I have a lot of flowers in it. I was just dropping breadcrumbs. Because again, for one of our favorite moments in of our show's 10 plus years is that Carl Anthony Towns came on in the summer and was wearing his Eagles jersey and he took a liking to us. We've took a liking to him since the very beginning. And then he took a special liking to our Cowboys fan on set T.J. Jefferson and has been living rent-free in that neighborhood for quite a bit. And based off of the Eagles destruction of the Cowboys 30-46, he sent 34 green and yellow green and white balloons. 34 flowers of Eagles colors.

And then that number that balloon sits six balloons attached to six Cowboys colored roses. Right, T.J.? Right there. There it is.

That's correct. That's the way Carl Anthony Towns operates. This is so disrespectful. This is so I blame Cooper Rush for this. I blame Jerry Jones for this. No, no.

You only can blame Jerry Jones. You know what we should do and then we'll get to our next guest who's kind enough to be joining us. He's one of the best in the NFL is we should we should lift the shade over by T.J. and let the sunshine just come straight in and blind a little bit more. That's great. What a great idea. Don't you think?

The shades are closed. You guys should let the sunshine in. You guys are really starting to get on my nerves. Wow. I'll be honest with you. All of you. You're all starting to get on my nerves. Yes.

Blinding. You know what we do deserve? The National Football League deserves this man and his talents and his energy and his personality. He's one of the best and he is one of four players right now entering week 11 with four figures of scrimmage yards.

I am better for seeing you. How are you? What's going on in your world?

What's going on? I mean, well, first off, obviously, you know, I'm here with C4. I just want to obviously say, like, I appreciate being with them so much. You know, they just give me so much energy, just, you know, obviously in the gym, on the field and, you know, in my everyday life. And, you know, I mean, I just like just appreciate them, what they do for me and, you know, how much we just build a connection and a brand and, you know, how much we get to just explore each other as partners. But, you know, I really do just love them a lot. And everybody that watches your show, obviously, I just hope that they just, you know, take a chance on C4. And, you know, it's obviously, you know, NSF approved.

So, you know, the safety is there and whatever sport or workout or anything that they want to do, obviously, you know, they can get as much as they want and feel safe with it. But, you know, I appreciate C4 for always just, you know, being the best for me and everybody else. But, man, I'm doing great. I'm doing great.

You know, obviously, last week was kind of tough with the, you know, with the loss. But, you know, life's been good ever since I even started talking to you. And it's been a fun journey this season. But yeah, man, been doing good. Has the game slowed down for you this year compared to last year, do you think?

Yeah, most definitely. Obviously, you know, last year was my rookie year. So, everything was starting to, it was like up and down. And I think with me, just like finding the speed and finding my comfort zone, it was more sort of like more towards the end of the season of last year. But, you know, with this year, it's my confidence level has been so big. And it's grown so much from my first year to obviously now. And then it's been fun out there just going out there and just playing free, just using God's gift and the gifts that he's given me and doing whatever I can for the team.

But it's definitely been a fun ride out there. When you say play free, I know what you mean. I think most fans know what you mean. I'd love to know what it looks like within your own temples to play free because most of us would watch it for free, you playing free. What do you mean by that, Bijon?

Yeah, it's just not thinking a lot. You know, when you start to think, and not just with football, but in any profession, and you don't just, you know, go gracefully or do it with no pressure or anything on your back, like you perform a lot better. And, you know, with me, it was last year, it was kind of tough because I would have to learn so much during the week with plays.

And, you know, I'll be doing stuff for like marketing stuff and, you know, just trying to balance that, that had that healthy balance of the two was kind of what was getting me last year. But with this year, you know, with my auntie and a marketing guy, you know, Brian and just everybody that's around me to manage that schedule so I can just go on the field and not have to think about nothing, just go out there and think about the plays that's about to get called and executed at the highest level is the difference from playing free and not having to think about, you know, everything else around you and bring it to the field. So much discussed in last year about you not getting enough touches.

