Lawrence, good morning. Listen to this. More than 400 employees of the Minnesota Department of Human Services accusing Governor Tim Walls of failing to act on widespread fraud warnings and then retaliating against whistleblowers. That department writing on X quote: Tim Walls is 100% responsible for massive fraud in Minnesota. We let Tim Walls know of fraud early on, hoping for a partnership in stopping fraud, but no, we got the opposite response.

Tim Walls systematically retaliated against whistleblowers using monitoring, threats, repression, and did his best to discredit fraud reports.

Now, the claims come as some in Minnesota's Somali community continue to face allegations, with the New York Times reporting that federal prosecutors, quote, charged dozens of people with felonies, accusing them of stealing hundreds of millions of dollars from a government program meant to keep children fed during the COVID-19. pandemic. Here's Governor Walls when asked about the situation yesterday. I take responsibility for putting people in jail. Governors don't get to just talk theoretically.

We have to solve problems. And I will note, it's not just Somalis. Minnesota is a generous state. Minnesota is a prosperous state. It's a well-run state with AAA bond rated.

But that attracts criminals. Those people are going to jail. We're doing everything we can. But to demonize an entire community on the actions of a few, it's lazy. President Trump has said he will be terminating the temporary protected status for Somalis in Minnesota, citing fraudulent money laundering activity.

And Tim Walsh and Omar, Ihan Omar, they're right up to their eyeballs in this, believe me, folks. uh, especially Omar. She's up to her eyeballs in this, so Anyhow, Uh, you know, and she she hates America. And like President Trump says, if you hate America, go back to Somalia.

Now, we have a lady who's a real lady who did her job. And now she's in prison for doing her job. And Wendy, if the Democrats ever get back into full power like they wanted, if they'd ever got what they want, um in full power, you and I would be in prison for doing what we do. What is that?

Well, that is an ankle monitor. Yeah. Right. Yeah. Yeah, they uh Uh I call them all criminals.

So when we're talking, when I refer to criminals, it's either the DA, the Colorado Attorney General, deputies that have been sworn in as prosecutors in my case. But this is separate from the trial we're going through. This was a alleged recording that I made in a courtroom. And that I didn't make, and later on it was proved that there was never anything recorded. Nevertheless, I get found guilty.

So they said you were recording in the courtroom and you weren't, and so they slapped an ankle monitor on you to make you look like a criminal.

So wow, that's crazy. Tell us what made you become Run for office originally. For those who don't know your story, give us a little background or a little brief summary. And what are these pictures around us?

Well, those are my son.

So that was in Switzerland. He loved to jump off of Off of anything high, bridges, buildings. whatever.

So that was in Switzerland. This is in Afghanistan. He was a Navy SEAL. And was tragically killed. And then, I don't know if you can see that picture or not, but that is him.

wing suiting and then parachuting, you see his fellow wing suitor at negative 60 below in Aspen, Colorado.

So, you know, he was quite the... The adventure. He was also involved in anti-human trafficking and ended up. surprisingly having a double parachute failure, which is almost, you're almost more likely to win the lottery. Than to have a double parachute failure, especially with almost a thousand jumps that he had.

So, how do you go from being a gold star mom? To say, hey, I want to run for office, I want to do something for my community, I want to give back. What happened?

Well, in 2016, I was diagnosed with lung cancer. And so that was a very dark period and I asked God, I said, don't let me ever forget what that felt like, to be that low.

So I really have a compassion for people that face death. And I wanted to make more You know, I wanted my life to mean more. I'd never been involved in politics. This is in 2016. I decided to go to just a volunteer meeting.

I looked around. I was one of eight people at a volunteer meeting. And I said, I thought people that were good at this stuff were taking care of, you know, like politics.

So you were at a Joe Biden rally. No. Eight people. I heard eight people. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

No, this was a volunteer meeting for the GOP. And I realized that it's we, the people. We have to all be involved, right?

So then you ran for office?

Well, I walked for Trump during that time and walked door to door, fell in love with the people. I didn't care if they were Democrat, Republican, unaffiliated, what I talked to everybody. I just said, how do you feel about the election? And I'd listened to him and I fell in love with him and I decided I wanted to serve. And so I ran for the hardest job in the county, which is the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder in charge of five divisions.

