Justice for us seems almost impossible. It's not fun to watch somebody die, and they knew she was in mortal peril. They have not asked the hard questions. Why was the Capitol intentionally insecure that day? The FBI had information about security concerns before January 6th. They're out for blood, and they're getting it. They appear to be winning. Were the actions of the Capitol Police out of line? Were there violations in use of force?

The family is the essential unit of human society, and that you must have honor and defend your family. But it's not always easy to do. When the regime gives the order, you have to kill.

And my very special guest who is staying with me, hour number two, by the way, if you missed any part of our number one, boy, do I encourage you to listen in because we discussed some very significant legal issues that you're not going to hear discussed or broken down or explained anywhere.
I don't think anywhere else, quite frankly, at least at this point. And having to do with explaining the 14th Amendment, your right to vote, the equal rights of the 14th, your right to vote under the 15th Amendment, how that all plays together relative to what's happening in Arizona, the potentiality that Arizona should, in fact, lose representation in Congress by denying or disenfranchising a large portion, the threats that have been made against election officials in Arizona for certification of felonies using illegal tactics by the Secretary of State, who also happens to be running for governor, no surprise surprise there. It's a mess. But we went into all of that.
I only have David for a few more minutes. So I want to get into this situation, which again, is something that I don't think that is being discussed, but should be being conversed about. Congress sent a Respect for Marriage Act to the Senate. During this was supposed to be a lame duck session, which now that's not a lame duck session.
They are continuing to destroy our country. 62, 12 Republican senators crossed the line and said, oh, we're going to vote for cloture on the respect for marriage so we can bring it to the floor. Mike Lee and Josh starts with an H. Halsey?
I think it's Halsey. Anyway, there were three senators that tried to get religious exemption pieces added to this. And and all of those additions were removed. There was something that was added. But bottom line is last night, the Senate approved the Respect for Marriage Act and sent it back to the House. So there's it's a foregone conclusion that this thing is going to go to Biden's desk for signature. The Respect for Marriage Act basically allows a very small opening for churches not to have to carry out acts of marriage regarding sodomites.
That's it. David, 80% of pastors in America work outside of the church in order to support their families. And what this new law will mean is is that 80% of the time they are going to have to basically approve of if they own a business or adhere to and especially if they own a business that has any relationship to marriage functions like a photography studio, a bakery, flower shop, what have you, even a venue, as far as that, that's not the church. They are going to have to adhere to this law and they are going to have to support something that on Sunday mornings, under under God's word, they would say this is something God doesn't approve of and call sin.
Yeah, this is what they're calling the lie. I want to mention, you talk about the 80-20 rule and the time that they spend outside the church. And this is potentially deriving, depriving them of the ability to live their faith outside of their outside the four walls of the church. And that's been an action that ever since Obama was in in charge that they've been trying to confine religious freedom to the four walls of the church. And within that within this law, there's very something that that is really incredibly disturbing.
And that is the repeat and that nobody else is talking about, Greg. And that's the repeal of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, which was on the basis of which they didn't have where Hobby Lobby was able to opt out of the portions of Obamacare based on the abortion requirements. And they didn't decide that Hobby Lobby on constitutional grounds. They decided to Hobby Lobby on the grounds of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act and their authority to conduct their business within their faith.
And this is really, really dangerous, not just dangerous to the pastors that you're speaking of, but dangerous to everybody that wants to live their faith outside of the four walls of the church. Because it was essentially, it would open up the door then for an unwinding of the Hobby Lobby decision and all other decisions that have been made relative to funding abortions or any religious exemption. It brings the sisters of the poor back into church or back into court, you know, and says that they have to pay for abortion insurance.
And so this is an incredible and incredibly dangerous. It goes well beyond the Orwellian title of Respect for Marriage Act. But buried within there is the repeal of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act signed by, of all people, Bill Clinton, by the way.
Right. Well, DOMA, which was, yeah, the Defense of Marriage Act is actually what it repeals. It repeals DOMA. It does both. It does both. Yes.
