I'm Radio Pastor Ernie Sanders and indeed this is the voice of the Christian resistance on this 12th day of December, 2024. And tonight our producer is none other than the mighty Eric. Hey, Eric.
Hey, hope everyone's keeping warm out there. All right, there you go. And live here in the studio, I have Aaron Gunneas, a contributor to What's Right, What's Left Ministries. Hello, Pastor. And Randall Barkley, also a contributor to What's Right, What's Left Ministries.
Good evening. Let's occupy till he comes. Our special guest today, he's renowned. You've heard him for years. He's been around. He is the voice of freedom, none other than my old buddy, Brent Johnson.
Hey, Brent. How are you there? I am right here, absolutely just listening to your wonderful voice. And it's so great to have heard from you actually in just what is last week or so. You gave me a call and I thought it was terrific to know that you are still there, still there putting out those seeds of wisdom to the people who really need to nurture those seeds. So God bless you for everything you do and thank you for having me join you back on What's Right, What's Left.
And less spending time with you, Brent. In agreement with what you just said, we're going to go to the greatest source of wisdom that ever existed. And that's God's Word, the King James Bible.
And we're going to start off, and this will be an area where you will be very well educated on. As Psalm chapter 2, you and I have been fighting these people for a long time. Why do the heathen rage? And people imagine a vain thing.
You know, that word heathen actually there is being used in the Hebrew is the same word for nations. Why do the nations rage and the people imagine a vain thing? And we've seen a whole lot of that. I mean, the nations, the people imagining vain things, have we seen a lot of that lately? I don't know about just lately.
We've seen it for a very, very, very long time. Well, I'm talking about Tampax machines and boys' bathrooms. I'm talking about these women that are shaving their heads and getting hysterectomies because Trump won the election. I'm talking about, you know, strange things like putting litter boxes and closets for little boys and girls to think they're puppies and kittens. I mean, these and then, of course, the mutilation of children with this lunacy, this lunacy about transgenderism. How about the current Secretary of Transportation taking a maternity leave and he's a man? Oh, my goodness.
Well, not just that, but just recently in one city there in Texas, in a hospital, every single male patient gets charged with a pregnancy test. And so this is, I would say, lunacy. What do you think, Brent?
Absolutely. Well, understand to me that's nothing new because 30 years ago I was telling people we are living in an insane asylum. That's what it is. And all these people out here are inmates in the asylum. That's what is going on. And I said that back in the 1990s.
People said, no, it's not that bad, really. Well, you know, I'll tell you something. When I, you know, if you check my website, freedomradio.us, and every week I post news stories. And when I edit the news stories for posting, there are certain things that I do that pretty much nobody else seems to do. So when I'm discussing, for example, okay, when the story comes to me as the LGBTQ community, I don't speak in code, I speak in language. So I translate that into the homosexuality and deviant transgenderism community. And every time I say transgender or transgenderism, I always put the word deviant in front.
And I would welcome, I would love somebody to challenge me on it, challenge me someday. I would love to have it happen because then I could say, well, okay, God created male and female. Okay. If you are male, you are male. If you're a female, you are female. You don't get to make a distinction. The idea that you get to choose whether you're male or female, to me, that's deviant.
Okay. That is, as you said, insanity. It is crazy. You know, I don't know how else to put it. And so, you know, that's my view on it. You know, it is a deviant perspective. I have my own definition of LGBTQ. It's lewd, gross, belligerent, transgressing queers. Okay.
Very accurate. Another good one is, Lord, burn them quickly. Okay. Well, and the truth is, we all know that scripturally, okay, homosexuality is just plain wrong.
But I'm not out there actually trying to diminish who these people are because everybody is a child of God. However, I do want to speak about what they do for what it is. You know, and to sit there and couch the description of the community as LGBTQ, whatever it is. Okay. You know, to couch it that way, to me, is like putting a code on it that makes it okay.
No, let's call it for what it is. Okay. It is people who promote homosexuality. And I don't even like the word gay. The word gay, forgive me. The word gay means cheerful.
Okay. Look it up in a dictionary. I still remember when I was a kid, Brent, we had a book on the shelf because my mother would give us, one of my siblings and I, we would all get at least one birthday party in our lifetime. And the book on the shelf said how to throw a gay party and believe me, it didn't mean what it means today.
