Welcome friends to the Line of Fire. Today is the last day of 20 where we've been talking about can you be gay and Christian? What does the Bible say about homosexuality?
How do we respond to family members that come out as gay? What's our role in this society? I hope you've been helped, equipped, blessed by this.
Let me say this right up front and then we'll get into our final teaching. God has called us to blanket America with the Line of Fire broadcast and my whole goal is to point people to Jesus, to point America back to the cross, to point the church of America back to the cross, back to the word and really talk about the tough issues. We've done series, a whole month series on revival and an urgent need for revival in the church and how a revived church can impact the nation. It is the first R of our ministry. We have three R's.
That's the first R, revival. Healthy church can transform the nation through the power of the gospel. We did a whole series on Israel, what the Bible says about Israel and why the gospel is to the Jew first and how we respond to modern day situations. Who is modern Israel today? What is the church's role? How do we relate to Palestinians? Dug into the word.
Spent a whole month on that. Now a whole month on can you be gay and Christian. We'll be doing series and by the time you listen to this we may have done a whole series on holiness and series on the second coming and how we live and just practical things. How we navigate the political minefield as followers of Jesus.
Things that are so important in this world. The second R of our ministry is gospel-based moral and cultural revolution. As the church changes, as Jesus changes the church, we have a life-giving impact on the society and the third R, the redemption of Israel. We want to help you be strong and equip you and God's called us to blanket the nation with the line of fire broadcast.
So here's the reality. I'm just speaking to you from the heart. Some of you followed our ministry for decades. Some of you this week's the first time you're hearing me but hopefully you've been listening for a little while. I'm speaking to folks hopefully you've been listening for some weeks, some months, some years.
So let me just make an open appeal to you. When we get on a new station there's so many great stations in America that say Dr. Brown we want your broadcast. We got a good slot for you. We want your half hour show. When you get on a station you have to pay the bills for that station. That station you have fine people doing a fine job. They have bills to pay. So when you get on you have to pay for that air time. Of course that's just fair right? So you're paying for that air time but it can take a couple years of building up your radio audience before they get to know you, before they support it.
So the only way we can get on new stations is as you pay forward. One of my colleagues, a pastor in Florida, a great ministry they have their church meets in a mall. They own parts of a mall and they have a little restaurant there and there's a menu in the restaurant but no prices. And when you're asked what things cost you say well you just you just pay whatever you want to pay.
You say what? Yeah so overwhelmingly people will pay more than they need to pay but this is for the people that come in who can't afford anything. So in other words you sit down you really don't have any money you say hey it's already been paid for. It's already been paid for so I'm encouraging you, I'm encouraging you to pay forward, to pay ahead for the next listeners. If you've been enriched, if you've been helped, if you've been equipped, if you've been strengthened think if we multiply this. Think of for every hundred stations Ron it can be a thousand stations. Think of for every million people we talk to it can be three million. I mean it the potential, the scope is massive and I want to share with you again from my heart I have not given up hope, I have not thrown in the towel, I have not said it's all over, it's all coming down, let's just get out of here.
I don't believe that for a minute. Yes we're in perilous difficult times but hey Roe v Wade was overturned and that seemed absolutely impossible. Within the first year of Roe v Wade being overturned thousands of babies were born who would not have been born. That is massive and for many years we've been saying there's going to be a pushback.
There is going to be a gospel-based moral and cultural revolution. The radical left will overplay its hand. This is not republican versus democrat. Yes we vote and we vote responsibly but there's not a political solution friends.
There is not a political solution. This is a gospel-based solution and yes we're involved in politics in every area of society but as the radical left has overplayed its hand we've been saying for years a pushback is coming, a pushback is coming. I wrote in 2011 that same-sex quote marriage would become the law of the land. Almost everything that you see unfolding with radical trans activism, with almost everything you see we laid out in writing years ago. In some cases 15 years ago talking about, in some cases 20 years ago talking about it, it just was clear.
You know what I'm saying? It was obvious when you look at where things are going and pray about it this is what's happening and I've also said there's going to be a pushback. There's going to be a turn. Do you know that in the late 1990s God began laying on my heart that I would get to be part of a gospel-based moral and cultural revolution? Again overcoming evil with good, overcoming hatred with love, overcoming lies with truth, overcoming the flesh with the spirit, overcoming violence and intimidation with the goodness of God.
We would see a pushback. I've never thought America's going to become totally Christian before Jesus returns. We've never been totally Christian. We'll never be totally Christian before Jesus returns but there was going to be a cultural pushback against these extremes and God began to lay on my heart at the same time that I would be on National Daily Radio and it seemed impossible outlandish with my schedule and funds and our ministry and other things but since 2008 I've been on daily talk radio one hour a day and then the beginning of 2024 we launched this 30-minute equipping broadcast that we're now seeking to blanket the nation with and God promised me that I would get to be part of this gospel-based moral and cultural revolution and I'd be on National Radio. Well that's why every day we're announced as your voice for moral sanity and spiritual clarity. It's another reminder, hey friends, God's promises are true. So I want to point this out to you friends. In terms of the overplaying of a hand that many people who said hey we don't want to be bigoted, we don't want to be hateful, if two men love each other, two women love each other, we want to embrace that, that's fine.
