Okay, you weren't ready for that one, were you? Already. I wasn't at all. Jeez, well I don't know, I was sitting here and I I don't know how I missed the intro. Maybe uh Something happened.
It's it's weird. It's one of those strange things again. Why is it, um We have these things when When you're with me, sometimes, John These strange things happen. I yeah, I don't know what to say. It's so it must be so powerful of a show that we attract We attract certain uh elements that give us a hard time.
Yeah. All righty, we gotta get started tonight, though. You know what, uh Here we got to start with prayer. And let me tell you why, because Uh tonight Bob Kilber. Bob has been a man who's we prayed for before on the radio program.
And Bob is now in hospice and he's Yeah. He's just full of cancer. He's got cancer everywhere. But here's the thing, John. He has not accepted Christ as a Saviour.
we don't you know, we've he's been witnessed to and witnessed to Uh but he's very, very ill right now and uh I'm gonna probably see him this week, but, uh, I think we need to say a prayer for him, first of all, for his salvation. Would you do that? Would you pray for first of all for Bob's salvation? And then l that once he's received that, that he might receive a a heating because even though He's far, far, far beyond what any doctors can do. can can do to help him.
But, um, God has no limitations, huh? Right, Pascari. Right. Bob, we bring Bob before you. And Lord, we're asking in the awesome name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
That when you will especially anoint Pastor Ernie when he speaks to him this week, this coming week. and that he will have the words to say about the need for Jesus Christ as its Lord and Savior. And we pray that Bob would confess Christ. He would repent of his sin, confess Christ, as a Saviour, have assurance of eternal life. And that Pastor Ernie could pray for him.
And Lord, no matter what his age is, no matter what the condition is, People can be healed by the miraculous power of God. In Jesus' name we ask these things. Amen. Thanks, John. Again, that's that's so true, 'cause God has I mean, it's hard for us to try to wrap our ra our brain around uh the very, very thought of having unlimited power, huh?
having no limitations, none at all. That's that's hard to to g grasp, isn't it? It really is. And the awesome c uh creative power of God too. Creating the universe.
Absolutely.
Well God is is unlimited in every area and you know we're going through Revelation tonight. The title of the message was Cities Habited by Sinners. Yet just one city in all of history. Just one city. Just one.
Will have no sin or sinners in it. And that's what we're going to read about tonight. And where we left off in Revelation 21. Starting with verse 9. Let's take them a verse at a time.
Go ahead, would you read verse uh Revelation twenty one verse nine? And there came unto me one of these seven angels which had the seven vials. full of the seven last plays. and talked with me, saying, Come hither. And I will show thee the ride and the lamb's wife.
All right. You know, here when we started out on this, it talked about the new heaven, that God's gonna make a new heaven and a new earth. Because the old heaven and the old earth passed away. That old heaven and that old earth at this time. was in pretty bad shape.
Pretty bad. Because those seven piles were not good things. Let's run over here, real quick, to Revelation 16. And Let's read uh this about those seven files. Um that had just been poured upon the earth and it shows you the condition of the earth at this time.
And I heard a great voice out of uh Out of the temple, saying, to the seven angels, Go your way, pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth, And the first went and poured out his vial upon the earth, and there fell noisome and grievous sores upon the men, which had the mark of the beast in upon. them which worshipped the image. Would you revere Stri? And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea, and it became as the blood of a dead man. and every living soul in the earth died.
And a third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and the mount and the fountains of waters, and they became blood. And I heard the angel of the Of the waters say Thou art righteous, O Lord, Thou art and wasted and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus. For they have shed the blood of of the saints and the prophets, and thou hast given them Blood to drink, for they are worthy. and I heard another, out of the altar. Say even so, Lord God Almighty true And righteous are the judgments.
Go ahead, John. And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun. and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. And the men were scorched with great heat and blasphemy, The name of God. which hath power over these plagues, and they repented not to give him glory.
And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the sea of the beast, and his kingdom full of darkness. and they gnawed their tongues for pain. and blasphemed the God of heaven. because of their pain and their sores and repented not of their deeds. Go ahead.
