And first of all, I just want to go over some of the signs that you might want to be aware of that this is starting to happen in your life that you may want to seek out some medical help.

We don't give medical advice here on this show. But what we do is try to help educate you on some different things that you can do nationally that will assist your body and just overall better living. So today, with the topic being blood sugar, some of the signs that we want to look for are hunger and thirst. Your body converts the food that you eat into glucose.

And that's what your body uses for energy. But you've got to have insulin to be able to take that glucose into the cell. And you've heard the term that insulin resistance. Sometimes your body through the pancreas doesn't make enough insulin. And there's other times that the insulin just can't get in the cell. So that's going to leave you hungry.

It's going to leave you tired. And a lot of times when people's sugar drops, I know my wife's a diabetic, they just get the shakes really bad. And it is a very, very terrifying experience when they have the shakes and they feel like they're going to pass out.

They start sweating for no reason at all. And that's when that blood sugar is very unstable. Now they're going to pee more often and they become thirstier.

And we can go into some of the chemistry behind that, but we're not going to do for the sake of time. But the actual average person will pee anywhere between seven to, oh, what is it, four to seven times in a 24 hour period. But those with diabetes, they'll go a lot more often. And there's reasons why that is. Or maybe those that drink like, you know, a couple of gallons of water a day.

Well, that's going to do it too. Or taking supplements that cause you to do that to flex the kidneys out. So there's other reasons, but that's a lot of it when you're dealing with diabetes. So you've got dry mouth comes into play and that's because you're getting rid of too much fluid. You may have itchy skin, which is another sign that there may be something going wrong. Blurred vision. A lot of times their fluid level changes within the body that affects the lens of the eye. It swells up and you're not able to see the way that you should. Other things that happen are yeast infections.

You have a lot of that going on, you know, with the amount of sugar in the body. And it always happens, you know, in between the toes, the fingers, under the breast, the genitals, things of that area. You've got sores that are slow to heal. Pain, numbness in your feet. Now this kind of thing is like the numbness in your feet or something that happens over a longer period of time. It's not something that when your sugar gets high right away, you're going to feel. But it's really something, you know, if that's starting to happen to you, you better get in and get your A1C check, check with your doctor and see what they have to say. So there's steps that you can take to be able to control this blood sugar. And, you know, if you check with Dr. Google, they're going to tell you, as Pastor Greg mentioned, their weight loss.

That's a big deal. You know, change your diet. Stop eating the high fructose corn syrup type things.

Exercise, you know, you'll be able to take it down with exercise. But I think for most people, one of the hardest things to do is to lose weight. Wouldn't you agree, Pastor Greg? Oh, yeah.

No. Well, I mean, because everybody's system is different. And so, you know, the same things don't work for every single person.

They just don't. You need to understand your body type. You need to understand your systemic type. You know, do you need high proteins?

Do you need, I mean, some people need carbohydrates actually to lose weight in reality, depending again on, you know, where their organ situations are. There's a lot of variances in that. So, yes, I would say that it is a complicated issue regarding weight loss. It is. Well, take this from a guy that's lost 150 pounds, by the way. Yeah.

Thank you, Pastor Greg. There's one other supplement in this line when we're talking about blood sugar that's very important, and we call it vancrosin. It's the minerals vanadium, chromium, and zinc in a combination. So we're using our Vi product as our all-in-one vitamin-mineral supplement.

Now, why they use this particular mineral, documented studies on how these particular minerals work together when it comes to regulating blood sugar and lowering it. Now, vanadium has been done.
