This is what's right, what's left, with Pastor Ernie Sanders. Good evening and welcome to another edition of What's Right, What's Left, the Voice of the Christian Resistance. And tonight, my producer is none other than the mighty Andrew. Good evening. Good evening, mighty Andrew.
You ready to go? A little bit. All right, a little bit. All right. And so the title of the message is: "I Have Fought a Good Fight, I Have Finished My Course, and I Have Kept the Faith." And we're going to start tonight in Second Timothy chapter four.
And so we read, "I charge thee, therefore, before God and the Lord Jesus Christ." The Apostle Paul is talking to Timothy here, and actually that term used "charge" was a military term, and when you received a charge. The only way you would be relieved of that charge, if whoever it was giving you the charge relieved you, or if you died, that was the way it worked. And so, it's a serious situation where Paul says, "I charge you." That means, Timothy, I'm expecting you to get this done. He says, "I charge thee there before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge." This is interesting. The quick and the dead at his appearing, and at his kingdom.
And so, here now, what he's referring to, the quickened means those that have received the spirit, those that are been born again, been saved. They have the second life. But here, the dead are those that have not. Been quickened, have not been born again, and he says that he's going to be judged at the appearing and his kingdom, and that's when the Lord Jesus comes to establish his eternal kingdom here on earth. And so, Revelation twenty twelve through fourteen, in fact, then he says.
Preach the word. Be instant in season, and out of season.
Now that means when the opportunity arises to preach the word, take it.
Okay, and he's saying, reprove, rebuke, and exhort with all long-suffering and doctrine.
Now. You don't have to be a preacher to do this. You're to know what God's word, the Bible says, to study yourself to be approved. But whenever the opportunity, and that means the opportunity, look over the years, that opportunity for me. Has occurred out there on the streets, often in front of those bloody abortion mills, and we've had people get saved out there coming to kill, and instead of becoming a murderer, they've left being saved.
Why?
Well, because of this, because they preach the word instant in season, out of season, reprove, rebuke, exhort, with all long-suffering and doctrine.
Now. There's times when they say, "Well, no, you'll be no, no preaching done here." Well, like Peter says in Acts five twenty eight, we must obey God rather than man. And I've gone to jail for doing exactly that. Being out there at the right time, I'm preaching the word of God, and. Get arrested for it.
In fact, I'm the only preacher actually know that was thrown in jail for preaching and thrown out of jail for preaching. Because you know, when when I got inside there, you know, the the opportunity gave itself and. And when it says "be instant in season, now season," and I gave them the word of God in there, and it was a little bit too much for them, and they threw me out of jail because of the preaching. But anyhow, folks, that's exactly what it means when he says "be instant in season." Whenever the opportunity, be ready to move. Reprove—that means you correct those that are teaching or preaching or have a wrong idea or don't understand Scripture.
Rebuke—that is, you do exactly that. Those that are preaching a false doctrine, you are to rebuke them to their face for doing it, and exhort.
Now, when I was Ordained well many many years ago, as a young preacher, my gift they they said my gift was a gift of exhortation that exhorting other people to action was my gift, and some of them really I'll be honest with you, some of those old preachers didn't didn't like that too much because. I was exhorting them to get out and stand up and get get the job done, and a lot of them just wanted to stay in that comfort zone. And so here, it's not about us; it's about being obedient to the Lord, from Genesis to Revelation. The one thing God insisted on more than anything else was obedience. Exhort with all long suffering.
That means, don't get all impatient. It's it's you're in this is for the long the long run. It's not not something that's going to happen overnight. With long suffering and doctrine.
Now that's very important. Doctrine. We word God's word does not return void.
Sometimes it seems like it's not. Moving, but it does. It does, like like God's His word will do exactly what He intends it to do. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine. Folks, that time has been here for a long, long time.
That time has really been here for a long time. Here, when we take a look at the, you see the Word of Faith movement. You know, those that preach that repentance is not necessary for salvation. That repentance is not necessary for salvation. Then you've got the universal salvation.
Out there, the cult—it's a cult out there—that are preaching that everybody gets saved, repentance is not necessary, and again, that is very, very, very far from what God's Word, the Bible teaches. Then you have the apostate church out there, people like Al Sharpton who actually says that the Bible condones abortion. Are those to say, well, the Bible condones sodomy? In other words, those that they try to justify the very sins that God's Word, the Bible, in no uncertain terms, condemns, calls an abomination. Yet.
