Thanks. you know, some people get turned on when he gets going, but you know I got thinking about that, and I think, well. If I keep doing that, I'm liable to turn him into a politician, and I wouldn't want that. I don't want that either. But you wouldn't want it either, huh?

We've had some difficulties weather wise, so I'm doing this not in the studio, I'm doing it from remote out here tonight. From what I understand right now, there's another storm hitting Cleveland. Um I just kind of A flash here.
So How's the weather there, Star? It's clear here for a moment being. All right, I hope we can make it through the program tonight. In fact, let's open up in prayer. Heavenly Father, Lord God, we just would ask again.

Or we've had we've had all the excitement we need. Lord, we just would ask, Father God, Lord, that you would just give us A nice calm. radio program tonight with without all of the excitement we've been having out here. Man. Yeah, Wendy, we've had I mean, we had some weather come through here. It was a Really Really nasty, and I mean it blew in. branches up against I I thought they were gonna come right through the walls. Luckily we did we never even had one window broken.
But we had one heck of a flood. And by God's grace. We had very little damage which which uh Just amazing. But uh I hear we. We're going to be getting rain for the next four or five days.
Boy, we don't need that. But anyhow. We better get to the message to And But here The message. Do do you remember the title of the message? Are you asking me?
Yeah. No, I was asking you. Yeah Why not? Why would I know the title? I just Joined you.
What's his title? I thought you listened to me all the time. The title is The Emphy. The trial The Crucifixion And the resurrection.
Now, this is the first part. I live preaching the second part this week.
So I'm ready to roll. You ready to roll? Sure. Go ahead.
Okay.
Okay, we're gonna start like I said. We're we're doing I'm actually like you tonight, I'm actually doing this from my phone tonight.
So With that, we're going to start in Luke chapter 20, starting with verse 27. Then came to him certain of the Sadducees. which deny that there Is any resurrection? That's why they call them Sadducees. They don't believe in the resurrection.
That's a joke, right? I guess. Satan master. Moses wrote unto us, If any man's brother die, Do you know what this is? What I'm about to read here?
It's called The liberate the law, the law of the liberate, okay. Having a wife. Did he die without children? and his brothers should take his wife and raise up. said unto his brother, There were therefore seven brothers.
and the first took a wife and died. Without children. And the second took. to her a wife. And he died.
Sidewood. And the third Occur. And in like manner. The seven also. and they left no children and died.
Last of all the woman died also. Therefore In the resurrection, whose wife of them is she? Her seven had her to wife. You know, this here, I'm going to jump over to where that is because That explains it actually better than I do. In the law that they had, that the law Moses gave them because of it.
hardness of their hearts. But over in the Lemoret wall, Here it is, the Deuteronomy chapter 25. His brethren dwell together. And one of them died. And have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without.
Until a stranger Her husband's brother She Williams unto her and take her to him to wife. and performed the duty of a husband.
Well they're under her. And it should be that the firstborn which she beareth shall succeed in this name. of his brother which is dead. That his name be not put out of Israel. We know what they meant by that.
Usually, what they do. They would name the firstborn male after the father. and say the father's name was Joseph, it would be then Joseph. Yeah. Uh It's it's the men.
And if the man like not We take the brother's wife. And let his brother's wife fill up. to the gate and to the elders. And say Now you see this was Would be a real dishonour. Not just to her.
But to the name. And to the family name, if he refused. to take the responsibility. And if the men and Oh. Like not to take his brother's wife, then let his brother's wife go up to the gate and to the elders.
and say, My brothers, Refuses to raise up. unto his brother Hanaid in Israel. And he will not. perform the duty. of my husband's brothers.
And the elders of the city shall call him and speak unto him. And if he stands to it and say I like not to take her. Then shall his brother's wife come Unto him in the presence of the elders. What what they would normally do is stand on the steps of the temple. there was there And boost his shoe his shoe from off his foot.
and spit in his face. And shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto you. It's a man. that will not build up his brother's house. In his name she'll be called in Israel, the house of him that hath His shoe.