And twelve. And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates, and the water thereof was dried up that the way of the kings of the East might be prepared. and I saw three unclean spirits like frogs, come out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet And for they are the spirit of devils working miracles. which go forth unto the kings of the earth. And the whole world.
to gather them to the battle of the great day of God Almighty. Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth and keepeth his garments. These he walked naked and they see his shame. And he gathered them together in a place called, in the Hebrew tongue, Armageddon.
And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the ear, and There came a great voice out of the temple of heaven from the throne saying it is done And there were voices and thunders. And lightnings. And there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth so mighty an earthquake and so great and the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell, and the great Babylon. came in remembrance before God, and gave unto her. The cup of the Wrath the cup of the wine of the fearless uphurst's wrath.
And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. And there fell upon men great hail out of Heaven. every stone about the weight of a talent, and men blasphemed God. Because of the plague and the plague therefore was exceedingly great.
So that going back to Revelation twenty one verse ten And he carried me away in a spirit in a great high mountain, and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God.
Now this is after God has made over. He's uh the earth. And now, John, Um there's no no more oceans on the earth. And here this great city Which um Which John was describing here.
Now, there are those that try to spiritualize this. You know, they're they're trying to To put to make other implications of what John when he's describing this city. But that's ridiculous because he describes it in perfect detail, doesn't he? And so In other words, it's it's very obvious that he's describing exactly what he's seeing. At least it is to me.
Having the glory of God. Go ahead. Yeah, exactly, Pester. And he's given great details, how many walls there are, how many gates there are. Uh the the colors, you know, and uh how high and wide it is.
So yeah, w wide Would there be great detail like that if it wasn't real? Yeah, exactly. And here now Uh and when he talks about He goes on to say And the glory of God in her light was likened to a stone upon precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. and had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates and the twelve gates angels' names written thereupon, Which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel.
So the angels had written the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel. upon these gates. And on the east three gates, and on the north three gates. three gates and on the south three gates and on the west three gates.
Now here's the thing, John. These gates, first of all, the the dimension of this city Here, John, it's there's two Shapes that the height, the width, and the depth are the same. One is a cube and the other is a pyramid.
Now there's a lot of uh conjuncture about which is which here, uh, you know, by by different theologians, whether This great city is going to be in the shape of a pyramid or of a a cube. But uh But here's the thing, John. You know, and each each four sides you have three gates. But these gates are made each one with one pearl, one giant pearl, one pearl.
Okay. Now, do you know that that pearl It's gonna be almost fifteen hundred feet high. Not nothing feed miles. Fifteen hundred miles Miles. The actual if you The the size of this city, there's uh some controversy.
There are some say that that it is Exactly one thousand three hundred and eighty miles high, miles wide, and miles deep. Others say no, it's just shy of fifteen. hundred miles, you know, the the discrepancy on the measurements. You probably know the the correct answer, John. Which is it?
Well, I lean towards the fifteen hundred miles best journey. Right and so here Now just imagine that. That gate would be about 1500 miles high. Can you imagine the size of the oyster? That pearl came from.
Okay. I mean, that had to be a big oyster, right? That thing would feed a lot of people. And no, but anyhow, He goes on And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. And he talked with me and had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof, In the city lieth four square, and the length is as the largest their breadth, and they measured the city with a reed, twelve thousand furloings, The length.
and the width, breadth, and the height are all equal. And there he measured the wall thereof a hundred and forty and four cubits according to the measure of a man, that is, of an angel. And the building of the wall of it was of Jasper and the city was pure gold, likened to clean glass.
So here now, you know, John, when he originally, when he says At the beginning here of this chapter he says In verse two And I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of Heaven prepared as a bride Um adorned for her husband.
So Tijan, this city, You know, reminded him of a bride prepared for her husband. And so. But now over here he's saying The angel is saying, Tech, come to this. This is the New Jerusalem. And Uh you know Here what he's referring to, he's not referring to The city itself is the wife, the bride of Christ, but the inhabitants of the city.
Am I not right? Right. That's clear best of me. And so Here Can you imagine this? No.
This If if you took the city fifteen hundred miles high, and let's just say You had f uh floors each floor would be a mile high, each story would be one mile high. You would have many, many times the land mass of the earth as it is today. And now the earth as it is today, I mean, if that's a mile high, have you ever seen. A building a mile high? No, Festurney.