Many in the world and national council of churches, the Apostate Church, United Church of Christ, United Methodist, a number of these Episcopal, liberal Lutheran churches, they have gone so far away from the teaching. We see that with Rick Warren and the so-called purpose-driven church. Warren, and we warned you about Warren, that he was that his whole books were very cleverly crafted deception. And I know that a number of pastors were angry with me for doing that. And then, finally, when he came out with Chrysalm, then they finally saw the light.
They started to wake up, and. Again, so you have, where he says, for they will, for the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers having itching ears. Those like the prosperity preachers, they want to know what it is you want to hear, and some of those prosperity churches, like with Rick Warren for example, they'll have several different venues. What they call venues of worship, you know, they they send out questionnaires, they question and flyers, they ask people, "What is it you want to hear preached?" Instead of you taking God's word, the Bible, and preaching what God's word, the Bible sent them to preach. They they say, "No, we want to know what you want to hear.
We'll provide a venue. We'll and we'll provide." Preaching what you want to hear. We just got to know what it is you want to hear, and whatever it takes to get you in the door, and money in the offering plate, that's what we'll do.
Okay, and that's what he's talking about here. Those teachers having engineers, and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and they shall be turned into fables. Boy, that's exactly. That's exactly what has happened. But watch thou, in all these things, endure the afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, and make full proof of the ministry.
Here, when you're making full proof of the ministry. A very good example of that. We often talk about the black-robed regiment. That's exactly what those those men did. Under under pretty hard conditions, they made full proof of the ministry.
What does that mean?
Well, that means here.
Well, that means means street preaching. If you if it takes you to street preaching, out there, pro life activities like I'm doing right here now, right now on the radio, making full proof of the gospel on the radio or TV. Obviously, in the church. Whatever, wherever you can make the most of it, wherever you can make the most good, you can reach the most people with the gospel. That's what he's talking about here.
Do the work of an evangelist to make full proof of the ministry, and then he goes on to say, "Here, for I am now ready to be offered." And the time of my departure is at hand, and the Lord had made it very clear to the Apostle Paul that it was time that he would soon be martyred. And here's what, and what we're gonna say here, folks, should be the goal of every one, every one of us out there, every one of you listening. You really want to be able to, to say these three verses. And have it applied to you. First of all, we need to make to to be sure that our salvation is sure.
That's the very first thing we need to do: is really make sure our salvation is sure. And because our souls, yours and mine, could be required. Of us, any time. As you get older, you are more cognizant of that, more and more, and and situations too. When your health starts to fail you, then you become more and more concerned about that, or cognizant, realizing that you know you might not have tomorrow.
When you're young and healthy and romping around, you feel all that energy. You feel like you're going to just live forever. But when you get older and things start changing, it's like in Ecclesiastes chapter twelve, that old house. That's that. That I'm that old house, folks.
Anyhow, we need to be ready. We need to make our salvation sure. Here, when he goes on to say, "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. Henceforth, there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, thy righteous Judge, shall give me at that day, and not to me only." But unto all of them also that love His appearing.
So, I can honestly say, I can honestly say that I have the satisfaction of being able to say that I have. Given it my very, very best.
Now, it hasn't been perfect by a long shot, but I've never held back. I have finished my course, and now I'm ready to receive my just reward. And all of these years, and over fifty years of service, I can honestly say. I've never given it anything other than my best, and that's what you do when you're doing the Lord's work. And saying that should be the goal for all of us to be able to to say that.
And well, I can tell you what—it's just a real good feeling, just a really good feeling when you're able to do that. You know. The times we're living in today, we have people out there that are whining. I've heard some of them recently about the high gas prices. I've had some heard.
There are some say, "Well, you know." I'm not. I'm not really happy with Trump now. I can never vote for a Democrat, so I'll just, I'll just stay home. I won't vote at all, and show his show my displeasure.
Well, I can tell you this. Here, whatever whatever happened to, when the going gets tough, the tough get going. My question to these those folks out there that are complaining, talking about staying home, you see, you say, "Well, you can never vote for a Democrat." Well, if you don't vote for a good person, you are voting for a Democrat. My question is this: Have you so quickly forgotten about the closed borders? Remember all of those illegal aliens.
We haven't had any new illegal aliens coming in. That's right, folks. Do you really miss the murderers, all of the murderers that Joe Biden brought in? What about all the rapists, thousands of rapists that Joe Biden brought in, child molesters? Do you miss that?
