Good day, guys. This is Truth Talk Live. On this show, we are going to talk about current events, what's going on out there in society, and there's a movie out called Disclosure Day. It's talking about alien life. in the government disclosing its information about uh what they had on alien on alien life.

Well, that's going to be a secular view on that topic. You know, it's something that everybody's talking about. What is the Christian response to alien life? This is going to be disclosure day on the Truth Talk Live. Network show.

How are we going to approach that? What's our response going to be again? And we have somebody that can talk on that in depth. He is a Christian apologist of 20 years. His name is Mr.

Stephen Suttles.

So, Stephen Suttles, welcome to the show, sir. Thank you so much, Jamal. Glad to be here. Yes, sir. For folks that have gotten to this topic about alien life, they say this is another hole that.

is in Christianity.

Well, what does God say about other life and God has talked about only humans being on this earth and how we are the sole greatest creation. Doesn't mention alien life. And what if scientists find life on other planets? Wouldn't that be a way to debunk Christianity?

Well, no, hold on. That's not a whole in Christianity, that's just another topic to cover.

So we're going to try to equip you here today. And we're not going to come in with opinions and just our thoughts. We're going to give you facts and we're going to give you references so you can be equipped to have these conversations.

So you kind of have these So, you can counteract the argument against Christianity, so to speak.

So, just to jump right off. Disclosure Day Has this scene, actually has a few scenes. where it says where it says, well, Aliens is going to disprove God, and there's going to be chaos in the streets, and we can't handle that.

So my question to you, Stephen. If somebody were to say to you well There's a lot of evidence on alien life. And There's no Christian response. What would you say? What would your references be on saying, well, there's a Christian response to the alien topic that's going on today?

What would you say? Well, alien life as we um perceive it really is what I would call interdimensional.

So there's a lot of evidence out there. A guy named John Keel actually wrote a book. did a great job on this. Um and what he mentioned was that Um That there are interdimensional beings and not. Um necessarily alien.

So there's a lot of evidence to say That interdimensional travel is possible for those beings, but not for human life.

So, for humans, it's literally impossible. To travel across the un the universe, across our galaxy, as we know it, the Milky Way, but especially across the universe as a whole. There are a lot of physics problems related with that, and so we have to Factor all of those in of what those issues are to say that the travel itself literally is an impossibility.

So whenever you come to that conclusion, Um then you can start looking a little further to say that that's the alien life is an impossibility.

So you start have to ask ask, then what are these things?

So basically we know A few things, a study by Dr. Bates that there are 150 UFO sightings every day. No two have ever been alike. They defy the laws of physics. They fly at incredible speeds, thousands and thousands of miles per hour.

Fly in one direction, become a different object, and go in a different direction.

So there's all kinds of things that happen.

So our Milky Way, as I was mentioning, is 100,000 light years across.

So what does that mean really? If you travel at the speed of light, which cannot be done. That's 186,000, a little bit more, miles per second. That's 31,536 seconds in a year. It would take you 100,000 light years just to cross our galaxy.

Wow. Let alone 1 billion plus galaxies out there.

So the brain power required to do that. I mean, just think about that. You would have to hand off Literally, nuclear physicist type Knowledge year after year because you're going to be traveling for 100,000 light years. Then the next problem they come into is the energy that's required to do that. It takes much energy as much to slow down in space because there is no gravity.

Again, you're traveling 100,000 light years just in our galaxy. You're going so fast that space dust, just the space dust, would become a huge problem. It would destroy anything that hits it. G-forces would destroy any light form at that speed. Cosmic radiation would be fatal.

There's no advanced technology for humans, life as we know it, that can overcome the laws of physics.

So what it would have to be then is some sort of interdimensional travel. And so, you know, the basic example that I give, we know four or five dimensions.

Some even say up to eight or nine dimensions. But if our dimension, if at the way we perceive, is like a piece of paper, two dimensions, just say that's our perception, and we take a pencil and poke it through that paper, creating a third dimension, that's kind of like how interdimensional travel works. It just pop in our dimension and pop out, or can do all kinds of crazy things because they are from another dimension.

