I wanted to, I wanted to look at something that we were, yeah, that we were doing anyway. All right. Well, hey, I don't know what this, okay. Well, good to have you. Lots for us to discuss today. That's what I was specifically looking up.
I haven't talked with anybody about the ban on prosecution. I briefly mentioned it with Dick, but we didn't really get into it. Dick Morris was my previous guest. I want to talk about that. And I want to talk about the communist slash Nazi political behavior because, and again, Don, you have studied Marxism, communism, socialism, Nazism, fascism, all of these things. This has been your life pursuit. God has taken you to the place of studying it and then trying to help people on the other side of it recognize what it's trying to do to destroy America. You're not infatuated with it, but you're trying to say to people, look, here is the darkness, ladies and gentlemen, please understand how the darkness and its tentacles are coming into your light and are snuffing out your flame.
And you don't even realize that your flame is being extinguished. Right. Just a little background on that as well. When I first really started to get into the isms years and years and years and years ago, I did what typical people will do. And I started to read all of those who gave these perfunctionary sentences against it.
Why it's so horrible, why it's so bad. I took a different approach. I realized at that time that I could keep reading these and never truly understand what these isms are. And so I started to, I picked up writings by Karl Marx, very difficult to understand Karl Marx. He's a very, very, very complicated, difficult writer to understand. But then most philosophers seem to be.
I wanted to know who is Hegel, for instance. I wanted to know why he thought the way he thought, why Marx thought the way he thought, why Engels thought the way he thought. Why communists throughout their whole time think the way they think. And so I've read pro-communist writers far, far, far more than I've read anti-communist people.
And so that's the standpoint from where I come. And I want people to understand that. It's not a bashing of communism, although it is evil. It is absolutely evil. And everything they do is contrary to the founding of the principles upon which the United States were founded.
They are diametrically opposed to each other. So I want people to understand that that's my understanding. Why do these people think the way they think? I'm currently writing another book, a very pro Karl Marx book. The guy is so pro Karl Marx, he's going to the point of trying to make Karl Marx sound like a wonderful, loving husband.
No husband would push his family. No father would put their family through the things that Karl Marx pushed his family through in order to move forward some type of theory. And what we're finding here in the United States, now the other thing that you have to understand is you can call yourself anything you want.
I don't care what you call yourself, but how you act, what you do determines who you really are. For instance, we had two conservatives supposedly run against Barack Obama. Barack Obama is a committed, dedicated communist.
I say that without any hesitation whatsoever. He is definitely, and his wife is also, Valerie Jarrett is also, truly committed communist. Wait a minute, I want folks to catch what you just did. Barack Obama married to Valerie Jarrett, not Michelle, but Valerie. Go ahead.
Yeah. And that is, and she, they both, their understanding of communism came from the same source. Because what you call yourself really isn't critical. For instance, I was saying, the two people who ran against Barack Obama, McCain and Romney, both called themselves conservatives. They are the furthest thing from conservatives you could ever imagine.
If you go and you define conservative based on Barry Goldwater's definition of conservatism, there is absolutely nothing conservative about either Romney or McCain. So we come up to the United States today and we have a party that calls themselves a Democrat party. They claim to be Americans. We even hear them refer to the Constitution. Everything they do, their whole philosophy, read their platform, read the statement that Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden signed when Bernie Sanders dropped out of the race in what year was that?
2020. Yes. And this is absolute communism. And today we're seeing this, we're seeing it take hold in another area. Communists definitely control who runs for elections.
They control elections and they control who runs for elections. Today in Russia, and Putin is a communist, Putin was raised as a communist. He's never, he's always, always, always stayed with that same philosophy. And today in Russia, Putin has Navalny, who is his chief rival. He has Navalny in the worst prison that Russia has. And I just saw the other day that there is very serious doubt as to whether or not Navalny is going to live very much longer. And this is of course what Putin wants.
He wants to kill him. We're seeing this take place in the United States today, where this 14th amendment that specifically says anybody who is an insurgent cannot run for office in the United States. That's quite clear. The question is, is what is an insurgent? Is it somebody who practices peaceably demonstrating? Are they insurgents? Apparently they are because that is exactly the people that we're finding out now cannot run for office. Right.
And the representative from Georgia. And they're going after Donald Trump now to try and label him as an insurgent so he can never run for office again. We are in very, very dangerous times. There's no question.
