Alrighty. Well, here we gotta start out. You know, Proverbs 29 verse 2 says, When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice. But when the wicked bear through, the people mourn. And verse 10 says, The bloodthirsty hate the upright, but the just seek his soul.
And 16, When the wicked are multiplied, transgression increases, but the righteous shall see their fault. So let's pray. We need to pray, all of us, all three of us here tonight. Amen. Let's pray.
Starting out. Heavenly Father, Lord God, I just want to hold this election night up, Lord, and we're asking, Lord, to help us bring this nation back to one nation under God. The wickedness of these people have become, the Democrats have become so wicked. Everything, Lord, that you call sin, they want to embrace, Father God. They've become horribly wicked and evil, Lord God. And so we want to bring America back to one nation. I'm asking the folks out there all across this country, all across this country, to pray with us tonight for this election. Remember that, you know, we're up against an enemy who, to us, lying, lying is repulsive to them.
It's required. It's something, and the wickedness that there is no morality there. There is no morality there. No matter what it is, like Karl Marx said, say one thing, do another. Accuse your opposition. So, Lord, again, we're asking, Father God, your people, your people are begging you to help us save this nation, take it out of the hands of the wicked, the deep state. Lord, let us win this election, but let us not forget how we got to this place.
It's more than just winning an election, Lord God. Father God, we need to run to this battle, Lord, to cut out the wickedness, to cut out the evil, to cut out and stomp out the darkness. So these things we ask in Jesus' name.
Go ahead, Joe. Dear Lord, many of your children have been praying, praying and working hard, trying to deliver your message, and many are waking up and realizing that our schools have not been teaching those values, principles, ideas of the founding fathers, where we had a nation birthed by your Ten Commandments, by your teachings in the New Testament. They are thinking about getting rid of things like the Department of Education, and returning education may be back to where we can teach about America, and how it was formed a nation under God, a godly nation, where rights and freedom come from you. Lord, you said that if your people, those that carry your name, those that are the Christians, repent. And many of us have repented that we haven't done enough to stand up for you, didn't speak out loud enough, didn't rally when we should have, didn't go vote, and just help send your Holy Spirit, bring about a revival, help the awakening that's taking place continue, that we might have another generation or two of Americans that believe in God, family, and then country. And we just thank you for what you've done so far, and just ask you to continue and help bring about a victory where the righteousness wins, where the evil is defeated, and we just keep violence down and make this a peaceful transition and let our leaders have a chance to really do their job and return this country back to you. I ask this in Jesus' name.

Sure. I'll say a little prayer here. Dear Heavenly Father, we just pray that tonight you watch over this nation. We know what the godly choice is, and we hope that you've called upon everyone out there who may be lost or may be in search of answers in search of you, Lord, and that you've touched their heart and touched their spirit to call upon them and make them choose the right choice tonight. We pray that this nation will prosper once again and that you've given us this second chance. Amen. Amen.
Thank you. Now, I had my big screen because I was going to monitor. I had it muted, and for some reason it went down. And are you still monitoring? Yes, I'm still monitoring. I've got the screen up. Right now, Trump has 205 electoral votes.
Kamala and Tampon Timmy have 117. And so far tonight, Georgia is running well ahead by at least closer to 5 percent. North Carolina is up almost 5 percent to Trump. Virginia, about two to three. And even right now in Pennsylvania, Trump is ahead by a little.
He's ahead by about almost one to two, and it's looking good all over. Can you see what is the amount of percentage of votes in? In which state? In Pennsylvania, 50.23. So half of Pennsylvania is in. What about Virginia? What is the amount in Virginia? Virginia is 64.5 percent in, and Trump is leading with almost 50 percent of the votes.
Okay. Well, that's good. With that, they should be calling them. Well, the one that they should be calling the closest, Georgia, is 82 percent of the votes in Georgia. Trump has almost 52 percent to her, a little under 40, about 47.
When they called Ohio, Ohio was like only eight points ahead, but I know Ohio is much more than that. Oh, right now, Trump right now has got 56 percent of the vote with 73 percent in. Harris only has 43, so Ohio is going big, and it looks like on the Senate side of the things that Ohio may win a new senator.