Well, that is. A great heavy intro. As you see, we have a lot of content for you all out there, and this guy can talk at length about that. But we want to get our listeners in. We have a Kevin Ray, Kevin Lay, coming in.

We also have a Scott out of Asheboro. Scott, hold on one quick second. We're going to get to Kevin first. Kevin, you're on Truth Talk Live. We're talking about alien life.

What's your take on that, sir? Jamal, hi, this is Kevin again. Thanks for taking my call. Yes, sir. Glad you called back.

What an incredible concept, right? Like to just think about it. Uh, logistically about getting far and then, like, skipping through time, we don't even understand like wormholes or anything. Um I was I was curious to think about Okay, we can approach it. Scientifically, right, through the laws of physics that we understand so far, as I guess as we observe.

But What about salvific I what about like salvation wise? Right? Um How does that, you know, how does how does one reconcile Um That piece with uh with the science behind travel, right? You know, we we have the Bible here on earth. And um And to think, okay, could it exist?

in an alternate So just kind of curious as to what the take is Just Just like, you know, as far as the Bible and salvation-wise, and Jesus was sent to earth, basically.

Well, yeah, that is something that we do need to process. And just to jump in real quick with the number so other folks can call in, it's going to be 866-348-7884. Again, 866-348-7884. You had a response, Stephen? Yeah, so I think you nailed it: Jesus came to this earth.

We are his special creation, obviously. Because he did come here, he came here and he died on the cross for our sins. He made other creatures on this earth. He didn't die for their sins. He made man special.

We are his special creation. And it's just once for For man to die, God died once purposefully for us to take the penalty for our sin.

So, While somebody might say, well, what about other planets or if there's aliens out there, couldn't he do that for them?

Well, then that would essentially make him a liar if he dies for somebody else because we're his special creation, that he died for us. He tells us that in His Word, and His Word is the Word of God. And I think that's the music is kind of low on my end. Maybe we can break that out. But call in with your questions, comments, criticisms.

Okay, when we say alien, what do we mean? Like anything could be alien, right? A single cell bacteria that we've never seen. That's true. You know, a floral.

Is it a soul bearing type thing? Is it one with a conscience? Like, how you know, where do you guys start? When it comes to that, And then I'll hang up and I'll listen. All right.

In Ephesians 6:12, it tells us: for we struggle not against flesh and blood, but against rulers, powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places.

So we're kind of told that the power of the air. Could be demonic beings that are from another dimension. There are maps that map out occult activity. And with that occult activity, they overlap almost precisely. Where a lot of these UAP alien encounters or sightings have been.

So that's quite telling, in my opinion, to say. Quite good evidence that these aliens, UAPs, are some sort of. um interdimensional being, likely demonic because it coincides perfectly with a cult type of activity and where it's mapped at.

So that's where I would say that they're coming from. Um and so, you know, The devil is a liar and he's full of lies and he Walks about to present himself like an angel of light, 2 Corinthians 11:14 would tell us. He disguises himself. And there's going to be a great deception in the end times, and I believe that's where a lot of this will be heading.

So when it comes to disclosure day, There's a great USA article out about this. And what I would say is, it's about the messaging. A lot of this that we're seeing, a lot of the UFO, UAP, alien talk and things out in the media these days is all about messaging, preparing people to. to say If there are these aliens out there, then this must be what seeded the earth. This must be what took the people away when the rapture occurs.

And of course, the whole rapture is a whole different topic, which I won't get into right now. But this USA article talks about Spielberg and talks about his movie making and how things would be shaken up and how Christianity would undermine, literally, it talks about undermining Christianity and showing that our relationship with God isn't special. There's other intelligent beings out there.

So what I would say is a lot of this, when it comes to this movie that's out there, is literally messaging to try to prepare people for what's to come. Exactly. And I was going to jump on that as well.

So I'm glad you reminded me to address that topic. We also have Becky for calling in. And Becky, hold on for one second. We're going to get to Scott in a little bit. But before we get to Scott, just hold on.

One quick second, Scott, before we get to you. Um you mentioned about preparing folks for what's out there, for what's to come.

So not only can you talk about life on other planets, alien life. The whole nine yards. You also can talk about Noah's Ark and the flood and how that happened.

So you have, as we talked off air, you have two books talking about this.

