Hey, I'm Doctor Z and I'm a neurosurgeon.

So that means long hours, early rounds, late nights, and everything in between. And through it all, I wear figs because they're built for what I do. Through the chaos, through the hours, and through whatever the day throws at me, they do their job so I can do mine. They're comfortable when it counts and functional when I need them the most.

So, where do you wear your figs? On shift, on call, on the couch in the break room, listening to this podcast? Wherever it is, they fit right in. And now, listeners of this podcast can get 15% off their first order. Just head to wherefigs.com and use code figsrx at checkout.

That's wherefigs.com. Code FIGSRX. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's conservative blowtorch. That's right. I love this American.

Well, hello everybody. Welcome. Happy Monday. To you, wherever you might be across. This great fruited plain.

Man, do we have some crazy stories to talk about today? We're going to take you live to Texas, where there is a huge, huge fight that's unfolding. And this afternoon, something very exciting could happen if Texas Governor Greg Abbott actually stands firm, ladies and gentlemen. I believe that we could very well see a good many Democrats lose their seats in the Texas legislature.

So we'll tell you more about that. We're following all of those developments. We're going to be talking to a state representative. in just a little while also Michael Wilson from Patriot Talk 920, our great affiliate in Houston, will be here as well. We also.

Have some info about Marjorie Taylor Greene, the Congresswoman from Georgia, and she is now. Suggesting, not necessarily threatening, but suggesting she may lead the Republican Party. And we'll explain what that's all about. But I have to start with something that happened to yours truly over the weekend. And I'm very excited about this.

And I may need some guidance on how I should proceed and how maybe I responded the wrong way. But here goes. I was out doing some shopping. I needed a new food processor. You know, the little thing, I'm just not good at the chopping, and I wanted to, I don't like taking the time to chop.

I'd rather put it in a machine and have it slice and dice for me.

So I went over to Walmart and I haven't been to Walmart in a good couple of years. And primarily because I've seen all the news coverage, and it's crazy. And it's crazy at Walmart. And I don't care what time of day it is. It's just crazy at Walmart.

And there are a couple of places I would prefer never to go in Memphis. Number one is Orange Mound and the other. Is Walmart.

So, well, because Dylan, you have a pretty good chance of getting whacked in either one of those locations. That's the reason why.

So, anyway, I go to Walmart and I'm doing my shopping over the weekend. And you know how it is when you get to Walmart. It's not that you went there for one item, but you end up with like, you know, 9, 10, or 11 items or 12 items. And then I realized I was short on Dr. Pepper and I had to go get some Dr.

Pepper.

So I got the eight-pack of Dr. Pepper, and I finally get to the checkout, and they don't have the clerks, so you have to check out your own stuff.

So I'm doing that, and I'm getting ready to leave the store. I package up all my. you know, my purchases. And I notice that there are a few people leaving about the same time I am, and I notice that there are there's a security guard there, and I notice that they're just showing the security guard their receipt, their paper receipt, and then they're just nodding their head and just walking on by.

So in this story, I have to tell you, I'm the only white person.

So, this is where it gets fun. I'm really excited about this because yours truly got racially profiled. I think it's the first time in my life.

So I'm wheeling my cart, my Walmart cart, towards the exit, and I see the black gentleman in front of me, and he was the next in line. And he showed the receipt. They didn't even bother to look at it. They're like, all right, go on through, sir, going through.

Well, so I pull up and I dangle my receipt, and they said, whoa, Nelly. And the next thing you know, I've got these three people there. And they're like, not only are they like checking my receipt, but they're peeping into the packages. And I'm like, geez, Lou, do they have a have a big problem with, I don't know, middle-aged white guy shoplifting from Walmart? Is that what's going on here?

And so so anyway, I thought, well, that's odd that they didn't do that to the other people, only yours truly.

So I thought, well, that must be an anomaly. And then as I'm walking out, I peer back. And sure enough, there's another black dude behind me, and they just right on through Sir Wife. Right on through.

So I'm I've been officially racially profiled, and I was kind of proud of myself, but then I stopped. Then I stopped, Dylan, because, and by the way, welcome back, Dylan, from the Gulf of America. Good vacation, I hope. It was great. It was the first time I've been to the Gulf of America.

Yeah. Was the water just a bit more bluer? It was so blue. The sand, dare I say, a little bit more whiter? Oh, geez.

You could smell the freedom. It was like an American Eagle ad. Yes. Wonderful.

So, anyway, Tyler, I was really sort of beaming with pride that I had been racially profiled in the. In the Walmart. And then I got to thinking: well, wait a second, wait a second. When this happens, I'm supposed to have a very bad reaction. I shouldn't be joyful about this.

I should have, I was wondering, do I march back into the store? Do I start screaming and cursing at people and calling them racist? Do I run through the store and just turn over shelves and throw things? I mean, what, you know, what's the appropriate response here? Because I've seen all the TikTok videos.

I know I know what happens when people go through this on the other side of the pigmentation, if you will.

So I was just curious.

So, anyway, I think I may have let down the white people of America because you know what I did? I just went home. I went home and unpacked my provisions. How dare you? I know it's.

How dare you act civilized? You know, what can I say? I'm stereotyping myself. Don't you dare move on from this. No, I'm thinking about going back and trying to get profiled again.

I want a do-over. Yeah. It's terrible.

So, anyway, that was my weekend, ladies and gentlemen. Hope you had a good one. Our telephone number, write this number down: 901-260-5926. I hope you're not disappointed. in me, America.

I probably should have raised a stink. I just, I was tired. It was hot. And I just wanted to go home. But maybe Maybe have some mercy on me.

Next time I'll do better. The next time I'm racially profiled, I'll raise a stink. How about that? 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926.

We got to talk about Marjorie Haylor Green. She's not doing well, people. She's not doing well. We've all been there. I think all of us have been there.

You know, we're in the fight, giving it. our all every single day. And then you've got people like Speaker Mike Johnson. And this guy, he's out there and he says. That he is um He's got Trump's back.

And he's a fighter. I'm a fighter, y'all. I just I'm ready to take one for the team. That's how we do things down here in Louisiana. And I get it.

I mean, yeah, I think, I mean, if you're in a bar fight, you definitely want Mike Johnson there. Uh definitely. I'm sorry. Yeah. Um But where's Mike Johnson right now?

Where's Congress? You know, we're out there trying to confirm all of these Trump nominees. And man, it's tough. I just feel for MTG right now because I just are getting the same vibe. We're vibing.

So you've got the Senate, and Jon Thune really screwed Trump. And I know what Trump is saying, but Trump got screwed on this. He got hosed.

So Jon Thune is not going to let President Trump do any recess appointments. That's not going to happen. They went ahead and somewhat adjourned.

So people are going and they're going on vacation, going wherever. You've got Speaker Mike Johnson right now. Instead of codifying the president's agenda, The you've got Johnson and a congressional delegation on vacation in Israel right now. And I can hear the anger coming from people, so bear with me, bear with me. I can appreciate that.

And I believe that Israel is our most loyal ally. And when they need us and they call us and say, we need your help. Oi V then we go and we help the nation of Israel. Because that's what allies do. But I don't seem to recall them hollering we that they needed any help.

I can't imagine anything going on right now that would need members of Congress. Boots on the ground in Israel. Unless Mike Johnson is leading, I don't know, a strike force into Gaza. to get the rest of the hostages I don't think that's happening.

Well, I'm ready. I'm ready, Todd. I'm ready. I grew up in the swamps of Louisiana. I'm ready.

Yeah. Oh, I believe you, Mr Speaker. Calm down, sir. I believe you.

So, all that to say, is it really America first that we have Speaker Mike Johnson and half of Congress on the taxpayer dime in Israel right now? As opposed to being back in Washington, DC. And by the way, Uh, senators aren't coming back till September, they're done, they're going on a month-long vacation here, folks.

So I get what MTG is upset about.

So MTG did an interview with the Daily Mail. And it's a 45-minute exclusive phone interview. And she said that things are not good right now in the Republican Party. And here's the quote: I don't know if the Republican Party is leaving me or if I'm kind of not relating to it as much anymore. I think the Republican Party has turned its back on America first and the workers and just regular people.

Yeah, I not disagreeing with anything she said here. She pointed out President Trump's Doge initiatives, and she raged that campaign promises were falling by the wayside. Like what happened to all of those issues? You know that I don't know what the hell happened with the Republican Party. I really don't.

But I'll tell you one thing: I'm reading her quotes here. The course that it's on, I don't want to have anything to do with it, and I just don't care anymore. And she goes on to talk about Mike Johnson. She says that Greene says that her allegiance to Trump remains intact. But her ire is squarely aimed at GOP leadership, particularly Mike Johnson, and what she calls the good old boys network that she believes dominates state level politics.

She says I'm not afraid of Mike Johnston at all. She said the party's lukewarm ballot in her own state of Georgia is a problem, and she uh fumes at Republicans for backing very weak moderate candidates. Georgia is very much controlled, she said. I call it the Good Old Boys Network. It's the donors of the State.

They're good hearted people, but they are low risk takers. It's a very lukewarm, not exciting Republican ballot. Talking about the midterms here. She also went on to condemn the White House and Republican brass. Over the rescinding of UN Ambassador nomination of Elise Stefanik.

Quote: She got screwed by Mike Johnson and she got screwed by the White House. In Congress, Greene finds herself increasingly isolated, adding, I'm going alone right now on the issues that I'm speaking out about. You know, she's not the only one that feels this way. There are a lot of others, and I get it. Oh, by the way, who is it now?