Okay. It's even further than that. So it's an incredibly dangerous thing. And strangely enough, probably outside the realm of what Dobbs discussed in terms of whose authority it is to make family law. Because Dobbs itself in the repeal, or when they say overturned roph, actually all it did was return this authority to the states. And now the federal government is going to try and further usurp the authority of the states that the Supreme Court just gave back to the states under the Constitution. This is a huge, huge problem. And it's just, it's a very, very dangerous act.
And these are crazy people that want to undo America. And so, and I do have a trial this morning. I'm going to run to court.
Fortunately for you, I'm well prepared to go there so I can stick around for a while. There's a couple three things that if I could close. Give the Constitution Declaration of Independence for Christmas.

I was watching some material last night. Apparently, there is a lawsuit that has been filed with regards to this situation. I don't know the particulars with regards to it, but there has been a lawsuit that's been filed with regards to it, and we'll have to see how that plays out. You know, as David suggested, you know, we as citizens of the United States of America have certainly a vested interest because every time one of these situations happens, every time that these acts take place, they create a precedent.
They are creating a roadmap. None of this happens autonomously. All of this happens with repercussions. And one of those, and this was something that the Lord dropped on my spirit last night as I was continuing to pray and really just, gosh, I don't know, groan and moan and just feel the spiritual implications of all of this had to do with what I pointed out to David this morning, or as I sent him the email actually last night, you know, regarding the right to vote and the disenfranchisement and the fact that Arizona can't act on and do these things in a vacuum. When these individuals are allowed to violate violate the law, and when the violation of that law, you know, your congressman is the closest thing to you in a constitutional republic on a federal level, as it should be. Unfortunately, now it's, I think David was mentioning in the break is about 800,000 people they represent, but nonetheless, it's about as close as you're going to get. The point of that then is that what they do, that representative, yes, he represents those 800,000, but his vote coupled with other votes and his influence potentially within caucuses has a dramatic impact.
Right now, we have this respect for marriage act. And it's gone back to the house for them to approve members of the house, representatives that you didn't vote for, are going to decide whether or not you have the right to religious freedom in the United States of America. Their votes impact you and I. So it doesn't happen in a vacuum. And it doesn't happen in a bubble. And we need to be very aware of that, that wall again, those votes are, you know, cast over here in Arizona.

Well, folks, I'm very pleased to welcome my co-host to the program, Rick Manning, President of Americans for Limited Government, and joining him on the program, and we'll have her with us here momentarily. Let me see.
Let me try and get that straightened out. Okay. Joining her on the program today, or joining us on the program today will be Michelle Swinnick.
She should be jumping in here momentarily. But Rick, you were mentioning something to me as we were just in the warm-up just now regarding Mr. Elon Musk and what's going on with Twitter. I guess not surprising, right? Big brother wants to keep an eye on him?
Well, I think what's surprising is it's so out front. And when you combine that with the fact that Apple is now threatening to remove the Twitter app from the Apple Store, when you combine and you have the various intelligence agencies that are essentially scared to death that every other communications with Twitter are now going to go into public domain, and will reveal exactly how coercive the federal government was in terms of impacting the elections in 2020 and 2022, and the banning of speech related to COVID, related to election integrity, like we're going to talk about Michelle on, and banning speech on a variety of topics that the federal government did not want you and I to actually have. And they worked with Twitter as a partner, just like did Facebook, just like they did Google, and Amazon as well. And as a result, they're desperately trying to keep, deny Elon Musk the ability to have his platform allow for free speech, A, and B, course him not to release information that is extremely embarrassing, and in fact, may be illegal, that the federal government was engaged in coercing platforms to shutter free speech. Well, and one of the other entities that I think is going to, that potentially stands to have a big problem would be Facebook, right?
Because the same the same rules and the same influencing and the same manipulation that took place on Twitter is the same manipulation that was going on with Facebook, which they had control of, I suppose, Periscope to some to some degree, but mostly it was Facebook and Twitter that were being controlled by the federal government. And so the argument and I'll have tomorrow, Jason Kyle will be on with me, talking about some some new movement on the on the whole section 230 argument, because if in fact, Twitter, and Facebook, and we know I mean, that's, that's the issue we're talking about here, Rick, Elon Musk is going to put out information on Twitter, that's going to confirm that the federal government was pulling the strings in determining what Twitter would and would not put on its platform. That makes them acting as an agent of the government, period.
