Well live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite gun totem, Bible-clanging, deplorable American. That's right. I love. Love is American. Touch start.

And hello, all of you great patriots out there across America. This is the Todd Stearns radio show. Dare I say extravaganza? What an honor. What an honor that...

You have chosen to... Bring your earlobes to the Todd Cearns Radio program for the next three hours of broadcast excellence. And we've got a lot, we've got a lot of ground to cover. We'll be chatting with our good friend Liz Peake from Fox News in just a little while. Also, our good buddies from Strategic Financial Partners.

They come by once a week and they answer your financial questions. And we're so excited to have those guys joining us. Look, I want to start out today. With a question for you, ladies and gentlemen. A series of questions.

For all of you God-fearing patriots out there. I'm just curious, how many of you actually Support a secure border. How many of you are glad that our border has been shored up, that illegals are not pouring across, that the cartels and the traffickers are no longer able to just waltz right across our border? How many of you out there are happy and delighted that we have a secure border? How many of you folks?

are are happy that you have Lower prices at the grocery store. And the fact of the matter is that in some places around the country, gas is either $2 a gallon or maybe even a few cents below $2 a gallon. How many of you are glad? For for that. What about crime?

You people in Washington, D.C. Inside the beltway, the District of Columbia. How many of you are happy that you can walk outside now and you're not going to get shot? You're not going to get carjacked? How many of you people in Memphis, Tennessee, Are you happy that you can go downtown to Beale Street or enjoy a lovely Broadway musicale at the Orpheum Theater?

Or perhaps maybe you can go out and go to the Memphis Zoo. And you don't have to worry about putting on Kevlar or Getting shot. You don't have to worry about that. How many of you are happy? What about all you good Christian people out there?

Those of you that cherish your religious liberty, all you law-abiding gut owners, I have a question for you. You say, Todd, what's the question? Get to it, man. I'm gonna get there. Hang tight.

What about all of you people out there who believe that boys should be? Should stay out of the girls' locker room. Are you happy that boys are no longer allowed to go into girls' locker rooms across America? What about all you Americans that were really upset over the weaponization of our federal agencies? Many of you, like yours truly, were targeted by the Internal Revenue Service simply because you happened to be a conservative.

Or all of you Catholics out there.

Some of your church parishes were targeted by FBI agents who were trying to infiltrate. Your congregations. Try to turn your priest against you. Are you happy that that's all ended? What about all you folks that were very concerned about the United States military being turned into a massive drag joe operation?

where our fighting men and women were prancing around in high heels and panty hose. But now we have returned to the warrior ethos. How many of you are happy about all of that? Any of you happy? I think both.

And Dylan, what about you? I know you're not a political guy, but are you happy? I mean, are you glad all of those things have been done? I'm more happy than I was a couple of years ago. Yeah.

So, I would say that just about everybody listening to this program is very happy with what has happened over the past year and two months of the Trump administration.

So here's my question. What the hell is wrong with you people? What what seriously, what's wrong with you?

So yesterday we had primaries. In Texas and North Carolina. And the Democrats Yeah. Wow The Democrats turned out in massive numbers. And the Republicans, when it came to turnout, had their butts handed to them.

And there's really no polite way to say this. I'm just trying to I'm trying to understand your psyche, ladies and gentlemen. Because This has been going on for a while. And every single time we've had a special election. Every time there's been some sort of a ballot box issue since Donald J.

Trump got elected. The Republicans just aren't showing up. You guys are just not showing well, Todd, it's because, well, we just have so many things to do, and uh the races are just not all that important.

Well, the races yesterday were very important. Very important. And I understand that yesterday was just a primary. I just. I'm trying to help you.

By conveying the importance and the significance of what's about to happen in November. And if we do not turn this around, we will lose.

Well, I think we've already lost the Big Mo. The big mo being momentum. And there's no reason for us to lose momentum. Donald Trump is crazy. crushing it right now.

And we're going to get to the war in just a moment, but I want to start out by finding out what the heck is going on here.

Now, in North Carolina, I want to give you an example. You've got Roy Cooper, who is a very popular guy. And Roy Cooper, sorry, changing my headphones out. Roy Cooper, a they're calling him a moderate Democrat. And he won the Democrat primary.

ninety two percent of the vote. That's what we call a good old fashioned butt whooping.

Now on the Republican side, you had Michael Watley and Don Brown. You know it's interesting, a lot of people thought Michelle Morrow was going to do well. She came in one, two, three, four, fourth place here. Among the um the many candidates And Michael Watley had 404,199 votes.

Now, I know Michael Watley. I know Don Brown. Don Brown, by the way, was considered to be the MAGA candidate in the race. A former Navy Jag officer, Michelle Morrow was the former Republican nominee for superintendent. But again, Don Brown was and I can't tell you how many messages I got from across North Carolina saying Don Brown's the guy, he's going to upset Michael Watley, we've got to get behind nobody got behind the guy.

Nobody got behind Don Brown. We had Don on the show a couple of times or two. And he had a good message, but it's an electability issue. And let me just say this. For you MAGA folk out there, the America First Crowd.

You've got to really start doing your homework on the electability factor. And whether or not, whether or not your candidate, who may be a very nice person, and Don Brown, I have no doubt, would have made a great senator. But when you're getting butt thumped, four hundred four thousand votes to ninety seven thousand, that's not a viable candidate. And that tells me Don Brown was never a viable candidate. It takes nothing away from this very good, very decent man.

But we've got to start thinking smart here. But here's the deal: if yesterday were a general election, here's what would have happened. The Senate would have lost a Republican senator because whoever wins is going to replace Tom Tullis. We would have lost a Republican Senate seat. Because the Democrats brought out more than 800,000 voters, the the Republicans only 625,000.

And again, if this is all about MAGA and supporting, I mean, you guys had a reason to go, Republicans, you had a reason to go and vote yesterday in North Carolina. And either you did not, or the reality is that North Carolina is a blue state now. I mean, it's one or the other. And I'm curious to hear what your thoughts on that. 901-260-5926.

I'm just genuinely. interested in what happened there. That's nine oh one two six zero five nine two six.

Now in Texas. Pardon me, in Texas. Getting choked up. But in Texas, the same thing happened. In the Senate race.

And by the way, Congressman Wesley Hunt, sir, what were you thinking? I'm just going to say this, and I know this is going to be ludicrous, but I truly believe that the Cornyn campaign actually Encouraged Wesley Hunt to jump into the race because had Wesley Hunt not jumped into the race, Ken Paxton would have won, would have exceeded the 50% threshold, and would not have had to go into a primary, a runoff election, pardon me. And by the way, Cornyn's Cornyn's team is coming out and now is attacking Wesley Hunt. If I'm Wesley Hunt today, I'm coming out and I'm endorsing and throwing my support behind Ken Paxton. But here's the issue there: 2.1 million people came out to vote.

On the Republican side of the aisle, this is in Texas, ladies and gentlemen.

Meanwhile, 2.2 million Democrats came out to vote. On the other side of the aisle. This is in Texas.

So again, if the election, if this was the actual general election yesterday, We would be losing control of not only the House of Representatives, we would have also lost control of the U.S. Senate. That's where all of this is going. Yeah.

So my question is, what's going on? What is it going to take? to get you Republicans out to the ballot box. You guys had a reason, you had a reason to go and vote in Texas yesterday. And that reason was to send a message to rhinos like John Corden and Ken Paxton.

I'm sorry, John Corden rather, and Dan Crenshaw. Ken Paxton's not a rhino. Dan Crenshaw got his got his butt handed to him. He got booted out. He's sort of like the Liz Cheney.

With an eye patch. And he's gone now.

So he lost his primary race, and we'll get into more of that in just a little while. But I'm just curious: why is it that you Republicans are not getting out to vote? Because if this trend continues, we're going to get our butts handed to us in the midterms. And it doesn't have to be that way. I just want to tell you.

Things are going great right now in America. Donald Trump is delivering on all of his campaign promises. Our military is kicking butt right now over in Iran. The economy is doing great, so I'm just curious: what is it? Why is it?

That Republicans are not turning out for the vote. Again, our telephone number, 901-260-5926. I'm going to be taking your calls on this. Would love to hear from all of you, no matter if you're in Texas or North Carolina, Virginia. For example, and Virginia is another great example of that.

Republicans predominantly stayed home. and did not get out and vote, and they basically handed their state over to radical Democrats. Help me understand that. Let's go to Cordova, Tennessee. Bill is listening to us on KWAM, our flagship station.

Bill, help me out here. What's your take on this voter turnout problem? But, Todd, I tell you, apathy or complacency, I don't know. These people Just don't get it. These Republicans don't get it.

In the last election that we had in Shelby County, Steve Cohen, I'm sorry, that's not what I was going to say. 22%. of the voters in Tennessee District nine turned out. That and the Democrats won the county. Completely.

And it's because Republicans stayed home. If if one more percent of Republicans would have turned out to vote. We would have had everything. Um Except. Cohen's office, of course, but That's a whole nother story.

But I these people just need to get off their butts. And go vote. That's all there is to it. They need to realize just what you said. We have it made in this country right now.

Donald Trump is doing everything he promised, he's delivering. And even this war is a delivery if you look at the broad Broad picture. everything that Trump's trying to do really kind of hinges on that if you take geopolitics into account. But we got to convince people that they have to get out and vote if we're going to lose our country. At some point, Bill, I do wonder, and maybe you can help me understand this.

