Here we go. 3-2. What's the fastest ball sport in the world? Not baseball.

3-2. What's the fastest ball sport in the world? Not baseball. Not tennis. It is, in fact, the sport of JALAI, spelled J-A-I-A-L-A-I. Originating in the Basque region of Spain and played professionally in the U.S., most notably in the 1980s, JALAI is making an unprecedented comeback.

The ball reaches speeds of 150 miles an hour. The action is intense and the danger factor is high. Six-person teams of professional athletes play the sport at the Magic City Fronton in Miami, Florida. I invite you to check out all the action Monday and Tuesday at 5 p.m. and Friday night at 7 p.m. Go to jalaiworld.com or download the free JALAI app in the App Store. This sport with its intensity and athleticism is well worth watching.

Check out all the action at jalaiworld.com. Matches are played similar to tennis with the player or team required to win two sets to win a match. Each set is played up to six points. It's apparently Joe Flacco time. Earlier on the show, two-time Super Bowl champion Chris Long.

Still to come, four-time Grammy Award winner Darius Rucker. Plus, your phone calls, latest news, and more. And now, it's Rich Eisen. This program in a moment's time.

844-204-rich is the number to dial while we are here in Los Angeles, California. Great chat with Chris Long, the two-time Super Bowl winner on everything that went down in week number two in the NFL on Sunday. It was wild start on Thursday night between the Chiefs and the Chargers, and then Sunday picked up the mantle. We got two games tonight, as a matter of fact. Two games tonight between the Bills and the Titans, and then we've got the Eagles and the Vikings.

This is going to be a lot of fun, and there's a lot at stake. The NFC North lead will either have three teams atop it with the Vikings, or four teams, actually. That would be a four-way tie atop the NFC North if the Eagles win. And there would be a two-way tie atop the NFC East if the Eagles win, as the Eagles and the Giants would be 2-0. And if the Vikings win, they rule the NFC North roost by themselves, and the Giants would rule the NFC East roost by themselves, welcoming in the Cowboys next week. And then, of course, if the Titans don't win, that would mean the Bills would be tied with the Dolphins atop the AFC East, and the Jaguars would be the only team in the AFC South with a win entering week three. And the Colts, you know, the Colts have next, after tying the Texans and after getting shut out by the Jaguars, the Chiefs are coming in, and they'll be their home opener.

I hope for them they get Shaq Leonard back. Man, it's been brutal for them, to say the least. You know, a fascinating weekend in college football. One would think that, you know, the Big Ten would be good if the Big Ten got things going outside of Michigan and Ohio State. And Penn State, when in Auburn, came up with a big win right there. Penn State looked good. Penn State is saying, oh, don't forget about us.

We are. Michigan has Penn State at home in a few weeks' time. I don't know if that's a night game yet. I've been hearing rumor that Michigan's going to invite the national championship team of the 90s back for that one. Get a little extra juice on the sideline for that one.

What is juice? And I would think this. Can we posit this, if you don't mind me taking a moment to talk a little college football? Can we, in the college football playoff, with the four teams available, the four spots available, can we put Appalachian State in as one of them right now?

Let's just do it. They got votes this week. Yeah, you're still not off the hook, though, just so you know.

They were 28. Oh, we're off the hook. No. Texas A&M is squarely on the hook for that one. I would proffer to say this. Appalachian State plays exciting football. That's what you want.

You want that, right? They do. They knocked off Texas A&M.

You never know with them. Appalachian State is 2-1 right now. They could easily be 3-0.

Their only loss of the season was against North Carolina in week one after they scored 40 points in the fourth quarter to lose 63-61. And then they shock Texas A&M, get a million and a half dollars from Texas A&M for the right to come and beat them, and then, taking on Troy, they throw a Hail Mary, where the ball doesn't even reach the end zone. The scrum that catch it is right around the five-yard line.

Ball tips up in the air, receiver grabs it, runs in the end zone, touchdown. Game over. Appalachian State wins. Boone is just lit. Unreal. I should have asked Chris Long, our second-hour guest, about that because he tweeted out that Hail Mary and said, if I didn't have the kids tonight, I would drive to Boone right now. That's what he tweeted out. If I didn't have the kids, I'd go to Boone and hang out there tonight.

