Luke Symbol here in the principal Toyota Memphis studio. I'm here with Kristen New, and we are filling in for Todd all week on Star Orn's Country. Day two. Day two. Todd is speaking in Los Angeles at the Spiritual Leadership Conference.

And man, I'll tell you, Todd is not afraid to speak out to these churches and say, you have got to be talking about the issues that are being talked about politically, pop culture. Like, we have got to seize on these cultural moments that are happening across the country. Todd, Todd does a great job. Oh, you mean he's not on vacation? I thought Todd was on vacation.

Does Todd take vacations? I don't know that Todd takes vacations. I don't even know what the word means. You know, he's on air between television, Newsmax, his national radio show, our local show here. He's on air like five, six hours a day.

He is. He is. And he's also taking on time to combat these cultural issues that need to be taken care of. And Todd has just taken it upon himself to be the voice of reason here. Yes.

Well, Todd, thank you for what you do. We are obviously. Honored to fill in here. We hope we're doing okay. We're going to keep it exciting, folks.

We have some pretty amazing breaking news here locally. The county commission voted last night to realign the Memphis-Shelby County School Board elections to 2026. This is really almost a de facto recall election for a lot of these board members that, frankly, are a little bit crazy. And let me tell you how important that is because we have to fix these schools. And this is step one in getting that job done.

And that job is huge. But without this vote taking place, I think it would have pushed our back ten steps.

So this is really important. Especially as parents, we want to know who is sitting on our school board and we want to know what party they're affiliated with because that gives us a clue on how they are going to govern.

Well, you know, I know you've been involved with Moms for Liberty for several years now, which really we saw kind of a revolution across the country with parents taking closer attention to what their kids were learning in the classroom. You led the charge here locally, and it ultimately culminated in the Republican Party of Shelby County this year saying, no, we want to know who is on the school board, and we want an R and a D behind the names of people running.

So that's something new that's going to happen. I think information, more information is always better. And we got a lot of pushback from people who say, oh, no, it's nonpartisan. But we all know that there's no such thing as a non-partisan. Partisan school board member.

They are making decisions based on their political ideology, and that decision is affecting your family. Sure.

Well, and, you know, Senator Brent Taylor and Representative Tori Harris, obviously Senator Brent Taylor, a Republican, Tori Harris, a Democrat, passed that legislation this year in the state legislature to allow the county commission to do this. It was very controversial. The Democrat Party came out strong against it here locally. The Republican Party came out strongly in favor of realigning these elections, essentially giving people the ability to hold school board members accountable on the county general election, more people voting. The idea was when you have higher turnout, more people voting, it brings increased accountability to these school board members.

And now combined with the fact that we're going to have partisan elections, I'm encouraged. I'm super encouraged. I think that we only go up from here. We can start holding people accountable and we can start making them put their money where their mouth is. Sure.

Well, and you know, Senator Brent Taylor, he likes to say Memphis is known for three things, good barbecue, high crime, and bad school. And by golly, we're addressing both the President Trump. Is coming in to take care of our crime problem. And now, because of Senator Taylor, Representative Torrey Harris, and now the county commission, and frankly, the people who were crying for greater accountability, we're bringing some changes to our school district. And I feel hopeful this morning.

No matter how many problems we have in the Bluff City, we have some hope for the future. You know, it's so refreshing to have somebody who is an elected representative actually listen to the people and do what the people want because we haven't had that in so long. We can go to these meetings and we can speak until we're blue in the face and they look at you like they don't speak English, like they do not understand what you're telling them. But now we are starting to make a little bit of headway. And that headway is, I think, putting a little bit of fear into the Democrat Party.

Well, they're on the wrong side of the two biggest issues that Memphians are paying attention to right now. And what are those? Crime. And the federal government and the Memphis Safe Task Force coming in to get routine criminals off the streets, they are on the wrong side of that. They held a press conference saying, We do not want the National Guard here, putting a lot, I mean, just the language, the vitriol behind the language and using words like terrorize.

The Democrat Party is on the wrong side of that issue. I really believe this is an 80-20 issue. Oh, I think so. You go into Neighborhoods that are typically Democrat strongholds, and you knock on doors and say, Hey, what do y'all think about the National Guard coming? What do you think about the federal government coming in to clean up crime?

