This is the Truth Network. Satan's Nightmare, Nakia Kolof. This is a war! This is one warning. Needs to be settled.

What a brawl! The fight! And it's out of control here! That's a bad man. No, that's a bad man.

No, that's a bad man. Anytime, any place, night, day, I don't care. I'm only a phone call away, my friend. Welcome to another episode of QA with Koloff, the Devil's Nightmare. Welcome back to QA with Koloff, Questions and Answers.

This is where you potentially might get a personal phone call or even be invited into the studio to sit next to the Russian nightmare and be able to ask me a few questions.

Well, with me today, all the way from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Robert Tigetz. Robert, welcome to QA. Thank you, Nikita. Pleasure to be here.

Well, it's great to have you today. I appreciate you carving out some time. All the way up there in the great state of Wisconsin, up there, the cheese state, right? The cheese state that's currently snowing right now.

Well, I know it's the craziest thing. Having grown up in Minnesota, I actually can relate to that. But so I'm not surprised how late into the spring that it can actually snow. But let me ask you a question, Robert, relating to the cheese. Why is Wisconsin known as the Cheese State?

Do you know?

Well, because we're America's dairyland. Oh. And you know what's really crazy is California actually produces more cheese, but. Wisconsin has always been America's dairyland, and so people refer to us more as the cheese state or cheese head. Yeah, if you've ever watched a Packer game, and for those who maybe aren't football fans or they just happen to channel surf, and you're like, what do they got on their heads?

With no shirts on in the middle of December. With no shirts in the middle of December. Those people are crazy. And you might be right. At least a few of them are.

But all that said, you and I were introduced. Actually, here's a quick funny story by a mutual friend by the name of Jerry Haynes.

Now, he's your 24-year professional hairdresser, salon owner. And Jerry, correct me if I'm wrong, one of your clients, right? Yeah, I've been doing Jerry's hair for 18 years. For real, it's been 20 years, 20 years. 20 years.

Yeah. Wow. And so, so here's what's funny about that: you know, I got Jerry involved. I was helping Jerry with his, with you know, his nutrition and body weight. We're going to jump into that here in a moment.

You got an incredible personal story that I want our listeners to hear. And so he flew me up there numerous times to just work with him and meet some of his friends.

So I'm just somewhat, well, I guess I'm not surprised I didn't meet you because I have no hair.

So there you go. Us bald men got to stick together, though, man. We do. That's it. That's it.

But Jerry, so here's the kind of a funny story: Jerry being a die-hard Packer fan, right? All the Wisconsin people are like, right, Minnesota people are die-hard Viking fans, right? Wisconsin, you know, Packer fans.

So Jerry in his office had one of those cheese heads. And uh I saw it and I said, Jerry, take a picture of me He goes You you're gonna you're gonna put it on? I go, Well, yeah, why not? He goes, Well, you're a Viking fan. Got to keep those pictures to yourself, man.

You can't post those online. I'm like, I go, Jerry, are you serious? He goes. Yeah, like you're for real? Gonna put it on.

I go, I go, I'm a Viking fan, but like, I'm not like, I don't bleed purple, you know. I mean, like, they lose, I go to sleep. You know, I'm not up for three days. You know what I mean? Yeah.

Anyway, so there is Jerry. Probably I have it somewhere. And I actually took a cheese head home with me.

So I have that somewhere. I think in my attic currently. But.

So just so you know, well, but you're a native of Wisconsin, right? Oshkosh is, I think, kind of born and raised and then moved to Green Bay.

So, but you're a native of Wisconsin, right? Yeah, I'm definitely born and raised in Wisconsin, but I started out as a Milwaukee Brewer and Chicago Cubs fan because of my grandparents. My grandmother, most of her family were from Illinois, and so we were big die-hard Chicago Cubs fans. And my grandfather took me to Miller Park as a kid. I'll be 50 years old in September, so I've been around the block a while.

But so that was the old Miller Park, and it just. you know, having those um memories of my grandfather hanging out with him in the summertime. It's They gave me more I was more directed towards baseball than football growing up. Wow, that's pretty cool. That's what that's that's nothing wrong with that.

So well, well, let me let me shift gears here. You know, I mentioned twenty four excuse me, twenty four year professional hairdresser salon owner. But that's that's not all you do. You you have uh a a pretty well Let me just mention too, along those lines, you were a personal hairdresser. You'll have to go over to the man up show, It's Time to Man Up, to hear more of Robert's story.