Yeah. Well, gay is always meant, you know, happy, go lucky, cheerful, all that. That's what the word means. So I don't ever use the word gay. If I see the word gay in a story, I again, I substitute for it the word homosexual. Call things for what they are.
Just be truthful and honest and let the chips fall where they may. Well, let's do that here with this next verse. The Kings of the earth set themselves and the rulers take counsel together saying the Lord and against his anointed Saint. Do you know when the very first time that there was a council meeting put together against God that happened? If we find that over in Genesis 11, verse four, that's when Nimrod called the very first city council meeting to war against God. The Tower of Babel. Yeah, it didn't end well with him, did it?
No. And so he goes on to say, let us break their bands asunder. Well, you know, when he's talking about here, when he says them take counseling together against the Lord and against his anointed, the anointed there. The first application is the Lord Jesus himself, Messiah.
The second application is his body, the church. OK, let us break their bands asunder and cast away their cords from us. Would you say that that's exactly the agenda of the deep state today? Well, I don't know about exactly. I think that the deep state has really gone to extremes even beyond that. The deep state finds things to justify what they do. And I'm not sure everything they find is something that's right out of Scripture even because they're very creative in their deviousness and in their evil doing.
But yeah, in general, yes, I would agree with that. Let me ask you this. Do you think that they're the ones behind all of these mysterious drones in New Jersey?
184 drones flying at one time? I reserve comment on that at this point. There is so much chess game playing going on in geopolitical circles that it's really, really difficult. There are some things that have the appearance of evil that are being done by good people for other reasons.
I'm not saying that's what's happening with these drones. I don't know. I'm not yet willing to make a determination on this. It's too fresh.
I haven't looked into it sufficiently enough to be able to say that. But not everything that appears bad is actually bad. God works in mysterious ways, His miracles to create and to provide. And we are in a miraculous time. We really and truly are. A hundred years from now, people are going to talk about the people who lived a hundred years ago, and they're going to talk about us. We are the ones. We are the gardeners, the seed-sowers of the Golden Age, because it's right in front of us.
It's coming. We are living through amazing times. We certainly are. Let me jump into the next verse. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh.
The Lord shall have them in derision. Boy, have we seen that. Did you see here Leslie Stahl has come out and said, Well, we in the media and NBC, the left-wing media, we have lost all credibility. And she said, We're less popular than lawyers.
Can you believe that? And she said, And we are responsible, we in the media. Now, remember, this Leslie Stahl was the same woman here a couple years ago said she was doing her opinions. And she said, Our job, those at the media there, OK, our job is to tell you what to think and why you think it. That's our job in the media.
And when you think she still thinks that. No, and, you know, that is actually extremely accurate. You know, many years ago, my oldest brother, he is a he was he was the guy who actually started the original Nightly Business Report. And he's been in media for many, many, many, many years. And he and I were sitting one time a couple decades ago, and we were talking about journalism and the purpose of journalism.
And I said that journalism is about getting to the truth. And he looked at me and I love my brother. Absolutely love my brother. He's brilliant. And he looked at me and said, It's not the case. That's absolutely not true. So what do you mean it's not true? That's what journalism. No, it's not. And he came forward and said that journalism is about the journalists promoting what their bosses tell them to promote. Yep. And and the truth is that that's that's true. I mean, you know, I remember during my freedom seminars, my sovereignty seminars, I had various quotes that I would read during the seminar.
One of them comes from I think it was 1913, I think. And it was a speech to the American Association of Journalists. And the guy was making the speech was saying, you know, we are all intellectual prostitutes. He's talking about himself. He's talking about, you know, the journalist. We are intellectual prostitutes.
We get paid to put forward. And this is 100 plus years ago. You know, so. No, you know, the pursuing the truth. Is, I think, a truly noble venture.
And mainstream media has completely discredited itself. I just I was just editing a story today. Mel Gibson was down in Mar-a-Lago giving a speech about the epidemic of child trafficking. And he made a comment and he said, you know, I got nine kids.