I'm wondering if these people like, and it's really a significant wing of the party, and they've got the ear of the young people of the party, the Tuckers and the Candace Owens, Marjorie Taylor Greene's, and Megan Kelly's, Steve Bannon, are those guys powerful enough? to to soften the the voter turnout and i'm wondering if if that's if that's playing into all of this I think that's a good possibility. There's This is too much going on, and these people, we've got to figure out how to get these people out to vote. I told. Uh a couple people.

that the key to this isn't really campaigning for our candidates. but it's campaigning against the Democrats. We need billboards that say, Now Steve Cohen voted against no tax on Social Security. Steve Cohen voted against no tax on overtime. And because the people in this county, they don't watch.

Well, this is a national.

Well, this is a national radio show. A lot of people don't know who Steve Cohen is or where Shelby County is, which is in Memphis. But again, I think this is an issue that everybody, everybody better pay attention to, or we're going to be dealing with two years of around the clock impeachal loses. That's what's going to happen here. Bill, I got to run, folks.

We got to take a break. We're going right to your calls this hour, 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stearns show. Hey, everybody, Todd Stearns here, and I've got to tell you about my friends at Ph.D. Weight Loss, my very good friends at Ph.D.

We've got to figure this out in advance of the midterms. Let's start the day in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Jack is listening to us on WSJS. What a great radio station. Hi, Jack.

What's on your mind? All right, Todd. Thanks for taking my call. I just wanted to talk and maybe get your take on you were asking about the decrease in voter turnout, especially with uh the Republican Party and Um But I was wondering what you think the leading cause is, because you cited that. that Trump's doing everything that he promised and that the economy is great and and all the all the pros to right now, but I think that the decrease in voter turnout would probably counter each of those points with examples of how He's not doing what he promised, and he's kind of an example.

Give me an example of that, Jack. Of what? The promises? Yeah, one thing that President Trump has backtracked on. Is it President Trump or is it Congress?

Well, the correlation of the two, given the majority in both both House and Senate of the Republican party and then also with Trump.

So I guess first just specific to Trump. specific and immediate, I guess, would be the conflict right now in Iran. Um would be a vowel to one not engaged Uh in armed conflict with Iran and then more broadly and more Repeatedly during the campaign, not to engage in foreign affairs for. uh democratic purposes Uh And the like. But we're not doing regime change.

We're not doing regime change. As a matter of fact, I think we're just blowing them to Kingdom Come, but that is to make sure they don't hurt us on American soil or or Americans abroad.

Well, the concern that they would launch an attack on American soil or American territory abroad Bill is I mean Regardless, whether it's international law, which isn't binding, granted, but whether it's international law or domestic law.

So you think people I want to get because the computer's going to cut us off here real quick. You believe one of the reasons why Republicans did not turn out yesterday is because of what's happening with Iran? I do right now because the among the Republicans, I just think that's one. I don't think it's even.

Okay, no, but that's one of them. No, I understand. I don't want to take you out of context, but you believe that is a contributing factor.

So we'll leave it at that. Jack, thank you for that call. 901-260-5926-1 open line. Better hop on it, folks. This is the Todd Stern Show.

I had to tell you, the Democrat Senate race in Texas, what a hoot.

You had Jasmine Crockett and James Tallarico, who is a he is really the poster boy for the American soy boy. demographic. And he's a Presbyterian theologian. And he's a radical progressive. Not so much Billy Graham as much as he is Al Sharpton.

All right, so that should give you some idea. This guy literally believes there are six genders. That God is non-binary, that the Bible supports gay marriage, and that the virgin birth was an example of why the Bible is pro-abortion.

So they literally. This guy literally believes that Mary could have aborted baby Jesus. Mm-hmm. No, I'm no, I'm just telling you, this is what the guy believes. Unbelievable.

That men should be able to have abortions as well. Yeah, geez a little.

So there you go. That's the guy that won the nomination. Here's the problem. The guy is very crafty. And he's a friendly guy, good-looking guy.

He doesn't scream and yell. He doesn't look like a crazy woman like Jasmine Crockett.

So this guy, depending on who the nominee is, and by the way, that's John Cornyn's argument that if Ken Paxton is the nominee, then Tallerico is going to win the Senate race. I look, everybody's a Baptist in Texas. including the Catholics. Everybody's got a little Baptist in them. I don't see any good, God-fearing Baptist voting for a guy who believes that Mary could have aborted Jesus.

That's just me, but throwing that out there for you. All right, let's get back to the phones here. 901 260 5926. Let's say hello to Charles in North Carolina. All right, Charles, what help me out here.

What happened yesterday? Uh Tyne, I'll tell you exactly what happened. Uh and I hope that People in the White House, in Congress, some of them are listening to your show and can hear what I'm getting ready to say. Um The Republican based is really pissed off at Congress. That's what's going on.

The U.S. House of Representatives and John and the U.S. Senate. In my circle of friends that I've talked to on a daily basis about politics, I don't know one person. that is happy with Mike Johnston or John Fim.

The rep the Congress has been nothing but all rhetoric and hot air and no results. No executive orders hardly have ever have been codified. The Department of Education is still getting funded. Illegal aliens are still getting money. when you had the deportations going on in Minneapolis, rather than come to the support of ICE of what they were doing, A lot of members of Congress were just totally solid while the Democrats were out there in the streets.

I never saw one protest out there in support of ICE officers. Then you've got this spending that's still at bottom spending levels, you know, two trillion dollar deficits. Inflation, I mean, it's slowed a lot, but a lot of those prices are still baked in there. And then you've got the Save Act that they can't even pass that. It's just like Republicans keep getting ready to get ready, they get analysis paralysis.

And they don't do squatting.

So, Republican voters are just thinking: well, what's the point? We gave you guys power, you're sitting on your butts. You say you're going to do something, but then you don't do it. I mean, right now we just have a government that's ruled by executive orders and practically nothing from Congress. They're always on vacation.

They're just, it's just, they're a wall, and people are just sick and tired of Republicans in Congress. Like Tom Tillis. John Cornyn. And I think that John Cornyn I disagree with him. I think Ken Paxton could easily defeat Chellarico in the general selection.

And here's the difference between John Cornyn and Ken Paxton. Ken Paxton, look, people will vote for John Cornyn because if he's the Republican nominee, they'll vote for the guy. But they're not going to go above and beyond. For somebody like Ken Paxton, They will storm the gates of hell for that guy. And that's the level of support he had.

Again, look at, just understand this. What Cornyn has been in the Senate for well over 20 years. These incumbents normally win for Cornyn not only not to win. Just like flat out win, but he barely, barely got what, 42% of the of the vote? That is shocking.

And again, the the spoiler in that was really Wesley Hunt. Otherwise, Ken Paxton today would be the Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate. Easily, easily. That you're one hundred percent right, Todd.

But It's just this in action by by members of Congress. And You know, they're just so disconnected from their constituents. I think they like to hang out at the cocktail parties. They don't want to be disliked. They don't want to be considered controversial.

They're just not really taking a stand for anything. And there's a lot of issues, Kyle, that they're not addressing that are still important to the American people, like health care. I mean, how about repealing Obamacare and replacing it with some type of private plan? They don't have a plan. And they've never had a plan.

They have not a plan. Yeah, they've never had a plan. Look, here's the here so what you're saying, I want to see if I understand.

So it's really not so much Donald Trump as it is the Senate and the House. Correct. I think people see Donald Trump out there trying to be the general. and lead the charge and lead the troops. But the Republicans are just sitting there by the campfires that don't want to get up.

And they're not doing anything. And people, we're ready for action. We want results. We're tired of the years and years of losing ground, losing our kids to all these indoctrinated schools and colleges. They're still getting funded.

I mean, just look what happened two months ago: all these kids running out of high schools and everything. It's just we feel like we're losing. And And the Republicans just aren't, they're not, they're not strong enough. They're just weak, weak, weak. They have no spots.

All right. All right. Charles, I think we've got it there, and I appreciate you calling in. And look, here's the deal: I'm going to be speaking to Mike Johnson later this evening. And I want to be able to, I'm putting together some ideas.

I think that they are going to have to do a much, much better job of communicating exactly what they have done already and why they haven't followed through on the rest of the president's agenda. They've got to be that direct with the American people. And I'll just, I will suggest this as well. You know, the. The conservative media has been balkanized, right?

Not everybody watches Fox News or Newsmax anymore. You've got so many other choices. And when you're looking at, for example, I'll just tell you, prime time on Fox News Channel, you're lucky if maybe, maybe a million to 2 million people are watching. All right. That's not a lot of people in the great scheme of things.

So if the Republicans and the Trump administration, the Trump White House is just as guilty on this, they've been using Fox News channel exclusively to get their message out. And it's not working because people are not watching.

So, they've got to, they really have to reconfigure this, and I'll share with you what's happening on our shows. Um we have seen an uptick in the number of lawmakers wanting to come on the program. And the reason why is because we do have an audience, and that audience is very much engaged. And they know that because they hear from their constituents whenever you know they pop up on the radio show or the T V show. All right, let's go to Tim in Winston, Salem, North Carolina, WSJS.

Hi, Tim. What's on your mind? Well, ditto to the fellow North Carolinian who just uh was on the air with you. But I have a different slant here. I wish President Trump wouldn't get involved in the primaries, and I'll tell you why.

A great example was Yesterday. He, you know, endorsed Michael Wadley. A good while ago. And when that happens The opponent, Don Brown, The money just you can't get any money. I had the same I worked I helped the guy run for governor here a couple of years ago.