You're going to hear, We need help. We don't want to live like this anymore. And then on the school board issue. The Republican Party is on the side of the people saying, We want more accountability. We need to fix this problem.

And the Democrat Party is opposing it. It's like they're on the wrong side of the two biggest issues people care about. And the long-term effect of that, and what they're really afraid of, is that we are going to start flipping these Democrat voters one issue at a time. Yeah. I was talking to Lisa Arnold.

She's a vice chair of the Republican Party of Shelby County. She ran against radical defund the police activist Tammy Sawyer last year in General Sessions Court, that General Sessions Court clerk election. And Lisa spoke at the county commission meeting a couple weeks ago about this school board issue. And obviously, she was saying, look, we need that greater accountability. We want to realign these elections.

And she said she had like. Fear? Um Women come up to her afterwards who were traditional Democrat voters, and they said, Is the Republican Party really helping us with this? Like, we've gotten no help. From our own, you know, the party that we typically vote for.

And so, um, You know, the Republican Party put out a statement yesterday and it said If you've never voted Republican before, It's okay, but join us now. Join us now. Water's warm. That's right. We may not agree on everything, but what we do agree on is that we want the people to have more say and more power in their children's failing education district, right?

Right. We want the people to feel safe in their communities, and we're going to clean up crime. We're going to clean up our neighborhoods. We're going to clean up the homeless encampments. We're going to clean up the trash on the side of the road.

And these are just. These are issues that Every day, you know, we want to talk about kitchen table issues. These are the issues that people talk about at the kitchen table that people are thinking about when they send their kids off to school and they say, All I want is a good education system for my kids. And I love that we're kind of reversing the roles back to where they should be because these elected representatives need to understand that they work for the people. They don't work for themselves or whoever's paying them.

They actually work for the people, so they need to start listening. But it's also the responsibility of the people to show up at meetings because if you let them govern in an empty room, they will not have your best interest at heart. Yes, and that is hugely important. And I was spending a lot of time yesterday trying to find people who'd be willing to go to the county commission and speak. And we're starting to see more interest in that, particularly on the Republican side.

And, you know, Republicans are hard at, you know, they're working jobs, they're raising kids. And so, what we need to do is just re-emphasize how important it is to be civically engaged. And We won this issue, and the Republican Party shouted to the entire county: look, we need your help. Call Email show up at the meetings, and it made an impact, and we won.

So, thank you for everybody who did call, who did email, who did actually just share the post on social media. That is something that you can do that costs you no money. It costs you very little bit of your time, but it does make an impact. And I think it's showing us. President Trump has taught Republicans it's okay to fight.

It is okay to unashamedly Push back against the narrative. We're going to talk about that later this morning. We're going to talk about some exciting announcements yesterday, part of the Maha initiative, where finally the administration, you know, we have an administration that is not succumbing to pharmaceutical companies and the money and the pressure and the really, I think, sometimes corruption in the FDA with aligning themselves with these companies and executives going to work for the FDA and then going back to work for the company. They unashamedly saying, no, we're going to stand on the side of truth. We're going to stand on the side of discussion and scientific discovery.

You know why that is? You know why we have a president that is now standing up because he is not owned by the pharmaceutical companies. And you can look at all of your elected representatives and you can see who has taken money from the pharmaceutical companies and President Trump hasn't.

So they cannot struggle him just like they. would if somebody that took money they could say well we're going to take back your money He's not owned. And that is what's so refreshing about Trump. Yeah, so, folks, stay tuned. We're going to talk about that.

We're going to play.

Some clips from the press conference yesterday where they're talking about autism.

Some really finally, like I said, the willingness to just discuss these topics. We're also going to hear from somebody locally who went viral nationally, millions of views on a clip that we're going to play for you later on in the show, who was brought to faith through Charlie Kirk's speaking and wants to share his experience and what he's doing to further that mission.

So we're going to hear from him later on in the show. Folks, it's a little bit rainy this morning. It's a little bit cloudy. Roads are a little bit wet.