Fascinating story. I'm just going to tease you with this. He was the former personal hairdresser for the Green Bay Packers from 2012 to 2017, working with players, coaches behind the scenes. But if you want to hear some of those stories, you're going to have to go over to It's Time to Man Up. I'm just going to leave that right there.

We're going to shift gears and talk about why you're such an advocate of health and wellness now. What happened, Robert?

Well, uh during COVID 2020, I was unemployed as a hairdresser. Um and 'cause you were hold on, hold on. 'Cause you were considered, uh if people remember what was essential and what was non-essential. And so you were labeled non-essential. Exactly.

And I've been self employed since two thousand six. And so having my own business and now nonessential, I was wondering where my next paycheck was coming from. And so I fell into a deep depression. I gained a ton of weight. I ballooned to two hundred twenty eight pounds with fatty liver disease.

And most of my hair clients now are medical physicians, and I actually asked one of them for my quick fix, which was the weight loss shot. And I tried it in twenty twenty two, April. I injured my kidney. I ballooned, like I said, all the way to 228. And I fell into another depression and I found A supplement line, coincidentally, that I had said no to.

I was actually working with my physician doing stem cell injections for anti-aging treatments in her clinic. and I was introduced to a specific product and after I took it, my right knee pain was no longer painful. And I knew I had other people I was talking to. Every day that were coming into my salon, that were dealing with the same health issues that I was dealing with. And then fast forward another year I still had, I lost a little bit of the weight, but never consistently kept it off.

And then this company, we launched the first metabolic uh health system, plant-based system in the world that actually fits Or takes care of all five metabolic markers.

So we've got blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol. And um Um cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, and Uh your um Body composition, right?

So when we get all those things back in homeostasis, your body comes back to balance and you start to release the weight. And so what I did really quickly is I showcased my journey on social media because I was not. able to be accountable to myself. And so when I was accountable to other people, and I showcased my journey and I didn't want to let them down. People started joining me.

On in my lifestyle change. And I was able to impact thousands of people's lives through the last two years. I've personally helped and mentored 186 people with their metabolic health weight journey. And um You know, like I said in your last man up, I am not a physical therapist. I'm not a personal trainer.

I'm not a nutritionist. But I have thousands of customer testimonials of people having success. And so, what I like to do is I like to share those. Testimonies, and I personally help and mentor people on their journey. And so that's why I become so passionate about what I do here in the health and wellness space.

And currently, fast forward to President Day, you're currently down, I think you said 60 pounds. Is that right? 62 pounds, absolutely. And I've kept it off for the last year and a half. 62 pounds.

And you know, I was just thinking, Robert, as you shared some of your story, I wrote down the words: words matter, right? Words matter. Here's why I wrote that down. You mentioned Right? You were labeled, let's just call it what it is, non-essential back in those, that, that, that season of time.

non-essential and it puts you in a depression. I'm I'm wondering, there's no way to ever, ever. tabulate this. I'm wondering how many other people that were labeled non-essential. And went into depression, right?

I mean, I just, I'm trying to, in my mind, I'm like, really? I'm not essential. Oh, okay.

Okay. I'm all right. Anyway, I don't want to go down that rabbit hole, but it's part of your story and part of your testimony. Out of that has come a phenomenal testimony: how you turned a corner and turned it around. And, of course, the company we're talking about that I was introduced to that I'm now partnered with, Robert, is called Tranant.

Tranant. And I'll give you a website where you can get more information here in just a minute. But what's excited me in getting to know Robert and, of course, our other business partner, Jennifer Dowd, who is. Incredibly successful on her own. You'll have to hear her story on It's Time to Man Up as well, where she has helped others, as Robert talks about helping others turn their lives around with their health and even financially, right?

There's a financial piece to this too, right, Robert? Mm-hmm. Absolutely. They're you know, what I did is I showcased my journey and I shared. not only that, but other people's testimonials.

And I was able to teach other people how to share that too. And there's a business opportunity available for people who are open to taking a look. And that's the key. That's the key. What do you do with your spare change?

If you're looking for cutting-edge products, discover top-quality supplements designed to boost your health and wellness. Traynaut Nutrition. Find a variety of vitamins, proteins, and herbal extracts tailored to meet your needs. I will only recommend the best. Go to Traynaut.com/slash Koloff.

Traynaut.com. That's T-R-A-N-O-N-T.com slash Koloff to learn more. You're listening out there. You're maybe inspired by some of Robert's story. Maybe, you know, and it's a two, I say, maybe I'll say this, a two-pronged possibility here.

