people who do these surgeries, they know this. You know, I keep a library of commentary from so-called doctors who mutilate kids. And there's a man who pretends to be a woman, and he is a surgeon. And he admits that: look, after these surgeries, these kids are never going to have fulfillment of sexual pleasure.

So, you know, they're never going to have an orgasm. That's not going to happen for them. And this is the same person who says that the penis is the same thing as the clitoris and they're all the same. Which, if you say that, you could also say, well, so is the thumb. But it's not.

That's not the reality. It's not God's design, etc.

So here's the rough part about this. And well, I mean, it's all rough and it's all very, very evil. This is a bonus. This is a bonus for many of the people who are driving this. They don't want their partners to have pleasure.

It's about hurting others. And the confluence of evil behind this is so stacked. It comes and why would people sponsor this?

Well, why does the CDC? Why does the C D C push? This pornographic sex ed into the schools. Why? Because of depopulation.

Why? Because the CDC is a pharma company. All these things line up. Right, so you have now all of a sudden what the sexual left has done is they've found the business model. And the business model is, hey, look.

Pharma, hey look, surgical. companies. Hey look, clothing lines Hey look beer companies Look what you have. And if you think that this isn't powerful, they can't do this. Remember where the phrase teenager came from.

There is no such thing as a teenager in the 50s. You were a child, then you went through a process of becoming an adult. There was no such thing as a teenager. It was advertisers. marketers who invented the phrase teenager and then got movies and T V shows made about teenagers to show teenagers here's what you should be because they recognized there was this disposable income.

So they invented an entire new class of people, teenagers, who should act this way, who should act in a defiant way, who should consider themselves little mini adults. I'm not so certain that's been great for society, are you? I mean, I know I was a mess when I was a teen because I bought into that. Oh, now I'm a man. No, you're not.

Man is not an age, first of all, but I I bought into that and I know kids that buy into that.

So now they've invented now a biological class of people that are set to be victims their entire lives unless they come out of this and thank God God is so anxious to rescue them.

Now, this again goes back to Budweiser and it again goes back to the CEO and why he simply does not understand. Dude, this is not about beer cans. It's not about your beer company. It's not about the rainbow. It's about you are backing legitimate evil.

When you even buy into the idea that Dylan Mulvaney is a woman, you're backing a lie. This is why he cannot understand unless he will come and talk to people like us. Or frankly, go meet with a bunch of detransitioners who've lost their bodies. Go meet with families who can't visit their kids anymore because their kids have been told, unless you will honor the fact that I am now a woman when I'm a man, we can't have a relationship. Listen to this.

This is the Budweiser CEO asked a question on CBS. If he would bring Dylan Mulvaney back here in clip number 13A. Knowing what you know now, if you could go back, would you send this can to this one person again? There's a big social conversation taking place right now and big brands are right in the middle of it. And it's not just our industry or Bud Light.

It's happening in retail. It's happening in fast food. And so for us, what we need to understand is deeply understand and appreciate is the consumer and what they want, what they care about, and what they expect from big brands.

Okay, so he's non-committal, but listen to what CBS said. CBS, you are shameless liars, utterly shameless liars for hire. I want to know how much money you got from Bud Light to pretend that this was about sending a special can of beer to this very, very troubled individual. And by the way, Dylan Mulvaney's been troubled for years. Look no further than his own public appearances.

Look no further than his willingness to go out and act like an overly sexualized little boy on stage in clubs filled with same-sex attracted men when he was very, very young. Look no further than this. He sought this forever. He has some hole in him. And I pray that the Lord will fill that hole with actual light.

But it wasn't about sending a can. No one would have known. If you'd just sent a can to Dylan Mulvaney, no one would have known. What you did is a campaign that comes on the back. Yeah.

Of families who have suffered, kids who've had their bodies stolen. This young girl who threw herself in front of a train because, oddly, so-called gender-affirming care didn't solve her psychological issues. That's what you need to apologize for. And you can't because you know that you've stuck yourself into a bad position. Where if you apologize and come to the right side on this, the sexual left will now run away from you.

But I'll just say this to the CEO: brother, choose. God's giving you a choice, choose. This is Todd Herman in for Dana on The Dana Show. To catch up on all the headlines in Crazy Wokery, download the Dana Show podcast and get Dana's perspective on the Dana Show. Hey, it's Sod Erman in for Dana on her program.