So we're going to take a break now. Stay tuned for local traffic with Commander Chuck and more updates on the weather. And We will talk to you on the other side. Stop settling for weak sound. It's time to level up your game and bring the boom.

Expo. Today, the FDA is filing a federal register notice to change the label on an exciting treatment called Prescription Lucovorin so that it can be available to children with autism. May also be due to an autoimmune reaction to a folate receptor on the brain, not allowing that important vitamin to get into the brain cells. It's a fairly established, mature pathway. Again, we have a duty to let doctors and the public know.

We are going to change the label to make it available. Hundreds of thousands of kids, in my opinion, will benefit. One study found that with kids with autism and chronic folate deficiency, two-thirds of kids with autism symptoms. had improvement and some market improvement. That was Dr.

Marty Macri talking about a potential treatment for autism, essentially saying that there is a vitamin that is being restricted to the brain in kids with autism that they found. And so there is a possible pharmaceutical solution. Good morning, Luke Symbol here, Kristen New, filling in for Todd. You know, that. The willingness of the Trump administration yesterday to talk about this autism issue and to really.

Be unafraid in saying, no, we know we're gonna get slammed in the mainstream media. We know that the pharmaceutical companies are gonna fight back, but we're gonna speak the truth. In our press conference, what did you think about it?

Well, what I like about that is that we have these two positions. We have Trump who's saying, I am going to get to the bottom of why autism is happening in the first place. But we also have these doctors coming out and saying, oh, we have yet another pharmaceutical drug to treat it.

So that is where you get these two different opinions, where the doctors. Seem to want to treat problems, but not really find the solution to not getting that problem in the first place. And already you see the media mischaracterizing what was said in that press conference. The press conference yesterday with RFK Jr., Dr. Marty Macri, President Trump, they were not saying we have found the cure or we have found the problem.

What they introduced was, We have, we're showing you some of the evidence. And already the media is trying to mischaracterize this. And President Trump. Let's just say he went there. We're going to listen to it right now.

Sot 2. And by the way, I think I can say that there are certain groups of people that don't take vaccines and don't take any pills that have no autism. that have no autism. Does that tell you something? That's currently.

Is that a correct statement, by the way? There are some studies that suggest that, yeah, with the Amish, for example. The Amish. Yeah, virtually I hear no I hear I heard none. See, Bobby wants to be very careful with what he says.

Look, and I did think that they were careful with what they said. You know, I was listening this morning on the way in to a couple mainstream media outlets who were already saying, oh, the Trump administration is trying to take credit for finding the cause or finding, you know, blaming vaccines, saying that is the cure. That is not. What happened yesterday in the press conference at all? All they did was say, we have some evidence that the FDA and prior administrations suppressed.

Yes.

And what we are doing is we are opening it up for conversation. Right. And Dr. Peter McCullough, if anybody knows who he is, he actually kind of became famous during COVID, but he. He just suggests a lot of times that These vaccines, some of them are necessary, but maybe we're giving too many vaccines too early.

And so maybe we need to spread out that schedule.

So, what Trump and Dr. Peter McCullough and RFK Jr. are all coming together and they're trying to just define solutions.

So, maybe that is a solution that we need to spread out these vaccines. Maybe we need to let parents decide what vaccines they think is important for their child and whether or not they want to administer them. And maybe the government needs to get out of telling parents. What to do. Yeah, you know, and anytime I hear a group of people saying you're not allowed to talk about that.

And I want to talk about my spidey senses go up. You know, I have a couple close friends who work in the medical industry and. You know, it's like they're totally captured by... You're not allowed to even ask the questions. And that's when I'm like, wait, that makes me want to ask the questions more.

I want to be able to discuss this. And that's what the Trump administration is doing. And again, you know. I've heard RFK's position so overstated by the media. I mean, it's to the point of lying, but his position, like you said, is.

We are being raised in a toxic stew of chemicals, right? Whether that's even the the the chemicals that we wash our clothes and that we wash our dishes and that we're the plastics that we eat the plastics that surround us that our food is wrapped in We have, it's really a toxic stew, and then when you add Tons and tons of vaccines within days of birth. Can we at least not talk about, okay, is it too much too soon? Is the total toxic stew just too much for our bodies to process? And how is that?

