This is the Truth Network. Welcome to the Christian Carguy radio show. I say this calls for action and now. In the dashboard of life, I see gauges glow. There's a light for kindness and it's set in a row.
Right beside the meter that is marked as truth Then the dial of righteousness shining like my youth Just beyond this peace, like a calm bright light All these little signals guiding me at night When the colors start to fade and I'm feeling low There's a love that calls me back, telling me where to go Gauges of grace on my heart's display Kindness, truth and peace lighting up my way When I'm running out, when I lose my view I remember you, I remember you When was God playful with you? Seriously, when was God playful with you?
So last Tuesday was actually the whole week. God gave me gifts all week. But last Tuesday specifically, right, there was this event that, like, every family gets to enjoy at some point in time, I hope, is we had our ninth grandchild. It was born to our youngest daughter, so Tammy and I got to experience. Beatrice June, she was born, seven pounds, ten ounces, so fun.
And interestingly, and the part of the big part of the story is that the big part of the story is that I got to. Yeah, that's our joy meter. We're going to get to that in a minute. I was hoping for the music, but that's OK. A big part of the story was that she has a big sister who is only a little bit two years older than her.
In other words, Margie, who shares my mother's name, is just two years old, just a little bit older than the one that was just born.
So interestingly, the next night we got a chance to go over there. And Margie, you know, being this was her new experience of not getting all the attention. And so when her grandma and papa came over, she immediately, you know, saw a chance to get some attention. I suppose and she grabbed me up and she took me into a room and she was playing like she had to show me every single toy every doll that she had and and I think she was trying to actually keep me out of the room where Beatrix was and so my daughter eventually called and said Margie let Papa come in and see Beatrix you know and so we we come into that room and I go to sit on the couch with my daughter and Beatrix. And of course, Margie jumps right in between us, right?
And then she grabs this pink blanket and like it's so delightful that two-year-olds do, she starts beating me with it and then puts it over my head and starts, you know, all these different games with this pink blanket. And this went on for like, like before we ate dinner for maybe 30, 45 minutes that she was hitting me with this pink blanket and acting like I was hidden in all these different games that she was playing, just absolutely delightful. It got really good after dinner, right when they said, Margie, I think it's time to go to bed. Then she decided to go back into this again. Only this time, she decided to add a new little twist to it.
She would bend over, get right in my ear with my head covered by the blanket and scream at the top of her lungs, where are you, Papa? Or Papa, where are you? And along with that, of course, if you're like me and you got hearing aids, with so many screams like that in your ear, it's quite a wake-up call.
So I was just thinking on my way home with my wife. We were talking. I said, you know, I can't imagine a more delightful time. I got to be with Beatrix, my new granddaughter. And, of course, Margie just had the time of her life.
And we had the time of our lives with Margie. I said, do you wonder if God wants to play with us like that? That was the thought that crossed my mind. And so, very interestingly, you know, we didn't discuss it much after that. But at 1.30, actually Thursday morning, God woke me up, which is not unusual.
But I usually a little bit later than that. But it was 1.30. I was clearly woke up and I was like, okay, well, I guess it's time to pray. And as I usually do, it's just really fun for me to thank God for what happened the day before. And so I just jumping in with like, man, you know, you did the baby was born and blah, blah, blah.
And oh, by the way, you know, there was so much fun with Margie and I just can't believe all you give me. And then it just, oh, and God, I just wonder because Margie had so much fun. I said, God, would you want to play like that with me? And no more sooner than those words came out of my spirit slash mouth, however it worked. I couldn't tell you exactly.
I just know I was praying. And then, I mean, like immediately cracks the loudest thunderbolt I've heard in a long time. And it wasn't like a strike that came right down by my house. It was like way up in the sky somewhere. It sounded like God was bowling.
And it wasn't just one, it was several, and they were just like going crazy with these loud, loud, loud thunderbolts. And the coolest part of the story to me was I was listening to the thunderbolts. I was like, okay, God, I get it. You like to play. And then all of a sudden, I realized based on the volume of the thunder, I heard him just kind of whisper into my spirit, Papa, where are you?
And so with that in mind, you know, I'm wanting to wonder, have you ever had that experience? And so today on The Christian Car Guy, we're going to play, right, with your story of when God was playful with you. And then we're going to measure it on the Christian Car Guy play meter, which you might have heard a couple times here this morning. There it is. There's the Christian Car Guy play meter.