Even his brother would have, too. I literally thought that. I'm like, how far is Charlottesville from Boone, North Carolina? I don't know. You know what I mean? I'll tell you. But anyway, let's get App State in there. Okay?

That's all I'm saying. Joining me here on the Mercedes-Benz Vans phone line is a man who returns for the second year of the NFLX Darius Rucker collection by Fanatics. A tremendous response from fans in 2021. You can shop the new line now at Fanatics.com and NFLShop.com.

Also, his latest release, Same Beer, Different Problem, is available right now. Calling in from Cloud 9 is diehard Miami Dolphin fan and Grammy Award winner Darius Rucker. How you been, Darius? I'm good, Rich.

How you doing? You're absolutely right. Am I correct? Is that where you're calling in from, Cloud 9? Darius, is that correct?

I'm right now on Cloud 9, yes, after yesterday. What the hell? What the hell? I couldn't believe it. Don't get me wrong, I am that stupid fan who, like, when Lamar took it to the house, I'm that stupid fan going, okay, man, we can just score and get a stop and score. But I really didn't expect him to go off like that.

That was awesome. I mean, you know, for a franchise that's waiting for the next Marino, and again, we need to see if Tua can be that guy long term. He did something Marino hasn't done, or any dolphin hasn't done since Marino in 86, and that's six touchdown passes. What's your two cents on Tua, Darius Rucker? I like him. I like Tua. You know, I was waiting to see if we could get some weapons around him and get some offensive linemen.

And we kind of did that this year. You know, I love the guy. I love what he's doing. I love his play calling.

I like Tua. I mean, he won at Alabama. I don't see why, you know, I think he's a really great player, and, you know, he's got his weapons down. You know, we got some weapons with offensive lines, so, all right, he's got to prove it now, because I believe in him. Hail and waddle. I mean, that was unbelievable.

I've never seen anything quite like that. Okay, can I ask you a question, Rich? Yes, Darius Rucker. What were they thinking when they're down, when they're up to, and they just let Tyreek Hill run by them? I'm sure John Harbaugh is saying the same thing right now. I don't know.

I don't know, but here's the thing. Here's the thing is that, you know, when you're that good, as John Harbaugh's Ravens have been consistently, and you believe in your guys, and you know it's coming and you can't stop it, I didn't think that the Dolphins offense could be that type of offense, where you know it's coming and you can't stop it. And now they are. I agree.

I didn't think, you know, since Marina, we haven't had anything like that. And everybody knew it was coming. And even the waddle touchdown at the end, you know what's coming.

There's nothing they can do about it. And it was great to watch. You know, I got a call from Commissioner Goodell today asking for my ring slash, my Super Bowl ring. You know, so there's that. Well, look at you, Darius.

You went up straight the flow chart on me. What do you mean? What do you, you got a call from R.G., I refer, R.G. 1 is the way I refer to him. He's R.G.

1. No, you guys are tight. Yeah, you guys are tight.

Yeah, what's your ring size? That is funny. How are you a Dolphins fan, Darius? Oh man, I was five years old, and the Dolphins were playing the Cowboys in that Super Bowl, the 72 Super Bowl, 71 year. And I was five years old, I still remember this little vividly, and I went around, my whole family was there, and I went around and asked everybody who they were rooting for, and everybody said the Cowboys. And suddenly I was rooting for the Dolphins, and they lost, and I cried like a little baby. But then the next year, I started playing Pop Warner, and they went undefeated. So that was even like my year. Huh, and then you've stuck with them, huh?

Thrickened, thick and thin. You never thought of hopping off, ever. Never.

Oh goodness, no. I got the emblem tattooed on my body, I'm a Dolphin through and through. Do I need to ask where that tattoo resides, Darius? It's where it should, like it's on my hip. What dude gets a tattoo on his hip?

I guess you, I guess you. Is there a story behind that? Is there a story? You know, this is like 35 years ago, man.

I've had this one a long time. Okay, is that where Same Beer, Different Problem came from? Is that what it's about? Exactly. So, wow.