If one of them got stolen or trafficked or something, well, I'd have to kill someone. That's what he said. And everybody gave a round of applause. So when media comes out and talks about this, in this case, it was the Daily Beast. And they ran a headline and the headline read, Mel Gibson threatens to kill someone while fear mongering at Mar-a-Lago. Well, that'll that'll come back to bite them because Mel Gibson and we've noticed something. We're noticing like the rats are abandoning the ships there in Hollywood right now. This thing with especially this thing with this Diddy and Jay-Z guy, whatever. There's huge, huge amounts of hush money being paid, but it's not working.
It's coming out. And these people that were were there. We know that even Al Sharpton and T.D. Jakes, where it did these all of these women. And there's a whole list of my read them off over the radio.
The ones you hear about these singers, these rock stars or whatever. They were there now here. You know what is done in darkness is brought to light this Diddy and the other one, Jay-Z, whatever. They got caught with a 13 year old girl. She's spilling the beans. She's telling the whole works now. Then, you know, and I know how this corrupt system we have right now with Merrick Garland. And I'd be surprised if Merrick Garland wasn't there because we know that Bill and Hillary were there.
OK, with him. But I'm wondering how much it's going to cost them to hush this girl up. Because she said that. And I'm trying to think of one of these women is very well known woman who's she's married, I think, to one of these to one of the actors there.
They did never a number of movies. But anyhow, this young girl said she was there watching while she was being raped by these two. Just watching and being an observer taking in the scene. And so this is all of this stuff is coming out. Let me finish.
Yeah, go ahead. I was going to say you just said something is kind of disturbing. It's not that you said something disturbing. It's the reality of what you said, which is that how much money is it going to take to shut her down? Unfortunately, there are many, many, many, many people who will indeed take the money to be silent. And what we really need and we've been told scripturally that the truth will be unveiled in these times. All truths will be unveiled and revealed to the people. And we need to we need to shift our our value system from money being the most important thing, because if money is the most important thing, yeah, people will come out.
They'll take the money and they'll be silent. We need truth to be more important than money. Truth is the word I think I'm convinced because there isn't a lot that everybody in the world is just about everybody agrees on. But just about everybody will agree that if God said it, it must be true. And to me, that means that the word in its truest form is truth, not my truth, not your truth, but the truth, capital T. And to sit there and not reveal the truth because somebody gives you money, that that that grieves me immensely. To me, that that's like almost like spitting in the face of God. Well, that is the Bible refers about taking bribes. And it talks about those who take bribes in here.
I'm going to pick it up. He said, then shall he speak it to them in his wrath and vex them in a sort of pleasure. Yet I have set my king upon the holy mountain hill of Zion. I will declare the decree the Lord have said unto me, thou art my son this day. Have I begotten me? You know, that's an interesting thing, because he was referring to when he declared to be the son of God with power by the resurrection from the dead. And then also Romans one, four. And then he was also called the firstborn from the dead and also the first begotten. I don't know what's happening with me.
I haven't coughed all day until I get in the mike. And but anyhow. Here and I. And I and ask of me and I should give thee the heathen for thine inheritance. Again, that word there is the same as nations for thine inheritance and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possessions. Thou shall break them with a rod of iron. Thou shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. Now, if we could get this message over to the people, especially to the Democrats in this country today, be wise. Now, therefore, all you kings be instructed you judges of the earth.
That's right. Serve the Lord with fear and rejoice with trembling. And here is the verse that we we really need to get through to them. Kiss the sun lest he be angry and he perish from the way. When his wrath is kindled, but just a little.
Blessed are all they that post their trust in him. Amen. We're going to be going to a break here.
Are you ready for a break there? And when we come back, we're going to have Brett tell us all about our democracy here that we live in. I had this crazy dream about some folks who love this country, who all began to dream the same dream. And when the morning came, there arose across this nation, people thinking one and the same. And they all find their freedoms and all their liberties had gradually been taken away. And when they realized the danger to their posterity, I heard those patriotic people say, we want this country back.
We ain't just joking, Jack. We want our liberty and our dignity and our freedoms and our rights restored. We want this country back.
She's been driven way off track. We're wide awake and we're madder than hell now. And we ain't going to take it anymore. No, we're not going to take it anymore. Remember golden days when the stars and stripes forever symbolized her glorious name. America.