I mean, is is high gas prices? Does that mean more to you? Than the fact that crime has been cut down, and now they're going after the fraudsters, all of those that have literally taken billions and billions in dollars, of tax dollars, defrauded other people, defrauded our government. Your your tax dollars that could have gone to social security, and they're giving it to illegal aliens that aren't even citizens. Have you forgot about that?
Have you forgot about the what is it, thirty million illegals that Joe Biden turned loose on us? Have you already forgotten how the the brightest and the best were purged from our military? Because they refused to have the COVID kill shots, they refused to take them. They stood their ground. You know, with all these young people dying from myocarditis, they said, "No, I'm not going to take those shots.
I don't want to die from that." Okay, because they would not accept the lesser person status for being a Christian. Of being a conservative, under Joe Biden and under that traitorous, traitorous General Milley. What a traitor he was! He should have been court-martialed. And Austin too.
They both should have been court-martialed. Yeah, they they refused. The best and the brightest. They refused to. To accept the transgender ideology forced upon them, they refuse to accept the LGBTQ with getting special status.
You know, the transgenders. If you were getting your transgender surgery or hormones or whatever, you didn't have to go to combat. You couldn't be called. You could. You could set out, and just set back and and do your repulsive.
Thing under the Biden, because they were so corrupt, so completely morally corrupt. Have you forgot about the drag queens that they allowed on the military bases? On military bases where they had nurseries and schools, they allowed these drag queens, these abominable, abominable drag queens, to come and pervert the children. Molest them. Do you remember woke?
The woke ideology, where people didn't know what a woman was, where there were I don't know how many different genders. All of this they were pushing. This there was everywhere you turned. Even the corporations were pushing woke.
Well, we pushed it right back at 'em, folks. To remember, DEI, and all of that. Those military people, the brightest and the best, they refused to accept that they were above that. They were not so morally degenerate. Have you forgotten about the J Sixers, the Patriots, that spent four years in the communist-run jails and prisons?
There were sixteen hundred Patriots, American Patriots, spent four years in these communist-run prisons and jails. For simply exercising their First Amendment rights, they were doing what they should have done to be out to protest. Had it not been for a situation that we had, that I would have been there with them. But we had a situation where the two guys that had the, the van to take us both became very ill. Have you forgotten about Ashley Babbitt, who was murdered?
She was murdered, shot at point blank range. By a dirty, cowardly Democratic cop named Michael Bird, a dirty, cowardly Democratic cop. What did he? He got promoted. He got promoted by the Democrats, by nasty Pelosi and that crew, for for murdering an unarmed young woman.
That that really should have brought him up to the ranks in the Democratic Communist Party. I mean that really boasted his sleaze factor. He murdered that young woman in cold blood. He never spent a day in prison. But I can tell you what.
He's not going to get away from God. What about Roseanne Boylan? Roseanne was beaten to death. She was a an innocent lady, Christian lady, beaten to death by another dirty cop named Layla Morris, and others. She was literally beaten to death.
Went down and then. She was trampled by angry underfoot. Jake Lane tried to cover her with his own body, but by then it was too late. Have you forgotten about that? You that are saying you're going to stay home because of high gas prices.
Have you forgotten about the pro-life? Protesters who were jailed. One, one Holocaust survivor, an elderly woman, was given ten years for simply praying outside a bloody whorehouse of death, abortion mill. By, by, absolutely, completely corrupt prosecutors, completely, completely corrupted prosecutors. Merrick Garland.
In that whorehouse of an injustice department, they were completely corrupted. These Christian women were were arrested. And put in prison for praying outside of an abortion mill. The prosecutors were completely corrupt. I mean, you know, they must have a good place and high ranking in hell.
Have you forgotten about the parents that were arrested? At school board meetings for protesting, boys in the girls' showers, boys in the girls' bathrooms.
Now we had a situation in our local area. We went down, and none of Biden's corrupt FBI. Remember, he had the Dirty Thirty, corrupt FBI agents. Out there, the ones that raided Merrillargo. I mean, folks, you know, we're looking at total corruption.
And here are these parents; they were told to harass and arrest. There was one man whose daughter was in the shower in the school after athletics and. A boy who was feeling that day that he was a girl decided that that day he was a girl, so he could go into the girls' shower. And then when he got in there and saw the naked girl, decided now he's a boy again, and went after her, tried to rape her. And this boy's father was there at the school board.
To protest them allowing that to happen, and he was arrested and beaten up by cops, and removed. You know, when you look at what would have happened had. Biden actually been reelected. I have no doubts in my mind that by now we would be in a bloody civil war, this country, because he would have been going after homeschoolers. And by the way, they kicked in the doors of a number of homes homeschoolers under that Biden regime.