So would you mind mentioning those books and how folks can pick them up? Yeah, absolutely.

So let me tell you a little bit about that. First of all, let me tell you: when I write anything or speak to anyone, especially in a teaching sort of format or the podcast that I have. I'm very cautious because there's Biblical mandates that say if you're going to be a teacher, you're going to be held in higher judgment. You're going to be judged more strictly. That's James 3:1.

So I pray daily, not to say that I'm right all the time, but I pray daily that I would be wise and that I would rightly divide God's word and that I would not mislead anyone or that I would not be deceived myself.

So I take this very seriously. I study hard, and my intention is to lead people to Christ. uh and nothing different. When it comes to the to the books, I've written two books. One is called What is a Christian to Believe About Creation and the Flood?

It's an apologetic book. Apologetics is a Greek word, apologia, which just simply means a term in the Greek that means a defense or reasoned answer, how to defend your faith. 1 Peter 3:15 says, Sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts. Always be ready to make a defense to everyone. And also, we're going to do that with gentleness and meekness.

We're not trying to beat them down. We're not trying to win an argument, per se. We're trying to. Clear the underbrush, if you will, to point them to Christ.

So, if that means cosmology, if that means teleologically, if that means biologically, genetics, DNA, if that means history, if that means archaeological, whatever that means, apologetics can point the way to say, hey, the Bible is right and true.

So, I've written that about Genesis 1: the creation event, cosmology, the creation of man, biology. We get into depth into biology and DNA evidences there within the book, and then on to the flood series, because that goes on into Genesis a little further, and then wind that book up with the Tower of Babel and as it is in the days of Noah. The second book is called Bite-Sized Prophecy, spelled B-Y-T-E. Both of these can be picked up at Amazon. But Bite-Sized Prophecy has to do with prophecy and end times, and even specifically a lot of technology that we see out there today, and how we're seeing world events and we're seeing technology come about to the point.

That we literally are seeing prophecy unfold before our very eyes. That is good information on these books.

I know I met you the other day. Good to see you. Good to talk to you on here. Likewise. But for me I you know, I'm very I'm a strong Christian, and I will say he had some great points.

He had some great points. He kind of stole some words out of my mouth because, like, a big thing I think about is, you know, the Bible itself as Jesus I mean, God sent Jesus to, you know, die for our sins. And he did it for us because we're his creation, and it would make him a liar. And that's a very good point. And also, too.

It's also nothing was mentioned in the Bible about you know, aliens out there. And aliens too could be the definition of, you know, something foreign to us. But no extraterrestrial life. Everything is mentioned on earth. and you don't hear the earth or anything like that, You hear earth and our creation, you know, where is creation?

And I'm a little, I'm not as probably studied as. other speakers on here, but I'm just I'm younger too. But I'm because I live my daily life as just a normal Christian, as in I spread the word when I can. I live my life through Jesus Christ. I try to use my salvation as an example to others in testimony.

As I say, it's kind of just I use it on a simple term. I I just like to simplify things too to make sure that everyone can understand it. And and that's good. And just to jump in real quick before we uh before we lose you. There's plenty of information and sources out there.

He's got some other things going on. But before we continue with our topic, we're going to get to Becky out of Greensboro. Becky, what do you want to add on to this topic right now, right now today? Hi, Jamal. Hi, Stephen.

Well, Stephen already talked about a lot of the things that I was going to bring up, like demonic activity and Um but I was wondering um what he thought about Um people who have paranormal experiences or people who have experiences and they say that it's aliens. That they're usually Um Involved in a cult activity. They're usually doing other things, you know. And also the technology. If if it's demonic activity, if they're demons, I've always wondered where does the technology come from?

Or is that just something we're seeing? Like when they see things in the sky, is that actual technology that's beyond anything that we could do? Or is it you know, some things that we're just seeing and Okay. Uh assuming that it's technology that's Far advanced. Above ours.

Yeah, so a couple of points that you you made actually we we've touched on and you've you've reiterated.

So I I fully believe it's um interdimensional beings, some sort of angelic activity. In my opinion, probably mostly demonic.

So when people are involved in the cult, that's why the the studies that have been done map over Almost perfectly with where sightings and experiences of alien activity have occurred, the exact same spots where a lot of occult activity has occurred.

