What is your love language? How would you like to have a Q and A session? with the author himself of the five lun languages Dr. Gary Chapman, who also, by the way, is My pastor, one of the pastors at my church. Dr.

Alex McFarland, our good friend, is making this dream come true for so many Truth Network listeners. And it's all happening at Myrtle Beach. Alex, it's coming up, man, and you're inviting everyone to come, right? On June 15, 7 p.m., the Greg Rolls Theater in North Myrtle Beach, Dr. Gary Chapman is our second of four.

Keynote speakers in the Conversations That Matter speaker series. And Stu, I got to tell you, I could not be more excited. I, for, Well, I guess all of my adult life I've admired Gary Chapman. And he's going to be there in person. And yes, he wrote one of the biggest-selling books of our lifetime, The Five Love Languages, sold more than 20 million copies.

And Stu, yes, he will be there to speak. He's going to be talking about the successful. Characteristics of any marriage, any relationship, how to rebuild families when there are, you know, broken relationships. And, uh, Stu, I say Gary Chapman has probably saved more marriages and families than any other writer, and we just could not be more excited about having this incredible leader, this great American figure at our speaker series, Dr. Gary Chapman.

Well, it's so exciting, and thank you for doing this. You've been advertising it all over the Truth Network, all over radio stations nationwide, because so many people go to Myrtle Beach just to get away, just to get a condo near the beach, or they go to Cherry Grove or Georgetown, or they go down below a little bit, or they go up higher, maybe toward Wilmington. But you're inviting everyone to come. Have we got enough room for everyone? And how can people get their tickets to this amazing speaker series?

You had Dinesh D'Souza last month, which was off the charts. You've got Charlie Kirk next month, but front and center on June the 15th is Dr. Gary Chapman, the Doctor of Love, the author of the five love languages. Alex, how do people get in that want to go down there? Maybe spend a couple of nights.

Maybe go to the beach house, go to grandma's beach house for a couple of days. Yeah, well go to my website, which is alexmcfarland.com slash conversations. AlexmacFarland.com slash conversations. The speaker series is Conversations That Matter. You know, we're partnering an amazing man of God, Greg Rolls.

He has a state-of-the-art theater. You know, Stu, you know how like Branson, Missouri has all these music theaters?

Well, Myrtle Beach has a great music industry. And we've rented this state-of-the-art theater, you know, 40-foot-long video wall. It's just, it really, the content, the aesthetics, everything is going to be a life-changing evening. And yeah, you know, my family has a long history with Myrtle Beach. My grandparents ran a hotel there for about 30 years.

And yeah, people go there to relax and enjoy God's beautiful creation, maybe eat in some really great restaurants. But what we're doing, because, you know, Stu, we've got camps. All over the country, but really, kind of for the families, we've focused in on Myrtle Beach, renting the theater, bringing in speakers like we are doing. And of course, you know, August 21 is Charlie Kirk, our great friend Charlie Kirk, and Lauren Green of Fox News. But Gary Chapman, June 15, folks, you've got time to, you know, book a room, come on down to the beach, eat some good seafood, and then get some content that will absolutely supercharge your marriage and your family.

Hey, Stu, I just want to encourage the men listening: lose at anything else but win with your family. That is such a good word, Alex. Wow, yeah, and the attack is on the family, right? I mean, the enemy is going after the family right now, yeah. And Gary Chapman and I, it's not just an event.

I mean, Dr. Chapman and I have been on Zoom calls. Multiple times praying for this event. And, you know, you're blessed. Your family has been under his ministry.

He, besides being an internationally known author and leader, and communicator, he's been on staff at Calvary there in Winston-Salem for. And I just think he is one of the great men of God. Of our lifetime, really. And folks, he'll be in person June 15, 7 p.m., Myrtle Beach, the Greg Rolls Theater. He is one of our keynote speakers in the series.

We're doing Conversations That Matter. Wow.

So, friends, get down there to Myrtle Beach, take your family, enjoy your time down there. We've got a great station down there that's carrying this program right now: 100.9 FM, The Cross. We've been advertising it on there. We've been advertising all kinds of wonderful truth network stations. AFR stations are pumping it up.

Everyone loves Alex, and everyone loves to see people come to Christ and to see people come into harmony, true biblical harmony. It's not a 50-50 relationship. It's not a co-op in marriage. It's 100%. And Dr.

Chapman, God's given him a gift. He's done marriage counseling, marriage books, marriage seminars, and now he's doing a marriage, big marriage event thanks to Alex McFarland Ministries in Myrtle Beach in a beautiful venue.

So You can learn all about it at alexmacfarlane.com/slash conversations. And I encourage everyone to go. Alex, I don't know how you hold it all together, but our listeners, I want to tell everyone to pray for you, pray for your ministry. You're speaking on college campuses, you're preaching and filling pulpits, you're doing these big events like this one in Myrtle Beach, June 15th, but you're also doing these Christian worldview camps. You just had a bunch of kids come to know Christ at some of your events recently, didn't you?

Tell everyone about that real quick and how they can pray for you. Oh, well, thanks. Yeah, 24 hours ago, I was in Montana wrapping up the first of our seven summer camps. You know, Stu, we've done camps since 1998. And Christian camp still changes lives.