I mean, again, that was truly unbelievable. So to watch it and see what Tyreek Hill wanted to come, and he's there, and Waddle was drafted, and Tua, you stick through with him, even though the owner was apparently tampering with Brady, and it seems to be you got the right guy in McDaniel. Have you reached out? Do you know him in any way, shape, or form connected with the franchise at all? Yeah, Dan and I are still really good friends, and so I get to hang out with those guys, and we met once, but you know, I'm going to go to a couple games this year and try to, you know, hang out and see what's going on, because you're right, we've really got lightning in the bottle with McDaniel, and you know, it's like I said, all I want is one more Super Bowl before I die. Darius Rucker here on the Rich Eisen Show. All right, brother, tell me about your collection that you've connected with Fanatics, your two.

Walk me through that one. Oh, I mean, you know, they came and asked me to do it. To do anything with the NFL for me is amazing. You know how big of a fan I am on the NFL, Rich. We talked about it before, and I live for football, and it's so good for me to have a clothing line with the NFL and to be doing as well. It's really, every team has got stuff that's, you know, kind of catering to northern teams, got these great jackets and stuff like that. You know, it's something for everybody, and you know how great Fanatics, their clothes, the clothes are so quality, everything's so quality, and I'm just proud to be a part of it.

Fanatics.com and NFLShop.com, I see you in your Dolphins gear right now. Do you think you can beat the Bills? Do you think you can take the Bills out next week? Absolutely. You really do.

You really do. We're going 17-0, Rich. Oh, I didn't know. Last week proved it. We're going 17-0. You imagine. Now, that would be a champagne cork popping that, you know, the rest of the remaining Dolphins would not mind, I'm sure. Exactly.

17-0. They'd like that one. All right, and then you can get tickets to your upcoming show dates as well. How are you enjoying being on the road again? We're coming up shortly. I love it. After COVID, it was so tough. It was something we didn't really, you know, I didn't think that would ever happen, me not being able to play, so now I just love it, man. You made me appreciate it so much more. Yeah, absolutely.

Riverfront Revival Festival in North Charleston, South Carolina, your hometown music festival curated and headlined by you, sir. All right, call back in when you know you got a little bit more time and you know you want to crow a little bit more about your Dolphins, Darius, okay? Absolutely. I'll call you when we're like 5-0. I'll let you know how great we are.

Well, yeah, that'll be, if I'm not mistaken, you'll be a third of the way to 17-0, so that'll be great. Thank you very much. Anytime, Darius.

You take care, brother. That's Darius Rucker right here on The Rich Eisen Show, Matt Darius Rucker on Twitter and Instagram. Calling him from Cloud 9. 17-0, okay.

17-0, baby. Allen Dallas, you're here on The Rich Eisen Show. What's up, Albert? With all due respect to Adam, you know, who gave me this, so I'll give him props.

Our call screener? Of course, Adam. Who else? Ivar Loos versus the Balls. I love it. I love it. I'm in love with the Giants again.

Already, huh? You're head over heels? Well, I'll tell you what, man. No overreaction Monday here, except for Brockman. That's crazy, the Giants. We're talking playoffs or what? Well, yeah. What do you think, Allen?

Are we talking playoffs or what for the Giants? Absolutely not, but, you know, just make them, like, you know, make it entertaining. Win games that you shouldn't. Play the right way. I mean, he's playing with nothing. With nothing available. So, it's great.

Make it exciting. Well, I mean, they've won two games, as you know, that they would have folded, like, the proverbial cheap suit in previous years. Like the Caraco? Do you remember Caraco?

Caraco's suit? In week one, in week one, you know, the Titans are up by two scores on them. They certainly wouldn't come back, and they certainly wouldn't have the two-point conversion go their way, and they certainly, if they did, wouldn't have the opponent set themselves up for the game-winning field goal and miss it.

And then in week two, you know, going up on Baker Mayfield and him going up on them, they wouldn't have tied the score and then gone on and won it. No, it's amazing. It's amazing.

It is an amazing... It's reinvigorated, and, you know, say what you want. Like, day ball has, you know, has reinvigorated the fan base to where we could deal with losses due to lack of talent, right? We could deal with that. We just...

It's awesome. It's amazing what's going on with my teams right now. The Mets, they can't catch a break. They're playing 6-20 baseball, and they can't, you know, get a better lead on the Braves, and I have two of the best...

I feel like I've had two of the best guys run on our teams that we've had in a very, very long time. Hey, man, the Braves would probably return the favor, saying they can't catch a break, or they get too many breaks from Ozzy Albies. He comes back, and then he breaks his finger. He's out for the rest of the regular season.