Yeah. So right now, we're ahead 51-something to 45 with 72 percent of the votes in, so we may get a new senator in Ohio. Well, if we get one more new senator, then we take the Senate back. Well, right now, we've got 48, and we need 51. The other side's lost one.
We picked that up. That's 49, and then there are a couple others up that look like we're going to win. So we may end up with 52 or 53 senators. More than those two. The no vote is pulling away on issue one.
We're up to 54.6 percent for no on issue one right now. Praise the good Lord for that. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Jesus.
Yeah, we've been praying for that. They've spent hundreds of millions of dollars in here to take away our freedoms, and that Maureen O'Connor, boy, she come up there, and she was just lying through her teeth there. Unbelievable. She came up with all kinds of money.
Look what they put. Over a billion dollars for Kamala Harris. It was nothing but a fabricated put together. She's basically a straw candidate. She's a puppet. Nothing she ever did on her own.
She didn't get a single vote in the primaries. And they can just make a creation, put her out there and get people to vote. We have a lot of work to do because we have a lot of very simple-minded people in this country who really have no understanding of politics, of government, of economics, or of the Bible. Well, the Bible's the one that's more important.
The Bible's the most important one. And speaking of that, let's just do that. Let's get right to it.
The election and the elected, part two. We left off in chapter three of the Ecclesiastes. In verse four, we left off a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance. And so there's a time, the Bible says a time to weep, and if you turn to James chapter five. Five.
Got it. James chapter five, and it talks in James chapter five about, well, about what we're up against all the time, about where all of this money is coming from, the opposition. So go ahead and read, start and read verses one through six. Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you. Your riches are corrupted and your garments are moth-eaten, your gold and silver is cankered, and the rest of them shall be a witness against you and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days. Behold the hirer of the labors who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth. And the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of the Sabbath. Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth and been wanton. Ye have nourished your hearts as in a day of slaughter. Ye have condemned and killed the just, and he doth not resist you. All right, go now to you rich men, weep and howl for your misery shall come upon you. Your riches are corrupted and your garments are moth-eating. Well, this is coming to a time, you know, they all come to, and then, you know, a message for George Soros. This is a message for Klaus Schwab.
This is for Bill Gates, for Mark Cuban, for Barack Obama, for Bill Clinton, for Jeff Bezos. When he talks about this, there's going to come a time where their gold and silver can't buy them out of their miseries. No, when they die they can't take it with them and it cannot buy them one second in heaven, can it? Right, and right now their money is going through, there's a lot of hush money being paid for that ditty thing?
Yes. I mean there's a lot of hush money being paid out. Hush money being paid for a lot of things, ditty is just one of them.
And of course, and the Clintons were two that were attending ditty, and along with Oprah and some others there, I mean a number of others, and big money is being paid to hush up, to keep things hushed up. And then he goes on to say, for you have heaped treasures together for the last days. That's got two applications, actually. The primary application is being in their retirement.
In your old age in retirement they will have a life of luxury and ease. What is some of these people doing, like Walt Disney and the one baseball player, where they're having their bodies quick frozen, quick frozen. Walt Disney had his body frozen? Oh yeah. Yeah.
Oh, I didn't know that. A lot of these rich people, a lot of these very, very wealthy people out there sometimes today now, they're actually just keeping their head. Cryonics, well yeah, first it was cryonics, the flesh frozen to be thawed later and re-brought back to life, but now it's just the head, huh? Yeah, now they're using just their heads. Just recently they opened a cryo facility in Arizona, I believe.
They had like 236 different people cryogenically frozen. Yeah. Okay, well. And if you're just doing your head, they've lost their head in more ways than one, right?
I mean, there's almost a bad, sick joke there. They really lost their head. Well, you've heard the saying, keep your head about you.
Yeah, if you can keep your head with all about you, you're losing theirs. Well, we're keeping ours, right? Behold the hire of the laborers who reap down your fields like the human trafficking that they're taking in these children that they're working.
