I am JR. This is the JR Sport Brief show. This is CBS Sports Radio. It was nice to hear the fancy voice man say it, but I wanted you to hear from me and I'm coming to you live from the Rocket Mortgage Studios.

When you need cash out of your home and a simple way to get it, Rocket can. I'm being joined by super producer and host Dave Shepherd and I'm happy because we got listeners in Miami. We got listeners in Rochester, New York. What's up Rochester?

I was just there last week. We got listeners in Alabama. I'm about to pull up on Alabama real soon. Like the rest of this week soon, I'll be in Alabama. We got listeners in Alaska, Hawaii, Seattle, San Diego, Minnesota, Chicago, Texas. What's up everybody out in the loop? People in Austin? My friends in Kentucky, Chicago, Toronto, Phoenix, Las Vegas. I've been broadcasting out in Las Vegas too.

I had a good old time in Vegas earlier this year for the NFL draft and damn it we're gonna blank and it's gonna be Super Bowl time. Like it's gonna be here tomorrow. I went into a uh hey Shep I was where was I at? I forgot where I was. I was somewhere today and I needed to kill time and so I went to get something to eat. When did you ever need to kill time? Yeah no I was I was getting my car serviced.

Gotcha, gotcha. And so I'm like where am I? Oh there's a mall here and so I went to the mall and I said wait a minute. I said this is Christmassed out. I said just last week this this whole place was Halloween and we went from a Halloween to Christmas and then I had to say to myself damn it Thanksgiving is next week. I'm gonna blink and it's it's gonna be Christmas Super Bowl that's it.

It's like New Year's might as well not even exist there either. So everything is fast forwarded and I might as well well we might just get to the next year. We might just get to the NFL playoffs.

Why don't we? Let's do it and so here we are the second hour of the show. If you missed us last hour, you can always hit rewind on the free Odyssey app and you can start the show from the beginning and we talked about the Boston Celtics beating everybody up tonight. They blew out the Atlanta Hawks 126 to 101. We talked about the looks like Kyrie Irving is likely to return on Sunday but you never know with this dude.

The Brooklyn Nets will take on Memphis. We talked about the Sacramento Kings for whatever reason Shaquille O'Neal is high on them to make the playoffs and then we looked at Justin Verlander a 39 year old pitcher coming off of Tommy John surgery who just won his third Cy Young Award and he's on his way to the Hall of Fame but before he does that he's currently a free agent and he's likely going to probably get a deal maybe a two-year situation. I can imagine depending on how much money he wants maybe 30. I don't think he's going to push it to Max Scherzer range which is like give me 43 per but he's going to make some money. Justin Verlander is so congratulations to Verlander winning another Cy Young.

Cy Young's an MVP Hall of Fame on deck. I expect him to stay with the Astros just like Shep and I said last break. Someone who's looking for his own home trying to figure out where he's going to play next is Odell Beckham Jr. and yes we went through this last year. We went through this last year after he basically forced his way out of Cleveland and the way the Browns have gone can you blame them? Baker Mayfield doesn't even throw in footballs for the Cleveland Browns anymore. He basically just got his job in Carolina back by default because PJ Walker's busted up and now you even got Sam Donald as the backup and so I think it was an awful way that Odell forced his way out of Cleveland.

His dad putting up social media videos about the poor quarterback play and it's just a sad way to push your way out but he did. He became a free agent after he cleared waivers and where did he choose? He went to Los Angeles and Odell Beckham Jr. He balled out.

He really did. I mean he played six games with Cleveland had zero touchdowns and almost just 230 yards and three postseason games with the Rams. He had 236 yards and a touchdown and then he even had 305 yards and five touchdowns in the regular season and so just in three postseason games he exceeded his output then he did with the Cleveland Browns and then we saw what he did in the Super Bowl before he blew out his ACL. Odell had 52 yards receiving and a touchdown. We know Cooper Cup walked away with the Super Bowl MVP but the way Odell was going man he he probably would have got that award. He probably would have been proclaimed the next big thing and he would have had a contract extension already but that's not how it goes.

He had the watch, just like everybody else. He had to enter into another offseason just going and dealing with rehab. Odell Beckham Jr. tore his ACL in 2020.

They said it was never fully healed and so what happened? Earlier this year in the Super Bowl he tore it again and it was reported earlier this week that he's going to be fit and fully set to go in about a week's time and so by the time we get to the end of November, maybe after Thanksgiving, we're going to find out where Odell decides to go or we'll find out what teams actually want to pull him in and Odell Beckham Jr. he wasted no time identifying and talking about the teams that already reached out to him. He sat down with Complex and he talked about teams that have reached out.