There's absolutely no question that we are in a very dangerous time in our history right now. And I guess the question that we have to ask or that has to be asked is, are we too far down the rabbit hole, Don? Do we have the ability to be able to recover from this? Do you think?
That's a great question. And as a Christian, I always say yes, there's hope in God. There is hope in Jesus Christ. Always. Always.
It's always there. And I think we have to live in that regard that yes, there is always hope. However, that hope is fading. And one of the reasons it's fading is because so many people refuse to understand what's truly happening in our nation. I'll give you an example. And we'll be talking about this later, I'm sure. But I just found out that I should have my book, Republic or Democracy, doesn't matter.
I should have that in print by the end of the month. And one of the things that is very, very real is we're told and we're called democracy. I want people to understand that democracy has been around at least since the days of Greece. Democracy is a dictatorship. And this is why we are being told that we are a democracy. We're seeing the dictatorship of the majority or those in power take hold of us, take control of us.
It is the dictatorship, the majority, the democracy that's telling you and I that we don't have freedom of speech. I want to jump into something because one of the things also that you talk a lot about is the brush fires of freedom. And I talked with Mike Sabga about this last hour and I thought about you as I was sharing this. My theory was that we have man and God out here, okay, that are giving us life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That they are, that it's external rather than something that is inside. And what I shared with Mike is that our founder's belief was that God breathed life into us in his spirit. Our founders rejected Locke's idea of it being out here because that was the problem. The king said I am God and so the king simply went from being over here as quote unquote man and said okay well if you won't accept it from me as a man then you're going to accept it from me as a God.
Understand that our founders rejected that idea and said no, our rights, my life is who I am. It's breathed in me. The liberty was purchased for me on the cross through Christ. It's in me. That gave me the desire to hope and to want more and to obtain greater because of he who is in me.

And we're talking about brush fires of liberty and again it was really I was sharing with my audience last hour again about how the difference between where our founders parted ways with John Locke and John Locke had some good ideas.
But he was a step away from the original intent in the sense that again he had there were two different individuals, two different ways to receive life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness either by man or by God. But they're out here. Our founders said no, they're not out here. Somebody doesn't hold them.
They're not being held by someone and then given to us. With God they are in us. Life is who I am because God gave it to me. Liberty is who I am because Christ died for that liberty and made me no longer a slave to all of this.
But God is my master in here. And remember Locke brought forth natural rights. Well he didn't bring it forth.
Natural rights were discussed by Cicero, they were discussed by Aquinas, they were discussed by Hobbes and then Locke really, really discussed natural rights, natural law, etc. And the real, real important part here and what Jefferson said in the Declaration of Independence, we're all created equal. Now when he said we're all created equal he didn't mean we were all created with equal abilities. He meant that there was no royal standing in the United States.
That one wasn't created as a royal and one as a slave. There are casts. There are not casts which is one of the battles we're fighting in India right now because we've shared the gospel with the lower castes and they now suddenly realize that they have individual value and they're not lower than a worm. And that is causing huge issues for their oppressors because their oppressors are now looking at them and saying no wait a minute you're supposed to be under my feet.
You're supposed to be a worm and now you're acting like you're not a worm anymore. It's because the gospel of Jesus Christ gives people hope. And so we said that can't happen in the United States and then they made this very, very profound statement.
They recognized that rights and liberties and they were named as the right to life, to liberty and to the pursuit of happiness which really is property. That comes only from God and not from government or man. And what is critically important and it's just like Galatians 2.20 out of King James that says I'm crucified with Christ nevertheless I live yet not I but Christ lives in me and the life I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God. Not in.
All the other translations say in. Those are my efforts to try to believe in something. God said no I am literally, literally, transformatively giving you the faith of my son. It's operating in you because you can't please me without faith so I'm going to give you super faith so you can have that. It's in you.
It's who you are. And this is in direct, direct contradiction to what Lenin said. Lenin said that liberty is so precious that it happens.
Man is created as man, woman is created as woman. You can't say that because you don't have the liberty because we're rationing your liberty to say that. We can carry that on to our practice of worshipping God. Our first amendment says that that can't be restricted.
Well Lenin said oh yes it can. It's very precious. We're not denying that it's very precious that you be able to worship God.
