Just learned a few things. Brock Purdy is dealing with a sore back. He's day to day. Christian McCaffrey. Christian McCaffrey is in Germany for a few days for a procedure to help him get fixed up with that Achilles injury.

Achilles, calf, all connected, right? Man, NFL is tough. These guys get beat up, smashed around, make a lot of money, $16 million. Anyway, we got more to do. Hey, there's an NFL double header tonight.

These things are terrible. We got the Jags and the Buffalo Bills. They're going to get started in about 15 minutes. And then we have Washington and the Bengals.

They get started in a little more than an hour. But you're here with me and I am here with you. If you want to call up, it's simple. 855-212-4227.

That's 855-212-4227. You can also find me on the Internet. I am at JR Sport Brief everywhere. Twitter, Instagram, Facebook if you use it. People use Facebook to argue with strangers and share family photos.

And that's what it's for, right? It is a really weird place where you're right, where you're very personal, but also, yeah, you spend a lot of time just talking to people, arguing really with people. They have no idea who they are. It's bizarre. What is the average age of someone that like really is a Facebook user? It's kind of aged up now, isn't it? It has to be. 65? Oh, come on. Wow. No?

Is that too high? Ouch. Mark Zuckerberg is not happy with you. He's not. Well, he gets the best.

He gets the best of both worlds. He has Instagram, which skews younger. But I think even Instagram in comparison to something like TikTok is, you know, I think Instagram is kind of a little bit on the older side, too, right?

No? It is starting to get up there. I bet you that that age is starting to climb.

Hickey, I joined Facebook, I want to say, and this sounds crazy. Can't be 20. What year are we in? 20, 24?

No, I don't know. 15, 15 plus years? Maybe closer to 20 years ago, I think.

Right? When did Facebook start? Early 2000s, right? Wow.

Like I was like in high school. Oh, wait. Oh, 9, 2010.

Like there are people at Facebook accounts. Yeah. Created in 2004. There you go. Yeah. And I think, yeah, it started with a school and then it started in all colleges and then they opened it up to the world.

And now we're a worse world for it. Thank you, Mark Zuckerberg. Yes. Launched February 4th, 2004. Damn. Wow. Time flies, Hickey. It flies, man. Let's see how TikTok ages. Anyway, I don't see if they keep it in the country. 855-212-4227.

That's 855-212-4227. Waiting for this football game to start between Jacksonville and the Buffalo Bills. I mean, you take a look at regular season football. The Buffalo Bills have been rolling the last seven games. Josh Allen has walked away with a victory. Meanwhile, you take a look at the Jacksonville Jaguars, their last seven regular season victories they have, not victories, regular season games. They've they've walked away as losers. And so it's pretty bad right now because the Jacksonville Jaguars, they've been I don't want to say they're average.

They're like in no man's land. Trevor Lawrence had to deal with injuries last year, was able to play through them at the end. I feel like every time I see Trevor Lawrence get bent up like a pretzel, he's going to be done for the season.

But then he continues on. And so it is just it's just pretty bad with these these Jaguars. I don't expect anything from them. Right now, they're starting the season 0-2. Buffalo Bills, the opposite right now, 2-0. Trevor Lawrence, even last week against Cleveland, offensive line not doing him any good, sacked seven times so far this year.

Seven times for Trevor Lawrence, not getting any type of help. And he spoke earlier today and he said, yeah, no duh, we got to win this game. Otherwise we're 0-3.

I think they're they're all important. And that's what's frustrating is the first two were important. And, you know, offensively, we didn't play up to our standard and didn't play the way that I know we can play. So I think that's where the frustration was from. And now this is the fun part where both teams opposing quarterbacks shower each other with praise and talk about how they they need to face each other. Yeah, like they're just gassing each other. Josh Allen says, Jaguars, they're not an easy team to beat. Last couple of times we've played them, they've gotten the best of us. So taking that to account, obviously a new coordinator there.