We want to do that. And then we're going to give you a prize because you played with God and we definitely want to hear about it from the Kingdom Pursuits prize vault, which includes such masterpieces actually as the gospel back scratcher. Right. It's got all the beads on it so you can scratch somebody's back at the same time. Share the gospel.
We have lots and lots of books. We have Narcan. We have so many things in the Kingdom Pursuits prize vault. You just name it and we will get it off to you. All you have to do is tell us your story of when you and God had a play date, whatever that looked like.
866-348-7884, 866-348. And, you know, when you think about it, it's pretty obvious. You should just look at nature, first of all, right, that God loves to play. Like, what animal do you know of that doesn't like to play? I'm just saying if I went on YouTube and looked at it this morning real early and you know alligators play lizards play right there was this guy that was playing this guitar and he would get these he would get these elephants and rhinoceroses to come up and just almost lay in his lap as he as he was playing for him and and then do you see you know little baby lions playing with each other you see the bear cubs play and and you just see you know what dog.
I mean, you know, you've seen this your whole life, right? You throw a ball, what's a dog going to do?
Well, who made those animals? And you must know that he absolutely, right? He loves the thought of playing. And, you know, in the Psalms, I think it's Psalm 104, where God talks about the Leviathan playing, right? And he uses this word.
It's like samashek in Hebrew. But anyway, the word for play there is very similar to what David was doing when he was dancing before the Lord. And when you think about it, here was a man after God's own heart, and he was playing. As he played a musical instrument all these different times, you know, you think about how amazing that is. His son Solomon, right?
As he is describing wisdom in Proverbs 8.30, it says, 8.30, excuse me, it says, Then I was by him as one brought up with him, and I was daily his delight rejoicing, using that word again, which could be referred to as playing, playing always before him, playing in the habitable part of the earth with his delights. We're the sons of men. And so how about you? When did God, right, take you on that time that it was just clear, quite obvious, that he was playing? 866 He obviously has this unbelievable playful spirit you know when you think about Jesus right And he was you know with the disciples And, you know, Peter says, I need some temple tax or however the story went.
What does he do? He goes and puts a coin in the fish's mouth, right?
Now, if you can't see the humor in that, I don't know what to say. If you're Peter, like, all right, Peter, I want you to go down and catch the first fish that you got. And when you do, you're going to be loaded, man.
So you could, I mean, when you see the humor of that, you see the humor of God.
So we're going to go to a break. And I'm hoping when you think of your story, right, where it was clear that God was playing with you, right? His sense of humor. 866. We want to give you a prize.
We want to play with the play meter. 866-348-7884 866-34-TRUTH We'll be right back with a whole lot more of Playing with God. You're listening to The Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com When was God playful with you? today on The Christian Car Guy. We want to play.
So if you call in with your story, we would, oh, we would love to hear it. And just think how much everyone listening would be encouraged that, you know, your relationship with God is this opportunity to delight in Him forever, right? In the Apostles' Creed, or I'm trying to think of the catechism or whatever, it says we'll be able enjoy God forever, right? And part of that enjoying is obviously we get to play. And if you look in Zechariah 8.5, it's described what was going to happen after Jesus comes back, and it says, and the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof, right?
Full of boys and girls playing. And so that's pretty amazing that we get a chance to do that, but we get a chance to do it now too. and when you get to play with God, how fun is that? And when did God do that for you? We would love to play again.
We got all kinds of prizes for you if you'll call in today in the Kingdom Pursuits, PrizeWald 866-348-7884-866-34-TRUTH, right? And so, you know, it's amazing that Jesus himself, right, he describes children calling to one another in Matthew 11, 16 through 19. And he says, we've piped unto you and you've not danced and we've mourned unto you and you've not lamented. In other words, this is a playful, almost theatrical illustration here. Jesus uses the everyday games and interactions of children to expose the stubborn generation that refuses to respond to John the Baptist.
And he does it by saying, you know, get with the plan here. You know, we're saying dance as King David did. And you can imagine that scene as he was bringing in the ark. If that didn't look playful, you know, what would you see? And again, it's a man after God's own heart.
Watch a kitten, right? Watch a little kitten with another kitten or watch a little puppy with a little puppy. Or even, you know, our dog's 10 years old. And I can assure you when I go home tonight, you know, one of the first things she's going to be doing. And she's got this little orange fox that she wants me to throw.