16 hours a day, kids in these factories. So many of these wealthy businesses and wealthy people wanted to have the open borders to cheap labor so they could make money, and right here God is telling them because of what they're doing, they are going to pay dearly, right? Right. Because God hears the cries of those people. Which have reaped and are entered into the ears of the Lord of the Sabbath. That's the Lord Jesus he's referring to. And then he goes on to say, you have lived in pleasure on the earth and been wanting.
You have nourished your hearts as a day of slaughter. Boy, I'm going to tell you, if that don't apply to Oprah, to the Clintons, to George Soros, to all of these, the wicked, I mean very, very wicked people, okay? Well, look at who they were having on all of their harris when she would have her rallies. Like the one, the last one, Lady Gaga.
Oh, geez. There was an article out about a gorgeous rendition of God Bless America. Just, wait a minute, this is a lady who has mocked... She is no lady, believe me. No, this female mocked Christianity, did some horrific things with the cross, can't even go into.
She has a coffee table book of her soft pornography. I mean, this person singing God Bless America, that's the height of hypocrisy. Her God is pleasure, her God is Satan.
It always has been. She's done nothing but mock the Lord and everything evil and wicked and sensual from drinking and sex, you know, and praising her for her rendition of God Bless America. That tells you who the liberals, the left are. They had that article in the magazine how she was boasting about what she did in her limousine when she did three guys at once.
Half the time she does stuff on stage that most people would be embarrassed to do in private. Is she the one that wrapped herself up in hamburger meat or was that... I believe so. Huh?
I believe that was. Okay, because there's a... She did a hanging upside down on a cross and all kinds of weird things. There's another dingbat blonde that does that stuff too.
I'm trying to think of the other one. No, there's a bunch on the left that do all kinds of horrible stuff and most of us trying to ignore it. So I just bring it up to mention this is the left. These are the people that Kamala pushed that had the entertainment to bring in her voters. So a lot of her voters went to see this kind of entertainment, not to see her. Remember they had a riot when the one Beyonce didn't sing but just tried to talk about the election. And the people were so mad and frustrated because they came... Yeah, the headlines remember Kamala Rally descends into complete chaos as Beyonce doesn't perform. The people were mad, angry. They showed up because they thought it was going to be a Beyonce concert.
I had to laugh because... I'm watching her the other night and they were at her rally. They were saying Kamala, Kamala. And she said, no, no, say your own name, say your own name. And the people didn't understand what she was doing.
The whole place got dead quiet and they just looked looking at each other. And she says, say your own name. And she has a way of really putting her foot in her mouth. Well, wait a minute.
But you know what, Joe Biden would probably be glad to put her foot in his mouth. He bites everything. Yeah. Never mind. We can't even go there.
He goes after the... I could not believe that that lady let him put that baby's foot in his mouth. Oh. I can't believe she would do that. But anyhow... I can't believe a mother would let that man anywhere near a precious baby. I wouldn't let any Democrat near a baby.
No, not near one of mine or one of my grandchildren. Right. He goes on to say, a time to get and a time to lose.
Do you know that... I was just thinking the other day, Joe, you know, I have all those books. You know, when you become our age, you often acquire a lot of property over the years. And you and I have collected a lot of books. I have given away small libraries' worth of books, and I still have a room that's overflowing and overcrowded with books. I have some books that were passed down from pastor to pastor, books, Joe, that go all the way back to the 1600s. Back when you were a child, huh? Yeah, back when I was a kid, yeah. Anyhow, and they were passed down and they were left. I was sitting there thinking about who am I going to pass these down to, okay?
Yeah. Because, but there's so many, there's so many other things that there's a time to get, and then there's a time to lose. And you and I are getting... Now we're getting something, we're getting some, a precious commodity.
We're getting a second chance. So we are getting... A time to rend and a time to sew, that just talks about, and that actually refers to your garments, changing your garments. A time to love and a time to hate. A time to keep silence and a time to speak. We've been going through a time that everybody should have been speaking up loud and clear and warning you and I have been watchmen on the wall, that time of, you know, to speak has been, you know, we're in the middle of a communist revolution and this election of Trump wins, it stops the communist revolution. Not that they won't keep trying, but our speaking up was our time to speak.