That didn't come from you. It probably came from a lot of people who have you in fantasy football, certainly inside the 10, you know. But do you think you can get more touches?

Have we seen the ceiling here, Bijan? You know, for me, man, like, it's whatever coach Zach has for me during that week. You know, obviously the games and the situations will, you know, will dictate on what we do. But I think just with me and Tyler, you know, Tyler Algier, the other back, like, we know how to play off each other so well.

And, you know, I really appreciate having him just out there with me because, you know, just having that balance and having just another dynamic player that can come in and, you know, be just as effective on the field is always important. But I think, you know, with the touches, man, I'm never a selfish player. Like, you know, I think you've got to make the most of, you know, what you do get. And, you know, every time you do touch the football, I just have to make it, you know, exciting and, you know, do whatever I can to get this, to get our team and our offense on, you know, in the highest level possible. But yeah, I've never been, I've never been the type to, to like go to the office coordinator and be like, I have this many touches and I need this many. I've just never been that guy. But, you know, I know that God has a plan for it all.

And I'm going to continue to make the most out of what I do get. Bijan Robinson of the Atlanta Falcons, fourth currently in the NFL in scrimmage yards right here on the Rich Eisen Show. Can you jump backwards like Saquon? Do you have that move?

So, okay. So like when he, when he did that, I was watching it and I was like, at first I was like, ain't no way that just happened. I was like that, that couldn't have happened. He didn't jump over him. Like he probably jumped on the side of him. But then when I saw the replay and he jumped completely over him, I was like, yeah, I got to try this. I got to try whether, whether it's over a bag and just practice it a couple of times or, you know, just ask my coach to just, just run, just run in front of me and I'll just try to get behind you. Cause that, that was insane. That was insane. But I think if I actually tried in the moment, I think I could get it, but I don't know.

I don't know if I'll try that one. Well, I mean, I guess, you know, if you're not thinking out there and you're playing, that's playing free, right? Like that's right. That's an example of playing free right there.

Correct? That's absolutely playing free. Like you're not thinking about nothing else, except you in the grass and that defender.

And you just got to just make the instincts happen. But that is absolutely playing free. There's like a difference between like playing free and then like being safe because, cause the last time I tried to jump over somebody almost broke my neck and that was crazy. So yeah, it's, it's, it's that line balance.

Yeah. Playing free or playing out of your mind, I guess those are, those are two different things right there, but hey, but, but, you know, clearly you've got that physical skillset, which is why I ask, I'm not going to be asking too many others who play football, you know, when they come on this program, if you have that, but I'm also just curious, you know, what you think of when you see Saquon running, like he's running Camaro, who you just saw in person and Derrick Henry, those are the other guys like yourself who currently have over a thousand scrimmage yards right now. What do you think of when you watch them Bijan? Yeah, I mean, I think it's just, you know, obviously cool that, you know, the, the guys that are leading from scrimmage are all running backs. You know, obviously there's these, like, you know, should, should, should running backs get this or that or that, but I think just the value of, of our position is continue to grow every single year. And, you know, just the three guys that you just named, like my, my respect for them is, is through the roof.

And, you know, I always try to, to just pick out, you know, little things with what they do daily. And I talked to all three of those guys and I actually just talked to Alvin, obviously like last game and after the game, I talked to him and, and he's going to just help me out with some, you know, little things with, with the body and how he continues to get his body back to, to help through the week. But, you know, those guys right there are like, obviously the, the, the top of the top in the NFL and, you know, with me trying to, you know, obviously become them and become at that level every single day, you know, it's, it's, it's been pretty cool to, to get to talk to them. And then even, you know, Christian McCaffrey is another guy that, that I always talk to.

You know, he's just not coming back, but, you know, his work ethic and what he does, like it's, it's a high level of respect for me, but yeah, those are the guys right there. And, and obviously I hope he could see you to keep on just, you know, five minute rise in the, to the position. So you reached out to McCaffrey before is what you're saying? You, you connect with him? Absolutely.