Take a listen to this. Whether it's you know Buffalo, whether it was you know Green Bay calling Cowboys, whether reunion with the Giants, like I want to be able to spill like my last you know I'm not saying I only got three or four left but these next three four years into somewhere I could buy a home like I can call this place home you know I'm tired of living out of too many suitcases yeah for sure you know it's just not I've done the rock and roll life. Okay he's done the rock and roll life. Odell wants to settle down okay. I know he has a baby now and good for him. He also just turned 30 years old which is crazy to think about. Odell Beckham Jr. was drafted in 2014.

It seems like yesterday to me. Number 12 overall. He was the offensive rookie of the year. His season started late. He only played 12 games due to hamstring issues and then he's he's just always really been injury prone. Broken ankles and torn ACLs and now he's 30. Have we not seen the best of Odell Beckham Jr.? Is Odell gonna bounce back and light it up? I mean he was okay last year right?

At least in the postseason in limited time he was. I think this is a good opportunity for him. Come through, help close out a season, do what you did last year for a team like the Rams, help them win some games and keep it moving. Don't need these huge gigantic expectations.

Just go fit in be awesome and be paid. I guess these teams want to offer him a long-term deal. Who would? I would honestly not want to sign him for more than the remainder of this season and next. I don't I don't want to make a hardcore commitment to a guy who's just been injury prone and has already torn his ACL twice.

Seems like a bad idea to me but what do I know? Maybe Odell has has some leverage that I'm unaware of. If you think about the teams that he just mentioned, the Buffalo Bills.

Okay yeah two-game losing streak, losing to the New York Jets, losing to the Minnesota Vikings, all close games. Buffalo Bills should be okay. Everybody talks about Josh Allen and he does too much and wouldn't Odell make his job a little bit easier just right down the middle of the field? We also know he needs help in a running game but that's besides the point.

The New York Giants. Would Odell entertain being on the receiving end of passes from Daniel Jones? Would he be the missing piece returning to New York?

He'd be looked upon as a savior. Is that what Odell needs? The Green Bay Packers.

Oh my god. What a drama show that would be and I guess it would be appropriate. One of Odell's biggest blunders took place in Green Bay where he kicked the net and the net kicked back. He was also ejected from the playoffs, bounced from the playoffs, and Odell wanted to punch a wall. Aaron Rodgers to Odell Beckham Jr. Could you imagine the turnaround for the Packers that season or this season if that takes place?

And then we got the Dallas Cowboys. What a gut punch that would be for New York Giants fans if Odell Beckham Jr. was running around with a star on his helmet. That'd be the biggest heel turn ever. That'd be like I don't know.

Is it Anakin Skywalker becoming Darth Vader? I don't know. Jerry Jones. He always sounds like a bad guy himself. Listen to this dude. He was on 105.3 the fan in Dallas and he pretty much talked about why Odell isn't a cowboy. Listen to this old man. In this particular case start by asking why is it that you're able to sign him?

Ask that question. Why? Well because he's not on the team. At this time of year a player of that caliber, that's rare trading. Trading's over. Well it is because we're dealing with a dealing with situation where he's free and but free but potentially very capable of helping a team right now win and play and him play at a high level.

But that'll tell you alone it is a rare rarefied set of circumstances and those are don't just happen or this wouldn't be possible. Oh my god. There's the owner of the Dallas Cowboys ladies and gentlemen. Could you imagine sitting in a team meeting with this guy? Evaluating talent and going over oh my geez. You thought some of the zoom meetings that you have to do for work are terrible? They're bad. They're a waste of time. Could you imagine Jerry Jones at the front of a meeting going on and on and on.

It's been a long time since I felt that I needed to fall asleep in a meeting but I fall asleep in that one. But here's the situation the Dallas Cowboys all things considered yes they are they are potentially the the glamour franchise in the NFL. They are the most valuable sports franchise on earth. They're currently six and three after their loss this weekend to the Green Bay Packers and they're looking for a wide receiver. The guys that they have haven't lived up to the the top billing on a consistent basis. Michael Gallup is still recovering from his his injury C.D. Lamb hasn't been as explosive consistently as people would expect and for a team that's used to having the Irvings and the Bryants of the world they don't have that right now. Odell running around AT&T Stadium is is that the best move for them?