But now it's all been changed. And when we gaze upon old glory, it's hard to fight back feelings of shame. We're fed up with lying politicians and greedy corporations who have sold us out time and again. And we're sick and tired of sending our soldiers off to wars that we were never meant to win. We want this country back.
We ain't just joking, Jack. We want our liberty and our dignity and our freedoms and our rights restored. We want this country back.
She's been driven way off track. We're wide awake and we're madder than hell now. And we ain't going to take it anymore. No, we're not going to take it anymore. Now we know our cause is right and our victory's on the way. And we won't give up the fight till we hear 200 million say. We want this country back.
We ain't just joking, Jack. We want our liberty and our dignity and our freedoms and our rights restored. We want this country back. And we ain't taking any more facts. We're wide awake and we're madder than hell now. And we ain't going to take it anymore. No, we're not going to take it anymore. That's right, we're not going to take it anymore. We said we're not going to take it anymore. That's right, we're not going to take it anymore. We said we're not gonna take it anymore. That's right, we're not gonna take it anymore. No, we're not gonna take it anymore. You know, folks, it was back, I believe, around in the early 90s when I attended this conference right there in, I believe it was Willoughby, Ohio, where this fella was speaking on our democracy.
Actually, it was Brent Johnson. And I remember listening to what you had to say, and, Brent, tell us about our democracy. Well, in the first place, in the first place, okay, I just emailed you while I was listening to that song, nice song.
I just emailed you another song, which you're welcome to play anytime you like, on the air or off the air. It is, I'm actually working on getting it to become the MAGA theme song, and it would really, really, it would do well. But, you know, a couple of the lyrics I heard while the song was going, and it really is an excellent song, but a couple of the lyrics I heard, boil my blood, because I hear they're taking our freedoms away. We want our rights restored, and that is simply an example of how people do not grasp what our rights are, what they mean. You know, we talk about our great country, I love my country, what makes America great? It's not that, well, you know, the government will give me food if I'm hungry, and the government will take care of me if I'm sick, and the government does all these things for us. That's not what makes America great. Any socialist country does those things. And, by the way, in order to give you all those things, the government takes from other people who may actually need what they have more than what you need. It is fundamentally unethical.
But that's not the real point here. What makes America great, the reason why people have died, have given their lives and their livelihoods, is not because of what they can take from the government. It is because this government, this country, was founded on the principle, and the principle is in the Declaration of Independence, that's the document from which everything comes, that you are endowed by your Creator.
Now, show of hands, how many of you were created by the government? Well, then you didn't get your rights from the government, and the government can never take them away. Your rights are not being taken away, because you can lose your arms, you can lose your legs, you can never lose your rights. Your rights do not get restored by the government. You are endowed by your Creator with certain unalienable, meaning unchangeable rights.
They can violate your rights, but they can never take your rights, because it is not within their purview to do so. And what I'm describing here is a country that was established, and you'll see it in the Constitution, not once but twice, that we are guaranteed a republican form of government. Now that does not mean the republican political party. We are a republic, not a democracy. And democracy, if you actually read some of what the Founding Fathers wrote, they wrote about democracy that it is repugnant to a free society. That's what they all, they all felt that way, that a democracy can be summed up as two wolves and a sheep, voting on what to have for dinner. In a democracy, 50.1% of the people decide on what applies to the other 49.9%.
In a democracy, somebody loses. But in a republic, each of us is gifted with fundamental, God-given right. Okay, these are a gift from our Creator. Now, I understand that most of you out there have things that you value, that, you know, sometimes it's stuff, a car, a house, land, whatever.
Sometimes it's people, my children. Okay, these are things that you value, and if you really, really value these things, don't you go out of your way to protect them, keep them safe, keep them, you know, keep them in good condition. You know, don't you do that with the things that you love? Well, what about the gift you've been given by your Creator? What would you do to protect those gifts, and what would you not do to protect those same gifts? Well, the gifts we have been given, and nothing has been asked in exchange, the gifts we have been given are the right to our lives, our liberty, and our property.