Motor vehicle, they had three and a half hour wait times. And I said, I can fix it, as a business owner, I can fix that. I was a business owner for 32 years. My husband and I and a construction company. And I said, I can fix that.

I never expected after the 2020 election where Trump won in our county, and I knew there were anomalies across the country. But I never thought they happened in my town. And so I believe the, I drank the Kool-Aid of the Colorado Secretary of State, Jenna Griswold, and all the Colorado County Clerk Association directors whose wife has worked for Dominion for over two decades. I believe we were the gold standard until the April 6, 2021 election. And I pulled those election results and I said, There's no way.

There's no way these people. people want.

So that's what started me down the path and the people really coming asking me questions and presenting me evidence and asking me to explain things. That's what I so now as a elected official, you were elected by the people. Right. Yeah, tell us about the duty that you had. To preserve the records.

What kind of duty do you have as an election official?

So I'm independently elected. I don't have by the people. I don't have a boss. And they elected me as the clerk and recorder. And as the name implies, I record everything.

I have a recording department, have recording, I record things in Motor V, in elections, election records.

So you are the number one authority. For elections to record and to maintain the records of the elections. That's right. For how many months? In Colorado, it's 25 months.

That's actually higher than federal law. Yes, it's 22 months.

So the state actually thought it was more important to have it for 25 months. five months. Yes.

So what's going on now? You did your job. Actually just walk us through that. engaged in trying to preserve records that you felt We were about to be deleted by Dominion. Yes.

Now, in fact, were they proven to be deleted? Yes, they were.

So the Dominion actually came in and deleted records, and thanks to your Preservation They will We're not completely gone.

Well So Dominion oversaw what they called a trusted bill, but it was actually the Secretary of State. With Dominion looking on, following Dominion instructions, that they actually wiped the system. The significance of that is they. When I say they, I mean the Secretary of State and Dominion, say to back up your election records, but that's the election project. That's the total of the election.

That's not what the law requires. 20.19.2, 1 and 2 say that In a well, first it says that The election machines cannot connect to the internet nor have the capability to. And now even John Paulos has been. you know, um, uh, has lied under oath, right, saying that um that they they weren't designed to be connected internet and weren't connected internet, and now we've proven that they are. Um, as a matter of fact, now they're saying, Well, but it's the clerk's job to make sure they're not connected.

Well, no, I was never taught, I was never taught how they never came and said, Hey, our machines could connect, you got to push this to Turn it off. That's bizarre. The other thing, the other part of that statute, of that election rule says that. In addition to audit log files, Access log files must be preserved. And that shows who went in and out of the system, what they did, what functions they performed.

So these, the access, the audit, and the adjudication files were totally deleted. Wiped out. Never going to know. Wiped out. Well, you preserved them.

If you preserve them, we would never have known. It would have been gone forever.

So we were in court today, and if I'm understanding correctly, one piece of evidence are using against you. to go after you is part of the log files or the access files that you preserved. Because looking at the ar at the picture of the machines after their you know update Right. They didn't have that uh that information. Is that what I'm undertaking?

That is what came out in court today.

So they would not have had any way to know who was in the system. Without your evidence.

So they're using the evidence that they destroyed, you preserved, and because you preserved it, they're taking it and turning it against you. Right. So it was interesting that the indictment, the ten count indictment, they never let us come in, bring, you know, give our side of the story. We asked several times, and they never would let us present the other side.

So it was just the prosecution that presented their side. And they carefully. orchestrated this 10-count indictment, seven felonies. and three misdemeanors. to purposely leave out anything having to do with election machines.

Huh. Why do you need to do that? Right, it's a million dollar question, right? Wow. It was very carefully thought out.

It was very carefully crafted.

So If there was an actual criminal conspiracy here.

Now this is something very interesting, because the judge made a ruling Before the case You have exculpatory you believe is exculpatory evidence. And the judge says Dominion is not a defendant, and the Secretary of State is not a defendant. And even, and he writes these words: even if there is a conspiracy.

Now, I'm going to interpret that. as criminal conspiracy. Right. Going on here, and you did your duty. as an elected official elected by the people.

You cannot introduce that as evidence in your trial.