Derek Dooley, who is the son of the late great Vince Dooley, the quarter the head coach at the University of Georgia Bulldogs. Won the big championship many, many years ago. And he's running for the Senate now as a Republican, Derek Dooley, who used to be the head coach of what school? Dylan. This is Tennessee.

Yeah, that was terrible. It was a great tragedy.

So I hope he does a better job campaigning than he did coaching. But I think he did. He was at La Tech. He was at Louisiana Tech and I did an okay job. But anyway, there you go.

So I understand where MTG is coming from.

So, anyway, I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this. Is MTG out of the ballpark on this, or do you think that she is sensing something here? And let me explain what's going on. You've got folks like Steve Bannon. And MTG, and Alex Jones, and Laura Loomer.

and many others. I I think you've got Tim Burchett out of East Tennessee as one of them. And these are loyal Republicans. These are people that are loyal to Trump. And they're they're saying, you know what?

There's a problem here. There's something not right here. We're not doing what we told the voters we were going to do. And here's where I'm somewhat befuddled: there's no reason not to. Right?

It's not as if Trump did not win with a mandate. Oh, he won with a mandate. Trump's approval ratings are through the roof. He's got all the support of the American people. He just doesn't have the support of those in Congress.

And that is going to come back and bite everyone in the behind if we're not careful. And I think that's what MTG is trying to say here. All that To say this as we go to break. That chirping you hear? Chop.

Choop choop. Chirp. Those are the canaries in the coal mine. The canaries are chirping.

Now, the question is: will Leader Thune and Speaker Johnson? Will they Slam on the brakes and reverse course, or are they just going to keep going down this path that could very well give the Democrats the majority in the fall? We got to take a break. 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926.

So Again, I Yeah, I think that MTG is just frustrated. That's all. But we have got to get these Republicans on the same page. And I am open to hearing. Your thoughts on how we do that.

Because right now, I don't think anybody is listening. And I know that the White House, they're trying to frame this as everything as hunky-dory, but it's really not because Trump's nominees are not getting confirmed and his Doge cuts are not getting passed. As a matter of fact, I would say a couple of areas are doing extremely well. Number one, I would say the State Department under Rubio is doing great. And then I would say that you've got.

that you've got Secretary Noam and Border Security is our Tom Holman, and Holman is just crushing it. just crushing it. By the way, have you noticed something? We haven't heard anything from From Payin' Bondi. Dampongino, Cash Patel, we haven't we haven't heard from any of these people at all.

I mean, it's almost milk carton time.

So we don't know where those folks are, but we have been I mean, if you remember, what has it been a couple of weeks now, all of the reports came out with the Tulsi Gabber. By the way, Tulsi Gabber doing a great job for Donald Trump. But all those reports came out. Nobody's been indicted. Nobody's been arrested.

Nobody's been charged. We still and I'll just throw this out since we're on that particular issue. We still don't have any information about The the J6 stories. The truth about the pipe bombs that were allegedly left at DNC and RNC headquarters. We don't have any of that information.

We still don't have any information about the attempted assassin or the attempted assassin of President Trump in Butler County, Pennsylvania. We don't have any information about that.

So it just. Again To MTG's point, a lot of these things are aggravating. But they add up, and then the aggravation turns into anger, and then the anger is going to turn into people saying, you know what? To heck with these people, I'm not getting out there and voting in November. That you're done.

I mean, that's it. And that's what MTG is trying to prevent from happening. All right, hang tight, everybody. 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926.

All right, welcome back, everybody. This is the Todd Stearns radio show, and we are following a crazy story out of Texas where Democrats fled the state in droves to avoid a vote on redistricting.

Now, the Texas governor, Craig Abbott, is now threatening to remove any Democrat who is not. But in seat at 3 p.m., the Attorney General Ken Paxton says lawmakers who fled the state could possibly be facing felony charges.

Well, I want to go right away to our Patriot mobile newsmaker line and say hello to Texas State Representative Briscoe Kane. Representative Kane, good to have you with us today. Hey, Todd. Yeah, it's a little somber. I'm here in the building right now.

It's pretty empty. We'll be waiting to find out what happens at 3 o'clock today.

So let's explain what's going on here because there is a California component to this as well, which we'll get to in just a moment. But what are you guys trying to do that has riled up the Democrats? It's really, really simple things, okay? And they're blaming it on other stuff. Just know that.

So they're saying it has to do with us wanting to add five. um more Republican seats to to our congressional delegation, which the maps even look better than some of the states they've run to. But the truth is, We also want to do some flood relief from the floods you just saw. We want to ban taxpayer dollars from being used to hire lobbyists, which in Texas this year alone was one hundred million dollars. They want to stop us from doing things like that.

So again, this is and this is something Democrats do all the time. I mean, it was just done a couple of years ago in New York, even though New York lost a couple of congressional seats here.

So this is not something that is out of the ordinary. No, it's not. They actually did this in Texas in twenty twenty one. It was it was actually my bill. I was staying at the front mic when they broke Coral Min on our Western Integrity bill.

Again, it's never They've never run away for policy. They only do so for politics. This is just a waste of them to fundraise. They don't really care about the things they're talking about.

So again, Representative, let's go back here. What are the Democrats upset about? Why did they leave the state? They left the state because they were afraid they're going to lose. It's that simple.

The people are tired of their nonsense. They're not buying their policies. They don't agree with their platform. And this was the only thing they could do, the only tool left. for them to prevent us from representing what the people of Texas want.

So they took their ball and they ran away, but they won't be gone for long.

Okay, it's going to happen today at three o'clock.

So the bell is going to ring. Members are going to register saying that we are there when the roll is called.

Okay, assuming there's no quorum present, we'll then do a call on the House and arrest warrants will begin to be issued. And we will then go and find them wherever they are and drag them back to Texas and make them do their job. And that's the thing. You guys are able to do that. I mean, that's what the law says.

Is that right? That is correct. Also, though, if they want to play these games, it seems like the governor is not playing. I would not mess around with Greg Abbott. He's a very serious person, doesn't think things lightly.

And if he says he's about to declare your seats vacant, I would take that very seriously and get back to this state because Hey, I might want to encourage a lot of people out there, those are going to be special elections. Will low voter turnout be a good and easy time for some conservative Republicans to take some Democrat seats. Yeah, yes, they are. And again, California Governor Gavin Newsome, to combat this, says that they're going to do their own version of redistricting. I'm not quite sure why that would bother the good people of Texas, to be honest with you.

No, Newsom's just looking for a media sound by. Texans aren't threatened by Illinois or California. We laugh at them.

So again, the idea and the choices are very clear. If you're not there, you could be arrested, and you could very well lose your seat in the Statehouse. It's more than that. They should also be concerned with their staff who have put their lives on the line and their livelihoods. Those people are going to be losing budget, funding, seniority privileges are about to be stripped.

They've just committed political suicide. And for what, I don't know what they're getting out of this. The DNC is maybe offering them something, but. I can tell they're not happy with what they're being told to do. They know that they're going to suffer some consequences.

You can tell they're nervous. They've gotten on a train they just can't get off of, frankly, for most of those members. I just tell this is not what they wanted to have to do. And sadly, they're going to pay the consequences for it. Maybe not sadly.

I'm kind of happy, actually. No, look, I'd I'd be very joyful about it. I I say, Democrats, keep on doing what you're doing. Representative Kane, and by the way, we have State Representative Briscoe Kane from Texas on the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line today.

Some of the folks coming out of your state, and I'm talking about Jasmine Crockett. Man, what a Foulmouth woman calling the President of the United States a piece of blank yesterday. This woman has no shame at all. No, Jasmine doesn't act like she went to an elite private school, does she? Because she actually did.

It's all theater, and that's the story, okay? It's not about policy, it's all about politics, and they're just they're playing away. Listen, you know, you flew off on a private jet How many of you, anybody, get to do product adjusts? Is that a thing? I don't get to fly on those.

but they're showing who they really are. They don't care about the people of Texas. They don't care about the people of the United States. If they did, they'd be here trying to reduce the regulatory burden on them. They'd be here trying to make their lives easier.

One of the main things on the governor's call is Copy taxes. For those non-Texans, they're pretty high because the local government set them. and we're trying to reduce that. But they ran for the hills. I think one of the things that concerns me about all of this, again, is the fact that you've got a lot of people moving into places like Texas and North Carolina and Georgia, and they are bringing their far left politics with them.

And as a result, we're watching some of these radicalized Democrats pop up in weird places like Texas. And I still think it's kind of weird to have somebody as radical as Jasmine Crockett coming out of your state. I think so. What I think though is many of them actually believe those things for a long time. just they had to pretend to be more moderate to get elected.

And now they're just being more public and honest about it. I mean, we had this discussion in the Texas House where these people people my proponent colleagues would say, I like so and so. They seem to be moderate. And I'll go, I've served here a little longer than you. I'm telling you, they are a radical socialist.

They're just not showing you their true colors.

So they've been embedded here for a long time just to get elected, and some of them are finally. And I say this to remind everybody. There's not really that many moderate Democrats anymore. They believe everything that their party's saying. They just may not be honest to you about it.

And look, the fact of the matter is the Democrats have been doing this to Republicans for decades, if not generations. And we have got to play the game. They're the ones that decided to play this game, and we've got to play it just like they're playing it. I couldn't be agree more, Todd. That's why we love your show.

Well, thank you for that. Representative, we're going to be watching this throughout the day. And I suspect a lot of folks what do people we have a lot of listeners across Texas. What do they need to be doing right now?

Well, one of the ways if you're wanting to follow Texas stuff, the Twitter hashtag is TXL E G E. I know that stands for text ledge. Don't ask me, I'm not the only one who made it up, but that would probably be the easiest way to keep up with maybe the inside track on what's going on in Austin and Texas right now. That's TXL E G E. Hashtag follow that.

