Do this. This is such, man, I, you know, this is one of those topics that I, I mean, every time I go into the doctors, I hear I listen around me in the waiting room. And I hear this conversation and no matter on, on television, in, in, in, uh, television programming, uh, it is a constant. And I'm talking about the issue of diabetes. And I want to welcome my CGR wellness guru who is not a doctor. And this is not medical medical advice. We have to, we have to put on this disclaimer, especially this morning with this topic. This is not medical advice. What we can tell you is he has 40 years of experience as a naturopathic practitioner, and he has 40 years of testimonies of those who he has treated and his own personal testimony. And I have mine.

And that's what you're going to get this morning. Again, we're not doctors. We're not giving medical advice. We're sharing with you what we have seen, what we have lived, what we've experienced, and then publicly available facts that you can go look at for yourself. We're just bringing them to your attention so you can understand them better.

And perhaps, perhaps how to take care of yourself in a better and healthier way. All right. I think I did that, Tim. Well said, Pastor Greg. So before you start any nutritional program, it's always a good idea to go over with your doctor and make sure they're on board with what you're trying to do. But today, what we're going to do is talk about some things that you can do to improve your blood sugar levels.

A lot of people, as Pastor Greg said, you know, you hear it all the time. They've got diabetes. And we just need to look at some of the signs that may want you to go check with your doctor to see what's going on. And one of those signs that we have is hunger. Hunger is something that goes with diabetes. Fatigue also comes along. A loss of energy.

It does not even function as well as what you used to. And a lot of diabetes, people will end up with lows, extremely lows, which are just really lethargic and they can't hardly move. And that's the fluctuation that they have with the blood sugar level. And those are all things that, you know, can make your life basically miserable.

And we're here today to be able to share some things that have been studied, you know, some nutritional facts that are out there that can help improve that. One of the other signs that happens when people, you know, end up into that realm is that they pee more often. They can't hold their fluid near as well.

Now, I'm not Pastor Greg will bring a gallon of water and I'm sure that's going to run through it. But just for those that just, their normal amount, it's just a little extra, you have to go to the bathroom. You know, that'll result in a dry mouth.

You don't have an itchy skin because of the dryness, because you're getting rid of too much fluid. You know, a lot of optometrists will examine your eyes and they'll look for signs of diabetes in your eyes because of the blood vessels. You know, the diabetes of sugar just kind of erodes them and it kind of can cause a vision.

But you've got blurred vision a lot due to the fact that the fluid levels are changing, what changes the shape of the iris. You've got yeast problems for both men and women. And that's that scaly skin that you see on the bottom of your feet. A lot of people that I see, we do what we call ionic foot baths and they'll come in and they'll get these foot baths and, you know, it's like they're shedding skin or like a dog when they're shedding.

Those are so awesome, by the way, folks. If you've never had an ionic foot bath, man, when I first started, I'm sorry to hijack this, but when I first started my naturopathic journey back in 04, that was one of the things that my nutritional support program, Kathy Flood, my nutritionist and my naturopathic expert at that time started me on. And every session would begin with me putting my feet in this little tub and the little ionic plate at the bottom. And the water would start out clear and, you know, within probably about 10 minutes, it would be a very dark shade of almost black, you know, as the poisons and toxins were being pulled out of my feet and out of the bottom, out of my system. We've done thousands of those probably over the years and that's how I see a lot of people when they come and tell me they're not using sugar, things like that.

And I'm getting out of the foot bath like saying, now that's not the way it is because their feet are just flaking like nobody's business. And then, you know, they have trouble controlling their sugar. But I know right then that they've got less sugar issues. But that's one of the candida type yeast things that you'll find with people.

Primarily, I see it on the feet, but you know, if you don't around the rest area and things like that for women, a lot of that, you know, the moist areas of the bodies where that usually finds. Another thing that indicates you might have an issue, you need to see your doctor on to be checked for diabetes is the fact that you've got all your cuts in your sores or just slower to heal. You just don't get well like you used to. Maybe you've got some pain or some numbness and that only occurs after you've gone a long time and you neglected it and you're not been able to, you know, really go. But, you know, or you got in a fight with a truck. Yeah, if you had a fight with a truck.

And you can accelerate that numbness real quick. There you go. You've been there, done that or still living it. So go ahead.

I'm sorry. Yeah, that's some of the things that you want to look at. And then you go and blood tests are always important. You always talk about an A1C. You know, an A1C is a great way to tell where you're at.