I can tell you this much. I think we all have to remember Odell Beckham Jr. is a friend of the game. Odell Beckham Jr. is a free agent. He's not sitting around waiting to be claimed. He has to go somewhere where he is wanted and where he wants to go.

Where he feels that he'd be able to contribute and have the best chance of winning. We know this as much as Aaron Rodgers is a pain in the ass he's still one of the best quarterbacks in the game. He's thrown more interceptions this year than he would find or see him accustomed to.

Not all his fault he has seven of them. He still has 17 touchdowns and who knows the Green Bay Packers are currently four and six. Would you be surprised if they turned things around and and secured a wild card spot?

I would not. The Dallas Cowboys most certainly will go into the playoffs but we know they have a history of choking things away. You know is Ezekiel Elliott going to be healthy?

Is Pollard going to be ran into the ground? The defense certainly has stars on every single level but is that going to be able to lead the way? The New York Giants?

I gotta be real. I wouldn't go to the New York Giants. They got Saquon Barkley absolutely amazing. Back to playing at a Pro Bowl level now that he's healthy but out of all the quarterbacks that we've named so far the Giants are the most wide receiver needy team but they got the worst QB. If you think about who he can be on the receiving end of a pass from Josh Allen, Aaron Rodgers, Dak Prescott, Daniel Jones is the worst of the bunch and he's improved as a passer. We haven't seen him play with anyone with the talent of Odell but there's two things can we expect Odell to be the dude before the injury? I think the answer is no. Is he still going to be good?

Yes but I think it will take time. If I were him I'd stay away from the New York Giants. I'd either sign up to be with the Buffalo Bills or I decide to play with with Aaron Rodgers and the Packers.

At least I know I'm gonna get the ball. Aaron Rodgers is going to get me the ball. Aaron Rodgers is going to be excited about you know an opportunity to play with a game-changing wide receiver and the NFC is probably more wide open than the AFC. You think about the AFC what do we got? The Chiefs, you have the Dolphins playing extremely well, you still have the Bills and the Ravens. You see if they get over the hump and those are the teams. They're gonna fight it out. It wouldn't shock anybody if Kansas City went straight right back to the Super Bowl.

Who'd be surprised? But in the NFC it's a little bit more wide open. The Eagles just suffered their first loss and now Goddard is out. The NFC West the 49ers I still believe that they'll jump over the Seahawks. The NFC North who really has full faith in the Minnesota Vikings I still am a little concerned about their defense and the how many games they win in close proximity and in the NFC South yeah sure Tom Brady is gonna go to the playoffs he will always be a threat but even the Bucks aren't what they've been. If I'm Odell I'm either going with the Bills or I'm going with the Packers and I know that's a tough thing to say as the Packers are four and six. The Bills probably the safest betting option and if not I'd go with Aaron Rodgers and the Packers. The New York Giants I'm staying away from Daniel Jones and the Dallas Cowboys I don't want to be around Jerry Jones. A volatile man who knows Mike McCarthy might wake up one day and and be out of a job.

855-212-4 CBS that's 855-212-4 CBS. Odell Beckham Jr. is on his way back to the field and it's been reported that over the next several weeks probably around December, Thanksgiving, around that time frame he's going to choose a team. What is the best situation for Odell Beckham Jr. to continue his career? I say it's the Bills, the Packers, the Cowboys and a reunion with the Giants in that order. Go go get cold man get used to it.

I think Buffalo or Green Bay would be the best options. I'm going to take your phone calls on the other side it's the JR Sport Brief show CBS Sports Radio. You're listening to the JR Sport Brief on CBS Sports Radio. Thank you first off for making my drive from the south side of Atlanta to the north side every night bearable. I always enjoy listening to you man intellectual and introspective I appreciate you.

I just started to listen to you about six months ago man I love your show. Call in now at 855-212-4 CBS. It's the JR Sport Brief show here with you on CBS Sports Radio. It's been reported that Odell Beckham Jr. is on his way back and that in a couple of weeks we should know exactly where he's going to sign as the NFL moves into the stretch run. Obviously he's going to go to a team that's in competition.