All right. There's a time to speak. We're going to turn over to Ecclesiastes 10. And there's a time to keep quiet and there's a time to speak. And we start in verse 1, Ecclesiastes 10. Dead flies cause the ointment of the apothecary to send forth a stinkin' Savior. So doth a little folly him that is in reputation for wisdom and honor.
Well, you can live your life as, you know, a life of integrity, honesty, upright. And all it takes is one little mistake. You know, all it takes sometimes to say, just to say the wrong thing. A thing of stupid, sometimes just a stupid mistake or something that you kind of meant half and just but everybody else took serious. Yeah.
Yeah. A wise man's heart is at his right hand but a fool's heart is at his left. That's why we're on the right side. That's why they call us the Christian right and Kamala and Tampon Tim are on the left because that's the fool's side of God, right? You also, when he that is a fool, when he that is a fool walketh by the way, his wisdom faileth him and he saith to everyone that he is a fool.
See, that's a good time to keep quiet. Now, in verse 20 it says, Curse not the king. Now, this is Solomon who's talking and Solomon's the king. But he's talking about his own king, okay? Yeah, King Jesus. Curse not the king. No, not in thy thought. And curse not the rich in thy bedchamber. Now, remember that you've heard that saying often, a little bird told me?
This is where that came from right here. For a bird of the air shall carry the voice, and that which hath wings shall tell the matter. In other words, he's telling you that God knows your very thoughts. Don't even think anything evil against God. God, right, because God will know. He makes a mock like a little bird will tell him, but that's something that people can kind of visualize, right?
Right. And then chapter 12, verse 1, Remember now the Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shall say, I have no pleasure in them. He's telling them right here that it's time to get with God is when you're young. When the Bible says in Romans chapter 12, verse 1, that your body, you use your body for the reasonable, reasonable service of the Lord. And he's telling you when your body is young and strong, that's the time for you to start using in service for God, using yourself for God. But he tells you because when the evil days he's referring to, when you get old and you can't, you can't do what you used to do. You can't do all those things. I have, I have some younger people in the church constantly wanting me to go and do some things with them, you know, that I can't do anymore, you know.
There's another variable here too. I remember a little thing called the Vietnam War and there was 58,200 and something young men that didn't come home and many of them were quite young, some were 18, 19, 20, 21. Yeah, I know, a lot of them were good friends of mine but we'll be back right after this. We'll be right back.

Alrighty, there you go. We got a lot going on. You know, I'm watching this, who would have ever thought Minnesota right now is going for Trump?
This is amazing. I knew Wisconsin might be. Of course, it's real low reporting. You gotta remember it's only about a little less than 4%. I know, but even at that from there, this is amazing. You know, I was thinking Trump's probably got a lot of help from Timmy on that one, huh? I hope so, yeah.
But anyhow. And Iowa's looking good. Iowa, he's ahead by quite a bit and it's got about 48% of the vote in and I mean he is way up there. If Trump takes Pennsylvania, and it looks like the last I looked he was ahead by a point or two. We're starting to get a gap now. It's now 50.9 to 48.1 in PA.
Okay. Pastor Ernie, I'm well aware of Pennsylvania and what happens is the early voting comes in from Philadelphia. And every election the candidate, you know, the Democrats are always out in front big at first. And then the rest of the state has to have a huge turnout to overcome Philadelphia. So if you looked early in Pennsylvania, I mean, it was huge.
Harris was way ahead. But as time went on, Trump closed it and that's what happened in 2020. Trump closed it at the end and went way ahead. And I went to bed and I said, well, that's it. I mean, Trump won the election.
I wake up in the morning and he's losing Pennsylvania like 200,000 votes. I stayed up and I stayed up and they flipped it right in front of me. They inverted it. They had Trump out there ahead I think, I don't know, but it was a good margin. And right in front of my face they turned the numbers upside down and it was just amazing. And it went from something like 50 or 60,000 up to, you know, the same number down. Yeah, they just totally reversed the numbers, yeah. But they did the same thing, John, here in Ohio. They started out with Cuyahoga County, which has got like Northeast Ohio, one-seventh of the entire population of the state of Ohio.