So I think that's extremely telling and a huge source of evidence to say there's more than just coincidence going on here. There definitely is too much overlap. um for that to be something different. When it comes to technology, But Short answers, we don't know. I mean, there they're s the demonic beings, angels in general, whether they're good angels or bad angels, demonic angels, beings, have been around for thousands of years since God created angels at the start.

So they know a lot of things. I mean, a lot of way more than what we would know. A lot of it could be that they're able to morph, for a lack of a better term, into other things, and it could just be something that simple. Like, for example, in the Bible we know that angels aren't human per se, but certainly Lot had an experience with two angels that were men where he blinded the eyes of guys that were trying to rape them.

So we know those types of things can happen.

So it's not a stretch to say they can morph into um all types of things with glowing eyes and things that shine and all kinds of uh evidences of things that our government and others that have had these sightings say that they've seen. I don't think it's too far of a stretch to say they could morph into anything. But to also say that they might know of the technology to Have some kind of craft.

Well, one, I don't think they need it at all because they can interdimensional travel without a problem. But uh but certainly if they if they wanted to they would have uh the the knowledge to do something like that. And uh Becky. It is uh coming from Lawndale Church out of Greensboro. I've had a chance to visit that church.

It's a great church. Uh they have uh kids' ministries going on there.

something that I wanted to bring up, Stephen. where we're talking about so much evidence and we're talking about deception and Um How we're talking about government involvement.

Something I've heard from a few different sources is. Preparation. Are their people, are their sources? Are there groups preparing us for something major to come? And they would use the alien.

talking point as a cover-up. for some kind of big massive event.

So Dr. Hennett has talked about revelation and the rapture and all that, and he's talked about that in depth. Um, and he said something like, Well, If there is a rapture that happens then the governments will have to have some kind of explanation for that. in a secular view. And some would say that they would use aliens and alien abduction.

So, to shoot the question back out at you, Stephen, could The rapture be explained. with a rapture where uh mass amounts of people are and Taken into heaven. Could that be explained by the government by saying it wasn't God, it wasn't the rapture, it was alien abductions? Could that be something that is plausible that the governments would say would happen to answer the question of the rapture?

Well, of course, it's a possibility and plausible. Whether they'll do that or not, who knows? But certainly, that would be an out for them to and then not have to explain a Christian worldview of any sort. I mean, My personal opinion is that's probably likely what will happen.

So yeah, that is absolutely a possibility. I don't know what else they could say. I would say, whenever you mentioned lots of people exiting this world because of the rapture, I don't think it's going to be near as many as we think.

So the Bible is clear that narrow is the way. And then broad is the way that leads to destruction. Narrow is the way that leads to God.

So I think there are a lot of professing Christians. This is again my opinion. Um but I think each of us as professing Christians need to look at our lives And determine: are we really walking with the Lord? And does our life show evidence? that God lives within us, that the Holy Spirit lives within us.

Because I think a lot of people who think that or profess that they know the name of God and have that salvation experience, that it's just an experience for them and not actually having had an encounter with Jesus Christ.

So to me, I would turn your question into a call to people to examine their lives. That's so good. And that's something that no matter what's going on, we are responsible for ourselves. We can't really be in charge of somebody else. We are in charge of ourselves.

So, no matter if it's aliens, you know, the economy. Poverty, problems with our own family. We have to be in charge of what God gave us and in charge of our own lives. And that way, we're not. Pulled in a thousand different directions, trying to wonder: well, how do I respond to this?

How do I respond to that? And you can try to address as many as you can, but you're ultimately in charge of your own life and what God gave you. what are what are you doing with uh your time, treasures and talents? And that's a scripture that mentions Being in charge of your own responsibilities. You can, again, think about other things, but mainly you have to focus on yourself.

Now, Um speaking about uh bringing God into this and Kind of the light side of this. You also mentioned off air that some of this angel activity could be good angel activity. Talk about that for a little bit.

Well, I mean, it's a possibility. Again, we don't know. But just like I mentioned earlier, in the case of Lot, where two angels were there, I mean, that's a prime example. And there's other examples in the Bible where good angels appeared in scripture and had some kind of function. Um that they Uh Did during their time here on earth.