But they're flying around. They're playing real solid together. Defense that guys with a lot of motor and they don't they don't let up. So we're never hands full, but good week of practice and put our best foot forward out there Monday night.

And they don't they don't win either. I'm just saying Jaguars are disappointment. I mean, the way Trevor Lawrence was gassed up from Cartersville here in Georgia, going out to Clemson.

Selected number one overall. He just has been he's OK, making fifty five million dollars. That's not too shabby, but he's just OK. You could blame the team around him. You could blame that that head coach that he used to have, the one that allegedly kicked the kicker, the one that was hanging out with a woman that was not his wife after a game that was Urban Meyer. So, yeah, you could say Trevor Lawrence, he's had a rough go since starting off in Jacksonville.

He Trevor Lawrence actually said. We want to be like the Buffalo Bills. This is a team you look at the last handful of years is always one of the better teams in the AFC and the NFL. And, you know, that's that's a team we want to be moving forward. And we want to when people think of the Jags, you think of a team that is one of the best teams in the NFL.

That is a top contender in the AFC. Good luck with that one, brother. I don't I don't see that happening. Good luck with that one. It's pretty much things. Hickey, you want to know when things went down for this team? Sure.

I have an idea. He's no longer on the squad anymore. But when Calvin Ridley was was, you know, suspended for the gambling stuff, even though he wasn't on a team, I think that kind of did him in. That was the mark. So that was totally unrelated. Two years ago. Right.

Because he last year is the only year he played, I believe, in Jacksonville. Wow. So two years ago, they were screwed.

I think so. Like this is a team that does. I just told you about Urban Meyer. Like how many more disasters can you bring in?

And I hate to be that guy, but I think it starts at the top. Like I knew everything I needed to know. Like this is who shot Khan, decided to hire just Urban Meyer, which is going to bring in Urban Meyer, who basically didn't want to coach at the college level anymore. But we're going to bring them on into the NFL.

And that's going to be our guy that we're going to be wholly committed to. Urban Meyer wasn't committed to anything, but I don't know. But women not hanging out with the football team, man.

So they're a joke, too, because of the ownership, I think. And it also doesn't help when your team has regressed. Like Trevor Lawrence has not lived up to the billing that he had coming out of Clemson. But it's also the Jaguars have not done a lot to really help him out. You lose Calvin Ridley, who, I mean, was solid, you know, for them. He was a good receiver the one year he was there in Jacksonville. And all of a sudden now you replace him with who?

With what? The offensive line stinks. The coaching staff right now, Doug Peterson, although a massive upgrade over Urban, seemingly right now is not on the same page and things are not going well offensively in terms of just play calling wise and how things are rolling. It's it's concerning.

And I think they've like you said, they've done it to themselves in multiple ways. Part of that is they have not put a good team right now around the quarterback that they invested heavily in a few months ago. You know, they're going to fire Doug Peterson. Oh, at the end, at the end of the year, he's going to get the boot. Like Doug Peterson is the guy that people always have hope and faith in. And even when he has success, they fire him and they're going to give him the boot. And the Jacksonville Jaguars are now going to run. I'm not going to say they're running Trevor Lawrence into the ground. They're certainly paying him like a franchise QB. But to your point, they're not giving him anything that he can go out there and roll with.

Granted, they did go out there and draft. What's his name? Brian Thomas out of LSU.

But he's still still raw and new to the team. And then the fact that Trevor Lawrence is already running for his life is not doing him any type of good this season. O and two. Trevor Lawrence has one touchdown. And that's it. One touchdown. That's it. Nothing. Nothing else.

Not great. He throws a touchdown today, doesn't he? Of course. Right. He asked you that Bill secondary is banged up. You have to have to throw this one here. If not. Oh, boy.

They're one of the I'm sorry. But the Jackson, the Jaguars are one of the waste of time teams. Like they could get a victory tonight against the Buffalo Bills. I'm going to take the Buffalo Bills at home. But I wouldn't be surprised if Jacksonville won. Jacksonville is just they're an ordinary average team.

