Some people just know they could save hundreds on car insurance by checking Allstate first. Like, you should know you should check your draft stats first before you put them on your fantasy team.

Or, you should definitely check the expiration date on that can of bean dip you picked up at the gas station first before you dive in. Yeah, checking first is smart, so check Allstate first for a quote that could save you hundreds. You're in good hands with Allstate.

Savings vary, subject to terms, conditions, and availability. See Allstate.com for details. Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance Company and Affiliates, Northbrook, Illinois. This is the Rich Eisen Show. Hey, everybody. Can't get enough of the Rich Eisen Show? You're in luck. You can find us everywhere. Watch us weekdays on the Roku Sports Channel from noon to 3 Eastern. Miss the show? We've got a podcast so you can listen anytime.

But here's the best part. Our YouTube channel. Subscribe at youtube.com slash Rich Eisen Show and you'll never miss a moment.

Now, on with the show. This is the Rich Eisen Show. Live from the Rich Eisen Show studio in Los Angeles. Earlier on the show, Bears head coach Ben Johnson, NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero. Coming up, actor Sean William Scott. And now it's Rich Eisen.

That's right. Our number three of the Rich Eisen Show is on the air, getting ready for championship Sunday. What a great chat with Ben Johnson in our number one, the new H.C. of the Chicago Bears. And then Tom Pelissero telling us everything that's going on in the spinning off the axis coaching carousel.

The L.A. Times is reporting that Pete Carroll, despite being hired as the Las Vegas Raiders head coach, will continue co-teaching his class at USC called Game is Life. OK, great. I guess if Tom can own the team and do games, Pete can coach the team and do classes. Right.

Why not? Right. Everybody's splitting their time. Deion's coaching Colorado and hosting is a talk show. You know, I could do NFL Network for six hours on Sunday and this show every single weekday at three hours.

Twelve to three Eastern. I'm throwing myself in the same category. Of course, as you should.

Thank you. If not me, who? And if not now, when? When? Sean William Scott of Shifting Gears, a show on ABC starring Tim Allen as well.

He will be joining us in studio in less than 20 minutes time. We're about to do overreaction. Pardon me. What the what's more likely on Friday?

It's a Friday. We're about to do that a championship game version of it. But prior to that. Jayden Daniels has spoken one more time. Again, Mahomes is on Mount Rushmore. Right.

And many people's books. Correct. Well, I was the first one to put him there on this show. So yes. OK. So you agree. Travis Kelsey is on the Mount Rushmore tight ends. Right. He's on. Shake your head, TJ.

But I was OK. And he only had one ring at the time. OK. So while you are the maestro of overreaction Monday.

I mean, I'm not doing a bit. It really happened. The fact that Jayden Daniels. You did it one week and the next week you said he wasn't. No, the fact that Jayden Daniels is one of the most fascinating figures in all of sports right now. And it's the most fascinating figure of championship Sunday just speaks volumes as to how inspiring he is to the fans of Washington and just the casual fans all over the place. And maybe part of the reason why people love Jayden Daniels is he did, in fact, win them a fantasy championship. Certainly if you doubled him up with Terry McLaurin as say to Chris and I did. He won me too. He won you two leagues.

Right. And and so as I mentioned earlier on in the in the postseason, the commander, you got teams like generational and potentially dynastic, like the Chiefs. And then you've got the Bills trying to break through for their starved fan base.

And you got the Eagles who are, you know, the Eagles, they're Carl Anthony Towne's favorite team. But they're also a team that a lot of people coming into the season had expectations and they're meeting them. And then you've got the Why Not Us team, the team with a youthful exuberance where players don't know what they should know, which is like they shouldn't be doing what they're doing. And they're like, why can't we? Why not us? The underdog.

Nobody believes in his card playing it. And they're not just sucking out on the river. They're just they're beating everybody on the flop. So Jayden Daniels was asked today as he's about to head off to Philadelphia to potentially become the first rookie quarterback to ever take care of the one, two and three seeds in his playoff bracket. About being the underdog. How much do you enjoy this kind of situation on the road, kind of an underdog?

And what do you think? Me personally, I just like no matter if it's a home or away game, I treat it the same. It's always good to have like everybody tried to write like an underdog story. But for us, it's just we're just out there and playing confident. Like, you know, we compete against these guys and that's a very good team. So there's nothing like I take a little extra motivation. I'm already motivated to go into the game regardless if it was week two or, you know, the NFC Championship game.

