Right now, it's probably pretty important to us as we begin to get into some of this good weather that we are more flexible and more able to enjoy that. Hey, Pastor Greg. How are you today, sir? Well, I'm better now. I'm getting things turned back around. I had forgotten that the screen flipped on me yesterday. And so, yeah, things were a little bit helter-skelter, but much better now.

Much better now. Well, I'm definitely glad to be here today. And you're right. We are going to talk about summertime and, you know, all over the country. We're starting to look at summertime or look at the different activities and things that we can do. And it's an exciting time. Yes, absolutely. And, you know, and just a time to think about what you can do so you can enjoy the great outdoors.

And of course, one of the areas that is important is mobility. We're going to talk about mobility. And, you know, we've all been cooped up all winter long. Now, summertime's here. We've got a lot of activities. We went out of the house, but stuck in the house. So we get outside. We got long clean up to do. We got the patio furniture to set up. Maybe we're going to pressure wash the driveway of the house or something like that. But it's all new activities that are really not used to.

And we don't want to get up the next morning after this activity and feel like we've been run through the washing machine a couple of different times. You know, this hurts, that hurts, you know. Yeah.

Yeah. As we age, it's a real thing. But one of the questions you've got to ask yourself, you know, when you're 18, did you have these same kind of issues? You know, I've never heard of an 18 year old being in having a bone density problem. You know, that's usually women of that age don't kids. They don't have bone density problems.

They don't have energy deficiency and things like that. But why now that you get up into your 40s, 50s and 60s and higher, you're starting to have these issues. Well, it's basically from habits we formed.

And, you know, when we're younger, we didn't have all these bad habits. For instance, you know, some people take up smoking. We all know that smoking is bad for us, but there's still a lot of people who do it. So smoking depletes the vitamin C. So when you sometimes hear a smoker talk, they get that real gravelly voice type thing. And, you know, that's been traced back to lack of vitamin C. So that smoking has depleted the vitamin C. Another thing that happens to us over a period of time is we treat ourselves to sugars.

And that's critical when you have joint health. You don't want that joint to get dry. Once it gets dry, it kind of gets kind of like the wheels on a clock. They don't mesh together the way they should be. It's just like gears.

They just don't mesh together the way they should be. You want that really smooth inside that joint so the joint doesn't lock up. We also have MSM in it, which helps with the sulfur, which sulfur is critical. And it's a derivative of protein that helps in the area of joint health as well. We use a little beetroot in it. Beetroot has a little bit of sugar in it. The other thing we've got in there for inflammation is white willow bark. Now, white willow bark is basically nature's aspirin.

And nature's aspirin, again, is an anti-inflammatory that just helps the body in the area of inflammation take that down. Now, I know Pastor Greg takes FLEX on a regular basis. You heard him talking about it today.

He takes it on the days that he goes to physical therapy and he takes a little bit extra. But, you know, for a guy that's been through what he's been through to be where he's at, to have the blood work he has, he's got to be doing something different than the average person. And he is. He's got those nice red rosy cheeks and so forth, and all that's a tribute to what he's putting in. Oh, there you go.

There he is, ready for a picture today. But that's what it's about, is to be able to feel good, to do the things that God's called you to do, and you've got to have the nutrients in your body too. One other thing here real quick on this, on the Fletch product, and we talked about Andy Beckler, the president of Aniva, and his father. Well, I want to share just a couple other things here in the time that we've got left. And that's, I didn't get up, I should have, but we have a hemp stick and we've talked about Vibe.