He was our state treasurer, Dale Falwell. And Boodle made a great governor. But then a President Trump endorses Mark Robinson. I don't have to remind you what happened in that situation. Mark Robinson cost us the governor's governor's mansion, lieutenant governor.

Attorney General and State Superintendent. He costs us four races. He should have got out. I mean, he should have got out when the last thing came out. He should have never been the nominee.

But as soon as President Trump not you know, endorses someone, The money dries up for everyone else. And that's I I support President Trump one thousand percent. except in that situation. I wish he would stay out of the primary.

Well, this is going to be really fascinating to watch what's about to happen in Texas because. President Trump did not endorse anyone in the primary.

Now there are calls for the president to step in and choose either Ken Paxton or John Crum. Cornyn, and people are pretty insistent that President Trump put his thumb on the scales in Texas. But to your point, I think even if President Trump, why would the President have endorsed Don Brown, who I've known for years, and I think he would make a terrific senator, or governor rather, but why, pardon me, Senator, but why would what would that have done for Don Brown?

Well, I tell you people would have come out to vote. For him. But once you know, it's like I said, we have evidence. Yeah.

of two years ago, that disaster. Um you know, people just say, well, I know who's going to win. Watley has a problem with the grassroots workers for the party. in this state by what he did a couple of years ago at the convention. uh when he was being um What did he do?

What did he do real quick here?

Well, he instead of doing paper ballots to for the reelec for the election for chair, He came up with this app. And it was a disaster. Uh Yeah, people We're voting, the rules clearly state you have to be on the property to vote.

Well, we're voting. other places. They were in Wisconsin and voting for the chair.

Well, look, here's the challenge, Tim. Look, here's the challenge that you guys have. Even if every single Republican that voted yesterday gets out and votes in in the midterms, Watley's going to lose.

So, my question is: where does Watley go to get all of those votes that did not bother to show up yesterday for the primary?

Well, I'll I'll crawl through broken glass to vote for Wiley. But I would rather Crawl through it to vote for Don Brown. He would have made a great candidate, would have made a great senator. And he he you know, Cooper would have had to debate him. We'll see if he debates Watley or not because the press will determine whether he does or not.

Um that's what happens here in our state Josh Stein didn't even debate Robinson, and the press put no pressure on him at all. All right, well, Tim, I appreciate your great analysis there. And again, you folks in Texas, do you want President Trump to step in? And put his thumb on the scales here. And if so, who do you support?

Do you support John Cornyn? Who, by the way, came under fire. One of the main reasons people don't like Cornyn, first of all, he's part of the whole Bush legacy. But beyond that, his bipartisan support of this gun grab legislation really angered a lot of Second Amendment folks there in Texas. 901-260-5926, our telephone number, real quick, let's go out to Eastern North Carolina.

Ron is listening to us, Ronald, on the talk station. Ronald, what's going on? What's on your mind? Yes, sir. You was asking why we think Republicans didn't turn out.

I think one of the biggest reason is the lack of action by our elected Republicans, primary congress upsir and whatnot. And I have to disagree with you a little bit about them needing to improve their communications. They wouldn't really need communication if they would actually do something because you can judge people. Actions by what they do or don't do. And right now we've got a bunch of people that just sit around and do nothing, and they promise you everything and absolutely do nothing about it.

Ronald, by communication, I hear what you're saying, but I think at this stage of the game, the Speaker Johnson should be providing every single person running with a list of here is what we have done for the American people.

Now, what you're telling me is they haven't done enough or they haven't done anything. And if that's the case, well, that is a big problem. And the Republicans are going to lose because I think the Republican base of the party is done. They're done with this idea of, oh, we need another two more years to get things done. Yes, because they always promise if you put them in office that they'll do this, this and this, and they don't do it.

One old example is when they were saying they was going to repeal the Barack Obama health care plan and they voted against all things. But as soon as they had the Senate and the House and the President, they no longer voted for it. Fair enough. Fair enough. All right.

Ronald, thank you for calling in. 901-260-5926. We're going to have to take a break again. Our telephone number: 901-260-5926. By the way, ladies and gentlemen, as we go to break, I want to encourage you to get a pre-ordered copy of my brand new book.

This is going to be a big, big book for us, much like it's really a lot like Godless America that I wrote back in 2015. It's called The Golden Age: How Trump Saved America. And I think it's important for all of us to read this book, understand how Trump did it, and what we have to do. To keep the victories going. And that's why I want you to pre-order a copy right now: Amazon, Barnes and Noble, wherever you buy your books.

It's called The Golden Age: How Trump Saved America. It's got a lot of great stories and, quite frankly, a lot of humor in this book as well. But a very sobering message that if we don't do our part, Then we will lose a Republican. Look, this is it for us.

So, again, get a copy. You can order in the break on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, The Golden Age: How Trump Saved America. In one second, you're enjoying your first day off in forever. Then, mid-lunch, your phone buzzes. A window's been broken at home and you're miles away.

All right, welcome back. And we have got so much ground to cover. The White House now saying that the Iranians are interested in talking. I say, forget that. No, those days are gone.

The time now, ladies and gentlemen, is for the Iranians to surrender. And it's nothing more than if we should accept nothing less than a full and complete surrender of the Iranians. Otherwise, we bomb them back to the Stone Age. All right, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926.

Let's go to John in North Carolina. Hi, John. What's on your mind? Todd, how you doing? I'm well, thank you.

Good. North Carolina is pretty easy, Todd. Even going back to Richard Burgate, We were looking for tax breaks. We were looking for a balanced budget. We were told when Conservatives had the majority, those things would happen.

They passed a big beautiful bill, which spent money, but there's been no budget cut to speak of other than what we've done through tariffs. North Carolinians are looking at the guys that we were told were conservative, and there has been real no action. In fact, if anything, we've had blockade from Tillis and we've got no action. We've got three major Metropolitan areas in North Carolina, Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, Guilford County, Greensboro, and Wake County, Raleigh. and all three of those centers vote Democrat.

and they get the vote out.

So that's why Roy Cooper whoever we run against him, he's going to win because we got liberal areas that are overwhelmingly Democrat. But people are not showing up because we've continued to put people that we are told are conservative in office We've got no balanced budget, we've got no tax cut, and we got no spending cuts.

Well, John, you just laid it out there. I mean, if the Republicans are not going to deliver on those specific promises, people aren't going to vote for them. I mean, you're right. I mean, it's that simple. John, I got to run.

Hang tight, everybody. We've got to take a quick break. We're right back at it here on the Todd Stearns radio show. In one second, you're enjoying your first day off in forever. Then, mid lunch, your phone buzzes.

A window's been broken at home, and you're miles away. In one second, Everything can change. Thank you for listening to the Todd Stearns Radio Program. I am Todd Stearns, your voice of truth. and hope and common sense across This great nation.

So, a lot going on this hour of the program. We, at this hour, Governor, Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz, Tampon Tim. as we affectionately refer to him, is testifying Up on Capitol Hill, and it's not going well. We're going to play some of that audio. Nancy Mace and Congressman Scott Perry absolutely torching this guy.

Also, some exciting news from the Pentagon about what's happening right now in Iran. And we're going to get to your calls on what happened yesterday in the election because we have a lot to talk about, and we've got a lot to figure out. And it seems as though the running commentary here is that the House and the Senate. Have just simply not done anything. And that's one of the reasons why people are not getting out and they're not voting.

And by people, I mean you Republicans. I want you to write down our telephone number. You're going to need this. Call in 901-260-5926. That's 901-266-266-266-6666.

two six zero five nine two six. Pete Hagseth, our Secretary of War. Says, we're not messing around anymore, and this is a new day for the military. I am just so excited. I want to play this, and then I've got some things to say.

Cut number five, please. We're playing for keeps. Our warfighters have maximum authorities granted personally by the President and yours truly. Our rules of engagement are bold. precise and designed to unleash American power, not shackle it.

This was never meant to be a fair fight. And it is not a fair fight. We are punching them while they're down. Which is exactly how it should be. Yeah, wow.

Folks, I haven't heard a war secretary say anything like this since World War II. This is remarkable. If you remember, and many of you fought in Desert Storm, many of you fought, any of you who have fought in the wars since 9-11, you know that the Democrats had a whole different idea of what the military was supposed to be used for, so much so. That let's just say that you had You were out in the middle of the desert. All of a sudden, the enemy starts opening fire.

You actually had to call back to Washington, D.C. to get permission to engage the enemy. in a theater of war. It was the most absurd thing, and there have been a couple of great movies uh made about this, and the absurdity of the end uh that that you literally had to call back to Washington to get permission to engage the enemy that was shooting at you.

Now That is as that philosophy is about as useful as a busted can of biscuits. I'm telling you, this is absolute insanity. But those days are over now. And this is why, look, this is why the United States came out of World War II. as a world power.

the leading world power. because we were ruthless. And when we drop that bomb. on Hiroshima and then Nagasaki. Not only did we save countless, countless lives, By ending the war, we also sent a message to the rest of the world That we are a peaceful people.

We are a freedom-loving people. We are a God-fearing people. But you don't mess with the American people. You don't mess with the United States of America. That was the message.

And so Pete Hankseth. is delivering that message again. Ladies and gentlemen, I don't know if you've been watching any of the videos. We have a lot of them over on ToddSterns.com. I am so impressed.

With the incredible work that's being done. And by the way, not a single thing has leaked out of the Pentagon. Not a single thing has leaked out of the Pentagon. It's remarkable. Cut number six, please.

In a few days, in under a week. The two most powerful air forces in the world will have complete control of Iranian skies, uncontested airspace. I hope all the folks watching Understand what uncontested airspace and complete control means. It means we will fly. All day?