Loosed. Hmm.
Well, that that was a That would be A real total dishonor that would fall on him. Forever. You know, this next verse is a very important verse, though. Uh when men strive Um together because you'll you'll hear a lot of uh So these uh Yeah. theologians say that They don't believe that there's a life.
Until the baby take first breath until after their baby's born. Those that In fact, in Ohio here, you just had a wicked, wicked woman rule. That uh That in this case, this woman had the right to k kill her baby. Because Her belief was that maybe wasn't a until after it took its first breath. And so Here, listen to this.
When men start together the one with another and his wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband, out of the hand of him that Spite of him. And he putteth forth his hand and taketh him by Oh, I'm sorry, this is it. That is not the same for verse I was thinking for the game.
So that's a different person. Don't really believe that right now. But any home. The verse I was talking about is this two men strive. And the woman has a she's pregnant.
And Yeah. If the fruit departs from her, if the if the baby's okay, the baby comes out and the baby's no damage. Uh then then the husband will sue the other man. But if the baby died, then that other man has to forfeit his life. And so what does that tell you?
It tells you that here They Under the Lev Leverett law, They considered that baby alive in the womb. And so right. Yeah. Yeah. Well, that was a the seller would that I was about to read.
Really, uh There's something totally different. Here There was another wall. Uh no I have heard law of separation. The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a Willins Garden. Garbage.
For all that do are abominations unto the LORD of thy God. What does that tell you? Uh Okay. about what you have today. The so-called Drag queens.
Right. The Bible says God says a drag queen is an abomination, doesn't it? That's what it says. Yep, let me go back to Where we left off here. Then Jesus says.
The children are And Jesus answered and said unto them, The children of this world, Mary. and are given in marriage. But they Which shall be accounted worthy to obtain The world that means born-again believers, saved people. In the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor given are married. Neither can they die any more.
For they are equal unto the angels. and are the children of God. Being the children of the resurrected.
Now that the dead are raised. Even Moses Sh showed at the bush. But he called the Lord. the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. for he is not the god of the dead.
but of the living. We're all women to him.
So he's telling you there's a theory today that has been around for a while. For a long time, in fact, theologians believed that because we are to be conformed to the very image of Christ. If we are to be conformed to the very image of Christ. And that Christ died at the age of thirty-three, therefore. The theory amongst many theologians is we're all going to appear, all of us adults.
at the age of thirty three.
Now picture this, if you will. Think about this. Think about your Your great-grandparents? your grandparents and your mother and father And then think about your own children. Because God has no grandchildren.
God has no grandchildren. We're all children, and think about your own children. Will all appear. as the same age. Because Time starts all over again.
Then Well actually There's actually going to be no time because we'll live eternally. And so But that's That's quite a An interesting thought, don't you think? Yeah, I was just wondering, um Um, people are speculating that people will be around thirty, thirty three, the age of when Jesus died in heaven and is is that because it's the prime of life? Is that is that why?
Well, no, that's because we are to be conformed to the very image of Christ. And so That means we'll have a glorified body. It'll be seamless. will be heirs with him of the kingdom. And Like I said, that's a theory because That at that age of thirty-three.
And that's how we would appear, the way we would have we would have looked at at the age thirty three, but better.
Okay.
And so But, like I said, the Bible does not actually say that. But it says it in the sense that we are to be conformed to the very image of Christ.
So That's where we get this. What do you think, Wendy? Oh, it sounds plausible. I think it's probably right.
So That'll be interesting. I mean, just think about this, for example. No. Here you're with your parents, right? But you're not like your parents anymore.
They're They're more like your siblings. And Here you're with your adult children. But They're not like your adult children, they're like your siblings. I don't know. That's kind of a a strange thought, isn't it?