They kicked in the doors of a number of homeschoolers in the middle of the night because they were actually teaching their children.
So you, you out there that say, "Well, I'm not going to vote because I'm angry at higher gas prices." Well, let me tell you what: when you when you don't vote for the right person, you are voting for the wrong. You let the Democrats get back in. Oh, you won't worry. Have to worry about high gas prices. There won't be very little gas available.
I remember when Jimmy Carter was in office, the gas lines that we had. People were waiting for hours in line just to get gas. Oh, let me tell you something here. They want to do away with gasoline-powered engines, gasoline-powered lawnmowers.
So, if you think, if you think that you've got it bad now, you let the Democrats get back in office.
Now, you remember, folks, under communism, you know, under capitalism, if you have a situation where. You don't have enough food to feed all the people.
Well, you grow more food. Under communism, look at what they've done in China. Look what they've done in Russia. Look what they've done in Vietnam. Look what they've done in North Korea.
Under communism, if you don't have enough food, you eliminate people. You depopulate the people. And you say what now? Come on, Pastor. I know that.
I know the Stalin, but we're not like Russia, and we're like not like North Korea, and we're not like a Vietnam or Cuba. Folks, a communist is a communist.
Now ask yourself this: When that absolutely. Abominable, abominable, corrupt legislator, state legislator in New York. When they pass legislation saying you can kill a baby, you can destroy one of the most innocent right up into birth. That you can continue with child sacrifice, and that's exactly what this is: is child sacrifice. When they got that, they celebrated.
That corrupt, perverted governor Cuomo, that man that's evil, evil to the core. They they had a party. They celebrated. We can kill innocent babies now. Cowardly men, whoresh women, celebrating killing of innocent children.
Well, you know, in our society, we don't look at it that way. God does. You see, God looks at it that way. If you don't believe me, read His book. And guess what?
I got news for you. You're going to be standing before him on Judgment Day. Actually, you'll be on your knees. They did the same thing in Virginia. They did the same thing in Massachusetts.
And now they want to do the same thing in New Jersey. But they went even further in California. Even further, they said, "Look, we'll give you twenty-eight days after the baby's born for child sacrifice." They said, "Let's go all the way in the ultimate evil, folks." If you say, if you think. That these communists here aren't as bad as those in Russia or those in China or those in Cuba. You have another thing coming, believe me.
You have another thing coming. 'Cause they're every bit as bad, maybe even worse. I want to go over to Hebrews chapter. Eleven. In Hebrews chapter eleven, starting with verse thirty, by faith the walls of Jericho fell down after they were compassed about seven days.
We're talking about having faith here and trusting the good Lord. Let me tell you. Can you imagine being one of those out there? And Joshua says, "Come on, we're gonna we're gonna march around Jericho, in this hot sun." And then the the enemy up on the wall, they're looking down and they're saying, "What kind of fools are you people? You think our walls are gonna fall because you're walking around them?
Be our guest, right?" And so the first day you walked around all day. Second day, all day, nothing's happening. Nothing's happening. Third day, the same time, same thing. You don't think the people were starting to get a tad bit discouraged?
But not all. Not all.
Some of them. Were real heroes of the faith. By faith, the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace. Here, this woman was a whore. They would have stoned her, but she.
You know what? God looks upon the heart of a person. She had faith in God. She stuck her neck out. She said, "Yes, I I believe in this God of Israel.
I will help the spies." Now, had she been caught, her and her family would not have died a quick death. You know they they treat the spies treasonous spies pretty harsh, but she her faith said, you know what I'm gonna I'm gonna stick my neck out. I'm gonna I'm gonna obey the law, the God of Israel. And because of that, God spared her and her family. What shall I more say for the time would fail me to tell Gideon?
Well, you remember Gideon. When the Lord came to see Gideon, and he says, "O man of valor," and Gideon looked up and says, "Well, do you see what I'm doing here?" He was down in a wine press, hiding, thrashing wheat, hiding, because the enemies would come by and raid him and take all their food. He says, "Man of valor, you see what I'm doing." And the Lord says, "Well, now you're going to be bold, and you're going to be brave. And here's what you're going to do." Well, first Gideon was he wanted a sign, you know. But when he saw what the Lord could do, he did become bold.
He did become brave, and he did some astonishing things. Like defeated about fifty thousand with three hundred men, who through faith subdued kingdoms.
