Uh okay, so this guy put in Uh a fake. Study on chocolate, how a chocolate diet would be the greatest thing in the world. And it got. through a channel and picked up on the global media. And that just shows you how corrupted the journals are.

But the book's available in order audible. It's called Follow the Science by Cheryl Atkinson. And also, Peter worked on Martha's Vineyard, and there's a new book a novel set in Martha's Vineyard that partially is talking about the theme of the rich being untouchable. It's The Summer Girl by Jenny Blackhurst. And uh you know Really goes into details at different locations on Martha Sveni.

I would recommend that if if you work there, Peter. Cheryl Atkinson got um she got fired for telling the truth. Yeah. You didn't do that. As I'm listening to this book, I'm I was thinking I'm surprised she didn't get you know, whack basically.

you know, based on what she's exposing. Uh and then uh I give her a uh A plus for courage. Writing writing this stuff. Uh And so my question, Peter, is one on beverages. Specifically mineral water like um uh the Perriers, the uh Uh The Fiji, uh, they're still you know, uh and also maybe uh Kombuchas.

Any thoughts on beverages and also on the brain? you know, there's some games and there's some things that people say are good for the brain, but uh And then they're saying sometimes if you concentrate on a certain area, There's spillover effects on That could help you in other areas if you can.

Okay, we're going to have to let Peter answer your questions because the whole board's lit.

So, yeah. Go ahead, Peter.

Okay, so the bra the human body is interesting. The human body is a big electrical generator. The stomach provides the acid. The bones provide the base. the brain is the negative pole and the liver is the positive pole.

So, in order to help the brain, you have to help the liver. This is one of the reasons why Alzheimer's is so rampant Because statin drugs. not only eliminate available cholesterol from the circulation and your nervous system, your brain is made from cholesterol, so it dries your brain up. That's not good. And also, it does that by inflaming the liver because the liver produces cholesterol.

So If you cause inflammation to the liver, you're going to mess up the circuitry in the body. and the brain isn't going to be able to function as well as it possibly could. Also, if you eliminate cholesterol, the nerve Signals in the brain are not going to be able to respond efficiently because not enough cholesterol. And it's cholesterol is necessary for that.

So, one of the best things to do to help the brain is to help the liver. And the liver is one of the, is the only organ actually in the body that can regenerate itself. You can surgically remove a lot of it, and it'll grow back. Imagine that. It's the only organ that will do that.

I can yeah, I never I I you know, I've heard that, I can't believe it, but it's it's well, I believe it if you say it, you know, so yeah, f and fresh squeezed beet juice. Interestingly enough, you get some organic beets. You cut the greens off of them, you stick the red beet into a juicer, you squeeze out the juice and you drink it down. is a wonderful therapeutic. It's a wonderful treatment to generate new liver cells.

So, my recommendation for healthy brain function is eliminate statin drugs, eat a diet that's high in cholesterol. and do a twenty one day beet juice protocol where you do the first week two ounces of beet juice every day. And the second week, three ounces of beet juice, and the third week, four ounces of beet juice. And you can add the beet juice to the beet juice, you can add carrot. and green apple, and that is a delicious drink.

fresh squeezed beet juice, fresh squeezed carrot juice, fresh squeezed green apple juice. It is one of the most delicious things you'll ever drink. It's really good for you and it will help your brain function. As far as the waters go, the best water in the country, and I've researched this, is Mountain Valley Water. Comes from the Ouchita Mountains.

I think it's in uh Arkansas, perhaps, but it's called Mountain Valley Spring Water. Hands down, it is the best water in the country. Yeah, I don't know about Perrier. I don't know about Fiji. I have reservations about the plastic that those bottle that that water is shipped in.

I think Perrier is in in bottles. It comes in dark green bottles. Yeah, then you're good. If it's in a glass bottle, it's good. But we do not advocate drinking anything with bubbles during the meal.

because the bubbles will neutralize the acid that's in your stomach, and that's not good because you need the acid to digest the food. If you're going to drink anything with bubbles in it, whether it's a pop or if it's a sparkling water or a beer, Drink it between meals. and you'll be better served that way. All right, Peter, I'll look for some Mountain Valley water. That's easy to remember.

Mountain and Valley. Yeah. Yeah, Mountain Valley. Check it out. All right.

Thanks, uh, Cliff. We we're gonna have to move on. Let's go out to Boston for Bill. Bill, you're in you're in the air. Uh hi, Director.

I'd like to ask about a couple of women friends of mine who are older women over 70.

Okay. I'd rather talk to them, but if you know, it's it's better if I talk to them. Because if they hear one's in a nursing home and one's out of town right now, doctor.

Okay, all right, let's go then.