And, you know, the delight of this experience of watching Ruby with this toy is the look on her face when she's bringing it back to me, wagging her tail. Look, look, look what I did. Look what I did. Look what I did. I went and got it.
How about you? We would absolutely delight in the story. Right. Like I just told about my grandchild and the chance to, you know, Papa, where are you? 866-348-7884, 866-34-TRUTH.
So we get a chance to hear. We got somebody calling in now. We're going to get to that in a second. But I also remember, you know, a lot of times I'll go on the walks.
Well, we got Nancy is in Chapel Hill. I bet I know who that might be.
So, Nancy, you're on the Christian Car Guy Show. Good morning. Hi, Rick. Hi, Robbie. And happy belated birthday.
Well, thank you. You got my little check. And congratulations on another child. You know, I don't have any grandchildren yet because my girls are not married or anything yet. And I just can really see with what you said about how, you know, Jesus said, let the little children come to me.
You know, he probably just absolutely loved that opportunity. And the majority of the time, you know, kids are very playful and all. And, you know, as we get older, we get so stressed out and so busy. We don't allow ourselves some time to stop and just enjoy a conversation or things like that. And those are the moments that I just, I feel are playful, but it's an adult one.
Right. You know? No, I agree with you. Like even this morning, I was at Panera, I'm cleaning up a little bit, but the woman next to me said, oh, that's so nice of you and all that. And I said, well, you know, we're supposed to be humble and servants to people.
And she said, oh, that's a really good view. And I said, yeah, that's the Jesus way. And, you know, those little moments, as well as, you know, I'm at the senior center and they, that's an active one here. But there's ones who can't be as playful, but you can be playful in a conversation. Oh, I couldn't agree with you more, Nancy.
You know, I love that statement in Chariots of Fire. You can feel God's pleasure. And in that conversation, you felt God's pleasure, right? Yes. And in conversations with some of my friends, it's a playfulness.
You start to see your walls or guards come down. And that's when I feel, you know, you feel that playfulness and joy and just like, yeah, relaxing. And, you know. And that laughing is a big, huge part of it, too. Right?
You know, you think about it, all that laughing that goes on. In fact, you know, Abraham's son was named and he laughs. You know, you're right. You got the Isaac thing going on. Right.
You know, we probably have, you know, 10, 12 conversations like that every day. and we don't realize how much God is in that laugh. Mm-hmm. Yep. Exactly.
You have to have your eyes open more to see it, you know, and the more you get close to him, the more your eyes get opened. I always pray, Lord, open my eyes and my heart, you know, so I can see you more, you know, besides give me wisdom. Right. Well, I love, you know, I love the end of the 16th Psalm. You know, one of my favorite things is, right, it says that essentially in his presence is fullness of joy.
At his right hand are pleasures forevermore. And so the idea of that fullness of joy and pleasures, if you don't see what you just described in those conversations, right, As we get a chance to experience them, you're always feeling it, right? Hopefully always feeling it. Always is a little harder sometimes for us. But, yeah, I think people don't stop and see all those little instances, you know.
And the more you experience them, the more you want them to, you know. And the more you can help open up those opportunities, kind of, you know, if you see it, you stop and say, hey.
Well, I hate we've got to go to a break, Nancy. I love talking to you again. It's so wonderful. It is. And so you call in with your story, 866-348-7884.
Nancy gets a trip to the prize vault here in a second. We'd love to send you 866-348-7884. You're listening to The Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. Jesus, you're the truth that my heart believes. Prince of Peace who calms every fear.
When was God playful with you today on The Christian Car Guy Show? How fun. We got people calling in. I want to die to hear these stories. 866-348-7884.
When was God playful with you? We got Tricia is in Ohio. Tricia, you're on the Christian Car Guys show. Good morning. Good morning, how are you?
I'm excited to hear what you have for us, I really am.
Well, there's so many things that are always playful. Like sometimes your life is hard but when you look for God then you can see the playfulness You know it like going outside to hang clothes out on the line And it's such a dull, dreary day. And the verse comes, this is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. And, you know, circumstances are really hard sometimes.
And you go out, and then all of a sudden, the birds just start chattering. And it's like, oh my goodness, he just sent me a song. And, you know, and then they start flying, and it just can't happen. They just start flying, like, all around. And I'm not dodging them or anything, but it's almost like she's there just sending me the joy.
