They can make their own public releases and statements. But he did tell me that I can tell you that they were not notified.
The FBI did not give them any notification whatsoever with regards to the situation. And as our constitutional attorney, David Shostokis, said yesterday, that it's dangerous because local law enforcement doesn't know who these guys are showing up and pointing guns at one of their citizens. And it could very well turn into a very unfortunate situation.

We're going to do a roundtable speaking specifically about what's happening at the border. And if you were with me last Thursday, you know that I had Sheena Rodriguez with me. And we showed you her videos from the border and the children, children that are being assaulted. And I told her, I said, I'm not playing that, I'm not playing that semantics game.
Would she agree? There were girls and boys in this group, mostly ages, probably four to about 13. When we say assaulted, they were raped. Children are being raped coming across the border. And the left wants us to believe demented, creepy Joe, who had no problem showering with his daughter and God only knows what he did to mess her up. He has no issue, apparently, with what's happening to these children.
I don't know if you saw this or not, but there was a recently at the White House, they had a little gathering where the Atlanta Braves came in to receive, you know, whatever the congratulations of the president. And he says he wants everybody under 15 to please come up. There's video of this. And the very last one that comes up is this little boy. And this little boy is like, I don't want anything to do with this guy.
I don't want to go anywhere near him. Now, listen, let me explain and give some just because, you know, I do understand that children do sometimes have reactions to older people. And they're all their wrinkles and all those kinds of things. Okay, so so to be fair, I get that. But in light of everything that creepy Joe has done, and is out there about creepy Joe, the optics were just kind of ironic.
For this little kid to be kind of creeped out about getting up next to him and turning around. Anyway, okay, Dr. Judy Mikovits will be with me today as well. We'll also be joined by Ward Connerly. January six tall tale. You know, we're, we're seeing the, uh, the effects of that this week, really bad with the oathkeeper trials and, uh, people really need to up their prayer game right now. This is a horrible, horrible situation. And, uh, we've put video out that shows, you know, literally shows the oathkeepers talking to the police, walking the police around, protecting the police, helping the police all day long. And, and the DOJ is literally throwing all that out the window. They don't care.
They have a narrative, they have a plan and they're doing everything they can. So this week is the beginning of that for the next six, seven weeks. It's going to be one of your friends that's in bloody Hill is out there.
I mean, he's looking at, I think like 25 years. I can't remember his name right now, but he's, he's really, he's showing video. Yes.
Yes. What is his name? So Trent is, he's, he's just actually went for a misdemeanor. Here's, here's a great way God works.
And Trinnace is, you know, he's standing up for the team. He could have just taken his little sentence, his probation, his plea and, and, and gone out. I mean, it's a misdemeanor trespass, but instead he talked to the judge and he said, look, I really didn't want to do this in the first place.
My lawyers won't let me say what I want to say. And she's like, what do you want to say? And he says, well, you know, the, the, we were heroes too that day. Cause she said the police were the only heroes and you know, things like he never condoned violence. He walked around the whole day and she said, well, if you have video of this stuff, show me. So we were able to put together a video for this judge. She postponed his sentencing.
That doesn't happen. She postponed his sentence from that. She could have been done with it for the day. I mean done.
And she said, come back, give me the video. So October 11th, we'll see, you know, what really happens with all that. I'm very interested because all it takes is, you know, one judge to really understand and really understand what, what the whole under the rug deal is because it's horrible. It's obvious. It's blatant to everyone else. And here's the thing. When you have the evidence, the witnesses, the video, the testimony, and they still don't care, then you know what's going on. And this whole domestic violent extremist angle, brother, we've talked about it and they're trying to get anyone that stands out and says anything against the government.

But I'll get there because it is in a better spot being where it is. So there you go. Alright, J6. You know, one of the other individuals that's decided not to take the plea is Dr. Simone Gold's security guy. Yeah, yeah.
And he's like, you know, I just, yeah, I could, I could, you know, do that. And he doesn't fault Dr. Simone for her. It's not about that. But he's just like, look, I've got my video evidence.
I didn't do anything wrong. And in fact, I've got the video and you can watch it on Nick Searcy's video. I don't know if you've got it on here.