And they started off with that and that's what happened tonight. You know, Trump started out way behind and now they've gone way ahead. I had two points in Pennsylvania, but we got the same problem past it, Ernie. He's winning in Wisconsin. He's really catching up now in Michigan. He's only half a percent behind. He's looking in Wisconsin. Actually in Michigan he's up. He's up almost 49-and-a-half to 48-and-a-half.
So he's caught up. Well, now, remember what the Secretary of State there in Pennsylvania said. Look, it's going to take us about two weeks to get an accurate account. Would you say it's going to take us two weeks to find enough voting ballots to put the Camelock over the top?
Yeah, that's it. They have to figure out how to scheme to make up, you know, 50,000 votes. They'll have to figure out how to scheme to do it. Well, here I've got some.
This is a couple things. Huge scandal involving the Postal Service and mail-in ballots is developing government-hiding evidence. And to make a long, long story short, they're finding out.
Let me just read a part of it. Capital Research Center has extensively documented the activities of the National Vote Home Institute, the 501c3 sister National Vote at Home Coalition during their 2020 election. They're still investigating the 2020 election.
And anyhow, they go on to make a long story short. They're talking about how they used the U.S. Post Office to send out all of these phony ballots. And, of course, you know, the Post Office gave Camelock their endorsement.
Unsurprisingly, the group was spawned with the funding from the U.S. Postal Service Union, which stands to gain from any efforts to turn the nation's mail delivery service into the Democratic primary ballot delivery machine. So this is something we're going to have to keep an eye on in the future, aren't we? And then another question about registration incident in Pennsylvania. A woman identified in Luzerne County dumped piles of applications on the last day of registration. The same woman who ran out of paper ballots in the 2022 election here on Friday in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, city officials announced that they were investigating massive, massive fraudulent voter registration operation, investigation involving thousands of fraudulent voter registrations. That woman's name, this is from former Luzerne County Director of Elections Beth McBride, was identified as the individual who recently dropped off piles and piles of ballot registrations on the last day. So there you go. You want to bet she was a Democrat? Yeah, well, another one. It's always the Democrats always.
Yeah, I know. I've got four stories here. It's all painstaking progress. Pennsylvania County gives update on probe of suspicious batch of voter forms. At least 17 percent of the suspicious ballots have been confirmed as fraudulent. They're still working on the others. They haven't gone through them yet. Lancaster County, there were twenty five hundred registration mail and applications flagged as suspicious. And they were talking about many of them are incomplete, unverified, and many of them are under investigation. And they said it's the process of vetting these is painstaking. It takes some time, but noted the forms in question had false names, duplicative handwriting or unverifiable or incorrect. Identifying information.
And it goes on and on. So there you have another one in Pennsylvania. A citizen in New York had his ballot was stolen and cast without his knowledge. And he was informed by election officials that the illegal cast vote will count. Now, this guy, Mike Minner, Minner, Minor, said he found out when he tried to vote, he was told he'd already voted.
And 2020 election. That's what happened. A number of people called me and said the same thing happened to them. They they went in to vote and they were told they already voted. Well, the trouble is, the way they said the law is that the election officials told him that that vote has already been in and tabulated. And they realized it was fraudulent because the signature on the ballot didn't match his real signature. So he got a provisional ballot. But the thing that really made him mad is they said, according to law, there was no way to go through and find it.
And that has to be count. So it's because and why? Because officials don't require IDs for a vote. You have to have an ID to do anything, go to a political rally, cash, you name it. You have to have a photo ID except to vote. And that's why this kind of shenanigans goes on, because they don't make people prove who they are. And it will continue until we go back to a paper ballot where you have to go and show an ID to vote.
One day voting, not one, not a month, but one day, you know, voting. There's no saying, you know, worked well. If it's not broke, don't fix it. Right. Right. For years and years, it worked very well.
They were sick or in the hospital or overseas. They had, you know, set up for those people so you could vote. Right. Yeah. And businesses had to let you off work to vote.