Can we talk about it? Can we talk about it? Can we have a conversation? And. If you go back, and like I said earlier, about Trump not being bought out by the pharmaceutical companies, the National Library of Medicine actually did a study in conjunction with the American medical colleges, and they surveyed all 125 of the med schools and 15 of the large teaching hospitals, and they found that 80%.

80% of the teachers of the med schools Have big pharma ties.

So that is crazy. And then people, and 80% of the people who sit on the board also have big pharma ties.

So you have these big pharmaceutical companies who are in control of your medical schools. They are the ones pushing out the doctors, and the doctors are the drug pushers. Folks, and so I encourage you when you're having these conversations with people, don't be afraid to push back a little bit and say, well, you know, I think it's okay to ask the question. You don't, you know, you don't have to be an expert. I'm not an expert on this at all.

You know, I, the past few years, have really gotten myself a little bit more healthy. I've lost 65 pounds. I changed my diet. I started working out.

So this is something that has interested me, and I feel so much better. And I want other people to experience it. But I'm not an expert on this stuff. I can't give you the long names of certain chemicals that they were talking about yesterday. But what I can say is I appreciate that the administration is willing to entertain the question and is willing to read.

Reorient scientific discovery by saying, wait, let's test theories. Just because we're testing a theory doesn't mean we're pushing the envelope one way or the other, but let's just see what the results are. And again, when we are told we're not allowed to talk about something, immediately, I'm like, okay, what's going on? You know, and this is that silver lining of COVID that we talk about all the time because these doctors came out and they told us a lot of falsehoods about COVID and people were convinced that they were the experts. And now people feel like it's okay to question my doctor.

If my doctor is telling me something that I don't feel quite comfortable with, it's okay to say, you know what? No, thank you. I'm not going to give this vaccine to my baby today. Maybe we'll talk about it later. Let me do some research.

And parents, I encourage you to do some research. But it is kind of hard to research because. All of that information is suppressed, like you said. And find a doctor that's willing to engage with you on these topics, that's willing to have a back and forth, hear you out. And look, it's fine for them to challenge your suppositions, but a respectful dialogue is important and it's ultimately up to you.

Folks, you are not gonna wanna miss what's coming up next. Stay tuned. Commander Chuck coming up, some local news, weather. We'll talk to you in a few. All right, mid-south.

Luke symbol here filling in for Todd Starnes. I have Kristen New with me. We are in the principal Toyota. Memphis studio. Todd is speaking at a conference.

All week, the spiritual leadership conference. You know, he does not stop. And so we are happy to fill in this week, give him a little break in the morning because he's speaking late at night and all day and signing the books. And, you know, what a great time to be speaking at a spiritual leadership conference where we are really, I believe, experiencing a revival in this country following the assassination of Charlie Kirk. And what we know now is that his life lives on, really, bigger than ever.

His influence lives on. And that's what we're going to talk about now. We have a local civically engaged leader, I would say, ran for Alderman in Collierville, is willing to speak out on the issues who has really gone viral. Millions of views on this hits on a video clip where he attended the Germantown Vigil. We have Jason Lederfein in with us this morning.

Good morning, Jason. Good morning. Thank you for having me. Man, you're everywhere.

Okay. And, like I said, millions of views on a video when you came out to the Germantown Vigil that we hosted, that I had the opportunity, and Todd spoke at and did a local media interview. That I think, I don't want to put words in your mouth, but has it surprised you where it's gone?

Well, I mean, absolutely. When I put it on On my Facebook before I went to bed that night, I I never imagined that it would it would blow up this big, but I I I'm really happy it did.

Well, let's listen to it. Let's play SOT number four. Like everybody else yesterday, I followed it. I had tickets to see Charlie October 29th at Ole Miss. I was really looking forward to it.

I've been a lifelong atheist. I never believed in God, but I saw the joy that it brought to Charlie. And, uh, It brought me to God. And uh really moved me to see him and uh I was looking forward to meeting him and telling him that you helped me find God, and I saw that peace that he had. And so I'm here today to celebrate his life and make sure that people don't forget how much of an impact he had for all of us.

