A civilization in crisis needs to be put back together through the Christian faith, and God entrusts us with the message of reconciliation. The Bible tells the story of reality, from creation to new creation, and Christians have a role to play in bringing the kingdom of God to this earth. We are called to be agents of reconciliation, to be forces to be reckoned with, and to bring the truth of God to bear in the world. The Christian faith is not only personal, but also public, and we need to be truth-tellers in a culture of lies. We are saved for a purpose, to be entrusted with the ministry of reconciliation, and we need to be faithful to our calling in this civilizational moment.