One being, maybe you're just interested in, maybe you need to lose some weight or you're just, or you got some health issues and you've been looking for something to help you turn a corner. And part of my reason, part of my reasoning, and of course, Robert knows very well that I didn't just immediately, like, I do. My due diligence. I took more than months to look at this before I finally said yes and come aboard and partnering with these guys and have had already early success with others that I've introduced it to. But is because what's important for me is, he mentioned the metabolic system, he mentioned plant-based and whatnot, but clinically studied, lab-tested products, that's important to me.

If I'm going to endorse something or promote something or put my name to something, I want to know that the products are of quality, they are quality products, and that people are going to get results. You know, depending on where you're at, whether it's just turning a corner on your health or the other aspect is finances, right, Robert? A lot of people struggling financially, right, with the high cost of living and just looking for maybe an added stream of income. I guess what's amazing, you know, in mentioning COVID is if that did nothing else, that also opened something positive. That opened the door for people to work remotely, right?

And Trinat is an opportunity where people, you talked about going online and sharing stories, but Trinat's something they can work at however many hours they want and just work right from their home or right from their computer or their phone, right? Yeah, absolutely. You can work right from the beach. I was just in Mexico a few weeks ago and I was sitting there on the beach having a conversation with People who are open to taking a look, and they're like, How are you traveling all the time? How, you know, how.

How are you doing this? And I'm like, you know what? This is. Let me show you the way. Let me show you what I do here.

And that's how we're impacting lives here. Like Nikita, there are so many people out there just looking for an extra $500. Like people are one paycheck away from Disaster in their family. And if they just knew that there were alternatives out there that could not only change their health, But also change their wealth, and they can earn while they learn how to do this business. This is a legitimate business.

And it's impactful. An extra $500,000 in people's pockets every single month is game changing right now in this. Day and age. In this economy, and yeah, and this the financial picture. And so perhaps, you know, something said being said that that's piqued your interest, you know, and hey, maybe, maybe you're just like, you know what, I just need to get my health in order.

Or, hey, you know what? Yeah, I am open-minded. I am willing to take a look at the business model and what it is you guys are offering. Just go to this website, go to tranant.com/slash koloff. That's T-R-A-N-O-N-O-N.

T Dot com slash koloff, K-O-L-O-F-F. Trinat.com slash koloff to learn more. And hey, maybe you take a look and you're like, you know, not for me, but then again, you never know. Maybe there's some products there that really pique your interest. I know one of the ones that has piqued a lot of interest is the for her, which is a menopause, a pre- and post-meta menopause product, right?

Yeah, absolutely. Huge, huge. Product in our arsenal for women post or perimenopause and menopause issues, right? We solve 103 plus signs and symptoms of that. And so if there are any women listening today, you know exactly what you've been dealing with.

Yeah. Yeah. Or any husbands that have been dealing. Yes, even that, even more so. Right.

So you're a husband. You're like, oh, man, I'm going to get that for you. In fact, in fact, I literally, a friend of mine in Minnesota, Rob, you appreciate this. One of our, actually, one of our man camp alumni, he goes, hey, give me your website up. I'm ordering that for her, for my wife.

My wife. I'm like, you got it. Here you go.

So anyway, all right.

So it is QA with Koloff. I do have to turn the corner here and get Robert the chance to ask me a couple questions. But so let's do that, Robert. We could talk forever. I've been having so much fun with this.

So fire a question. Fire a question at me. All right, so we've been talking about Mancamp a lot, and I know you have one coming up pretty quick. What was one of the catalysts? That Ford's man camp.

Great questions.

So, for those who aren't aware or don't know, we do one in the spring, one in the fall.

So, we only do two a year. Lex Luger, one of my wrestling buddies from days gone by. For the avid wrestling fans out there, you'll know that name, the total package. Lex Luger is an integral part of the visionary for Mancamp, the visionary. He's lived with me for about a year, Robert, and out of that year came the.

Came the man up conference, man-up conference, man-up breakfast, man-up dinner, uh, and eventually man camp, and and now the man-up show. It's time to man up, and and that morphed into QA with Koloff, what we're doing today, right now. And uh, and so we just felt like there are a lot of conferences out there, there are a lot of camps out there, Robert, there are a lot of retreats out there, you know, different churches have different ones. Trace Diaz is one that comes to mind, uh, Road to Emmaus is another, but many, most we didn't, we couldn't find one that dealt that added the physical component to it.