We'll see what happens. But congrats on the Giants, and the Mets doing well, brother. Yeah, it's fun to watch, you know, and I still... You know, I didn't get the baseball package, which, you know, I couldn't do it. This is great. This is a great time to be a New York sports fan.

Yeah, yesterday was truly remarkable on that front, and thanks for the call. And you know what Giants fans need to do for next Monday night? Not sell their tickets. The Giants fans need to show up next Monday night. The place should not be half filled with Cowboys fans, as it has been every single time the Cowboys have come in since they made the playoffs six years ago. I mean, it's been all Cowboys all the time in that stadium. And I know it's not the old school Giants stadium with Parcells and Sims and everybody in the LT and all that business, and I know a lot of fans who live in the New York area and Giants fans who complain about that building.

But next up, it's the Dallas... They do. They do. You don't hear it in New Jersey? You gave me that look.

You don't hear that about MetLife? The old Giants stadium was like epic. It just feels like it feels antiseptic to them, and they spent $2 billion on this or whatever. It just strikes me as the time for Giants fans to show up and be really loud and go 3-0. And then they're going to go over to London to take on Green Bay.

That'll be fun. They got a shot. In between that, they got an interesting contest that they could go... If they beat the Dallas Cowboys next week, and they are 3-0, and then the New York Giants then stroll into Chicago. They got the Bears.

Eberflus, as you just said. Why can't they win the division? They could.

Why not? The Eagles, I think, can show why they're the class of that division tonight against the Vikings team that a lot of people have hopped on that ship. A lot of people have hopped on that ship. 844-204, Rich is the number to dial here on this program. When we come back, it's never too early to talk about how disappointed you are in a couple of teams. I've got five of them, the way they started the season. Todd Bowles has spoken as to why Bruce Arians was on the sideline yesterday. And Mike Evans has something to say about his one-game suspension handed down by the National Football League.

That's all coming up. 844-204, Rich. Number to dial here on a very busy Monday program.

844-204, Rich being the number to dial here on the program. So then, you went to the Rams game yesterday, did you, Christopher? I did. It ended up being wildly entertaining.

Did you leave when I said you should beat the traffic? We did not. Good, because you're going to miss that whole comeback. I know. How did Sarah feel about watching her team come back when she's normally the one to watch that happen to her?

She was excited, obviously. Just very frustrated at the play calling. Where's Kyle Pitts? Not sure. Dude, I don't know what's going on.

It's weird. Drake London has a huge game. He's a really good player. Well, Drake London is really, really, really talented.

I would say Pitts is just as good. So, really confusing. I don't know. That's two games now where he hasn't really been much of a factor again. And like, Ariota, at the end, they had a shot at a Hail Mary, because the Rams took a safety, and so they had punted, and then the punt went out of bounds, so they had the ball at midfield. Six seconds left, there's a time for a play, and then a Hail Mary, and Mariota just ran around back there, and time ran out. That's his fault. It was weird.

I'm sure Arthur Smith didn't draw it up that way. Weird ending, but yeah. Exciting.

A lot of Falcons fans there. Is that right? Yeah. How about them Apples? Yeah. Okay.

How about that? I think a lot of Rams fans left when it was... Well, had the Rams lost that one, they would have been on the list. I'm about to unveil right here. I have right here, I know week two is not even in the books yet. And if the Titans lose tonight, they'd be 0-2, and clearly they would be a disappointment at 0-2. But they would just also be one game behind the Jacksonville Jaguars in a division that is clearly for the taking. But I've got right now my top five, so far, most disappointing teams of 2022.

Number five on this list actually has a win. It's the Denver Broncos. Let me tell you something. Let's ride.

The horse is bucking right now, and it's difficult for them to ride it. Nathaniel Hackett, first time head coach. It's interesting his last name is Hackett, because there are some play calls that makes you wonder if he can. To be very honest. And he's very well liked at the times that I've met him, he couldn't have been nicer.

And I'm just wondering if the moment, at the moment, is a little bit too big for him. Because we all know how the game ended in Seattle. But at least in that game, he made the right calls in the red zone. His running backs fumbled him.

Two different ones. It's not his fault. They should have won that game 15 times over. They didn't. And the reason why they didn't at the very end is because for some reason he decided to try a 64-yard field goal. Instead of letting Russell Wilson try and get him closer or win it with multiple time outs, with three time outs left.