So the system worked extremely well for all those years. All right. Breaking O'Keefe Media Group undercovers Philadelphia. This is today. City Commissioner's Office tells non-citizens they can vote if they are Philly residents. There you go.
Yeah. Philadelphia City Commissioner's Office was caught in an undercover video telling non-citizens they can vote if they are Philly residents. This is why the Biden-Harris corrupt regime has flooded the U.S. with nearly 20 million illegal aliens to vote. Non-government organizations, NGOs, CB was caught telling non-citizens they can vote if they have a ITIN number. They are telling people that all they need is what is called the ITIN number and you can vote if you are not a citizen of the United States.
There you go. I mean, you know, Pennsylvania is trying to beat out Arizona for voter fraud. Yeah, for voter fraud.
Yep. Well, even in Alabama, they were having voting sites, had problems with the voting machines. They had to, two tabulators were broken at the Hawkins Park Recreation Center in Birmingham, delayed the voting. One tabulator had to be replaced by mid-morning and officials were still unsure, last I heard, whether or not the second machine would also have to be replaced.
In the same county, another place, Center Point Community Center, reported that two of its machines were broken. And in St. Clair County, voting delayed because of misprinted ballots, missing statewide amendments and local things. And the Judge Andrew Worthington, the appropriate judge there in St. Clair, said, this is not an oversight on our part. It is not something that was not checked. And we proved all these ballots months ago. In other words, there are fake ballots in there already. And the appropriate judge is saying this is something fishy because we checked all this months ago. Everything was complete. Everything was there.
So the, you know, cheating goes on, folks. But how do those machines, McTernan, how do those machines know that they're in a red area, conservative area, to break down? Because it seems like only, they only happen in the red areas, huh? Yeah, Pastor Ernie, we had that here in, I live in Harris County in Texas. And the last election, like weird things happened in every precinct that would have been, you know, real strong, conservative and voting the right way and all. And they said, well, the repairman is coming and it will be fixed. He never came. They ran out of paper. All right, the paper is coming.
It never came. So there was like seven and it was all in conservative precincts. So it's just your corruption. Did you notice, though, that it's only programs like this one that pick up on that? Did you notice that NBC, ABC, CBS, they never noticed that at all, do they? Notice what? All you hear is crickets. Crickets. Yeah.
You know, and I have to laugh. It's like some of these here, like Spectrum One News and when they're doing what they're doing right tonight, the election, they're trying to put on a face like, but you can tell it's really a strain on them that, you know, that Trump is winning in all these areas. They're supposed to be fair and balanced, but they really can't do it. It's killing them to see things being done legally, to see things being done straight up and, you know, where they can't cover it up.
It's unbelievable. So we really need, John, before you got here, I was hoping you'd get here earlier because we prayed, you know, for tonight's election because, you know, like they're saying, and one of the, that Jamie, I have an article here where he, Raskin, is saying don't worry about it. If Trump wins, it's not a problem because they've got a plan on how to make sure he never gets back to the White House.
Let me see that article. What we were talking about using, trying to use the Fourteenth Amendment, in other words, here's their plan, but it don't look like it's going to happen to them because when is it? On January 6th, the Congress gets sworn in, do they not? No, I think they're sworn in before that last turning. Okay, I thought it was right on January 6th on that day.
Yeah, maybe you're right. The Congress gets sworn in, yeah, before the President. Yeah, he gets sworn in on the 20th. Yeah, but they're sworn in before they approve the election. I know, okay, well I thought it was, yeah, but it's the same day.
That I didn't, well let me see, let me look this up. I'm pretty sure it is, but anyhow, because what they're saying is that they expect to pick up some extra seats in the Congress and vote to charge Trump with insurrection, but here, let me see, I've got it, right here it is. January 3rd. Oh, it's the 3rd? Well, I thought it was on the 6th, but anyhow.
Hold on, hold on. January 3rd, Congress convenes, Representatives elect Senators, Senator elect to be sworn in to the Congress. I'm a little confused following this. Well, maybe they get certified on the 6th. No, Congress is sworn in on the 3rd.