And, you know, I just stood there, and I thought, this just cannot happen. And this is the Lord sending a playful moment to lift up. You know, because sometimes life is hard and it's hard to get out of that rut of hardness. And so, like the one lady before said, she prays for opportunities to see the Lord. And like daily for me is, bless me with wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and discern me.
And guide me in all my thoughts, words, and actions that they will give you glory and honor.
So when I give him glory and honor is when I can find the joy. And then it's like, okay, I'm going back in the house, and I'm not going to be able to hear the birds. And all of a sudden, I hear the grandchildren running around the corner, yelling my name, and I'm like, I didn't even know they were there. Wow. Wow.
Well, we have to put that into the play meter because it was so playful. We've got to see how it does. Oh, wow. It's apparently quite playful. I have to tell you, that makes my heart just sing to hear you talk about.
Right? You go out there. You're doing a chore. You're not feeling so good. It's cloudy, whatever.
And then all of a sudden, God winks at you. Right? Yeah. With the bird. And you just, oh, that's you.
Oh, that's you. And then you come in the house. Yeah, and you have to recognize it. You have to recognize it. And just, you know, some things just cannot happen just out of nowhere.
Because it's not like these, these aren't like barn swallows that dive down and get bugs all the time. You know, those are the diving birds. And these are just like sparrows and robins and things like that. And it's like, okay, they're not coming at me. There's nothing.
it's just the Lord showing me the birds that even listen to him.
So did you feel like Cinderella just for a minute there? No, I didn't even think of that, yes! I was picturing that scene, right, as the birds were, you know, like, and so there you go. Like, man, doubtedly you're a princess, but you already knew that, I can tell. I am the bride of Christ.
That's right, that is exactly who you are. And so thank you, Tricia. That makes my day. God bless you. You have a good one.
We're going to put you on hold so they can get you your information.
Okay?
Okay. Thank you. Have a good day. Thank you. All right.
Well, as usual, we have our good friend RK in the garage for us today. And so in order to be in the garage, it always takes a little RK introduction. introduction so now time for the legendary garage of rk 88 and still full problem and so he's actually 89 now i gotta update that rk but you talk about playing it's rk with his rvs today so what you got for us you with this rk yes this is rk yeah so can you hear me yeah i do now so tell us about your rv with rk experience i went i i got a call from a good good dealer friend of mine and he doesn't know anything about rvs so he says hey i have this lady's 90 years old John Tasselis RV. And they've been fooling around with him. It's an 09 model, Mercedes Benz.
It's small with a bagel. Anyway, he says, I have no idea what's going on with it. I can't find any switches.
So I go over there. I find out that somebody has put regular batteries in where the deep cycle batteries are. And then change something in the engine battery. and it just didn't want to work. But I'm laughing.
I said, why don't people find out what it is, you know, what it is that is a problem and put the right batteries in it. The deep cycle batteries, they're 12 volts, but they have a higher average to run your electric in the RV where they run a chassis battery. It's just, you know, make sure you get the right cranking voltage and you'll be all right. Don't buy those $50 batteries, guys, because they don't work. It's called cranking amps, right?
And so you couldn't be more right, and it's really seems like a simple enough thing. But if you want to go playing in your RV, as we're talking about playing today, You're going to need to get it started, and you've got to have the right amperage to get to the starter, or otherwise the starter does not like that. It just doesn't have what it needs. If you can imagine, you know, if you have a 9-volt, you know, TV remote or something, and you try sticking a double A in it, it just didn't. it just isn't going to change the channel for you it's it's like you're sending me the wrong volts and i'm supposed to be getting 1.5 and you're sending me nine i don't understand um the other thing robbie the other thing is that the other thing is that uh you have to make sure when you park those vehicles with the batteries I'm telling you that the inverter charges too much when it's sitting there and you have it plugged into 30 amp or 50 amp what they should do these people that own them is buy a $200 or $300 trickle charger a good trickle charger then hook your chassis batteries up and hook your coach batteries up to that trickle charger and it won't burn out the batteries and it'll keep your inverter safe from going bad.
So that's it. A lot of people don't do that. They just plug it in and say, ah, it's okay.
Well, yeah, but it's not working right. Yeah, the wonder of a trickle charger, whether you got motorcycle batteries or you got boat batteries or whatever batteries, you know, automotive-style batteries, they love trickle charging. They don't like the fast one. Right. And when they get charged correctly, they can perform just a whole lot longer.