Now that to me is shocking because that means if there was a a Criminal conspiracy here. Bigger. Then Enron F T X Bernie made off. Think of the biggest conspiracy. That you could imagine Democrats.

Yeah, something like that, right? that there could be such a massive criminal conspiracy going on here. and the hero who exposed it The whistleblower essentially is being is the one being prosecuted Instead of looking at the real conspirators. To me that is shocking. And uh if that's not a Brady violation, That's a We're going to call that a Peter's violation.

We're going to have to introduce a new kind of violation for that. Yeah, that's uh Incredibly insane. What has this done to your reputation? People voted for you in this county. They were excited too.

You won. For sure, 'cause they would never rig an election for you. What what has that done what has this done to your reputation? There's been over 700 above the full front page articles written. by this political reporter and I won't even Say his name.

You want me say his name? You want me say his name? Go for it. Charles Ashby, old newsman, is what his handle is, I guess, on Twitter or wherever he is. And over 700.

Above the full colored. front page articles defaming me. Lying about me, tainting the jury pool. Actually, during this trial, he even followed the jurors down the stairwell. and to talk to them.

And the jury comm we had we had people that actually saw the jury commissioner Walk up to him and start yelling at him for doing that.

So, so you have a woke liberal reporter. basically harassing jurors and Did he get charged with contempt of human beings? No, he was in court today. He was in court again? Yeah, he'll be in there every day.

So imagine if we did that. We walked around Right now, we need to call for an investigation into Dominion and SmartMatic and all of these. I mean, this needs to be first and foremost because. This is our, this is. This is why we are in the situation we're in.

This is why we have open borders. This is why we have a fentanyl problem. This is why we have human trafficking. This is why we have wars. Everybody.

Everybody who's concerned about every problem, whatever their problems are. It all stems from here. If you don't fix the root cause, it's called a root cause analysis, you'll never fix anything else.

It's um And that government is really a corrupt, corrupt government. And so At the same time, like I said, there's some very, very good people out there. They're just They've got no voice because of the corruption. The state's becoming more and more known for their corruption. Anyhow Keep Tina Peters and pray.

And prayer. And I know that uh President Trump has mentioned her.

So I think they're working on getting her out of prison. They should have got her out a long time ago. And with that, what do you think, Wendy? That's sad state of affairs where we're at. Um I mean, you've always said, you know, you're one accusation away from being arrested.

Oh yeah. Yeah. Yeah, and it it used to be, you know, innocent until proven guilty. Do you think that still stands? Yeah.

I have no doubt in my mind if I was in Denver, Colorado, doing this program right now tonight. By the time I got off the air He'd be arrested, yeah. They'd I'd be arrested, right. It's communist country out there. They have a really weird airport too, I hear.

Oh yeah, yeah. A lot of Satanism involved in that. And so What's happened to America really? I mean That's just crazy. What's happened to America?

Romans chapter one and Second Timothy chapter three chapter. Chapter 3 And so but did you know what happened today? what happened today?

Well, if you were in Um Let's see, where was that that took place, I'm thinking? Uh Uh Joe Biden, Sleepy Joe, It was Omaha, Nebraska. There is a tribe of Indians in Obama, Nebraska. and they gave Sleepy Joe Biden an Indian blanket. that's supposed to bring him comfort in his travel to the hereafter.

I got the feeling that that blanket's not gonna do Joe any good in the hereafter. He's he's gonna be in real, real trouble. What do you think? Yep. Yeah.

And so Here also something I believe the Republicans need to learn how to win. without President Trump. Tr Trump's not gonna be around forever and uh Oh my gosh, did you see That one um woman out there today that won Congresswoman. Who was uh trying to trying to tell us that Trump is is very sick, very sick, they're they're hiding it.

Now these are the very same people. No. that that hid Biden's health problems. But they're telling tellin' us to Trump. Have you noticed that he says sometimes he'll close his eyes?

Well, guess what, that guy I mean, he he he he does marathon when he has state of the unions, when he have cabinet meetings. Um there's you know All of those reporters that travel with him say they can't keep up with him. And yet you've got that congresswoman, I can't even remember her name, uh out there today on C S Pan Sane. They're trying to hide it from you. He's too sick.