But it's so precious that we have to control it and we have to ration it. And our founders said no and they said it can't be infringed. Government has no right, no ability to infringe our right to worship God, to peaceably assemble and we can go on and on and on with those liberties. Then they went on and said you know what, we just scratched the surface of the liberties that God has given people and so we're going to add our ninth amendment and our ninth amendment says specifically that we know we've only scratched the surface. However, there are many other liberties God has given you and government cannot infringe upon those liberties either. And something else, and I'm going to take it back as we're closing up, but something else too in the ninth and tenth amendment that is often missed and our constitutional originalist attorney David Shostakovich highlights this. And that is that governments have powers, powers given to them by the people. The people retain all of the rights. It's so important that we understand that.
The people retain all of the rights and they give government's power and their power is really specifically to defend those rights. I'll be back with more Children's Generation Radio coming up. We're here and I'm very, very pleased to welcome my next guest to the program. You know, this is a topic right now. I mean, there's so many things that are happening in our nation that are trying to destroy our country from within. And of course, if you have traditional values, there's a guy in the White House that on September 1st declared war on half the country. But there's another element within that is partnered with all of these other deep state actors.
And they acted out in New York recently in attempting to kill someone that has been on their hit list for probably 10, 15 years at least. And I'm talking about Salman Rushdie. I want to welcome from Jihad Watch, my friend Robert Spencer. Robert, welcome. It's good to have you. Thanks for being with me today. Great to talk to you as always.
Thank you. Well, you know, there are a lot of actors right now that are trying to destroy our country. I mean, I think that's fairly obvious. And so it can become easy to miss some of these threats. But with an open border, and with knowing what's happening in the Middle East, I've said we've got basically four enemies right now. We've got our deep state, which is a broad spectrum of individuals within our own country. We've got Putin, we've got Xi, but we've got two different elements that are talking caliphate. And I was on a call yesterday talking about how Erdogan has basically said, we're going to wipe the United States out of Syria.
Those are violent terms. Talk to me about what you're seeing relative to the influence in this administration of Islam. Well, you know, remember that during the campaign, such as it was, Joe Biden appeared virtually, of course, before an Islamic group that was linked to the Muslim Brotherhood. And he promised them that in his administration, every level of his administration would have Muslims in it. Now, when he was talking to a Muslim Brotherhood group, and he says this, it's very clear that he's going to dictate from the Muslim Brotherhood itself, or from Muslim Brotherhood linked individuals and organizations, in order to fill all these spaces with Muslims. And so you have the Brotherhood, according to a captured internal document, being committed to working toward eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house. That's the exact words of the document. And this guy is appointing people who are on board with that program to every level of his administration.
So this is hardly a good sign and important for the future. The most recent was, and probably the most ridiculous, was the appointment of Mohammad Majid to be... Thank you. Oh my gosh, we're like, it's like we're having a conversation without a conversation. I was literally, honest to goodness, just looking up the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom, and that name, because I was on a call yesterday where we talked about that.
Go ahead, I'm so sorry. I just, I was kind of excited that you said that. Well, you know, you're quite right, Pastor. See, Mohammad Majid is a former president of the Islamic Society of North America. The Islamic Society of North America is a Muslim Brotherhood group, and they have admitted that they have ties to Hamas, which is still listed by the US State Department as a terror group. Now imagine if you had anybody else of any other background having any connection to terror groups, and to a group that had said that it wants to eliminate and destroy Western civilization from within, you wouldn't get anywhere near the Institute of Religious Freedom. Not only that, but how is he going to deal with issues of Muslim persecution of Christians, when he thinks, since he's a down the line brochure a Muslim, that it's up to the Muslims to make sure that the Christians are paying this tribute tax with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. That's in the Quran, chapter 9, verse 29. So, if he sees Muslims oppressing Christians, well that's just the way Allah wants things.
How is he going to be acting in the interests of the United States in protecting religious freedom when he doesn't even believe in it? Well, it doesn't even seem possible that someone who has aligned themselves with organizations that have essentially said, you know, I mean if you are following Sharia, then you are saying that every other belief system must be destroyed. There is no other belief system than Islam. And more significantly, that the only way to assure your own salvation under Islam is if you die while killing those that don't believe what you believe. These are, I know to a lot of listeners, but we've talked about this here on the program before, I know to a lot of people this sounds like a radical ideology. Well, it is a radical ideology, and it is in fact what Sharia law and what true Islam teaches, and it's been found in the mosques throughout the United States as being propagated by these Imams, Robert.