All night. Day and night, finding, fixing, and finishing the missiles and defense industrial base of the Iranian military. Finding, and fixing their leaders. and they're military leaders. Flying over Tehran.

Flying over Iran, flying over their capital. flying over the RGC. Iranian leaders Looking up And seeing only US and Israeli air power. Every minute of the of every day. until we decide.

It's over. In Iran, will be able to do nothing about it. B-2s, B-52s, B-1s, Predator drones, fighters controlling the skies, picking targets. Death and destruction from the sky. all day long.

Wow. This is what it means, ladies and gentlemen. This is what it means to have a military. That has a warrior ethos. That's what it's all about.

Oh, by the way, and this little development. There were at least two assassination plots against President Trump that were concocted by the Iranians.

Well, apparently, the guy behind all of that, yeah, he got blown to the lake of fire. Take a listen to Cut Eight: The leader of the unit who attempted to assassinate President Trump? has been hunted down and killed. Iran tried to kill President Trump. And President Trump got the last laugh.

Now This is not a mission accomplished situation. This is simply a reality check. The combination of U.S. and Israeli intelligence and combat power will control Iran. and we'll control it soon.

All right, just a little bit of the back and forth there from this morning's briefing at the Pentagon.

So well done, Pete Hagseth. And the bombing raids are continuing and they're becoming even more ferocious.

Now, there are, we've had some callers today who said, look, this is not America first. I would contend that this is entirely America first in the sense that Donald Trump is cleaning up a mess that was left behind since 1979. And as a result, just think about this. If Jimmy Carter would have gone in and bombed Iran and deposed. The Ayatollah At the start of the revolution, when they attacked our embassy, Then the argument could be made that thousands of Americans would still be alive today.

The Marine barracks in Beirut would never have been bombed. Had presidents just made those hard decisions. Donald Trump, it was a hard decision. I have no doubt about that. Every time you interview a president, they say the hardest thing they ever had to do was to make the decision to put men and women in harm's way.

Talking about our military. And I have no doubt. That Donald Trump is in that position, but he made the right call here.

Now there's a caveat. There was some chatter yesterday, and some of the lawmakers coming out of this private meeting, there's a closed-door meeting up on Capitol Hill. They were given an update, a briefing on the war, and some of the lawmakers came away from that concerned that they were hearing language that might indicate we could be moving towards boots on the ground. In Iran, Ladies and gentlemen, horrible idea. And we cannot have mission creep here.

And so far, I'm not seeing it. I mean, everything I'm watching unfold before us is Donald J. Trump. Dismantling the nuclear program and the missiles there in Iran. All right, 901-260-5926 is our telephone number.

That's 901-260-5926. Let's go to Kansas. Mark is on the line. Hi, Mark. What say you?

Well, I would first off, great show, and thank you for what you do. Thank you. And you'd mentioned something about the speaker sending out a list of talking points Uh Of what? the Republicans Republicans have done. And I think uh what uh the that list should include what the Democrats have been doing And how much uh Democrat or Republicans have to clean up after their they're in office for extended periods of time.

I don't think that's a bad idea at all. I like that idea, Mark. I think you can make a curated list that. very clear. It reminds everybody just what's at stake and what they're voting for.

Um for uh when when it when it when it's election time. Mark, I'm curious about yourself. How would you grade how would you grade the Republicans so far? I mean, that's ultimately who's going to be on the ballot this November. How do you grade the Republicans?

Well, I'd I'd I'd do a C plus or a B minus. There are exceptions. You know, there's Trump and Hag Fest and And um you know, some others, but uh majority of them are Our uh Um you know, they they're not they're not very forthcoming with uh Everything that's going on. Uh In Washington and and the state houses and that type thing. Yeah, I just again, a C a C plus, I it's just not good enough in my book.

They've got to be doing better. There's no reason why they can't be doing better, Mark. That that's what gets me. By the way, Mark, what part of Kansas are you calling from? Oh, what are you talking?

Well, I tell you, great radio station there, the big talker, and we certainly appreciate those guys. They carry our show a little bit later on in the afternoon, so we're glad you're listening to us now. Mark, got a run, but thank you for that call. Again, our telephone number: 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show.

Uh Now an old family favorite, rejuvenated by the artificial intelligence of Minnesota Public Broadcasting. It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, a beautiful day for my neighbors who just got here. They just got here. It's not the neighborly way to send them back, rounding them up in ICE attacks. Would you be kind?

Won't you be kind? I've always wanted to have a neighbor like Rajiv or Rao, who put 24,000 new kids in our low girls' school, so let's make the most of this beautiful day. Before Somali day cares all go away Would you be kind? Pretend that you're blind. Everyone's your neighbor.

Won't you please, won't you please? Please won't you hide? You're a neighbor. Hello, neighbor. I've been thinking about wintertime.

in Minneapolis. A time of snow. and sweaters. and frozen water bottles. Have you ever been cold?

So cold that you thought you could turn someone else into ice? That wouldn't be neighborly of a fellow Minnesotan, and Governor Waltz and our mayor won't be able to protect you from the consequences. What are consequences? Consequences are what happens. What happens to people who snitch on those who are different?

who are different. Like Somalis who make their living off the government. For enrichment. For enrichment, So don't mention the criminality of those who are here illegally, and you won't have to face. The consequences Nobody likes bad things to happen to mommy and daddy or Little sister?

Because nobody Likes a snitch.

Next time, we'll go to the land of make-believe to see how Mr. McFeely is transitioning into Mrs. McFeely. Bye-bye. All right.

I've been uh I've been on the weight loss campaign. Is this two and a half weeks, three weeks now? Down 13 pounds. And today it's going to be a crazy afternoon. I've got to put in the, this is my first five-mile, the big five-mile walk, and then I'll be hitting the gym.

But one of the things that I've done is I've joined up with PhD weight loss, and I'm literally enjoying a delicious cup of their homemade cream of chicken soup. All of this, this is amazing stuff. All the great food and stuff they provide. This is not like Weight Watchers. It's not like intermittent fasting.

And that's one of the reasons I love what I'm seeing so far with PhD weight loss. I've had a great time with them and it's working. I take the calatron and that helps with the weight loss. And then PhD comes in with their foods and their resources. And it really is making the difference.

The one thing about PhD weight loss, once a week, they'll phone in and they'll say, How's it going? What are you eating? What are you not eating? And they give me some pointers. And it's been really, really clever.

And I want you to check them out. And here's the deal: they're going to. Send you a two-week supply of food. And you can try it for yourself. And if it works, great.

If it doesn't work, no problem. But they're going to do that free of charge. And so all you have to do, you literally have nothing to lose but wait.

So get them a call PHD Weight Loss 864-64. 644-1900. I want to say that again. 864-1900. six four four nineteen hundred And I want you to give them a call.

They're going to give you two free weeks in the program. They're going to pay for all of your food, all of your great resources. Tonight's chocolate cake or pudding diet, Dylan. I'm very excited about that. That does sound exciting.

It's going to be very tasty. I'm telling you, the cream of chicken is better than Campbell's. You're drinking it straight from a cup. I am. I just like to do it like that.

I thought that was a sweet tea for a second. No, no, no. It's in my Sweet Mercy cup mug. Yeah.

This thing is massive. It is. You can put a gallon of tea in here or cream of chicken soup.

So, but by the way, you can get these Sweet Mercy mugs over at ToddStarns.com. Those of you that are watching us, I'm holding it up for the camera here.

So, again, PhD weight loss. Check it out. And I'm telling you, the food is delicious. And I'm not going to ever steer you guys wrong when it comes to food. But go to their website, myphdweightloss.com.

That's myphdweightloss.com. Or give them a call, 864-644-1900. Say the word STARNS, and that will unlock the two free weeks in the program. But you got to use my last name, Starnes, or they're not going to do that for you.

So, all right.

So, there you go. Hopefully, I'll see some of you out there on the trail later this afternoon.

So, let's go to Vicki and. North Carolina. Hi, Vicki. What's on your mind? Yeah, hi, Todd.

Nice to talk to you. I've been listening to all the stuff about North Carolina and The only thing that occurs to me is If you don't like what the Republicans are doing now, you're really going to hate what the Democrats will do if they take over.

So if you're not crazy about who's in there, All right. But vote to keep them. the Democrats out. That's the most important thing to me because they are going to destroy everything. Vicki, you know what?

We ought to put everything you just said on a bumper sticker. Yeah.

I mean, yeah, you're absolutely, it's so, it's, it's common sense. And folks, it's not just North Carolina. I'm really concerned about Texas right now. We have had so many liberals move into the state.

So many liberals. All right, got to take a break here. 901-260-5926. Our number, that's 901-260-5926. Head over to myphdweightloss.com.

Mention my name, Starnes. They're going to hook you up. We'll be right back. Yeah.

We will avenge them. No doubt. But I liken Iran's predicament to a football team. who scripted the first twenty plays of a game. The team knew what plays to run because their first few drives were scripted.

But now that the game has started And the blitz is on. They don't know what plays to call, let alone how to get in the huddle and call those plays. Iran's senior leaders are dead. The so-called governing council that might have selected a successor Dead. missing or cowering in bunkers too terrified to even occupy the same room.

Senior generals, mid-level officers, enlisted ranks, they can't talk or communicate, let alone mount. a coordinated and sustained offensive. That's not great for morale. The Iranian Air Force is no more. Built for 1996, destroyed in 2026.