It was a really weird decision. And then comes the game against the Texans. Yesterday, yes, they won it. There are many different times in which the Texans should have won it themselves. But the one moment that is just mind-blowing to me, that happened in this game, that just kind of sums everything up. Forget about the red zone problems again, where they threw it instead of running it and didn't score touchdowns again. We're talking about the third quarter of this game. Three minutes left in the third quarter of this game and the Broncos are down 9-6 and they're setting up for a field goal from the Houston 36. And the clock runs down because they went back and forth about whether to go for it from their 36. And I thought again, they're going to go for everything on fourth down now because it's Russ and let them cook.

But they dilly-dallyed long enough that McManus got out there too late and they didn't burn a time out and it was a delay of game penalty. And I'm thinking, all right, so they'll try and kick the field goal from the 41. Especially since we know and spent the entire week knowing that the 46-yard line was the target.

And this was in Seattle when they're not a mile high. And then they come out in a punt formation and it's like, wait a minute, I thought 46 is the chance to kick it. You're five yards shorter and you're a mile high and you're not going for the tie here? You're punting?

And the reason why you're punting is because you have a delay of game penalty, you didn't burn a time out because you weren't decisive enough? I don't mean to pile on here, but this is a very disappointing start. But they're one and one just a game out in the AFC West, so that's why they're number five on this list. Number four on this disappointing list.

Go ahead and put it up there, Mike Hoskins. Number four, the Carolina Panthers. Now, you could sit here and say, what are they going to do anyway in this division? It really was the Saints-Bucks division and we saw that the class of division hit each other in the mouth, literally and figuratively, yesterday. But the Cleveland Browns were in their house, man, and Baker Mayfield was done dirty in his mind by the Cleveland Browns and they didn't win that one.

And Christian McCaffrey isn't scoring 50 times a game like, you know, your all world running back should be, certainly with a quarterback like Baker Mayfield. And then you go to take on the Giants and right now, you know, later on in the season, we might be like, well, that's tough to beat the Giants and MetLife the way that they're playing and that they're a division winner or can win a division. Right now, you got to win these games. You cannot go 0-2 when Tom Brady's in your division. You just can't. Certainly when your coach is on the hot seat, you just can't. Certainly when Baker Mayfield is making enough plays, you just can't. And I understand, like, what are you going to do?

Well, and it's very simple to just say you just can't, but I am. It's disappointing, 0-2. I thought you could be at least 1-1, but 0-2 right now, you're disappointing me. Number three on this list is the Indianapolis Colts. 0-1-1, and you have lost on the road to the so-called bottom half of your division. Shut out by one of them. And you needed to come back from down 20-3 in Houston.

Think about that. You're down in the first two games of this year, going into the fourth quarter, they've been down by a combined score of 44-3. This is not what you're supposed to do when you've got Matt Ryan, and he's supposed to be the upgrade from Carson Wentz. And Wentz is the problem. Wentz was the problem. We've got to get Wentz out of here. He was a problem in the locker room, he was a problem in the field, and he was a problem in Jacksonville last year.

And he's the problem. He's out now. Matt Ryan's in, and he's no longer a problem. Well, injuries, yes. Shaq Leonard's out.

Michael Pittman Jr. was out yesterday. But Matt Ryan's supposed to be the guy who comes in now and wins games for the Colts. They're 0-2. Now, 0-1-1. That's the best part about it, is they're still in this division, and the division still can be one, and they've got an MVP candidate in Jonathan Taylor.

But this is a highly disappointing start. You're not supposed to go to Houston, to Jacksonville to open your season in your 0-1-1. Number two on this list is the team that I thought that wouldn't have a Super Bowl hangover and definitely fix their biggest problems from last year's playoff runs that they won and got to the Super Bowl in spite of.

It's Cincinnati Bengals. Joe Burrow loses at home to Mitchell Trubisky with five turnovers and then gets outplayed by Cooper Rush in Dallas. Now, T.J. Watts, no joke.

No joke as well in Micah Parsons. You're taking on two spectacularly young defensive player of the year candidates, and that's who is being sent to terrorize a revamped offensive line. For a quarterback who did not play in the preseason because his appendix burst and an offensive line that's trying to learn how to play together.