He wants to you matter of fact don't listen to me. This is Odell Beckham Jr. speaking to Complex about teams that have contacted him and ultimately where he wants to go. Listen whether it's you know Buffalo whether it was you know Green Bay calling Cowboys with a reunion with the Giants like I want to be able to spill like my last you know I'm not saying I only got three or four left but these next four years into something where I could buy a home like I can call this place home you know I'm tired of living out of two me suitcases yeah for sure you know it's just not I've done the the rock and roll life. Okay is somebody giving him a three or four year deal I'm not so sure of that and that's not to say that those are the only teams where he might end up but if I want to look at the teams that he mentioned in order for me to be able to mention in order I would select the Buffalo Bills then I would go to the Green Bay Packers at number two the only reason I have them at number two is that currently four and six but would anybody be shocked if they went on a run no not with Aaron Rodgers and number three the Dallas Cowboys and then and number four the a reunion with the Giants it is a new regime the man who traded him Dave Gettleman is no longer there and then Daniel Jones is the QB maybe he can certainly turn things around with a a solid wide receiver but we don't even know exactly what we're going to get from Odell Beckham Jr. it's going to take him time to get warmed up after his second ACL tear as does he need to fit in like he did last year with with the Rams he did an amazing job not just fitting in but getting better I mean 52 yards and a touchdown in the Super Bowl before he went down he appeared to be back and then the ACL went out eight five five two one two four CBS where is the best situation for Odell Beckham Jr. Eric is calling from Green Bay you're on CBS Sports Radio how's it going man very well I'm going to tell you right now if anybody can make OBJ look like the old OBJ that's 12 it's Rodgers and for everyone saying that he lost something I'll agree it's maybe a little bit of regression but when you have nobody getting any separation I mean we got nobody right now Allen Lazard and stuff this kid Watson showed a little bit but OBJ comes here and let me say this on natural grass so if anything you know to help that knee out playing on natural grass is only going to help prolong that career. Okay thank you Eric for calling from Green Bay something else to consider I mean these are it's all cold weather climates right it must have been nice to put a little bit of snow it must have been nice to play out in in Los Angeles you go to Buffalo you know it's going to be cold they're actually expecting I think two feet of snow over the weekend as they get ready to take on the Browns I'm glad I was in western New York last week and not this weekend Green Bay yeah it ain't it ain't warm by by any stretch of the imagination you playing in Dallas Dallas is inside of a dome but if you take on any of their NFC East opponents in the playoffs you're probably gonna have to play outside anyway and in New York everybody's been ripping about the the MetLife stadium turf. 855-212 for CBS Desmond is calling from Birmingham or where I'll be Desmond you're on CBS Sports Radio uh yeah um I think Otabek on juniors to choose the Giants or the Ravens because uh those are two teams that don't have a star receiver and have Super Bowl hopes. Okay all right well thank you Desmond appreciate you yeah all right Desmond is like hey let me get right to the point I think every team has Super Bowl hopes right and that what every team wants Super Bowl hopes for some teams it's more realistic than others the Ravens can certainly utilize the help are they going to change their game plan they're they're run heavy but it's it's by design and partially by necessity Mark Andrews has a variety of injuries I believe his shoulder and his knee Isaiah likely has been able to step up you got Bateman who's hurt I don't think we're going to see him for the rest of the year isn't that what the Ravens have always needed is it's like a star wide out isn't that what they've always been looking for or does Odell get there and go where's the rock stop running the ball and throw it to me Harrison is calling from Texas you're on CBS Sports Radio Hey what's up JR you know I think the Cowboys are the best fit for Odell for you know a variety of reasons but mainly because we've seen what this offense can be with you know three solid wide receivers Michael Gallup is rounding into form and adding Odell to this kind of recipe that they have will help take the offense to the next level they play in a dome they play in Dallas you know it's a great place to be and I think it's a great place to be and I think it's a great place to live better than the other options that he has and I think you know him with the star in his helmet with Dak and CD and Michael Gallup rounding into form will help take the offense to the next level and make them legitimate contenders in the NFC. Okay well thank you Harrison for calling from Texas you know something that that's interesting that we have to take into account is he going to want to play on natural grass is he going to care if it's turf we're going to say it's turf we know in in Dallas there's there's turf there okay fine they've installed a new turf system earlier this year Jerry Jones has made it very clear just across the NFL he he thinks the way things are is fine everybody wants grass all across the league in every stadium is that factoring into his decision I'm I'm sure it is it has to right Lou is calling from Rochester you're on CBS Sports Radio. Yeah hi Jr the best turf has to be in Buffalo because it wasn't listed as a prohibited turf recently uh Peter the player um um the representative suggested that a variety of the