Yeah, I guess I guess there yeah, everybody will just kind of be on a equal par, it's not anybody over another. Yeah. We won't be marrying or giving a marriage, though, either.
Okay.
So I mean, won't that it would kind of be strange to be there. With your wife. I've you know, like I've been married fifty-seven years. And just and to know that she's no longer my wife.
Well she's nobody's wife. Really? You know? And and you would be nobody's husband. I know, it's a it's a con an earthly concept.
Maybe it just takes a a heavenly brain to wrap around it. Do you have any natural herbs can help my brain wrap around that?

It's been tough here recently. How's the weather been there in North Carolina, Wendy? Um, it's been Carolina sunny, um, with rain on and off here and there. It's been mostly in the seventies lately. Yeah, we've had it warm here.
This is one of the reasons we're having this This strange weather. It's supposed to be pretty warm here tomorrow. Did did you hear what the weather's going to be tomorrow? I know in Summit it was supposed to be around seventy five. Mm.
Well, I heard it was supposed to hit as much as eighty degrees.
Well, and uh which is not seasonal, but But what happens here, Wendy? Here in Ohio. If you don't like the weather, just wait a few minutes. It'll change. And that's what happens.
Uh it you know, it'll drop. forty degrees overnight or, you know, forty five degrees at times. But is statewide is that statewide or is that just near the water? No, that's that's statewide.
Okay.
you know, in some places it's worse than others, you know. Where I live it's it's it's we really have a beach shift and changes of the weather. But speaking of, um, for Europe, that's enough about the weather. You always got some very, very interesting topics for us.
So what is your very, very interesting topic for tonight?
Well, I thought we'd talk about nicotine. There's some re new research on the metabolic changes that happen if you're using nicotine. And nowadays it's not just, you know, um the vaping and the tobacco smoke, I mean, there's nicotine pouches that people put in their mouths now. I don't know if you're aware of those, but, um, it does have a change on the system. Yeah.
So something pouches. Is that you know, I know that is snuff? Are you talking about snuff?
Well, it's it it's similar application to snuff, but this is in a tiny little pouch and the nicotine's in it and you put it between cheek and gum and it keeps it nice and neat. You you don't have to um You know, you don't have, you know, tobacco juice to spit out and, you know.
So the idea is to give you some ener energy. Energizer? Yeah, it tends to, but you know, science is finding out that tobacco and nicotine have significant impact on the body and most people know about addictive outcomes. but many are not aware of other important things like your organs that are affected.
So there's there's this reason that your health insurance and your life insurance companies want to know if you are a tobacco or nicotine user. As it increases the cost of the coverage.
Now, this information could also be used to also justify increasing the cost of family coverages as well.
Now this was something that I found in the journal Enderkin Society, march twenty twenty six. And they said parental use of nicotine can lead to metabolic changes in the next generation.
So obviously, the changes are transferred through the DNA. They go on to say diabetes is a lifelong condition and treatment and management creates a substantial financial burden.
So we're going to get to that in just a minute. But this was research from the Endrakin Society in Washington, DC this past March. And they found that nicotine not only changes health outcomes in the user, but it also is passed down genetically to the children. Therefore, science is suggesting that addictive substances can alter the metabolic or the metabolism of our next generation.
So this research also involved lab mice. And when the mice came in contact with nicotine, the offspring's metabolic functions regarding sugar, glucose, insulin and liver function was altered.
So this research did get published in the march twenty twenty six Journal of Enderkin Society. And here's another quote from them. They say these shifts may be linked to a higher risk of diabetes and related metabolic diseases. Nicotine exposure in fathers may alter how their children's bodies process sugar that could be linked to diabetes risk.
Now Americans pastor know that the diabetes epidemic is kind of out of control. And according to the CDC, it's an estimated it's estimated that over forty million Americans have diabetes. And according to the medical research, it is possible that there are multiple ways to become diabetic. such as Um eating too much refined sugar, genetics. the possibility of nicotine use.