Do go to DanaLash.com and sign up for a chapter and verse, which is Dana's newsletter. You get that. It comes from Substack, which is a free speech platform. And the opportunity to see Dana's thoughts and writing, share those with friends. Before we get to Florida, man, just a couple of notes to clean up.

I want to make sure everybody's aware of this. It is actually a proceeding. This is in Michigan.

So, to Dana's listeners in Michigan. House Bill 4474 has passed the state House of Reps. And this is going to create a ten thousand dollar fine. and five years in prison, should something you say cause someone to feel Terrorized, frightened, or threatened.

Now, what what what would that be?

Well, For instance, if you were to call a man a man. If you don't participate in someone else's psychoses or refusal to admit their men, gender denial, you could go to prison because that might make them feel threatened. But it's not limited to that.

Now, at this point, it's the language. But it could be a look. Hey, did you give me elevator eyes? What? No, no.

Yeah, no, that was elevator eyes. I said, print time for you.

Now, people on the right are saying, oh, lawsuit time, lawsuit time. This is going to court. Yeah, except, you know what? The punishment is the process. The process is the punishment.

Who's going to pay for that? For the first person to go to prison on this. And we have a priest in prison right now for praying.

So that's the state of play in Michigan. It's House Bill 4474. That's got to get stopped. What would be the next step? Remember Nigel Farage?

From the UK, the guy who backed Brexit. He's on Twitter and he wrote, and he has a video about this: the establishment are trying to force me out of the UK by closing my bank accounts. I've been given no explanation or recourse as to why this is happening to me. This is serious political prosecution at the highest levels of our system. If they can do it to me, they can do it to you as well.

Hey, what was that thing about the Treasury wanting to create a central bank digital currency? That's just for our convenience, right? All right, now we can get into Florida, man. It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time for Florida Man.

So in Florida, Guy decided to release a bunch of genetically modified mosquitoes in Texas and Florida. And all of a sudden we're seeing the first cases of malaria. in in Texas and Florida.

Now, I want you to recognize that the guy's name is Bill Gates, so certainly he would never do anything wrong with our health. And by the way, I've seen the fact checks. They're telling us right up front, hey, listen. These mosquitoes have no ability to spread disease. Only female mosquitoes bite, so you're perfectly safe.

Yeah. Does anyone feel better? Bill Gates also has a patent on spreading so-called vaccines with mosquitoes. Because he does not like the fact that people can say no. And once they're spread, he also has a patent.

On then, the vaccine spreading itself.

So let's track this down. He's producing all these mosquitoes, and the medical authorities, the science, as it were, in other words, the money, says that these particular mosquitoes can't spread disease. Just like, just like. The COVID-19 injections, the mRNA injections, stayed at the injection site. Oh, okay.

Humph, similar lie. Then Once these mosquitoes spread, whatever it is Bill Gates wants to spread, then it spreads human to human. It's a self-repeating, self-spreading so-called vaccine.

Now, this is being championed by a guy who wants there to be fewer human beings. A guy who was raised by a hardcore eugenicist. But again, Again. The scientific authorities tell us That these particular mosquitoes are incapable of spreading any disease.

Now, let's say that that's true. that they can't spread disease. We're still going to sit back and say, it's okay for you to even contemplate. Injecting people against their will with a concoction you create. We're not going to preemptively prevent this.

We're not going to say to Bill Gates, no, you don't get to do this. We don't have this bodily autonomy. And let's say that they're lying. That this does, in fact, spread disease. Are we going to see a similar thing here where no one comes to account, at least not yet?

They will. God is watching all this. They will come to account.

Now, I know that's a little bit serious for Florida, man. There is this. A guy in Florida, of course, being Florida man, decided that he would go and take a baby. Alligator. and use it to shotgun twisted T.

So, if I'm looking at this the right way, he has the alligator's mouth holding the twisted tea. He decided to pick the alligator up. Yep, that uses the alligator's teeth to perch to puncture a can of Arizona twisted tea, then shotgun the alcoholic beverage with the young reptile still clamped to him, and to do this all in video.

So he's a teen, I guess we're not going to get to have his name. And he has been charged with animal cruelty.

Now, was it the animal cruelty that he picked the animal up in this way? that he involved the animal in this particular stunt, or was in fact the animal cruelty that he made the animal taste twisted tea? I go with the latter. Because I've only had that stuff once, and if I were to imagine what it would taste like, it would taste exactly like. Like an alligator re relieving itself.