We had over two dozen kids get saved Monday and Tuesday. And a lot of young people, maybe they didn't have such great family background. A lot of kids have very stormy upbringings, but they are hungry for truth. And we, it's been our calling for 30 years, you know, that we're just telling kids about Jesus, telling kids about how they are secure in Christ if they'll put their faith in the Lord Jesus. And listen to this.

I was at an event the other day, and there was a family and a young lady, she said, Oh, Mr. McFarland, I came to the Greensboro Coliseum many years ago. You brought in Josh McDowell and you brought in Coach Tom Landry of the Dallas Cowboys. And I came to your event and that's where I found Christ when I was a teenager. And I said, great, great.

And she looked at me, she goes, I'm 47 now. I was like, oh, wow. Wow.

Wow.

We've been doing this a while. Yeah. That'll wake you up, won't it? Oh, well, it wakes me up because I was with you at that event giving a prayer for the podium, man. I remember it was yesterday.

Well, and you know, we've rented venues in all 50 states and we'll continue as long as the Lord enables us. But we're about it. We're in it to win it. Let's tell this generation about the Savior and let's see God raise up leaders for God and country. And of course, June 15, multiple New York Times number one bestseller, Dr.

Gary Chapman.

He is Mr. Marriage and Family. And folks, you can see him, meet him, ask your questions. And that's part of our series, Conversations That Matter. Dr.

Gary Chapman, June 15 in Myrtle Beach. That's awesome. A regular, a favorite, one of our most sought-after Truth Network. Speakers and leaders, preachers, pastors, apologetics, genius, Alex McFarlane, mentor and friend of me for many, many decades. Alex, thank you for what you're doing.

Bring up a Bible verse. Invite someone. Into a conversation about who Jesus is and why. The only king.

Came to die, that came to die for his own subjects, did that in the beauty of Christ and the resurrected Lord, and how he not only can resurrect your soul and save you from hell, he can resurrect your marriage. He can bring healing there. And that's why Alex is doing this, big advent. I love it, Alex. Thanks for what you're doing, brother.

Thanks for your friendship. And we're praying for just the Lord to work and revival to break out on Sunday, June the 15th, with Dr. Gary Chapman.

You got to give Dr. Chapman a hug for me. What a great friend and mentor. He spoke at my dad's funeral. He's a stand-up guy, and he's just like he is on stage.

He is one-on-one, and he's helping people. And he's prayed with me many times that church lobby at Calvary and for other people that we're encouraging.

So thank you, Alex. This will be, I know this will be a big blessing.

Well Gary Chapman, you just want to be around him. I mean, if you meet him and hear him, but I want to say a word for you. I know we're almost out of time, Stu. I've been around the block a long time. I've known you since the spring of '98, 27 years, and Stu Epperson Jr.

Is a man of God touching the Western Hemisphere far beyond what I think a lot of people know. And I just want to say how much I thank God for you, Stu, because you're on air, you're broadcasting, you're an author. Listen to this, Stu. I was counseling. A man yesterday who's going through some stuff, and I basically walked him through your book about the seven words of life from the tree of death.

You wrote this book. What, Stu, what year did you write that book? That was 20, probably 2013, 2014, somewhere there. Yeah, Last Words of Jesus. Man, that's been going back a little bit.

Yes, sir. Basically, The Last Words of Jesus. And our ministry gave out about 250 copies of that book. But basically, I was counseling an adult man who came to me with some. Really, a faith crisis and Your book, which I pretty much shared with him From memory.

And we prayed together, but I just want to commend you. And I want people to pray for you because you're doing so much. You are a great commission Christian. And God allowed me yesterday to help a gentleman, and I use the content of your book to help this man recommit himself to Christ and reaffirm his faith. And I just appreciate you.

And I want everybody listening to pray for Stu Epperson Jr. because you are a man used by God in multiple, multiple ways.

Well, praise the Lord.

Well, that's so encouraging, man.

Well, I really appreciate that, man.

Well, you're the guy I called when I was writing that book to give me verses and to give me ideas and stories. And so you might have been taking that guy through some of your own thoughts there, brother.

So isn't it a true circle? Each one of us, if we're willing, each one of us, God can use for the great commission. Amen. We're all part. Look, we're all on the assembly line.

Someone brought you to Christ.

So, you know, you're out there listening, driving down the road, thinking, okay, what does this have to do with me?

Somebody prayed for you. And now you're following the Lord.

Somebody is praying for you right now, and you're running from God, and he's running after you. You're going to pull that car over and you're going to give your life to Christ and you're going to get your Bible out and you're going to start bringing others to him. And so, we're, but we're all part of that assembly line. And what a privilege, man, whether it's through writing a book or doing a seminar or riding a Harley hog and telling people about Christ that way. My favorite's playing basketball.

Alex, I know you love music and you've sung with the Beach Boys and the best of them. But, you know, you're a car guy. You got all kinds of things. But you use all those talents. You exploit every talent to make much of Jesus, right?

I'm looking at one of the Beach Boys guitar amplifiers right now that's in my studio. And yeah, music has been our thing. But you know, the beautiful thing, I've said this in 50 states and five continents.

Now, listen to this, folks. Jesus is as close by as a prayer. You call out to him today. Maybe somebody listening needs to come to Christ. Maybe somebody needs to come back to Christ.

But Jesus Christ loves you. He has things for you. He'll forgive you. He'll restore you. One and all, everybody, make sure that your heart is with Jesus and your life will count for eternity.

That's a good word to close on. Thank you, alexmcfarland.com. Go see Dr. Gary Chapman.