He shouldn't be in office. But anyhow. Republicans need to learn how to win without President Trump. They need to start helping. uh and start backing him being more and more aggressive in supporting President Trump.

uh, taking up some of the slack, you know, doing some of the what what he has to do, they should be doing for him. And, uh Standing up with some extreme boldness and aggressively Supporting trilogue And um, when a cause is a righteous cause, what do you think, Wendy? Yeah. It is a righteous cause. I mean You're right about that because after he uh, Trump is uh retired from the Presidency, you know, um we gotta have somebody to fill those shoes, don't we?

Yeah, it's gonna be Y you're gonna have, I think, quite a a primary when that happens, you know, with the candidates. The Republicans, it gets a little nasty, but not like the Democrats. Boy, you have you have a real dis disaster. uh amongst the Democrats this is gonna be a real clown show for the for their primary. But anyhow Now the Democrats are saying that the drug cartels, the narcoterrorists, Are not a direct threat to America.

They've only killed. a half a million of our people with with fentanyl. But they're saying that they're really not a a a threat, a direct threat. You got this clown named Jim. Himes He's a Democrat congressman.

And he says that there there are There are no such things as narcoterists. This guy's an amazing team.

He's breaking the law, but you know what? He's he's part of of us. We're not gonna prosecute him for breaking the law because we're breaking the law right along with him. of the proposed course of action This is why the Rep we the Republicans got to stand tough with President Trump and 'Cause these people need to be put in jail. They need to go to prison.

Like they put all the sixteen hundred J Sixers in prison. In fact, John Keller, an employee of the department, specifically said. As you are aware. There is some litigation risk regarding whether compelled disclosure of toll records of a member's legislative calls violates. Speech and debate clause in the DC circuit.

Further The email cited the controlling president. of the United States Versus Rayburn House office building. in which the court concluded the bar as compelled disclosure is absolute Under the Constitution speech or debate clause. The case laws is clear. The legislator has served the invasion of the speech or debate.

Clause. Yeah. By use of a grand jury subpoena, a third party may intervene. And oppose such use, the email said. The Biden regime demanded the records notwithstanding the clarity.

So anyhow they they know see all of these laws were violated. And today there was a guy who wasn't too smart. I understand what he was doing. He was, um On the internet come out. and but he let loose with a litany of profanity And He warned you from the beginning, I'm going to let loose with there's going to be a lot of profanity here.

Somehow Thinking his profanity and he was calling himself a mega. One of the the mega no, he was a dummy. He's a dummy, okay? But letting loose with the profanity a whole litany of profanity out there and First I was gonna listen to what he had to say, but as soon as he started that I just Dropped in. And you should.

Mm. No. I don't believe I have.

Well, I hope you never get 'em. Anyhow. I can't judge a book by its cover. No, but you know what time it is, don't you? Yeah, for the invitation.

Yeah. How would you give an invitation? If you were me, what would you do? I would ask you to seek the Lord's face. Mind the time.

It grows short. And the Bible has the wisdom, the knowledge, the. Um Discernment that you're going to need to make a decision that's going to affect you for all of eternity and not to waste any time about seeking Lord's face. If I was to give this imitation right now Uh Last night's style got real spunky. Do you think Sty w do you think Sty would get spunky with some of that invitation?

I don't know. Does he get really in really, uh, into it? Is that what you mean? Yeah, I don't I didn't know. I d I you know, I I don't think he's ever gotten spunky with an invitation.

But um Do you th what if he did? What what do you think I should do? I don't know. I mean Thank you. Hmm.

You know style better than I do. Yeah. Are you there, Spunky? It's important because you often mention that you there may not be a tomorrow.

So that old saying, don't put off today what you tomorrow what you could do today. Uh, and that really doesn't matter, you know, 'cause uh you could be driving to work and it'd be your last day.

So let me ask you this. Do you believe that God is omnipotent? And Omnipresent and omniscient. Those three things. Yeah, he is.

So, because God's ways are so much higher than our ways, and you can just, you can. Burn out your brain just trying to figure out how is it possible God could do the things He does. And so when he uses, when he gives people that invitation, He uses us to bring people to to him, huh? Right. Right.