Otherwise. You can find me also keeping you informed, and I'm Briscoe Kane, B R I S C O E C A I N on all platforms. All right, State Representative Briscoe Kane from the great state of Texas. Thank you again. Our telephone number: 901-260-5926.

That's 901-260-5926. This is going to be fun, but also. A word of caution. Because the Republicans love to talk a big game, but they never deliver. And hear me on this.

This is how the Democrats have been operating from day one. And the Republicans, they take the high road every single time. Let me say something here. If this is how they're going to play the game, we got to play it on their terms. All right, that's what we've got to do here.

So, for the governor to go out there and saying, okay, if you're not going to be in your seat at 3 o'clock, we're vacating your seat, then by golly, you better vacate the seat. Otherwise, it is going to backfire in the face of the Republicans. And let me say this. Let me say this. The Republicans in the Texas State House had a chance to deal with all of this.

And if it goes according to plan, Republicans pick up five more seats in the great state of Texas. That's huge. But they had a chance to deal with this on Wednesday. Unfortunately, you got a lot of rhinos in leadership in Texas, and as a result of that, they decided to punt. They had a quorum on Wednesday.

To vote, the They had the votes, but they took a pass. And it gave the Democrats an opportunity to get out of town.

So there you go.

So let's just see here. If you're a Republican leader. And I don't care if it's at the state or national level. And you're saying that you're going to arrest somebody if they don't do something? Or you're going to remove them from office if they don't do something, you better deliver on the promise, or it's going to come back and bite you in the behind.

All right, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. Let's go to the phone lines. John in Kentucky. Hey, John, what's on your mind?

Hey there, Mr. Stearns. First of all, I want to say God bless you and God bless the Republic of Texas. I just wanted to say that. to your for your representative.

I want to talk about Marjorie Taylor Greene. You know what? she all of a sudden does A 180 on Israel because she's claiming about the genocide that's going on In in Gaza.

Well, obviously, she doesn't read the facts before she opens her mouth. Because a lot of this is brought on by Hamas. They're denying. The Gazans of the Food. that's being delivered.

Why doesn't she study the facts? before she starts doing be before she starts talking because what she's doing is it's making or sound anti-Israel. Anti-Jewish. And she's going to lose a lot of votes from that. And I'm particularly getting sick and tired.

of the so-called Republicans.

So we have to cut off all aid to Israel, like Ron, like Ron Paul, or whatever his name is. Yeah, Rand Paul. And and it it just makes me real frustrated, Todd, because Obviously, they're saying all these things against Israel. And all that I've and I've known guys that were in the idea. all the stuff that they're saying that is the Israeli IDF is doing, they don't do.

They're trying to help these people and get the food to them. And Todd, I know you have the ear of these representatives. but I would suggest to Marjorie Taylor Greene. Get her backside on a plane. And go and embed herself with how much the IDF is trying to do to help these Gazans.

whereas Hamas is killing them. And you saw and you mu mentioned this, Todd. that they're underground taking all that food and having feasts. while these gaznes Are starving to death. And I'll hang up and listen for e-commerce.

Well, look, thanks, John. Look, here's the deal when it comes to Israel. Hamas is responsible for everything happening in Gaza right now. And the Gazans are responsible. They have to have the courage to stand up and fight back, but they're not doing it.

And I'm sure they're scared, they're terrified. I get it. But you know who else was scared and terrified? Our founding fathers. When they got out there, they put their own lives on the line for our freedom.

So Ladies and gentlemen. When you want to look at the atrocities that are happening in Gaza, they are being committed by Hamas, and Gazans are willing participants. All of them. And it's a horrible thing that's happening. But it's not Israel's fault.

As a matter of fact, Hamas is still holding Israelis hostage. Nobody wants to talk about that. By the way, we've been sending food and resources, but Hamas will not allow the food and the resources to get to where they need to be. My only complaint with Israel is they should have gone in with shock and awe from day one, and they could have had this thing wrapped up lickety-split, but they didn't want to do that. And I suspect a lot of that happened, came about because of the United States picking up phones and making calls.

I'm just saying. All right. Um. Let's go to Gwen in Crosby, Texas, listening to us on Patriot Talk 920. Hi, Gwen.

What's on your mind? Hi, Todd. Uh what I'm gonna say is three o'clock, it wouldn't come Fast enough. And that woman, cocket, or whatever her name is Jasmine. She's a piece of trash.

Somehow it's filthy. Have nobody respect for her, even a dog would not respect for her, the way she talked to President Trump. Yeah, it's the stuff coming out of that lady's mouth. Woo, mercy. You know That's right.

Like uh Briscoe said, I don't live too far from Briscoe. He just bought a property not too far from us. But anyway, um like he say, I agree with him, everything about her. She do not go to school. She probably is standing on corner street somewhere.

And whoever votes for her can public store. the election, number one, Who vote for people like that? The the Mao I'm in for God's shake. But anyway, the Democrat Party today, Todd, is not a Democrat conservative Democrat Party anymore. they're a Communist Party.

I'm sorry to say that. I've been saying that for years. I go up with communists. I know what communists act. And that's how they act.

But anyway, that's all I want to say. 2 o'clock is not come here fast enough. Yeah, well, the clock is ticking, and we shall see, Gwen. We shall see. Thank you for calling in.

901-260-5926. And Gwen came to this country. She came many, many years ago. She is a law-abiding legal immigrant, a very successful business owner. And as you heard her say, she saw communism face to face.

She knows what it is. And I think we need to be listening to people like Gwen. All right, hang tight. We'll be right back. A major retail chain just canceled a massive order, leaving My Pillow with an overstock of classic MyPillows.

By the way, here is Governor Greg Abbott on Fox just a few moments ago. COP 15. You said in your statement that you put out today to all of them, in a letter to them, you said in addition to abandoning their offices, these legislators may also have committed felonies. What is the felony? What are the penalties for this?

So very simply, it would be bribery if any lawmaker took money to perform or to refuse to perform an act in the legislature. And the reports are these legislators have been both, they sought money and they offered money to skip the vote, to leave the legislature, to take a legislative act. That would be bribery. And so the facts will have to come out. But I think based upon comments made by legislators themselves, they face a possibility of facing bribery charges, which is a second-degree felony in the state of Texas.

There's one way to cure that, and that is if they get back to the state of Texas and make quorum today at a hearing that we have at 3 o'clock, they can cure themselves of any quid pro quo that would subject them to potential bribery charges. Wow. I mean, I'm all for this. The question is. Will the governor Will he do that?

Will he cross that line? That is a line that has not been crossed.

So, what is he going to do? You know, the governor cannot just issue a veiled threat here. He has to deliver.

So, my question is: what do you want the governor to do? Should he Should he file charges against his lawmakers? Should he vacate their positions? On Capitol Hill, there in Texas, in Austin. This is going to be a lot of fun unfolding this afternoon.

And of course, we'll be covering it here on the radio show and also on our Newsmax show, which will happen just a couple of hours after the deadline has passed.

So who knows? Are they going to dispatch? Are they going to. Where's Chuck Norris at? Maybe we could get him back.

Swear him back in. We need the Texas Rangers on the case. 901-260-5926, our number. Hang tight, everybody. Hour two of the big show coming up next.

Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite gun-totin, Bible-clanging, deplorable American. That's it! That's right. I love this American ride. Todd starts.

We have a very busy. Busy week ahead of us here on the Todd Cearns Radio Show. Hello, everybody. Welcome to hour two. Coming up on Thursday and Friday.

We will be broadcasting this radio program from... TPC South Winds, which is uh where the St. Jude FedEx Championship is going to be played. 70 of the top golfers in America are going to be here. Dylan, I know you're excited.

You're going to be actually engineering this show out there at the golf course. Yeah, I am. And I cannot wait to learn about golf. Oh yeah. It's like the one sport that I don't watch consistently.

So when Scotty Shuffler comes, hey, Scotty, got any pointers? I I probably wouldn't even know no, this is bad. I probably wouldn't know Scotty just if he came up to me. Wow. Tiger Woods.

That's about it. Yeah, well, Parker's he's going to be he's our sports reporter for the show on Thursday and Friday. He is pumped up about this. Yeah, I just I'm leaning on him to point to the important people. I think he already laid out all of his polo shirts on Friday.

He's more ready than us. Yeah, it's going to be a lot of fun out there.

So anyway, we've got that going on. Then I'm heading up to Knoxville on Friday afternoon after the Newsmax show for the Gun Owners of America convention. I'll be delivering a big address on Saturday and look forward to meeting a lot of our great listeners from all over America. They're expecting a big crowd, so it's going to be a lot of fun. I've got to play this audio.

I don't know why. I just, I found this somewhat humorous, and I probably shouldn't have, but there was an incident at a restaurant. Not good. Uh cut number three, please. You get a fast food meal, no one expects to be called a little ugly dude.

We get the receipt and I looked at it and say little ugly dude and I'm like really? When he saw the words little ugly dude printed at the bottom, he ran out of the restaurant. It hurt it hurt my feelings and like It made him cry. I can understand that actually. I do feel bad for this guy because it hurted him.

and nobody wants to be herded. Nobody wants to be hurted. Here's the question I have, and this is the only question. Is the young person in question here the young man in question is he in fact a little ugly dude? I And what was the point of writing that on the receipt?

That's what I want to so Is he the one that ordered the chicken tenders? Yeah, that's the little ugly dude. But it hurted it hurted his feelings. I mean, this is a guy I I'm I'm tr I'm not good with ages, but I mean the guy looks to be about what, twenty, nineteen or twenty. And can we go back and play that one more time?