Those are fundamental gifts that He has given us, and we have, pardon me, sent them away, okay, in order to have comfort and ease and things like that. Now, you may think that I'm just proselytizing here. I'm not, okay, because I'm looking at, right here, I am looking at, and anyone who wants it, I will be happy to email it to you. Okay, a section of the 1928 American Military Training Manual.
Now, the reason it's 1928 is because this was the last year that this was published, okay, and right afterwards we had the Great Depression, and then I guess they forgot all about it. But in the Military Training Manual, it actually defined democracy and republic, and like I say, you could check it. Don't believe a word I'm saying? You check it out for yourself. Give us a call. I'll give you the number shortly.
Give us a call, and we will be happy to email or snail mail you, though if we snail mail it, you might not get it until the next century these days. But democracy, and this is what every time I hear this, and I hear this, by the way, I hear this from people like Sean Hannity, okay? They talk about the D word, and I find it insulting. You know, the day that I get to sit down with President Trump, and I expect I will get to do that, the day I get to sit down with President Trump, the thing that I'm going to say to him most and foremost, and first is please stop accepting or referring to our country as a democracy. We are not a democracy. We are a republic. Democracy, Military Training Manual, a government of the masses, authority derived through mass meeting or any other form of direct expression, results in a mobocracy.
Attitude toward property is communistic, negating property rights. Attitude toward law is that the will of the majority shall regulate, whether it be based on deliberation or governed by passion, prejudice, and impulse, without restraint or regard to consequences, results in demagogism, license, agitation, discontent, and anarchy. That's a democracy, according to our military.
Now, hang on. Republic. Authority is derived through the election of public officials best fitted to represent them. Attitude toward property is respect for laws and individual rights and a sensible economic procedure.
Attitude toward law is the administration of justice in accord with fixed principles and established evidence with a strict regard to consequences. Results in statesmanship, liberty, reason, justice, contentment, and progress. We live in a republic, and the next time you are at some kind of political rally or something and you hear somebody talking about blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, democracy, you need to stand up and shout out as loud as you can, we are not a democracy, we are a republic, and it's not the same thing. And we need to shoot down every time anybody says it, okay, because it's not true. What makes America great is that every single individual, male, female, black, white, green, yellow, old, young, working, not working, it doesn't matter. Every single one of us has been endowed with the fundamental right to our lives, to our liberty, and to our property, and the government never ever has the power to take away any of those rights. All the government can ever do is violate those rights, and whenever that happens, there is an unspoken question that is being asked. Any time the government screws you over, the question is, what are you going to do about it?
That's something that you need to answer, because they're always asking that question, and most of you sit by and you expect the government to take care of its own injustice. No, the government is, you know, Thomas Paine is my favorite founding father, and Thomas Paine wrote it very well, brilliantly. In the 18th century, he had an essay called Common Sense, you can still get it. Everybody at the time read this, and it was absolutely brilliant, and in it, he wrote of government. He said, government, at its very best, is a necessary evil. Now, most people, when they read that, they think, you see, government is necessary. Okay, when I think of that, I remember that government is fundamentally evil. That doesn't mean there aren't good people in government. There are good people in government. But Andrew Napolitano put it very, very succinctly when he said, a lot of good people go to Washington because they want to do good, they want to make things better, and they get Potomac fever.
That's what he calls it, Potomac fever. Okay, so government is fundamentally evil. That's why, by the way, we have a constitution. The constitution is a whip and a chair, and if you put a whip and a chair in a cage with a beast, what happens?
Separation of powers. No. No, you put a whip and a chair in a cage with a beast, nothing happens. You're missing something. What's missing is the lion tamer, the one who wields the whip and the chair to keep the beast in its place, in its proper place.
And you and I, we are the lion tamers in this great country, and we have been sadly remiss in our duty, which is why we have the problem. You know, 50 years ago, Brent, I was reading from 1928 from the military journal, 50 years ago in the air, and 50 years ago, even before that, my dad told me. He said, do you know that someday, he said, this country is going communist. And I told him, I said, over my dead body, he said, unfortunately, he said, that'll probably be the case with you because you won't put up with him. But he said, that's where it's going.
He saw what was coming, what we call the Democratic Communist Party. So now, over the years, I have said just exactly what you're saying here. This is a republic, not a democracy, and the response has been back from the so-called legacy media.