And Trevor Lawrence, I think the offensive line is kind of getting to him and his performance and what he does and what he does not do. And so we'll see what happens with this game. Just this stupid doubleheader. So this game is going to get started in a few minutes. And then next hour and about an hour from now, we have Washington. The commanders are going to take on the Bengals. Now, the Bengals are also O and two.

There should be no reason, none. That the Bengals don't beat Washington. I see Jayden Daniels is out there in the end zone right now practicing and getting warmed up with a basketball. I don't know what the hell that's about.

Maybe I'll Google it and get an answer. But the Bengals are used to starting seasons. Oh, and to be used to still getting into the postseason.

And I know it's still early in the year. You got to imagine the Ravens are going to continue to turn their season around after their victory in Dallas yesterday. And then we got the Pittsburgh Steelers. Yeah, just just win ugly every game.

They're three and O. I mean, if you want to find a I guess you can call it a bright side. I guess for the AFC North and the Bengals. You know, the Browns, they really stink this year, too.

And so we'll keep you up to date on both of these games as the evening progresses on the Jags and Bills are minutes away from kickoff in Washington. The commanders are in Cincinnati to take on the Bengals. Eight five five two one two forty two twenty seven.

That's eight five five two one two forty two twenty seven. Jacksonville Jaguars are trying to be like the Bills, Washington. All they're trying to do is develop their quarterback in the Bengals. At least they got T Higgins back. They're trying to show everybody that they can still go to the postseason and maybe compete for a Super Bowl.

It's the JR sport we show here with you on the Infinity Sports Network. We're going to take a break. And when we come back on the other side. I need to fill you in on another team in the AFC.

That's done. It cooked the quarterback is gone. The backup quarterback got hurt. Signing guys off of other teams, practice squads. Man, I need to throw a wide receiver out there quarterback and see if that makes a difference. I'll tell you what team I'm referring to on the other side of the break because their season is over.

Unlike me, I'll be back on the other side. It's the JR sport we show on the Infinity Sports Network. You're listening to the JR sport brief. It's the JR sport brief show here with you on the Infinity Sports Network. 855-212-4227.

It's 855-212-4227. Jacksonville Jaguars getting ready to run through the tunnel. Get started against the Buffalo Bills. Trevor Lawrence just looks miserable all the time. I don't know.

Is it just me? He never seems enthusiastic about anything. You're not winning. He hasn't overwhelmingly ever won anything.

One playoff appearance in his career. But he just never seems like he's, I don't know, he doesn't seem happy. He is very calm, cool, collected. A lot of players are like, Joe Burrow is that way, but he has a cool aura about him. Trevor Lawrence, it almost looked like dread.

That shot they just showed him waiting to run out of the tunnel, it almost looked like, man, I can't wait to get this over with anywhere but here. I really don't want to do this. I'm tired. I don't want to play.

It's cold. Whatever. He did not look, again, maybe that's just his face. Maybe he's just stoic right before the game starts. But yeah, he looked like there were plenty of other places he would rather be than that Bills tunnel right now. Than Buffalo?

Okay. Not a good look. We'll see what he does out there on the football field. He's just one dude he never comes across as enthusiastic, ever, about anything. He looks more miserable. I don't want to put him in, who's the guy that dated Chris, Jay Cutler, right? Then Jay Cutler always looked miserable. Like they were photoshopping cigarettes into his mouth. He looks so mad all the time.

He was very disinterested and did not hide it. Yeah, I don't want to put Trevor Lawrence in that group, but we'll see. I think we'll have a competitive matchup tonight up in Buffalo. I'm going to take the Buffalo Bills over the Jacksonville Jaguars. We'll see what happens. In a few minutes, I do unfortunately want to tell you about another team in Florida.

They ain't going anywhere. I think their season is done. 8-5-5, 2-1-2, 42-27. That's 8-5-5, 2-1-2, 42-27. Oh man, what am I saying?