So, you know, there's the spiritual journey, like even helping you with, you know, mentally, emotionally, let's just say, or dealing with things of your past, or those. But we're like, man, we need the whole picture here. In fact, we tell folks for guys who will come, our goal is to equip you, give you tools. To be a whole man, W-H-O-L-E, a whole man living a holy life, H-O-L-Y, and making himself wholly available unto the Lord, W-H-O-L-L-Y.

So a whole man living a holy life and making himself wholly. Wholly available unto the Lord. And so we discuss at camp. We discuss what it looks like to be mentally, emotionally healthy, certainly spiritually healthy, but also physically healthy.

So there's a component where Lex comes in and teaches a session on how to eat and supplementation, nutrition.

So Trinat, you know, just fits right into that picture of a tool in the tool belt or the opportunity to be introduced to or access, that's the word I'm looking for, quality state-of-the-art products that can help them on that journey. And if they go on the website, Robert, like I don't know if you've been on it yet, but if you go on mancamp.info, that's mancamp.info, you're gonna actually like you have a before and after picture of that 60 pounds you've lost. We've got guys, we've got maybe three or four or five before and after pictures on there. In fact, one of them to date, so far, I think he's lost 121 pounds to date.

So far on his journey to get healthy, as God convicted him, you know, to get healthy. And so.

So yeah, so 2026 is 20 years. Robert, that I've been working with men to help them be physically. Emotionally Mentally, spiritually, healthy and so Trina just fit right in with that. Amen. Yeah, great question.

Great question. Thank you. You got another one for me? We got time for one more if you got one for me. Yeah.

So Um, there's been a word that I know that has piqued your interest, and it's piqued a lot of people's interest, and it's kind of a buzzword that I've been hearing a lot lately: the word legacy. Yeah. Where do you like when when you're gone? How do you want your legacy to be remembered? Oh man, that's a great.

What do you feel like is your biggest thing you're doing? to create more legacy in your for your life. Mm. Yeah. Okay.

I mean, the short version of it is. Because I've thought about that. I've actually thought about this. It's a great question. I've thought about this.

The short version is that others would say he was genuinely a man of faith who loved the Lord. He loved Jesus. There was no mistaking of that. He really did. And from that, from his love of Jesus, his love for the Lord, he set out to impact.

As many people as possible with his own story and testimony of how Jesus changed and transformed his life and how he could do the same for somebody else, with the ultimate goal being to make heaven crowded. To make heaven crowded. And so I have, really, I have no idea in the years that I have been. Been involved in ministry work since really officially since. Really, since 1993, but Cola for Christ Ministries was launched in 1998.

And I don't know how many hundreds of camps I've done, conferences, dinners, breakfasts, or even just corporate stuff, corporate and autograph signings now. You know, being out there and just, I like to say, being salt and light out there in that world. I guess maybe what one day, I guess when I get to heaven, Robert, that's when I'll fully know just how many lives I've had the privilege, and it really view it that way. The privilege of impacting. I guess I won't fully know until I get to heaven, but.

But that's how I'd like to be remembered. I love it. Absolutely perfect answer, Nikita. No, I appreciate it.

Well, you know, you mentioned, and that is a key word, the legacy, and that really kind of to summarize our conversation here today on QA with Koloff, Robert. Taggetts. I just will try to remember. Let me say it right. That last thing.

You say German, right? It says German, right? Yeah, German. Yeah, I'm totally German. Awesome.

Well, it's been a privilege and an honor to work with you and Jennifer in building this. And for those of you listening out there, you know, it's not an overnight success. It's something that you put effort in and takes time to do. But here's the deal: we are working on the provision project. Like, maybe you have a vision.

Uh, but are not sure how you can fund it and how for it to come to fruition. You have a vision. You want it to come to fruition, but then maybe you you go on go on to onto the website and you can become a part of the provision project that we are working on together with the overarching goal to be the strength of the body. to fund The mission. And the build a legacy.

And one more time, go to trainot.com/slash koloff to learn more. Maybe you can partner up with the Russian nightmare Robert Taggetz and Jennifer Dowd.

So thank you so much, Robert, for being on the show today. Thank you. It's been an honor. Appreciate it. All right.

And until next time. I challenge you to go out today and just have a God-filled and a God-blessed day. If you are a business owner and would like to advertise your company or product on the Man Up Show and or Q ⁇ A with Koloff, contact me directly, Nakita Koloff at Koloff.net.
