You know, I don't do that. When I'm channel surfing, I'll watch it here or there. I'll watch the big events, but I'm not watching Badminton at three o'clock in the morning like you are probably, so. Badminton was on in the day.

The triathlon was held at three in the morning. Yeah, whatever. Oh, Grease is out.

Giannis is out. I did see that. I watched that at work. Oh, yeah. See?

Oh, you're very busy. This episode is going to feature the Brewers. We're going to talk a little Brewers, just catch up with their thoughts. You told me some Packers breaking news that Jordan Love will play on Saturday. He will play.

He will get some playing time on Saturday, so. What are they giving him, a series or two? I would imagine a series. Maybe a couple. Maybe two or three.

We'll see. How much the starting quarterback should play is one of my least favorite stories. Every year we go through this. Every year.

And the answer is always the same. It's, I don't know. Does it help? Does it hurt? Could he get hurt? Will he get hurt if he didn't? I'm guessing he's going to play all, oh, I was about to say all three games.

Maybe all, both for the first and the second. I mean, last year he played the third, but. I think Lafleur maybe wants to get off to a faster start this year, and he's probably in the mindset, well. If we get these guys going in the preseason, then we'll be ready to go week one. Well, they only have three games.

The first two are on the road, and so if people want to see them at home, it'd have to be that last one. And a little plug for my friend, Mr. Kevin Holden, for the first time ever. He's got a double header a week from this Sunday. He'll be calling the Brewers, Brewers, Dodgers, Brewers, Brewers game at one o'clock. Followed by calling the Packers, who, Browns? Broncos. Broncos. Packers, Broncos game at seven o'clock.

The first time, a double header for him. That's on the 18th. Yep.

One and two on the road against Washington, which I think people were starting to get a little upset about. Plus there's the post trade deadline angst where you had said that they weren't going to do anything. They actually did go out and get Frankie Montes. So you actually are double right because they did. They did nothing. And this is what they do is what the Brewers do. They just trade for pitchers that nobody wants or relievers. This series against the nationals Montes started. They won that game. He wasn't terrific.

No. Aaron Savali pitched the next one rough. And then Tobias Myers, who then they took out after 64 pitches, five innings.

And Pat Murphy's explanation was they didn't want him to go through the third time of the order. And it was a full bullpen day. And what I'll say on that is the same that I said. Yeah.

Yeah. He's coming back. The same that I said with Paul Skeans and the no hitter. They took him out. I understand like the pitch count and I understand third time through the order.

I understand the philosophies behind all of it. He had 64 pitches. So that's right. I think that one of the things in baseball I would like us to get back to is get back to a point where. The pitcher gets taken out when the pitcher starts to do bad.

It's basically like it's basically like we're on Minority Report now. Where there's technology that's determining when the pitcher like preemptively if he's going to be bad or not. Preemptively, we're going to scan your eyes and know that you're going to be a murderer. So you're going to take you out. And sure, sometimes you take the guy out in the bullpen is great and it works. But then sometimes you take a guy out with 64 pitches and you're like. Well, why is he even stretched out to begin with? Why don't you just throw relievers all the time?

It's. It's getting to the point where he's starting. He that was that and that was the first time this year where he made a Craig Council move because that's total Craig Council, how he would.

Talk at your game. 64 pitches. Well, the third time through the lineup.

Who cares? He gave up one run. He was fine. He came off an inning where he where he had six pitches.

I just. That that whole that whole series was frustrating. But somehow through all that. They gain a game and a half. Yeah, the Cardinals have been losing the Cardinals and Cardinals lost yesterday and then the Cardinals lost three or four to the Cubs. Well, they gained a game and a half in the NFL Central and the NFL Central.

With Yeah, yeah, that's another thing. L.A. and Philadelphia aren't playing that great either, where they could have made up some. Well, right now they're playing each other some ground before, obviously, right? They could have made up some ground and maybe maybe not have to play the first weekend of the postseason. Philly is how many games ahead of us?