And so it's a critical aspect, not just clearly getting the right battery, but making sure it's charged properly as you refer. But a lot of people with boats don't realize they require those deep cycle batteries. Yeah. You can't just stick. you know and so unfortunately unlike the RV a lot of boats don't have a lot of manuals to give you that information but fortunately there are a lot of wonderful marinas around that can tell you the magic to what your boat may need because the right battery will make all the difference in the world yes that's true and the other thing is that a lot of people don't realize that boats I know because you know we live on a lake and so I deal a lot with our boats, that, you know, they have a cutoff to cut the batteries off completely.
If your boat doesn't have one, get one. Shut up, yes.
So that there's no drain on that battery because, you know, boats go a long time without starting. And so, you know, it's good to buy that cutoff. It'll save your battery's life in a lot of different aspects. Do RVs have that as well? Yes.
They have a shutoff switch. You can shut everything down. And that's why you put your trickle charger on. It's separate from the coach itself. You have to put it on there.
And that's a help because if you don't do that and you don't use the RV for six, seven, eight months, you're in trouble when you go to start it. And, you know, since we're talking about playing today, there's nothing like, man, you're wanting to go play in your boat, you're wanting to go play on your motorcycle, you're wanting to go play in your RV, and you go out there and that thing won't crank and you've got to mess around with batteries and whatever, you know, don't let that happen. It's good. It takes the fun out of the day. Right.
It's just like the Bible. It gives you all these basic instructions, right? You probably have an owner's manual with that RV or with that boat or whatever. Tells you the simple stuff. RK, my friend, I look forward to seeing you at church tomorrow.
Okay. I'll be there, Robbie. I looking forward to it You doing so much better since your surgery God bless you my friend Everybody tells you I guess I am but I just I don know We see you tomorrow You're listening to The Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. When was God playful with you today on the Christian Car Guys show? We would love to hear your story, right?
Where all of a sudden he sent you that bird or, you know, it's amazing how many times birds have been involved in times I got a God wink or something along those lines. Or you realize that you were playing with your grandchildren and you were seeing God in that.
However it works. We would love to hear from you. We'd love to play 866-348-7884, 866-348-7884. 884. And let me first just say a shout out to Doug.
I met him last night at the Hope in the Morning event. I co-hosted another show here on the Truth Network called Hope in the Morning. Amazing show for people who've gone through some tough stuff. But man, what an event. And we played some stuff there.
And there was some music that was off the hook. And so good to be there. We had a great time at that. And it's sort of God winking at that ministry as we got to see just, you know, God doing some amazing things and providing for that. But I also want to mention that God provided for the Jesus Labor Love again more and more this week as we've certainly struggled in trying to keep up with the need since we became a little more viral with Chad GPT.
And God has been meeting that need this week, and it's beautiful to see. I appreciate so very, very much all those of you who have been praying for us, those who have been providing. Again, you can find out more about the Jesus Labor Love. at christiancardi.com. And so I thought I would just, while we're waiting on somebody to call and share yours, I would love it, 866-348-7884.
I often, like one of my favorite things to do during the day is I take and walk with God. And I just usually will spend about an hour. I leave the station. There's a beautiful park down here called Bethabra, and I'll go walk in that park for about an hour. And when I leave, I almost always just say, okay, God, I want you to show me something.
You know, wake me to your presence. Whatever that may look like, help me to see you in my walk today. And so it's like this every day, almost like yesterday. Man, the leaves in North Carolina, I don't know how they are, other places, I can never remember them being so spectacular. But anyway, as I was just looking at the ground and all the different colors and all these things, and I was walking just in amazement, like, okay, if you don't see God in this, you're just blind, right?
And he's blind, right? But, you know, as I'm walking along, all of a sudden I catch this smell, like, oh, my goodness. It sounds like, it smells like you're in heaven. And I'm trying to figure out what that is, and I find the plant, the little flower, Apparently, I forget the kind of bush that it was, but nonetheless, it smelled miraculous. You go a little bit further and, you know, you see a deer standing there looking at you.
I mean, all those things are just like that wink that here he is, right? But my favorite of all, well, I don't know. I've got two almost favorites. they compete with one another. But the playfulness of it came through in this one.
