Welcome to Truth Talk Live. All right, let's talk. A daily program powered by the Truth Network. This is kind of a great thing, and I'll tell you why. Where pop culture, current events, and theology all come together.

Speak your mind. And now, here's today's Truth Talk Live host. Again, if you're following, yeah, Sunday was day one. Monday, two. Yeah, okay. I got Dr. Date the word Carson.

He's got a three holding up here. So, and of course, if you're following along in his plan, you know, 20 days to Easter, then we are in John 15 today. How fun is that? I am the vine. But here's our question today on Truth Talk Live. We're hoping you'll call in and share. So powerful yesterday. I'm looking forward to how powerful it's going to be today because can you remember a time when you doubted God and now you're glad you didn't give up?

A moment like that, like, well, I'm not so sure. And we're taking this from, right, if we're thinking about Easter, in Matthew, you know, 28, the Great Commission, and it's fixing to happen right here, right after these verses. But it says that, in verse 16, that the 11 disciples went away into Galilee to the mountain which Jesus had appointed them. And when he saw them, they worshiped him. But some doubted. Like, what?

Those three words are shocking. Like, here is Jesus. He told you, meet him at this mountain, right? At this point in time, he's been resurrected from the dead.

And what's it been, 35 days, Doc? Something like that, yeah. 35, I mean, other people have seen him, right? And it says that they worshiped him, but some doubted. Well, the beauty of that, when you think about it, is right after that, Jesus gives the Great Commission, right? Go ye therefore and preach the gospel, right? Or make disciples of all nations.

He still commissions them, in spite of the fact that they're in that moment. And so with that, we're given a little pause to think, gee, when I look into my own life, how many times was I just moving forward on faith? Because I'm not so sure this is what you had in mind here, God. I'm not so sure I'm going where, you know, or whatever the situation may be.

When did that happen in your life? 866-348-7884, the number to call in and share your doubting Thomas moment, right? 866-348-7884, like what you were talking about earlier on today, Doc, that we're in great company with these doubters, right?

Yes, yes. And I find encouragement when I read scripture to say there were people that doubted, because it is part of our thinking at times of God, where are you? God, what are you doing? God, why are you doing this?

And then all of a sudden comes that temptation. Is there a God? No, I know there's a God, I know there's a God, but you're just, something has happened that just doesn't make any human sense that God would do. And all of a sudden I'm doubting. I'm doubting. Could this, all right, how real is my Santa Claus story? I know there's no Santa Claus now.

I know there's not. But wait a minute, do I find myself sometimes saying, I don't know if this is made up fable, and then I got to get back into the scriptures, and I got to see that, yes, he is real. Yeah, so 866-348-7884, 866-348-7884, you know, one that comes to my mind immediately when I think about this is, you know, I had this friend I sold cars with that I'd had numerous chance to witness to. His name was Johnny Hendricks, and I cannot believe that there he was in a coma in the hospital, and I wasn't sure where he was going. And I asked his wife, because I was there in the intensive care, and I was like, Geraldine, do you know where Johnny believes in Jesus? Well, I'm not sure, Robbie. And I asked his best friend, Bruce Rollins, like, Johnny's a Christian, right? Well, I don't know, Robbie.

He went to Turn Time Baptist Church all these years, but then he got mad at the pastor and he never came back. And I was like, oh, my goodness, and the next thing I know, he was in a coma, and I felt just unbelievable. I went out and I started to pray like you would, like, God, and I even made a deal with God, like, if you'll give Johnny some more time, you know, I promise I will either introduce him to you or help you to get to know him better or help him to get to know you better. And I prayed and I prayed, and they came to me and they said, Robbie, they're saying we need to pull the plug, because he's been in this coma for a day or two and three, and, Robbie, are you sure? And I kept on saying, no, I'm telling you, there's something, but I doubt it. I got to, you know, I doubt it.

I can assure you, I doubt it. But I was like, I'm just feeling God's going to do something. I'm feeling like God's going to do something. Well, on that fourth day, Johnny sat up in the bed like nothing happened, right? He had pancreatic cancer, and so it seemed like, man, this was it.

But on that fourth day, he sat up in the bed just like nothing happened, put on his Davie County ball cap, and Davie County ball cap, and he was good to go. And so all of a sudden, I realized, man, God called my deal on this, like I better witness to this guy, and I didn't know what to say. And so I went back to the same place I'd prayed for him previously when I really had gotten on my knees and prayed, and not that I hadn't been praying all along, but there was a point where I was really praying.