Well, what about Beric? Remember Beric. Remember, the only woman judge was Deborah, and Beric was a judge. Very total. Look here.
I've got an army to to run, a military to run. You're a very smart woman, very smart lady. You have to take on the responsibility of doing the judging of people.
So I can fight the war against our enemies. And that's exactly what he did. And of course, you know about Samson and Jephthah, of David and Samuel. All of those and the prophets—they were all bold heroes of the faith, who through faith they subdued kingdoms, they wrought righteousness, they obtained promises, they stopped the mouths of lions.
Well. Daniel stopped the mouths of lions one way, and Samson did it in a different way. But they both stopped the mouths of lions, quenched the violence of the fire. Oh, that was Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. They did that in an amazing way.
Escaped the edge of the sword. Out of weakness, were made strong. Waxed valiant, fight to fight and turn to fight the armies of the aliens. That's what we're doing, folks. Here, we've been fighting the armies of the aliens, and praise the good Lord that we have a leader, a president, that has the courage to do what needs to be done.
And you folks say you'll stay home because of high gas prices? Hey, listen. Trump might not be.
Well, he's got his faults, like all of us. But I'm going to tell you one thing. He's done more than any other president in my lifetime for this country. He actually, someone who actually does things. Women receive their dead raised to life again.
Remember the widow of Zarephath, where Elijah. Told him go get me some food, and and she said we're we're out of food, and I've just got this little left. It's my death meal for my son. I'm going to give it to him, and then we'll die. He said, No, you won't either, because he's going to have plenty.
You go get it to me, and I'll take care of that. And he did. Raised him from the dead. There were others who were tortured, not accepting deliverance, that they may obtain a better resurrection. You know, we always hear about the Christian heroes of the faith, the martyrs, all these people here.
We were talking about mostly all Jewish. These were all Jewish martyrs, heroes of the faith. But when it says not accepting deliverance. You have the Maccabees. Do you remember the Maccabees?
Described how many, many of the faithful Jews were tortured to death, even though they could have received deliverance. All they had to do is deny the the Lord. Yahweh. All they had to do was deny God, and they, they would have been, would have received deliverance. But they didn't.
In fact, they were offered wealth, riches. Not only would have they received deliverance, but they were offered riches if they would only recant and renounce their faith. And of course. That's exactly what happened later on with the Christians, and today the anti-Christian, anti-Jew—the rhetoric out there is growing, and we're heading for some very, very interesting times. Believe me.
It goes on, and others had a trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds of imprisonment. They were stoned like Stephen. Stephen was stoned. They were sawn asunder. That was Isaiah the prophet was sawn under by that wicked, wicked.
King Manasseh, sawed in half. They wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins, being destitute and afflicted and tormented, of whom the world was not worthy. They wandered in dens and in mountains, and in dens and in caves of the earth. Remember the hundreds, by fifties. That were kept in caves when Jezebel, when Jezebel, they put the word out to find all of God's prophets and kill them.
Now let me ask you this: If Hillary Clinton had the power to kill off all of the pastors, In this country, you think that she would hesitate for a minute? Believe me, I know personally. When it comes to me, she wouldn't hesitate for a minute if she had the power to do that. They were stoned. They were sawn asunder.
They were tempted. They were slain with sword. They wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins, being destitute, afflicted, and tormented, of whom the world was not worthy. They wandered in deserts and in mountains and in dens and caves of the earth. All of these, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise.
God, having provided some better thing for us. That they, without us, should not be made perfect. In other words, that's complete. They would not be able to be a part of the resurrection. Remember when the Lord said of John the Baptist that of men born of women, and and up until recently, all.
All of the men were born of women, but the Democrats think that they can, well, they can change that. But anyhow, folks. But he said, of men born of women, there was none greater, none greater than John the Baptist. But then he said, but one born again, one born again. Bible believing, a born again Christian would be greater than John the Baptist.
What was he talking about? God having provided some better things for us, that without us we should not be made perfect. He's talking about the new covenant. The new covenant is what he's referring to. And where's that?
Well, let me take you over to Hebrews chapter seven, for example. By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason. But this man, because he continued, ever hath an unchangeable priesthood; wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost. They came into God by seeing him; he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
Christ is able also to establish you. To do exceedingly abundantly in all that we ask of him, or think, to subdue all things unto himself, and to keep us from falling. Jude, verse twenty four. And then, Hebrews eight, verse seven. For if the first covenant had been faultless.