Well, my friend in the nursing home is is uh on uh uh hospital status And she has a black spot in her stomach that prevents accommodation of food. resulting in uh vomiting all the time. And they're supposed to give her something to help dry it up, all the mucus. And uh she's uh I give her a container of yogurt every time I go in. And I buy these in short protein shake 350 calories.

A E and J. I'd like to know what I can do for her, if there's anything else. Yeah, there's a medicine that you can give to her, an over-the-counter homeopathic medicine. But then It would be difficult for me to explain that to you on the air tonight. But if you call my office tomorrow, I'll have my office manager walk you through what it is and how to take it.

Could you give me the phone number, Dr. Yes, sir. It's 855. Three four seven 3696, 855-347-3696. We'll help you.

Thank you very much. All right, thanks. Let's go out to Minnesota. And Lynn, Lynn, you're in there. Hello.

Hello. Go ahead. Hello, Doug. Can you hear me? Yeah.

Okay. Yeah, I just wanted to say Thank you. Thank you for all the information that you. about and um We will be joining your thing Again, we did for a while there. But I I just wanted to call and say thank you.

And so that's very kind of you. Yet the solid one is your welcome. You're welcome, and I accept that. Thank you very much. All right, let's go out to San Diego with Jack.

Jack, you're in the air. Yes, um You know Trump moved around sub submarines And uh One of them in particular, they said they had was equipped with Twenty Trident. Uh missiles. that were capable of destroying one hundred and sixty Cities.

So I guess each warhead has um Eight smaller independently targeted warheads. I think if A hundred and sixty cities from could be destroyed by one submarine. My question for the doctor is this. Yeah. There is a if there is to be an all-out nuclear exchange between Russia and the United States Um what's life going to look like afterwards?

And will man survive? And what medical tips? might you have to help the survivors.

Well, all of that's way above my pay grade. I have no idea what humanity is going to look like post-nuclear apocalypse. We're going to leave that to God's hand. One of there are things that you can do, however, to negate the negative effects of exposure to radiation. And one of those is to completely mineralize your body and to take extra iodine.

Because one of the things that nuclear radiation attacks is the thyroid. And if you fill the thyroid up the thyroid up with iodine, it's hard for the radioactive iodine to get into the thyroid and to mess it up.

So iodine supplementation is really good. The easiest way and the most inexpensive way to get that is by using sea salt that has iodine that's been added to it, And to increase your consumption of kelp. Organically prepared kelp tastes pretty good too. It's kind of an acquired taste, but I really like kelp once I started getting into it. you just eat get the dried kelp and you eat it.

You eat it like potato chips. And you need to mineralize the body also. Our recommendation for everybody is to give the body all ninety essential nutrients. And we do that with something called the Healthy Foundation Pack. which is sold by a company called Eiffel Health.

So I have a year's supply of healthy foundation packs in my house. I'm never going to run out of that stuff. Um it's really important. to give your body everything that it needs in order to fix itself. And in thirty six years of clinical experience, that's the single the best way to do it.

The only other thing to do to answer your question is to pray. that none of that happens because you know That's where you start. But let me ask you this. I understand that Black walnut Uh that that uh black w concentrated black walnut uh is is r uh something that's very very good uh uh for that. I haven't heard about that.

Pardon? Uh okay. Go ahead go ahead. Yeah, I'm not sure about that for radiation. You might be right, but we use black walnut to kill parasites.

Black walnut is an extremely effective anti-parasitic medicine. It might have. Positive effects for radiation, but I would have to look that up. Another thing that's good for radiation exposure is vitamin E-like echo. E in the mixed tocopherol form, vitamin E in the mixed tocopherol form.

That's a really good thing to do. If you immediately before and immediately after a CT scan or an X-ray, is to take about eight hundred milligrams of vitamin E like ECHO. in the form of mixed tilcopherols into your body, um couple of hours before The uh exposure to the radiation a couple of hours after. Let me ask you a question on that because I have a a bottle of vitamin E liquid. It's like liquid vitamin E.

And uh Someone had uh uh left on my desk, you know, it's a new bottle. But I read in an article that you have to be c careful with vitamin E, uh, because if you Uh if you take um, too very much of it at all, it can have negative effects. What do you what do you know about that? Yeah, well there's something called um The LD50 for everything, which is an acronym for lethal dose. That kills 50% of the people that take it.

Everything has an LD50. Water has an LD50. Every drug has an LD50. Oxygen has an L D fifty, vitamin E has an L D fifty. I don't know what the L D fifty for vitamin E is.

I would assume that it would be quite a bit. The calcium supplement that I'm a big advocate of, in order to hurt yourself with it, you'd need to swallow seventy bottles a day. seven zero seventy bottles a day, seventy, thirty two ounces of bottles a day. It's hard to hurt yourself with nutritional supplement supplementation. What about echinesia?