Absolutely. I always, always try to just, you know, text him and, and, you know, pick out little things that I can just ask him from, from like nutrition and, you know, what he does after football games and how he gets his body back to health, like before our first practice on Wednesday. And I always just like try to just nitpick those guys and, you know, with him, he's, he's just not coming back. So, you know, he has another plan for himself, but it's, it's, it's been good getting to, to have the respect from both guys and continue to let them, you know, coach me up on whatever I need to do. Few minutes left with Bijan Robinson of the Falcons here on the Rich Eisen Show. What has Raheem Morris said to you? Like, give me, if you don't mind, put me a fly on the wall of, of your, of your new coach, dynamic guy, players guy, a man who holds people accountable as well, but what does he say to you? Yeah, no, I mean, me and coach Morris have the best relationship, you know, one of the best relationships that I ever had with a coach that I ever had with a coach up to this point, like, man, I mean, he, he's just such a energy setter. He's a tone setter. He's an amazing person, but you know, with him, like, he never has a bad day. And I feel like I never have, I always say I never have a bad day since the second grade. Like that's my, that's my quote.

He's the exact same way. And you can talk every single day, just, you know, how, how am I feeling? Like, how am I feeling about the game?

What could I have done better? What can I continue to, you know, get better at, or just the good things as well. Like he's, he's always, you know, what could you get better at, but then let's continue to make sure that the great stuff that you do is getting better and better every single day. And, you know, having him as a coach, man, this is definitely awesome.

It's a blessing. Like we all love and respect him, but just my personal relationship with him has been, has been awesome, man. Like he, uh, have you met, have you met coach, coach Morris?

Yes, have indeed. We had him on our show Friday. I've been around him for quite some time, sir. And, um, he's the real thing. He's the real deal. He's the real deal. And, you know, he, he's been a head coach before, but, you know, I know that this is his time, you know, right now. And he's, he's taken every opportunity and he's, he's done amazing with it. Um, and I, you know, I cannot wait to continue to keep on playing with him, uh, throughout my career, but yeah, he's, he's definitely a, a guy sent for, for, for me and for everybody.

And, you know, I could see just keep rolling with him. Many different ways I could ask you about your quarterback, but I'll go this way. Kirk Cousins, the most surprising thing, or the thing he surprised you the most is with something he's done on the field.

Yeah. Or the fact that he can quote bankroll fresh before a game, which is most surprising for you. I think that I think the quote, you know, you know, Kirk Kirk has a lot of, a lot of quotes, man. Like, you know, obviously he's, he's been in, he's been in this time for, he's been around football in the world for a long time and he's heard a lot of different things and experienced a lot of different things, but you know, he, he's, he's pretty caught up on, on the, on the times when it comes to, to move and when it comes to just getting you hype from, from things you probably don't expect him to say, but he knows it and he, and he says it, man, but he's, that's, that's a guy that, that I really love and enjoy playing with men. And, you know, just him being here on this team and having so much experience. And I mean, like, he's, he's helping me become the best leader I can be on it.

How so, how's he doing that? Just because like, you know, he, he's seen so much football and I think he's grown as a leader throughout his years. And he obviously knows I'm a young player in this, in the league. And, you know, he, he just wants to make sure that I'm always, you know, on, on target with what I have to do, whether it's in meetings, whether it's on the field, on the practice field, whether it's off the field. And, you know, I think he sees like, you know, obviously he's with a young group of guys around him, but for us becoming leaders, just like he is, is, is what's going to take this offense to levels that, you know, people just really love to enjoy to see. And, and just having him there, man, I mean, he's been the lead for what, 13, 13 years. And, you know, he's, he's putting that 13 year, year mark on me and trying to become the best that I can be.

But yeah, man, Kirk, Kirk has been great, obviously, for, for this team. And, you know, I really, I really enjoy it and appreciate him a lot. C4, before I let you go, let's pound the table a little bit more for C4 and what it does for you and what folks might, might not know about it and what it can do for them.