And also there are some studies, not all agree, but sometimes the childhood vaccines have been suggested to also increase the risk of diabetes.
Now the Endraken Society also said this. If nicotine is contributing to diabetes and other diseases, this is preventable. Reducing behaviors such as smoking and using electronic cigarettes or nicotine pat Pouches would help slow the growing diabetic epidemic. I think this is interesting. Do you see this link?
Yeah. So if science is saying a generation of offspring can be spared diabetes or other health conditions with the elimination of nicotine use, then it may become a health requirement for couples who are using nicotine and want to have children to quit using nicotine products.
Now this is also a study Um this is from Charmo Garcia, he's professor of microbiology and environmental toxicity. He was also involved with the Endrakin Society research. He said Considering the evidence that male exposure can increase the likelihood of their children developing chronic disease, It is critical to incorporate male health into preconception care, which would be right.
So this research team also determined that the negative effects of the study were from the nicotine and not the byproducts or additives found in cigarettes or e cigarettes.
So it's the nicotine itself But they also listed other organ damage.
So here's a study. That was done in March twenty twenty, the National Library of Medicine Center for Biotechnology, and they found that nicotine causes oxidative stress, inflammation and scarring of the liver. In addition, the National Library of Medicine Center for Biotechnology in january twenty twenty three reported nicotine also alters the cholesterol metabolism by reducing bile and reduces the gallbladder And redu reduces the gallbladder's ability from emptying which encourages the formation of gallstones.
So these two studies suggested that nicotine can give users gallbladder and liver disease But that is not all. Studies suggest that nicotine can cause damage to testicular function, the testes. with long term suppression of testosterone levels in men. That was from the january twenty thirteen study also at the National Library of Medicine Center for Biotechnology. And the National Library Center of Medicine said this, smokers generally have a higher risk of lower libido and decreased sexual drive compared to non-smokers.
This also may include erectile dysfunction to the nicotine damaging of the blood vessels and inhibiting blood flow.
So I don't think anybody's been reporting on this kind of stuff. Have you heard this, Pastor? No, but let me let me ask you a quick question too because I know they keep one in these, you know Um clips on on the internet um Every time I'm I'm I try to get into A good program, especially Charles Spurgeon. They run every 15 minutes or so, they'll run the spot, and they're saying that. that the science has recently, science has recently discovered This parasite.
that causes diabetes. And they they show you this like a worm-like little thing. Have you heard anything like this? Yeah, I've I've seen some of that on the Internet, but I haven't really um seen anything in the journal articles lately on that, so I'll keep an eye out though. Yeah, I'm wondering if if there's anything that's real about that, if it's if it's a parasite.
Mm-hmm. Then it's always something to do with vinegar or baking soda that can Can get rid of the parasite, but sometimes there's other things too. And I know that. I know vinegar can be used for a lot of of uh good you know, good things, but um But anyhow. Anyhow, sorry to interrupt.
I just I'm curious about that if you do anything. I know. I I know a lot of those home old home timey remedies, you know, when growing up, you know, cod liver oil, remember that? people, you know, grandparents were always taking a spoonful of that. They didn't have any problems with their bones or joints and stuff.
Right. Yeah. Cod liver oil pastor. Did you ever take any as a kid? Uh no Good time.
I'm trying to think of uh what it was that uh my mother used to give us every spring. One was um Hello. Sassafras, but there was something else that we used to have to take every spring, and I know we certainly didn't want to take it. Looked up. I knew that when I was in the military They would give us a little cup of cook.
a kerosene with a teaspoonful of sugar in it to get rid of worms. No kidding. Yeah, that really Well that left a taste in your mouth that that that uh Why don't I tell you? That's gotta be that nasty. Oh, it was nasty, but that's what we'd have to take it.