Well, echinacea is a botanical medicine, and because it's a botanical medicine, it has a different effect on the body.

So it would depend on how the echinacea is made. where it's sourced, when it's harvested and how it's concentrated. I've gotten away from echinaceous supplementation It's good for a few things, but it's really very, very, very low on my totem pole. Of therapeutic interventions.

So I'm not overly concerned. The reason I asked that, that was one of those things that was on that list of. things you had to be very careful with. Yeah. Well, vitamin A is something that you need to be very careful with.

But if you our vitamin recommendation is a holistic vitamin recommendation because we give the body everything that it needs. Most people who do vitamin therapeutics give a lot of two or three things, right? They'll give a lot of vitamin C, a lot of zinc. A lot of vitamin D. A lot of selenium, whatever, right?

Single nutrients in high doses, and that can upset the apple cart. But when you give the body everything that it needs, all ninety essential nutrients, which include all the vitamins and all the minerals that it needs. In a sophisticated formula that's easy for the body to absorb. That's when the magic happens. Because our Th this whole thing is built upon the notion that the body has divine intelligence.

That the body knows how to fix itself, it wants to fix itself, and it's trying to fix itself.

So rather than micromanage the body with high doses of this or high doses of that, we just give the body everything that it needs. and let the body figure it out because it can. And that's a extremely effective situation And it's almost entirely without any net negative side effects whatsoever. All right, very good. Thanks, Jack.

I have to move on. Let's go to Lisa and Berea. Hello, my daughter has eczema or pariasis. What can I? Do for her.

Well, the first thing to consider with eczema or psoriasis is that she's eating food that is pro inflammatory.

So the first things to consider in that regard are is the wheat molecule.

So I would put her on a grain-free diet. No bread, no pasta, no anything made from whole wheat at all, zero tolerance. for anything made from whole wheat for ninety days in a row, And I would also give her an omega-3 fish oil supplementation. I give her three capsules of fish oil three times a day with food. And I'm going to bet you twenty five cents that if you do those two things, only those two things, You eliminate all wheat from her diet.

Not even, don't even have her look at wheat. I don't even want her to be downwind of wheat. Zero tolerance for anything that has wheat in it. And fish oil supplementation, I bet you it's going to go away in about four weeks. Thank you.

I've been seeing a lot of information on ChiliGit. Have you ever heard of that? On what? It's called Silajit or something? No, I don't know any no, I'm sorry, I don't know anything about okay.

All right. Thank you so much. Thank you. Let's go out to Bedford with Diane. Diane, you're near Dane.

Oh, I'm sorry, it's Dane. How you doing, Doc? Pretty good, Dane. Thanks for calling. How can I help?

Well, my sugar is a little high. I I'm thinking of Getting sweeties. And my doctor, when I saw him, he says, It's high, a little high, you're close to being diabetic, but he wants to and my cholesterol, the last blood test was good, but he wants to put me on a statin. I said, No. To it right away.

Well, you need to fire that doctor because he's paying more attention to the pharmaceutical rep than the literature. And if you actually pay attention to the literature, you actually take a time to read a research paper or two. then you would never ever prescribe a statin drug. because there's no relationship between high cholesterol and heart disease, it doesn't exist.

So you don't need a cholesterol drug. And if you do take an anticholesterol drug, a statin drug, you're going to get dementia.

So this guy's just not current with the research. And so you should look for a different doctor, honestly.

Okay, because he said that my cholesterol is good, but he wants to put me on a statin. And then the last time I saw him, he says, Well, do you want to take a statin for maintenance? And I told him, No, I don't want a statin. But uh I'm afraid he's going to want to throw something in for the sugar, and I'm wondering how well. Sweet E's, will it lower your A1C?

100%. Yeah. and essential fatty acids fish oil. It's like Never Fail Fudge for helping to normalize hemoglobin A1C and optimize your blood sugar metabolism, 100%. And do you know of any naturopathic doctors?

in the Cleveland area. No, but there's a website that you can go to. Yes. Oh, I think that's a good idea.

Well, yeah.

So if you go to Leave Big Pharma Behind, which is my website. Right. And you scroll to the bottom of the page. in the footer section of the website. Mm-hmm.

there is a link for a five hundred one C three nonprofit organization called the Naturopathic Medicine Institute. And the Naturopathic Medicine Institute carries an inventory of doctors like myself all across the country.

So that's the best place to go to. to find somebody like me. There was a a doctor there named he used to come on his on the radio program.