42-27. And Scott knows the number because he called from San Francisco. You're on the JR Sport Breeze show coast to coast. What's up, Scott? Hey, what's up, man? Appreciate you taking my call.

Sure. What's going on? Hey, I just want to touch on the 49ers real quick. Just breathe a little optimism, I guess. We have the injury bug. Purdie's maybe hurt now.

McCaffrey's out. We've got Hyuk and all the stuff going on there. But I've got to say, every time you turn it on, turn on the game, you know we've got a chance to win. We've got the roster and the coach still. I think you can't say that about 90% of the other teams out there. So I'm just thankful we got it and life's still good, you know?

Yeah. Well, thank you, Scott, for the optimism from San Francisco. But wouldn't you agree the expectations for the 49ers are different than the majority of the league? So it's one thing to still be competitive.

That's not good enough for the San Francisco 49ers. I guess if there's something to be optimistic about, it's that it's September. You know, we're at the beginning of the season as opposed to the end. But like I said, the expectation for this team is different than, let's just say, the Jaguars, who I just mentioned, you know? It's true.

Can't argue with that. Well, we'll see what happens. There's still a lot left in the season.

Thank you so much, Scott, for calling from San Francisco. We did share with you last hour, the news has come out that Brock Purdy had an MRI on his back. Apparently that MRI is clean, so his back is sore. Javon Hargrave on the defense is out for the season with a torn triceps. Not good news for Christian McCaffrey. Christian McCaffrey is out in Germany right now. There's some type of procedure for a few days to help his calf slash Achilles heel.

Not a good look. And then we know Deebo Samuel also, he was not available yesterday as the Rams beat the San Francisco 49ers 27 to 24. And I don't know if it is a culture thing out in Los Angeles. But anytime you get a team from the Bay and you get a team from Los Angeles, you put them in the same arena, put them in the same stadium, put them in the same vicinity. I feel like we get more fight videos. Dodgers out here fighting against the Giants. And last night, there were so many videos out in SoFi Stadium. We had fans just throwing hands in the upper deck, just fighting.

Like how many beers do you got to be served before you just you think you're Anthony Joshua, who, by the way, over the weekend lost as well. I don't know what it is like Los Angeles and the Bay got that much beef. This is Los Angeles.

There were more fans there supporting the 49ers than they were the Rams. But I mean, men fight. I saw a guy swing out a woman at the football game.

And I'm trying to say to myself, where the hell is security? Fight seemingly went on for a few minutes before it even stopped. A couple of people got knocked out and beat up. Hickey, is it just me or do we see more of these fights out on the West Coast?

No, it does feel that way. I don't know why. Like you said, I mean, that's an intense rivalry, but I don't know why it feels like those videos usually come in those kind of settings. I don't know why anybody would go to any sort of sporting event and getting a fight and getting in a fight. That's the stupidest thing you could ever do. Not to mention, I don't know what you're looking to achieve by doing that in jail. Yeah.

I mean, what's the best case scenario? You punch someone, you knock someone out because they said your team sucks. OK, cool.

Well, like you said, have fun in jail. No, thank you. I don't know what it will take to stop this, but it does feel like it's increased more, not decreased. We didn't we have a didn't we had a guy at a Patriots game? An older gentleman died.

He got hit. Am I making something up? No. Yeah, that was last year. You're right. You were absolutely right. Could you imagine, hey, hey, where are you going, Papa?

I'm going to the Patriots game. Pop doesn't come home because he got punched in the face. Like what? That's I just try to think where's security at? Where's security? We got security all on the field, but where's security in the outfield, in the upper deck? I don't know, man. Poor Patriots fan got socked and just you don't expect to go to a football game and not go home.

That's the the nutty part about it. Eight five five two one two forty two twenty seven. I say five five two one two forty two twenty seven. You know, I told you about another Florida team that stinks. Let's stay in the AFC. The Dolphins are done.