Man, Jason, um You know that It gets me every time I watch that clip, just brings a little bit of emotion because I totally understand what you're saying. Where when you listen to Charlie speak, There's just some, there's a joy about him. He's willing to engage on the issues in such a respectful way that was informed by his Christian faith. But can you share, go into a little bit more detail about your evolution and your spiritual journey when you started listening to Charlie and ultimately. What is your resolve going forward?

How do you plan to live that out?

Well, you know, I've I've Been listening to Charlie for a while, guys like Ben Shapiro, Matt Walsh, all these guys. I've always been a strong conservative, even though I was an atheist. And that's one thing that I I was looking so forward to telling Charlie to give him maybe a little hope. Because I'm sure most atheists that confront him are pro-choice and they support abortion and they're not religious and they're not conservative. But I was.

I was very pro-life and very conservative. as an atheist, and I and I thought that might have given him hope. And there's a particular video that I've seen of Charlie's. I actually watched it again last night. Where someone questions his faith and how he can believe and he he...

talks about going to Israel and basically being in the presence of God. And this was a guy that I watched and he was so factual and articulate. and an intelligent that I said, man, if if he's saying that How can I deny it? How can it not be true? If everything he said is true, how can this not be true?

And up to that moment, my heart had been closed. when it came to religion. You know, as a as a combat veteran, they say there's no such thing as a Atheists in a foxhole. I can dispute that. There absolutely is.

Because there's been times where I was out in theater where I thought this is it. I tried my best to believe in God and I still couldn't do it. even though I thought death was imminent and this was it. But Charley got me to open my heart, By getting me to Believe him. That there was something bigger and better out there for me.

And it was amazing that as soon as I opened my heart. God did so many things for me to show me that, hey, I've been here the whole time. You just haven't been listening, but I've been here the whole time. And all these things that. Don't happen by coincidence, just started coming together, and I started opening my heart and my eyes to it.

And It's changed my life completely. Wow. Folks, we're talking to. Jason Lervine, who lives in Coggerville, is civically engaged on social media. I encourage you to.

To look him up. It's spelled leader, L-E-A-D-E-R, fine, F-I-N-E. A clip went viral when he attended our Germantown vigil and talking about his journey to salvation. Charlie Kirk, God used Charlie Kirk and his words to bring you to salvation. You know, something during the memorial service on Sunday that I thought was really, really impactful was when they were saying, you know, Charlie believed, you know, he spoke politically, right?

And he would say that was, you know, my work in politics is the second most important thing. Um but he believed that if you point people towards liberty that The ultimate conclusion, the ultimate understanding must be that Jesus saves, and that you can't fully realize the values on which this country was founded until you have a relationship with Jesus Christ. And we said on the show yesterday: you know, the founders were. Radically Christian. They would be considered, I mean, almost radically evangelical today, really in your face with their faith and unapologetic about it.

And so it's encouraging to me, Jason, to hear your willingness to share your testimony. What do you think the job of the Christian is in the civic sphere? Because. You were civically engaged before you were a Christian, speaking out about what you believe.

Now that you're a Christian, has anything changed? I mean, has your perspective changed? Or what do you think the role of the Christian is in civic life?

Well, like I said, I was a very unique atheist where I was still a conservative, where I was still very, very pro-life and Second Amendment. I was unique in that I didn't have those stances because of religion. I didn't back them up by religion. I said, I'm perfect. I'm pro-life because I have three kids.

I'm pro-life because I believe that life starts at conception and we have to protect children even if they're not born yet. Um So now I do have a little more ammo. I do have more support because. Beliefs with religion involved. Like you said, our our our leaders, they Our founding fathers, they left their home to come here.

A completely new world. just for their religious freedoms, and they they guaranteed us that. in our Constitution. I've been around the world where People don't believe in God. I should say they don't believe in Jesus as a Savior and our God.

And you can actually be killed or prosecuted for even mentioning Christianity or showing that you are a Christian in their world. We're persecuted all over the world, and I see that. I see the evil here in the United States. You mentioned Some of the things that stood out to you with the service, I think what stood out to me the most was every one of our speakers was behind bulletproof glass. We can't even be.