You seem to enjoy kind of going back with some of the Lions fans last week, though. Does that kind of get riled up? No, it was even though back and forth, you know, they're rightfully so talking. They're trash. And I didn't really say anything.

It's just kind of let my play do the talking. What does get him riled up? I don't know. Probably some dumb like video game. Maybe somebody gets his order wrong in a restaurant. I mean, like, probably not. Was it somebody?

Somebody reclines a seat into his. That would do it for sure. He could fly first.

That wouldn't even be a problem. Everybody. We're all in the in the media hunting and pecking like what pisses you off, man? You know, what motivates you? Why are you so damn good? Why are why aren't you, you know, like staring into the spotlight and and shrinking?

Why do you keep getting bigger? And the answer is, I don't know, I just like playing right. I mean, is that right? Sure. I honestly think asking him a question of like, do you do you like being the underdog?

People discount you. And he's just like, well, you know, I mean, are we the underdog? That's basically what he's saying.

But he's not, you know, giving out bulletin board material in that regard, right? He's not like saying, why do you think we're the underdogs? I mean, we've been we've been killing people. We've been doing well. Have you have you not seen what we're doing?

That doesn't seem to be in his DNA. It's just like, oh, really? And I know that you speak to any commander fan that they will regurgitate the mantra of anytime, anywhere. We'll go anywhere. It doesn't matter where we are. It doesn't matter who we're playing.

Anytime, anywhere. That's him. Is he the best quarterback in the NFC? You can make the case if he represents the NFC in the Super Bowl.

How can you argue against it? Even if he has a great game and the Eagles still win? Who are the other great quarterbacks in the NFC? You put Jared Goff in there, right? Since Goff is. Yeah, MVP finalist, right? You can put Dak in there. Well, I'm just about to try to make a point.

Oh, OK. If you don't mind me saying. You could say it's hurts and it's Goff. And Baker Mayfield had an incredible season.

Two good years. And Stafford didn't get a chance to play Stafford. But if he beats. I see what you're doing.

Baker in his house and then one and Dunn's Goff in his house, then strolls into Jalen's house and beats him. Who's to argue with what you just said? And then if he goes and beats Mahomes and Allen, then you could start talking about the best in the NFL at the position. Oh, it's a little. Come on, guys. Like, come on.

If he wins the Super Bowl, I'll put him in the top five. Come on. But for twenty, twenty four season, how can you argue against winning for the whole year? Yeah. Yeah.

Why not? OK, let's just let's just let him go into Philadelphia and see what we do, what he does first. So you're saying the best in the NFC and you're saying if he does all this, the best in football.

Yeah. If he beats, excuse me, if he goes on the road and beats Baker, the NFC South champ, what a stupendous season. He did. Goff, NFC North champ, NFC regular season champ, MVP candidate. One and Dunn's him. Fifteen wins in his house and then goes into Jalen, hurts his house. And takes care of the Eagles.

In that house and then goes to the Super Bowl as the first ever rookie quarterback and wins that against Mahomes slash Allen. Come on. Of course. OK. All right. Well, let's put it that way. These are the facts of the case.

OK, well, you do all that. You deserve to be the best quarterback for sure. What's more likely? Conference championship Sunday coming up. Hit it. What's more likely?

Never say never, but never. Christopher. Gentlemen, championship Sunday. Happy Friday. Great to see you. What's up, Mike?

How you doing? Oh, my God. Thanks. Great to see you. Oh, my God.

Your teeth look great. You have seconds that just get flushed down the toilet with it. I mean, I mean, this was early 10 seconds. T.J., great to see you. Chris likes me. Come on. AFC team that's hired a new coach or will have a new head coach to win more games in 2025.

Jags, Jets, Patriots, Raiders. Who the hell knows, Chris? I mean, that's that's who the hell knows for everything we do. I'll give you the answer you want. Play the game. Play the game. Patriots. Patriots.

Thank you. See, I give you what you want. I have no idea what Liam Cohen's going to do. What do I know? What the hell do I know who's going to be the Jets quarterback?

I have no idea. Pete Carroll. Love him. Who's his quarterback? I know who's the quarterback in New England. And I know what Vrabel can do as a head coach in this league and what he means to the area. So I'll go Patriots sitting here on conference championship Friday.