They're finished officially, like I said. So we know it was going to be a hard knock life when to a tongue of a lower went down with his what? Fourth diagnosed concussion. It feels like the sixth or seventh time we've seen him get thrown around and smashed around.

He's on injured reserve right now. And so the Dolphins, they played yesterday and they lost to Seattle. The final score, 24 to three. And what was the most high powered, high scoring offense last year?

The Miami Dolphins are going to have to just be real creative if they want to generate any type of points. Skyler Thompson, who took over, who started yesterday. This man had to exit the game in the third due to a rib slash chest injury. They had Tim Boyle take over. He just joined the team. Right before week one, they had to go get Tyler Huntley off of the Baltimore Ravens practice squad. Mike McDaniel had no clear idea, or at least he didn't want to share publicly what the hell they were going to do at the quarterback position to stay alive. Mike Tannehill's name gets thrown around all the time. Or Ryan Tannehill, excuse me.

His name gets thrown around all the time as to, you know, who you could bring in to kind of keep things afloat. This offense is built for Tua. It's built for his fast passing, his accuracy. It's built to give the ball to the speedsters and Waddle and Hill and just go from there.

And you think about this. We still haven't seen Odell Beckham Jr. play yet. I guess at this stage of his career, he's just a part time dude. He's going to show up for half the season, try to go to the playoffs, and that'll be about it. But it's looking real bad in Miami right now. They play against the Titans next.

I guess you can find that to be a saving grace. Maybe Will Levis will turn the ball over for a score. But Mike McDaniel, he told everybody, he says, Yeah, we stink, but we can't use the injuries to our quarterbacks, plural, as an excuse. Bottom line is, you know, I see the quarterback is an extension of the offense and the offense is an extension of me and three points.

I've never won a game scoring three points. So I think collectively, starting with me, that just needs to be better. And we have to get it figured out fast. Oh, OK. Yeah, well, getting that figured out means finding someone to throw the football. They don't they don't have nobody. Dolphins are one and two. Maybe they'll even things up. Hickey, the Titans will win that game against the Dolphins. That'll be the they'll finally pick up a victory. They better if they can't beat this Dolphins team. Oh, boy.

No. Well, that's well, the Titans are another team going absolutely nowhere. You are right. We got a few of those and it's only week three of the season.

That's bad. Mike McDaniel continued on. And because he's such an optimist, he tried to find a positive after scoring three points. Well, help me out, Mike.

What is it? The positives were it took care of the ball. I did think the the scatter did a good job operating the offense. I don't think I you know, I think there needs needed to be a lot better job in preparation on my part. So, you know, 11 penalties is not good enough, but we took care of the ball.

You know, I think Boyle came in and, you know, I thought did a great job leading the guys. Oh, way to go, coach. Did that sound like somebody who was optimistic? Did that sound like somebody who found the bright side of things?

No, that sounded like I just making excuses. Blaming himself because the team is pathetic. He can't say what we all know. Quarterback sucks. We don't have a quarterback, our quarterback who we're paying 50 plus million dollars to.

We don't know if he's ever going to come back or when he's going to come back or when the next time he'll get knocked out of a game. Miami Dolphins are list less. They got no hope and no future for this year.

I mean, even if to a ton of low was healthy, what was the expectation? They go to the playoffs and lose again in some cold weather city. I feel bad for the Dolphins. Just another team, another bad team in Florida and going nowhere. But eight five five two one two forty two twenty seven.

That's eight five five two one two forty two twenty seven up. I know a team in Kansas City. They're going plenty of places.

They won in Atlanta last night. Vander is calling from Kansas City. You're on the J.R. sport re-show. What's up Vander? What's going on, man? How you doing? Excellent. What's up? Good.

Great to hear it. The Cowboys are cooked. I know you talked to your AFC team.