Well, he had his own program. And and I've set in on his program Kratostic. Yeah. I've heard of him, don't know him. Yeah, he's here in Cleveland.

And I haven't talked to him in quite a while. Style, do you do you know if he's still around or yeah but uh I'll look it up. Thank you very much. Too bad it's There's only one Thursday a month that you're on, 'cause I really enjoy every time you're on.

Well, on my if you become a subscriber to my stuff, I'm on twice a week on my website.

Okay, okay. And then if it's still the is it Sanders still a the pass? Yeah, capital S, Sanders, you get fifty percent off, and that beats a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, right?

Okay. Thank you very much for taking my call, Doctor. All right. Thanks for calling us. Good luck.

Let's go to Katie and Uh Kidding. Hello? Hello, you're in the air. But we got a lot of Ohio calls today. Yeah.

It's a good thing, I guess. Go ahead. I've always had high cholesterol, never took any statins, tried to do it with the vegan diet, and that didn't work. I ended up having bypass surgery. Um in April.

And now they have me on a cup I've never really had to take drugs.

Now I'm on trichlor and metropol, and I really don't want to be on either one of them. Can you give me any insight or help on any of that. Yeah, so you didn't have clogged arteries because you had high cholesterol. And are you white? Are you Caucasian?

I am, and we have a lot of family history. My mother and my brother have had bypasses too.

Well, there's no gene that codes for bad arteries. That's a myth. If you believe in evolution at all, then the the people with the bad genes would have been weeded out from the herd a long time ago. There's no gene that codes for clogged arteries. And the research clearly shows that postmenopausal white women With total cholesterol over 400.

Live longer than anybody else.

So unless your cholesterol is over 400, it's not high. And even if it were over 400, it's not a problem. That much cholesterol circulating in your blood is not a problem. The problem is why is it so high? And it's usually a liver problem.

But the reason that you get clogged arteries is because there are inflammatory chemicals in the food that you're eating that's causing inflammation inside the blood vessel. You know, it's like if you rub sandpaper on your skin, the skin's going to get irritated and then it's going to start to bleed and then it's going to scab over.

So when that happens inside of a blood vessel, The body needs to bandage the irritation to keep you from bleeding to death. And what does the body use to put the bandage there? It uses cholesterol.

So cholesterol is the bandage that the body applies to the local site of inflammation in the blood vessel. It's the cholesterol that's keeping you alive. The medical doctors have it completely backwards. The leading the leading cause of atherosclerotic plaque formation in the blood vessels is chlorine in the water.

So you need to make sure that the water that you are drinking does not have any chlorine in it. And if it does, you got to get a filter that takes it out. Because consistent consumption of chlorine will clog your blood vessels. I don't care who you are, it's only a matter of time. until those chickens come home to roost.

Now, there's a lot that you can do to optimize your heart health. There's a lot that you can do to help your heart. And I don't have time to explain it here in Pastor Sanders' show, but just go to my website, please. Leave Bitpharma Behind. com.

Become a subscriber. It's $19 a month with the Sanders discount, and Ernie gets all the money. It's a wonderful thing. And then navigate to the of the section on Healthy Heart, and it'll tell you exactly what to do.

Okay, the thing is, is that now that I'm being followed by doctors. Because I had this procedure so recently, to get off of those medicine, metropol has tons of side effects, and I know it does, but they have me kind of scared about. You know, that was a tough procedure. And they had me a bit scared about all that. Um taking that and I mean, and rightly so.

And, you know, it's kind of like you're in between a rock and a hard place because there aren't. There aren't any naturopathic hospitals in this country anymore. There used to be. But there aren't any anymore. And there's maybe three, four hundred of us who know what the heck we're doing and who have more than thirty years of clinical experience, right?

So you are kind of between a rock and a hard place, which is one of the reasons why I put the information on my website together. The intention of My stuff is to empower you. To educate you, to help you understand what to do and what's going on. And the longer that you stay on my website and the more that you learn and the more that you read and the more questions that you ask, you'll start to feel confident about what to do as an alternative to the conventional method. And you may also be a candidate for a private appointment with somebody like me or one of my colleagues So we can also work that out with you.

I help people virtually all around the world. But the first place to go is just please go to the website, become a subscriber. And educate yourself about what to do to make your heart healthy. And the longer that you do that, the more confident you will become in abandoning the pharmaceutical method. It's so affordable though, too.

I mean, that's part of it too, is the affordability of your medications as opposed to all of the um Alternatives. And I know that that's. That's kind of a pitiful thing to say, but that's sometimes how I feel too, is just it costs so much to do the Did better way, I suppose.

Well, you need to calculate into that, though, the amount of money that you've paid every month for medical insurance. Yeah. right, because it all adds up and people pay a small fortune over the course of their life for medical insurance. But they never calculate that into the bargain when they're figuring out how much they're going to pay for the drugs.