No offense to the tea company. That's just me, one guy's opinion. Todd Herman Infra Dana on the Dana show will come back with Greta Thunberg. Had an interesting meeting. I'm sure you'll love this.

Today is the day the Lord has made, and these are the times in which God has decided we shall live. It's Todd Herman. It's been just an absolute thrill and honor and just a ton of fun to fill in for a day and honor program this week. I have a national radio show that runs in the weekends and it's on the Radio American Network. A bunch of affiliates.

Thank you for that. I'm doing this, in fact, from a studio of one of those affiliates, KSBN AM 1230 in Spokane, where I actually began my on-air radio career many, many decades ago. And it's an amazing thing to be back. Thanks for that. You can find my podcast at the ToddHermanShow.com.

This thought just occurred to me. If I were to say the phrase to you, Uh intellectual prostitution. What would that mean? or spiritual prostitution. I was thinking about this obsession.

That people who are same-sex attracted, I shouldn't say that, that some people who are same-sex attracted have. with having people affirm and celebrate that activity. And I am not familiar. With that occurring with people who are adulterous, usually that's hidden. And I understand, I really do understand, I really vitally understand.

The hurtful nature of this is who I am. And this is how God made me, and how dare you ask me to change? And how dare you not celebrate that? But what's happened in this case? The Supreme Court now has said that in this specific case, a web designer cannot be forced to create Words and images that violate that person's religious beliefs.

They cannot be forced to speak. words that violate their religious faith. To go to a person and say, I know that you disagree with me about this. In fact, I know this is against your religious faith, but I demand. that you speak these words.

Would be the same thing as going to an Islamic bakery. and saying to them, Right on a cake No one comes to the Father but through me, and quote the Lord Jesus. Right on a cake, Muhammad is a false prophet. They couldn't do that if they were any kind of adherent, observant, strict Muslim and not violate their faith. And what sort of person would demand that you do that?

Well, it's a person who's been conned. into believing that they are gay. Or they are. Trance.

Now, let me break that down. There are people who do things. But you've probably never met someone when you walk up and say, Hi, I'm Todd. Hi, I'm Todd, nice to meet you. And have a person say, Oh, hi, I'm Tim, and I'm an adulterer.

Oh, wow, I I don't even with this T M I, why are you telling me that well that's why I am? But you'll have people say right up front, well, I'm a gay man named. Or I'm a so-called trans woman named. And it's this shifting of identity from something that's a very, very solid base. Right, what am I?

Well, I'm created by God, and I've been blessed with a family, and I've been given the talent of. To a very shrill, very, very small portion of who we are.

So that phrase I mentioned. Intellectual prostitution. or spiritual prostitution. This is actually what? It would be.

If you forced someone to pretend. To sponsor or celebrate your choice to commit adultery or your choice. um to to engage in homosexual activity. It's it's not real love. It's not real acceptance.

It's done at the point of a gun. And therefore, it can't be truly fulfilling. You're always going to know. That people are only doing this because you forced them to do this.

Now, I could hear, and I can sense things in live radio, you've done it long enough, that there are people saying, dude, you have no idea what it's like. I heard you say, Herman, that you know what it's like to be told, you know, I know that's who you are, but you can't act on that. No, I do know what it's like. And I'm always very careful about these circumstances because I choose to honor my marriage to the degree that I'm capable and God makes me more capable of that, and I pray for that. I've always valued fidelity.

Always, 'cause my dad lacked it. In one specific instance, and in that case, I got the blessing of a half brother. But my dad regretted that decision to not be strictly strict fidelity in his marriage to my mom.

So I've always been against that. But there's been cases, and I've shared this. My wife's aware of this because I've talked about it on the podcast. I was taking the train back. from uh New York.

to Washington DC and I and I grew got into a conversation with a woman, just slightly younger than me. And I noticed on her laptop she had a sticker for an advertising agency I knew, and that began this conversation. And she and I talked from New York all the way to Baltimore. And it was she was uh getting married that weekend, and she was going to get ready for her uh bachelorette party. And the train pulled up to Baltimore, and her name was Anastasia.

I've never forgotten her name, fascinating lady. And so she's getting off the train, and she said, Can I have a hug? I said, Yeah. Oh, gosh, yeah. I just stood up and I gave her a hug, and she said, I don't want to get off this train, I want to go to DC with you.

Now my family wasn't there. My daughter and my wife weren't there. And no one would have known. No one would have known. And thank you, Lord, that God stopped me from doing that.