The Iranian Navy rests at the bottom of the Persian Gulf. Combat ineffective, decimated, destroyed, defeated. Picker adjective.

Well, there you go. Our War Secretary laying it all out there at a briefing earlier this morning. I want to go right away to our Patreon Mobile Newsmaker Line. Say hello to our good friend Liz Peake. You see her all the time on Fox News and read her great work at Foxnews.com.

Liz, hope you're doing well. I'm doing great. Nice to talk to you, Todd. Wow, Liz, I just have to tell you, it has been quite impressive what the Pentagon has been doing here. There have been no leaks.

They've been very thorough with their briefings. And man, are they bringing shock and awe to the world? Yeah, and I'd say, you know, listening to that clip that you just aired, I really think Pete Hegseth is sounding exactly the right notes. He's right that they are running scared. They have to be.

I mean, my gosh. Every time they're in a public Meeting or place of any sort, and this is not even just recently, but going back months now, they're vulnerable and they know it. I'd say the only comfort is what's coming from the Democratic Party of the United States. I mean, when you have Hakeem Jeffries introducing a bill on the floor to cease All operations in Iran. That is golden propaganda for the Iranian regime.

That, I am sure, is the subject of countless ads going out over the airwaves saying, look, the United States doesn't even want to be perpetrating this war. And they're the you know, half the country is on our side. they're going to lay down their arms and the United States doesn't have the will to carry this through. I mean, my God, I cannot imagine a worse message to send and totally aiding and comforting our enemy. Liz, it's really shocking.

And we talked about this on Monday's show: the juxtaposition here. You've got the Iranian women who are, I guess, they're tearing off their hijabs, they're smoking cigarettes, wearing dresses in public, and starting to move about freely.

Meanwhile, in this country, you literally have woke liberal women that are cloaking themselves in the hijab. Kids there celebrating Donald Trump, kids here chanting death to America. It's really insane. It is, and I don't think it's going to. I mean, I hate to bring everything down to politics.

I do not think. That six months from now, when you're showing ads of all these lunatic Democrats running around opposing this war, I hope, Todd, it is successful. I think it will be successful. When you uh have united the entire Gulf Region. The entire Middle East.

I mean, Iran made an almost unimaginable error by lobbing missiles towards. Bahrain, Gazar, Saudi Arabia, every place, including Turkey today. Uh they have nobody left. to protect them. And without that, I think that Rand becomes increasingly Isolated, they're already pretty isolated, and their big champions, Russia and China.

I mean, I haven't heard a peep from them. I don't know if you've heard it differently, but as far as I know, they are just basically watching to see what happens. It's a pretty extraordinary situation. And again, the only real Hopeful thing that's happening for Iran is coming from our own political divide. Isn't that interesting?

Because look at the last couple of years, the peacenicks out there, and I guess again, some in the conservative wing of the party as well, who want to be isolationists, their argument was always: if we go to war against Iran, it's going to lead to global conflict, it's going to be World War III. And you're right, it's sort of strange that both Russia and China have been so quiet.

Well, Russia has no bandwidth to take on another conflict. We're basically deeply embedded in Ukraine. I think they're not doing well. And so, for them to take on any kind of other initiative here would be completely suicidal. And as far as China is concerned, they're not doing so great either.

They've lost their two major sources of oil, Venezuela and Iran. And that is for China a real serious issue. I do think there's a possibility. That China built up over the last several years an oil reserve, underground oil reserve. If you remember, think back to when the oil price did plummet on a few occasions.

And a lot of us, including myself, were exhorting the Biden administration to stockpile oil, refill the strategic petroleum reserve. Who did that? That was China. China was buying at that moment, not Joe Biden. And so my guess is they may be better off than we know, but I just don't know that.

I mean, we haven't really seen any indication of that. But Iran is basically friendless. And it is inconceivable to me that with the joint intelligence and military capabilities of Israel, United States. And the Gulf Arab Nations, which remember, we have been sending arms to for some time now. And which have pretty important military capabilities, I can't imagine that Iran's days are not numbered.

Can you imagine, though, what that's going to do there in the Middle East? And of course, the question is, who's going to take charge? Every time they pick somebody, they get blown up. But there seems to be a lot of interest in the son of the previously deposed Shaw. Do you think that's the right path here?

And what role should the United you know we're going to play a role in it in some capacity, but who do you think ought to lead the country? I think that animosity towards the former regime of the Shah is pretty intense. I'm not sure Pahlavi is the guy that's really going to be able to. gather enough support. to stabilize this country.

My guess is it has to come from Someone, kind of like in Venezuela, someone from the current regime who perhaps is a little bit more. uh aware of The fragility of the people in charge and willing to deal with the United States. I mean, it would be. Such a blessing to have a neutral Iran, not necessarily even a friendly Iran, just not a hostile Iran, not someone that is constantly funding Hezbollah and the And Hamas and the Houthis, and creating havoc all the time. And that's why the Gulf Nations.

hate the Iranians. I mean, they they are perfectly happy to see them squashed. They just never wanted to have to and engage with them in the past because Iran has nuclear weapons or very close to having nuclear weapons and has a monster number of ballistic missiles. The question is, how many of those now have been A, spend, B, destroyed. We have to hope that it's a very sizable part of their.

inventory. I mean, that's what the United States is counting on. Day after day, that's what we're going after. I think it'll just be a matter of, I think, a matter of a couple of weeks. But you know, I'm not a military person.

I can't really assess that. But I cannot imagine they can hold out for very long. I do wonder, though, if there are people in Iran who look at what's happening, the incredible growth and development in places like Dubai. And I wonder if there's a bit of envy there saying, why can't we do that here in Iran? Do you think that we could see some movement by the movers and shakers on the money side of things there in that country?

Yeah, the business community.

Well, it's interesting, isn't it, what there there has been some chatter about, for example, in Cuba that the grandson of Fidel Castro is part of a young business-minded group that kind of wants to be able to fly and succeed and do well. And they may be the group that eventually takes over the country. If there were such, Iran is not a barbaric country. I mean, this is a country highly educated. Very sophisticated industries, et cetera, et cetera, there has got to be exactly what you're talking about.

Get away from the religious theocracy, and surely there must be People we could partner with to rebuild the economy, to create a country that, again, doesn't have to be friendly to the United States and Israel, but perhaps neutral. And that is really, that would be such an incredible blessing for all of the people in that region. You know, you think back to, you know, prior to the revolution, I was just a little kid in, I think I was in sixth or seventh grade when all of that went down with the revolution and the hostages. But back before all of that, Tehran was really known as the Paris of the East. They were known for incredible nightlife, and Western fashion people really wanted to go there and to visit the country, much like, I would say, Beirut and Lebanon.

Yeah, I was going to say Lebanon similar. I I think that's right. You know, people who have been to Iran in the last five years Will tell you that the people of Iran are extremely friendly to Americans. I mean, they're not. Most of them, I think, are not in league with the hard.

Right or left, I don't know what it would be in Rwanda, the hard religious fanatics who chant death to America, death to Israel constantly. I think that there is a very large body. I think we have no, we know through various kinds of surveys that about 75% of the country are not like the mullahs. They do not like the theocracy. And so, yeah, I think that this is a country that could be turned around.

And are we going to do nation building? Are we going to go in there and help them with that? I hope not, because that, I think, is legitimate. complaint about past endeavors that the United States got too deeply and buried too deeply buried in trying to create democracies for countries not ready for democracies. But I think there is certainly Development ties that could really move some sort of relationship forward.

And that, I think, is what Trump is hoping for as well. Liz, there was a great movie, and it's one of those movies I just love watching over and over again, Charlie Wilson's War. I don't know if you've had a chance to see it. Sure. There is such a central truth in that entire story.

And of course, Charlie Wilson, a conservative Democrat from Texas, of all places, and really led the charge to make sure that the Afghans were given the tools necessary to fight the Soviets. But the problem was that there was no education afterwards.

So nobody knew what the Americans had done for those people. And I think, regardless of what happens in Iran, that we've got to learn from those mistakes of the past. I agree with you, but it's a very different situation. Afghanistan really was a medieval country and beset by the kinds of rivalries and territorial disputes and warlords, etc., that it was impossible. It was impossible.

And America did a lot of good things in Afghanistan. Probably none of it has lasted very long. Iran's a really different case because it's a sophisticated country. It's a great movie, everybody. You got to go watch it.

Julia Roberts cracks me up, but it's hard to believe that all actually happened. It's a real story. It's a great story. Great book. It's a great book.

I didn't realize that.

So I didn't realize there was a book. I'm going to have to go back and read that. Yeah, wonderful. All right, the great Liz Peak, everybody. Liz, always great to hear your analysis.

Thank you. Thanks so much for having me on. Take care. LizPeak.com, everybody. Go and check out her great writing.

Love her take on things. Hey, real quick, let's go to the phones. Johnny listening to us on Patriot Talk 920 in Texas. And, Johnny, I understand that you disagree with Liz.

Well, I disagree with her saying that Someone from the current regime should be the future leader. And I say that because That would put the people back in the same situation as they're trying to get out of. My take on the situation is That the curb should be given Their share what part of the nation they Thrive in, should be just released and allowed to become their own nation. And the Persian should be given Persia back. Otherwise, you're going to be right back in the same boat.

So you believe so you believe that that current Iran should be carved up into separate countries? We got we cannot let another Islamist Republic. Personally. Take Iran back, or we'll be right back in the situation, and those poor people will be right back in their. Same old situation.