So, you know, it's not twenty-six dollars for the drug. It's $526 for the drug because you're paying $500 a month in medical insurance.

So whatever. But but I understand I understand 100% what you're talking about. But one thing that you can do that's free or that's really inexpensive. is just eliminate chlorine in the water. And that's going to go a long way towards keeping your heart r really pretty healthy.

Okay, I'll start there. And I will check your pres subscription out. All right. Thanks a lot. Best of luck.

All right. Uh, so the the the quarrying in the water because It it would seem to me that it might be A little hard to the filter there. But but apparently you can get filters, uh Yeah, double osmosis carbon filters will eliminate 99.9% of chlorine in the water if it's a good filter.

So then most. Are a lot of your big cities? I don't know, is it most big cities or just a lot of big cities? And most rural areas, too. There's a lot of crap in the water.

And that's another reason why. I mean, we've come full circle, right, with Cliff's first question: is Mountain Valley Spring Water? is the as far as I'm concerned, and I really research this a lot, is the best bottled water in the United States right now. It's a really good investment. It's not very expensive.

And if you can get that stuff delivered to your house once a month, you're in good shape. All right, very good. Uh, I have you know, where where I live, I have well water and we have filters. Uh so our water comes right up out of the ground and it's a deep well. It's a very deep well too.

You're a lucky man. Yeah, well that That should be good. I mean, that's where we drink we get most of all of our water.

So Anyhow, um statins. I got I got a qu a quick question too before we go to a break.

Now. I had my doctor was going to want to prescribe a statin for me, and I said, No, I don't want to take a statins 'cause I know what happens to you. Uh, you know, I told her what you said about a c cause memory loss and so on. And her reply was That not all statins are the same, that there's some that is some the very, very mild, very very low uh Statens, what do you think about that?

Well, the re the d they all work with different mechanisms. but the result is the same. The result is to lower circulating levels of cholesterol in the body. regardless of how you do it. And Certain statins have lower impact on the liver.

But they're all going to reduce cholesterol. And that's a problem. Because 75% of your central nervous system is made from cholesterol. And 95% of the part of the brain that's affected by Alzheimer's is made from cholesterol. Every single hormone in your body, stress hormones, and adrenal hormones and growth hormones.

are made from cholesterol.

So it's not a good idea. at all for anybody to lower cholesterol Whether you do it with a fat-free diet. With red rice yeast or with a statin drug.

Okay, what are your good chlor cholesterols? There's no such thing as good cholesterol or bad cholesterol. That's a myth. Uh, you've been taught That HDL is the good cholesterol and LDL is the bad cholesterol, and that's a myth. Those distinctions are LDL cholesterol.

is cholesterol in a carrier molecule that is moved from your liver out into your body. And HDL is a cholesterol that's attached to a carrier molecule that moves cholesterol from your body back into your liver for storage. That's the only difference between those two. But because the medical doctors think incorrectly that st that cholesterol is the antichrist, They want to move it back into the liver and away from the body as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

So, therefore, HDL, which moves cholesterol into the liver, is good. and LDL, which moves cholesterol out of the liver, is bad. And the whole thesis of their argument is wrong from the start. Which is one more reason to fire your what? I've got to do this very quick.

Then we're going to take Annie in New Jersey. But what uh what What are uh in Statens what is in Statens? Um and and what what What d do they treat? While statin drugs are prescribed to prevent heart hardening of the arteries, cholesterol buildup, uh atherosclerotic plaque in blood vessels. And it doesn't do it.

because just as many people get heart disease now as they did before the introduction of statin drugs in the mid eighties. Less people die from heart attacks, but that's not because of statin drugs, it's because of heroic emergency medical interventions. If statin drugs worked, then the incidence of heart disease would be zero. But it's not. Just as many people get heart disease now as they did when, you know, before Stanton drug.

So, the impetus behind the prescription of a statin drug is to prevent. in your blood vessels, especially the coronary artery vessels. but it doesn't work for that. Statin drugs do have a beneficial effect on the heart, but it has nothing to do with cholesterol lowering. It's another mechanism completely.

And when you put together the positives versus the negatives, then there's no reason for anybody, anywhere in the world, to take a statin drug. but it's a twenty billion dollar a year industry. They are not going to go quietly into the night, regardless of what the research says. one of the problems with the medical monopoly.

Alrighty, let's go to New Jersey with Annie. Annie, you're in the air. My question is: what do you do with cellular? Yeah. Cellulitis?

Well, the first thing to do is I would have you ever gone on a fast? Not recently.