What else you got? Jags have a better roster. OK. OK. Very good answer. The answer, Jackson.

OK. All right. Let's get to these games. More likely quarterback to have more total touchdowns on Sunday. Jayden Daniels, Jaylen Hurts. I'll go Jayden Daniels. I don't know how Jaylen Hurts is going to be performing.

I don't know, man. If he if he can't run as well and they can't push, push. And that has been his, as you know, method of increasing his total touchdowns more than any other touch. You know, Allen's the only other guy in his neighborhood in terms of running it in. So I'll go Jayden Daniels in championship Sunday in Philadelphia.

More likely to be the higher number on championship Sunday. Longest Saquon run. Longest Terry Mccorran catch.

I'll go longest Saquon run. I'm you know, I'm concerned that the Eagles defense can clamp clamp down on him. Oh, oh, yeah.

I'm concerned about that. And there were games where Mccorran, just as you know, this year just disappeared. Could be a D'Ami Brown game, baby. Yeah, they can't win, though, without going crazy. Well, I mean, he could still score, but you're talking about longest run.

Yeah, longest run. I will go Saquon. The through line for the Eagles on Sunday on offense is 26.

And everyone knows it and everyone can try and stop it. But that's the 30th ranked defense that gave up 296 yards and four touchdowns in the two games that they took on Saquon. Saquon has an opportunity to have the most yards, including playoffs and touchdowns, including playoffs of one guy against any team in the same season in the history of the NFL.

What else, Chris? More likely A.J. Brown gets into the end zone. He only has three catches in this playoffs where Mike Sanders still gets an interception.

We saw that against Detroit. OK. Is this is this one for me? Oh, this is a matchup. I don't know.

I'm going to go with a guy who knows how to be a champion. Right. Who's won a championship between these two guys? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know what A.J.

Brown did in high school. I mean, I imagine you're more recently. More recently. There you go. There you go. There you go. All right. That's a good matchup right there. I know. How dare you. That's a good matchup.

What else? More likely to combine for more receiving yards and touchdowns in Arrowhead. Travis Kelsey or any two Bills wide receivers.

Good one. Kelsey playoffs is I know that Kelsey is going to have a touchdown and 100 something yards. I would hope for the Bills that there would be. But you said wide receivers. We're not talking Jared Cook out of or Ty Johnson out of the backfield. I'm talking Cook, not talking. So we're talking Kahlil Shaqir.

Right. Key on Coleman. Amari Cooper. Is he going to shock? Collins.

Where's the mark? Any two bills? Any two Bills receivers against Kelsey.

All right. I'll take any two Bills receivers. Yeah, I'll take any two Bills receivers. Kelsey is going to have his. But you're giving me any two Bills receivers combined.

Any two Bills receivers combined. I'll do that. I'll do that. All right. Here you go, TJ.

You like this one. More likely to be the higher total. Deion Sanders coaching wins for the Dallas Cowboys.

Because I don't know what else is going to make him happy with what you're about to say. We're still talking Chiefs Bills. OK. More likely to be the higher total. Super questionable, yet favorable Chiefs calls. Oh, my God. Or Josh Allen turnovers. I'll go super questionable calls in Kansas City's favor.

Oh, really? Down with the conspiracy that Josh Allen is only one turnover in his three previous losses against the Chiefs in the playoffs. And this team has the fewest turnovers of any team in the NFL this year. And Josh Allen is playing at an extremely high level.

Oh, interesting. And and, you know, and I think I think any call it's going to help him out. But excuse me, any and your definition of what's super questionable in terms of everyone can notice it happens. So I'm going to include any penalty that's called on the Bills is something you're going to consider super questionable. And I have a feeling the Bills will have more penalties called against the Allen turnovers. So based on all of this, one plus one equals two.

OK, what else? You heard it there first. What's more likely? The winner is the winner of Chiefs. Bills is decided on the last play of the game. Or Jimmy Butler ends up getting traded while we're in the suit. We're at the I don't think he's going to get traded. Oh, I think we've been at the Super Bowl and there's been big and direct moves in particular. All right.

I got it. But I would say Buffalo, Kansas City decided by the last play. You think Pat Riley is going to budge here? You think Pat should. He's not going to play. He doesn't want to play anymore. Do you think Pat Riley will budge?