And asked God again, I said, well, now it's, you know, can you help me out a little here, because I don't know what to say. And he said to me, Robbie, Johnny's a car salesman. And as soon as he said that, I knew, because, you know, there's honor among thieves, I knew exactly what to say to Johnny, because to a car salesman, because we've had so many people back out on this over the years, a deal is a deal. And I knew that if I went in, all I had to do is I said to Johnny, I walked into the room, God gave me the perfect thing to say, Johnny, I made a deal with God.

What kind of deal did you make with God, Robbie? I said, well, I made this deal that if he would give you more time, that I would either introduce you to him or help you to get to know him better. And he looked at me, and he was a somewhat cold person at this point in his life, and he looked at me and he said, well, you better get to it.

You better get to it. So we started going through John, as you said. And when he got to the Lazarus come forth, he realized he was awakened on the fourth day.

He gave his heart to Christ. Talk about being glad. Even though I doubted, I kept on doing it. We need your call. How about when you doubted?

866-348-7884, 866-34-TRUTH. Can you remember a time when you doubted and now you're glad you didn't? Welcome back to Truth Talk Live. Today the question is, can you remember a time when you doubted God and now you are glad that you didn't give up? We would love to hear that story. We encourage lots of people, because a lot of us, right, we doubt.

866-348-7884, 866-348-7884. And when you do that, you're in great company, right, Doc? You're in great company. There's story after story of God's greatest people, if we call them that, greatest people having doubts. John the Baptist, he's preaching like you wouldn't believe, calling people to repent, pointing out Jesus, you're the son, behold the Lamb of God. And then having preached to Herod and his adulterous wife, he gets thrown in prison. And sitting in prison, he starts to wonder, is Jesus really the Messiah? And he called two disciples of his and said, I want you to go and ask Jesus. And it's unbelievable, you read the words in Matthew chapter 11, it says, ask him, are you the coming one or do we look for another? Wow, John the Baptist doubted. The great proclaimer doubted. As did, you know, he was supposed to be Elijah, and Elijah himself, you know, he's the one that was out there running from Jezebel, you know, and he comes up to God and I'm like, what's up, Doc?

What's going on here? And thankfully, the still small voice, so, you know, when you read this in Matthew 28, where it says in the 16th verse, it says the 11th disciples went away into Galilee to the mountain which Jesus had appointed them, but when they saw him, they worshipped him, but some doubted. So who are the some?

Yeah, who are the some? So Matthew says, right, just like we said, this is after the resurrection, Jesus is standing before them in Galilee, and it's right before the Great Commission, and most scholars believe that in this moment, it corresponds with appearance to over 500 in 1 Corinthians 15, 6, where it says then he appeared to more than 500 brothers at one time. So this may not just be the 11 disciples, you know, it could be a huge gathering, but what it says is some fell flat in worship, but some froze in doubt, and that word doubted in Greek is desado. Perhaps pronounced like that, it doesn't mean outright unbelief, it means a hesitation, like being of two minds, like standing at a threshold and not knowing whether to enter. Only one other time is it used in the New Testament, it's when Peter is walking on the water, when he saw the wind, he was afraid and began to sink and cried out, and Jesus said, why did you doubt? And so you could say this isn't disbelief as much as it's hesitating before the glory, right? He was caught between fear and faith, logic and wonder, flesh and spirit, right?

So why would they doubt? Even in the face of the resurrection, human hearts can still stagger, here's why. Trauma and grief are still fresh, these folks, right? They had seen him beaten, crucified, buried, the shock of the resurrection is still colliding with the memory of the cross, right? Their souls may still be in grief's shadow. They got unresolved expectations, they expected a military messiah, a throne in Jerusalem, not a bloodified saver who dies and comes back, right?

Resurrection didn't raise Jesus, it wrecked their theology, their timeline, their categories, right? This doesn't fit, they weren't woke or whatever. You know, fear of what's next, if he rose, what does that mean for me? Like, remember at 9-11, like, wait a minute, we may not be safe here.

Wherever you were, right? Like, what's required of me? Like, there's a holy fear that sets in when the impossible becomes real. Like the people when Peter came knocking at the door.

Like, what is this, right? So glory is overwhelming in Scripture, even angels cause people to tremble and fall. Now the Lord of glory, the Lord of glory stands in front of them, right? And sometimes our first response to divine majesty is to simply shrink back. So, but Jesus doesn't rebuke the doubters, this is the most important, right?