Well, I know President Trump has been sort of, he's been hesitant to weigh in on the son of the Shah who was overthrown, Pahlavi. But a lot of the Iranians I speak to here in America, they've been telling me that they love the Shah and they think that he ought to be put back into power. You know, one of the big challenges there, and Johnny, this is just something we have to come to terms with. Iran is never going to be the United States of America, right?

So they've got their own way of doing things. And one of the big problems the Iranian people had at the time with the Shah was that he was trying to rapidly westernize the nation. And so it just did not work.

So I think from that context, I understand what Liz is saying, that you may have to have somebody from the regime, perhaps a more moderate voice, if there is one. And there may not be one.

So at that point, What do you do then?

So, Johnny, I got a run. We are super late for a break. This is the Todd Stern Show. All right, real quick, let's go to the phone lines. Salem, Oregon.

Ron, listening to us on KYKN. Hi, Ron. What's on your mind? What's on my mind, I got facts for you. twenty twenty four elections when they ran on a MAGA agenda, you had Way Wake America rally, you had Republican parties Portraying the message that affects Americans.

The reason we're having a problem in Texas, Oregon, or even in North Carolina is that everybody wants to distance themselves from the Trump's message. Number two, they do not go through and articulate the messages because they want everything convenient. They don't knock on doors, they don't sit at the markets and stuff, you know, for Saturday markets or whatever, and reach out to the people. That's what they did in 2024, 2023, so President Trump could get elected. But the point is, the Republican parties at the national level and at the state level want to run away from it.

And like the president who's bringing back possibly logging in Oregon, which will lower costs across the country by cutting our own trees, replanting our trees, or even possibly doing some land staking for like they did in the 1800s, 1900s. That would be all economically feasible. It would knock down the defeatism. But yet, until the Republican Party at the national level and in those state levels do those things, we will not have a country. And they just said we gotta reach out to everybody with the eighty-twent decisions.

That's how you win in America. Let me say this, Ron, and I gotta we're gonna have to leave it there, but thank you for that call. On that 80-20 issue, Jon Thun he sees the same polling data that we see, and he knows that the majority of the American people, Republican and Democrat, black and white, they want Voter ID at the ballot box. And Jon Thun, who is controlled by high-dollar lobbyists, simply will not budge.

So I agree with many of you who've called in. It is not only just a messaging problem, it is a do-nothing problem. And the Republicans are going to have to figure this out. We're going to have to do our part getting out there and voting. But clearly, there are efforts underway.

Word has gone out that the grassroots of the party have been told to sit down and shut up. That is not a winning message. We've got to fix that, everybody. All right, hang tight. Hour three of the big show coming up next.

Live. From the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee. It's America's conservative blowtorch. Bye. Yeah.

I'm good. Love is American. And round touch starts. All right, President Trump weighing in on what happened last night in Texas. Hello, everybody.

Welcome to the Todd Sterns Radio Show.

So, here's all right, ears. Here's a question for all of you Texas peoples. And we have a lot of listeners across the Lone Star State.

So Here's here's and and here we go. John Cornyn, if John Cornyn is the nominee, if he wins. The runoff, and he is in the general election against James Tancredo. Will he Will he win? Will he win that Senate race?

At least the establishment wing and the politicos are saying that Cornyn is the only one who has a shot of beating the Democrats in the Senate race. Is that true? I said Tancredo. Tallerico, my apologies. It's been a long day.

Or is it going to be Ken Paxton? Because there are a lot of people in the politico world who say that Ken Paxton would lose a race against James Tallarico.

So the easier bet to make is That John Cornyn is the guy.

Well, President Trump just a little while ago posted this on. A True Social and I want to read this to you. He says the Republican primary race for the United States Senate. In the great state of Texas, the state I love, and won three times in record numbers, the highest vote ever recorded by far. Come on, Mr.

President, don't get too sidetracked here. cannot, for the good of the party and our country itself, Be allowed to go on any longer. It must stop now.

So the president. is calling for somebody to drop out here. He doesn't believe because what the runoff elections in May.

So you're looking at every single dollar these two Republicans, Ken Paxton and John Cornyn, are going to be spending against each other is one less dollar they're going to have. To go up against the Democrat war machine. Democrats, they smell blood in the water here in Texas. They believe they've got a kinder, gentler Democrat candidate, even though he believes God is non-binary and Mary should have aborted Jesus. They say he's a great guy, James Tallerica.

So they're going to be they're going to be on the war path here. And President Trump is clearly concerned, concerned enough that he's now demanding that one of the two drop out. He says, We have an easy-to-beat, radical-ept opponent, and we have to totally focus on putting him away quickly and decisively. The President goes on to say both John and Ken ran great races, but not good enough.

Now, this well, let me stop here. And, Mr. President, they did run great campaigns. The problem was Wesley Hunt. And Wesley Hunt was the spoiler in this.

Had Wesley Hunt not been in the race, I'm telling you, those votes that he got were Ken Paxton votes. They were not John Cornyn votes. Anyway, I digress. The President said. Both John and Ken ran great races, but not good enough.

Now, this one must be perfect. My endorsements within the Republican Party have been virtually insurmountable. It is such an honor to realize and say that almost everyone I endorse wins. This is true. And wins by a lot.

This is true, especially in Texas. Again, true. I will be making my endorsement soon and will be asking the candidate that I don't endorse to immediately drop out of the race. Is that fair? We must win in November.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

So, ladies and gentlemen of the Lone Star State, what say you? The President has spoken. He is going to nominate some he's going to endorse somebody. And the person he does not endorse must drop out of the race. Yeah.

A lot of folks are saying it has to be Ken Paxton. Because John Cornyn has fought this President tooth and nail. But again, this president is also going to be looking at.

Okay, winnability here. John Cornyn has proven himself as a winner. But so has Ken Paxton.

So my question, ladies and gentlemen, is Who do you sign with? This is going to be really interesting. And if you're a Ken Paxton, let me ask you this: if you're a Ken Paxton supporter, and John Cornyn, by the way, came out yesterday and they're going to be hauling out every single dirt, every piece of dirt they can get on this guy, they're going to be hauling out. It is going to be scorched earth when it comes to John Cornyn. He is enraged.

Over this, and what he's embarrassed by what happened yesterday. And he said he all but said he's going to destroy. Ten Paxton.

So I'm just curious. How does all of this play out? And the president is right here. We can't afford And you heard from enough North Carolina listeners today. We're losing a Republican Senate seat in North Carolina.

That's going to happen. The question now is, what about in Texas? 901-260-5926, our telephone number, that's 901-2606. 260-5926. Jasmine Crockett, by the way, yesterday, first she accused.

Her fellow Democrats of cheating in her primary. Then, when that didn't work, you know, somebody somebody well, let's play this audio, then I'll explain what happened afterwards. To cast their vote, we should all be standing together. Democrats Republicans, and we should all be raising hail. But unfortunately This was always the plan.

And so I am grateful for this court order. And as Congressman Allred has already stated, We encourage each and every one of you. to remain resilient. We cannot allow this type of behavior to be rewarded. Because so long as they know that they can win even if it means cheating.

then they will continue to do it.

So, I am asking you, I am begging you to make sure that you go ahead and figure out where it is that you are supposed to vote. Stand in line. Wait in line, and if it means that I gotta come out there with you. to wait with you. I will do that.

All right, so she was accusing, she was accusing the Democrats, her own party, of cheating.

Well, somebody called her and said, What are you doing? What are you doing, woman? Oh, by the way, I am so sorry. We completely forgot. This is a Jans McCrockett segment, ladies and gentlemen.

Shut it! Yeah.

Duncan John! You're finished driving the zone. I get it. Yeah, Jasmine Crockett going down in defeat. And so anyway, the Democrats go, what are you doing?

You can't be accusing the Democrats of cheating. Blame the Republicans.

So she went out there. And by the way, in the primaries, Each political party is in charge of their elections.

So she's out there blaming the Republicans for what's happening in the Democrat Party primary, which they have no control over. By the way, in Texas, I understand you guys have very, very strict Laws and rules when it comes to elections. They start at a certain time, they end at a certain time. And in Dallas County, there was apparently a lot of confusion because of the redistricting, and people didn't know where to go to vote. And they were asking for more time.

And the Supreme Court of the state had to step in and say, no, rules are rules.

So that's why she's hollering. But again, she did very, very well in Dallas County. And you got to love CNN. Even CNN came out and said, Jasmine Crockett losing this race had nothing to do with Dallas County. It had everything to do with the fact that she just didn't run a good campaign.

All right, let's go to the phones here and say hello to John in Houston. John What's your take on what happened yesterday?

Okay.

Well, I'm thoroughly happy because the total votes for each party were tighter than I thought. I thought the Democrats we're going to have a bigger turnout And I don't I I think they're bl you're you're going a little bit overboard. on the the primary because the primary Texans are a lot of Texans don't even know who's running. and or don't know the candidates.

So when it comes down to the real race and they do have a candidate, then they show up.

Well, John, but hold on, hold on here, and I want to try to explain what happened. For one thing, this was historic. This was a record turnout for Democrats in a Texas primary.

So those were big numbers for the Democrats.

Now, The reason why I'm harping on this is because Republicans did have a reason to go and vote yesterday, and that was to take out John Cornyn, who is considered to be a rhino by a good many conservatives in the state of Texas.

So, again, when you factor all those things in, yet things did not go well for the Republicans yesterday.

Well, I I voted for Paxton and When they set more than two candidates in there in a primary, And they you got to have 50% of the vote, that's what's going to happen. I mean, it's just too many people in running in that. They had eight candidates, I think, in the running for the Senate. They did, but it was really Wesley Hunt. He was the guy.