I love these elephant foot plants. And so I was walking one time and saw them and saw what they were and looked it up on the app that I have for plants. And I went walking in another place, and I knew it was the same kind of topography or whatever that would grow those elephant feet plants. And I said, man, God, show me an elephant's plant here in this place as I was walking in this new place. and I walked for like an hour and I didn't see any and I was kind of disappointed I was going back to my I was like okay god apparently you got something else for me today whatever that might be and as I'm walking across the parking lot to get my car I see this butterfly and I went okay you want me to follow the butterfly I just felt it in my spirit like follow the butterfly so I'm following the butterfly from you know a couple 300 yards and all of a sudden it goes across this cute little bridge that went across this little brook in the park it was gorgeous and when I came across the bridge, the butterfly went and landed on a little flower.
And when I looked at the flower, guess what it was? And as I opened my eyes to what was really going on, there were probably 40 or 50 butterflies in that field and they were all on elephant foot plants. I would bet you there were a thousand in that little valley right there where that butterfly landed. I was like, okay, I got it. You're there.
You know, how amazing is that, right? How beautiful. And, you know, that was, again, it's on my list of one of my two favoritists. The other one being, those who know me well would tell you that if you were to ask them, what's Robbie's favorite book in the Bible, they'd probably tell you the Song of Solomon. And the second chapter, the Song of Solomon, the very first verse, talks about I am the Rose of Sharon.
And we're talking about the Bride of Christ, as Tricia described a minute ago. And I love that idea. I love, love, love that idea of the Rose of Sharon and have studied it in Hebrew and all sorts of things for years. And it's just a marvelous thing for me. And as always, I took off on my walk that day and it's like, Lord, show me something amazing.
I want to see, you know, wink at me somehow. And I go to cross, there's a bridge there in Bethabara Park, which goes over the little brook there too. It's a bigger bridge. and as I was going across that bridge, I looked down and I see this flower is just randomly in the middle of the stream, like on a rock. And again, I got this app on my phone where I can put some plant in there, right?
And here's this big, beautiful pink flower. It was huge. And I was like, man, that flower is gorgeous. What in the world is it doing on that rock? Like, how did it get there?
I mean, it was like it was cut perfectly and laid on that rock for me to see it, right? And so I take the picture, put it in my app, and guess what? It came up, I bet you already guessed. It was a Rosa Sharon, first time I ever saw one. And I was like, oh my gosh, God, talk about a wink.
The point I'm making, and I hope that you see it, is like, oh my goodness. Like, he is everywhere all the time. And yes, we see him in the scriptures. He is so beautiful and so amazing. but when you push into your relationship with him you know whatever that may look like for you through the day um you're having a tough day and believe me i yesterday i think it was i had an opportunity to talk to the irs from my daughter um that was having some issues with something way back which turned out fine by the way and then i had to talk to the department of revenue i mean in a Justice Department, another matter that I had, which turned out wonderful, by the way.
But anyway, you have to make these adulting calls, right? It's just difficult, right? And that's the backdrop for me going out on that walk. Like, that happened right before I went out on the walk. I was just kind of like, okay, God.
And I used the PAWS app, which I hope you've tried it. It's about John Eldridge's ministry. It takes you to just these places where you let go that God, and you essentially give everything to God. Like, you realize that eventually, and I walk in Bethabra, there's a place called God's Acre there, and it's a big cemetery where there's graves from clear back in the 1700s. And every time I go up there, I go, now these people have given everything to you.
You know, at some point, we're not going to be able to control anything and God's going to have to take it from here.
So I was just like to get up there and think, you know, all right, God, I'm no different than these people really. Like I need to just let you take it from here and then you show me where I can be of help. Right. And, and that app, that pause app by John Eldridge helps me to do that when I'm not out taking my walks. And, And so it's just an opportunity that, you know, like it says in 1 John, right, as they describe the reason they wrote the book, was they wanted everybody to enjoy the relationship with Jesus that they had.
It says that it would double their joy. And again, anytime I see somebody like what Tricia call me or I hear a story like that, and again, Nancy had called, her pastor is James Banks, and he shares stories with me like that all the time. and it doubles my joy to see his joy, right? That you know that it happened. And so I understand you didn't call the day, but you got that story, right?
Share it. Tell somebody else. Because you know what happens? They go, really? You can relate to God like that?
You can have a relationship with a God that actually walks with you? Yeah. In fact, if he's listening to the end of the show right now, I'm guessing he's going to tell you slow down. Jesus walks everywhere he went and got it all done in 33 years. Again, it was a delight to play with you today.
Thank you all for calling in and we will talk to you next week. God bless. .