It worked, it could get rid of the world. But uh I mean I You have to take it. I never had any worms, but uh You know, I I think because I was always eating those habanero peppers and Those usually would get rid of parasites, but You know, out in those jungles there was all kinds of things. I mean, a lot of different things. You you didn't want any part of things you could Sometimes It were were you ever told to eat whorehound candy?
Yeah, well, and I used to love whorehound candy. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, that's also supposedly a A get rid of worms thing. Yeah. Well, I didn't know that.
I liked it because it was kind of tastes like red beer. Yeah, it yeah, it it w it was to treat worms, you know, a lot of her grandparents, you know, k kids that can't sit still uh grandparents thought they had worms, so they give them whorehound candy. You know. Happy.com. Yeah.
Yeah, usually if you do have worms you you don't sleep well and you're fidgety.
So I don't think I have any words. I think those habanero peppers I eat all the time would take care of those. But uh I noticed that that when I where I was out there the the natives never had any worms but um Okay, got him. Yeah. Well, I mean, if you're if you're in jungles and stuff, you're gonna pick up parasites, man.
Yeah, I know. Believe me, I know. I there's some pretty nasty ones out there, too. But I'd never heard of that, that they would make you drink you know Uh fuel. Yeah.
It's wonderful. Do you ever see these these little cups like you get You know, where you have ketchup in 'em. Uh, if you go Yeah, I know what you're talking about, the little white paper things. Yeah, like that. And they would and they would they would put about a teaspoon of sugar in there.
Um and to to get it down And uh We'd have to do that about once a month or so. Didn't that burn? No, it's just taste bush. Just did not taste good. But uh Yeah.
I'm surprised that didn't burn going down. No, no, it just I would tell you, it just left a nasty, nasty taste in your mouth and. And um Sometimes it you felt like that when you when you sweat that it was coming out of your pores. I mean, that's the way it felt like. Means it was toxic, so yeah, your body would get rid of that any way it could.
Well, I guess the intoxicates would kill the worms. Uh well, yeah, making the host environment less hospitable. Yeah. Yeah. Mm mm.
Well, you know what? Um, if if there's people out there that, you know, are trying to get off the nicotine products. Um, they have some obviously aids out there, even for the people using the pouches, they They have some uh nicotine free pouches that have um caffeine instead of the nicotine.
So, I mean, that would be a healthier step for people. Then, if you just want to get off of nicotine altogether, I would. I would uh look into uh the plant lobilia. And Lobelia has an alkaloid called Lobiline. And it mimics nicotine, but without the addictive effects.
So if you're kind of weaning off. the um the products that have the nicotine in it, it's easier to do it with a little bit of lobelia. Um we have it actually in a product called Smokers Helper Pastor, and it's in a liquid form.
So if you get a craving. um for nicotine, you could just take a a few drops of this stuff and it kind of cools the craving off. And so you know, and as you go along, it the cravings get further apart and then you're just not using nicotine.
So it's an easy way to do it and it's all organic and Non-toxic. Let me ask you this, okay? What exactly is diabetes?
I know there's diabetes wondering. Diabetes to type 1 and type 2. of diabetes. But I know it's got to do with sugar. your sugar uh in your blood.
And I know that Oh there's a lot of symptoms. But Is all of what we're told about diabetes out there? you know, for real? Or is it or is it something that's just um So what is Yeah, I know. It's kinda weird 'cause uh, you know, when I was growing up it was just diabetes, you know.
Um but type one tends to be um uh linked to an autoimmune reaction that prevents insulin production. Um Usually type one is diagnosed when you're much younger in in childhood, and then type two actually is characterized by insulin resistance. where your cells don't use insulin properly and then the insulin remains in the blood and then your blood is laden down with too much glucose. And it can lead to Um o being overweight and things like that.
So, um, yeah, so a lot of the type two is linked to also lifestyles. you know, and not being active, you know, not eating a good diet and stuff.