No, not anymore. Today, the majority are democracy. The majority is, you know, and that's what they keep repeating. Well, guess what? I've never recognized any of that at all.
That's right. And we're not going to ever recognize any of that. We will never give in. And more than that, in the Constitution, it specifically says we are guaranteed a republican form of government.
Guaranteed. They would never have agreed to the Constitution without those words in it. Brent, have you heard of Tactical Civics and what do you think about their approach with militias and grand juries to restore the Constitution? Yes, I have heard of them, and I think that there is some positive components to it.
Yeah, I've been working with them up here quite a bit. There's something like 3,300 counties in the United States, and right now, they're in about 2,000 of those counties. And we're working that to restore the people's grand jury and the people's militia.
And there's a couple of things. Firstly, I have some concerns because I have heard that there have been some forces that have been seeking to manipulate what the tactical... Civics. ...what the program is seeking to do. And so there have to be watchers, there have to be people who are eternally vigilant, rather than just jump on the bandwagon. Because that's when somebody comes in and injects evil into what could be a really, really useful and good system. And yeah, the grand jury, the assemblies, all of that is important. The militias are critical. But understand, today, today, okay, we should have these militias in the street. Do you remember the Guardian Angels in New York? Yeah, I sure do.
Okay. The Guardian Angels were essentially a vigilante group, and people loved them. If you were in the subways of New York, you would see the Guardian Angels. They would be there. They had their red berets were part of their uniform, essentially. And people would know these are Guardian Angels, and they felt safer.
They felt more at peace because of their presence. We need to see, and we have tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, if not millions of militia members in this country. Well armed, well trained. Okay, I would like to see them in the street. Now. Well, you're right. This is where we're working to go back. Once you establish the grand jury, the citizens' grand jury, then you have the citizens' militia to enforce the citizens' grand jury.
In other words, get these corrupt prosecutors and have the people, give it back to the people today. Well, and do you remember Micky Clann? Micky Clann, okay, I'm sure the name rings a bell.
Micky Clann, about a year and a half, maybe two years ago, she was present at a Maricopa County, Arizona, supervisors' meeting. Oh yeah, she got ten years in prison, yeah. Well, she chased them all out of the room.
She chased, and it was actually a very good thing, what she did. Okay, the problem was that the next step was ignored. The next step would be to have a bunch of armed militia, in this case Arizona, who would very respectfully come and escort the various supervisors out of their offices. Pardon me, ma'am, you're going to have to come with me. Pardon me, ma'am, you're going to have to come with us.
What do you mean, you can't do this? Yes we can, ma'am, you're going to have to come with us. Well, we're going to call the police. Well, you can go ahead and do that, ma'am, but you're going to have to come with us. And escort them out of their offices because you are no longer allowed to sit in that office.
You are no longer going to be paid money from the taxpayer's offer. We are removing you. And if the cops come, the cops come and say, you can't do that. We've got badges and guns. Well, we don't have badges, but we've got guns also.
You want to fight? Again, I'm not sitting there saying that we want to start shooting up everything. But you know, in the old west, people actually did not go shoot things up. They were sensible. They exercised common sense.
And every once in a while, somebody who was really, really bad would come and try and do terrible things and somebody would come and shoot them. But the truth is that it's our country. We are the rulers. We are the kings and queens.
Think about it. You are endowed by your Creator. Your Creator is the supreme sovereign of the universe. That means every one of you is part of the royal family. You are kings and queens in your own right. And you have the absolute right to control your life.
Nobody else gets to tell you what to do as long as you do not violate the gifts that God has given each of us. So Pastor, how would, like that example with Katie Hobbs, this, how would a legitimate, lawful, constitutional, so you get a militia that goes to Katie Hobbs' office and says you're in dereliction of duty and we've got to remove you. With what you would have to do, first of all, you'd have to get an order from the grand jury. You'd have to assemble a citizen's grand jury. They take the charge, they make a charge against, or a claim if you want to put it that way, against Katie Hobbs. And they take it to the local court there to enforce that. Now that local prosecutor, he has to, the grand jury is the highest form of law there.