I just want you to hear how he responded to being called a little ugly dude. You get a fast food meal. No one expects to be called a little ugly dude. We get the receipt, and I looked at it and say, little ugly dude, and I'm like, really? When he saw the words, little ugly dude, printed at the bottom, he ran out of the restaurant.

It hurt it hurt my feelings at night. It made him cry. It made him cry. Where you know, this wasn't Chick-fil-A. All right, so.

Uh was this Popeye's? You know, is it it had to be at Popeyes or McDonald's? Those some of those drive-through w and by the way, was it drive-through or in-person? It has to have been drive-through because they were handed the receipt and it had the guide's name printed out there. That's terrible.

Well that's I just want to know where it was so I don't end up going there. I can't, Lord only imagin Lord only knows what they would write on my receipt. Anyway. My condolences for From ugly to beautiful. Can we talk about the lovely Sidney Sweeney for just a moment?

This story just keeps getting better and better and better. We're understanding as of this morning, American Eagle outfitter stock is up twenty percent. That's unbelievable. President Trump now a big fan, and President Trump also announcing that Baron Trump is a very big fan. And said that Baron's got good taste, which he does.

Dylan, you were out when all of this controversy broke out. The American Eagle ad featuring the lovely Sidney Sweeney, she's now being accused of being a Nazi because she's attractive. And all of us are Nazis for Finding her attractive. I mean, that's pretty much the gist of the left's argument here. It sounds like I missed a lot.

You missed a lot. I mean, a lot.

So, anyway, the big news here is that. Sidney turns out to be a registered Republican who moved to Florida.

So that pretty much solidifies the Hitler thing. But what I found fascinating was the. Was the People Magazine version of this story? Because a lot of people have been trying to figure out: okay, what is this really all about?

Well, I'm going to tell you what it's really all about: is that most of the marketing world went woke, and it came from these public universities.

So they hired all these woke people, and the first thing they did, and it's been years, and it was just a running joke among. It was just a running joke among us white folk that, you know, we don't talk about these kinds of things in public. You're not allowed to. But it was just kind of a running joke that there were no more ads featuring white people, you know, that it was just against the rules. And so, or, for example, whenever there's a white guy in the NBA, you're like, wow, oh, wow.

How would they let how did they let that guy in?

So, it's somewhat of an anomaly, all right?

So, that's all.

So, anyway, um, People magazine. was really upset, and and I want to read some of the some of the uh the verbiage here in the article from People magazine. The ad featuring a tagline of Sidney Sweeney has great genes. has garnered significant online backlash for what critics described as racially charged messaging that hints at genetic superiority.

So let me just stop right here for just a moment. Isn't that what they were doing when they ran all the ads featuring black people wearing jeans? Or to the point we made, I mean You know, white people have afros too. Why aren't they featured in the Jerry Curl or African American hair product commercials? Are you telling me that Ben Dieter couldn't be in one of those ants?

I'm just using that as an example. I'm not advocating for anything. Critics have accused the campaign of promoting eugenics, the use of selective breeding to improve the human race. Yeah. Are you sure?

I mean, I'm just shocked they're getting all of this out of an ad for Blue Jeans. It's just this thing is evolving into something insane. But here's the part that I think really angers. The morbidly obese Purple-haired. Feminazis.

who can't even fit into a subaroo. The ad also faced backlash for its sexualization and catering to the male gaze, as well as its parallels to the long-criticized Calvin Klein ad in the 1980s that featured Brooke Shields. Isn't she like a grandma now? In that ad, which features similar messaging about passing down characteristics from generation to generation, a 15-year-old Brooke Shields said, You want to know what comes between me and my Calvins? Nothing.

Oh my. Oh, I remember that. The Baptist nearly pitched a fit over that. On Monday morning, that's today, President Trump put his praise for Sweeney in writing. with a glowing endorsement of the American Eagle Ad.

Here's what he said. Taylor Sidney Sweeney, a registered Republican, has the hottest ad out there. All caps, by the way. It's for American Eagle. And the jeans are flying off the shelves.

Go get 'em, Sydney. You know she's going to get an invite to Mar-a-Lago. You just know it. Maybe she and Baron could meet, you know. Sherra Coca Cola?

Over at the I don't know, the diner? Yeah, just Just saying. Days after the American Eagle campaign launched, BuzzFeed News reported that Sweeney has an active voter registration status with the Florida Republican Party.

Okay, what's wrong with that? Are you not allowed to be a Republican anymore? Come on. The records noted that Sweeney registered on June 14, 2024, which happens to be. Brace yourself.

No, it's not Hitler's birthday. It's Trump's birthday. Which was right around the time she moved to a $13.5 million home in the Florida Keys. Man, they really don't like her. At all.

So anyway, Dr. Phil, weighing in on all of this, let's hear from Dr. Phil. The woke left is again jumping at the opportunity to shame and cancel everyone and everything that rubs them the wrong way. Don't miss a chance.

Instead of having a cancel culture, a civilized conversation, they're screaming at their social media feeds comparing the ad to Nazi Germany. Those Sidney Sweeney American Eagle ads are weird, like fascist weird, like Nazi propaganda weird. This next TikToker somehow made it. Donald Trump's fault. My jeans are blue.

Sidney's tweenie, Casper Keynes.

Now, listen to what Trump said back in October. You know, now a murderer. I believe this. It's in their genes. And we got ba a lot of bad genes in our country right now.

Y'all, this isn't casual or subtle. We have the president back in October talking about bad genes, literal fascist language. And now we have corporations sliding in eugenics, and some of y'all are justifying it because it's sexy. How do we unpack all of this? First, I have to say, these Holocaust analogies are insulting.

They're insulting. The Holocaust was one of the greatest tragedies. Travesties in human history. One of the first movies that I remember. Was the trials at Nuremberg.

I saw this in like the fifth or sixth grade. And if you've never seen it, It's not for entertainment. It is for education. This is what we stand for. Justice.

Truth? And the value of a single human being. And it left an indelible impression on me. I was maybe 11 years old. And The images Changed me forever.

The piles of bodies six million is a lot. And 6 million Jews were systematically murdered, one-third of the world's Jewish population at the time. And by the way, Jews weren't the only people persecuted and murdered in Nazi Germany. 5.7 million Soviet citizens, almost 3 million Soviet prisoners of war, 2 million non-Jewish Poles, Roma Gypsies, Serb civilians, disabled people, repeat criminal offenders, asocials, Jehovah's Witnesses were also murdered. How dare you trivialize mass murder?

and Hitler's final solution to a blue jean commercial What the hell are you thinking? I get it. You don't like to play on words. Words can be dangerous, but not as dangerous as being ignorant. Not as dangerous as being overreactive.

The hell are you thinking? Yeah, I mean, it's a good question, Doc. That was Dr. Phil, by the way. Yeah.

You know, it's a toss-up for me. I don't know if the problem here is that. That Sydney is an attractive And a classically a classically attractive woman or if she is a white person. I don't know which is triggering. And it may have just been the perfect storm that you had a straight, white, attractive woman Who knows her pronouns?

And maybe that's what set people up. But I just think, again, people are reading too much into this because ultimately, at the end of the day, It's about Selling a product. Right? That's what it's all about. And the marketing experts over at American Eagle headquarters sat down in a room and they said, okay.

What's going to sell us more blue jeans? Is it going to be somebody like a Sidney Sweeney? Or do we go with the morbidly obese? One-legged black lesbian with purple hair. And they decided to go with Sidney Sweeney.

901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Start Show.

So, over the weekend in Hollywood, they staged. Andrew Lloyd Weber's new rendition of Jesus Christ Superstar. I'm sorry, is that correct, or is that Jesus? Oh, it's Jesus.

Sorry, my apologies.

So Jesus Christ superstar in the Hollywood poll, and it was a Gayapalooza. I mean, it really was. You had Adam Lambert, the American idol dude. And he was playing Judas. But Jesus, the person playing Jesus, has created all sorts of controversy.

Primarily because She's a chick. I want you to listen. This is just a smidge of the performance over the weekend at the Hollywood Bowl. Take a listen. Waiting for you, yeah.

They've been waiting for you, yeah. Every time I look at you. I don't understand.

So, Dylan, you saw the video. You had to watch the video to get the. When you saw that, did that not look? She looked like demon-possessed, kind of like Gollum. Remember Gollum from Lord of the Rings?

Oh, yeah. Pretty. Yes. Press up. Anyway, she is She's um a b she's black, she's a woman, and she's queer, and I'm not sure what that means.

And she's bald, and she's bald, yes, and she looks emaciated like she, I mean. It's terrible.

I mean, like, the posture in the video. She's like creeping up with the shoulders up, with her arms kind of out. It's kind of creepy to watch.

Well, she said that, you know, the whole point of this is that, you know, Jesus, the message of Jesus is a gay message. I must have missed that day at Vacation Bible. What the verse is that? I don't know which. All the colors of the rainbow.

I don't know. I'm just repeating the news. We're sharing the news. We report, you decide. But I am telling you right here and now, folks, Cynthia Rivo, she played Jesus.

And it was pretty it was pretty horrifying. And you could sense I'm just watching the videos on X, and they're there. I'm not putting them anywhere on any of my social media platforms because there's something not right about it. It's just demonic. There's just something not right about it.

But anyway, all these people are celebrating this open mockery of Christianity and the Christian message. And it's really sad. It's really sad, but if I were you, I'd be very careful about going to one of these. events, especially if it's in an open air arena. Because there is such a thing as cloud to ground lightning.

And hail. I'm just saying, it was really that bad. All right, we got to take a quick break here. 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926.