Yeah. So, I mean, what it does for me, like, obviously it gives me a lot of just that extra energy, that extra boost that I need, whether it's working out. And I think for me is, you know, I'm not a big truster in energy drinks, except C4.

And that's where it all started. Because, you know, just the safety level, I always am so worried about my body and what I put in my body and, and, you know, with C4, like I can put this in my body and feel the exact same and feel great and even feel improved on before I drank the drink. So, like, I think with other people, like, I see a lot of people have C4 now and they always ask me, you know, with what I do with them and how it helps me. And I'm like, you know, this is, this is something that you guys should definitely want to invest in from here on out, you know, especially when you work out.

Like, I got all my family on it, got all my friends on it and, you know, they don't, they don't go to nothing else. And on top of that, there's so much more than just the drink to drink C4. Like there's the, you know, the powder, there's so many other things that tie into it that makes it the biggest brand possible. But I mean, it's just, even the people, like the people are amazing. So when you got the people, you know, being amazing, then I feel like your brand and your company, your product is going to be amazing as well.

And that's, that's what it's done for me. What a pleasure. I I'd love to have you on more often, Bijan. I really would. Every single time you and I, I've gotten an opportunity to speak with you.

I just, I just really, I leave smiling. I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna lie. And, and listen, I don't want to put any pressure on certainly since, you know, you said you need to work on things to get that leap backwards, that Saquon is now officially patented, but you are playing, you are playing this weekend in Denver and the altitude might be the time to try it. You know what I mean? Like, I'm just saying, it can be a good opportunity.

It can be a good opportunity. And even, uh, how, how was it talking with the, with Jonathan? Oh, you're talking about, you're talking about Brooks, you're talking about say the end. Oh yes. Oh yeah.

Now we, Oh, that's right. We tried to FaceTime you. I know I was at practice all that practice.

I try to FaceTime you. How did, how did you get to know him? So, so we met, uh, my, you know, back in Texas, uh, when I, when I first got there, that's when we met and it was like during that COVID time. And then it was through my, one of my other teammates, my other like best friend, uh, Joseph, and they know each other for a really long time. And then after we met and connected, like, then we just became, we all just became brothers, best friends. And ever since that day, like we've stayed in touch every single day and I see him all the time. So that is my brother right there. And, you know, when I, when I saw it, when I saw you two together and he, and he sent me that picture in the face, I'm like, man, that's, that's pretty awesome. That's crazy.

He couldn't have been nicer. And has he, has he put, he's put you in Outer Banks, right? You've been in a couple episodes. Yeah. So I was in, uh, one of the episodes in this past season right here. Um, you know, hopefully if they, if they hopefully continue, then, then I hope I can be in some more too, which would be cool. Yeah. I, I don't see that show, uh, losing much of its steam, Bijan.

I know that's kind of the Lebron stat but I mean he's been great balling. Aidan he's been balling and this team has been balling to uh the Super Bowl and when he outplayed Lamar in a couple weeks I think he might take the MVP.

Oh okay. Aidan with a nice little overreaction Tuesday hot take right there. Thanks for the call Aidan. I mean ever since they came off the bye they uh they they beat uh Cleveland and the Giants and Jacksonville and Dallas and Cooper Rush and the one that they really had uh one of those moments against the red hot Joe Burrow went into Cincinnati and just punked him and those are the five wins in a row. This one on Thursday night is really what it's all about. You want to win the division? That's the one team that's left for you to beat because the other two ain't gonna be threatening you and we'll talk more about Thursday night football later on this week but this one is gonna be a blast and the Eagles have been just terrific. They have been terrific five games in a row.

You got to beat the teams in front of you and they've won them all. Yeah Jalen Hurts to Aidan's point he's now climbed up the fourth in MVP odds. He's been terrific.