And I said, and yet? And yet I'm married and you're getting married and you're going to have a great life. And it's great to meet you, and we'll probably never see each other again.

Now, I've never forgotten the interaction because it was such a fascinating interaction. We had so many things to talk about. That was hard. It's hard not to give in to that. And yet we're called to not give into these things.

And this is a nuance that we don't get to talk about any longer in society because we're not to say that we're to deny self. And yet we are to deny self, but look at what the left is doing. Don't deny yourself. Hey, if you want something, take it. And if you can't get it, have the government take it for you.

And if someone won't hire you, force them to hire you. And if you want reparations, go steal them. And that happens because you get dogmatic, idiotic statements like this for entertainment purposes solely. That the show The View exists to get quoted on shows like Dana's. And we talk about it because it must be discussed.

Because this is getting in the heads of people. This is on abolishing racism as a policy, which is what affirmative action is, from the view here in audio clip number 14. As we said, if you're a black kid or an Asian child or a Native American kid that's coming from your experience, They are taking that into consideration because you've worked your way to there. You've gotten to here. And they say, let us help you get up because we see where you're heading.

We want to help you. And it's been harder for us. And I'm sorry people may not agree with that. My father always told me you had to work twice as hard to get half as far in this country. And that remains true.

The target that can't get lost in this is this case was brought because Asian American students felt they were losing out spots because of efforts to bring in more black students. But this really stood after legacies and spots.

Well, and I think that's really, it just makes a kid, an Asian kid, a Native American kid, a black kid, feel like you don't matter. Like you don't understand why my struggle is hard or your struggle or your struggle. You know, is this leading to no women in colleges soon? Who knows? Is it leading to no women in colleges?

On a percentage basis, women outnumber men in colleges. And there's a lot of reasons for that. And a lot of it has to do with how the classroom has been changed to be ineffective for boys. Not to mention the over-medic medication of kids. This is the wise Latina, Justice Sotomayer.

Talking about not the affirmative action, but the ruling in favor of people being able to have their religious beliefs. upheld. Today is a sad day in America. Constitutional law on the lives of LGB so-called T people. Supreme Court declares that a particular kind of business, though open to the public, has a constitutional right to refer to refuse to serve members of a protected class.

No, it doesn't. It's not what the ruling says at all. It says that someone cannot be forced to write and then celebrate words that violate their religious faith. Go to a same-sex attracted bakery, and yes, they exist. and walk in and have them right.

From the Apostle Paul's writing that active homosexuality and sexual perversion will end up with you in hell. Go ask him to write that. Would you do that? I would never do that. I would never want to emotionally harm someone that way.

I have trouble saying the phrase because I always want to recognize to people we can love you and disagree with the activity. And yes, yes, we've done a poor job of Christians of admitting the fact that we also struggle. With sexual desire and deny ourselves. That's part of the game. That's part of life, as we see it as Christians.

This is another view, also from MSNBC, on what the affirmative ruling action will create. Danger for our country, Clip 14B. The monumental consequence of this decision cannot be overstated. Everyone from Apple to IKEA to Starbucks joined in in briefs to talk about racial diversity, improving decision-making by increasing creativity, communication, and accuracy.

Some of the largest law firms in our country spoke about the private bar and the legal profession benefiting from a diverse pool of talent from which to recruit. Retired admirals, a group of them, and generals, also told the court that, quote, diversity in the halls of academia directly affects performance in the theaters of war. And so, for those who believe that the confines of affirmative action in the decision is going to restrict be here only in the halls of Harvard or perhaps the University of Carolina, you have these amicus briefs and details about the impact more broadly and the potential domino impact of this decision.

So, this is going to affect our warfighting capabilities? No, in fact, the Supreme Court decision says that the military can still do race-based hiring. Did you know that? They can still do race-based recruitment. Because apparently the Supreme Court says the 14th Amendment does not apply to the military because they have some deferential needs.

Now, all of this can seem just like bad news, but I want you to understand something. Peace is near. It's not necessarily in our country, but in the state that we've adopted, the 51st state of Ukraine. Peace is near. I know this.

Because Greta Thunberg has had her audience now with the dictator of Ukraine, Zelensky, here in audio clip number 14C. Howdy Paul. Um i i it's it it's very important have have to have this uh you made decision about this compact of uh very contractic steps. I wonder if Greta has any concern about the bio labs over there being funded by people like Hunter Biden. Probably not, does she?