I think three and a half years are a game and a half or three and three and a half. So but I'm not like if we get the buy, OK, we get the buy, I guess. I don't like the buy in baseball. I think it slows teams down. It's hurt the Brewers in the past.

It would prevent us from probably playing L.A. right off the bat. Fair. I just want to get. The central. Sure, that's that I think I'm not worried about that.

Yeah, I just want to get the central. I'm not worried about I will turn it around now. I said this last time we talked, they do have a tough stretch coming up here where they play L.A., Cleveland and St. Louis. But if this is their bad stretch right here, then good. Good for them. You know, they. They played great all year and now now just a little hiccup.

I'm going to my barber this week. And what we catch up on is. You just you know, he always checks in like state of the teams with me. And he goes, so he'll he'll say like, oh, Giannis, you know, I saw him a little bit. We'll talk about the Bucks.

He goes, he'll say something about the Packers and then he'll say something he'll say about. Well, what do you think of the Brewers? And I'm going to say. I think that this season's been fun, but.

It's a it's a weird. So, you know, I always talk about how. Seasons where there's no expectations are more fun. And they are. And this season we had very little expectations, so it's fun.

But. I think we also know that it's not like, oh, this could be a magic carpet ride team. I think I think a lot of Brewers fans are enjoying it, like the baseball going to support. And are fearing some sort of knockout run.

It's not even a fear. It's not even like it's not like, oh, you know, this team is so good. It's just the Dodgers. You know, why do the Dodgers have to exist? It's just like we're not the team isn't that good.

The roster is not that good. But they're winning. But we all think it's going to catch up with us. We know. We've said this before. We know the story.

We know how it ends. How about Arizona playing really good baseball? They're 20 and nine. They are. I hate Arizona.

They didn't say anything to me. I got a funny text from Brett and Tosa being like, I didn't I didn't I didn't think Colin would look like that. I thought he'd be like a middle aged, like overweight, 300 pounds. No, Colin's a nice looking young man.

He's always watching games. Oh. Yeah. MC Lee says Cone, based on hard knocks, what should I be willing to give up for neighbors in my dynasty league? I don't know the ins and outs of a dynasty league, like what is considered good trade value or whatever for a rookie.

You're in a good spot.

I'd go for seven. That's that's it. That's all we want. I mean, look at the schedule.

It is brutal. I think a lot of people are throwing them, putting themselves out there just on hope and wishes that hot take Badgers will beat Bama. I mean, maybe we'll see what Bama looks like without saving.

I don't think it's going to matter a whole ton with the amount of talent they have. But it's it's different. I mean, it's not crisp for saving anymore. Like we were hoping we were promised. MC says alcoholic Camp Randall's a new identity. Yeah, that's that's going to be interesting. I mean, I don't think it's going to matter too much. Maybe it gets the students there a little earlier. But I mean, this schedule this year, I think it's going to be Camp Randall will be packed most games before kickoff.

Yeah. And also, you know, there's going to be less flask in the building. Although maybe more. I mean, it depends what the pricing looks like.

What are we thinking? Twelve bucks a beer for a beer at Camp Randall? How much are they charging for beer at Camp Randall?

I would think it's going to be like the same at the call center. So nine fifty, I think for a beer. It was cheaper than other places. I'm more just nine fifty is a scam because nine fifty is a scam. Because then you what do you tip on a beer? A buck or two? A buck. Yeah, I tip two if it's nine fifty, but a dollar fifty.

But then you're going to you're not going to take the fifty. Well, it's not cash. Yeah.

Yeah, that's very exciting that they're they're doing that. Tim, what games are you going to this year? What do you what's your vacation schedule look like?

Oh, yes. I got I got a ton of vacations this year. My first one is August 30th. So I'm pretty much going to I'm pretty much going to every game this year. Let's go home with a home schedule like that. Cone, I'll take you to a game if you fly up. Not Alabama. Oh, I was going to say Alabama.
