A federal judge said on March 18th that Elon Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency team likely violated the U.S. Constitution by moving to dismantle the U.S. Agency for International Development. Closing the USAID headquarters, laying off the overwhelming majority of the USAID workforce, and terminating most of the agency's contracts violate the separation of powers established by the Constitution. Because Congress outlined specific requirements for significant actions related to USAID and Musk and other officials have not complied with the requirements, U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang said in an opinion, government officials had argued that dismantling USAID fit within the president's authority to conduct foreign affairs, as outlined in Article 2 of the Constitution. Chuang said, however, that the actions at issue relate largely to the structure of and resources made available to a federal agency, not to the direct conduct of foreign policy or engagement with foreign governments. He ordered Musk and Doge to reinstate access for USAID workers and contractors to USAID systems and not to take any further action relating to placing employees on leave, firing workers, or terminating contracts. The federal government can appeal the injunction.
The White House did not respond to a request for comment. The Trump administration have in recent weeks fired or placed on leave most USAID employees, terminated 83 percent of USAID contracts, and closed USAID headquarters, which Customs and Border Patrol employees have since taken over. Upon his return to the White House, Trump, in executive orders, established Doge within his office and ordered agencies to work with the department to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Trump has said Musk is leading Doge, while government officials say Amy Gleason, Doge's administrator, is the head of the department and that Musk is a presidential advisor. Chuang found that Musk wielded significant authority despite not being confirmed to a high-level position by the U.S. Senate in violation of the Constitution's appointments clause. Evidence presently favors the conclusion that, contrary to defendants' sweeping claim that Musk has acted only as an advisor, Musk made the decisions to shut down USAID's headquarters and website even though he lacked the authority to make that decision.
Chuang wrote, The judge pointed to Musk's social media posts, which included a February 2 comment on X that, We spent the weekend feeding USAID into the wood chipper. Chuang also said that government officials must prepare the building USAID's headquarters formally occupied in Washington for the agency if there is a final ruling in favor of the plaintiffs. That requirement will be stayed if the USAID acting administrator or another official with the authority to do so on behalf of USAID submits to the court a ratification of the decision to close the offices. The order came in a case brought by USAID workers and contractors who said that Musk was exercising an extraordinary amount of power even though he was not confirmed by the Senate. The dismantling of USAID resulted in harm to the plaintiffs, according to court filings. One was said to face the shutoff of phone, electricity, and Internet, leaving the employee without a security system despite being stationed in a high-risk area of Central America.
Another plaintiff has not been paid the remainder of unused annual leave and expressed concern that it will never be paid because, There is hardly anyone left in the agency to process these payments. Mimi Marziany, a lawyer with Marziany, Stevens, and Gonzalez PLLC who is helping represent the plaintiffs, said in a statement emailed to the Epoch Times, We are proud to stand up for the plaintiffs and the Constitution, which is designed to guard against these very sorts of abuses because our nation depends upon a government for all, not for a few. Correction, due to an editing error, a previous version of this article misstated, which part of the injunction could be repealed if the defendants secured a signed ratification.

A man named Serjay Zarna allegedly had knowledge that Oswald would be killed after assassinating Kennedy and that Martin Luther King Jr. would also be assassinated. He also knew in advance that Kennedy would be killed in Dallas, of all places. Mere hours after Jack Ruby shot and killed Lee Harvey Oswald, FBI director J. Edgar Hoover urgently called for a swift public report to prevent conspiracy theories from gaining traction and last but not least, Lee Harvey Oswald was allegedly under the direction of the KGB officers reportedly linked to Department 5.

He said, I never signed anything like that. I don't remember. So some of this stuff that was signed, these pardons for people was signed in D.C. while Biden was out of the country.
He was out of the country. Okay. So that means Biden didn't sign them. Right.
For anyone that doesn't know, pen is legitimately something that reproduces signatures with real ink. Right. Okay. And so that means that that somebody else who didn't have the authority to do that did that.
Okay. And regardless, even if even if he was present, even if he was present when these were signed, I still think that's grounds for dismissal of these. The fact that he did not sign them and it was a reproduced signature. That's forgery. Is that not?