So you're saying Um Exercise would be uh a part of uh a treatment for that or? I I know yeah. Yeah, a lot of people that have been diagnosed with diabetes type two, they wanted to get off all the medication and what they did is they totally overhauled their lifestyle. They got regular exercise, they watched what they eat and they're they made improvements and then they didn't have to use medication.
Okay, so now I understand things like cinnamon. Uh is is ripped that I had uh Pastor Bruce, one of our pastors, says he went home to be with the Lord, but Uh he had uh that and he But he would eat a lot of cinnamon and I had some beer. I used to ask him about that. Boy now I take a lot of cinnamon myself now and uh He told me because that would that kept the sugar level down. Have you ever heard of that?
Yeah, I've heard that. You know, if you just want if you just want to keep, you know, your sugar levels in line, one of the the best ways is to remove the carbohydrates Um that convert to sugar. and also all sweeteners. out of the diet and, you know, within a year you'll you'll do much better.
So I know it's kind of a got mental thing, you gotta you know, you gotta be committed. Um and read your labels carefully on everything. and just be really strict on it. Um, but you you can pull out of it. It's just Is this, you know, mind over matter?
You just gotta change the way you've been living.
So Are you telling me that you have to They live on rabid food. No, um, it's it's just, you know, instead of white rice, have brown rice, it doesn't convert to sugar as readily. Um, you know, just get a lot of the starches out, you know, the snacks and stuff like that. And if you if you want a snack, you know, have some berries or nuts. Um and basically people with uh glucose issues, if you're going to have fruit, you definitely want to have a protein with it.
What about peanut butter? I love peanut butter. Yeah, peanut butter's got protein. Um If you're not if you're not like allergic to peanuts, you can certainly use that. I mean, it's a Does it have any of the bad stuff in it?
Well, everything in moderation, Pastor, you know. Um there's oils and fats, but it's the kind of healthy stuff. You just don't want to overdo it and you don't want to eat peanut butter that's on Orisa's pieces, you know, nothing like that. Oh, okay.
Alrighty, I didn't mean to get you all off track, but I. Just one minute. That's totally that is totally fine. You know, it's it's just interesting that how we're all the whole body is connected and it's like a domino effect and just one simple thing, one habit can really um, turn your life around in a in a bad way, so Um It's important to Um It's important to, you know, Research your your treatments carefully before you jump in, even if it's supplements.
So what are you gonna do when you get to heaven? You won't Nobody will need your medicine. Uh, no, yeah, um, not anybody's gonna be ill. It's gonna be a wonderful place, isn't it? I'm sure God's got stuff for me to do.
Well, you know, there are there's actually there's medicine in heaven. You've got the trees along the banks, yeah. The leaves of the trees are medicine. Yeah. You have to think about that.
W since angels eat food, 'cause manna is their food, do they also take medicine? I guess we just have to wait till we get there, huh? Hmm.
Yeah. Let me ask you this. Um, does the Bible describe any specific purpose of the living waters that Yeah.
Well, no, that that's just it. They're they're called living waters. And you'll be living forever, and that water is a a part of the reason. Those water is to keep you. That's what you'll be drinking.
Okay, so we'll be eating and drinking. Eating and drinking. And uh if I if I if I am not mistaken, Jesus said that we are going to have some wine up there, aren't we?
Well, the wine would be unfermented. It would be, you know, like what they call new wine.
Sort of like grapefigures.
So we're talking about grape juice then? Yeah. It'd be better than anything we have here. When he turned water into wine when yeah, but when he turned water into wine, was that fermented? No, no, mm.
It was not. But it was better than than anything they had.
Okay.
See When they ferment it, they put leaven in it. And Lebanon literally is a type of sin. Um A little leaven leavens the whole loaf. And so they is what they do: they. Uh, you know.
In there. He didn't drink Jesus ever drink strong drink. You never drink um. Why not? That was that had been, you know, turned into alcohol.
Right. Right. So do you hear do you hear that style? Hey, I'm straight edged to begin with, so it doesn't affect me. That All right.