They can be good parents, they can care for each other, they can care for kids that they adopt or bring into this world through other means and who we just say no. I understand many of you just wanted to be broad-minded, open, loving, accepting, but you didn't sign up for drag queens reading to your toddlers. You didn't sign up for your 14-year-old coming home from school crying because there's a boy in her bathroom and a boy on her team and in the locker room. You didn't sign up for that. You didn't sign up for the cultural madness and the extremes. You didn't sign up for 70 8 gender pronouns. You didn't sign up for people losing their jobs because they don't go along with this radical destructive leftist agenda.
You didn't sign up for any of that. So if you remember the Bud Light boycott, right, this is not Christian led. This was not sparked by fanatical followers of Jesus and Bible thumpers. No, this was sparked by people like Kid Rock. When you think Kid Rock, you don't think Jesus. Kid Rock, Jesus.
No, no, you don't. Here he is shooting Bud Lights because of this campaign where a guy who identifies as a girl is not going to be like the face of Bud Light, you know, Joe Rogan, but the world's largest podcast. When you think Joe Rogan, maybe getting high on the broadcast, you don't think Joe Rogan, Bible. When I think Joe Rogan, I think Bible. Joe Rogan speaking out. He's like, Target, they got these bathing suits and they're displaying them in the front of the store and it's a bathing suit for a boy who identifies as a girl with extra fabric so he can tuck things in. He goes, that's weird.
I'm going to target a city that's weird. Richard Dawkins, one of the most influential anti-Christian atheists of the generation has taken all that flack because he said there are only two biological sexes. He's anything but a Christian. Bill Maher, also anti-religion, anti-Christian, in so many ways, atheist. He's spoken out against trans activism. He's spoken out against the extremism.
He's spoken out about cancel culture, where if you disagree, you get canceled. J.K. Rowling, author of the Harry Potter series, long time gay lesbian ally. She's come under attack. People tried to get her boycotted and things like that because she's made statements that only women have periods.
And no, no, men can too. Women who identify as men and just this cultural madness. And I could go on and on with the list of secular people. Atheists.
Or I mentioned today, Martina Navratilova, one of the greatest female tennis players of all time and herself openly lesbian, out and proud lesbian, speaking out against male bodies, men who identify as women in women's sports. So the culture, the broader culture is saying this is crazy. And it's our job to say, hey, we love everybody. Jesus died for everybody. The same gospel is for everybody. It's our job to say this is all part of the trajectory.
Once you normalize same sex relations, once you say that reality is what you perceive it to be, this is where it goes. So I want to make a heartfelt appeal to each of you. It is time for us to expand this broadcast. You see the days we're living in. You see the uncertainty. You see the upheaval.
It looks like any moment something explode, we could go into an absolute crisis, a civil war in America or a world war. We're here for such a time as this. And this is my role. This is my calling together with you to get this done. So I'm asking you today to join our support team, join our support team, become a torchbearer and monthly supporter, one dollar or more per day.

Call 1-800-771-5584, 1-800-771-5584, or online at trivita.com. Hi, friends. I've just been sharing for my heart.
I hope I brought you some inspiration, some encouragement. I want to close out this series taking you to a very special place, taking you to a recent Gallup poll. It says this, LGBTQ plus identification in U.S. now at 7.6%. More than one in five Gen Z adults identify as LGBTQ plus. According to the poll, 30% of Gen Z women identify as someone in the LGBTQ plus spectrum. When Barna did a similar poll in 2021, this is a Gallup poll, Barna did a poll in 2021 and found it was 40% of Gen Z identified as someone in the LGBTQ plus spectrum. If you go back to my generation, baby boomers, it's under 3%.
If you go back to the generation before us, those that are alive, the traditionalists, it's under 2%, closer to 1%. So why the shift? You say, well, people are more free to come out.
Well, hang on, hang on. Why aren't baby boomers more free to come out? Society's changed. Everywhere you look on TV, Hollywood, social media, it's for years and years and years and years and years and years and years and years normalizing of gay, right? Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, that's all that. Will and Grace, it's all that. It's just normal. Lead lesbian couple, lead gay couple, just trans kid. This is normal.
Movie after movie, sitcom after sitcom, for years and years and years and years and years and years and years. Don't ask, don't tell. Military got rid of that. Schools fully embracing this curriculum agenda. Why aren't a lot more baby boomers coming out then?