I know there's uh some, I think, in Dubai. Is it Dubai? in the Persian Gulf. They're extremely high. I mean Right.
But I don't think it's a mile high. No, I don't think so either.
Now, let's just say I mean Let's just say that they were half a mile high. That would be many, many times the total land mass of the earth today. And uh That would be But of course we don't know. You know what it would, uh What it's it's gonna look like till we get there, huh? Exactly.
Now, the Lord Jesus, when he had left he had said to the apostles, If I go. In my father's house are many mansions, and if I go to prepare you a place, I'll come back and take you into myself.
So All of this time the Lord has been there preparing A place for us, huh? Yep, yep, Pastor Ernie, and I believe that the marriage supper of the Lamb in Revelation nineteen. is going to take place in the New Jerusalem. Yeah, I do too. And so and that's the dwelling place of the sin.
It's prepared for us. It's prepared for us. Yep. And it it has to be finished when we go to heaven. And you have this massive amount of people, all the redeemed of the Lord.
And you got the new Jerusalem there because it's finished.
So there's probably a big, huge banquet hall there in one of those floors, Pastor Ernie, and that's where the. a marriage supper of the lamb will take place. And so the new Jerusalem would be setting above the old Jerusalem? It just says it's in heaven and it comes down from heaven. Yeah, mm but it comes down from heaven, but it It it doesn't set upon the earth, it sets above the earth.
And we're going to have Now here We'll have the ability Uh to levitate, won't we? Yeah, we we'll have a body like uh Jesus Christ.
So it's not limited like our bodies are limited now. And so, in other words, not only will You know, we'd be able to I mean, to move back and forth up and down We'll be able to move through dimensions, won't we?
Well, yeah. Do you remember when the disci uh when the Lord uh was raised from the dead? And the disciples were all afraid and they were in the room and it he walked like right to the door to come in. Yeah. So, in fact you have several places in Scripture where you you see moving from one dimension to another.
Right, exactly.
Okay, very good.

All you folks out there, one way. The other, you've been blessed by Him, too. All good things come from God. Speaking of that. Folks want to know.
About two or three. Of the word Baptist Church are schedule they want to know One. about a turret service, so let me give you th that right now. Uh doers of the work Baptist Church, one four seven eight one Sperry Road. That's one four seven eight one Sperry Road in Newbury.
We are right there at the corner of Route eighty seven and Sperry Road under the eight hundred foot tower.
Now We started in the morning with a Bible study, in depth Bible study. We got a Sometimes we've been told that we take a Bible study to a little higher level and Sometimes we try to do that because we love God's Word, the Bible there. And that's at nine o'clock and then Mm. At ten o'clock we have prayer meeting. We go into prayer, uh folks.
You folks out there listening, you send us hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of letters And prayer requests. And we go into prayer, we take the stacks of your letters, we read them, we take your prayer requests. Because God answers prayer, and we believe in prayer, okay? And then um at eleven thirty the morning service starts. And then at uh five from uh in the evening we have the evening service.
Uh And I think I'm going to be preaching uh John, you know With what's happening there in your state of Texas. With all this gerrymandering and that, and people want to know. Why is this happening? Why why is there so much hypocrisy? And I think I'm going to be preaching on that this coming Sunday.
It's going to be an interesting message. And with that I want to go to Uh we have Catherine Kvasik with us. Are you there, Catherine? Hi, yes, Pastor. I'm here.
Alrighty. We're gonna be uh Your brother, uh, daddy has has been in prison. uh for a couple of years now. And uh he's And it it looks like there's a whole lot of deep state. uh from what I can see, a whole lot of deep state mischief taking place there.
And he's been telling this story and What what I know uh about, of course we haven't been able to verify all the facts and everything. That's why you're here tonight. But so, with that, that's kind of a disclaimer saying we have not been able to verify all the facts. But I believe what he's saying because uh of myself over all of the years uh We have exposed John McCherdin here, who's with us, and he is. the co-founder for Cops for Christ International.
and national, and John is a former Special US Treasury agent. And him and I worked together, and we've exposed a tremendous amount of corruption in the judicial system in this country. and o other places.