Yes or no? Knowing Pat Riley and what he's been about to use his phrase ology. OK, you should. And knowing what you know about people that you've come across as they get older and more set in their ways. Well, as an old person, I am set in my way. You're getting more and more set in your ways.

He's I mean, probably not. But you never know. OK. Do you think we need one more? All right, we'll get one.

Wow, that's surprising. By the way, we started we started before the one more. What's more likely started with one and ended with one of things that we won't be able to tell right away over this weekend.

Rich, what's more likely? We get the matchup America wants in the Super Bowl, which is Bill's commanders or something else. I'm not going to be interested in something else. And you'll be interested. Let everyone understand this. Turn to turn the music down like everyone understand this.

At one point off camera, Chris Brockman said, if it's Chiefs Eagles, he will not watch the Super Bowl. You did say those words out loud. I don't know if you're saying it for effect. Were you saying it for effect? You can say it now, because now that I brought it to the people, it was like seven thirty in the morning.

We had just gotten here. I know. And sometimes you're like in the mood. Yeah.

Because of traffic. Right. Exactly. You didn't probably get much sleep. Right.

Cage might have walked in in the middle of the night. That's what I'm saying. You know what I mean? I get it. I understand what you when you come in sometimes it's a little bit cloudy.

I got to see what weather it is with you. Whoa. You know. Oh, that's coming up.

Yeah, I'm ready. But seriously, really? I'm really not interested in Chiefs Eagles. And I understand Chiefs Eagles being run back two years later with Mahomes going for a three-peat. And the Eagles, you know, going E-A-G-L-E-S, Eagles, you know, all that stuff. Make sure you spell it right, because the mayor didn't. Yeah.

Oh, is that right? I missed that one. You know, the Eagles, whatever. I understand people like I'm not interested in that. OK. Got it. Grease up when Super Sunday comes around. You get it.

That's what's more likely. Here's a riddle for you. What are yoga mats, a toothbrush, a Hyundai have in common?

If you guess they're all fun, well-designed and super useful, you're partially right. But you're way off base because the answer is you can order all these things on Amazon. And the best part, you don't even have to break down a car sized Amazon box after because you'll pick up your Hyundai at the dealer.

That's right. Hyundai is now available on Amazon. Visit Hyundai USA dot com or call five six two three one four four six zero three for more details. Limited availability pick up through a participating Hyundai dealer in select markets. Shifting gears is on ABC on Wednesday night.

Our radio audience just rejoined us here live on the Roku channel. Sean William Scott in that program along with Tim Allen. And you just mentioned about doing stuff in front of a live studio audience like you do on the show and what it's like to be a stand-up comic. I did stand-up comedy in college on the campus of the University of Michigan. And the reason why I bring this up is one night we had a, well, every month we would do our comedy and then we would welcome in a real professional comic. We would open up as student comedians for this professional comic.

One night I opened for Tim Allen. No way, really? Yes, on the campus of the University of Michigan in Michigan.

That's awesome. And as you know from Tim Allen, he is Mr. State of Michigan. Right. So he is, he was as big a star as he was growing and rising. No way.

Yes. Is this pre- He was doing his stand-up specials and everything like that and we would see him like on the Tonight Show and whatever and he came in. It was a big night for us that we were opening for Tim Allen. And he told me, because I, you know, I worked, I worked blue. He told me his, he said, you should take all the curse words out of your, your bit. And I'm like, why? He goes, because you can't get on late night TV if you're going to be cursing a lot. Then I turned on like HBO and I saw his act and it was like F-bomb this, F-bomb that.

I'm like, what the hell was that? What? Did you see your bit? Or was he like, oh, he's funnier than me. You know what, that's the way I took it. That's the way I took it. That he was jealous of me as a college student being funny.

No. So he just said like, you got to take out the curse words. But I understood what he was saying. But then I turned on like, let me see what his act is. Oh my God. He was working blue like anything else.

Yeah. But he, I mean, it was a big night for us to meet him and then open up for him. How was, how was your show?

My show, well, here's why he probably told me to take the curse words out because my big finale, my big bit finisher, my act finisher, Sean, was doing the penthouse forum letters, reading from a penthouse magazine in the voice of Howard Cosell. Can you do it now? Come on. Come on. The Google works.