As we await the governor and what will the Democrats do?

Now, Governor Kathy Hochul is joining in, saying they're ready to declare war on Texas, as is the governor of Illinois.

So, all sorts of chaos unfolding right now. Let's go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. Say hello to our good friend. He is the publisher of the TriStarDaily.com, Steve Gill. Steve, hope you're doing good today.

I'm doing great. And it's bizarre, Todd, when you look at the gerrymandered maps that Democrats have produced in New York and Illinois and California with these little slivers of land to connect to other Democrat blue areas. I think California is one of those where voters in California, Republicans, have voted forty percent for Republicans, and yet only have like 12% of the congressional districts, they have done what they're complaining about. per decade. And now they're squealing like stuck pigs and running away and hiding.

And good. Look, I just hope that the governor delivers on his threat here. And those days, the days of threatening and just, you know, oh, if you do this again, those days are gone, Steve. I want to see people losing their seats. I want to see them going to jail.

Yeah, and when they come back, at some point they will come back. arrest them, charge them and impose the fines. And use those opportunities to get a full investigation of what exactly they did. And apparently, this. Private jet that these Democrats fleeing Tectus have flown on to Chicago, very expensive.

Who's paying for that? And will that ever be disclosed? And will that be treated as the bribe that it is?

Well, these are all fear questions because that would be considered a crime, a felony crime, you know, if they did that.

So we shall see how this all plays out. But again, the idea that Republicans in Texas are doing something extraordinary. No, this is the way politics has been played, and you may not like it, but you know what? That's the game the Democrats are playing. They're the ones who set the rules, and we're just playing by the rules, Steve Gill.

And the only thing they can do, Todd, is delay, because come 2030, when we do get the census, The the flight of the Of voters and population from Illinois and New York and California, they're going to lose congressional seats in terms of total numbers, which also takes away electoral votes. because of the population shift away from those big blue states. People have fled them, come to places like Tennessee and Florida and Texas.

So Texas and Florida, Tennessee, New Hampshire and others are going to pick up congressional seats that are going to come out of the pockets of the Democrats in California, Illinois, New York and others.

So they're looking at big losses coming in Congress and again in electoral votes. after the 30 census. And if we see the continued deportation of illegal immigrants, whether the Republicans can change the law regarding counting illegals. in the sense is to justify the populations for Congressional districts, they could lose 15 or 20 seats in California between the combination of flight and deportation. Same thing with Illinois, same thing with New York.

And it is the red states of Texas and Florida. Tennessee's boys to pick up at least one more congressional seat. Just because of the movement of population to Tennessee from Illinois, New York, and California. All right, let me get a word in here. They may be able to delay it, but they can't stop it.

Okay, let me get a word in here. Let's move on to Marjorie Taylor Greene, MTG, doing an interview with the Daily Mail. And she's really, I think she's just disgusted with how things are going right now, suggesting that the Republican Party is not living up to the promises it made to the voters. Does she have an argument here? I think she's got more than an argument.

She's got justification, evidence, and the right to be riled up as. as does every Republican, particularly conservatives. And it's the Senate that really should be bearing the brunt of our animosity. They have a three-seat majority in the Senate. We've got a narrow majority in the House.

But they have a three-seat majority in the Senate. And rather than shove through the confirmation of Trump's 150 appointees, they're cutting and running for August break. Jon Thune is helping block recess appointments that would be the norm with Congress going out or the Senate going out.

So between Thuon managing the Senate or mismanaging it and the Republicans in the Senate wanting to spend time Nobody blames them away from Washington, but away from their jobs ought to have all of us angry, and it may very well hand power back to the Democrats. Yeah, that it hasn't made any sense at all. And I understand why Trump is really bothered by all of this. They're blaming the Democrats, but really, what is the holdup here in the Senate? Is it really the Democrats or is it Jon Thune?

It's really downfair. He could keep. the stim it Moving by recessing, allowing Trump to do recess appointments, but instead they're going to come back about once a week, gabble in for a few minutes.

So that they are technically still in session, even though they're not doing any votes. It's just to block Trump. from confirming and moving ahead with his appointments with recess appointments. And to his credit, Mitch McConnell played hardball with the Democrats, and he pushed through judge nominees and other appointments. Against the will of the Democrats.

And that's the kind of spine, even though I have a lot of problems with Mix McConnell, he at least showed the spine and the guts that John Thune completely lacks. And then you've got Speaker Mike Johnson leading a congressional delegation on a vacation. And I don't care what they're doing. It's a vacation. There's no need for them to be in Israel right now.

And the optics of it all just look horrible. Yeah, unless they're going to come back with a peace deal and 50 hostages released, you know, all they're doing is going to get some grandstanding and some photo ops. That's it. We don't need that. We need to be doing what it takes to continue to advance the Trump agenda so that we have a reasonable shot at keeping control of the House and Senate and possibly affirming Supreme Court justices after the midterm rather than losing control of both bodies and ending the Trump agenda.

So let's talk about Derek Dooley. I mean, you're a big UT guy. You played ball there. I hope the guy can campaign better than he can coach. Yeah, his three-year time at the University of Tennessee, I think his record was 15 and 21.

He was fired after that. And he's bounced around from the Dallas Cowboys to the New York Giants. I think his last. His tenure was at University of Alabama as an analyst. And that is going to make his jump into politics in Georgia.

The concern I think a lot of conservatives have, Todd, is that Brian Kemp, the Rhino governor who was at odds with Trump that helped lead to Osoff getting elected when Trump told everybody, stay home, we can't trust Brian Kemp, the governor, that really helped elect Osoff a few years ago. And now we've got the chance to remove the most vulnerable Democrat in the Senate. And Kemp is supporting dually Trump has not yet picked who he's going to be for. There are a couple of conservative Congress members who are running. But hopefully, Kemp and Trump can get back on the same page and make sure that we don't lose a Red State Senate seat.

At the end. No, I mean, you're right about that. And we have got to figure that out, and we've got to do it quickly.

So curious to hear from our Georgia listeners on the announcement that Derek Dooley is throwing his name into the hat for the Senate. Give us a call, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. All right, Steve Gill, never a dull moment, my friends. Take care, my friend, and hopefully Dooley can pick it up if he gets the nomination.

He just needs to remember: don't be singing Rocky Top down there. No, no, no, no, don't be doing that. No, definitely. All right, Steve Gill, everybody, TriStarDaily.com is his great publication. Be sure to go and check that out.

All right, I've got to tell you about our friends at the American or the Association for Mature American Citizens, AMAC. They are the conservative alternative to AARP. And man, is it a great organization? I joined. And look, you don't have to be 80 years old.

All right, let's go to Helen, Georgia, Keith on the line.

Hi, Keith. What's on your mind? Hey Keith, I just wanted to remind the people what happened to the videos. To the Georgia Gl. P.

When they rammed Herschel Walker down our throat for senator? Yes, whatever. You know, what happened there, Keith? What do you think was the big issue? He looked like he would, you know, on paper at least.

Pretty good candidate.

Well, he was from Texas. He wasn't a politician.

Well, that, yes. You know, I mean, everything was wrong. We had some really good candidates. Um And they, you know, they Bullied him through, you know, and it didn't work, you know. And the same thing they're doing again.

Dooley's no Tommy Tuzraville, I promise you that.

Well, no, he's you know what? He's not. And I haven't even heard of I mean, it's been a while since I've heard of Dooley. Has he been involved in Republican politics at any level in Georgia? Not that I know of, but you know Our governor and all of them are graduates from the University of Georgia, and Vince Dooley is a hero at Georgia.

You know, I mean, his wife actually ran for Senate a long time ago and didn't get elected. I remember that. Barbara Julie, Barbara Julie. Yeah. You know, Keith, when you factor in those announcements coming out today.

And just the lack of its, I mean, I think MTG is right to be really disappointed in what's coming out of Georgia these days. Man, South Carolina's no better. Nancy Mace running for governor. She's on the Veterans Affairs Committee, and I attempted to contact her office about veterans' issues. I've talked to people like John Lewis's office, I've hundreds of congressmen and senators' office.

She has the worst office staff of anyone that I ever know. They got so mad at me, they were going to call congressional security on me and I'm like What did I do wrong? I just called a senator. that was on the veterans or a congressperson that was on the veterans of affairs committee. to talk about issues.

Well, they've got to get it together, my friend. Otherwise, it's going to be a very long two years for Donald Trump. I'll tell you that much. Keith got a run. Thank you for that.

901-260-5926. There is a a bizarre story. from Dallas. Involving three Three siblings. I would say one of them is about 10 years old, the other looks to be about 7 or 8 years old.

And the other is either in her late teens, she's older. Anyway, They decided to rob. Walgreens in Dallas. And it's it's just Shocking. The video is bizarre.

So security locks up the store, and then one of the young ladies, one of the sisters, well, maybe she's. The sister may be just a teenager. She pulls out a gun. Pulls out a gun waving around the gun in the store, in the Walgreens. And they're stealing.

That's the whole point. They've got bags and bags and bags of stuff.

So anyway, the story has gone viral on social media and the children The young scholars decided they were gonna respond to all of the to all of the negative press they've been getting. And we've had to clean this up. Dylan, are we good with the clean version? All right. And again, the people you're going to be hearing are like nine, ten years old.

Take a listen. So she made more money than you. She got her own house. She paid her own bills. She got more than you.

You broke. You ain't getting no more. And that was not food out that bag. That was snacks and toys. And if it was, yeah, that's what y'all.

Y'all like the f. Matter of fact, every steal. Matter of fact, y'all got food. Everybody that knows know y'all got food. Y'all grown people.