So they're used for all types of purposes. They're all types of different kinds of angels, and that's a whole different show altogether. That is true. Ones that are around the throne, ones that are messengers, ones that are warriors, and so on and so forth.

So, yeah, absolutely. It could potentially be others. The bottom line is, we just don't know exactly. Uh what these um f interdimensional beings are that are being seen and recorded by the government and by others. And and that's a good point.

We can come in with all kinds of evidence. For our point, the other side would say the same thing that they have all kind of evidence. But at the end of the day It is What Can you one what can you prove? Two, what seems more I guess logical, what makes more sense than anything. As I've said before in the program out program, I'll say it again, one of my favorite lines by Lee Strobel.

Due to a preponderance of evidence, Okay. The evidence points towards a Creator. And if there's going to be a creator, then there's no other creator that fits the bill other than the one of Jesus Christ. He's the only one with the empty tomb. He's the only one that's written the Bible and had other people write on his behalf of the Bible.

The Bible is the most. Tested, most sold translated book of all time. And we're going to get into that a little bit also about the believability of the Bible. But we're coming up on a break. And we still have one more segment to go.

Welcome back to Truth Talk Live. We're talking about alien life. In response to the movie Disclosure Day, We're going to be hitting that from a Christian perspective. We have a caller coming in, but before we get to that caller. We want to hit quickly about some topics that we have to get to.

So. When we're mentioning the Bible, we're mentioning logic and apologetics about this issue. One could say, well, how do you know your sources are true?

So I'm going to ask Stephen to quickly address that if possible. And then we're going to get to some other topics before we close out because we have a lot of information to show.

So again, if somebody were to question the believability of our Sources. What would you say to that, Stephen? Boy, you handcuffed me right out of the gate, asking somebody like me to give a short answer on that.

Well, a couple of things. I mean, there's many things that I actually could say. Obviously, I'm not going to be able to touch on them all. But we have a lot of fragments and copies of. Um Of our Bible, essentially, from ancient texts.

We have over 5,500 Greek manuscripts, we have over 10,000 Latin manuscripts. And a lot of fragments of all of those.

So whenever you're doing textural Criticism or validity, you have to keep the same standard across the board with other ancient writings, like Caesar's writings, or Plato, or Tacitus, or Homer's Iliad. How How many copies are there? and how close to the source Was it written?

So none of them. Compare, not even close to our New Testament or Old Testament.

So they were written much later, and there's way fewer copies. Like I just told you, we have over 5,500 Greek manuscript copies. And then the copying process was done very carefully. I mean, they took the Lord's name extremely seriously, which so should we. But before they would even write that, they would get up and cleanse themselves and wash, and they would count every letter across and every letter down.

When the scribes did their work, they were very meticulous.

So that's one way we know our Bible is right and true. Another way is just by within apologetics as well, like messianic prophecies and other prophecies that come into play. A lot of those tell us and show us that there's no way it could be anything but the truth. I'll give you some examples. When I teach a course, I like to give a lot of statistics and then give analogies.

illustrations of what that means.

So there are over 300 Messianic prophecies in the Bible, and many more than that, about 2,500 prophecies in general. But just if you just look at eight of the messianic prophecies, that's one chance in 10 to the 17th power, which is a huge number. And then if you applied it to um more of those 40, you come up with 10 to the 157th power. These are numbers that are astronomical. I mean, you you just can't get around what those mean.

Like, for example, 10 to the 17th power, just the lesser number of those two. If you fill the entire state of Texas with silver dollars, four feet deep. Texas is about the size of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia combined. It's a huge state. And then you mark one of those silver dollars out of the.

Trillions and trillions and trillions of silver dollars that it would take to fill that. Mark one of them, mix the whole thing up, and Jamal, I throw you in there blindfolded and say, walk wherever you want. And for you to find that one is the same as that 10, 1 and 10 to the 17th power.

So, what I'm telling you is, is because of our prophecies that we know have come true, it shows that the Bible is right and true. And it also shows that a few remaining prophecies that are left, which aren't many, maybe about 20, 25%, also will come true. Uh-oh. And yeah, exactly.