We'll come back with a quick five. It's Todd Herman Infra Dana on The Dana Show. If you had to take care of some lefty trying to outsmart you in the Walmart parking lot and missed any portion of today's show, download the latest Dana Show podcast on your preferred podcast platform. And also go to danalash.com, sign up for chapter and verse, which is Dana's newsletter. Pete Buttigieg, Mayor Pete, out with a statement on the affirmative action ruling.

No, pardon me, on the ruling that says that you cannot be forced to celebrate something that violates your religious faith. Even if you're in business, you can't be forced to do that. Mayor Pete's people on Twitter wrote for him, discrimination is wrong. Using religion as an excuse to discriminate is wrong and unconstitutional. The course minority is right.

The Constitution is no license for a business to discriminate. Today's ruling will move America backward. You're right. Yes, exactly. Of course.

To use religion to discriminate is wrong. Therefore Jews must eat bacon. Got it. All right, thank you for that, Pete. It's a great thing to point out.

Let's get into now the quick five. And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five. Worry not, people who want racism installed as policy. A simple ruling by the Supreme Court's not going to stop Harvard.

They've already pointed out that, oh, yeah, we found our loophole already. You said that we can pay attention to people and how they've been discriminated against in our admissions policy. They don't intend to stop, it's just going to be harder for them. This happened before the ruling. This is a Berkeley law school dean, Erwin Chermensky, and he explains his approach to getting around the law in audio clip 15.

I'll give you an example. from our law school. But if ever I'm deposed, I'm going to deny I said this to you. When we do faculty hiring, What quite conscious that diversity is important to us. And we say diversity is important, it's fine to say that.

But I'm very careful when we have a faculty appointments committee meeting. Anytime somebody says, you know, we should really prefer this candidate or this candidate, because this person would add diversity, don't say that. You can think it. You can vote it, but our discussions are not privileged, so don't ever articulate that that's what you're doing. Skin color doesn't provide any diversity ever.

Not once. Hasn't, cannot. because skin color is not distinctive of background. It is not distinctive of experience. It is not distinctive of intellectual horsepower.

It's all painting on the wall. This is a young woman who appears to be black. I'd have to ask her, though, if she identifies that way. For that matter, she identifies as a woman. I'm thinking she does and knows she's a woman because she's a level-headed person.

She's talking about a trend in debates where the debate moderators will have you lose, even if you win the debate. They don't care. Because you're a bad person who said bad things on social media, or you took the wrong position. Audio clip 16. I listened to James Fishback's Twitter space on the hijacking of high school debate and I have a couple comments.

For one, it was just a couple months ago my judge warned me not to mention President Trump because she deemed it inappropriate. See, she couldn't put her personal ideology to the side to judge me impartially. It's happening. I'm not the only student that has had to self-censor in debates.

Now, there was a specific debate coach on the Twitterspace last night that stated arguing against systemic racism is the same as arguing the sky is green. That is the issue. It is no wonder why students like myself are not being judged impartially, but rather on how closely we align to our judges' personal beliefs. Got it. That's a real woman talking about a real issue.

We will not have time for the entire audio clip here, and I'm sure that's disappointing. Just a little taste of Dylan Mulvaney, a fake girl, going after Bud Light for not showing enough support. Audio clip 17. I took a brand deal with a company that I loved, and I posted a sponsored video to my page. And it must have been a slow news week because the way that this ad got blown up, you would have thought I was like on a billboard or on a TV commercial or something major.

But no, it was just an Instagram video. And the wildest part is that they also sent me one can with my face on it. You might have seen it. And funny story, I had the can around my house, but then I realized, wait, I need to protect this can.

So I hid it somewhere, and now I can't find it because I hid it so well. But when I do find it, I feel like it needs to go in a museum, preferably behind bulletproof glass. And you might be thinking, Dylan. Why bring it up now? I'm bringing it up because what transpired from that video.

Yeah, what transpired from that video was something that should have transpired from that video: people waking up to the evil of this. It's Todd Herman in for Dana on the Dana Show. The censorship industrial complex is real. It is uniquely in American. It is vitally evil. And in fact, the words that indict it most often come from the mouths of the participants. I don't know that, or participants, I don't know that anyone knows this better than Benjamin Weingarten, who's been following this for a year.

He's editor-at-large at Real Clare Investigations, also an author. We'll talk about his book, American Ingrate. He joins us now on Dana's program. Benjamin, welcome to Dana's show. It's Todd Herman.