So I believe what your brother is saying 'cause it sounds like what so much of what I'm used to.

Okay. Go ahead. Take her away, John. Hey, Pastor Sanders. It's Danny Klovasic with more details, an update about my case.
To recap, in the summer of twenty twenty three, Biden's FBI and Joint Terrorism Task Force unjustly designated me a level one threat, and for months, criminally stalked, hacked, harassed and isolated and discredited me. The methods they used were highly complex and sophisticated and also Relentless and non-stop. I haven't been told why this was done, but I hadn't been engaged in any criminal activity whatsoever. I was very active for conservative political causes, including working on Trump's 2020 and J.D. Vance's 2022 Senate campaigns.
I sent you pictures and receipts from this, and I also helped organize and participate in protests of drag shows for children and drag queen story hours, as well as right to life silent rallies protesting abortion in Lake County, Ohio. There's plenty of proof to this as well. The targeting that I was facing seemed to only intensify as time went on, leading me to tell many family and friends that I feared I would soon be killed or framed for a crime. And on august 17th, 2023, both appear to have been attempted, as was falsely accused of being engaged in a five-hour armed barricaded standoff. It was an entirely false accusation and the officers who fabricated it knew at all times that it was false and knew I wasn't even aware police or SWAT were outside.
and that I was said to be sleeping by the only person who said she saw me that day. This left my life needlessly in danger for all those hours and SWAT was under the false belief I was in a standoff. It misled the public as the news stations all uh local reported that I was in a standoff and wasted Minnow. thousands of uh taxpayer dollars needlessly. Two affidavits were sworn to be true by an officer under oath that night to obtain warrants for my arrest and to search my condo.
Now, if I did any of those things that I was accused of, then a few true statements under oath would have established this and justified police response and my arrest. Instead, neither of the affidavits mention a barricade or a standoff, or say that I even knew police were outside and refused to exit. Instead, every statement in the affidavits are blatant lies and the opposite of what the officer knew to be the truth. This is the most crucial part of my case and one of the most criminal aspects on behalf of police that day. Detective James Kulik of the Wicklift Police Department lied under oath multiple times to a judge to get me arrested and to search my condo on august 17th.
twenty twenty three.
Now if I'd shot a gun and was in a five hour barricaded standoff, then it shouldn't have been difficult for them to show evidence of this to a judge. The judge who signed the warrants, Marisa Cornaccio, no doubt, saw the news reports that I had falsely reported I was in a barricaded standoff, but none of this was mentioned in these affidavits.
Now, I was friends with the Mayor of Wycliffe and City Council members. And I've been told I've worked to get some of them elected actually. I've worked I've been told off the record that Kulik was instructed by then Lieutenant Jonathan Bush to say whatever he needed to get a warrant. but to not bring up anything about the standoff in the warrants, which is what happened. I understand Bush is now the chief of police and that Uh you know, then Chief Randy Ice.
is now retired, but I am certain that the feds are the ones who told Bush and then Chief Randy Ice to tell Kulik to do whatever it took to obtain the warrants, including lie if needed. Because this has panned out over the past two years as Department of Justice prosecutors Brian Deckert and Matthew Shepard have. gone to crazy lengths to defend the blatant lies in the warrants that Kulik wrote. This itself is a crime of suborning perjury. Deckert and Shepard have a duty as prosecutors to acknowledge the false statements and correct the record.
They knew the statements told to arrest me and search my condo were lies.
Now, the officer who orchestrated the false standoff, Sergeant Mark Sapko. At 4:48 p.m., requested the slot team falsely reporting I was barricaded. And at the same time, he also. request the Detective James Kulik's assistance. to obtain a warrant for my arrest.
Shortly after this, at 5 p.m., my girlfriend exit the condo. unaware police were outside and immediately told Sapko that I was in the condo sleeping and not aware of any of this police presence outside.
Sopko is then seen on body camera calling Kulik and telling him there's no rush now in obtaining your warrants as the girlfriend's out of the condo. This was at 5.11 p.m. And Sapko ensured that this false standoff would continue until Kulik obtained the arrest warrant around 9 p.m. that night. I'm going to quote directly from the blatant lies in the arrest and search warrants.