Why is it still 3% or less? It's because the vast majority of those who today, young people who identify as on the LGBTQ plus spectrum are not exclusively same sex attracted and many are not even living out practicing homosexuality. It is a matter of indoctrination. It is a matter of identity.
Are you hearing me? What's the highest percentage that's gone up by being bisexual or in some cases queer? It's an identity. It's a way of sharing it. It's a way of showing solidarity with others. It's a way of pushing back against the gender binary of you're either male or female. It's a way of pushing back against that.
So it's a reactionary thing and it's the result of indoctrination. You say, well, you're not going to convince a kid they're gay. Oh, hang on. You're six years old, right? You ask a six year old boy, do you like girls? No, I don't like girls. Oh, maybe you're gay.
Well, hang on. If you give it time and you keep people in confused environments and you're telling them maybe you have a trans identity, do you ever feel like a boy trapped in a girl's body or you want to do girl things, you're a boy, you want to do boy things, you're a girl. Kids get confused. Kids can get confused. It's a reality. That's why the numbers are higher there. It's not just more and more coming out, because the actual percentage of those who are exclusively same sex attracted remains very low, remains very low. And the percentage of those who, if you don't mess with anything, just let them grow and develop as they are biologically intended to. Once they go through puberty, it's only a tiny, tiny percentage.
It'll be less than one percent that identifies transgender. That hasn't changed. What's changed is the perceptions so that more and more people say, hey, this is the cool place or let's experiment or let's find out or let's try different things or let me just dress to express. Let's put down the gender binary and be non-binary or asexual or human beings are easily influenced.
Little children are easily influenced. So hear this. Many, many years ago, there were concepts in America that basically said you have absolute truth, right? You have absolute truth.
And true is true. You have absolute morality. These certain things are right. Certain things are wrong. Society recognizes it.
Well, the absolute morality that yielded over the years to its relative. It may be right for you. It's not right for me. That may be wrong for you.
It's not wrong for me. So we went from absolute morality to relative morality. The same thing with truth. Well, you have your truth. I have my truth.
I mean, think of it. You'll have academics. You'll have national leaders saying, well, that's your truth. I have my truth. No, there's that your truth and my truth, right?
Was it Senator Moynihan, Daniel Patrick Moynihan? You know, everyone's entitled to their own opinion, but not their own facts. Some statement like that is my truth.
Maybe my perception of what's true, your perception of what's true, but true is true. Well, officer, my truth is that that was a green light I went through. No, the truth is you went through a red light.
It was red for three seconds before you went through it. My truth is on the scale, I weigh 140 pounds. No, no. The truth is you weigh 240 pounds. Then my truth versus your truth. But that's where we are today.
So we went from absolute morality to relative morality, from absolute truth to relative truth. Same with reality. Reality is whatever you perceive it to be. If you perceive yourself to be a male in a female body, that's who you are. If you perceive yourself to be part animal, that's who you are.
And I'm not making these things up there. We've talked about it in the past and, and there's a condition B I I D or B I D body identity disorder, a body identity integrity disorder, where people actually are tormented by the presence of healthy limbs. Their mind map says they shouldn't have a left arm and they're tormented. It's like this appendage, like a head growing out.
Like what is that? Or they're tormented by healthy eyes and they, they shouldn't be able to see. Now some have a fetish for amputees, this whole other thing.
But these are people that receive counseling and they, the only way they find peace is when they amputate the limb and they find ways to amputate limbs. Or one woman blinded herself. With help she blinded herself.
But Dish Washington Church, and I believe it was in our eyes, blinded herself and she, now she feels good because she was supposed to be blind. What do we do? We, we mourn for people like this. Our hearts break.
We don't laugh at them, think, oh gosh, why? But that's how they feel. Okay. You have to tell them that's not reality. You think it's reality. Let's get to the root and let's help you.
That's what we need to do. People who identify as transgender, they are not trapped in the wrong body. We're not talking about intersex, whether it's a biological or chromosomal or abnormality, which is a whole different subject and needing great compassion. We recognize reality is you're a biological male. Your DNA says you're male. Genetic mark is thousands and say you're male. Let's help you be at home in that male body.
And someone who's same sex attracted, that may be very deep in you, but it's not who you are. Your identity comes from who you are in Jesus and in him, everything can be overcome. So why don't we do this? Those of us who know the Lord, why don't we say, Lord, here we are. Use us to make a difference. Use us to help those who identify as LGBTQ plus and around the spectrum. Help us to help them know you, follow you, give us those hearts of compassion and backbones of steel. Help us to make a tangible difference in their lives. And those who are and those who are struggling, Lord, we pray that you give them grace.
You give them grace to know you intimately, to find who they are really in you and whatever their struggle, whatever their issue, whatever the temptation, whatever the problem, Lord, help them find everything they need in you. My friends, I hope we've been a blessing to you. I hope this series has helped you.
This is Dr. Michael Brown. Thanks so much for tuning in. Just a reminder that we are listeners supported.