We can't even have peace at a memorial service at a funeral. Our leaders have to be behind bulletproof glass because the evil of one side is so apparent and constant that our own leaders and people speaking at a funeral are behind bulletproof glass. And to me, that was just so upsetting to see. Sure.

Well, Kristen, I just want to thank you. You pointed Jason's social media out to me and said, Hey, you know, we're going to do the show this week. I think we need to talk to him. And what an encouragement. And what I'm hearing is.

you know you were a conservative But now you have the foundation for it and you're learning more about the ultimate reasons for those conservative beliefs, which again is like what Charlie said, when you point towards liberty, that's the ultimate conclusion is really the values and the Christian faith upon which this country was founded. But Kristen, you're a person of faith and I've worked with you on campaigns and that's what informs you. What do you think about what Jason is going through and really the great, I really believe that this could be the great, the next great awakening in this country.

Well, when I first heard Jason speak on social media and I watched that clip, it really struck something in me. And the reason why I believe it has gone viral is because it has given people hope. And people, and not just within themselves, but they may have a child or a family member or a friend who is struggling with Christ, struggling with things in their lives. And we have always been told, and we're being told by the Democrats now that prayer doesn't matter. Don't pray hopes and prayer, thoughts and prayers.

That's stupid. It is not. And Jason. Is living proof. Living proof.

And I don't know how many examples we need. Apparently a lot, but for people to really embrace prayer, embrace God in their lives if they want to see change. Yeah. All these media interviews, it started locally, went viral. Suddenly, it's going nationally.

Who are you interviewing with right now? Where can we expect to see your words or see you speak, read your words? What's going on now?

Well, I had a senior reporter from the Times in New York reach out to me yesterday.

So I did an interview. I was actually like, you know, how did you even get my number? They have certain ways to do that. I said, well, it's probably easy. I'm the only Jason leader finding the entire world.

So it's a little easier to find me. Yeah, it's not that hard. If you can't find me, you're not looking that hard. I've done I did an interview with a lady in California who reached out to me. She actually left me a message in tears because it moved her so much and she had a she has a close person in her life that is an atheist.

That's what I'm talking about. And she really wanted to get my story and hear it. And I and I've I'm starting to get invites to churches and groups and things like that to come speak to people. And like I said, God had reached out to me and filled my heart and told me he was here. And now he's saying it's time to get to work.

I would love to go to churches and speak to atheists and let them know that, one, I'm not judging you for what you don't believe in, because trust me, for 44 years I was there with you. I understand fully what you're going through. And I if I could wake up and if I could see it and if I could open my heart, I think anybody can. I think I have the recipe to get people to understand. Because what happens is in most churches, people tell you, well, you're wrong for not believing what I believe in.

And that's just not going to open people's hearts. I look at like a football analogy. Let's say you're I'm a Cowboys fan, you're an Eagles fan. And I tell you, you should be a Cowboys fan, the Eagles suck. Automatically, your defenses are up.

You're not going to want to engage with me instead of saying, hey, I see you like football. Sure.

Well, I like football too. And let's find some common ground about football. Maybe a player that played for both teams. Maybe a game that we really enjoyed that was great to watch. And then we can have some common ground.

That's where we've got to get with even people on the left. Let's find some common ground and start bringing them our way and showing them because. Every negative thing that's been said about Charlie has been disproven. Nobody can prove it. Isn't it amazing?

Trust me, I'm in it every day where people are yelling at me in my inbox, cussing me out, posting on there. No one's been able to show me a shred of proof of anything negative.

Well, Jason, we are really encouraged by your story. And, folks, do you have a similar experience? Have you, do you feel the revival that I believe is spreading across the country because of the terrible assassination of Charlie Kirk? You know, folks are listening to him. They're seeing that joyful fight that he had and his unapologetic evangelism through his speaking about liberty.

901-260-5926. Give us a call. We want to hear from you. Jason, thank you for coming in. Again, folks can find you on social media.

It's spelled just like it sounds: Jason Leader Fine. And I think you're going to be a fine leader. I mean, is that? I mean, that's pretty amazing. He's going to be a leader people want to follow.

Look, we're going to continue to pray for you when you. We know that when folks are having an impact for the Lord, it wakes Satan up a little bit. It wakes up evil a little bit. And so we're going to pray for you to stay in the fight. Thank you for your willingness to speak out on things civically happening here locally, but also now about your faith.