The Google works. Come on. It always started with, I never thought this could happen to me. You know, like that's the, and that's pretty much all I can say right here. I get it.

In mixed company and on the infinity sports network, we're on 120 terrestrial radio stations. Everybody across the country was having their hand on the, on the, on the, like, wait a minute, is he really going to do that bit? But yeah. That's awesome. Yeah. How long did you do that for? Oh gosh. I just switched chairs right now. No, no, no. I just want to learn more about you. I did it all throughout college.

Okay. And then one weekend I did go out on the road and I tried it for actual money. I think I got paid 50 bucks and a hamburger for real in Livonia, Michigan and a laugh shack at like, and there were like five people in there. And instead of the student union where I was doing my stuff, I would pack the house. There'd be hundreds of people in there. It was like a great audience. Yeah. I wasn't cut out for it, man. That was it? It was like, stand up sucks.

Done. And then I tried it again years later when I was already on sports center and I realized I'm now a corporate stooge. I really couldn't do the act anymore. And I had to stop.

It wasn't very good. I wasn't very good at the end, but it, but it does make I do love the reaction from a live audience. I love that. And I'm, you know, you must be, you must be experiencing that right now doing the show.

I don't know. It's true. I mean, it's, it's like a, and also to do it with Tim. You know, he's such a legend, you know, you see him like before the show and he's just kind of, he's getting, you know, already, and then, you know, he just, he does different things and what we've rehearsed, you know, so it's, it's a trip to, to be doing this type of show, but doing it with him and it's awesome. It's been a lot of fun.

The king of home improvement, you know, back on ABC doing another hit show and it's, it's amazing. It's really fun. That's pretty cool, dude. Yeah. Thank you. And did you ever think you'd be doing a, a sitcom like in front of a live studio audience?

No. I never, you know, it's funny because I was working, I was actually working on Righteous Gemstones and having an incredible time, but I was, I was away from my daughter and she's four and a half and I was like, I was waiting for like a month. I was like, I don't ever want to, although it was like this incredible opportunity. I was like, I don't want to be away from her like this ever again. And this opportunity came around the Tim Allen show and I was like, hmm, sitcom?

Like, I don't know. Like creatively, I was like, I don't know if I can do what I think I'd like to do in that format. And then a couple of the actors that I was working with on Gemstones was like, if you want to be a dad, if you want to like have time with your kid, sitcoms are the best schedule.

So that initially was the motivation for me. And then just turned out that it's like the most fun. And it is a different, totally different challenge because it's like, you know, typically in other comedies, you can kind of drive the, the comedy or like, sorry, the, the, the timing and everything in here, you really have to play off of the audience and you have to, it's different. You gotta hit a mark and stuff like that too, right? You gotta hit the mark, you know, but like, I think it's just like, you have to feel out the audience's reaction and, you know, so it's fun at this stage of my career to do something where I feel challenged and yeah.

It's on ABC Wednesday nights and you can watch Shifting Gears also on Hulu, which is a way that you can watch it here on the Roku portal. All right. Righteous Gemstones. Give me your favorite one, man. Give me your, give me your favorite moment being on that.

Favorite moment? Yeah. Oh my gosh. Cause you're ad-libbing a lot, right? You're just throwing stuff out there or no, not really on Righteous Gemstones?

Yeah, they do. But you know, the scripts are so good. I mean that, you know, for me, I was just like hanging with a bunch of comedy killers every day, just in awe. I mean, it was also just the opportunity, that's my favorite show. So when this opportunity came around, I was like, what? Like Righteous Gemstones? Are you kidding me?

But I mean, pretty much every day was my favorite moment. I mean, one thought comes around like where I think like I was doing a scene with Walton and with John and Walton was here and John was here. Good man. Yeah.

Walton Goggins. Yeah. Yeah. And it was like, I remember being looking over here and looking at John like, come on. It was pretty cool. That you're in the middle of a scene with these guys.

Yeah, I wish I could tell you what the scene is, but I don't want to ruin it, but it was legit. Very cool moment. Okay. All right. Yeah. For, I mean, John Goodman, that's pretty cool, dude. For sure.

It was very cool. Right? Yeah.

And he's his normal off the set too, right? It's just so nice. Yeah, it's just like all of them, just like, cause they kind of have the right to be a-holes if they want, right?