Got it. 0-2. Again, you look at the Ravens who got beat and the Steelers got beat and the Browns got beat. So they're not out at 0-2. Just a highly disappointing start for the Cincinnati Bengals. You thought that they'd win that one at home against Pittsburgh and certainly should go into Dallas after that stinging defeat in week one and take care of business against a backup quarterback in Cooper Rush. And an offense that's trying to, you know, I mean, folks in Cincinnati know all about Noah Brown. He played at Ohio State, but come on.

Very disappointing, but nothing is more disappointing. And this is personal because I put my neck out for this team. I've been talking about this team. I have pounded this table.

I have zigged when everyone is zagging. I have really been adamant about my belief in this team, certainly because they had a big, huge year last year when a lot was going south for them in that locker room and in that franchise. And they had an interim coach and they made the playoffs and they won tough games late and they went into Cincinnati and gave the eventual AFC champions all they could handle in a playoff game. And then they added Devante Adams and then they added Chandler Jones and they have Josh McDaniels now as their head coach and they have laid an 0-2 egg.

The autumn wind is pissing me off. I have said the Las Vegas Raiders are winning this division. And if I could have a mulligan right now because I didn't put myself out there so damn much, I would take it.

I would take it and run back to the first tee and hit that golf ball and I would definitely hit it right down the middle with the Chiefs because I'm always good when I'm hitting a mulligan. I don't know what the hell that was yesterday. They were up 20 to nothing at halftime. Derek Carr had 200 yards at half. And then they couldn't put a lick on the Arizona Cardinals defense that got beat. Had a 40-burger put on them at home in week one and then 20 points are down.

20 to nothing. That is a team that you're supposed to take and stomp out of your stadium. You know, Nelly playing at halftime, what Carlos Santana playing at the national anthem. All the stars are out. You know, the Aces win the WNBA and things are looking great for the Vegas sports scene. And they lay such a huge ass egg in the second half. Two catches for Devontae Adams. The defense couldn't stop Kyler Murray. He's not easy to stop when he's rolling but they shouldn't have let him roll. They're 0-2 and then the Chiefs are 2-0.

Come on now. The only thing is that at least the Chargers team that beat them, who knows when Herbert's coming back. And once again, Bronco's country is not riding. So I'm going to try and hang my hat on that one and say the Raiders are going to do what I think they can do.

Which is rush the passer and have a very stout passing attack. But Hunter Enfro just can't keep putting the ball on the ground and let's find Darren Waller and let's find Devontae Adams for more than two catches. Just like in week one when they targeted him, what, 17 times. Yeah, it's personal. I'm pissed.

Seven targets yesterday. I'm pissed. Yeah, you should be. They're wetting you down.

And those are the most disappointing teams so far of the 2022 season. I like it. You like that? The autumn wind is pissing me off. Spitting at you is what it's doing. And scene.

Thank you very much. Nice little stank. Well, Sam Spence stinks. The autumn wind is pissing me off.

Lots of bluster and not enough points. Corey in Illinois. You're here on the Rich Johnson Show. What's up, Corey? Going to come in, man. Diehard Raider fan.

My whole life, 38 years, man. And whatever they sold us this offseason, man, they can take it back and put it on the dollar show. Because I don't understand, Rich.

I'm the same way you are. As mad as you are right now. Imagine being me, Rich. We're sold a dream. We've got a quarterback, Rich, we've had for nine years. I need to know from you, Rich, is it a quarterback or is it the coaching? We've had six coaches, same quarterback, same production every year. You can't go out there and let your defense get you off the field and only put up three field goals. And you go into the half at 20-0, Rich.

There is no way that a quarterback that's been assisted with his guys, all four of his main guys, he's been with. I don't understand it. Let's take a break. 844-204, Rich, and we come back right here on the Rich Eisen Show. We'll set up the rest of the week for you.

844-204, Rich is the number to dial right here on the Rich Eisen Show. So we've got a big time game tonight on Westwood One. I will be there as my duties for pregame and halftime for Eagles and Vikings. Eagles win, they and the Giants lead the NFC East. If the Vikings win, Giants are ruling the NFC East and the Vikings rule the NFC North. If the Eagles win, then we've got a four-way tie atop the NFC North. With the Lions in the mix and the Bears, oh my. This NFL season, every Westwood One NFL broadcast streams live for free. Mondays, Thursdays, Sunday nights, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Triple headers, the international series in every postseason game on Westwood One. Vikings are underdogs tonight.