What It wasn't food. It was snacks and toys. And they felt like they were owed those things. It's It's really It's not even infuriating. It's so heartbreaking.

To know that these young people in this video are going to be doing prison time very soon. very soon. As a matter of fact, the young lady here She is probably going to be picked up. for armed robbery, because when she took out that gun, it took it to a whole other level. Ladies and gentlemen.

What are what are we doing here? What is going on? With the children of America. I mean, there's, I want you to listen to this report: a flash mob attacking a convenient store in Los Angeles. All.

Young scholars. A couple of astronauts probably in the mix. Cut number nine. Sudden burst of young thieves as two dozen kids take over the chevron station in Lincoln Heights. Just ambushed the store and ransacked it pretty much.

Owner Jerry Salib says it happened in an instant. You can see the young boys grabbing boxes full of candy, as many chips as they could carry, even cases of beer. Salib says they got away with more than $1,200 worth of goods. When it's a gang of them, 24, 25 people, it's like an organized crime type of situation, you know? Like, those 25 kids could easily overpower my cashier.

Thankfully, the cashier wasn't injured. The drama erupting Thursday evening at Daly and Mission. You can see the thieves ride up on their bikes and scooters and run in.

So many packing into the small store, they were running into each other in the chaos of their crime. Targeted and organized, premeditated, organized. And it's, of course, they're gathering so many of them that I can't even stop just one kid, right? It's 24. 425 peak.

So, you know, it leaves me kind of helpless. Salib says they've had minor theft before, but nothing like this. Adding to his frustration, he says the LAPD couldn't help. They said there was nothing they can do about it. They said it's considered shoplifting, and shoplifting isn't something they can really go after.

Salib says, given their tactics, he's sure the thieves have struck before, and he's hoping they'll be held accountable before they commit another calculated crime. There's other gas stations all within the area, and these type of things happen all the time, especially nowadays.

So be ready and be cautious. Salib is calling on city leaders to do more about these takeovers and smash and grab robberies. Yeah, I hate it for Salid. And can you imagine being a business owner and being told by the cops, by the Popo, yeah, there's only nothing we can do here, guys.

Sorry about that. I feel bad for this fella because he's out there trying to live his American dream. He's running a store and And he can't have all of the merchandise just go running out.

So I want to offer a suggestion to Salid and all these other folks in Los Angeles. Go hire some Koreans and put them up on the rooftop with their AR-15s, buy them a pack of smokes, and they'll be more than happy to take care of the looters for you. I mean, it really is that simple. And let me say this: if you don't want to go to the expense of going to Koreatown and hiring some folks. Go and get yourself a gun, learn how to use it, and make sure that everybody who works in your store knows how to use it.

And I can assure you this, folks. One time. That's all it's going to take. One time. When the mob comes raging in.

And then the mob doesn't leave? They'll stop bothering you. I mean, it's gotten to that point. If the cops can't help you, then you've got to take matters into your own hands, right? Mm.

We'll be right back, America. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. Sam That's right. I love this American ride. So they're leaving and they've left because they're very un-Texan.

Texans don't run from a fight. And there's a fight going on in the legislature right now about redistricting as well as other things. But I'll make two quick points, Dana, about this. For one, To run to states like New York and Illinois to protest redistricting is kind of like running to Wisconsin to protest cheese. It's just kind of outrageous.

Those are New York and Illinois, two hallmark states. They've already done redistricting to eliminate Republicans. But the second thing is far more serious, and that is what these Democrats have done. Just a small fraction of them were needed to break a quorum, and that small fraction is holding hostage legislation in the state of Texas where we will be able to provide assistance and reform for all of the victims of that horrific flooding that we've had in the state of Texas. Our fellow Texans are being let down and not getting the flood relief they need because these Democrats have absconded from the responsibility.

And I believe they have forfeited their seats in the state legislature because they are not doing the job they were elected to do. All right, that's Texas Governor Greg Abbott speaking to Fox News earlier today. Welcome, everybody, to the Tod Stearns Radio Show. Show. Great to have you along with us for hour three.

I want to go to our Patriot mobile newsmaker line and our good friend Michael Wilson, the host of the morning show host on Patriot Talk 920, joins us. Michael, wow, what a day in Texas. I know, Todd, you're telling me, we've been talking about this for weeks to months now. In fact, it was one of the biggest things. We've got a lot of items on the special session agenda.

But essentially, what the Democrats have done, and people aren't really noting this too much, but not only have they derailed talks of the redistricting, which is very important to Texans, but they've actually taken it a step further because there are other things that still need to get passed. The Texas House has done very little. We still have a significant amount of time left to get done all of the other things that are on the agenda that the Democrats have essentially said now nothing will get done. It's just mind boggling. They're basically taking their ball and going home, well, to another state.

But I'm curious what folks there in the Houston area are saying about this. What are your listeners saying? A lot of our listeners are very frustrated with Democrats, and several actually have noted the irony, which has been very funny to me because I've noted it on my show as well. The irony is that the Democrats' whole claim here, Todd, is that Republicans are consolidating power in an unethical way, despite and by the way, most of the Democrats couldn't even tell you the s the court decisions that allowed Texas to do what we're doing completely ethically and legally. We have multiple court decisions that have given us the right to do what we're doing with a mid decade since this change.

And redistricting. But the crazy part is the irony in it is that their whole claim is that we're using these unethical means to maintain power. What do you call breaking quorum and vacating your job as a legislator? in taking money away from the taxpayers if not an unethical way of maintaining power. It's I mean, it is a it's a great point.

And again, it's not like they haven't done this before. They did it a couple of years ago.

So if they don't get their way, they shut everything down. My question is, what do you think the governor is going to do here?

Well, I so Todd he actually Governor Abbott actually put out a statement, and I would love to see some backbone applied to this statement. It's a great statement, though I really want to see it come true. Basically, the statement he put out, I think it was about fifteen hours ago, came out from the official governor's page. He pointed out that under current Texas constitution laws, because the court hasn't ruled on this yet, it's only an attorney general opinion, which means he can do it and someone can sue to stop him, but it's not in the courts yet, so he has the ability to do this. He actually said that he would remove the missing Democrats from membership in the Texas House.

In other words, he would deem them vacant from their seats and run a bunch of special elections for anyone who doesn't show up today. Which would be absolutely excellent. I I think Mm-hmm. being completely honest, I think it it was a bluff. More I would love to see it happen, but the odds of that actually happening and the mess that would create, I would love to see it.

But knowing the history with Governor Abbott, I have a feeling it probably won't happen. The bigger thing that I'm excited about with this story, Todd, if I may, is that for many years, and I've said this frequently on my show, for many years, Republicans have almost been scared of power. And the long time argument has been: well, if we do this thing, Then the Democrats, they'll have precedents to do this thing. And I've always said I think that argument is a bit ridiculous because Democrats couldn't care less about precedent. They don't even know about precedent.

They just do whatever they can whenever they can. And I don't think they need the president to do that. But I'm excited because with this bill that would do this redistricting. It's incredibly exciting because This particular bill, HB4. Todd Hunter presented the redistricting plan during the hearings on it, which by the way, it passed the first hearing.

And he even pointed out, he said, I'm not beating around the bush. I'm telling you that we have five new districts and those five districts are based on political performance. And so I was very excited to actually see some backbone from our Republicans saying, yeah, this is to maintain our power. This is actually to win elections. And we have the legal capacity to do it, and we're going to use the power we have to maintain it.

I'm very excited to see that coming out from our legislators.

Well, I hope they do. I will say this, though, that the governor's got to be careful because if he's out there saying we're going to do this, and he doesn't do it, I think that's going to come back and hurt Republicans. They really, I think the American people. By and large, they are just done, and they want to see the Republicans really ruling with an iron fist, just like the Democrats do. I mean, they do the same thing.

Which is kind of my point, right? Like they always, people, a lot of political influencers, if you will, will say, well, we don't want to do that because then the Democrats will do it. And it's like, no, the Democrats have been doing it for decades, anyways. We've just refused to play the same game. We're like playing Monopoly with the Democrats being the banker and we know they're cheating and we don't do anything about it.

We're never going to win the game playing by these rules that we've made up for ourselves. And so the reality is I think most Texans want to see Governor Abbott follow through on his threats of vacating these seats, even if it leads to court cases and all the rest. It's kind of like when we pulled the political stunts of sending immigrants up to places like New York City. It's like, was that a good use of taxpayer dollars? Almost certainly.

All Texans, most Texans were vastly in support of doing that. You can call it a political stunt, but it was something that showcased to the rest of the nation, we're done with this. If you want them here, you can have them. Yeah, I like this. All right.

Well, all eyes are going to be on the Capitol at what, 3 o'clock? That's the deadline. Yeah, it's coming up very quickly, and no one knows what's going to happen. I know that J.B. Pritzker up in Illinois has been opening with welcome arms, all the Democrats.

And my statement to all the Democrats up there hanging out with Pritzker in Illinois is, well, if you want to go up there so bad, you might as well just stay. There you go. Just stay in Illinois. That's it. Michael, we're going to be paying close attention.

Keep us updated on any developments. Of course, Todd, and thank you so much as always for having me on. It's been an absolute pleasure. All right. Michael Wilson from Patriot Talk 920, they're in Houston.

Oh, by the way. Those of you that are driving around, I don't mean to be Houston-centric today, but if you are driving around town and if Maybe you're speeding a little bit. You might wanna ease up. There is a video that's gone viral. on social media.

A female police officer is very upset. She apparently did. She was hoping to um have a night of passion. last night, and that just did not happen. And she's really upset about that, and she says she's going to give everybody she sees a ticket today because she didn't have sex last night.