I'll start with the first and perhaps greatest lie that Kulik told under oath that day. Quote, several Ridgewick residents reported seeing a white male shooting a gun off in the air in front of 1548 Ridgewick Drive. End quote. This is an entirely false statement and the opposite of what was true. Everyone that Kulik spoke with at the condos told him they had not seen anyone with a gun or shooting a gun.
He claims he had to leave the condos. to meet the first and only witness that he would speak with that day in another city's library, where Kulik wrote and it appears signed this witness statement. The people Kulik spoke with at most, said they heard what sounded like gunshots. Many said they hadn't heard anything. But they also said that it could have been fireworks or construction equipment.
This was used as a ruse. my police to do the false standoff and and to leverage pressure to get me arrested. In fact, one minute after Officer Sopko requested SWAT, he dispatched a false report that he heard gunshots going off inside my condo. This was at 4.49 p.m.
Now Sergeant Kervasic immediately dispatched back that the noise Sapko heard and reported as gunshots was construction equipment, not gunshots going off inside my condo. Officers Kravacek and Rosen are then heard on body camera for the next several minutes debating if that same construction noise was what neighbors heard earlier and reported as gunshots. It seemed almost certain that this could be the case. But they fell back on what Sappho had falsely claimed, which was that someone reported seeing me shoot a gun that day, which was false. To this day, not a single person has claimed that they saw me with a gun or shooting a gun that day.
Most of the other false statements were told in furtherance of this first lie, including the first false statement in the search warrant, which says, quote, On arrival to the area by patrol officers, a witness, Paul S., reported that the male fired a gun in front of fifteen forty eight Ridgewick Drive and then went back inside the residence, closing the door behind him. End quote. This is an entirely false, blatant perjury. It should have resulted in the case against me being dropped and Kulik investigated and charged with perjury. Instead, prosecutors Brian Deckert and Matthew Shepard have obfuscated to the max and falsely claimed that Paul called nine one and said his family member was a witness.
when both things are also absolutely entirely false. But they led Judge Christopher Boyko astray apparently, unless he's in on the cover-up, who also ruled that Paul called 911 when he never did. My attorney hired a private investigator, Tom Pavlis, to look into these false statements in the warrants. I'm going to quote directly from his report. Quote.
I personally spoke with Paul S. regarding the above captioned incident, who advised me of the following. He immediately quipped, I don't know why people think I saw something I didn't. He explained that he had just gotten off work when he noticed cops blocking off the road running around with AR-15s. one of the officers called him over and advised him that they'd received a call of someone shooting.
He never told a police officer that he saw someone shooting. He does not know how or why this rumor started. He was only interviewed by police once. He does not recall if he prepared a written statement. End quote.
Paul arrived after the police started the false standoff and was told by police that there was a call of someone shooting, and then hours later was falsely called a witness by Kulik. And prosecutors Deckert and Shepard have done everything they could to defend what is just a clear blatant lie. The next false statements regard Michael. After searching in vain in the condos for hours, Kulik left around 8.30 p.m. to meet Michael in another city's library.
Now after meeting Michael, the first and only supposed witness, Kulik immediately went to the judge's house to obtain an arrest warrant. Kulik said in his report that he called Sergeant Sapko at this time, the orchestrator of the false standoff, and it was at this time that Sapko ended the ruse of the false standoff. by directing SWAT to approach near the condo for the first time that day, and to announce police presence for the first time. This got my attention. I became aware police were outside for the first time and immediately exit the condo and was arrested.
Officers had rowed the wave of pressure their false standoff narrative brought them until it was no longer needed. These Wycliffe officers, emboldened by the feds, created and let play out a false barricaded standoff narrative for almost five hours, duping the public and leaving me exposed to great bodily harm while I had to wake naturally and been surprised by the SWAT team outside. There's a lot more I can say regarding the false statements about Michael.
Well, without getting in the into the weeds, Kulik's affidavit said, quote, Michael stated he had witnessed the male from 1548 Ridgwick shoot several bullets from a gun and then walk back into his residence. End quote. This statement is also a blatant lie, and actually Kulik's own police report confirms it to lie. Michael never said this anywhere on record if he's even a real person. Kulik said in his police report that he was told by Michael, quote, Michael was not familiar with who the resident was there and was not familiar with who this male was.