He doesn't shame them, you know, he didn't mention it at all, he commissions all of them. Worshipers and doubters alike go therefore make disciples of all nations. He doesn't say, only those who believe get the mission.

No. That's so good, yeah. He gives the greatest trust to a group that included the hesitant. Then he tells them, right, this massive, like, he sees, Jesus sees past doubt into destiny. Did you hear that? Like, that's awesome. Like, Jesus sees past our doubts and into destiny, he knows that doubt isn't the end of faith, it's often a doorway. I don't know if you've thought about that.

Yeah. It's through those places where I know I doubted that he came through for me, that has increased my faith. The next time I began to doubt, to go remember, remember, remember, like, like, like, Christian in John Bunyan's Pilgrim's Progress. He killed, helped his testimony close to his breast, because it was at the point in time that he remembered how God came through for him. I'm looking for that in your life. I want to hear that story. And the truth listeners want to hear that.

I mean, it's amazing. It's the stuff that faith is built on. And if God is pushing you to call, I'm just saying, you might not want to do that, because if you love me, you'll obey. 866-348-7884, 866-348-7884. I know you may be doubting whether you should dial that number, but this is a time for faith. Hey, faith. Have faith, not fear.

866-348-7884. So a word for today. Some of us worship, some of us doubt, but really most of us do both, right? And Jesus meets us anyway with presence, with purpose, and with power. Literally, the one who rolled the stone away, right?

He can roll away that hesitation. 866-348-7884. You know, it could be something as simple as this story, right? I was Jesus' labor love, you know, for the Christian Car Guys show, and I had this lady in Kentucky, and we didn't have anybody in Kentucky that could repair a car at this point in time. I didn't know anybody, but I just called the radio station that carried the Christian Car Guys show there and asked for a guy. And they gave me a guy's name, and I called him, and he was a Christian, and he was like, oh yeah, Robbie, I can fix it, but the problem is it needs a water pump, and it's over on the side of the road, and we got to get it here, and I don't have a wrecker. And there's only one wrecker in town, and this guy is obnoxious. There's no way in the world he would possibly tow that car for you, and I doubt it, right? But I thought, well, God, I'm going to call this guy.

And so this is a perfect example of Palm Sunday. So I call him, and I'm like, sir, you know, I explained this lady, Jesus' labor love, and all this stuff. He goes, are you out of your mind?

There's no way in the world. I've got to feed my family. I don't make my, you know, and he goes in this long diatribe on why he can't do it, and I said, sir, the Lord has need of it. I really, I used to think like the donkey, right? I just hit him with a donkey. I said just those exact words, the Lord has need of it, and he goes off into another diatribe, and tell me why he can't do it, and he gets all done. I get him paused and the thing, and I said, well, sir, the Lord has need of it. And he goes, if I told this lady's car, will you shut up and never call me back again?

Deal! I was like, not just judge, right? I doubted like crazy all the way through that conversation, like this ain't going nowhere. But I didn't quit. I didn't quit.

When did that happen for you? For those who are staying with us in Winston-Salem, enjoy the next show, but everywhere else, tune in or go to listen to the podcast. Welcome back to Truth Talk Live. How fun it's holy week, right? Day three, if you are following along with Dr. Date the Word Carson's plan to do 20 days of John, the Gospel of John, and the 20 days before, and I guess as of Easter, then we are in John 15, I am the vine, you are the branches. And they can go and still join us and see all the back chapters, but go to the Date the Word app, just download that Date the Word, and it's April to believe, follow on the tile there, and tomorrow it's John 16. He's the preeminent one.

He is, he is. So today's question on Truth Talk Live, we would love for you to call in and share, but actually if you have any comment, because I understand one gentleman called in, Nick, or it was Craig, that wanted some discussion on witnessing to a Muslim. Anything like that, that's what we're here for. 866-348-7884, 866-348-7884, we would love to help you if we can.

Most of all, we'd love to pray for you, because God ultimately is the one who's going to make all that happen. So you call us. The question is, can you remember a time when you doubted God, and now you're glad you didn't give up? Like, and I know that I have countless, like, moments, like, oh, I can't believe he did that. 866-348-7884, 866-334-Truth.

Doc? It seems like when we pray, Robbie, we always have a little sprinkled in doubt, because when he answers, how do we respond? I can't believe he did it. I'm trying to get through school, and I just need $100, and all of a sudden there's a check in the mail, just the amount I needed, and I can't believe he did it.