Absolutely. And it makes the, it takes away the whole section 230 argument, by the way, because the truth of the matter is, if the government is acting is coercively forcing a private entity, which the government says, No, we were just making suggestions, but we know what that's like, when they wink at you, when they're coercively influencing speech, on platforms and denying people access to people who voluntarily agreed to get their content, because of the because they don't want to have speech, if they're throwing Donald Trump off of Twitter, because they don't like the speech he's making, even though he's president of the United States. Um, you know, at that point, that point, that is a blatant abuse of first of the First Amendment, right?
Because it's no longer a private group. It's being act, it's they're acting as an actor or the report of the Democratic Party of the federal government. And hence, they are a federal actor at that point. And as such, yes, First Amendment claims, I think are valid. And the section, there's a lot of stuff on section 230, which, you know, you can talk about, but I think this breaks it first up just a clear cut First Amendment case. Yeah, well, I would I would agree and and you know, another another area where the First Amendment is going to be destroyed is is this Respect for Marriage Act, which we'll, we'll get more into it. The vote is going to happen, by the way, 202-224-3121, 202-224-3121. Tell your representative to vote No, I don't know that it's going to make any difference right now, because it's gone back to the house.
But but here's the problem. The problem is is is as an example, and David Shostak has just talked about this Hobby Lobby, okay, who won their case over the abortion, that was one predicated on the the Defense of Marriage Act, and the Freedom Restoration Act, both the Freedom Restoration Act and the Defense of Marriage Act, Michelle, you're on screen right now just letting you know. But but both of those are repealed under this new Respect for Marriage Act.
Both are repealed. So that means that Hobby Lobby, right. Correct. Hobby Lobby that decision, Hobby Lobby can now be attempt to be coerced to provide abortion coverage for its employees. Yes. Or, or transgender surgeries for their employees, a more likely case.
Yes. And they can be coerced to do that, because they would fall directly in the alliance and kind of a line of fire on this. And Hobby Lobby will then have to go back and refight it based on First Amendment grounds, different court, fortunately, of course, they won't be looking for some kind of sidebar out. And so maybe we actually get freedom of religion to express religion reinstated in this country. Based on that, the fact is, anytime you're relating, anytime you're relying on a court to save you from an action of Congress, yeah, that is a very Congress court doesn't like the court does not like to overturn actions of elected representatives, particularly a lot of actions that were taken on a bipartisan basis. Because remember, in the Senate, 12, I know, Republican.
All right. So that brings us right to this election issue. Michelle is with us. She has stepped out for a second, I think a lighting thing or something. But anyway, she is here with us. So in Arizona, just a couple of things to bring up, and then we'll get Michelle to comment on these, but a couple of things to bring up. One in Cochise County, they said, No, we're not going to certify because we don't believe the machines were certified and and and legal and and Michelle Swinnick, by the way, reported on that here on our program two weeks ago, that the machines are three weeks ago, was it on our show three weeks ago? Yeah, no, we started talking about banning the machines on the ninth of September. No, I know. But I'm saying here on our program, you know, is when you brought it was two or three weeks.
Yeah. But that that those machines for the election, those machines are were not were not made legally certified. They were not in spite of the Secretary of State and now the Secretary of State's office has provided what I would believe would be falsified materials, falsified materials. Now David Chistokas talked about the fact that not only that, but the but the Secretary of State's office has hired outside counsel in her official capacity to file the lawsuit against Cochise, circumventing the Attorney General of the state of Arizona, and under the Constitution, that's illegal. Everything they do in the state is illegal. I mean, it is that ridiculous. Don't forget back when Cochise said they wanted to get a hand count done before we before we realized that there was fake ballots implanted implanted into the system. So a hand count or a recount at this point is just which pile of poop are you counting? It's still a pile of poop, right?
So you can't rely on a hand count. Back when they did that, after their meeting on the 24th of October, Mark Elias swooped in and put a lawsuit against the Board of Supervisors and the county recorder for actually doing that. So that was the first time Mark Elias put his toe into the pond here in Arizona for this particular this specific election, but he goes through groups like some Arizona for retired whatever people so they may they attached to a group so they can actually have the group do the lawsuit.