I don't think you had it on yours. But Nick has, you know, he kind of followed their particular pathway. And you can see them going and you can see the guards going, go this way. And what they're trying to get to if you stopped the frame right there and look, you would see that behind those DC Capitol cops is the stage that she is assigned to to speak at. And that's where they're headed. And they are permitted to be there, permitted to go to that stage. And the security detail blocked their path to the stage and waved them into a different direction that ultimately led them, they had nowhere else to go, into the rotunda.
Yeah, people got corralled around a little bit. I mean, they were led this way and that. We've said that in all our movies.
Everything that we've tried to tell people is that there was direction. There were provocateurs, agitators, agents, if you will, and all the Ray Epps type characters. And listen, Ray Epps is not the only Ray Epps, if you know what I mean.
There are many Ray Epps. You know, Pam Hemphill just got finished serving her 60-day sentence. And I had the great fortune of interviewing her on discussion island the other day.
And people can check that out at stophate.com as well. But she was not supposed to survive. She was not supposed to get out and, you know, 60-day sentence. So the judge said she needed to go to a kind of a treatment facility in Texas, basically a, you know, halfway house type situation.
Okay. But the DOJ said, no, we're sending her to California to the second worst prison in the country where they only have people with felonies, lifers, you know, the worst of the worst. She's got a misdemeanor and they stuck her in here. Girls came into her cell and said, you're not leaving here when you think you're not going anywhere.
We got you now. You're here for 60 days, but we're going to stick drugs in your room. And that's a four to seven year charge. And you're not, cause she's 69 years old. She'd never survived that. She was not supposed to get out alive, my brother. This is the department of injustice. Oh yeah.
Oh yeah. And so how did she get out? This lady named Michelle West, that's been in there for 28 years for a minor drug charge. Obama said he was going to get her out and never did. I mean, she's, she's got quite a story. We need to really get behind her, but she's a black lady and she came to Pam and said, why are you here? And Pam said, for a misdemeanor. And she said, that's a lie. You can't be here for misdemeanor.
It's impossible. They ended up befriending each other. And this lady said, I will get you out of here. I will protect you. And I mean, God put her in her life to make sure that she survived. And when she left, the warden looked at her in complete shock. Like, where are you going? How are you leaving?
What, how are you getting out of here? She wasn't supposed to leave, man. Well, no, cause they, cause her story, because she, because she carries with her the truth about what happened, you know?
That's right, man. And she's the greatest lady. I mean, you know, listen, 42 year alcohol and drug therapist, you know, had the stitches from her breast cancer surgery when she showed up on January 6th. She literally got pushed into it. We got too close, went to ask the cop, hey, are they going to let people in here? And got sucked into the building, asked for help to get out, videoed everything.
It's all there. At least she got stepped on, trampled, hurt, pulled to the side. And they're trying to say that she did something on purpose and intentional and wrong and horrible.
And it's not Pam. And this is our government. This is what people don't realize. That's why it's so important for us to get behind these people right now. And not only in prayer, man, these people are starving to death.
Everything distracts. Let me say, the only thing I'm going to push back on that you said is, this is our government. This isn't our government. This isn't our government.

And I just want to say that, you know, and I say this because I mean it, I love the part of this show that I love the most is the absolutely incredible people that I get to meet. And that become my friends and my brothers and sisters in Christ. And so it is in that spirit that I am so glad to have David Summerall with me here on the program. Well, I tell you what, man, it's hard to find the quality and caliber friends that are on the same page in life with so many, you know, Bibles very specific about being with like-minded people. And this is the time in our life that we need to focus on it more as a country.
I mean, we've neglected that. If we followed God like we followed Trump for four years, the whole world would be in a different place. So I just believe that kingdom focus, God's building his army, you know, and he's putting his team together, brother. I'm just glad to have met you and have you in our lives as well. Well, I appreciate that.
I appreciate that. There are individuals we were starting to talk as we were going into the break, you know, about how the other side, they truly have embraced this idea that somehow belief in the biblical version of God, belief in life at conception, belief in marriage between a man and a woman, belief that God did create man and woman, and that's not changeable. Belief that there are absolutes, there is truth, there is what's right and what's not right, that all of those things are somehow archaic, they're a throwback, they're cave. They're, you know, what have you, whatever, however you want to frame it. But they really believe that and they believe those of us that hold on to those kind of values, David, are evil. How do we fight back against that? And where are we in that? Because that was the conversation Matt Long and I were having is, you know, when they're coming and doing like what they did to Mark Hough. When they're coming into the neighborhoods and, you know, rolling in and kicking down door, I mean, at what point do we need to look at this from the perspective of when they came for the machinists, you know what I'm saying?