Excuse my dog. I know you talked to your AFC team, the Dolphins, but the Cowboys are cooked. Upcoming they have the Steelers, the Lions, the Falcons, the Eagles twice. The Texans, the Bengals and the Buccaneers. That's seven, eight games that they could realistically lose. They also have the Giants twice. The 49ers may get healthy within the next couple of few weeks.

And they have the commanders who could be a sneaky loss. The Cowboys there. It's a reality TV show over there. Michael Parsons. You know, I heard Draymond Green talk about the podcast and the live podcast and how it could be a problem. But he won a championship that year when he was doing it. Mike is doing it. He's trying to do it. And it's not working out so good because they're losing. And he's not playing well. Teams are attacking him. They're running the ball straight at him. They're challenging him.

He's not making a lot of great plays against great teams. The Cowboys, they're in for some trouble. They got these people that are getting paid a lot of money. You know, a lot of disappointment and doubt is coming up. Go Chiefs.

No doubt about it. Thank you, Vander, for calling from Kansas City. Unfortunately, we talked about them loser ass Cowboys to open up the show.

We did. Jerry Jones standing around postgame press conferences saying a whole lot of nothing. I guess just loving to hear his voice. Dak Prescott saying that everybody needs to step up. Mike McCarthy, no clear answer as well. And this is only week three.

This is after three weeks. The Dallas Cowboys are one and two. They play the New York Giants this upcoming Thursday. You never know what happens in these NFC East games.

They just beat the hell out of each other. So the Giants could walk away with a victory if they connect with Malik neighbors like they did yesterday. People a little surprised that what took place against the Browns and no surprise that the Ravens went into Texas, went into Arlington and they beat the Cowboys. They know expectation for the Cowboys this year.

Let's be real. Who's looking at the Dallas Cowboys and thinking championship? Jerry Joe is this Jerry Jones deep down. Does he believe this is a championship squad? I think Jerry Jones is going through the rest of this year just ready to fire. You know, Mike McCarthy when the season concludes. I mean, he made him sweat at the end of last year. And then we remember his last head coach and Jason Garrett. I mean, he felt like he made that guy sweat for like two weeks before he made any type of decision. And Jerry Jones is just looking for a story.

You're not looking for no W's or no wins out there. It's pretty sad. It's the JR Sport Reshow here with you on the Infinity Sports Network. 855-212-4227. That's 855-212-4227. I need you to think O'Reilly Auto Parts for all of your car care needs.

Get guaranteed low prices and excellent customer service from the professional parts people at O'Reilly Auto Parts. It's the JR Sport Reshow here on the Infinity Sports Network. They are underway. The Buffalo Bills and the Jacksonville Jaguars have got things going up in Buffalo. We'll talk about that game on the other side. And you know what? Since we're trying to find some optimism, since we're trying to be optimistic, on the other side of the break, I want to talk to you about a team that's actually surprising.

Because just like the Dolphins, they don't have their starting quarterback, but they've been able to still look good. I'll tell you what team I'm talking about on the other side of the break. You are listening to the JR Sport Brief.

It is the JR Sport Reshow here with you on the Infinity Sports Network. The Buffalo Bills and the Jacksonville Jaguars are already underway in Buffalo. They didn't waste any time putting a score up on the board. Seven yard rushing touchdown by James Cook. The Buffalo Bills lead six to nothing because they missed the extra point.

Let's see what this happy Trevor Lawrence does when he gets the ball and gets his time to shine. 8-5-5, 2-1-2, 42-27. That's 8-5-5, 2-1-2, 42-27. I'm going to pick up the phones and then I also want to let you know about a team that is actually doing good without a starting quarterback, unlike the Dolphins.

8-5-5, 2-1-2, 42-27. Eric is calling from California. You're on the JR Sport Reshow. What's up, Eric? Hey, it's going good. I mean, I love your show, by the way, man. Especially the new time slot.

Thank you. I'm a lifelong Cowboys fan and I know this has been talked about before, but man, let's be real. If Jerry Jones had a GM that hasn't won a Super Bowl since 1997, that guy would have been fired. It's just so frustrating that this guy is so stubborn that he just keeps doing this every single year. I'm just done. I'm done with the Cowboys, dude.