We'll follow you and best of luck. And like I said, let's keep them in our prayers, folks. All right. We are going to cut to Commander Chuck, give you all an update on the weather and the traffic, and we will talk to you in just a few. Man, the show goes by fast, Kristen.

I am in. I didn't know. that I was in the company of greatness. I have Luke Simbel. who was retweeted or re X, I don't know what you call it, by the White House.

I learned that yesterday. That was new information for me. Thank you. And then Jason Lederfein was here and he has gone nationally viral for his testimony. What have I done?

I don't know. I'm feeling like a little bit of the Germantown School Board quakes in their boots when you walk into the room. You are raising two fine young men. I think you are doing much more important work than I. I'm telling you.

We do have a lot of just. regular people doing great things here. Speaking of people who are not regular, not doing great things, Jimmy Kimmel. His show is apparently coming back to ABC, but Sinclair, the the affiliate uh who owns a lot of affiliate ABC stations, refuses to play. But let's cut uh to SOP three.

You think he's gonna apologize? No. Yeah, I don't either. I don't think he will. Look.

This story is bogus. The story is that Disney and Kimmel. For three years, he would not put on a non-liberal voice on his program. You talk about no freedom of speech and expression. That story has been totally ignored, and it's not just ABC.

It was CBS, NBC, MS, and CNN.

Okay, they will not put any non-liberal voice on the air, and I know that. Because I'm in this midst of marketing. That was the great Bill O'Reilly on News Nation last night talking about Kimmel. Apparently, ABC is going to put him back on the air. You know, do you think Jimmy Kimmel learned, Kristen, about Getting on air and saying untruths.

You know, he said that a MAGA supporter was the one who shot Charlie Kirk. And this is hours after that was widely debunked and the parents had come out and said he had gone radically left. He totally rejected our values. Let me tell you how serious that is, what Jimmy Kimmel did. There are a lot of liberals who still believe.

The shooter is a MAGA shooter. And that was done to incite violence against MAGA. Jimmy Kimmel knowingly. Put that information out. And I don't know if it's his or his writers who did it, but it was knowingly put out to create a false narrative.

And we always hear about Democrats talking about falsehoods and how it's misinformation. Jimmy Kimmel is a propagandist. And no, I don't think he learned his lesson because they live in a bubble. And ABC and Disney were struggled. And that is the only reason that I think that Jimmy Kimmel has his show back.

We actually had a leftist go and shoot up an ABC studio soon after that they suspended Jimmy Kimmel. And a lot of liberal Hollywood people came out of the woodwork. A lot of liberal celebrities came out of the woodwork, and liberal. People in Congress came out of the woodwork and said, This is Trump's fault. This is Trump.

Trump is the one who is firing Jimmy Kimmel. That is absolutely unchristian. Totally false. And look, even ABC recognizes that, and I think you're right, that Kimmel's comments were meant to further inflame and further attack MAGA. Terribly irresponsible.

And ABC even addresses that. Last night in the statement, when they said that Kimmel is coming back on air, they said last Wednesday we made the decision to suspend production on the show to avoid further inflaming a tense situation at an emotional moment. For our country, it is the decision we made because we felt the comments were ill-timed and thus insensitive. But they specifically say to avoid further inflaming, Kimmel knew what he was doing, he is a partisan hack, and he's not even. Funny.

I mean, you watch his show, there's no clever punchline or Punchlines or quips. And look, he, of course, he has free speech, but the owners of affiliate stations are allowed to say his comments were totally inappropriate. They were lies, and we don't have to play it on our affiliate stations. And that's what Sinclair is doing. Sinclair is an affiliate station.

It's in 38 different territories that are actually, if you look at them, they're predominantly red or even purple, red-leaning stations. And their people are saying we don't want Jimmy Kimmel because we believe he's a propagandist. He is not funny and he's a jerk. You know, somebody who. Uh is funny.

And he might be Some people think he's a little bit of a jerk, but I just think it's funny and a little bit of a smartass. is um Uh Senator Brent Taylor. And he is going to join us on the show.