So just be careful. Just you know Do the speed limit just for today. We're just trying to look out for you. That's what we do here on the Todd Starrance Radio Show. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number.

That's 901-260-5926. Coming up. This crazy story out of St. Louis. Where a guy got kicked out Of a soccer match because he was wearing a MAGA hat.

We're going to tell you all about it coming up next.

So, a season ticket holder with the St. Louis City. FC, that's the soccer team, the major league soccer team in St. Louis. And the guy sees a ticket holder.

He's down there, he's cheering on the game, and it was the game was almost wrapped up. It wasn't that long left when the security guys come barreling down The stairs in the stands, and they tell the guy, Hey, you got to take off that hat.

So the guy was wearing a red MAGA hat, and we've got the video of the entire encounter. All right. You can go check it out at ToddSterns.com.

So the guy's like, what are you talking about? And they said, you got to take off your MAGA hat. You're not allowed to have anything in this stadium that has a political message.

Now, I want to stop here for just a moment. The mere idea that the phrase make America great again is a political statement. Who disagrees? I just want to know who disagrees with that. That's what I would have asked the guy.

So, the cop, you know, the guy's trying to plead his case here. He says, Well, first of all, there are no rules. About wearing Political, you know, t-shirts or hats or anything like that, which it's true, there's not. But they said it doesn't matter. Your hat has offended somebody.

It's got to come off.

So they told the guy he could either take his cap off and stay Or he would have to leave. And they, you know, the cop was like, Look, dude, I really feel really bad here, but I got to do my job. You know, I voted for Trump. But they're telling me you gotta take the hat off. He says you can either go willingly or you can be let out in handcuffs.

What are you kidding me?

So the guy, and this was brilliant. The guy says, Well, wait a second. What And I don't know who was filming it, but somebody was filming this, and it wasn't the guy.

So the guy says, Well, wait a second. If it's against the rules to have a. A MAGA hat on. What about those flags over there? What about those banners?

So they. You'll be able to see it on the video.

So they pan over and there are a bunch of LGBT flags flying. There's a transgender banner. Said, Tom, what's a transgender banner?

Well, it's a poster that identifies as a banner. It was on, and so the cops were like, well, they have permission. They have permission. Oh, wait a second. I thought you said that there were no political messages at all allowed.

So, anyway, people are really upset about this. Our video went viral and uh Hopefully, Major League Soccer is going to get involved here. This is why I hate Major League. This is why I hate soccer. This is First of all, they call it football.

It's not football. We came up with football. They're just kicking around a ball. It's like, what, dodgeball? No, that's not dodgeball, it's kickball.

Unbelievable.

So there you go.

All right, 901-260-5926. Should the guy have been kicked out of the arena? And what would you have done? My hat my hat is off to the guy for at least sticking by his principles. No need to get arrested.

You know, that's just too much. You know what I mean? I mean, you got to go to booking, they take the fingerprints, and it's over a hat. But they did tell him after he, so they were about to, they were about to lead him out. And they said, Look, here's the deal.

You take the hat off, you can come back in. And the guy didn't do it. You got to give that guy some street cred. All right, we've got another Jasmine Crockett update to share with you. Chuck is!

You Okay. Get it every time.

So I have a question for you. What do you think would happen? Get Hold on here. What do you think would happen? If If yours truly.

called Jasmine Crockett an orangutan. What do you think? What do you think would happen? Dylan's already hiding under the desk? It's all right, Dylan.

I would never do that. But what do you think would happen?

Well, I think all you know what would break loose. We'd have the NAACP outside protesting, picketing. Marching. That's what I think would happen.

So Jasmine Crockett is out there. And man, is she? I don't know what's going on at this particular time of month with her, but she is. fired up. She's cussing like a sailor.

She She called President Trump our great beloved president. A piece of excrement? And she also called him an orange orangutan. And uh she called the leader of the free world, ladies and gentlemen, an orangutan. Cut number two.

This bill is going to continue to move on the Senate side because the Senate side is still in, but the House is not in. And as we know, it's got to pass both chambers before it can get to anybody's disc.

So, as of right now, there is nothing that they can do as relates to the House. I am so very proud. Please, please, please look up these amazing state representatives, show them some love, encourage them because this is really hard to make the decision that you're going to leave your family behind as you go and hide out. Because we got a rogue bootleg criminal attorney general who absolutely is like wanting to be Trump 2.0 himself, and he wants to put warrants out for people, even though he's the one that was under federal investigation for years and he's the one that had felony indictments pending for years, and of course, was avoiding prosecution for years. Yeah, because like that's what makes you real MAGA: you got to be about this thug life, you got to be like cheating on your wife, you got to at least be going to get impeached if you ain't been impeached because he was impeached.

Just wasn't convicted again. We've kind of seen this play out before. Anyway, but he got the nerve to talk about who should be arrested. Give me a break. Kind of like, you know, the orange orangutan, you know, the Timu Hitler, he's on the same nonsense too.

Bro, you the real criminal. Like, stop coming for people that's out here in these streets just trying to make this country really work by going to work. And so you grabbing them up at work. That's a whole other issue. I got an email the other day uh from somebody who lives in the ghetto.

And um I don't know. I don't know where. I don't know where or what ghetto. But he said, I said, well, what can I do for you, person who lives in the ghetto? He said, Todd, I just want you to know something.

I live in the ghetto. And I'm like, okay, this is good to know. Thank you for sharing. He says, we don't talk like that in the ghetto.

So he asked me. Just on behalf of all the good, law abiding, decent people living in the ghetto, would you please stop referring to Jasmine Crockett's ghetto voice? And I will do that because, again, I think she brings great shame and disrespect To not only the ghetto, but our entire congressional district. But wow, can I just say if you. If you're spending $60,000 a year to educate your child at the exclusive Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, which is where Jasmine Crockett got her undergrad, you may want to ask for a refund because she talked like a normal person before she went to Rhodes, and then she came out acting like she was a bit player in a Tyler Perry movie.

By the way, I saw the new Medea movie. It's really bad. I you know, it's They used to be entertaining. But now it's just like, oh, that's Tyler Perry. He's the dude in a dress.

I just, yeah, a big girdle. Yeah, he's a big one. Yeah. It was disappointing. Once Netflix took over, I don't know, all the flavor just kind of got sucked out of it.

Anyway, I digress.

So there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. A jasmine. Jasmine Crockett. One more. One more cut here, and she's got a message to the people of Texas, cut number one.

And I have to tell you this. Because I'm so inspired not only by all of you that decided to show up today, but right before I got over here, my former colleagues from the Texas House, those Texas Democrats, decided to get the hell out of Texas. They decided to use whatever tools they could, and Breaking Quorum is where they are at right now. And they didn't just do it by themselves. They went to Illinois, where there is a governor that gives a damn.

All right, well there you go. Ha ha ha ha ha. 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-2002. 260-5926.

This is the Tot Stars Show. All right. Welcome back, everybody. It is Monday here on the Ton Sterns radio program. Let's go to Memphis.

Michael listening to us on KWAM. Hi, Michael. What's on your mind? Hey, how are you doing? I'm well, thank you for asking.

Yeah, I had a question to ask you. Sure. What is a good old horse?

Well, that's You know, this is something that... Has been pondered. And Jason Whitlock, are you familiar with Jason Whitlock? Yeah, I know about him.

Okay. All right, you know.

So, anyway, Whitlock, when it came to Jasmine Crockett, called her. The Ghetto Queen of Congress. And the reason he did that. is because she's Faking all of this.

So she doesn't, she presents herself, and I'm going to read to you what Whitlock said because this is what I'm basing my comments on, so you know the context. Uh he said that uh an old video surfaced That shows it might all just be an act. Because in the video, Crockett speaks in a calm and eloquent fashion. Carefully choosing her words and remaining respectful to her interviewer. He said on his podcast, it's just being fake.

We have mastered the art of being fake in front of certain people for our benefit. Erphia. performative reasons. And then he said this. They took a little suburban black girl next door, cute face, went to a little private, I think, Catholic, predominantly white high school in St.

Louis, and said, Hey, we're going to dress you up as a. Um a Yas Queen. From the ghetto when you get to Congress. This was the quote from Whitlock. And Michael, it would be like me.

Talking in some sort of a redneck hillbilly voice. You know, that's just not who I am. Yeah. Turn right. Because, like I'm saying, I'm like, I can't.

Be sure to turn right. Yeah, don't yeah, be sure to turn right. I don't want you to miss your turn. Yeah. Whitlock just making a statement that's ridiculous.

Is it though? I mean, is it Michael? Because it just bothers me. And I don't know. Are you from the South originally?

Yes, I am from Orange Mountain.

Okay. I grew up in Orange Mountain.

Okay, all right.

So you'll maybe you may agree or disagree, but I'm from, I was born and raised in Whitehaven. All right. So. When I see people, politicians especially, coming into. the southern states.

And they put on the fake accents. That bothers me because that tells me there's an authenticity problem. Mm-hmm. Does that bother you? No, I know what people are being fake and funny.

And I'll see them for what they are.

Well, what do you think about Jasmine Crockett? She doesn't bother me. I like the stuff she says sometimes.

Well, the point the point that Jason Whitlock and he's not the only one, there's a professor as well, and they're really upset about this because they say it's a matter of being phony. And I just I think you ought to be authentic. And again, when I go down, let me put it this way: when I go to the Gun Owners of America convention, I'm not going to be showing up and saying, Eeee haul, get out your guns. That's That would be the equivalent of what Jasmine Crockett is doing. High on the Yeah.