Am I misstating any of this? Well, there is the option of subjugating the non-Muslims. If the non-Muslims are killed, then they can submit, and if they submit, then they have to submit to a whole list of humiliating and discriminatory regulations that mandate that they have second-class status in society.
So that is an option we should acknowledge, since throughout history they have practiced it, but it's hardly something that's compatible with the American idea of equality of rights of all people before the law. And you know, what's really ironic, among so many other things, about the appointment of Mohammad Majid, is that the Biden administration would never be caught dead appointing somebody who spoke honestly about these issues the way we are doing right now. They would never dare to have somebody on the Institute for Religious Freedom who actually said, well, you know, there are teachings in Islam that call for violence and subjugation. They wouldn't have anything to do with such people.
Somebody who's for those teachings, that's just fine. And they bring him on, put him in a respected spot in the administration. I think the other part, because someone can say, well, okay, you guys are just talking about religious freedom, I mean, come on, that's really not that significant, it's really not that important. Well, here's the other issue, and it is, and I don't want to minimize that because those are important issues, Robert, but I think the other piece that's a part of this is the infiltration of this element within all of our law enforcement and intelligence. Remember, you know, John Gandola talked about what happened with the FBI, right?
And the fact that the FBI, I mean, we still have that issue. How does Salman Rushdie end up getting attacked on stage at a public university in New York, and you're going to tell me that nobody saw this coming in light of all of the public conversation that has happened, and all of the public knowledge of the threats, I mean, the public knowledge of the threats against this man? Yeah, this is the man that the Islamic Republic of Iran has targeted for death. And just recently, the Islamic Republic of Iran was caught in a kidnapping plot against Masih Alinejad, who is an Iranian dissident who lives in New York, and they were trying to kidnap her and take her back to Tehran, where she would be killed or at very least imprisoned. And tortured. Yeah, and there was another guy who was outside her apartment the next year, just recently as a matter of fact, with an AK-47 and a million dollars in cash.
Now what is he doing camped out outside her apartment? It turns out he's an Azeri. The Azeris are a very large minority in Iran. So I think that that's likely that he was sent by the Islamic Republic as well. Right after that came the attack on Rushdie. And so what it looks like is that the Islamic Republic of Iran is acting with impunity in the United States to target people it considers its enemies. And where's the FBI? Well, of course, they're hunting for Trump supporters, so they're just not on us. Well, and thank you, because really the significant point here is that whereas before, I mean, that's one of the FBI's primary responsibilities had been to deal with these kinds of terrorist issues.
And even leading up to 9-11, it was the FBI that was tasked with the responsibility of stopping terrorist acts on our soil. And as has been discussed by John Gondola, as Phil Haney as a whistleblower came out and spoke about, starting with the Obama administration in particular, you had these members of ISNA and CAIR and so on that were put into high level, sensitive security places that were detrimental to our country, detrimental to our nation, not only domestically, but internationally as well. We'll talk more when we get back, Robert, about Iran, because that's significant when you consider that this administration has changed its policy towards Iran. We've funded their nuclear program. We've approved of their nuclear program. And now, as you said, they seem to be operating with impunity on our own soil. Who's next?

That's it. Jihadwatch.org. Several things in the news, again, you know, blackout coverage.
I was asking Robert if he'd heard anything more. I guess it was, I don't know, six months, maybe nine months ago, you and I covered a little bit about the story about the Muslim police force. I'm pretty sure it was in Brooklyn that was out that was essentially enforcing Sharia law. Upon quote-unquote Muslims, but dressed up to look exactly like the NYPD.
Even their cars, the whole blue with the whole shield, but it was MPD instead of NPD. Hello, you have that going on, you mentioned then about an officer in Cleveland, I want you to tell that story. And why aren't we hearing anything more about all of the assaults on the women by the Somali quote-unquote refugees, and they're not refugees anymore. They're here in Minnesota and what's going on there.
Robert, to you. I can tell you that at Jihadwatch, I cover Jihad activity every day and there is a steady stream of stories out of Europe of random stabbings on the street, women being attacked, things like that. And I suspect that in the United States, the same thing is going on, maybe to a lesser degree, there certainly seems to be a decision on the part of the establishment media not to cover these kinds of stories, not to give them a lot of publicity, if any.