He has to be obedient to that. And then they can send, they can go ahead and say go ahead and bring her in. And the militia can go bring her in, or the local police, and if they don't do it, then the militia can do that.
And that's what they're supposed to do. And accept that when you say court, okay, the court is not the solution here. The court that you're referring to will never do that, because the court you're referring to considers itself to be superior to the people. So you're talking about the admiralty courts? The admiralty courts? Yes.
So then how do we get this to work? And with all due respect, you have to be willing to stand firm under your rights under God, okay? It's his court, okay, that when the militia go in, you have a common law assembly, the assembly says, okay, Katie Hobbs, okay, she is guilty of this, that, and the other thing. You have a constabulary there, okay? The constabulary is there to help enforce, okay, the rules of that assembly, okay? Now, that constabulary either consists of or appoint like a posse, okay?
A bunch of militia people go pick up Katie Hobbs. Now, in the midst of doing this, the cops come, okay, and say you can't do that, so you have a confrontation. There is no way that you are going to accomplish these types of things without a confrontation. So the question is, what are you willing to do when your rights are violated? And you have to answer that question, and there is no such thing as a peaceful resolution to these matters. It doesn't exist, because the evil doers, do you believe for a moment that Adolf Hitler could have been peacefully taken down? No, not for a minute. No, you could show him the law, you could, you know, showing the law to a criminal doesn't do much, could go up to some bank robber and say, excuse me, sir, did you know that robbing a bank is illegal and you can go to jail for a long time? He's not going to thank you.
Oh, thanks so much, I'm going home now. It doesn't work that way, and you have a government that is right now staffed by criminals, and I mean that literally, because the government seeks to circumvent the Constitution, the Constitution is the highest law of the land, so the government seeks to violate the law that makes them criminals. So showing the law to the criminal doesn't get you justice, okay? So how do we get the, is it the county pastor that recognizes the grand jury? No, the people recognize the grand jury.
Where would the court be? You register, the grand jury is registered with the county, okay? What would you say that is, the county, the clerk's office, the county clerk's office, the grand jury? First, it's got to be the county of the actual state, not the corporate state, okay? And you have to understand, in each state there are two states. There is a state, okay, Ohio is a state. Then there is something called the state of Ohio, which is a corporation.
Everything under the corporation is non-functional with respect to what you're talking about. Everything has to be done in the du jour state, and this is very, very complicated, but ultimately, ultimately, members of the corporate state are going to challenge you. They're going to. They're going to say, well, we have badges and guns, and we're not going to let you do that, okay? When that happens, you have to be willing to stand toe to toe with them, because if you are willing, you probably won't actually have to. Well, that's where it usually ends up, where you usually will have one or two bold individuals that will take a stand.
They usually end up becoming a martyr, and then that awakens the people, and that's what usually happens. We've seen that happen many, many times. We've seen that in the case with Randy Weaver. Randy Weaver was a friend of mine, okay?
We saw that with Gordon Call, okay? And so, yeah, that's what it takes, but you have to be organized, and this is what we talk about all the time. We've had, you know, we had, because we were holding meetings on Saturdays, right-way law classes, you know, looking at the Constitution, we had FBI agents sitting outside our church, observing our church.
This was some years ago, and probably back in the 90s, and I would go out and invite them in. We got nothing to hide. We're not ashamed of what we're doing. You don't have to sit out here, and you can come right in and see what we're doing now.
We're very transparent. We understand what the Constitution says, and we're going by the Constitution, and so, but that's what it's going to take. You're right, but you have to be willing, like you said, to put it all on the line, huh? Well, it's true, because we are in a war between good and evil, and, you know, everybody says we know how it's going to end, and that's supposed to make us feel good, okay? You can't just sit there and say, well, we know how the ending goes, so we don't have to worry about any of this, because he'll take care of it for us.
I do not think that he would appreciate that, if that was your perspective. We're coming up to a break. I wanted to tell the folks very quickly that they can go up on the internet to tacticalcivics.com, or tacticalcivics.org, and you can find out a lot more about it. We're going to a break, and when we come back from the break, we'd like to discuss two things. One, the trafficking of the children. What can we do to stop it? We've got to stop it. Two, the selling of the pardons. The selling pardons will be back right after this. Don't go away.