Oh, is that so? Justin Jefferson, brother. Showing up in Philadelphia where the Philadelphia Eagles could have had him. And AJ Brown tamps all that down. Ooh, AJ Brown, beast. He tamps all that down.

That we should have had Justin Jefferson. Jalen Rager scoring a touchdown tonight would be particularly delicious, don't you think? You think O'Connell's going to dial something up? Definitely.

He's got a Rager package? Eh, why not? You think?

That's a Philly special right there. You think? I don't think so.

I don't know. The Titans need to tighten up. They need to take their heart pills and buckle up tonight. And send Derrick Henry towards that front seven that really bottled up the Rams on the first Thursday night of the season and take the air out of that building because it is going to be lit.

Yeah, they might get routed. It's going to be... I don't know about that. I don't know about that.

At all. Oh, man. Uh, let's go to Jack in New York City. That's line six, Mike.

Line six right here. What's up, Jack? Hey, what's going on? What's up? Um, so, uh, all this positivity in New York sports, you know, feeling good, but what's more likely, Yankees getting kicked out in the first round or the Giants winning the NFCs? Uh, please. Oh, wow.

Jack. How about neither? Neither.

That's not the game. The game isn't what's more likely. What's more likely? What's more likely?

What's more likely? The first round, so the Yankees, you know, they're not playing in the first round, right? You know that. Yeah, they're going to play the Rays. Okay, so then their first playoff series, their three out of five series. I'll say the Giants win the NFCs.

That's what's more likely. I don't appreciate your negativity, Jack. Are you a Mets fan, Jack? Is that what you're doing? Yankees fan.

Oh, so what are you doing? Too many bad years in a row. Negative thoughts, sir. Negative for you to make it out of the first round? Negative thoughts, sir.

Negative thoughts. All right, sir. Rizzo comes back healthy. So does DJ LeMayeux.

So does Luis Severino. Let's go. Come on. Let's ride. Yankees country. Let's ride.

Okay, thank you very much. I don't stand for that. I don't stand for that at all. The house divided. Aaron Judge is going to come in as the single season home run king. Whoever the Yankees face is going to have their pitching in total disarray. The Yankees are going to have it all lined up, and let's go.

But your pitching is... Suspect. Yeah, I mean, outside of Cole.

It's suspect. No, no, no. Nestor Cortez is really good. Oh, yeah, he's really good. He's good. And Severino, he's on your fantasy team when he's healthy.

First half of the season, he was terrific. So he can come in. That's all. You just need three. And what we need from Garrett Cole is... Spider-Tech? Good one. Oh. Good one.

Did they ban that? No, they just don't need Yankees giving up eight runs in a game that he starts. I just need one of those Rockin' Chair games from him. It's been a while. Rockin' Chair. He makes it interesting.

And he strikes out double-digit guys, but he also gives up some home runs. Yeah. Yeah. Not terribly happy about it. What do you get? Phil in Fargo, North Dakota.

Let's get Phil back in here. Hey! How was the wedding? How was your wedding? Rich, I got to say, I've been trying to come up with the right words to describe it.

I don't think the human language can other than immaculate. Oh, hey! So wonderful. Wowza. So the reception was immaculate, huh? Nice. Yes, the reception was a lot of fun, too.

All right. Did you take our advice? Did you and your bride go in the corner and just take in the moment?

Did you do that? I very much did, Rich. It was a really nice thing.

You were spot on. It was nice to, you know, as we're glad-handing friends and family members, we're toasting, going through speeches, having a good old time. It was good to take, you know, those 10, 20 seconds away and just take it all in.

Okay. And the toast, the big man toast was good? We're good? Everything was good? If I remember, it was a younger, an older teenage individual that was doing the toast, right? Yeah.

It was my younger, yes, teenage brother. And Chris Brockman, you were dead on, he was hammered. Not before the speech, but he was not doing too good towards the end of it.

But no, I think he did really well with his best man. As long as he sprinted? Yeah, really good.

You didn't win the marathon, but he won the sprint, is what you're saying? Yes. Got it. Yes. 100%. And you're spending your honeymoon calling the Rich Eisen Show to catch us up on everything? What is it?