Yeah, I know. On the 6th is when they vote to ratify the election. Okay. Well, once that happens, then they can go ahead and take a vote, right?
Yes, yes. Okay, so I think that's what they're talking about. Let me just read the article to you. Democrats unveiled dark, diabolical plans to prevent President Trump from retaking the White House, even if he wins. With results from the 2024 presidential election, now eminent Democrats have been vocal in their plans to subvert the will of the American people and prevent former President Donald Trump from retaking the White House if he pulls out a win over his Democratic rival Kamala Harris. In February, an opinion piece by Russell Berman published by the Atlantic, it details how the Democrats could try to disqualify Trump if the U.S. Supreme Court didn't declare Trump ineligible to run for President. The 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution bars anyone who has engaged in insurrection against the U.S., those found guilty of such an act, are unable to run for civil, military, or elected office without first gaining the approval of at least two-thirds of the House and the Senate.
Okay, let me... Right, but they forget that he was not found guilty of insurrection. They're just, he's guilty because they say he's guilty, but there was, you know, nothing to support that. Well, Berman states that during the end of the Supreme Court's arguments concerning Trump's exclusions from the Colorado ballot as an instrumentalist, Attorney Jason Murray, who represented the Colorado voters, told the justices that they would have another J-6 situation on their hands if they refused to disqualify Trump. Murray told Berman that the decision would come back with a vengeance when Congress meets to count and certify the Electoral College votes.
According to Murray, a Trump win would cause a constitutional crisis in Congress where Democrats would have to choose whether they confirm someone they believe is ineligible or defy the will of the people. The will of the people, of course, well, that's not a problem for them. They'll defy the will of the people all day long because, quote, they believe there's no proof, no nothing. So, again, I think a lot of it's hyped to scare people. You know, they're saying if Trump declares himself the winner before, no, what's going to happen to different media, people are, you know, the different news medias are watching and declaring who the winners are.
It's not going to be, you know, the candidates. So, again, they twist everything. Everything is a twist. Everything is a lie.
Everything is a deceit. U.S. Rep. Jamie Raskin, communist from Maryland, said the Supreme Court is refusing to do its job by pretending Section 3 of the 14th Amendment doesn't exist, and the justices' refusal to interpret the meaning of the amendment will lead to a civil war. Jamie Raskin, you're the one who should be tried for treason.
Yeah. They came out and they're calling the conservatives to the hallmark characteristics of a fascist political party. Remember, despite the fact that the House Democrats are trying to prevent Trump from being inaugurated, so, you know, they're talking out both sides of their mouths at the same time.
They're going to have it both ways if he wins or loses. So, I'm just getting sick of the hype. Okay. Well, I'm looking now. It looks like Trump's got 151 compared to her 97. I got 210 to 113 right now. I've got 212 to 119 on FOX.
Okay. What did I just see? 212 to 119. That must be Congress.
The numbers, I can just see the screen from where I'm at is big. Yeah, 119 to 212. Yeah, that's Electoral College.
Yeah. And in the Senate we've picked up one. We've got 49 Republicans to 40 Democrats. And we're ahead in several states like Pennsylvania. McCormick is ahead in Pennsylvania, in Iowa.
Marino is ahead of Brown. And in Michigan, Rogers is ahead by a couple. And in Wisconsin, the Republican Hovde, I don't know how you pronounce his name, he's ahead.
And so right now we're looking pretty good on paper. I just wish somebody would replace McConnell. What if we had an actual real speaker who was an actual Republican in the Senate? He is. He's retiring. Right. He's retiring, yeah. Well, that is great. Who's running for that seat? Do you remember?
No. Well, whoever it is, I'm hoping it's, you know. What state's he from? McConnell. Kentucky. Kentucky. Kentucky. Yeah. Okay, Kentucky, then it would be, well, it said he's not up until 26 is what it says here. Well, there you go. If we've got him for two more years, yuck.
Yeah, that's, you know, that's a real problem there. But maybe they'll retire him because he's, you know, he's been... Way too long. He's gotten corrupted while he was...