Well, why would you say that? Didn't you trust him? Well, yeah, but I just, I doubted a little bit. And we have all those kind of stories, and, you know, Thomas, he gets that rap of being doubting Thomas, but he really, he wanted to know. He makes that great statement, I have to see, and sometimes we have to see. And I think God has given us a beautiful thing to see called his scriptures. And that's where his promises are revealed. And I heard a person teaching on John the Baptist, and when he doubted, Jesus sent him back to the scriptures. And the way you feed your faith, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.

And so for us, as we go through those moments of doubt, it's just huge that we stay in the Word. Yeah, and Thomas himself got to hear, do you want to stick your hand here? Yeah.

You want to put your fingers here? He heard the Word of God. He sure did. And his faith came, I can assure you.

Like, oh my goodness, how would that feel? 866-348-7884, maybe you've had that experience. We would love to hear yours. We've got Mike is in Dayton, Ohio. Mike, you're on Truth Talk Live.

Hi, thanks for taking my call. I just today wrote down the names of God. You know, Jehovah means Lord, and I got this piece of paper in front of me.

And I need your help if I can go through it. And Jehovah means provider. Jehovah or I can't say it, pronounce it. Some people say Jehovah Jireh, right?

Jireh is the provider. Jehovah Raphael is the healer. Jehovah Nissi is the banner, I guess.

Right. And Jehovah Salaam is peace. Peace. And Jehovah Raphael is the shepherd. And Jehovah, it starts with a T to kolgolah. This means righteousness. And then Jehovah Sahama, I guess that's a way to say it, he's here. And then there's a bunch of names like Father and Alpha and Omega.

And I wrote all these down. And God led on my heart to say, hey, why don't you believe in the way you're going in life? Because he's everything. He's my provider, he's my shepherd, he's my all. And why do I doubt him on certain things and try to take care of my own way and do it my own way?

And instead of God's way and pray to God and say, hey, which way should I go today? And I got many, many examples where God has led me to believe in what, you know, led me in a direction and I had doubt. And then all of a sudden provided for me or gave me wisdom or did this or that. But I just wanted to share that that's what I wrote down today is God is all these things.

He's everything. And if you have any doubt, just believe in God and those things will, you know, just pray. There's no doubt that name, what you're talking about, Mike, is name has so much to do with identity. And God says many times, right? You called, you know, a certain person called on my name. And so, you know, just the fact that you're calling those names, Mike, it requires faith, right?

You know, it's like calling for that dog that's lost out there. You know, come here, whatever it is, you know, you have some expectation that you're calling on a name. And all those identities of God are amazing when you think about it, that the more you love somebody, have you ever noticed the more names you have for him?

Amen. Psalms 9 10 says those who know your name, OK, those who know your name will trust in you. So one of the things I love to teach is what you just did, those different names, because the more you know his name, the more you know what he can do. And so I can say certain people's names right now. And you would think, well, if I needed money, I'd go to talk to them. And then I'd say someone else's name. And you say, well, that's the person I go to if I needed a doctor. Well, with God, you've got all these names that reveal how he does all the things that he does for us. And the more you know his names, the more you're going to trust him because he can't lie.

Now, and this gets back to what you just talked about a minute ago as well. And I know Mike believes wholeheartedly his faith comes by hearing. And the word of God, you know, the more you see all these testimonies of all these amazing people throughout the ages that completely relied on some aspect of who he is and his identity. And of course, he came through and came through and came through, whether or not you were in a hot oven or in a lion's den or in a belly of a whale or you happened to be, you know, shipwrecked and snake bit.

And, you know, you take anywhere you want to go and you'll see that, my goodness, if you're in the center of God's will, you can't miss. And when you are in the center of God's will, he may be developing you for another level of faith. I had some friends, we talked with them about how God uses storms to develop faith. And the disciples were out on that ship and all of a sudden here comes the wind, here comes the storm and they're scared to death.

Their fear took over. But then they called on Jesus. They woke him up and then he does the miracle of miracles, calmed everything down. And they're now in astonishment, amazement. And then they're going, this man, who is he?

He's incredible. And their fear in a storm, it goes down. They're no longer afraid, but their faith in a savior rises. But to an extent, their fear in him raised. Yeah, there's a reverence for God now that they never had before. The fear of the Lord is like, whoa, whoa. If he can do this.

Right. And almost that way, almost any time he comes through in those situations you talk about, I can't believe, then oh my goodness, what am I, you know, I've got a hold of a force to be reckoned with here. And so thank you, Mike, for your call.