teams get rid of the turf Buffalo Lou Lou Lou Lou I feel I feel like we're all over the place help me out here where do you believe is best for Odell forget the turf where's best for him to go obviously in Buffalo 17 will provide like his best chance to star and 17 really needs them because Davis has been injured all year and he's sort of proved that he might not be worthy of a long-term contract and McKenzie has failed to fit the um Beasley's role and including stepping out of bounds uh voluntarily on the first interception the other day okay housing housing um Allen to sort of press where he both of them need each other and he'd be great in Buffalo. Okay thank you Lou for calling from Rochester I like it now when when we refer to quarterbacks we just uh we call them by their number now like forget names it's 12 and 17 man I don't know anybody's number I know Aaron Donald was 99 and Tom Brady was 12 I ain't then Brett Favre used to wear four I ain't thinking about nobody's number I don't know eight five five two one two four CBS you're listening to the JR Sport Brief on CBS Sports Radio you're listening to the JR Sport Brief on CBS Sports Radio you know my daughter listens to every night she's got a radio next to this I don't get to listen to you often but I'll tell you what when I hear you're a gentleman you never cut anyone off you never back down you're an excellent sports jock I'm gonna tell you that right now call in now at 855-212-4CBS it's the JR Sport Brief Show here with you on CBS Sports Radio at the top of the hour I'm gonna do what I do every Wednesday night into the top of Thursday morning I'm gonna bring you a new top six list you don't have to wait but about 20 more minutes for that and tonight we're gonna take a look at some of the worst contracts in sports right now we had a cool conversation last night on the show about just the effect of cryptocurrency on and in the world of sports but we ain't gonna be talking about funny money we're gonna be talking about the real thing and some athletes that are receiving some big-time checks that might be some big-time mistakes so that top six list is coming at the top of the hour right before we went to break we were talking about Odell Beckham Jr. and it was very simple this man is scheduled to be cleared to play football over the next couple of weeks it's been said that he will make his decision as to where he wants to sign he spoke to Complex Sports and he mentioned the Buffalo Bills he mentioned the New York Giants the Dallas Cowboys the Green Bay Packers as just some of the teams that have reached out to him and who's to say that there's not a wild card in that mix or that those are the only team I'm sure he's heard for more and so here's the deal we don't know what he's going to look like right out of the box we don't know what he will progress into moving into the playoffs especially coming off of an ACL tear his second ACL tear and you know what team fits him the best in order personally I would say that the Buffalo Bills just because of their current standing the Green Bay Packers absolutely throwing the ball or receiving the ball from Aaron Rodgers would be amazing I think the Packers will make the playoffs despite their four and six record I think they're their prime four run I would look at the Dallas Cowboys third if he wants to you know play inside even though they play on turf Dallas would be it and then the New York Giants yeah there's a reunion but am I going to trust Daniel Jones to get me the ball or is a wide receiver the only thing that Daniel Jones is missing he's the worst of all of the four quarterbacks from the teams I just mentioned let's get your calls in we got a lot of thoughts and a lot of opinions please let me know your thoughts get right to it let's not waste any time so we can get on as many people as possible Justin is calling from California you're on CBS Sports Radio hey JR thanks for having what's up man what are you thinking hey hey from Oceanside California Southern California I think you know where I'm going with this one maybe opposite side of uh the lambs but taking the Chargers LA Chargers of San Diego what do you think well we know Keenan Allen has been busted up all year same with Mike Mike Williams it seems that the Chargers always find a way to choke though you know yeah well I'm right there with you with that one I mean I'm a season ticket holder Ben says once it's 09 shout out to We Charge LA uh out in Thunder Alley that's where we tailgate every week week in week out show up with even if our team stinks you know but long story short I just wanted to you know empathize how strongly I feel of the Chargers needing to do something and maybe we can get Tom Telesco off his ass and actually start making real moves you know yeah it seems that the Chargers have been hit hard by the injury bug this year thank you so much Justin for calling from California that would be the easy thing to do right stay and stay and playing so far but for the other team Caleb is calling from West Virginia you're on CBS Sports Radio how's it going JR very well what team Caleb go ahead uh so I I agree with the Green Bay Packers being like a prime pick for him just due to the fact where like you know Aaron Rodgers has like two primary targets that he's looking at when you have a star like wide receiver like Odell Beckham Jr he's going to get a lot more targets in there uh and I think he's just going to have a better fit the only reason I disagree with the Bills is because you know they already have a Stefan Digg the Gabe Davis and I think it's just going to be harder to fit him in there and I know that he wants that playing time and to be that number one wide receiver you know I don't I don't know if he wants to just wake up and thank you Caleb I don't know if Odell wants to wake up and just be the number one he had a choice and he had