Yeah, he was the guy. And you know Not a lot of Texans know the deal. What's going on with Paxton? I mean, the establishment is totally against them. They try to impeach him.

They're mad because Paxton B. Jeb Boche's son. when they when they ran for the Attorney General, And uh I mean The att the establishment is putting the word out that Fashion is bad, bad, bad. And it's the establishment they got the money. They can run the negative ads.

I mean, all the ads that John Corner did were negative ads. There was nothing about his record. Oh, and if you think they're bad now, John, let me tell you something. Cornyn is he's they're going scorched. They're about to go scorched earth.

It's going to be incredibly ugly. The first time Trump ran My phone was ringing off the wall to back Corning. And I said, I'm not backing, I'm not going to send money to Corning if he's not going to back. President Trump, well, I mean, it was the first election, the first time he ran, and Cornyn was not standing up for Trump. Nobody, the establishment.

was standing back. And they would call me and I would tell those people, I'm not sending no money to Cornin. Because he's not spending up. Pertra. And that that what's been going on with Corn and has been going on for a while with uh It's just not.

This gun thing that happened after the Uvalde school shooting and all that. It's been going on since before Trump ever was president. Cornin is not going to win. And if it Another question is, I don't know when the primary rentals are going to be I think they're in May. They're in May.

That's right. They're in May. And Trump is saying, no, no, no, we can't do that. Trump is saying we got I'm going to endorse somebody very soon and whoever the other person has to has to drop out of the race.

Well Uh Paxton is uh he when Trump lost the second race And it was all this cheating going on. Patterson is the only one that stood up for President Trump, and he. I'm it was him that filed the charges. that went all the way to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court said, no, we ain't going to do it. I mean, Paxon is Trump's lawyer.

And the people are coming on to that. And I don't think Pax Paxton, I mean, Cornyn and Paxton, if they was to have a debate. I don't even see Corning standing up. and being able to talk. without making up all these lies about Paxton.

I mean, it's just uh I mean, when they try to impeach him, That was a uh the the House or the House of Representatives, the Texas House of Representatives, half of them Republicans were all rhinos. Even the the The main person over they called him Drunk Dave. He was a rhino, friend. He was from Orange County Or or Orange, Texas. I mean, it was it was a just a big show.

Well, I will say this, John, and it's going this could get very ugly very fast, and it could spiral out of control, which is why Trump is stepping in and saying, we've got to figure this out. You're looking at two massively big personalities here. I'm not sure they can do that. And to your point, it's been Ken Paxton who's been putting his reputation, his career, his neck out there for Donald Trump, and certainly not John Cornyn.

So we'll see how all this plays out. John, I got to run. Thank you for the call, though. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926.

Also, Dalton Glasscock and Josh Jones are going to have a nice big debate on air as well. Again, that's all 5 o'clock tonight on Newsmax 2. Let's go to Matt in Texas listening to us on Patriot Talk 920.

Hi, Matt. What's on your mind today? Howdy, Todd, how you doing? I'm well, thank you for asking. Oh, very good.

I appreciate the opportunity. I just want to follow up a little bit on what John said. Here, I'm just south of Houston, where you were here this last week in Pearland. We're in Brazoria County. And when I take a look at the maps for all of the voting.

What John said about the Bush-Cheney factor, which is horrible in Texas, it's really. been destructive for about the last Eight or ten years. You mentioned drunk dade. Everybody knows who he is, but it's just a an A A mess. of putting Democrats when you have the the lead in the state house Senate and putting Democrats in positions of power.

That's what it's been like for about the last 10 or 12 years. But for us here in Bissoria County, this is a solid, solid Republican. And the city I live in is solid, solid Republican. But everybody here knows who John Cornyn is, but The battle is going to be between Washington against the Bushites and Cheney. getting them if possible Out of the ability to guide what the election is going to be because that's all it is for Cornyn.

So like I say, down here, if we take a look at Houston, it's a little bit north and a little bit west of Houston. They voted for Cornyn. Then you go to Austin, where our capital is, where all the all red. Yeah, all red for John Cornin. Matt, I gotta leave it there.

And I wanna address what you talked about.

So be sure to listen right after this break. But again, Brazoria County going 41% for Paxton, 38% for Cornyn. And Harris County. Wow. We'll talk about that.

Dylan, some good sports news to tell you about. President Trump is really frustrated, I think, along with the rest of us about what's happening with With college football and really the future of college sports. I don't know if you saw the report today. They were running the numbers. University of Memphis basketball, which used to be one of the premier basketball Organizations in the country.

is now suffering its worst season in, I think, a hundred years. Oh wow. I'm not surprised, honestly. Penny Hardaway. And everybody loves Penny Hardaway.

You know, he's born and raised here in Memphis. Yep. Played college ball at Memphis. Yep. Went on to be pro.

Then came back and was what, a high school coach? Yeah, was a high school coach, won a championship there, and then came over to Memphis and. I had a couple of good years at Memphis. I mean, I'll admit, we went to the March Madness, we were involved. One time.

One time. Well, two times. Two times. Two times. Was it two?

Two, yeah, yeah. We went last year. But this year is probably our worst. In a long, long time. They say in in the hundred years of the program.

Yeah.

It's that bad. Yeah.

So ticket sales are probably down. Way down. As a matter of fact, the headline today, the breaking news headline, is there is a $1.2 million deficit shortfall. Because people are not going to the games and they don't know what to do. I think there are two issues.

Number one is, you know, it's a bad team, but number two, it's a bad conference. We're in the American conference. How bad is your team that you can't even beat other teams in the American conference when you've got more NIL money than all of the other teams? Yeah, we lost to East Carolina the other day. It's embarrassing.

They're the second worst team in our conference. Yeah, in our conference. Not a great conference.

So and we used to beat teams like I mean, we beat Olam S a couple years ago. We beat, you know. really good teams. And now we're you know, I don't know. It's not good.

What do we do? I think we fire Penny.

So, really? I think we got to get rid of him. He's not leaving on his own. Fire Penny Hardaway. Yeah, he's not.

We're basically doing a revamp of our sports in Memphis right now. I mean, we got a new head coach for football. Why not? Just give it a new fresh start. I mean, the Memphis the Grizzlies suck.

Grizzlies, yeah. NBA, it's just a bad year. It's not a good year. No, it's just not a good year. I mean, a lot of people are saying that or quietly because Penny Hardaway is treated like Deity here in Memphis.

So you're really not allowed to say anything. I mean, if you go onto the fan pages, they're blaming everybody except the coach. Yeah.

And I get it. I mean, he's a good Memphis person that we have here. And I'm glad that he represents Memphis. I'm glad he came back. But when it's time, it's time.

I think you just gotta face the facts. No matter how legendary he is. This could hurt his uh reputation. I mean, not his reputation, what's the word? His image, his legacy, too.

At the end of the day, if you're not a good coach. I mean, people are going to remember you at the last part of your career. I think there's a difference between college ball and AAU ball. Yeah.

The amateur ball. There just is. But the other problem here, and this is something that President Trump is going to address, is the NIL. And what do you do? These kids are getting these massive paychecks.

They're not going to class anymore. They're basically, it's sort of like a semi-pro. College sports is now semi-pro. And there is no allegiance to the school. There's no allegiance to the town.

It's all about yourself getting that paycheck and then transferring schools at the end of the year. My question is, based, I mean, a lot of these kids are getting big checks. We ought to be asking our money back. for the for the season they've had. Yeah, you're probably not wrong.

And I feel bad for a lot of the coaches, too. I mean, some can say you can feel bad for a penny because. You know, he did come into this Memphis Tigers team as a good recruiter. We saw him get the number one recruit in the whole country. And now with NIL, it doesn't even really matter because that guy's going to move schools Just maybe one year after playing at Memphis.

Because again, Memphis is not in a great conference. Yes, we have the money, but. We don't have the um I don't know. We don't have the name that we can get ourselves into a bigger conversation right now. And nobody wants Memphis.

I mean, that's the sad thing to say. Nobody wants us. That's it. And that's unfortunate. But President Trump is announcing that he's going to be holding a meeting.

Over the future of college football. And I'm excited about this. You know who he did? He invited a lot of people. I'm going to go through the names here.

The one people the one group that he did not invite ESPN, certain ESPN college football star. And we're going to get to that in just a moment. Please tell me he invited Sabin. Oh, yeah. Believe it or not, ESPN got a hold of the entire list.

35 people invited. Tiger Woods on the list. Nick Sabin. Mac Brown and Urban Meyer, Condoleezza Rice, you know, it's interesting. She wanted to be, her dream job was to be head of the NFL.

Oh wow. But she was but she's she loves she loves football. She's on the College Football Playoff Selection Committee, former Secretary of State and a ferocious piano player, too, by the way. Wow. From Birmingham, Alabama.

That's cool. Uh, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, what a loser that guy is. Oh my god, I can go without him. Yeah, exactly. It's they have destroyed the NBA.

All of this wokeness, that's insane. The ESPN Chairman, Jimmy Petaro. You've got a number of athletic directors, including Notre Dame, oh, Tim Teambow. Has been invited. That's nice.

That'll be good. Charlie Ward. This is shocking. Paul Feinbaum has not been invited. Oh, okay.

I thought you said he was going to be invited. No, he's been snubbed. Yeah, I hope this conversation goes well. Feinbaum knows everything about SEC football. That's true.