End quote. So Michael supposedly told Kulik he wasn't familiar with who lived at 1548 or who the male shooter he saw was. But then Kulik swore under oath for my arrest and to search my condo that Michael said the shooter he saw. presided at my condo. Kulik goes on to lie in the affidavit and say, quote, Michael stated that he had observed a white car park in front of 1548 Ridgwick, and a blonde female exited and knocked on the door to 1548 before being led in by a white male.
And quote, Michael completed a written statement. End quote. Now I personally knew that the statement attributed to this supposed witness, Michael, had to be false. And so we again had the investigator reach out, and I insisted that he meet with this Michael in person to confirm if he was real, but it didn't happen, but I quote again directly from the private investigator's report. Yeah.
I personally spoke with Michael W. on the telephone regarding the above captioned incident, who advised me of the following. A Wycliffe police officer wrote out his statement as he dictated. He does not recall why the officer wrote out the statement. He does not recall discussing this with the officer beforehand.
He does not recall having seen any visitors at 1548 Ridgwick on august seventeenth, twenty twenty three. He does not recall having seen anyone in the visitor parking area before or after the incident at issue. End quote. Now the statement attributed to Michael appears to have been wrote and signed by the same person, who would have to have been Detective James Kulik. Kulik went to the police station before he talked to any of these claimed witnesses that day.
He had allegedly did not equip a body worn camera, even though his department policy dictated that he wear one, and he knew he would be speaking to potential witnesses searching for a warrant. Again, all these things would normally get a case thrown out. It's only because I'm a targeted individual that it hasn't been. Coolic attempted To establish that I shot a gun by falsely claiming Michael said he saw the male who resided at my condo shoot a gun after a blonde female arrived there. Kulikz Lone Police Report says Michael said the shooter wasn't a familiar neighbor or face and that Michael said he didn't see a blonde female arrive at the condos.
Kulik falsely claimed Michael completed a written statement. One Kulik wrote and it appears may have even signed the written statement of this only claimed witness, Michael. The next lie told under oath by James Kulik to arrest me and search my condo concerns my then-girlfriend Kelly. I met Kelly about two weeks prior to this false standoff. We didn't know each other well, which was something that she repeatedly told the officers.
She arrived to the condos around 4 p.m. shortly after police did and left for an appointment shortly after 5 p.m. She was ordered to the ground at gunpoint when she had reached the parking lot and was inexplicably detained for the next four hours as the false standoff continued. Kelly was never told why she was being detained, except that if I was dead, she may be charged with my murder. It's clear the purpose was to mute her.
Kelly estimates she told police 30 separate times while detained. that I was asleep on the couch in the condo and had no idea police and SWAT were present outside. Kelly also repeated dozens of times to officers she'd never heard any loud noise or gunshots, which makes sense as she arrived fifteen to forty five minutes after the noise reported was first heard, around 3.30 p.m. Kelly repeated dozens of times that I'd been working, eating and sleeping while she was at the condo and that I never once left the condo or stepped outside. Kelly repeated dozens of times she'd never seen me with a firearm before.
Everything told the police was true, and she was never once contradicted or accused of lying in her over four hours of questioning. Of course, none of Kelly's statements made to police during her four hours detained were recorded. which is inexplicable. Recordings from when she was detained were probably destroyed because she was emphatically almost in a panic. kept saying that she was certain that I was not aware of this police presence outside and repeatedly begged the police to just alert me to their presence and go get me, saying that he's fine, he's just sleeping, please just go get him.
and Kelly even offered to go back herself to the condo and get me and was refused.
Now they did record Kelly's statements made after the false standoff at this police station. but none of the significant details were told to the judge who was contemplating the arrest and search warrants. which are what is called material omissions. Detective James Kulik instead swore to blatant lies to the judge. Kulik swore under oath, saying Kelly quote, stated that no one else entered or exited the residence remaining that no one else exited or entered the residence other than Daniel, and Kelly confirmed that she has seen Daniel with a handgun in the recent past and that he keeps it concealed in a couch.