It's not about, you know, a variety of issues and having different opinions, it's about one or two issues that they will not have any other say at. And then, you know, in those days too, I mean, you could carry on a conversation because some of them, they weren't woke, right? In those days, way back when, every Democrat that I knew could tell you what a woman was.
If you were to ask them what a woman was, I knew that when I was like in second grade, you know? Well, it's funny, to bring up your points, you know, I'll talk to someone and we may have different political views on a few things, right? And more often than not, what they'll boil it down to is, well, you know, I'm not really a Democrat or a liberal, I am more in the middle. And that's what you hear a lot now, is I'm more in the middle, I lean left, I'm more in the middle. Whereas even people who would be considered liberal ten years ago are saying that now. Now, I think there's an extreme side of the right, too. We've talked about before there's people that worship Trump as a deity, and that's just as bad as the far left is. But you have a conservative right still where you don't have a median left anymore.
It's either extreme socialist left or they claim to be in the middle. Well, you know, it's an interesting thing. Because more and more are jumping ship. I'm hearing more and more jumping ship right now, even just today. You had two or three more high-ranking Democrats come out and say that they're switching parties.
It's hard not to. Even what we just talked about, regardless of political issues aside, the two factors we talked about that left bases their entire movement around, if you don't align with those, they'll oust you from the party. And we saw that with RFK Jr.
He wanted to talk about other things and other issues that were real issues, like the American health system, and because he wouldn't boast about a vaccine or abortion or anything else with the trans community, they ousted him from it. Yeah. But now more and more are following, they're following after that direction.
That's good. There may be some, if there's any, that have any decency, because they've been in lockstep. They've been so afraid. They was afraid that Nancy Pelosi was going to give them a whipping, you know? They were scared to death of Nancy Pelosi, right? Oh, absolutely.
And I'll be the first to say it. It's probably not a popular opinion, but I've said it on the station before, is I don't call myself a Republican. I don't call myself a Democrat by any means, but I'm an American. Just like I don't, you know, say I'm a certain denomination, I'm a Christian.
That's what we're called to be, is Christians. I'm an American. I tend to lean with conservative views on probably 99% of things. But I think the two-party system is something we weren't supposed to have in general, because ultimately you do end up with an extreme right and an extreme left. And that puts a damper on both sides to where now we see on the left there is no median liberal anymore. It's people that claim to not have an affiliation or it's the socialist left. We still have a median right.
We still have conservatives. But we also have the extreme right where it's people worshipping Trump as a deity. Well, I know some of the things that people are calling you, but I'm not going to mention them like right here. We probably get kicked off air if you mention some of the things people are calling me. Yeah, I mentioned that in one of my sermons about, you know, there are those out there that have lost it, you know, where they're, you know, you're right, they're worshipping Trump as a deity. Well, what is it, what fills the criteria of worship, you know?
I mean, hopefully there aren't any that are praying to him, you know. Right. I'll say, and this is something I've brought up in conversation before, too, is a lot of times you'll hear the left refer to the right as the MAGA Republicans, right? Oh, down with the MAGA, down with the MAGA movement.
And we know what they mean. They mean Trump. They mean people that align with Trump. But MAGA stands for Make America Great Again. Why would any American sit there and say, I don't want to make America great again? Why are you trying to make America great again? They've lost all sense of what they're even saying because it's associated with Trump, so it's bad.
Orange man bad. I've never, I don't know of one Democrat that likes America. There's not, I don't know of one Democrat, I can't think of one, who believes that, in the American way, okay, believes that America is a good country. Every single one I know would turn against America. And I know I just went on a bit of a tirade there, and I know there's people that disagree with me politically already, but I'll say this, at the end of the day, it's still the greatest country on earth.
We have a lot of issues, we have a lot of things that need addressed and a lot that needs fixing, I still wouldn't be anywhere else. I like it when you go on these tirades, you're kind of spriting. Not a lot of people do, so I appreciate that. You know, Pastor Hal was supposed to be calling in. Maybe you should give out that number one more time real quick. Okay, Pastor Hal, that number I texted you to call in was 216. Oh well, I can't do that.
I get the numbers out, 216-901-0933, 216-901-0933, or 866-525-0955. He's going to be listening to this tomorrow, because he always gets up and listens to the program, it's replayed in the morning, and he's going to hear me talking about did Pastor Hal fall asleep again, right? He wanted to give the invitation. He gives a good invitation, but I got a feeling Pastor Hal may have fallen asleep again. If that's the case out there, Pastor Hal, you're listening to this tomorrow morning.
Sleep tight, my little soldier. All right. Anyhow, folks, death, it happens every day.
That's right. What if he died today, even while, I got this little track, I'm reading tonight's little track, okay? Even while reading this track, you could be having a slight pain in your chest or your head. Within a few hours, you could be dead of a heart attack or brain hemorrhage. You might think that could never happen to you. However, the Bible states, whereas you know not what shall be on the morrow, for what is your life?
It's even a vapor that appears for just a little time and then vanishes away. James 4.14. Even if you are in excellent health, you could be killed in an auto accident today. Do you remember the shock you felt the last time you heard somebody who you know was killed in an accident? They certainly never thought that death would come so suddenly to them. Perhaps these will be the last words you will ever read. We cannot escape death, and it is appointed to men once to die, but after that to judgment. Hebrews 9.27. Maybe you are thinking, if I would die today, I'm ready to go.
After all, I've never done anything really bad. I don't believe that a merciful God would send me to hell. The Bible says, for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Romans 3.23. For the wages of sin is death. Romans 6.23. But the fearful and the unbelieving and the abominable and murderers and whoremongers and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars shall have their part in the lake that burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death. Revelation 21, verse 8.
According to God, the Word, it does not matter how good you are, you deserve to burn in the lake of fire forever and ever. Folks, I can just tell you this, you've got about three or four, well, you've got until midnight, about ten minutes to call in. We really need to hear from you. Can you call in? That may be Pastor Hal calling now, but if it is, he's calling late. But anyhow, there's good news. God provides a way of escape because he gave you a Savior.
The gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ. And we've been saying this 52 weeks a year for the last, going on 51 years. Folks, you're going to die and it's not your call when that happens. It's not your call. It's God's call.
The idea you're either going to be ready or not. The only way you can be ready is if you repent of your sin, you call upon the name of the Lord, you pray to the Father, you ask for forgiveness of your sins, and then you call upon the name of the Lord Jesus and ask him to be the Lord of your life all of your life. You must be born again.
You must be born again, folks. That's what the Word of God says. Now, if you do that, if you do that, you've got God's Word that you'll be saved.
But if you don't do that, things are going to go very, very south for a long time. And eternity is not going to ever end well for you at all. So, if I were you tonight, I would listen to it because when the preacher preaches this message of salvation, like we've said so many times, he's just the messenger. God is speaking to you out there right now, okay? Have you ever done that? Have you acknowledged the fact that you're a sinner and all sinners need a Savior?
Have you acknowledged the fact that the only way to the Father is through the Son? We're running out of time. We're up against it tonight. We're in Chicago, Pledge is 25, and so we want to say as we get to there at this time every night, we want to say good night, right? Good night. Forty? Okay. Good night, Forty?
No. See, that's the countdown. We want to say God bless, okay?
God bless. And maybe we ought to let Lisa just do the whole thing by herself. Get ready.