So this is it's it's it's it's Groundhog's Day in Arizona. Again, right? Yeah, yes.
Yeah. Well, it's well, and, and, and, you know, I called the sheriff, I called Sheriff Paul. And I'm going to repeat this again and keep saying it so that people understand there's a public record of it.
I called Sheriff Paul. And I said to him, you swore an oath to uphold the Constitution. Under the 15th Amendment, you have to defend the right of every single citizen in Arizona to vote, something that I presented to David Shostakos this morning, and he said, you're right. And that is this, by Arizona disenfranchising, and it could be as many as a half a million voters, it could be, it could be more, it could be even close to a million. But here's the thing for every 800,000. That's one representative under the Constitution, if a state disenfranchises that many voters, they have to give up a representative. They have to give them up.
They can no longer sit in Congress. And as a citizen of a state that might be owed one, we'll be back to talk more about it coming up. You're not going to get a trial of, if you are an American patriot, you're not going to get a trial of your peers, and we found that out, of course, last night, because Stuart Rhodes, the president of the Oath Keepers, was found guilty of sedition, right? Sedition? Is that what it was? Yeah.
Yeah. He was found guilty of sedition by 12 D.C. residents, which does that surprise anybody? And the next one, and they also included in the trial, and there were 12 people tried, two of them were given the sedition, or no, was it seven people tried?
At any rate, yeah, two of them were given. The other five were found not guilty of sedition. All of them were found guilty of something. And they connected Michael Flynn and Roger Stone into the trial. They weren't even there. Well, but they were a part of a... A plot.
Yes. They were members of a text group or whatever that they have record of. And so they were involved in the conversations, but that was all entered into the record of the trial. And of course, let's be clear, all of that is an attempt to lead back to the 45th president of the United States so that they can try to bring sedition charges against him.
And the purpose of that is to nullify his ability to run for office again. Right. Hold on. I've got to point something out. Go ahead. This is by the same government that's complaining because the Russians put somebody they caught dead to rights with hashish and heroin against their laws and had a trial and sends them to jail for nine, for 10 years.
A woman named Brittany Greiner, who's a woman's basketball player. And this same justice department is complaining about the justice in Russia while they're engaged in judicial prosecutions that would make Joseph Stalin blush. Absolutely.
Absolutely. Well, and folks, there is a tie back in all of this to the election conversation because it's elections and elected and who gets elected and the stealing of elections that puts these individuals into these positions to be able to do this. And going all the way back to the Arizona situation, you have a secretary of state.
It's just so we set the table and make this clear. The secretary of state in Arizona ran for governor. She refused to recuse herself. She's now hired outside counsel.
As you were explaining, Michelle, she is in collusion with Mark Elias and organizations that he uses as fronts in Arizona to steal the Arizona election, which they intended to do from the very beginning. And I was watching a very good rumble last night, and I'm going to, you know, these individuals like Charlie Kirk that are running around talking about, oh, follow rules and this. You know what, Charlie, you're blowing it, okay? I blew it, blew it, because he didn't steal it.
As soon as they called for the hobbit, he's dropped it because his big thing, remember, and I've talked about this every time I come on your show. Oh, we got to vote harder. And it's all about ballot harvesting.
That's what we got to work on. And that's not the case. The case is the fact that you have so much fraud, malfeasance, maladministration, voter suppression, and disenfranchisement. Literally, it is the worst of all the elections we've ever had in this country. And you just brought up Katie Hobbs, the fact that she is Secretary of State, and she was running for governor. She didn't win.
She didn't win. Most of the people that won that are Democrats across the country did not win. Remember, you had a red tsunami cross the country for what you voted, right?
But the results are always different than what the people cast their ballots for. That's where the blue massacre happened of your legal vote. But the conflict of interest statute is 38-503B, which says that Katie Hobbs had to recuse herself when she decided to run for governor.
And that was like a year, year and a half ago. So the whole thing started off on the wrong foot, where you also have all the people on the right who do this for a living. Whether it is their elected and selected elitist position, or their PAC, or the GOP, or their 501c3, their 501c4, whatever it is, they did nothing.