Well, have you ever fasted in your life, like not eaten for one, two, three, or four days? Have you ever done that? Years ago, yes.

Well, you should do that again, because one of the best ways to get on the other side of cellulitis. is to go on a water fast.

So I would start a water. How long? Yeah, just for 24 hours. Just for the first week, you do it for 24 hours. And then the second week, well, I would wait two weeks and then do it for forty eight hours and then wait two weeks and then see if you can do it for three days in a row, seventy two hours.

That's going to go a long, long, long way towards helping you to be healthier. Oh, it's interesting, isn't it? I bet you didn't think I was going to say that, did you? Yeah, that's interesting. Why I put raw honey on it.

It's still there. I only doctor and I got fit in for a week, but that was a month ago. Yeah, there's a supplement that that um Um Eiffel Health sells. I would do the Healthy Foundation pack from Eiffel Health. and I would do one extra bottle of fish oil.

So I would do one healthy foundation pack one healthy foundation pack plus one extra bottle of fish oil. I would do that for ninety days and see if it has an impact on the cellulitis. Oh, h uh oh, cellulitis. Yeah. Okay, so um Okay, I take krill oil and I take salmon oil.

Yeah, well you need to take more of it. And there are a lot of things that your skin needs in order to be healthy. not just omega three essential fats that are in those oils. There are eighty nine other things that your skin needs. And that's why it's called the Healthy Foundation Pack.

Because it keeps you quite Oh, I think it's a hundred and twenty five dollars, I think, for one month. One month, okay. Yeah, give them a call. They have specials all the time. I don't sell the stuff.

But I yeah, so their number is eight eight eight six one eight 1796, 888-618-1796. 618-1796. Yeah, 888. Six one eight. One seven nineteen ninety six.

Yeah, I wrote it. All right, ma'am. Best of luck. Thank you for your trust. All right, let's go out to Parma with Janet.

Janet, you're in the air. Oh, hi. I have a a young great niece. She's in her uh late twenties. And she's a mom with a two-year-old.

She got periocarditis during COVID, and she had some hard time with it, and she kind of got over it. She was getting doing shots in her stomach.

Now she is married and happy. little baby girl. And it came back. She gets these s significant heart pains and she's Putting getting you know, the doctor has her, giving herself shots in the stomach again. Is there anything Yes, there's a lot that she can do.

One of the reasons that people get women get The resurgence or the emergence of a chronic disease postpartum.

Well this isn't p postpartum. This is she had it before she got married. And I I'm just I'm just kind of sick over the fact that she got over the Yeah, but then she had the baby she got over it, then she had the baby and then it came back, right? Right. And that's because the ba there's o there's only so many nutrients that are in the food that we're eating.

The food that we're eating does not contain all of the nutrients that the body needs to work the way that God intended it to.

So we are all running on nutrient efficiency. And the body tries to adjust, and the body tries to adapt, and it does the best job that it can. But then, when you get pregnant, The baby Sucks. a lot of your nutrients. And this is why women get eclampsia, they get preeclampsia, they get gestational diabetes.

They get postpartum depression. They get all kinds of things after they give birth. It's not because they have a bad gene, and it's not because God hates them, it's because they ran out of nutrients, because the baby. Took 'em. Because the baby's body wanted to live too.

So this, your daughter needs to do the healthy foundation pack. And with an addition of something called the Good Herbs. Um Uh, for goodness' sakes, what's it called? Good herbs heart support. Good herbs heart support, two bottles of the Good Herbs Heart Support a month and one healthy foundation pack per month.

I would do that for three months. see if it moves the needle. I I'm gonna bet you that it will.

Okay, two bottles of Healthy Heart and the the Healthy Foundation back. Yeah, at Eiffel Health, 888-618-1799. That number, thanks. Thank you so much. Good luck.

uh thanks. Uh eight eight eight six seven seven nine six seven three eight eight eight six seven seven nine six seven three If you have a question or a comment for uh Dr. Gwen Um you had mentioned Uh you had just mentioned and now I've I've got my brain fogged be uh something I I had never heard that term before. Uh It had to do with the uh uh women's as as uh like a postpartum had to do with What are the gestational gestational diabetes, postpartum depression? Uh no w there was a different term you used uh and I Trying to think of what it was.

Yeah, that's that's it. Yeah, what is that? I've never heard of that before. Yeah, it's a problem with blood pressure. with the blood pressure skyrockets and the heart starts beating wonky and you can die of a heart attack if you're not careful.

What what causes that? not enough calcium and not enough magnesium. The the baby's demands for calcium are extremely high. And there's not enough calcium in the human body to meet those needs most of the time. You're not going to get that from cow's milk.