I root against them. I know that sucks, but I'm just so done with him, man. He makes me so mad. You're a Dallas Cowboys fan who has quit on the Dallas Cowboys? Until he hires a legitimate GM, yeah. I hate to say it, but I am, man. I hate to say this.

You might have to wait a few years for a natural selection to take place because I don't think Jerry Jones has given up anything. Well, you know, my job, I'm a psychotherapist and I don't usually make a habit of diagnosing people on the radio, but I've been through enough to say that guy is a classic narcissist, dude. Yeah, he is. Anyways, that's my opinion.

He is. Well, thank you, Eric, for calling from California. Appreciate you, man.

Good luck. Yep. Yep. Thanks.

No doubt about it. Hickey, I was three seconds away from telling him to psychoanalyze both you and I. I don't think anybody wants that. That would not go well. I thought better of it. I thought better. There was a part of my brain that said, ask him.

Have him psychoanalyze both of us. And I said, no. You see, you should be proud of me. I decided not to do so. I don't have a degree in psychology. I don't.

Do you have one? Oh, no, no, sir. He's correct, though. Jerry Jones is a narcissist.

Who else is? Did you hear another owner speak yesterday after the game, Hickey, at all? Weirdly, I did not. Oh, did he do his radio hit for this week yet? Daily? Today? Tomorrow? Wednesday? Thursday?

Friday? You're joking. He does, I believe, on Our Sister Station 105 through The Fan. Yes, in Dallas.

He does every show, I think. No. Oh, yeah. I think the morning show has on Mondays after the game. Yes.

Midday may have like Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. Oh, my God. He does at least I want to say three radio hits a week, at least. Oh, my goodness. For what? To hear himself speak, right? Exactly right.

What's what's changing on a day to day basis? And then and then Mike McCarthy, like you take the job. And you know this like you're basically what's the word your owner is? Let me find the right word here. Huh?

He's for lack of a better term, he's mucking the place up. Like, how can you have? Well, we know you don't have full authority. Well, we know that part.

But how could you run and operate the ship the way you want to when the boss is constantly chatting and undermining you just by communicating with the media? We have owners that I don't even know what the hell they sound like. Like she's name again. Well, no, that guy threw a drink on a fan. That's David Tepper.

Hickey name owner. You don't know what he sounds like. The Seahawks couldn't tell you. Oh, well, Mr. Paul Allen is. Well, I know.

I know. But have you heard Mrs. Allen speak? No, no, I haven't. Have you heard Mrs. Ford speak? Sheila. Sheila talks. Yes, she does.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. She's she she has spoken. I've heard her speak. Have you heard the McCaskey family speak? Oh, my God.

No, not at all. Same. Could you imagine that maybe it's different for being a woman? Could you imagine if Sheila Ford hemp was up in Detroit? Like on the ticket after every game of three days, the fans would be looking at her. What are you doing?

Like, why are you chatting? Just just sit out and shut up and let them run the football team. But in Dallas, it is so much of the norm. That it just it continues to feed into how ridiculous it is. And the goal is to make money. And Jerry Jones is not broke.

But if the goal is to win a championship, then not any that ain't going down. I'm always reminded about how old he is. Hickey 81.

Am I shorting him on some years yet? Oh, I keep forgetting. I feel better than me. It's in the 80s.

Yeah, we do this like once a month. How old is Jerry Jones? He's up. He has a birthday coming up. Oh, OK. October 13th.

He'll be 82 years old. Yeah. Wow.

It's on a Sunday, too, this year. Oh, wow. Oh, boy.

What game is that? Let's see. Is he going to talk about how sad of a day it is on his birthday? He's going to. He'll do it, too. What is it?