When when the pastor's giving that invitation and and you're driving in your car someplace right now there'll be people listening and they and they're listening to this. Do you know that God knows that they're listening to that? Did you know that God knows that they're listening to that invitation? And He's given him an opportunity. And you know, he's he's known every single time when he's given an opportun an invitation.

whether you know, their thoughts, he knows their thoughts, did you know that? Yeah, he does. Yeah. I mean, you know, and he can he can tell if an invitation changes their heart. Yeah.

Absolutely, soon. How would you feel if you got that invitation and you heard the preachers tell you? You know God is speaking to you tonight, right there where you're at. Whether you're driving in your car or walking down the side, wherever you're at, God's speaking to you, you're hearing this invitation. And God knows What you're thinking.

And he knows if you're going to receive it or reject it. And And so Well, I'm gonna tell you, it it would be a fearful, fearful thing To fall in the hand hands of an angry god who you rejected, huh? Yeah, I yeah, not not not, you know welcoming ground at all. It's just Um But here's what the Lord says. The Lord says.

First of all, he says, When you pray, pray to the Father. I had a fellow that wrote out a prayer, and the prayer was praying to the Holy Spirit. And I said, Well, here. Jesus says you pray to the Father. And the name of the son, okay?

That's the way you pray, huh? Right. And so He knew what he was saying, right? Yeah, I I usually open with thanks. Yeah.

and praise um Yeah.

Well, we're talking about folks out there that aren't saved and what they need to do first they need to do is is pray to the Father and ask for forgiveness of their sins. They they acknowledge That all sinners need a Saviour, and only sinners can be saved. And once they've done that, once they call upon the Father and they ask to forgive him, and they they come before him and and plead, Forgive me for my sins. Does God always honor That decision? Yeah, he honors that commitment.

Mhm. Yeah. And then the Bible says, and then Jesus said, Then call upon his name, call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Because he took your place. He took your place upon that cross.

He took your sins upon him. He's the one They bought your salvation. And Now, when that happens, remember, he esteems you higher than himself. He puts you before himself.

So now. You have to put him before everything.

So when you when you call upon him ask him to be the the Lord of your life You've got to do it without any reservations at all, completely and totally, huh? You do. And it's, um Probably gonna cost you, isn't it? Yeah. Yeah.

Well, when you do that. Uh, well, you know, it's being actually, you know, the thing of it is it's it's it's not hard. When you love the Lord, the longer you you're a Christian, the more you love the Lord. And the easier it gets to do that. And so Yeah, it's like p it's like, um Paul, who said he learned to be content.

With with and without. Yeah, absolutely. And so then Once that happens you become a new creature. You become a born-again believer. It sometimes it happens with some people, right?

I mean, it's instantaneous, the others it takes w a while, it happens differently. We all get saved the same way, but it doesn't always happen the same way. And uh Then You're in Dwelt? Then you become indwelt with the Holy Sp the Holy Spirit. And a lot of people think that, uh, Well, you know, the the Holy Spirit comes later, but that's not the way it works out at all.

Right then and then And then you know what? You actually at that very moment you become a saint. Did you know that? Yeah. Yeah.

You don't have to go through. Any rigamaroar, you don't have to do No. You become a saint. How do we know that? We know it because Yeah, when the ap when the apostles wrote to the saints at Corinth, The the letter said to the saints of Corinth or to the saints of of Galatia to the saints at Ephesus.

So He wasn't writing to dead people, was he? No. No. He was writing to those that alive so we become a saint and the moment we become saved. And there were four categories of saints.

The Bible speaks of the four categories. The first category, angels, second category is Old Testament. Third category is the New Testament and uh The fourth category is the tribulation saints. And those are the ones Now, let me ask you this, okay. Do you know A lot of saved people?

Do I know a lot of saved people? That you know when they die they're going to heaven. Huh, I would say I know a few.

Alrighty.

Me too. And uh Let me. Here's the thing, okay. Let's see how am I gonna frame this? I gotta do this.

Uh The right way. When I when I talk about Do you I know a lot of saved people There are people out there listening to us on tonight and and that just it's like it goes right over their head. They I have no idea. what we're talking about. But folks Listen, you'll know when you say that sinner's prayer, you'll ask the Lord into your heart when you do that.

and you believe, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. You'll know exactly what it means to be saved. We're out of time for tonight.