So It's a nutrient deficiency disease, the same way that scurvy, right, is a vitamin C deficiency. Ricketts is a vitamin D deficiency. Do you like David? The Clancy is a calcium and a magnesium deficiency. driven by the babies desire Or need to have calcium and magnesium, the only place it can get it is from the mother's body.

And if the mother doesn't have adequate supplies of it, then you know, the crap's gonna hit the fan and something's gonna break. I haven't heard of those terms as as scurvy, uh or rickets in a long, long time. Is is that still prevalent today? No, not so much, but They're historical examples of nutrient deficiency diseases, right? Uh-huh.

That's why, by the way, British sailors were called Limes, right? They had the nickname Limes. Do you know why? Because they carried Limes with them on the ships. To prevent scurvy.

Yeah. And they didn't know how that worked, but they knew that it did work. And it was the vitamin C in the labs. Isn't that interesting? Yeah.

Oh Richard was a sailor, so Yeah, always kept a lime in my pocket.

Well, don't you think it's interesting? And you know, this is the tip of the iceberg, but Everybody's sick, man. All these people that are calling in, everybody's got all these things and sickness has become the new health. I mean, ev everybody's sick all the time. And people think that it's normal to be sick, and that's why they buy health insurance because, oh my God, I'm going to get sick, everybody's sick.

And I'm telling you, man, the only reason well, not the only, but the main reason that there's so much chronic disease in this country. Is because everybody's eating the wrong food all the time. They don't know that they're eating the wrong food all the time. And everybody's body is running on nutrient fumes. They don't know it.

I mean, if your car needs eight quarts of oil, but it's only got two, the engine's going to seize. Nothing wrong with the engine. If the tires need 33 pounds of air, they've only got 10, they're going to roll off the rims. Nothing wrong with the tire, it didn't have enough air. If you put diesel fuel into an unleaded engine, it's got to run like crap.

It's the same with the human body. And it's a tragedy to me that so many peoples are suffering needlessly. Where did I read that, by the way, Pastor? My people are destroyed. Yeah.

Absolutely. Want of knowledge. And there was somebody wrote a book called Everybody's Sick, and I Know Why. I think he was a smart guy. Yeah, yeah, it was a good book.

All right, let's go to North Olmstead with Teresa. Teresa, you're in the air. Yes, hello, Dr. Glidden. I'm pretty much all natural, and I take the longevity products, but right now I have swelling of the retina of my right eye.

And you know, I hit a baston some time ago. And I didn't like that because it was a chemo drug and I think it burnt my eye.

So now they want to get a lot Ailea.

So so do you believe in these injections? It's not a question of whether I believe in it or not. Yeah, my eye goal for ten years and it's holding. And the doctor said, Well, I should start these ILIA injections. Do you agree?

No, well, I think it's a good idea.

Well, look, when all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail, right?

So, all that the medical doctors know is pharmaceuticals and surgery. That's all that they know. And look, don't get me wrong. Every time I'm in the dentist's chair, I thank God for lidocaine, right? Right.

It's not the drug, it's how it's used. It's not the gun, it's how it's used. But these drugs for this particular condition in the eye, it's kind of juvenile to me.

So you're taking the longevity stuff, you're taking occutive, you've cleaned up your diet. And these interventions are effective eighty three percent of the time. We've given these things to ten thousand people over the last nine years, and eighty three percent of them recovered their health. but that means that seventeen percent did not.

So when you're taking this protocol and you come up against something and it's not yielding, It's probably because of the chemotherapy, a side effect of the chemotherapy drug. Then you are a candidate. And he said, No, you're wrong. And I said, I disagree.

Well, that's you know he put a couple of injections in there and I said, I don't want this. Yeah, it's like telling a Democrat that guns are good. They're they're never gonna listen to it. They're just not gonna believe it.

So because of your history, excuse me, you are a candidate for a private appointment. You need a private appointment with me because the generic stuff is not cutting the mustard. You need something else and the something else will be your Well, you would need a private appointment with me or somebody like me. I would take your health history, I would ask you one hundred questions, I'd do an analysis and then I'd put you on a program for ninety days. For my eye, but the swelling of the breath in my eye.

Yes, ma'am, for the swelling, or they're an individualized program. To help your eye fix it.

So that's what you need in my life. What do you give a call? What number do I call? Eight five five Three four seven. Yeah.

Yeah, eight five five three four seven three six nine six 3696.

Okay, thank you and God bless. Bye-bye. You too. All right, let's go out to uh San Diego and we have Craig. Craig in San Diego.

Hi hi, you guys. Yeah, I I just started taking um blood pressure pills. I guess it's called. I'll start ten.

So I guess it's a generic for diovan? And when you think about that stuff, I Well, the blood pressure the blood pressure medicine I don't care what it is. It doesn't. cure the blood pressure just manages it. Right.