He's not shy. October 13th. Who are they? Oh, they're going to lose at home. Yeah, they'll lose that game. That's definitely like the Fox game of the week. Tom Brady will be there. How many birthday shout outs do you think between him and Kevin Burkhart? Aaron Andrews. I bet you at least three birthday mentions to Jerry Jones in the broadcast. They're going to show him sitting up in that that skybox looking.

Well, not miserable. He just always has that blank look. You don't know. You see him. He celebrates.

He stands up and he pumps his fists. But outside of that, he's just kind of staring with his glasses like real hard at stuff. I don't know if sometimes if he's looking at the field or is he looking at a monitor up there? I don't know. I don't know how strong his eyes are. Whoa.

No, just more. It's just a common question. I was even accusing.

OK. Maybe he does need the monitor. He's hot. It's a big stadium. Did he get his cake at halftime for his birthday celebration? Does he have cake? Blow out the candles.

82 candles on there. He eats McDonald's apple pies. OK. You know what? You're right. You're dead. He doesn't have.

And, Hickey, you know what? I haven't had one of those in a long what was the last time you had a McDonald's apple pie? Uh, never. You've never had a McDonald's apple pie ever? I'm not an apple pie guy. If I was, I still think the answer, though, would be never.

Wow. I can't see those being good. They used to be good.

I haven't had one in, I don't know, 15 years. It's like a staple. The apple pies? You know, you know of the apple pies.

Of course. Yeah, they're good. Or they used to be. And if they're not good, they're scorching hot. Some kid is pulling it out the back and he's just like, yeah, I'm just going to serve this in a cardboard box at 300 Fahrenheit.

And so whoever eats it can just burn their face off. It's been a while. They used to be good.

When I was a kid, I used to like it. I'm sure Jerry Jones, for all of his Egg McMuffins and extra salt, he's familiar with the desserts at McDonald's. That's what he's going to have. Maybe for his big birthday, they'll make sure the McFlurry machine is actually working. Ah, McFlurry. Yeah, McFlurry's good.

Yeah. I don't want to know what that guy eats. They say rich people eat real good. Not him. He just, that guy's, he's eating food like, like he found it in the fridge yesterday.

He does not, he does not care. So you're saying if he was part of Clemson's White House visit a few years ago, he'd be in heaven? What day was it? Was it Wendy's they fed the students? I think it was McDonald's. One of the, one of the fast food chains. Oh my God. Could you imagine going to the White House?

It's one of the most recognized, famous buildings on planet Earth. This is supposed to be, I don't want to say opulence, but this is top class and you're getting McDonald's burgers. Like what? I can get this outside. Like where's the chef at the White House?

He didn't have time to cook something up. Come on now. Hickey, have you been in the White House?

No, no, no, no. Why you say it like that? It's not that difficult. To get inside? Yeah.

They do enough media invites and things like that. Yeah. What kind of lists are you on?

Cause I am clearly not on those whatsoever. I haven't, I haven't been yet. One day I'll go. I got plenty of friends who work in media, radio, they, they go, they go to the White House. Yeah.

Would you like, is there a, what would you go for? Like a press conference? No, not a press. They have the dinners and the what have yous. You're talking big time here. Wow.

Media, media stuff, media stuff. If I go, I will invite you, you can come too, unless I have to bring like my mother, you know, a significant other or a kid or something. Okay. That's fair. Listen, no problem with that. And I was going to say, even if I'm not invited, just let me know how the food is.

Oh, okay. It can't be bad. Like in the White House, can you think the food is bad?

You think the food bad? I would assume not. I would definitely assume not. I'd hope not. If there was one place in America where I think the food will be good, it'd be the White House.

That's true. Yeah. We serving students, happy meals there, I mean, anyway, Buffalo Bills are having a go at it right now, continuing to move down the field, trying to put some more points up on the board. Buffalo leads Jacksonville, six to nothing, seven minutes to go here in the first quarter. And Josh Allen is finding, who's that, Dalton Kincaid, as they try to put some more points up on the board. Not looking good early for Jacksonville.