We've already spent it. We were in Scotland for a week. Wow. Nice. Did you play golf without the L? That's awesome.

Because that's how they pronounced it. Sadly, I'm not much of a golfer. I did not get out to St. Andrews in time. You know, there's only so much you can do in one week in a country even the size of Scotland, but we visited Edinburgh and Inverness and Aberdeen, we've been to all sorts of different castles. It was a wonderful time. Terrific. I don't know if you have access to your Twitter, but I DM'd the Rich Eisen Show a couple of pictures as well. I heard you guys wanted to see some of those.

We did. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. You can get something off the Rich Eisen Show registry for your wife, that would be great. For my wife.

For your wife. Thank you for the call Phil. Congratulations. There you go. I'm looking at the pics right now. Great job.

Yeah? That's fantastic. Very nice.

Congrats bro. So we go out the door with Todd Bowles talking about what happened yesterday. We had Chris Long on earlier, said he would love to know what Bruce Arians said to Mike Evans. Said he might have put a battery in Mike as Evans went out and started bull rushing Marcus Lattimore who was going jaw to jaw with Brady.

Crazy. So here was, I guess Todd Bowles on the subject matter of Arians being on the sideline and everything else. Are you okay, you're obviously okay with him being in the front office and still being on the sideline? Do you think that needs to go upstairs? Well he's always upstairs but they didn't have a box to give us this game so everybody that was upstairs were downstairs.

Okay. And because the general manager was also standing right next to him too so that makes sense. The Saints didn't give him a box huh? And isn't that how the fight started if you know, Lattimore said something to Bruce, Bruce of course said something back and then the whole thing just kept escalating.

I think it's great. I love when teams don't like each other. And the NFC South has that, Falcons hate the Saints, Bucks hate the Saints, Falcons hate the Bucks.

We really didn't know that until we were in Atlanta a few years ago. What do we got to do, we're hateable, don't you see where our quarterback is? One dog looking at us. We got him just so you could hate us. It's a perfect day. This guy's got hater age sprayed on him from all parts of the country. One dog looking that way, one dog looking that way.

And then the coach is like what do you want from me? And it's the anniversary of Goodfellas today. That's exactly what Goodfellas released today. Is it 1990, 22 years, is that what it was? 90, 32. 32, 30, that's another 10 on that. If it was 2012, that'd be great. 32 years ago?

It's not insane. Oh my God, it's been 32 years since Goodfellas came out. Wow. RIP Ray Liotta.

Yeah. Poor went out for Paul Sorvino too. Paul Sorvino as well. Recently passed away also.

Damn. All right, tomorrow's show, Suzy Schuster will be in this chair. Who's that again? Suzy Schuster, my beloved. My wife. My beloved.

You're what? Better be careful. She's coming in here and- She's bringing champagne. She's bringing champagne.

We're drinking. Marshall's here. Rich Eisen. Oh, that's Suzy Eisen's husband. Stefan Diggs is calling in.

I remember watching that live when he said that. Apparently Ed O'Neill is calling in. Ed O'Neill's calling in. He's pissed off about a few things. Couple things. About the NFL, right? About football.

Sweetheart. Ooh, we can talk to him about the fight. Oh, yeah. Canelo dominated. Oh, yeah. He'd probably talk about that too. Yeah.

Canelo dominated. Well, he's more in the UFC, I think. I'm sure. He's also currently shooting that FX show that's been made out of the Ramona Shelburne podcast. He plays Donald Sterling. Yeah. That's right. That's amazing. I recently saw a picture of him on Stone Street's Instagram account because a whole bunch of the Modern Family folks got back together and he's got the Donald Sterling look down, which is frightening. All right. Susie and Marshall will be back on the radio.

We're back on Roku in a second. For the real story behind some of wrestling's biggest moments, it's something to wrestle with Bruce Prichard and Conrad Thompson too. All-time Hogan opponents. Macho Man's got to be in the conversation. Where's Andre for you? I've always said Andre was number one. Wow. Because even going back before Hulk Hogan was a babyface, Hulk and Andre were able to go in and headline at the New Orleans Superdome at Shea Stadium in Japan. Wherever they went, that was an attraction. Something to wrestle with Bruce Prichard. Listen wherever you get your podcasts.