It just manages it. And it's better to manage the blood pressure than to die from a heart attack. But. It's also better to try to figure out why you had high blood pressure in the first place and fix it, right? Right, right.

Right. And so that's what we do. we actually attempt to cure the condition. And also, look, man, most people. I'm of the opinion that at least 50% of the people that have been told they have high blood pressure don't have high blood pressure.

Thank you. They've been telling me this for twenty years. And I went in the hospital for other things and When I'd get my blood pressure, it was different every time. Like, well, why is it different? Like, it should it should be closer the same.

I mean, it could be worse. Yeah, so Yeah, so as far as I'm concerned, you need to have three consecutive readings where each number is elevated above one hundred forty over ninety. Three times in a row, and then you have high blood pressure. And most of the time That's not the case with people that have been diagnosed with high blood pressure. I've been taking it for a week and I've I've been getting lightheaded and stuff.

I'm just going to get off them and forget about it. they've been taking me for like twenty years and I talk to my sister, you know, we're Christians and everything and I go, Well, I'll give it a try and then I I just don't know.

Well, I know. Yeah, but I look at it. Go to my website. Become a subscriber. And well and read the information that I have on high blood pressure.

It can help you a lot.

Okay, now I did that Eiffel thing, and you know, from a longevity and everything, but. That's like the lady said before, I I'm I only get eight hundred a month and after rent and my insurance and stuff, I I I can't afford to to do that package every month.

Well, that's okay. There's other things that there's other things that you can do to help your heart and help your blood pressure, right? Inexpensive things that you can do and will help you. Money is never an object. you know, the chlorine I can do that.

I'm gonna start drinking 'cause I've been drinking tap water way too much, so Yeah. Yeah. Just gonna start drinking bottled water now, yeah. Yeah, okay. All right, very good.

Thanks for calling. We are Out of time, Richard, it's time.

Okay. Uh, to to do our thing there. And um So Tell the folks how they can get to heaven because Some day when they're there We won't need Eiffel. We won't need anything. We're going to have brand spanking new bodies.

Amen. And you're going to Peter will be out of work. I'm looking forward to that. Yeah, and you and me both, because I'll be out of work too. And that's one thing we won't be able to do in heaven is preach the gospel.

Amen. We won't need to. Yes, but that that's uh the decision that everybody needs to make and uh we need to talk about that is uh there heaven and hell are a real place. And when people say you need to obey the gospel, the gospel is simply understanding who Jesus Christ is. The Bible s uh speaks of uh Jesus Christ as being The Son of God And he was born of a virgin.

He lived a perfect life. He died on the cross after shedding his blood for our sins. And the most important thing is on the third day he rose from the grave. And he conquered death. And the scripture says that he took the sting of death away.

And he did that With his sacrifice, and the way we access that is simply. surrendering to him We need to believe who he is. understand that we are truly a sinner. And that we need a Saviour. and that Jesus Christ we want him to come into our lives and save us.

And be the Lord of our lives. We want to not only want a Savior, somebody to save us from sin and damnation, but also to. To obey him and be a Lord of our lives. And we do that by studying the word after we're saved and understanding it. Because If uh if you're not saved yet And you're reading the Bible.

You're not going to understand most of it. Because it's it takes the Holy Spirit to give us the guidance in the scriptures.

So Let me just lead you in a little prayer if you haven't obeyed the gospel before. And I encourage you to do this so that you can have a home after a while and live with. wilt live with the Lord and not in torments.

So we just bow our heads and we just thank, Dear Heavenly Father, I know I. I've sinned. I know I I need a Saviour, Lord. and I want to surrender to you. Jesus Christ, and I want you to come into my life.

And and Forgive my sins blot my sins out, And let me live a life for you now, Lord. In word, thought and deed. in all that we do. And we just thank you, Lord, for coming into our lives and doing that. In Jesus Christ's name we pray.

Amen. So if you've said that prayer right there uh You know What happens when they say that prayer? Are are they are they gonna feel like they were just struck by lightning or?

Well, you know, there's all kinds of examples of of people saying certain things, what happens and that, but l listen, our salvation is not on feelings. Our salvation is on the Word of God.

So whether you felt something when you get saved, or you don't feel anything, it doesn't matter. You're a new creature now. You're born again. Amen now. The Bible says that God, all our prayers are kept, that God keeps our prayers, okay?

Yes. And so when you make, when you do that, Uh when you call by the name of the Lord, you ask for forgiveness of your sin. You ask for Christ to be the Lord of your life all of your life. That is kept that prayer is kept for the day that w you're at that BMC judgment, huh? Yes.