Thanks for having me. Really appreciate it. Appreciate you coming on. Appreciate your work and your testimony. And let's just start real quick with the players.

We know who's at the center of this. It's the government, but you have an amazing way of laying out who are the players here.

So who are the players in this industrial censorship complex? Yes, I appreciate it. And I guess from the perspective of the government, maybe the better question is what agency isn't involved in some form or fashion In Categorizing views disfavored by government authorities as dangerous misdiffs and malinformation, and then trying to use their authority to ensure that those views get squelched, but the key player on the government side, and I think which would really surprise Americans if they were aware of it, is a little subagency within the Department of Homeland Security called CISA. the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, which you would think would be tasked with objectives like protecting the grid or fighting against foreign cyber attacks. but has actually come to turn on Americans and treat Americans' tweets.

unauthorized opinions and even facts that authorities don't like about everything from election integrity to virtually every aspect of the Chinese coronavirus pandemic and beyond, as essentially mini digital terrorist attacks. And then as you allude to, Collude with, cajole. Coerce ultimately the social media companies to go about purging. Those voices and specific content. And so there's this whole constellation, essentially, where you have the federal government working hand in hand with often.

state funded and often ex-government staffed quote unquote, anti-disinformation NGOs who then also are force multipliers for federal authorities. In both Surveilling social media platforms for wrong think. going to those platforms and lobbying them to change their terms of service to censor that wrong thing, and then actually providing them. at mass scale with examples of the offending content, so that the platforms will shut it down. And last but not least, it's worth noting here that there's also a revolving door between the government and the social media companies whose staffs in their quote unquote trust and safety functions.

Oftentimes, were people who served in the national security and intelligence apparatus. And of course, in terms of combating foreign propaganda and foreign influence. But unfortunately, sadly and dangerously, the government has turned now on domestic wrongthinkers as the real adversaries in what I've called essentially a conspiracy to violate the First Amendment, rampant viewpoint discrimination, election interference at mass scale and the undermining of our most pivotal right, our right to speak and think freely.

Well said. Benjamin Weingarten's with us. Todd Herman in for Dana Lash. Benjamin is the editor-at-large Real Clear Investigations, wrote a book called American Ingrate, Elon Omar, and the Progressive Islamist Takeover of the Democratic Party. All this stuff is linked on my Twitter at Toddy Herman.

So, Benjamin, I said in the run-up to talking with you that often these guys' own words indict them. And I believe it was a researcher at Stanford, because Stanford University is thick in this, as I recall. They admitted, and I've got the audio of them admitting, that the federal government does not have the right to do any of this.

So that they've filled the gap. But as I understand that, that's effectively deputizing them and makes them joint actors with the state. And that's distinctly unconstitutional. In fact, in your reporting, you found out that some of these groups, these NGOs, they themselves were surprised to find out that these groups had shifted away from international terrorism to domestic wrongthink. Is that correct?

That's absolutely right. And it's really important to note, you hit the nail on the head with this idea that just because some quote unquote private entity goes about violating the First Amendment does not mean that it's not an illegal violation of the First Amendment. When they are acting on behalf of or in cahoots with the government. There is substantial precedent out there and it obviously makes logical sense. that the government can't coerce Or work with private entities to do what government is not allowed to do.

And that includes abridging our speech.

So there don't even need to be. Smoking guns here of a government official at CISA tells a social media company person, you should censor this account or you should. Block en masse an entire narrative essentially on social media. Even though, by the way, we do have evidence of smoking guns, of CISA officials forwarding along offending content to social media companies for the social media companies to then quote unquote moderate it. But the outsourcing of it, in and of itself, illustrates the fact that the government knew it could not do what it was doing, sought to conceal it essentially by working with and outsourcing these policies, these practices.

Two third parties. In some instances, they funded those third parties, that is, federal authorities funded the third parties that engaged in these activities. And I think we may well find out in the courts that the courts are going to rule the same, that these are First Amendment violations. By proxy. And all as part of a much broader pressure campaign, of course.

on these social media companies to censor from the White House on down through legislators who, of course, have the full coercive power of legislation and regulation as well to threaten those social media companies.

So this is just a brazen assault On our First Amendment, and thank God this censorship industrial complex is starting to be exposed. It's being litigated against. There's a case in Missouri v. Biden, which is the most important First Amendment case that most Americans have probably never heard of, which has blown the cover off this entire scheme. And last but not least, to your point, in their own words, you see them entiting themselves, the players in this censorship industrial complex.