He's behind Lamar, Josh Allen, Mahomes and uh Jalen's fourth. Equally as important the defense the Vic Fangio defense that looked like it was uh trying to find itself in the first month of the season different story now. Can we can we do away with something you just said? Talking about the Eagles entirely? No no you just said they beat the teams that are in front of them right which is great. Can we get away from this thing that like well who have they beaten because you got to win games right?

You got to beat the teams on the schedule. It's not your fault if these teams are good or not. Yeah TJ the problem with all of this I can't really concentrate on what you're saying with all the balloons and flowers over there. Your point is really being missed I'm sorry. You don't need to see it people on the radio. It's all muffled. People on the radio can never see us they can only hear us so therefore you know that's tough from this side of the room that's all. You just want everyone to understand you know again Carl Anthony Towns has taken a liking to TJ and we've taken a liking to Carl and I've taken a liking to Carl's sensibilities and um I'm a team Green Bay after the Lions have already won in Lambeau early in the year like last year Buffalo at San Francisco even if on that Monday night they go there and Goff has a difficult night in his home region not at all concerned that's simple it wasn't pretty but they still won the game won the game because they have a sincere significant moxie and figurative lines all over the place not nervous not concerned the outlier is Sunday night not the Goff that we've seen so far this year or as a whole in the Dan Campbell era that's not the outlier Sunday night's the outlier and at this point I am the day take a massive leap right now though CJ Stroud's not seeing it we're also not seeing Nico Collins we're not seeing Stefan Diggs anymore but we're just not seeing the Stroud from last year we're not seeing the protection up front they're banged up and Stroud is definitely not the same guy as last year right now but there's still time to take that massively right now though totally missed the mark number four on this list speaking of the aforementioned Mike Tomlin number four on this list of top five NFL takes that have totally missed the mark the Steelers quarterback plan has a slim chance of working out well for him how's that working out for me Justin Fields is in there because Russ gets hurt he goes four and two and just when you think they're just gonna ride it out with him Tomlin's like yeah I know and in comes Russ he's three no cook and he's smelting he's not cooking he's smelting my bad okay this is Pittsburgh he's smelting I should know and he's getting chunk plays and he's seeing field and he's not just like ducking and chucking and he's not he's not just breaking down as soon as the first reads not there like the rest of the last few years it's gone he's not throwing picks no so but he's throwing pickings hey number three on this list number three on this list of the top five NFL takes have totally missed the mark how about this one all the Jets need is a healthy iron rogers that's all they need that's all they need that's it all right because last year was just only because he was he was he was out he's out now this team's even better yeah season yes number two just roll out the footballs for Caleb Williams and the Bears stacked offense just roll it out it's all set up man and I got so many people tweeting me like how do you like your Caleb now it's all set up it's not great first overall pick surefire first overall pick and that's you know DJ Moore and that's Keenan Allen and that's Rome Adunze and that's Cole Kemet and that back there is DeAndre Swift and just roll out the footballs and see let's see let's see it all it'll all just come up roses and week nine uh into week 10 was the end of the Shane Waldron oh my gosh but number one the top the top NFL take that has totally missed the mark and I fell I fell prey to this number one the Bills are in a rebuild mode and won't amount to much of anything how does eight and two sound how does Josh Allen is the MVP of the league is a legit threat for that sound how does them getting Amari Cooper and he's been hurt the last two weeks and they keep winning yeah Ray Davis and Ty Johnson and you know and and Dalton Kincaid goes out last week too and they still win they went in Seattle they went at home they went here they went there they went everywhere Matt Milano's window to open to come back open opens up today so he's coming back here come the Chiefs the Bills aren't amount to much anything and they're basically printing AFC East tickets right now get it Mike do you think we need one more all right I could have gone in so many different directions I know but I'll give you this one more take this could finally be the Browns here okay reigning coach of the year coming back at Flacco did that then did Sean Watson this has to be a moment for him right and Nick Chubb's coming back and what a total complete disaster I mean at least Chubb is back yeah but a complete non-competitive year it seems with the exception of a burst here from Jamis and a burst there from Deshaun Watson before he got hurt those are my top five NFL takes that totally missed the