Then should no place have been sought for the second. For finding fault with them, he saith, "Behold, the days come," saith the Lord, "when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah. Not according to the covenant that I had made with their fathers in the day when I took them up by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt." Because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them, not saith the Lord. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel, after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws unto their mind, and write them in their hearts, and I will be. To them a God, and they will be to me a people.
And they shall not teach every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord, for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
Well, they they would actually inscribe this right on their staffs. A lot of times, the writings of the laws of the Lord, and they also used the staffs to actually keep like a calendar or a diary, if you will. He said, "For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness and their sins and their iniquities, and I will remember no more." He's saying that we're going to be judged under the spirit and not the letter of the law, under the spirit and not the letter of the law, under this new covenant. And he saith, a new covenant he hath made, the first old.
Now that which is decayed and waxes old is ready to vanish away.
So that was the old, and what is that old that's ready to vanish away? For those that are saved, but those that are not. We'll be judged under the old the law, the letter of the law. Over in Hebrews chapter ten, I went. We take a look at.
Where we first. To let me go back. Here I'm going to go back to. Chapter nine. As we look at this.
Neither by the blood of goats, or calves. But by his own blood, he entered into entered once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. For if the blood of bulls and of goats and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling unclean sanctifieth to the purifying of flesh, how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit of fear offered himself without spot to God. Purge your consciences from the dead works, to serve the living God. For this cause, he that is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called, might receive.
The promise of eternal inheritance. For where a testament is, there must also, of necessity, be the death of the testator, for a testament is of force after men are dead; otherwise, it is of no strength at all while the testator lives. Whereupon, neither the first. Testament was dedicated without blood, for when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats with water and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled them, both the book and all the people, saying, "This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you." Moreover, he sprinkled with the blood both the tabernacle and all the vessels of the ministry, and almost all things are by the law purged with blood, and without shedding of blood is no remission. It was therefore necessary, therefore, that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these.
But the heavenly things themselves, which with better sacrifices than these, for Christ did not enter into the holy place made with hands, which are the figures of the true, but into heaven itself, not to appear in the presence of God for us. Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entered into the holy place every year with the blood of others. For then must be often have suffered since the foundation of the world, but now, once in the end of the world, hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrificing of himself. And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but then, this the judgment.
So Christ was once offered, to bear the sins of many, and to them that look for him shall he appear, the second time, without sin unto salvation. I didn't catch that, Andy. Oh, okay. And so, folks, there. You know when.
God was never really happy with all the the sacrifice of all those animals, and let me tell you, the the sacrifice that the animals they did only covered the sin and never took the sin away. It never took; it just covered that sin until until they had sinned again. And but He was never never happy. But and let me tell you, there were millions, and probably billions of of animals killed and sacrificed. This was this was coming.
This was a prelude. This was a prelude to one of the greatest events that ever took place in history, and that was the. The cross of Calvary. They showed you back in during the Exodus when they sacrificed the lamb. They they were showing you what was coming, preparing the people for a long, long time for the coming sacrifice that would take away the sins of the world.
And for all these years, we were preaching, and the vast majority of people in this world, where God gives everybody an opportunity to repent, everyone has an opportunity to repent, everyone has an opportunity to avoid that burning lake of fire. But the vast majority of people, the vast majority of people walking on this earth today, are going to end up in that lake of fire. Not because they weren't given every opportunity to avoid that. You say, "Well, you know, Pastor, I I hear what you are saying, but I don't know if I necessarily believe." Believe me, you will. You will.
You say one thing about God; He always does what He says, and we have absolute documentation—a lot of documentation—for the last six thousand years. With eight hundred, eighteen hundred prophecies, probably ninety-eight percent or ninety-nine have already come to come to pass. Exactly when, exactly where, exactly how, you got over six thousand years of actual, factual fulfillment, documented history. Literally spelled out, and yet the vast majority of people, well, like he says, Hosea 4:6, my people are destroyed. They're destroyed for lack of knowledge.
I hope you're not one of them. I hope you repent of your sin. I hope you prayed to the Father and asked for forgiveness of sin. I hope you ask the Lord Jesus Christ to come into your life to be the Lord of your life, all of your life, without any reservation. I hope you do that, because you see, as God Himself said, "Let God be true, and all men liars." Folks, God who cannot lie, God who.
Has done exactly, has done, is doing, and will do exactly what he said.
So repent, call by the name of the Lord Jesus, receive eternal life while you can. Don't forget, you're not promised a new tomorrow.