These are again blatant insulting lies which are just as bad as the lies of omission as to what Kelly actually repeatedly said over those four hours. Quote again from the investigator's report. Quote. I personally spoke with Kelly S. regarding the above captioned incident, who advised me of the following.
She never told police that she saw Daniel with a gun. She told the police on multiple occasions that she'd never seen Daniel with a gun. She never observed Daniel enter or reenter the apartment, exit or re-enter the apartment. She never saw Daniel place a gun in the couch or remove a gun from the couch. End quote.
And there's many other false statements. Every single statement in the warrants to arrest me and search my condo are false. I can go over them in another recording at another time. But these blatant lies told under oath, again, should have had the charge against me dropped a long time ago in an investigation into why officers did a fake standoff and lied under oath for my arrest.
Alrighty, we're back and uh Uh Catherine, do you uh Before you you comment on that, A lot of these things, you say, why would they do that to him?
Well, John. We know they do that. We know that the deep state, if you will, out there, they like to play. You're a former. High-ranking uh you know, U.S.
Special Agent, so you you know, some of the games that was played, and you and I, we've worked together exposing. a lot of this stuff and and, you know, we've seen how they've come after you and I over the years. And so uh what what was your experience, Catherine, when uh you went to try to to talk to your brother? Yeah, so. That day, um, I was working and I was informed.
By my dad, I think it was. My phone kept ringing, and finally I had looked at it and. Um looked down to see who it was, and I was with a customer, and um, I look at my phone, it's my dad saying. You gotta get to your brother's house. uh something to the effect of he didn't want to watch his son get his face blown off by a firing squad, so I'm like, what are you talking about?
You know, obviously I freaked out and left work and drove as fast as I could to my brothers, but I couldn't get there because the street was like there was a bunch of police cars, flashing lights and it was they had it like blocked, so you couldn't drive down Um, my brother's free.
So I threw my car in park and I just ran as fast as I could towards this condo. And And that's what I was told when I had called my dad and talked to him. He was short with me. He was really upset and just had said that there was some sort of stando standoff situation which I cle I was just in disbelief because it's not it doesn't sound like something Dan would be involved in at all ever.
So it was just crazy to me.
So I I got there, I ran as fast as I could and there wa and there was guns pointed at his house. There was a big machine It looked like an army tank. I don't know what it's called, but. But it freaked me out. It it they were like driving it towards my brother's house and Bye.
I ran right up to him and I was screaming, Please don't shoot my brother. And You know, the cops escorted me away and said, Don't run towards them again. You have to stay away. And. one of the cops who I guess is this officer Dodona.
He was real young guy and he was telling me there was a negotiator. working with My brother. And I would be able to talk I said, I need to talk to my brother. I was just like over and over, I need to talk to my brother. This isn't right, this isn't him, I need to talk to my brother.
Don't kill him. And And I knew leading up to this there was there was several different like hacking things he was experiencing and going through. And I didn't know how much of it was true or he was having like a mental health crisis because it was really. wild the things he was going through, like but until I started witnessing it myself and like But with his phone and his internet not working, he had to come to my house to use my internet, and it ultimately. cost him his job 'cause he worked from home and there was There's a lot of weird things, but Sorry, but I'm kind of jumping all over, but back to the Day when the officer was talking to me, Officer Dodona, he was saying.
He was telling me if I went if he was gonna make sure that him and I were on the same page. And that that we were gonna go over some things about my brother.
So he says That my brother Was on drugs and wanted me to agree with him that, like, I had to agree with him to be able to talk to this negotiator. Otherwise, I wasn't gonna talk to him or my brother. I said, okay, fine.
So he said, you know, your brother's on drugs, right? And I said, Okay, yeah, sure. You know, I'm thinking whatever as long as I get to talk and see my brother. Brother.
So I'm agreeing with whatever he's saying, you know, going along with it. Your brother has a gun. I said, okay, great. I said, okay, great. neck.
Like, whatever. Whatever. And um he said, Okay, your brother wants to hurt law enforcement officers and wants to like kill it or hurt, you know, law enforcement officers and FBI agent. And I like pause and I'm like Wait a minute. I'm like What what are you trying to do here?