When you're that talented, you know, you think, and then you meet them and everybody's just like so, so nice and humble. Yeah, it was awesome. I love it.

Okay. And let's just go down a little bit of, if you don't mind, a little memory lane. So Jennifer Coolidge, when you were on the set with her, your mom, Stifler's mom, you miss your miss Stifler's mom, huh? Now you see what's, you know, what's become of her, like she's on commercials every two seconds now. As she should be. Right? She's a legend.

She is a legend. So what was it? You got a good story from that set when you were playing Stifler's mom. But dude, if you think about it, like we never have any scenes together. That's right. Right? She's always with Finch. Okay.

Right? I mean, I'm trying to think like. So you're playing Stifler and she's your mom, but you're not in the same scene. No, I don't, we never, I don't think we were ever in the same scene, but I do, I do remember in the first American Pie before we started filming, I just remember talking to her. Cause you know, it was like my first thing ever. And I was just like, you know, freaking out and, but super excited. And she was just so kind.

And so just like, you're going to do great, you know, and you know, you just go and have fun. And, and I don't remember exactly what she said, but I remember thinking like, wow, that was really nice for her. She calmed you down. Yeah.

Well, in a way. Look what I did in the movie, but like same person, but like I think the, but yeah, she's amazing. We never had any scenes.

You never had any scenes together. There's one scene where I walk in and I'm, I'm watching Finch and my mom. Have at it. Have at it.

And I faint, but they're not really in the room. But that's it. Damn it, man.

She's crushing it. I know. And Eugene. Right. That's right. Yeah. But they're both amazing.

They should be in everything. Do you have any good story about him? Eugene Levy?

I mean, he, you want to talk about legend man. Like yeah. Same guy too. Huh? Yeah. I love it. Yeah. That's pretty cool. He's just, he's just, I, I'll, you know, I do remember we were promoting American reunion and and we were on a plane going somewhere to promote the movie and he had his son with him and we met his son and he was like, yeah, I'm writing this show, you know, and you know, hopefully we'll end up getting, you know, getting it made and certainly did. I certainly did. It certainly did. I mean, that is truly one of my favorite shows of all time. Shit's creep.

No doubt about that. Sean William Scott here. Oh, your first time you were here, we had like an LA moment together where like, you know, we should do this thing together. And then of course we never did anything about it is when I mentioned to you that I, I watch Rudy, I hate watch it.

And which I brought up again because Notre Dame was playing Ohio state and I'm a Michigan guy and I just was rooting for the meteor Monday night and it never came. So so that, that I watch Rudy hoping that at the end he pops a quad and you're like, that would be great to redo sports movies and change the ending of it. We've never done this, but you know what? We got time. We definitely have time and we have new, we have like other new sports movies that have actually come out since then.

Right. Pretty much like what movies can we do our horror version of like just absolutely horrific endings to the main characters, endings to the main characters. I mean, w what would you guys suggest? Let's spit ball this thing right now. What do you want to do? Recent movies or do you want to do kind of the classic throw it out there, Chris?

What do you got? Well, Hoosiers. Yeah.

Did we do Hoosiers before? I don't, we did not think so, but what would you, I mean, I mean, no, I think that right before the game drops dead of a heart attack attack right away, but you know what? It's too easy of a death.

No, no, no, no. It's like a reputation somehow he's got to, he's got to get his head cut off. So you're talking like literally horror show, like something like that, like the ceiling fan in the locker room falls down and then just clips coach Dale is what, is that what you're saying? And then it's some sort of clips his head up, but then he's still jerking around a little bit. Let's go down and you know, like he's still alive. And then somehow bus drives through and gets him out the other wall.

That's that's dark. And I was going to end of the movie, cut the credits. I was going to go just before they're in the, that they're out there on the court. And that they're huddling up and going over the final play, right. That Jimmy Chitwood demands more NIL money from coach Dale and says, if you don't pay me another $10,000 or pick up the mortgage of my family's farm, I'm out of here. And like, and then coach Dale's like old school, like get the hell out of here.

And he walks off and they lose. Now that's the way I'm thinking about that. That's like, that's what I mean, there isn't pulsating blood all over the, all over the no, you're right. I went too far. My, my idea was that that was a major league. Major league. Huh? Interesting. Um, obviously what does Charlie Sheen do? Well, Charlie Sheen, does he throw the fastest fastball at somebody's head and like the guy gets, goes down shaking like this, cut the credits and to the movie, you don't even know who wins the world series. Goes up and in.