an option last year and he chose the Rams we know who the number one there was for the Rams and that that was Cooper Cupp and that might be the best situation for him to go somewhere where he know he's that he will get playing time that he's not going to be the number one option where people will key in on him and make his life miserable but that he can actually showcase himself so I don't I don't think Odell is like oh my god I need to be the guy not at all he's gonna get his playing time anywhere that he goes but I don't think it's necessary for him to be the alpha in the wide receiver room. Mac is calling from San Francisco you're on CBS Sports Radio. JDR good evening how are you? I'm very well. Sir so one of the teams you haven't mentioned the last half an hour is of course the Bay Area favorites and that's the San Francisco 49ers I would just say that you know John Lynch and Kyle Shannon have really constructed I would say one of the best offenses in today's NFL with the likes of Debo and Kittle, Elijah Mitchell, George Kittle but and of course now CMC Kristin McCaffrey which they dumped a bunch of capital but the one thing they're missing is that missing threat that deep long ball to to an OBJ and I think that with the unflappable who knows Jimmy you know Jimmy G I just think that is one one spot that could put us over the top JR. Yeah to me I wanted to stick with the teams that Odell mentioned personally that's why I didn't mention the 49ers right there's certainly a possibility but it seems almost too good to be true the 49ers already have so many weapons Debo now being back and healthy adding Kristin McCaffrey and and Kittle is already there and now you mentioned Elijah Mitchell at the running back position backing up Kristin McCaffrey who can obviously go out and run a route as well it just seems too good to be true I don't know if the 49ers would be too crowded or I don't know if it'd be the perfect place because if Odell was there all he'd have to do is maybe pop up and give you you know one big play but the 40 the 49ers as a whole and thank you Mac for calling from San Francisco man I think the Niners are about to go on a run a serious run with that defense that they have and now the offensive pieces the Niners are going to start kicking some ass I believe that wholeheartedly Jason is calling from Modesto go ahead Jason quickly hey how we doing today man man what's up with with the last caller though I agree with you 100 how are you going to give him the ball you got Kittle you got Debo you're trying to insert Caffrey to the offense and stuff like that I think Odell will just be too much to handle on that offense and you know just trying to get him the ball too much but you know I honestly think the Bills will probably be the best fit for Odell just for the simple fact that you know who's the guy there right it's Diggs and who else yeah you got Gabriel Davis he's got a couple flashy games and stuff like that but I think Odell will open him up and open himself up there I don't want him coming to Dallas James Washington is coming back you know what I'm saying um we're still trying to get Michael Gallup in there and everything like that but your thoughts on that man uh I love you and I told you Sam uh uh Matt Stafford was gonna win the Super Bowl last year man much love thank you for taking my call told me that he was gonna do it yeah I remember I called you and I told you when they when they got Matt Stafford I told you I was gonna put him in my fantasy and that okay well did you tell me they were gonna suck this year no I didn't you know what I'm saying I didn't tell you that they were gonna suck this year no I didn't I didn't call you on that one but my thoughts on the fact that uh I got it Jason yes sir thank you okay thank you for calling from Modesto he's like I'm gonna tell you some more I'm like I get it I get it I get it Brian is calling from Oregon you're on CBS Sports Radio hey man uh I think you guys are all missing the boat I think it's gonna be Miami that's the best fit I mean they don't have to pick I mean they can afford them for one year you guys still there yeah I'm allowing you to speak what did you want me to do no well no I mean he's gonna have limited targets and he's never gonna be double-teamed so that makes all the sense in the world and they're gonna be contenders all the way okay I think uh I agree with you you think about their standing Miami and the the the AFC right now in the AFC East where they're on the top I still have some some concerns about their defense but they still yes they still have some time through Kansas City but they can put up points well yeah we know they can put up points they still have time to to pull it together to Otago Valoa has been playing out of his mind recently but if I have to look at every single option is it the best one I don't know but you certainly make good points as to how he could fit there I think we can look at really any team and make a make a a strong case for Odell this is why he should go here this is why it fits in are the Dolphins as strong of a Super Bowl contending choice are they a safe choice like some of the other teams I wouldn't say as much Kurt is calling from Southern California Kurt go ahead quickly hey JR I was just wondering what you would think about him going to uh the other Florida team the Jacksonville Jacks he might fit in that in that group really well especially with their young quarterback a good head coach that's been to the Super Bowl and uh he might be the one if his health is uh is good do you know the Jacksonville Jaguars record this year I do but it's what is there what is what is their record I think it's two and six okay well why would he go there because he would fit in there yes yes he would it's the JR sport re-show here with you on CBS sports radio I can tell you exactly where we're gonna fit