In a recent report out from the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Weaponization, they cataloged some of the comments from folks who are working with and other entities where they're essentially saying we know what we're doing runs up against the line of the First Amendment. In some cases, they just shrug it off and keep going. In others, they say we need to look at being very careful about what we're messaging about this and how we're operating. And last but not least, it's worth noting in that weaponization committee report, They talk about how CISA officials, in tandem with their quote unquote, private sector partners who served on the CISA. misdis and malinformation advisory subcommittee.

actually contemplated deploying rapid response teams two election jurisdictions. if there were quote unquote informational threats. And a key CISA official calls this a fascinating idea.

Now as I see it, what they are talking about is literally deploying speech police. Around elections. funded with your tax dollars. And that's fascinating to FISA. Yeah, fascinating to them.

And you said the operative phrase to me in this: thank God, you know, in the Christian faith, we read that we read that the word was with God, the word was God. And God, by the way, is truth and light.

So good luck stomping out the truth. It's not going to happen, but it's disturbing enough that they're trying. We've got about three minutes left with Benjamin Weingarten, editor-at-large, Real Clear Investigations. You can also get to him at benweingarten.com. I've linked to his sub stack on my Twitter.

It's at Toddy Herman. You can read his written testimony he provided.

So a little speculation here, Benjamin, if you don't mind. Are we to believe that the government only does this with social media companies? Because it seems to me around January 6th, the government said to credit card companies, give us all your debit card data on anyone who was there. And they said, okay. We had the Mockingbird Media, as I call them, say safest, most secure election in history, as they were told to, safe and effective injections.

They don't report about the injection deaths. I know this is. Speculation, and you're a journalist, and so you're careful. But do you think that this stops at the walls of social media companies, or do you think the government has succeeded in embedding themselves in the old form media?

Well, I would just say as a general matter that given how large and powerful and coercive the government can be, and even without coercion, by the way. I think that a way to view Corporate America, real large, which obviously includes the big tech companies, financial services institutions, and beyond. Essentially, all of these industries ought to be thought of as extensions of the administrative states. Um and so one can draw their own conclusions if you work From that paradigm, that perspective, about how this has manifested itself. But to your point, one of the things that CISA did in terms of kind of second-order ways in which they went about helping impose this censorship regime on us.

Was they coordinated these meetings between a variety of government agencies, including the FBI and other national security and law enforcement agencies as well. to meet with a whole host of companies that goes beyond just the big tech companies to other media companies. as well in the run up to elections. And one of the things they did, like these outside third party groups, including, as you know, the Stanford Internet Observatory, which is a big leader of this effort on the outside, is they said w well one of the things they did was they groomed them To be on the lookout, and that's the word I would use for it, groom them to be on the lookout for quote unquote hackin' weeks. in the run-up to the 2020 election.

and they push them to add to their terms of service. Essentially, stipulations that if there's hack and leak material that comes on your platform towards the end of an election, you better be on the lookout for it and maybe censor it.

Well, lo and behold, what happens? Then you have the Hunter-Biden laptop story hit a month out, less than a month out from the election, and the platforms and the social media companies go and censor it. And of course, the media had its own blackout around it and attacked the story and tried to discredit the story. And as you note, You know, we have evidence that seems to suggest that they may they may be, they being federal authorities, reaching out to banks To collect information that's not at all specific to whatever they might be investigating. But the Weaponization Committee has also alleged the Bank of America, for example.

turned over information about everyone and their mother who was happening to make a transaction in Washington, in or around Washington, DC, on january fifth and sixth, and they may have done that voluntarily. In some ways, that is almost more disturbing than if the government was coercing them. The fact that corporate America might collude in and of its own volition is even more disturbing, perhaps. Yeah, I couldn't agree more. And Benjamin Weingarten has been with us.

He is with Real Clear Investigations editor there. And he's linked all over my Twitter. And you can get to him at benweingarten.com. Appreciate you coming on, sir. Go with God's good grace.

Thank you for the great work. Thank you for defending America, the First Amendment. This is Todd Herman Inferredana on The Dana Show. Catch the Dana Show, noon to 3 p.m. Eastern on DirecTV, Channel 347.