Yes, he does. How do you not invite Fine Bob? I met him once at the airport. I think I told this story. Oh, yeah.

He wore a mask. I'm sorry. That's loser. A couple years after COVID. Exactly.

Yes. COVID was not even a thing. I'm like, dude, what's going on here? Anyway, he is a Republican, though. That's a good idea.

Those are like the biggest names probably on the list. Look, I think everybody understands we've got big problems, and the NCAA either don't know what to do or they don't want to fix it. But President Trump could come in and do something that could save college sports from itself. I really hope so. I'm glad Nick Saban's in that conversation because he's like the pioneer of this.

He's like, I hate that. This is like why he stopped coaching. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if you're a good coach. It doesn't matter if you're a coach.

Like, they're going to leave. You know, Trump is a big football fan. You know, he owned a team back in the, what was it, the old USFL. Back in the 1980s, which is how he and Herschel Walker got to know each other. They became very, very close friends.

And he recruited Walker to play for, oh, what was it, the New Jersey Generals? Oh, wow. That was the team back in the day. And Trump, I mean, there was a story circulating that Trump actually wanted to buy the entire league, and apparently that did not work out.

So I can can you imagine what that would be like? That would be so cool. Probably so many fan experiences, so many like just Back to the basics of college football, just entertainment, pure entertainment probably.

Well, I'm glad the president and all of these college leaders knew Saban's really been frustrated over this. And by the way, talking about a smart guy, you know, he still wants to coach. I know. He probably would coach if this gets fixed. But you're back into it.

But he saw what was about to happen with the NIL. And Alabama just said, they don't have the money. No, and they're look at them now. It's not the same. Not good.

Not good at all.

So all of this is happening Friday, right? What is it? What is today? Today's Wednesday. Wednesday, 30th, Friday.

Wow. At the White House. That's exciting. Big roundtable discussion. We're going to get some sports guys on the show to talk about this.

We have to save college football. That's all there is to it. We we have to. And it's just so sad what has happened. Look, even in some of the SEC schools, you there was a time back in the, I will say seventies, eighties, nineties, Early 2000s, you could not get tickets.

Stadiums filled to overflowing.

Now, eh, not so much. Yep. And what's even worse is the students, there's just not a lot of student involvement. Yeah, I mean that that pairs with the overall fan experience too, because NIL, you're not following your classmate anymore. You're following some guy from a different country.

So they've started a group called Save College Sports. A guy by the name of Cody Campbell, he's chairman of Texas Tech's Board of Regents, former college ball player. And this is his campaign. And he's going to be involved in these discussions as well, and looking at maybe having additional meetings here. Let's see what happens.

I think I've got the perfect solution here, which is sign these guys to a contract. They've got to play all four years at the school, and if they decide to transfer, they get one option to transfer. Anything over that, they lose that money, and they've got to pay that money back to the university. That's simple and sweet right there. That would fix a lot of problems.

It would fix the problem. You could even cap it. You can say, you know what? You're not getting because, again, lost in all of this is the fact these guys are supposed to be getting a college education. We forget about that part.

And the bigger problem, though, is: you know, let's just say these athletes, say you're making a couple of million dollars, okay? When you're a professional athlete, you're not going to be a Tom Brady, right? He is the. the anomaly A lot of these guys go down after the first or second season with a career-ending injury. And that's it.

And they've got no college degree. They have no skill set other than playing football. And that's it for them. Yeah.

My favorite example of a player that's treating this whole NIL stuff the right way is Fernando Mendoza from uh Indiana. You know, they won the championship, but he updated his LinkedIn profile with the championship tag on his LinkedIn profile. He's like, This is a business. Like, this is like, I'm going in for a job interview, even though he's probably going to be the number one. Overall, pick, he's like, this is what this is.

I'm going, and I got my college degree.

Now I'm going to my job. It's, I was, what was it? I was watching the other night after, it was the day, the uh, the morning that the uh, the hockey guys, U.S. Men's hockey won. I went back to watch the Disney show Miracle on Ice.

Oh, yeah. Great sportsman. Yeah, that is good. Great sports. At the very end, they update you on what the players are doing.

And just like a plastic surgeon, you know, then, you know, Joe Bicecki, I'm just making up names here, is a car salesman. And there's this one guy at the very end.

Now, keep in mind, this was, what, 1980?

So this was, what, 40 years ago? At the very end, it had one of the other players, and they did it real quick.

So you have to kind of freeze frame it. It said, going back to school to consider opportunities. There you go. You never want to be that guy. No.

You know, 40 years later. It's okay.

So I'm like, dude, you're in your 60s. Help me understand that. I'm like, all right, okay.

Well, this will be interesting. And so all of this is happening on Friday. Maybe you I know there have to be people out there that have suggestions on how to fix what is broken with college sports, but it is big money, especially in the Southern states and to mention in the Midwest as well. Not so much out on the west coast, unless you're like Oregon, which I never could figure that out. Why they're so good at football or why they're into it.

Yeah, both. It's like they're liberal. It's because Nike's out there. That's probably what it is.

Well, that could be. Yep. That could be. All right. And those nasty, god-awful colors, that green and yellow, puke yellow.

Yep. All right. I've just angered an entire listening audience in Salem, Oregon. But I just don't get it. 901-260-5926, our telephone number.

That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. All right, welcome back, everybody. Let's go to the phones. Oregon, Susanna, listening to us on KYKN.

All right, Susanna. Help us figure out this mystery. What's what's the deal with Oregon football? I want to ask you, are you an Oregon State grad? No, I'm are you kidding me?

No, no, no, I'm a Southeastern Conference guy. Oh gosh, sorry.

Well, I'm going to tell you about why I thought you were an OSU grad. The words about their uniforms. Come right out of the mouths of OSU grads. Is that right? Yeah.

You guys hit the nail on the head.

Now, let me tell you a little bit about the money. Phil Knight gives that school so much money that the head coach at Oregon and the head coach at Oklahoma. state had a big discussion before their game this last fall, and it was like you get eleven million dollars, we get thirty three million or forty million. That was the difference between Oregon and Oklahoma State.

So how do you beat someone that has that much money?

So, the thing I like about trying to fix football is schools like Oregon State. that has such a healthy environment and they've made it a few times, maybe could compete, but they're never going to have thirty five or forty million dollars for football. No, they're not. And that is one of the big challenges, Susanna. You get some of these guys out there with your multi-bazillionaires, and they're going to be funneling a lot of money.

I mean, it's funny to t you kind of laugh at this, but what if Zuckerberg decides he really wants Harvard to have a football program? Wow, yes.

So I want to tell you a little more about Phil Knight and Nike and how they're involved with Oregon. Phil Knight ran track for Oregon.

So he has a huge tie-in to Oregon. And if you go online to the Oregon website and look at the track and field facility they have there, it will absolutely blow your mind. All the underground stuff the athletes get, barber shops, restaurants, you name it. And I'm sure the football guys use that same facility. And that's why the World Championships and Track and Field have come to Oregon because of these incredible facilities, all Phil Knight money.

Is that right? Wow. Well, it's a lot of money, I'll tell you. And I know the school, they've got to be happy to have Phil Knight show it up. Oh my goodness, absolutely.

And he's a great guy, don't get me wrong. I think his wife might be a beaver. And occasionally, they give money to OSU too, but it's not enough to make any difference.

Sorry. You lost me there for a second. He's not married to a Beaver. That would be the team. That would be the Beavers.

So.

Well, no, his wife. Oh.

So they get a little money in Oregon State Better Grad. His wife. Oh, that's what the Oregon State that's their mascot, the Beaver.

Okay, gotcha. Oh, my goodness. You don't know anything west of the Mississippi, do you? N no, I don't. I Susanna, I'm but you're educating me.

I'm just glad he's not married to a beaver. I mean, you know, don't quote me on it, but I try to read some of that whenever I can.

So there you go. Now you do know about Oregon State that the women have made it to the Final Four in basketball. And two years ago, they were in the Elite Eight, and every girl on that team went out in the portal. Is that right? I did not know that.

And the coach had to start all over. Scott Rewick, who's been there 16 years, had to start out all over again. And last year he won the West Coast Conference Championships in spite of the fact that he had lost all the girls.

Well, I'll be telling me, Susanna, I hear somebody. Is that a little dog barking in the background there? I'm very sorry. That's my cabapoo. She doesn't like being in her pen, and she's been biting my husband's foot, and he's very sick.

So I had to put her away. What's your dog's name? No, don't apologize. I was just curious. What's your dog's name?

Lulu. Lulu. What a great name. Yeah.

All right, Lulu. She's on her way to get groomed and the person's here, so I have to hang up. But thank you so much for taking my call. Go beef. All right.

Happy to oblige. Thank you for that, Susannah. There you go. Dylan, I was confused. I'm still confused.

So he's not married.

Well, he's married to a beaver in the sense that the wife apparently is an Oregon State Grad, and I guess it's the Oregon State Beavers. Yeah, but I think I'm confused because when you tried to clarify, she was like, no, she's married to a beaver. A beaver. Yes. Yes.

Yeah.

I understand. There was no, you know. No, I wonder what the beaver is. I still think it's a beaver. Just leave it to be.

I don't know.

So there you go. I'm going to have to brush up on it. She was taking me to task. She's very knowledgeable. She is very knowledgeable.

So I'm going to do a better job. But I feel like we have been educated today on the program. I truly do. All right, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. Been a lot of fun.

Hey, we're going to be back at it. Noon o'clock. The beef. Just leave it to Beaver. We'll see you tonight on Newsmax.