Nothing from day one, which was the conflict of interest statute. So do you expect them to come to your rescue now? And do you expect them to have helped you all along the way from the day that people announced up through the primaries through the actual election, which the GOP and the RNC here sabotaged, even the day of? Remember, they promised us all that support like they had in Virginia. We had none of that.
It was election judge. We had none of that. So let me bring you up to speed. How much time do we have? Because you got to go to commercials?
Do you love commercials? We have, well, I don't love them, but we have minutes. We have three minutes till we're out. Okay, so just a brief update. You saw the disastrous meeting where Mayor Corruption County certified. Now keep in mind, certifying just means that the five people, the five demons, the Board of Supervisors said, okay, we agree with the election. There's no verification of anything.
That's what is interesting. So you hear, oh, they certified it. No, no, no. Some guy said go to the next phase.
That's it. There's no verification of whether or not any of the claims or information about fraud was verified or any of that. Did you want to say something?
Michelle, the key down on certification is the same people who put the system in place that failed in Maricopa County then said, oh, yeah, we're certifying the election, the results of that failed system. So you see the circular failure there. Go ahead and continue. I'm sorry. No, that's okay. No, I appreciate that clarification from the expert.
So you have to keep that in mind. It's like the fox guarding the henhouse and saying, all right, the chickens are safe, guys. We're good. Now chickens, they ate the chickens, okay? Speaking of Hickman Farms, that's where they burned the ballots two years ago.
I have a feeling they had a little campfire. Are they going to have another one there? So now the next phase is Cochise County.
Remember Peggy Judd was on our show episode 383 back in October talking about doing a hand count. Now they are, they're saying we need the proof of certifications, Greg, what Pastor PG mentioned in the beginning of the show. So Friday, they're going to vote on, they're going to meet. They're going to vote on that, right? So the information that was provided is not, is not real, okay?
It's not real and it's not up to date. So then what happens after that, depending on how that goes, you're going to have lawsuits, whatever, but the December 8th is the date that the Secretary of State, Katie Hobbit is going to certify. Now, apparently all of these lawsuits, these miraculous lawsuits that everybody's hanging their hat on are actually supposed to be filed once the certification is done by the Secretary of State or at least cities.
Yeah, no. So, but, but now you have the certification, but then now you can go ahead and fight for it. That's like, like trying to win a battle with a murderer after you're dead, right?
So how are you supposed to do that? So there's five days after the decision or five days after December 8th, once they file the lawsuit, cause they'll drop it right away. Then there's five days for a judge to make a decision and then it's going to go back to appeals court, whatever, depending on what the decision is. So then you have a legal battle. So literally this is, just based on the information that I've personally seen and know about, not including what the attorneys may know in addition to that, which I have a feeling it's about the same, if not less.
This is the easiest, most slam dunk case. If you had honest judges, and if you had, what is, what is that? Now you're fine.
You're fine. If, if you had honest judges, if you followed the law and if you honored the, a legal system that actually made sense, right? So it's, it's, it's black and white.
It is slam dunk. It's, remember the first 15 minutes you did not repair or replace the machines. You cannot certify an election and then 10,000 other things after that. So, do we have that one magical judge?
I do not know. So now you're, you're, again, you're, you're, you're faced with one human being to find the one human being who's not corrupt, who's not been bought, who is not part of the system here in Arizona, where the whole place is ripe with fraud, incestuous, nefarious characters, which we already know that the AAZ GOP and the RNC have made agreements with the bar association and most of the, and the attorneys here do not take any election cases. And I can tell you, I have friends that were trying to file and they actually were getting ready to do that. And the attorneys, I mentioned it the other day, Oh, I have jury duty up.
Something came up, up, stub my toe. Can't represent you. So that, that information is true, right? And we already know that from our CPS system, all the judges are bought and paid for. So will we have that magical judge? I suggest, and this is what I'm asking for everybody in the country. Could you get on your knees people?
Could you get on your knees? Could you pray for Arizona? Because what happens in Arizona is, is it as direct reflective of what happens, going to happen to the country. So Arizona certifies this and we move forward. That's your new flag. It's going to be upside down and COVID is going to look like a cakewalk compared to what's going to happen.
So I strongly suggest second Chronicle 714. That if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven. I will forgive their sins and restore their land. Please everybody pray, plan, take action.