So you better be paying attention to what the prophecy says and where it leads. And then when it comes to other parts of apologetics, things like the first and second law of thermodynamics and other things within apologetics perfectly align with what the Bible tells us. One is the law of conservation.

So there's no new energy being created anywhere according to the law of thermodynamics. Dynamics, the first one. And the Bible perfectly anticipates this. On the last day, God rested. There was no more creating going on anywhere.

Nowhere is there. When God created man, He formed him, which is a completely different word than created, out of dirt. An easy analogy for that is a gas car.

So you put gas in a car. Does the gas just disappear? No, it turns to exhaust. Very good point. It just turns to a different form.

So there's not something new being created, it's just changing form.

So that's perfectly anticipated, and it shows the Bible's right and true. Same thing with the second law of thermodynamics. Everything is winding down. Everything we see. Perfectly as anticipated within the Bible, just as the Bible said, if you start with the Bible.

You'll find out science catches up eventually. That's exactly right. We want to catch up with Mike from Dayton, Ohio. Mike, We're talking about alien life. What do you got to say, sir?

You got to go quick. Yeah, I I know I do. it I think at the end of the world or end of time is there gonna be more de uh demonic uh stuff that ha that's happening. You know what I mean? I think that the devil's going to ramp it up at the end.

And to what you're saying about the Bible, Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible loves me so. That's all I need to know. You rack my brains about the Bible and how it's so real, but it's real to me because I know it's in my heart that Jesus loves me. You know what I mean? Yeah, absolutely.

So, a couple of things. One, to your first point, absolutely, there'll be more demonic activity. We know that prophecy tells us that the book of Revelation, as you start to walk through that, by the way, the podcast. My podcast goes back and forth between these two books, and it walks you through prophecy, the book of Revelation, Daniel, and others. And it ties in technology, and you'll see how it becomes more and more demonic.

I mean, when the bowls and the judgments start to be unleashed, it really is going to be something for those that are left here. I'm glad that I'm not going to be here during that time.

So, absolutely. The second part of that, I can fully appreciate the Bible said so, so therefore I believe it. But as we started off the podcast, we literally are commanded to be able to give evidence to others and to point them to the cross.

So, you may not know it like some apologists do, but there's a lot of resources out there to help. And I'm always available if you catch me on Facebook. Yeah, I just, you know, a lot of times I don't have the answer, but I have it in my heart. You know what I mean? And that's what I tell a lot of people. But I can point them into the right direction and I can eventually find them the answer. Yeah.

But it's wonderful to have you guys that are so diligent in studying on what you study. And then I wish I would have done more, but I haven't. It's never too late. You stole my thunder, man. I was going to say it's never too late.

Hey, Moses, he was out for 40 years and he came back and did amazing things. The guy from Kentucky Fried Chicken also, he was late in his eight stages.

Now we have a few minutes. And I know that's going to be tough. I'd like to get to the flood, which you've talked about, but I also want to get to your other. things that you have going on.

So if you could briefly Mention what all you have going on. Actually, let's talk about. The Let's talk about the flood first. Real quick, and then get into how people can get in contact with you. We have about two minutes left.

I know, that's tough. Javal, you're killing me. I know, I'm sorry about that. I'm up against the clock, bro. No worries, I get it.

So, yeah, the flood was a real event that happened. It was a global flood. There's evidence everywhere on tops of mountaintops. of marine life that has been deposited there. Um there's a lot of answers within um the the flood event of how we get myth legends around the world.

There's answers there for um how things grew so much larger uh pre flood. And a lot of people um mistake um Not ignorantly, but they just don't know. The pre-flood world was way different than what we currently have, and they base things on what we see today. The pre-flood world was way different than what we see today.

So there's a lot of answers to all of the flood questions: the feasibility of the ark, how could all of these species, by the way, they weren't all species that were on the ark, they were of like kinds. Just have to read your Bible, and it'll tell you that.

So then the genetics take over when those animals exit the ark.

So there's a lot of answers within my book and other sources too, because that's part of the name of my first book, What's a Christian to Believe About Creation and the Flood?

So all of those are answered there. My podcast goes back and forth between prophecy and between apologetics in this first book.