Alright, be sure to turn left there. Where are you heading off to, Michael? It seems like you're taking us along on your journey.

Okay. I'm at work. Oh, all right. All right, gotcha.

Well, look, I hope that answers your question, Michael. I'm not quite sure what he was getting at. I think he may have been upset by the term I used. But Jasmine Crockett has an authenticity problem. And she's also got a filthy mouth.

I can't. I mean, I'm sorry, you just don't call the President of the United States a piece of excrement. You don't do that. Come on. Come on.

All right. Dylan, do you have a pet? I never have asked you that question. I do. I have a dog.

You do? What's the dog's name? Her name is Kirky. Kirky? Kirky.

What kind of a dog is Kirky?

Well, she's like a Border Collie-looking lab sort of. She's a mix.

Okay, all right, she's a mix. How is is she in good health? Yeah, she's great. She loves being with us, I think. Big dog, small dog?

She's medium. All right. A medium-sized dog. The reason I ask this: there's a zoo in Denmark and They're on rough times. They're heaven off.

Are you trying to recruit my dog right now? No, it's worse than that, actually. I don't know. The dog's in good health, though, right? Yes.

Okay, good.

Well, the reason I ask is the zoo in Denmark, the Aalborg Zoo, Is having a hard time feeding their captive predators.

So they're asking local citizens to donate. They're small pets. No, they're not. This is from CBS News. Denmark Zoo asks public to donate unwanted small pets or horses.

To feed captive predators. Your small rat or your broken legged horse. It's terrible.

Yeah. Unbelievable.

The zoo said in a statement, we have a responsibility to imitate the natural food chain of the animals. All right, well, why don't you get your elderly in there?

Well, grandma, she's in a wheelchair now. Unbelievable.

The zoo in northern Denmark says they're looking specifically for chickens. Rabbits? Guinea pigs? What about cats and dogs? That's what I want to know.

because those were an important part of the diet of its predators. This is a really disturbing story. If you have a healthy animal that has to leave here for various reasons, feel free to donate it to us. Oh God. This is awful.

The animals are gent- Oh, now this is interesting.

So they actually put the animal to sleep. before it's eaten by the the lion or the puma. Oh good, they're they're humane about it. Mm-hmm. And they do it gently.

The article goes on to say: the animals are gently euthanized by trained staff. and are afterwards used as fodder. That way nothing goes to waste. Good lord. I would wake up if I was being eaten.

after being put to sleep probably. The zoo says it accepts donated rabbits, guinea pigs, and chickens weekdays between 10 A and 1 P no more than four times, four at a time. You don't wa I guess you don't want the tigers to get fat, right?

So you've got. This is like the Safari Park, but like way worse. This is terrible. The zoo also accepts horses. which it says are also euthanized by a zookeeper.

Horses to be donated for animal food must not have been treated for illness for at least a month. and are subject to size restrictions. Given that the horse is a donation, oh well, here you go. The donor can also receive a tax deduction.

Well, how about that?

So, one of the things I would consider doing, if you've got a wayward cat or dog, I would just, you know, take him down. Just take a stroll through the Zoo. That'll get him on the right path. Wow You see, this is why America is the most exceptional nation on the face of the earth. I mean, in Denmark, they're killing a little spot and fluffy and feeding it to the alligators in the zoo.

In other countries, They're fricasy little. Fluffy. or spot. But here in America, we love our pets. 901-260-5926.

Our telephone number, that's 901-260-5926. This is the Ton Stern Show.

So Dylan, where where in the Gulf of America did you guys where did you and the missus end up vacationing?

So it was on the Water Sound Beach. Water Sound Beach. Is that in Florida? Yes, Santa Rosa, Florida. Oh, that's a that's the highfalutin side of Florida.

It was pretty fancy. I've never actually been over there, so I felt pretty fancy. You know, Governor Mike Huckabee used to have a place down there at Santa Rosa Beach, and so did Chris Tomlin. Oh wow.

So you could have had your very own personal Caleb, just Chris Tomla music over and over and over again. Yeah, I got to visit Seaside, which was cool. Really? Yeah. I didn't know the hullabaloo about it.

But apparently it's really fancy. Any good restaurants, any recommendations? We ate at a bunch of places that I really can't remember now, but fish every night, of course. The grouper is probably the biggest thing there. I haven't had grouper before.

Got it always fried, grilled or blackened. There you go. That's the way to do it. Were you seeing a lot of like I'm just curious about like souvenirs, Gulf of America souvenirs? Yeah.

I saw a couple of T-shirts and some banners.

So it was refreshing. I noticed I didn't have any souvenirs in my office. I'm sorry, I didn't know.

Next time I go, I'll get you. No, you go to the Gulf of America. Dalton goes over to Italy. For two weeks. I get nothing.

Take a vacay. Oh, I am working on that. I'm heading down to, believe it or not, I've got my I'm either I'm either heading out to the Breakers, which is right down the street from Au-a-Lago. Or I'm doing Southern California, Newport Beach. Nice.

Can't figure out which one I'm going to do, but I'm taking some vacation time coming up. Get you a tan. I got to. It's a merch. I got to look.

I got to look. I got to look good. Got to look good. All right. 901-260-5926.

You know, then again, I've been hearing, and if anybody's interested in giving me some good vacation ideas, I've been hearing that Michigan, the upper peninsula of Michigan or somewhere around Mackinac Island, I hear a lot of people have been going and making that a vacation spot.

So, anyway, I'm just curious. All right. Want a place of audio here? This is from Let's see here. Cincinnati This story is not going away.

The attacks on the white folk that were in downtown Cincinnati.

So now new video surfaced over the weekend. And the video you can hear Somebody using That word.

Now, the word was used after the white people had been beaten into the the grounds.

So the people that were attacked were not the ones who uttered this word. I don't know who did. But anyway, There's a pastor that had a big press conference, and this all happened late Friday after my show. And a pastor by the name of Damon Lynch. Keep in mind, the guy you're about here is a pastor, and he really believes that the white people who were beaten by the mob.

Deserve to be arrested because they didn't walk away from the beatdown. And in defense of the victims here, They couldn't because they were knocked out. Take a listen to Cut Six.

So let me back up so you understand this. Two combatants, one black, one white. A black man steps in, breaks it up. The white guy re-engages, slaps, not the black man that he had just squared up with, but slaps another black man. And nobody's asking.

Why didn't he just walk away? And so when I see, and I don't know who else the chief is looking for or CPD is looking for, but when I see the mug shots. I only see people who look like me. I don't see the person who re-engaged, slapped not the initial person, but slapped another black man.

So I don't see the slappers mug shot. And so I sadly, I have to agree. With those who are politicizing this and racializing this, I have to agree.

So, look, here's the deal, and this is how we play on this radio program. I don't care what color your skin is. If you broke the law, you go to jail. I mean, it's really that simple. If you violate the law, there is a price to pay.

It doesn't matter if you're black or white.

Now here's the problem with what the pastor said up until this point. There's no evidence to back up what the pastor just said. There is plenty of evidence to suggest the people that got arrested did the beating. And what the pastor is saying is that the white victims should get arrested because they made the black mob beat them up. That's what this guy just said.

That's a very troubling thing here. But I'm not terribly surprised. That the victims here are now coming out and they're being accused of being the bad guys.

So anyway, we'll see how all this plays out. I don't know if this story is over, but There are so many people in Cincinnati. Who have reached out on our social media pages saying it's a terrible place now. People can't afford to stay in business in the downtown area because of all the crime and the violence and the police. They don't have the resources to stop the criminals.

You've got. A little bodega owners, and they're saying, Well, you know, we're getting looted all the time, and nobody wants to do anything about it. And it's not just there. There's a report out of Oakland, California. And I want to feel bad for these people, I really do.

But it's hard to feel bad for people that keep voting for morods. And that's the problem in Cincinnati. That's the problem in Detroit and New York City. That's the problem in Oakland, California. Is that they're just electing morons.

So you're going to hear a report about senior citizens who are disabled, they get around in wheelchairs. And they can't use the sidewalks. And I want you to listen why they can't use the sidewalks. We have to ride in the street as if we are cars. Unsafe.

And they say it's not just the homeless making the mess. People are dumping. I mean, everything in the world you can find right here on this corner. They tell us what we saw on Thursday is actually less trash than usual. And as a result of the growing dump, East Bay Paratransit has had a hard time gaining access.

They no longer can pick us up there. A couple of them have tried, and we're like, why? How are you gonna let us out in this trash?

Now they come here and we own this corner, and these cars have come around this corner so fast. They tell us they've called the city, the mayor's office, and their city council member, Ken Houston. But their requests for service have gone ignored. They say they're for us. We voted for these people.

And we're not being recognized. You go further in Piedmont Mount area, Diamond District, all of that's fine. But what about us? The city confirms the location has received regular requests for cleanup. Houston says the encampment has been removed twice, but it keeps coming back.

And under city policy, public works crews cannot remove personal property from an encampment. All right, there you go.

So, what is the solution here? I'll tell you what the solution is. The solution is: stop voting for Democrats. Stop doing that. And trust me, give the Republicans a shot.

And see what happens. You got nothing else to lose. What's going to happen? You're going to have senior citizens that are going to be run over in the streets in these wheelchairs because they can't use the sidewalks.

So I said, why not give the Republicans a chance? You know, if it works, great. If it doesn't, well, you can go back to a vote for the Dems. I mean, it's really not all that difficult. All right.

Wow. Tonight, 5 o'clock Eastern, we are going to be watching as the fallout continues in the great state of Texas that deadline coming up very quickly. And we will keep you updated. When the Republicans finally decide, you know what, enough is enough, and we're going to war with the Democrats.