What a just great time to fill in for Dana this entire week and to do live radio and weekdays again and then to hang out with this team. And I want people to understand something because very few people get to see behind the scenes. Dana's put together a tremendous team. And Valin's been with us today, and we've had help of Kane, who even in the off hours sends stuff, even to just a rank amateur fill-in host, Valin booking guests, etc. There's a great support network, and the loyalty they have to you is something I want you to understand as well.

That speaks so well of Dana as a person and how much she values you.

So, I value you well as well. I know you have these choices, is who you listen to. You can get my podcast at the ToddHerman Show.com. Let's roll now with Today in Stupidity. Ted Cruz did a really, really, really solid tweet.

And he's a gifted wordsmith, great litigator. I think one day should be on the Supreme Court. The Daily Wire points out this bill we've been talking about, the Michigan hate speech bill, would make it a felony to cause someone to feel threatened. Not to touch them, not to threaten them, but to make them feel that way by, for instance, not using preferred pronouns. Ted Cruz just destroys the whole theory of this with one tweet, he writes.

I feel threatened by this idiotic bill. Please arrest its author. When you start criminalizing you causing someone to feel something, you start criminalizing, well, everything. We are not responsible for how people feel in regard to what we say. We're responsible for how we say it, and we should seek to be peacemakers wherever we can.

But then again, we also have to be discerning. Discerning such as this, I wonder if this guy felt threatened. This is an internet user, obviously internet user, Twitter user, the Rob Primo one. He decided to call the police in Toronto, Canada, because he saw something going on. It was a group of naked men.

Showing their naked bodies and and and overtly sexual activity, showing this to young kids.

So he decided to call the police because that's still illegal in Toronto. Audio clip 18. Hi there. I was just looking to ask an officer a question and then I got forwarded to you. Is there I I just want to make sure I'm not working outside of any laws or anything like that.

If you want to be out in the street, you you have to be fully clothed and you can't be naked or anything like that, right? running around on the street.

Okay. But is that against the law? There'll be some mental health issues. Oh, okay, I agree with you on that one. I I I just I'm having a hard time.

Yesterday I seen um a bunch of people naked in front of children and police officers, you know, seeing men with their penis out in front of kids and I'm just wondering if that's acceptable. Part of the pride you mean? Was that on the weekend? Yeah, it was at the Pride Parade. Yeah, yeah, so that's that's always the issue then each.

Is that what's the issue with that?

Sorry. I mean that happens every year. Oh, so like it's kind of like it's okay for when it's at the Pride Parade but not in other situations obviously? Yeah. Hey.

Exactly. I would I would say so. If you ever wonder who's in charge, determine who you're not allowed to criticize.

So who runs Toronto?

Well, naked men who like to wave their penises in front of children are in charge of Toronto. That's who runs it, not Justin Trudeau. And the point of all this is: if there's a theme to the show, it's that we actually do, as human beings, we actually do know what it's like to restrain our desires. You've had them, I've had them, we've had sinful desires, that's who we are. We're all broken by sin.

We all need redemption. Every single one of us does. We all know what it's like to not give in to desire, be it the 15th piece of chocolate cake after the 14th tastes so good. And I'm talking to myself here. Like, I don't eat sugar, but when I do, I am a sugar addict.

I will dehydrate this stuff and snort it straight up my beak.

So we deny ourselves on that. We deny ourselves sometimes of feeling or to act on anger. If someone really, really angers you, you probably do not carry out a lot of the things that come into your head when you're driving or in line at the airport because that's a sin problem as well. And likewise with sexuality. Every one of us, or at least most of us, I think, I guard every adult had a temptation.

Some have given in.

Some have failed, some have lacked fidelity, and probably with that, you purchase a moment of pleasure, maybe even weeks of pleasure. And after that, you purchase years and years of guilt and bad feelings. You also purchase the possibility that you divorce yourself from God. And no longer then have fellowship with God. That's eternal.

But what the left has done on so many issues, like college loan quote forgiveness. Most of those people, the vast majority of people who took out those loans, have master's degrees or advanced degrees. Only 13% of Americans have those. They want those of us without degrees to pay them for the degrees they'd rather not pay back. That's a sinful desire, that's coveting.

And you'll see what the left is doing, well, and all too many Republicans join into this, is taking the virtues that are biblical. and making them sin. And taking sin and making them virtuous, and that ends up in one way. Thank you so much for allowing me to fill in today for Dana. Dana, thank you for letting me do this.

Thank you to the team and the listeners. And this is Todd Herman for Dana. Sang Go be well, be strong, be kind, and please. Do make every effort. to be right with God.

Yeah.