There seems to be a conscious decision that was made to do everything possible to make Islam look good and not make people think ill of it. But in any case, the story about the Cleveland police officer did come out, Ismail Karan is his name. And he is a decorated police officer, he won some award a few years back, he was praised by the chief of police there and the mayor. And in any case, then it came to light that he had made some strikingly anti-Semitic tweets, including one praising Hitler, saying Jews were scumbags and so on. And his integrity as a police officer was called into question because people quite rightly wondered, well, what if he has to deal with Jewish people, is he going to do this fairly? And so an investigation was started and just a few days ago, it was announced that he was completely cleared, he will not face any discipline, he will not be removed from the force. And you got to wonder, you know, if it had been any other group, if he had been, as you said during the break, a white police officer making comments about black people or anybody else, he would be long gone. But somehow, when it comes to Muslims, the Islamic advocacy groups in the United States have so skillfully played the victim card that a guy like Ismail Karan can go off with no penalty whatsoever.
It really is crazy. While you were sharing that, I was sharing on our video screen the pictures of the police vehicles and their headquarters. And, you know, these guys are dressed up to look exactly like New York City police officers.
And I mean, if you or I dressed up to look like a police officer and went driving around in a car that looked like a cop car, okay, we would be arrested for impersonating police. Indeed. But here again, when it comes to Muslims and Islam, somehow the rules don't apply.
It certainly does seem as though that is 100% the case. Talk about, if you could for a minute, because I think that, you know, the situation of what's going on, for example, in Minnesota and Michigan. You know, we don't hear much anymore about, you know, I think it was in Dearborn, Michigan, where there was the conflict that was going on, but there were other places in Michigan where essentially the Sharia law was being enforced.
Of course. Well, that's a story that goes back years, really, you know, if you want to go back to the beginning, it's probably about 10 years ago in Dearborn that my friend David Wood and the late great Nabeel Qureshi, a convert from Islam to Christianity, they were, I believe, among some others, but certainly it was David and Nabeel preaching to some Muslims on the street at a Dearborn Arab street festival. Mind you, it was an Arab street festival, not a Muslim street festival. And there are a lot of Christian Arabs in the Dearborn area. And of course, they were exercising their First Amendment right. It's not against the law to proselytize or to preach Christianity in the United States.
It is against the law to do it in Muslim countries. And it's against Islamic law, but not in Dearborn, Michigan. Nonetheless, the police surrounded them, arrested them, charged them with harassment, all kinds of bogus charges. Ultimately, they got off. But it's interesting to note that the police in Dearborn were willing to essentially apply Sharia. And the press was all over it, completely sympathetic to the arrests, making all kinds of false claims about what had gone on, although the whole thing was captured on video, and that's why it was thrown out.
But it wasn't just initially thrown out. Originally, they were charged. The first judges or whoever applied Sharia to the situation, and they were charged. I mean, they went through a long legal battle. And it seems to me that it was only in the last year and a half or two years that they finally, you know, because they had they countersued, and they finally won their case. But, you know, you even had in quote unquote American judicial prudence, them applying Sharia law to the to the equation.
It was crazy. There you go. And this the problem is people don't realize really the implications of what they're doing. Right. A related case took place in regard to female genital mutilation, also in that area, if I recall correctly, and there was there were a couple of Muslim doctors who had been charged with performing this procedure. Right. And an American judge threw out the case and said, this is a matter of religious freedom, because they were saying this is part of our Islamic observance. Now, if you take that logically out to its final logical conclusion, then jihad violence is part of one's Islamic observance. So you can't do anything about that either.
Which, which they do, by the way, if someone violates their laws within their neighborhood, they have been known to take them out on the street and kill them. And we used to get reports of that there used to that that used to make the news. And now, Robert, unfortunately, it doesn't. We've got about a minute left. Can you tell me how concerned are you about potential terrorist activity in our country?
Now we have about 30 seconds. Oh, I think it's not just a matter of if or how concerned I am. It's certainly it's a certainty it's going to happen. Joe Biden let in over 80 people on the terror watch lists. Actually, they were caught at the border, but who knows how many were not caught who are on the terror watch list who are streaming in, they can see the borders open. And so they'll strike when they think the time is right to do so. All right, folks, as believers, you know, two responsibilities, pray, act, we bring the truth.
There are those Muslims that are willing to hear the truth and will hear the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ. But more importantly, we need to see the laws put into place. We need to protect our nation from this kind of violence. Robert, thank you so much.