As always, encouraging stuff, buddy. I have a quick story. In the Marine Corps, I was getting ready to go in the Marine Corps and I was getting ready to take a test and I wasn't really good.

That's why I couldn't read those words very well. And I wasn't really good in high school and I was getting ready to take the Marine Corps test and I was in the hotel room and I said to God, God, I need help here taking this test. And God said, well, and I opened the drawer and there was the Gideon Bible there. And I said, oh, God said, read the Bible. And I said, okay, I'll read the Bible. And I said, well, and I read the Bible.

I mean, I think I read the Bible. And I think it was Psalms 3, 5, trust in the Lord with all your heart. Proverbs, Proverbs 3, 5. Proverbs, Proverbs 3, 5, yes. And then I was reading Proverbs and I'm a little nervous, I'm sorry. Tell us. And then I took the test and I almost aced it.

I mean, I almost aced it. There you go. And then I, amen, and then God came through because I listened to God. Amen. Thank you, Mike. God bless you.

Your stories, 866-348-7884. We'll be right back. Truth Talk Live! You're listening to the Truth Network and truthnetwork.com.

Welcome back to Truth Talk Live! Holy Week Day 3. We are talking the 15th, so that's John 15 if you're doing, how is it, April to Believe?

April to Believe. And our question is, can you remember a time when you doubted God and now you're glad, you're glad. Man, I didn't give up. You kept praying or you kept, you know, being obedient, whatever that may have been. We would love to hear, love to hear your story because, again, its power will come when you're his witness and your story is you're his witness.

866-348-7884, 866-348-7884. As we said during the break at the bottom of the hour, somebody by the name of Craig up in Dayton had called and said, you know, that they had a Muslim friend, that they were, they had them on their heart, that they wanted to share Jesus with them and wanted some ideas and so, you know, they may not be here right this second but maybe that's them calling in right now. I just thought I would throw this out there because maybe a lot of you have somebody that you're going to witness to and what I have discovered because you may know that I was in the Church of Scientology for a number of years. Did you know that, Dr. Carson? I did not know that.

Yeah. And back in the late 70s, I actually worked for the C organization in Los Angeles, Cedars-Lebanon Hospital and if you ever work for the Church of Scientology, you will be working for, to some extent, they never stop calling you. I mean, they never stop reaching out to you and so I didn't come to Christ until later in life, as I've told many times about when I was about 36 years old and that was based on my wife continuing to witness to me a Scientologist, right? But the opportunity that God has given me because I get at least 20 pieces of mail every single day from the Church of Scientology, I will usually get a call or a text about once a week from somebody in the Church of Scientology trying to get me to attend something or do something.

That's the way they work. And so I have the opportunity to witness to these people constantly. I mean, it's like they don't realize you think they would stop. Like they would go, well, this guy keeps getting, you know, because there's nobody who's going to call me that I'm not going to have an opportunity to try different techniques or different ideas on, okay, God, what are we doing this time?

And I pray. And quite often what I've discovered is about the last thing you want to do is argue, even though I know Scientology because of the study that I'd had, I know Scientology really, really, really well and I could argue my way logically into a lot of discussions with them to show them where they're wrong, but I can assure you that is the least fruitful way in the world. So if you think, well, I know the Qur'an, I can tell them that this is this and this or if you think in Mormonism, you think that they think that they control planets or whatever, all that I have discovered through years of testifying to Scientologists is useless.

From my experience as far as gaining fruit, what I have found extremely fruitful is just simply, you know, I understand I was really attracted to Scientology for years and years and I got a lot of good stuff out of it, but let me tell you, man, I found something so cool. Let me tell you what God has done through my faith in Christ and begin to tell my story of Johnny Hendricks or any million other stories that God has given me even recently of how God has come. And so your witness, your personal story where you actually met the living God and what he actually did in your life and how it changed things and how it may have improved a relationship, your marriage, all those things are way more meaningful from my perspective than having some intellectual discussion. And the good news is if they're Muslim, they already believe there is a God, right? It's not like they don't have their mind on spiritual things.

It's not like they don't have some prayer discipline or those kind of things. So we got Will is in Dayton, Ohio. Will, you're on Truth Talk Live. Good afternoon, sir. How are you doing today, Robbie? I am wonderful.

I am so excited you're calling. Thank you. I just wanted to give a brief testimony to the proof and the goodness of the living God, Jesus Christ, right?