Cause he's the wild thing. Right. Yeah. Uh, brain somebody. Yeah.

And, and the game's over just a bit inside. There you go. Guess what? I'd watch that movie. You'd watch that. Yeah. Major league bummer.

So we would call it, how about this one? You recently, you said, rich, you watched the sandlot with your kids, right? Oh no. What about the dog eats the kids? Oh my God. I'm trying to go dark. I'm trying to go dark like Sean said. So he just eats all the kids.

The dog gets off the chain. It really is. And it's not just some slobbering, he wants more than just the baseballs. Right? Yes. Right. You know what? Wait a minute. Let's disnify it if we can.

Let's have James Earl Jones actually turn into Darth Vader. Oh, right. Oh yeah.

Oh. And, and it's not the dog you need to be afraid of. It's the older gentleman on the other side of left field. His bat turns into a lightsaber and then he starts taking everyone out.

How did we bring Darth Vader into Sandlot? Because James Earl Jones is the guy who's the neighbor. So James Earl Jones turns into Darth Vader and he just slices the kids up. Yes. Right.

Oh man, I wouldn't watch that. As you know, the Sandlot is about a story between his son and his stepfather. Right.

And so, I am your father. Yes. And James Earl Jones goes, it puts in his pocket and he's like, end of the movie, cut to credits. And has Cracker Jacks because it's the baseball movie. Oh my God.

I love this movie. If you're going to Disneyfy it, that means the parents have to die. Yeah. That's true. That's true.

Yeah. So he takes out the whole neighborhood. Dennis Leary, see you later.

That's the only way. But Dennis Leary could live. Just because why not? Because he's Dennis Leary? Yeah. I love him.

Because the sequel's a comedy now. How about, how about Remember the Titans? Oh man. Wow.

How about this? Everyone forgets the Titans. No one remembers them.

Is that bad? The forgetful Titans? The forgetful Titans?

The forgetful Titans? Everybody just suddenly has a memory loss and we're like, we can't remember the, who like, what were we, the whole movie is like, what were we talking about again? Like, you know what I mean? Field of Dreams. Come on.

Oh. Did we do that one? Did we do Field of Dreams? This was seven years ago.

That's how we're recycling bits right now, Sean. Field of Dreams. You know? What about the Karate Kid? Oh, the Karate Kid. Oh, oh, oh yeah.

You know what? Who's the main bag? Is it Johnny? Yeah. Johnny with a big neck. Boom.

See you later. Oh my God. And everyone's like, oh my God.

Oh my God. And Mr. Yagi can't save him. He's like. He's like this, he's like. And then he dies. Because he's just like into shock. He's like, everything I taught him, wax on, wax off.

It was awful nothing. And he was about to save him with the whole clap. He was like, I had you right here. And then he goes down. The only person that survives is Johnny. No, the only person who survives has got to be Elizabeth Shue just because. And Elizabeth Shue. Cause I mean, yeah. Oh no, Elizabeth Shue jumps in and she's like, no. and then she goes up behind Johnny takes him out I can do this all day by the way I do do this all day by myself this is why I'm so ready for this how about how about this one how about miracle I was the Russians Russians win but like ten nothing again yeah guys America oh no well yeah cold war over the United States yes and then it turns into red dawn since you were in goon how about slapshot oh oh yeah you want to touch that though that's I don't know you can't touch slapshot right I don't want to just leave it alone no nice try all right see this is fun we didn't even plan it well done shifting gears airs Wednesday I speed dick trickle how about even no no no cars cars the cartoon yes Pixar yeah can you can watch it a million times exactly right what's who's the McQueen me cool lightning McQueen Oh combusts right yeah it's a two-minute movie the first range maybe imagine Bob Cutlass announcing Bob Cutlass right mother Carter is it Brent carburetor the microphone carburetor shifting gears airs Wednesdays at 80s turn on ABC and you check it out on Hulu as well which is how you can check it out right here on Roku always a blast man it's over we're done yeah one more you got three got one more okay well what sport do we want name it boxing boxing Rocky Rocky let's do Rocky what happens with Rocky well you know where I want to go which is what Drago actually breaks him like it's what it is rocky three what you know mr.