I'm like, what are you talking about? That's not something my brother would say. My grandfather was the chief of police in Cleveland. We have immense respect for law enforcement officers. That's nothing he would say.
And there's The donut got me and like turned on me right then and I remember him looking at me like I was nothing, you know, like he was done with me. And I'm like, Okay, so let me talk to my brother and it was like I blew it with him because I wouldn't go with that. But He said, You know, you're out of breath from running. Do you have water in your car?
Sorry, I I give you water, we don't have any And I said, Yeah, I have a water bottle in my car He's like, Come on, let's just take a walk and Like I was trying to say no, but he just kept pushing it to escort me back to my car to get water And then I'd be able to ultimately talk to this negotiator. He ends up walking me back down the street away from my brother's house. And put police tape right in front of me and said if you cross this you'll go to jail that I would be arrested and detained. And mind you, the streets are lined with people. Um Some were neighbors, some were just random onlookers.
That were all lined up and on the streets, but he had escorted me way to the end of the street and put police state just in front of me.
So that was crazy. Yeah. But I remember screaming at my brother's house. Because at a certain point, like it clicked that Dan had not Yeah. Like, I was like, I don't think anybody talked to him, is what came to my mind.
Because I'm in I'm like. asking my mom and my dad, have y has anybody talked too dance? And Um And I I don't know, I just had this feeling 'cause it wasn't like him. And I'm not seeing or hearing anything, you know, so it was just really weird. And it was it was oddly quiet.
Like, no one was there was no loudspeaker, there was no From what I witnessed. And I think I got there a little after 5 p.m. and Was there until Well after nine PM after it had ended, but Um, yeah, I was out there like and I just started yelling and I said, Dan, wake I was like screaming, Dan, wake up, Dan, come outside. And this cop, she brings a female cop this time, and they're telling me to shut up and be quiet, or I'll be arrested. Telling me I'm screwing things up, and I said, I want to talk to my brother.
I said, Nobody's attempted to contact him, have you? And they're not answering. They're not answering.
So And then I was hearing they were knocking on neighbors' doors going door to door. And like neighbors are reporting back to me at this point 'cause they're like, Oh, she's the sister And people are questioning, Why are you back here? Why did that cop put you back? I said, I don't know. I don't know.
This doesn't make sense and it didn't make sense. And um they're knocking door to door apparently to do tear gas into my brother's condo. And I'm worried about him and his gauge. Obviously. And I'm like, dude, that could kill a dog, I think, like, I don't know.
So, I'm just, you know, freaking out. And I'm like, Why why isn't anybody just knocking on the door? And it really just felt surreal and it still does. And And I never got you know, I'll probably never get any answers, but and I r I really did. I just prayed for him and that God would protect him.
And I was really afraid for his life. And it finally came to a point where I called Um 911. And I wanted to talk to my brother. Um I or I demanded, I think, to talk to a negotiator. I don't know.
There's like a CAD report, CAD report out there about it, but But um um And mind you, during this, the police had said do not call or text him. They kept telling me not to call or text my brother's phone. Which, like, was part of that coming into play with, Oh, nobody talked to him.
So so Yeah, the uh dispatch report I guess at nine or I called nine one one at eight fifty four p.m. and demanded to talk to the negotiator. And then seven minutes later, Is when The police had finally ended their fake standoff because they finally knocked on the door. And my brother came out.
So But I remember after I or w I think it was while I was on the phone with nine-one one that Officer Dodona came running back over to me. And he said, Hang up, hang up and told me I was r like ruining things and that he was gonna I would be like detained or arrested if I didn't stop and don't call 911 again. Him and this female are yelling at me not to call 911 again. And Yeah, so the whole thing is really, and I've been, I almost had my front door broken down by police since then. I've been followed.
I've been. been harassed severely by the police. And so I'm I'm afraid every day. I still have like PTSD of that machine and the gun. Pointed at his house and like the whole thing was horrific.
So, and now he's still in prison to this day, and it's like. I don't know. I mean, and I also I haven't seen it physically, but Dan's told me that that Police officer Dodona made a report. of what I said and it was like nothing of what I actually said.