I do, I do. And brother, it started with, you know, Roger Stone and nobody said anything because not everybody liked Stone a lot. Then they came for Alex Jones, but he was loud and not everybody agreed. And, you know, it's the people that speak out.
It's about anything. That's the reality of where we live in now. We see this and the FBI is not opposed to kicking in anybody's door, even if it's just a school board meeting and you want to say you don't like CRT. These are the facts that we live with.
And I believe that, you know, through Sheriff Mack, it's a huge thing. We have to identify our constitutional sheriffs. We have to get back to the basics, but we have to organize, man. We have to communicate and we have to lead by example.
We have not done a very good job of that for years. I mean, it says be not of the world, but be transformed. You know what I'm saying? But we love this world. We love this stuff. We want to be popular. We want to be just like everybody else and still claim that we're different.
And I'm not sure that works. But one thing I will say, I believe this is the point to where we feel what it's like to be spewed out of God's mouth. I believe that the lukewarm attitude that we've had of let them do what they do, we're just going to do what we do. And it's not really our responsibility.
Well, I think it is and was and always has been. And we've dropped the ball on that. And listen, that's where, you know, we're getting the spanking that we kind of deserve, brother. I think we deserve more, actually, but I hope it doesn't get to that point.
I'm afraid it might, but I'm not a doomsday guy in any shape or form. But I believe that there are consequences. You know, we learn that as children from our parents, you get in trouble for things that you do bad. Well, we've been doing some bad for quite some time.
And, you know, I'm fearful that these leaders you talk about, I mean, there are only two genders. Why do people keep talking about 200 different? This is the programming that is nonstop from the education system. We talk about long game, brother, and we talk about what we're going to do for vacation this year or where we're going to eat this weekend.
But these people have 50 year, 100 year, I mean, long game. They've taken over our institutions. And this is the result of part of that.
Well, if you know, I don't know if you if you saw this one, CNN has a story out. It's entitled for some Christians rapture anxiety can take a lifetime to heal. Did you see that one? Yes, I did. Can you imagine such a thing?
That's amazing. Yeah, I mean, I mean, it, you know, the the the idea is, is, is that the is, is that the tenants and, you know, whether you whether you believe in rapture, you don't believe in rapture, I mean, I believe that there are issues with rapture, but more from the perspective of being inactive. Yeah, laying down and not doing anything, because we're expecting that, you know, Jesus is going to come back and and resave the world. Which is not I mean, he did it the first time and he said it is finished. He did it the first time.
He's coming back with total judgment. That's what's that's what's next. But this, this idea is, I mean, this is how they how they twist truth. And create confusion. We have no fathers in that respect. We don't have that leadership. And, and then the other people aren't stepping up as the mentors as the the leaders in the small groups and communities.
It's it's like, look, as long as I can. And this is a line from Trennis. But as long as I get my soccer on Tuesday and T-ball on Thursday and Applebee's on Friday, I don't really care about all that other stuff. And that's why we're where we are today. Because people say, hey, everybody else is running that for me. I've got the easy life.
I don't have to be engaged and involved and educated. And now we're reaping the benefit of that. Well, or or or they mistakenly say, that doesn't impact me. Oh, yeah, trust the government. They're they're good guys.
I mean, the doctors, the government. Yeah, well, well, I not even trust them. It just it doesn't, it doesn't matter. I don't interact with them. They don't interact with me.
Yeah, you know, I live my life. They they do whatever they do out there in the in the in the nether sphere. I don't mess with them.
They don't mess with me. And that's the way it is. But it doesn't work that way. Well, you know, they they don't realize that it's, you know, when they when they if they actually took and broke down their paycheck. Okay, they would see how much is going to the little party that they're paying for that's happening out there.
Yeah, you know. They they would they would see if they actually broke down the the what what where does, where do we get $9 a gallon for gas? Well, well, when you when you break down the segments of that, it's not the petrol. That's nine bucks. It's all the additional taxes and and fees and licenses and all these little agencies that all are taking a piece of your money. Yeah, and we approve that and say, sure, be generous with my money and give it to people that I don't even approve. Look at the Ukraine thing. What do we spend $800 billion over there? I mean, that's larger than the Soviet Union's military budget for a year. I haven't heard that correctly.