The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Yeah. So please do excuse my passion. So several years ago, my teeth were rotted out of my mouth, right? Drugs, alcohol, poor lifestyle, upbringing, the whole thing. My teeth were rotted out.

I didn't take care of them. And I was about 33 years old roughly. And I would cry and moan and groan because I just wanted a relationship with people. And I wanted to be able to talk with them because my whole life I've been out of my mind and crazy, right? Unaware of the God who loves me.

Unaware of the word Jesus. And so I just had this craving where I wanted to speak and I wanted to relate to people so bad but my teeth were so bad. And I knew I was looked at funny and I was so insecure. I just couldn't understand how to function and talk to people. And I didn't know what to talk about. And I was embarrassed and ashamed. And several years later, my teeth aren't fixed.

I have less than half of the teeth I need and they are rotted and in terrible, terrible shape. But because of the faith of God in His goodness and by His word, right? I have been able to speak most confident on the topic of the word of Jesus because He has led me to the light in a way I never knew could have been. I never knew could happen from living in darkness to seeing a great light to now holding the word as you alluded to earlier. That is the most powerful thing the world has ever known.

I have it. It is by His grace and His goodness that I can proclaim it with teeth that are not there that don't need to be there to be as confident as I ever could be. All because of Jesus, because of the word.

Isn't that awesome? I'm guessing, Will, that you've got lots of friends now, right? More than I can count, friends.

More than I can count. More family, more family. Yeah, brothers, sisters. I don't know if you know, that's my birthday verse that Dr. Date the Word gave me. It's marked 1030.

You will not fail to receive 100, right? Mothers, brothers, sisters, all that. You know, it's a powerful thing and I can tell you've got that. It's just completely right. It says in this present age you're going to receive all that in the age to come everlasting life, but also said something about persecutions.

So it kind of comes with the package, but nonetheless. It is my honor. I am so with you, Will, and I am so grateful for your call and for what God has done in your life. That's beautiful, right, Doc? Absolutely.

Absolutely. Thank you for the call. Thank you for listening. Thank you for allowing me. Oh, man.

The rocks might cry out, Will. Thank you, brother. Thank you. God bless you. Thank you. You'll call again. You have a great afternoon. Well, we've got a few more minutes and we need your call.

866-348-7884, 866-348-7884. Isn't that cool? Yeah. How God works is you trust him, believe in him, rely on him. But the cool thing is God came for him, right?

Yeah. You know, that's always the thing, man. Here's this, you know, like so many people out there, they're crying, they're lonely, they need help, and he comes. Yeah, you draw near to God. You know what he'll do? He'll draw near to you. That's his word.

Try out to him. In the triumphal entry, it says Jesus was right that he was poor, lowly, riding on a donkey. That word lowly really is a fascinating word in Hebrew, and it literally means poor, like these are the people you're not supposed to let the sun go down before you pay them because they can't eat tonight if you don't give them the money that they have coming. And when you think about it, that was Jesus' station. He had no money, he had no political anything, he had nothing yet.

Yet. Right? He had everything. And if you, right? If you're one of those folks that when you realize that you've got nothing left but God, right? God is all you need. He just got what you needed.

Right. And that's where he was, and that's where we find ourselves quite often. And it almost is kind of fun to think about to me, like, wait a minute, even if I don't get that, even if that person doesn't turn, even if all whatever, wait a minute, I still have you and that's all I need. That even if, I think the three Hebrew children use those words, even if he doesn't, I still worship him. I'm going to just keep trusting God, and if you throw me in the fire, I may not come out alive, but I'm not bowing down, even if.

And we need to have some even ifs in our world, in our lives. Yeah, it's a beautiful thing, and I am so, you know, this week just sends us deeper. You know, just every year it's a chance to look at familiar scriptures, to take a deeper dive. That's why I'm loving going through John myself. We looked at it 20 chapters in John, 21 chapters, but the resurrection chapters, John 20, and just called it an April to believe because John was written that you might believe.

So today is the 15th, so what was the nugget for today? Well today, it's the only chapter that doesn't have the word believe in it, but Jesus said, I am the vine, and you're the branches. If you abide in me, you're going to bring forth much fruit. And then he says, ask.

Ask anything you want. So there's your belief right there. I'm going to believe him to do work through me that I could never do. Yeah, and as the vine, right when you take communion, maybe this Sunday, think about that juice of the vine that you'll be drinking and that bread of affliction that you'll be eating.

So much fun. Thank you all for listening. Thank you for the great testimonies today. We'll be back tomorrow with Peter Rosenberger, so thank you for listening.