I haven't looked myself, but it's not far off. And yet here we are feeding that machine. And listen, man, I don't know what everybody else's views are on that. But it's not a good situation for us to be in the middle of. We see with the pipeline and everything going on that.
How does this happen? How do we not as a people, as a nation, say enough is enough? I mean, they're they're hurting our people. They're they're murdering.
They're holding them in prison. They're screwing everything up in our country. We see this and yet the people are going to sit by and believe another election, that the machines work just fine. I mean, how can we keep repeating this cycle? And that's really I mean, nobody's going to do it for us, brother. We've talked about this before.
The government is not going to save us. We have to do this ourselves. We have to put our foot down. It's not comfortable when you let somebody do something to you for so long and then say, okay, enough's enough, you know, but that's where we are. Well, we're going to get into a break here in a minute. When we come back, we want to share with you some of the stories of some of these individuals that are being mistreated and held.
So you can get an understanding of the injustice that's taking place. I talked about this a little bit the last time you were on, David, and read some of the stories from the wives and what's happening to their husbands. It means that I must risk scorn to stand for truth and that I can never sit silently by while evil attempts to conquer the world. God is my everything and Jesus is the love of my life. That does not make me weak but strong, not silent but bold and not fearful but courageous. That's right. The first four, Ashley Babbitt, a lot of people know a little bit about that story. They know that she was shot.
There are even people who I've talked to, who I've had on that were like, well, yeah, you know, but, you know, we're not, she, you know, went through the window, what have you. But she went through the window because she was about to be crushed by a crowd. And it's pretty obvious by the video and the video in the real January 6th shows that really, really clearly what went on and what was going on.
But anyway, Ashley Babbitt, people know about. Roseanne Boylan, a lot of people don't know about, beaten to death while she was unconscious. And Kevin Greesom and Benjamin Phillips were written off as heart attacks by, I believe, a corrupt medical examiner or at the very least a negligent one. Because it's very obvious that they were perfectly healthy and doing just fine until they were compression bombed and then their hearts stopped. And then Brian Sicknick and Brian Sicknick is the DC Capitol police officer that they use to inspire all of this, David, to inspire the anger towards people that were there to, you know, really blow that up.
Well, they killed one of ours. Man, I tell you, those are the five most important reasons to me for the American people to be livid at our governments, the five biggest lies. And Officer Sicknick, if you remember, they said that Trump led to an event that led to the death of an officer. And that was a lie. That started the impeachment trials. So that's the other way that Trump got impeached was based on a lie. But you can ask these people that are being arrested today, they're still being arrested under the false pretense that they were involved with a group that led to the death of a police officer. That is a lie. They are arresting people on their front porch saying, your people killed our people.
And that's not true. All the people who died that day were by Metro and Capitol police. The protesters didn't kill, kidnap or maim anyone. And you can't say the same for the police that day. They killed, they maimed people.
They operated with impunity. And that's not justice. And so President Trump had an impeachment trial because he supposedly incited an insurrection at the Capitol. That led to the death. Joe Biden has a speech on the first of September, wherein he suggests that 80 million Americans are domestic extreme threats to this country. And within three weeks, Kaler Ellingson, 18 years old, is run over and killed by a man who says that he did it out of political motivation. Political motivation driven by the speech of Joe Biden.
Democrats, where's the impeachment? Yeah, and throw a little alcohol in there. He was drinking. And, you know, from the kids, from the kids phone call to his mom, this guy was chasing him.
He called his mom and said, Mom, this guy's chasing me. Help. Are you coming here? Help. No, you know, it's OK, people. Go back to sleep.
You got T-ball and soccer and Applebee's. You know, we got people for, oh, let's see, 622 days. How many years is that? Isn't that almost two years? 620 days plus that people have been suffering, languishing, being tortured, tortured them and their families in these gulags around America for their participation in a peaceful protest on January 6th.
Or they got caught in a situation, tried to save somebody's life from some police that were acting bad. And so they're sitting in prison. Well, the American people have had enough.
This is where we're going to be, brother. Rubber bullets, compression bombs thrown into crowds of people standing around, many of them with their backs to the police, many of them praying as as as they are being attacked and assaulted. And it's all on video. It's it's all on video. This is not this is not just words and hearsay. This is all on video. And and now the prosecution intensifies.
